Introduction

Good morning, everyone. We continue with the twelfth lecture on The Gospel of Jesus Christ. The most crucial element in the Gospel of Jesus Christ is binding and loosing. This must not be lost. The theme of the twelfth lecture is Binding and Loosing. Binding and loosing are actually about the authority and power to bind and loose. Binding and loosing are the most important components of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This Gospel was originally good news. Later, I discovered that many people have lost the matter of binding and loosing. Binding and loosing is not something others say; it is what Jesus said. But after people lost this matter, people are bound and the devil is released. Then, one's life will certainly not be lived well. This ability to bind and loose is the most important component of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This sentence must be imprinted in your mind. Bind the devil and release those bound by the devil. If the Gospel you believe in does not have this most basic component, although it cannot be called a heresy, it does not even have a point, because it is simply not the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Brothers and sisters must agree with this statement of mine. It is like I give you a car, but it has no engine. How can you drive it? Do you push it by hand from behind? Is that useful? A car without an engine, is that called a car? It is probably called a model. So it is fundamentally not a point; it is fundamentally not the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This statement is a bit heavy. Some people in this generation who are not on the point often like to say this is a heresy and that is a heresy.

There is a pastor from Singapore who is quite interesting. He came all the way to find me. I said, What do you want from me? He said, Just to see you. It turns out that many people were inquiring with him, Do you know about Chinese Mingding Doctrine? He said, I don't know. Even though he is in Singapore, he does not know. He heard many things about Chinese Mingding Doctrine and pondered in his heart. One day, in a group, he asked, Who is the founder of Chinese Mingding Doctrine? Another pastor from Singapore pointed to my name and told him. After pointing to my name, Oh, we know each other. We are old friends from many years ago. So it was him. Then he came to find me.

After he came to find me, he said to me, Many people say you are a heretic. They asked me if you are a heretic. In my heart, I said, Hey, these people who are not on the 'point' are asking me if I am a heretic. Isn't that strange? Then I said, After you listened, do you think I am a heretic? He said, Hey, since I came to find you, it means you are not a heretic. I said, Then what kind of 'point' is it? He said, It is an extreme.

We are absolutely rigorously implementing the Word of God, unless there are things we do not yet know, then we will let it go. But we must know that we are treating God's Word as established in heaven; we are serious to the extreme. Later, this matter triggered my thinking. These people have not even touched the edge of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Look, they do a bunch of things that Jesus Christ did not do, and they do nothing that Jesus Christ did. They often say this is a heresy and that is a heresy, but in fact, it is not a point at all.

I can tell you, this Gospel cannot be changed. Whether anything is deleted from this Gospel, it is ruined. Whether anything is added to this Gospel, it is also ruined. Brothers and sisters, that pastor friend who came to find me, in fact, he still somewhat agreed with me, but he still implements his original set of things. Why? In his heart, he feels, If I do it like you, then I will have nothing to eat?

We must never add or subtract anything, as that is life-threatening. Remember! It is spoken of in the Book of Revelation, and it is also spoken of in Deuteronomy. It was spoken of in the days of Moses that you must not add, nor shall you subtract from it. What does that indicate? It indicates that you must be within this system, within the system of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Binding and loosing. Bind what? Bind the devil. Loose what? Loose people. BInding the devil and releasing those bound by the devil must have several prerequisites: First, you must work with the Lord Jesus to build the Church of Jesus Christ