I. Introduction

Good day to all! I am pleased to share with you today a particularly good topic: Joy Arises from Management! This is the third session on joy. If you are not joyful, it is almost certain that you are not adept at management. Therefore, it is important for everyone to understand that this topic is very interesting, and the scripture we will discuss today is related to making money. As soon as people hear about making money, their eyes light up because people really need money!

I met a pastor who was quite interesting. The first time I heard him preach about joy, he talked about having an apple face. His whole face resembled an apple. Then he mentioned banana face, watermelon face, and bitter gourd face. The second time I encountered him, he was on stage again, preaching: Ah, apple face, joy; ah, banana face. Can that stuff really bring joy? It's hard to be joyful with that.

Then there are pastors who encourage people to sing praises. Have you tried it? I have, and it doesn't work well: Ah, praise God! Praise God! Praise God! After all the praising, you're still troubled. Just by looking at their fleshy face, you can tell they are not joyful inside. It doesn't work! Why? Because they are useless at everything else except singing praises. What's the point of that? Is it in line with the 《Bible》? That stuff is not biblical. Everyone needs to know that Chinese Mingding Destiny places great emphasis on what the 《Bible》 actually says. The 《Bible》 doesn't say: Sing praises, sing praises, and then be useless at everything else except singing praises.

Then, there are those I've seen who are the most outrageous. Have you heard of a prayer called dog barks, lion roars? Haven't heard of it? Well, let me tell you today, there's a pastor who teaches people that if you feel pent up and uncomfortable, you should start with Hou, hou, hou, which is called dog barking. I said, What kind of prayer is that? Then comes a lion's roar. I thought, Why not add a wolf howl and a tiger's roar? It would be great to have someone scratching their ears and cheeks like a monkey! Ah! Sun Wukong, clutching at his chest. That's just nonsense. Can that produce joy? If that stuff could bring joy, we'd all be Hou! Hou! Hou! That's just a sham!

So, everyone needs to know that I am not like that. That stuff can't fool me. Can that stuff fool me? Why can't it fool me? Because I have a very strong sense of discernment. Everyone needs to understand that if a person's discernment is poor and their mind doesn't work well, it's truly a tragedy! I don't know why some people's minds are like that. Joy arises from management; you must manage well to be joyful. Why are so many people not joyful? It's because they lack management. If you manage things in a chaotic way, if you can't manage your home properly and it's a mess when you enter, it's no good. Are there any sisters among us who manage their faces before going out, applying makeup meticulously? They look beautiful when they go out, right? With jeans, a tight top, and makeup, they look great. But if their home is like a pigsty, and they only manage their face, it's impossible for them to be joyful.

Don't think that management is a very high-level term. Management is something we need to do every day. Don't tell me: Teacher, I haven't studied management, I haven't learned management, and I haven't gotten an MBA. They think an MBA is management, and how could they possibly do management? Management is for factory directors and school principals; what do we ordinary people manage? It's precisely because they haven't managed well since childhood that they are still small potatoes even at such an old age.

I can tell you all, we must start learning management from childhood. Did you know that? Even monkeys manage. There's a joke called morning three, evening four: Someone told the monkeys, Three bananas in the morning, four bananas in the evening. Everyone was Ooh, ooh... unhappy! Four bananas in the morning, three bananas in the evening. The monkeys clapped! Management manages monkeys. Guo Degang manages hundreds of apprentices. Some people still ask: Why are they happy with four bananas in the morning and three in the evening? Why? Are you stupid! Do you even need to ask? Do you need to ask the monkeys' brains? Don't ask!

Let's go back to Guo Degang. Guo Degang managed so many people and created Deyun She. Do you know about it? If you don't, I'm telling you. Later, Guo Degang said something: Don't ever have a monkey's way of thinking, where they are happy with morning three, evening four. What kind of nonsense is that? Guo Degang manages these apprentices, and he said: One monkey, one way of tethering. That's Guo Degang's management philosophy: one monkey, one way of tethering. If you are Yue Yunpeng, manage him in that way; if you are a little sun, manage him in that way. Different people have different ways of managing.

Children must learn management from a young age. A mother gives her child three candies. The child takes the three candies and eats one in the morning, one at noon, and one in the evening. No! Some children know how to manage: I'll save the one for my dad at night. The father is so happy that he brings thirty candies. See? So, children are learning management here. You say, if this child understands these things, they'll get more. If you don't manage and are foolish, and when Dad comes back at night, you say, Give me a candy, it's no good! What a silly child! Monkey brain!

So, when a child goes to school, they think about what to do during the vacation. That's called management. But some children are stupid and wander around aimlessly after school, looking here and there. If there's a crowd, they join in, even if they can't see anything. The child squeezes in: Whose dad died? Whose dad died? No one's dad died; it's just a dung beetle rolling a ball of dung. What kind of nonsense is that? Without management, it's called doing whatever you want.

Today, I'm going to fortune-tell for you. What kind of fortune am I telling? It's that if you've been doing reckless things in the past few years, you can't be joyful today. If you've been doing reckless things and are not joyful, can you be joyful if you continue to do reckless things until you're old? How will you live this life? I'm worried for you. You know, I've been managing things since I was a child. Although I hadn't heard the word management when I was young, I pondered from a young age: What is this for? While others were having fun, I was studying earnestly. So, when I talk about management today, I actually talk about it a lot.

A few days ago, a sister sent me a message saying: Teacher, you are amazing! Because after reading my 《Living in Abundance》, she said: Wow, you are amazing! I also think I'm pretty amazing. The more management I mastered from a young age, the more joyful I became. It's no exaggeration that I've been joyful my whole life. You might see me frowning, but don't think I'm sad; I'm thinking of solutions. Management! How to manage stress? How to manage finances? How to manage human resources? How to manage work? How to manage learning? How to manage projects? I've been doing this since I was a child.

Later, I'm telling you, while others were still mixing mud in their thirties, I had already risen from the lowest position to the highest position in my industry. I am a joyful person. I really want to share this with you. Don't get too upset about anything, and don't take things too seriously. Why? Because some people get angry after listening, saying, They were like that when they were young, and I was like this; they are joyful when they are older, and I am not joyful. I say, What kind of brain is that? I'm trying to make you joyful! Do you understand? I'm not trying to make you feel troubled. After listening to me, they say, Teacher is so amazing! I'm not a teacher, and then they feel troubled! It's not about whether your IQ is high or low; it has nothing to do with those things. What is it related to? Does everyone know? It's related to management. Manage these things well, and don't do reckless things! Okay, let's not do reckless things today.

Actually, I really didn't know anything when I was a child. The first time I went to school, I didn't know what school was about. I didn't know! You say what intelligence is? Nonsense! The first time I took a test, they handed out a paper, and I didn't know what a test was. When I saw the first question and didn't know the answer, I took out my book to copy. The teacher said, This is a test; you can't copy! I said, Why can't I copy? I can copy normally; why can't I copy today? It wasn't that the teacher caught me; it was that I didn't know. She said, You can't copy on a test. I said, Why can't you copy on a test? The teacher looked blank, stumped by my question. I was also embarrassed because I had never understood: What am I here for? There are even tests in school? That's a joke!

I have a lot of jokes here. The teacher got anxious: A test is a test; you can't copy on a test. Put your book away! Okay, okay, I'll put it away. I was very obedient. But later, my test-taking skills became first-rate! Where did it start? It started from not understanding the test. You are definitely stronger than me, so you should definitely be stronger than me at taking tests. It's not about how high the starting point is; the starting point is very low. Everyone is born naked. Have you ever seen a child born wearing beautiful clothes? No! Everyone is born the same. Everyone is similar, but later I pondered, Why? I managed it. What is management? Management is: Hey! What is this thing? Hey! How can I do it right? Hey! How can I get it done? The things I talk about are all practical. Ah! That's how you take a test.

Later, after my management, I understood the test. You know, people are terribly nervous when they enter the examination room. What am I nervous about? I wasn't nervous when I was a child. When I took out my book to copy, I felt like it was natural. What am I nervous about? After I understood the test, I picked up the paper and flipped through it from the first question to the last. After flipping through it, you know what? Ah, I know how to do this one. I did all the ones I knew, and then I added a few strokes to the ones I didn't know, filling in whatever I wanted, guessing if I knew a little bit, and then I handed in the paper. When I handed in the paper, the students in the examination room said, Oh my goodness! How did he leave? I'm still working on the first question!

Some people don't know how to take tests. They don't manage. They haven't managed this matter and are still working on the first question. They just happen to not know how to do the first question, and they haven't done any of the questions. What kind of brain is that? They are still like that even though they are old. Their starting point is definitely higher than mine. Why is their starting point higher than mine? They definitely know what a test is. I didn't even know. As a result, I became a top student. Didn't I have to think about how to take the test? I immediately lapped a lot of people. Today, when I talk about joy, I have a concern that you will become even less joyful after listening. Isn't that counterproductive? From a young age, no one could lap me; I was always lapping others. I don't care about that stuff.

So today, brothers and sisters, you need to start knowing that you must learn to manage. What is management? There is a particularly trendy word now. Does everyone know the word closed loop? Have you heard of it? Everyone says, I'm so trendy! What's so trendy about it? It's just a new word. Decades ago, 《Engineering Automatic Control Theory》, almost a hundred years ago, 《Engineering Control Theory》 called it a closed loop. Can everyone understand what a closed loop is today? Oh, everyone doesn't know. Let me give everyone a refresher. What is this closed loop?

Let me give you an example: I am shooting at a target. There is a bullseye 100 meters away, with ten rings to one ring, and then the blank space outside. The shooter aims and fires a shot. They see that it hit the lower left corner, ring one. What should you do at this time? Any fool knows to raise the gun to the upper right corner a little. If you tilt the gun even more to the upper left corner, you won't hit the target at all, it will be off to the side. You adjust it, fire a shot, and it hits the upper right corner, ring one. Whether you hit the target or not, look back, adjust it, adjust it left, adjust it right, that's called a closed loop. Ah! I have explained an automatic control theory to everyone.

My test-taking is the same. I take the test this way and that way. There are techniques for taking tests. The difference between those who know how to take tests and those who don't is huge. Today, everyone needs to know what management is. Management is very simple: How do I do this thing? What do I want to do? How do I do it? How can I do it right? How can I produce a result? That's what it's all about. Our brothers and sisters need to know not to make a lot of excuses for themselves.

A few days ago, a brother came to me and said: Teacher, you know, management requires a plan. I talk about planning and making plans all day long. That's great to make plans! What plans? For example, if you want to take a test, what do you need to learn? How do you learn? How do you take the test? What are the key points? Which points on the test are worth points? You have to think about these things! Teacher, I don't have that skill! I don't know how to make a plan! How do I do it? I don't have that knowledge. How do I make a plan? They asked this question when they were three years old and continue to ask it when they are thirty years old. Isn't that a problem? Why don't they know how? Because they've never known how since they were young. Why is their learning so bad? Because they haven't managed it since they were young. They haven't managed how to learn. There is no management.

Today, everyone needs to know: without management, there is no future, no joy, and a tragic life. Joy comes from management. Does everyone understand now? Everyone starts to ponder: When I think this way, I feel bad; when I think that way, I feel joyful. This is starting to learn management. You have to close the loop. As a result, when I do this, I feel bad, and the next time I still do this, I still feel bad! And the next time I still do this, I still feel bad.

I just want to feel bad. How can they be joyful? They don't manage. They need to know how to manage and say: Oh, I feel bad when I do this. When I'm selfish, I feel bad. When I covet other people's things, I feel bad. When I do this, I get sick. When I do this and that, management is such a simple thing. Management is a very simple thing, do you know? If you still don't know, I'm telling you today, it's not a complex subject. After you've done it, you need to know whether you did it right or wrong. If you didn't do it right, you need to adjust!

Let me teach everyone another English term. Help me type a few letters: PDCA. Has everyone heard of PDCA? PDCA is an English abbreviation: P stands for Plan; D stands for Do; C stands for Check; A stands for Adjust. Later, they said that companies talk about PDCA every day, and businesses talk about PDCA every day. Today, I also talk about PDCA every day in the church. Later, they found that only the D was left, which is just doing reckless things idiotically. Isn't that going to kill you?

There is a sister among us who is the mother of two children. Before this mother came to church, the two children were always fighting. After fighting, the older one would complain, and the younger one would also complain. This mother didn't know what to do, just like my mother when I was a child. My mother was like that when I was a child: Fifty for reason, forty for no reason. Forty lashes for each of them. Does that work? But it is also a kind of management method. Who told you to complain? So, you think: the one who was bullied gets beaten with forty lashes. Did they lose out? But the one who bullied their sibling also got forty lashes, but they calculated it: Anyway, I beat up my sibling, and then we both got forty lashes together. It's worth it. What kind of calculation is that? What kind of brains are those?

Later, this mother came among us and slowly started learning. They learned how to manage. The children got better, and the older child led the younger one in doing housework. Her husband didn't like doing housework before, but now her husband also does housework with the children. She knows how to manage now! Is she joyful? If the home is always chaotic, and the children are always lining up to petition, she has been practicing petitioning since childhood, can she be joyful? Can this family be joyful? They can't be joyful. Without management, it's just chaos. After talking for so long, I just want to tell everyone: How do I become a joyful person? It starts from management. You work hard, and I work hard, but your hard work is hard work, and my hard work is joy. Can that be the same? If you put all your energy into petitioning, can she be joyful?

Therefore, in the coming days, we will have a general course. Everyone will surely like this general course. I do not care who you are, as long as you are among us, you can listen and learn. What will we teach? We will teach people financial management, teach people how to keep accounts. After it is done, whether you made a profit or a loss, you have to understand it! We will teach human resources management, human resources. You are an asset, do not turn yourself into a liability, and then how to manage it. How to manage your assets? How to manage a company? How to manage a project? And so on. Thank you for your applause! Everyone likes it, why? Because ignorance is definitely not a solution to the problem.

I think everyone should be a manager, because this is God's will. I want to tell you, this is written in the Bible. The foolish days of the past must pass. If the foolish days do not end with a full stop, then at least a comma. If not a full stop, then a semicolon will do, just make an end to it, and do not be foolish anymore. For example, in 2019, one of our sisters earned 7,000 yuan a month. Do you think 7,000 yuan is a lot or a little? I do not know. By 2022, it seems to have risen to 30,000 yuan a month. When everyone hears 30,000, wow! Is that good? If you spend 10,000 out of 30,000, you still have 20,000.

Another sister did not work in 2019, and then she witnessed a lot among us. By 2023, her salary was 30,000 yuan. I am just saying a random number, do not take it seriously, but indeed that position is 30,000 yuan a month. How did it go up? Do not talk nonsense, she really put in some effort to manage. How to manage? Just manage like this.

I also hope that in the new year, everyone can listen to my advice: tidy yourself up, manage yourself, and do not act arbitrarily again. Do not ever do such things again, singing hymns all day long. You are useless at everything else, but you are good at praising God. Can that work? It does not work, and then you feel uncomfortable. Can you be joyful then? It is impossible to be joyful. Everyone must not be affected by these defilements, by these things anymore. Today you must know: God created man to manage all things on earth! And in the end, you use singing hymns to praise God, and then create a lazy excuse, is not that the case? Turn it into a lazy excuse, thinking that it works? If that thing works, then when you take the college entrance exam, it would be great to sing hymns in the examination room! After singing hymns, hand in a blank paper, and then go home and wait for the university admission notice! What are you waiting for? Do not wait, it does not work.

What I teach you today are all effective things, and they are in accordance with the Bible. For example, we put to death the deeds of the flesh. Where do we start? We start from doing things. If you cannot control the laziness of the flesh, the arbitrary mindset, then what to do? You have to control it. The second point is about the scriptures. II. Scripture

Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted to them his property. To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away. He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and he made five talents more. So also he who had the two talents made two talents more. But he who had received the one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master's money. Now after a long time the master of those servants came and settled accounts with them. And he who had received the five talents came forward, bringing five talents more, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me five talents; here, I have made five talents more.’ His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. III. Prayer

God! Today, let us be faithful and good servants; God! What You have entrusted us to manage, God! May You give us wisdom, intelligence and ability, and also let us have a heart that trusts in You, let us receive strength from You, so that we can manage all things well, and also let us have abundant returns in the things we manage; God! Start working in us today, rely on the Holy Spirit to put to death the evil deeds of our flesh, let us become a people after Your own heart, so that when You come, we can give an account before You; God! May we all be faithful and good servants before You! In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!

IV. Scripture Background

The background of this scripture is a very miraculous thing. I tell you, in chapter 26, the Lord Jesus was arrested. Chapter 26 is when He was arrested at the Last Supper. When Matthew wrote chapter 25, Jesus shared these words with His disciples. I guess Jesus knew what kind of birds people were. Jesus was very clear about what future Christians would be like. Future Christians, Jesus looked ahead to a thousand years later, two thousand years later, this generation of Christians, that generation of Christians, and the next generation of Christians, and the next generation of Christians. He thought, I tell you: alas, it is hard work! Why is it hard work? Because when He looked at these people, He felt that what? Anyway, Jesus is coming, just live casually! Do you have this idea? Surely some of us do. Alas, the end of the world is coming, eat when you have food, drink when you have a drink, just live like this! Can that work?

The Lord Jesus knew long ago, looking ahead, what would Christians be like in two thousand years? When the Lord Jesus saw, He knew: alas, before I am crucified, I must tell you these things, you must listen! Do not ever think: alas, anyway, the Lord Jesus is coming, hide in the old forest in the world, and wait for the Lord to come! When asked, they say they love the Lord, nonsense! Many Christians today do this, you can tell at a glance. As a result, the Lord Jesus said: it is not like this! I entrust you to manage, I let you go and manage. This management thing, the Lord Jesus knew that many Christians think that making money is called loving the world, and loving the world is called making money, this is pure nonsense!

You must know that the Lord Jesus specially took five talents, two talents, and one talent. Do you think the Lord Jesus loves money very much? It is not that the Lord Jesus loves money, the Lord Jesus wants us to remove the absurd excuses in our hearts. Alas, making more money is not spiritual! Would Jesus tell you this if it were not spiritual? You say, alas, that is just a metaphor. Why not use other things as a metaphor? Must you use money as a metaphor? Can the metaphor be about money itself? Yes, it can. Silver is silver, gold is gold. You cannot say that He is comparing it to something else, you cannot compare it like that. Therefore, taking doing things seriously as a confusion of loving the world. Until today, many churches still preach this, people are so poor that they are jingling. People are so poor that they are jingling, and then they say, it does not matter, I am very spiritual. Spiritual? I think they are almost preparing for the funeral.

They say they love God and praise God, but they do nothing. Jesus knew long ago that there was such a group of Christians, so He wrote these words here, so that we can have a concept of management, how to live in this world? You will know. Oh, I understand. Then this management is closely related to whether we will be faithful people in the future. If you say that you do not manage well, how will you give an account to God in the future? Therefore, God will also send you to manage many things in the future, this is what the Lord Jesus said personally. What did He say? If you are a faithful and good person in the future, a faithful and good servant in God's eyes, God will send you to manage many things. To be faithful in these few things, to be faithful in these small things, is it just five talents? Right? And then two talents? One talent? If you are faithful in this matter, you will be sent to manage many things in the future.

Why use silver? Because silver is a very good measure, money is a very good measure. In the future, you will be sent to manage many things, not to sing hallelujah in the future, not to be holy, holy, holy, which you can learn in five minutes. Holy, holy, holy, you only shout holy in your whole life, you do not need to learn more words, two words are enough: holy, holy, holy. If you learn a few more words: ah, Almighty Lord. What are you doing? Shouting this all day long. If the master leaves to go abroad, and then entrusts these things to us. There is no shouting hallelujah in here, no singing hymns, none of these things, it is to let you manage well what God has given you. Do you understand this time? If you understand this time, you must remove the wrong theology in your heart. Chinese Mingding Destiny will bring a change in this generation, this change will remove many absurd things in Christianity.

Once there was a prophet named Rick Joyner, and in an interview, he mentioned that he saw in a vision that a group of Chinese people were raised up by God, and this small group of people would remove many wrong and absurd teachings in Christianity. After I saw it, wow, wow, God even sent a prophet to prophesy long ago, we are doing this.

Okay, today we must know that this matter is very interesting. Because before this scripture, it talked about ten virgins, five virgins had oil, and five virgins did not have oil; five were wise, and five were foolish. The five wise ones prepared oil, and the other five foolish ones did not prepare oil. As a result? As a result, there is a saying later, you go to the place where they sell oil to buy it. What does it mean? This oil is bought, does buying it cost money? In other words, what exactly is this oil?

Until today, there are various teachings. The Lord Jesus was afraid that people would misunderstand this matter, so after finishing speaking about this, He immediately spoke about five talents, two talents, and one talent. Why? Because that oil is like the five talents that earned five talents, and the two talents that earned two talents, that is called having oil. Do you know? Can everyone connect with this explanation? It is not that you just sing poems foolishly, and then you have oil, where did the oil come from? Today we must begin to know the parable of the ten virgins, after speaking about that, we speak about this, putting these two things together. Ah, the five talents earning five talents is called having oil, a faithful and good servant; the two talents earning two talents is also called having oil; the one talent earning one talent, earning nothing at all, burying it in the ground, coming back with no oil, lazy and stupid.

So later, Jesus said one thing:

For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’ (Matthew 25:35-40)

Do you understand? Which one does not cost money? Our brothers and sisters, wake up, which one does not cost money? Every one costs money. If you are so poor that you are jingling, how can you do it? I do not know how you can do it. Actually, I have never liked being poor, so people like me will not be poor. Do you think people like me can be poor? Impossible, I am full of treasures, you might say that pigs are also, but my treasures are not the same as pigs' treasures. You may ask, what does this have to do with joy? It has too much to do with joy. I ask you, are you joyful when you make money? Or are you joyful when you lose money? Everyone, tell me. Ah, you are joyful when you make money from doing business. Of course, you are joyful when you make a profit, how can you be joyful when you lose money?

Yesterday when I was browsing Douyin, some people said, you also browse. I said, I also browse. It is so good to live happily. As a result, when I browsed, I came across a video taken by someone, which said that he had lost two million and four hundred and seventy thousand. Oh, I tell you, as a result, he was eating dumplings there, and his face did not look good, it was terrible. As a result, he burst into tears, and the dumplings in his mouth were sprayed all over the ground, it was disgusting. People should be happy when they lose two million and four hundred and seventy thousand? Be happy about what? Can that thing be happy? That is very difficult to be happy about. Ah, I am filled with emotion.

A few years ago, I served a sister who was cheated by someone, resulting in her buying a lot of expensive robots that could not be sold. She was fooled by the big name of artificial intelligence, and she did it blindly, and she even borrowed money to buy them. People among us began to serve her, alas, it was hard work. Later, she prepared to run away. We received her last phone call, which was from Italy. She ran to Italy, she skipped town. How can you live like this? Can you be joyful? I think it is very difficult. Can you be joyful? It is difficult to be joyful.

Therefore, this scripture is very interesting, talking about the five talents earning five talents, and the two talents earning two talents. Eh, are there any losses? Understanding the needs of the market can see opportunities, and you can find the secrets of making money. That mentality determines your future, so you can give only with reward. This is very important. So everyone slowly ponder carefully, who have you blessed in the past? Who have you given to? You yourself don't have enough, how can you give? VII. People Are Joyful Only When They Give
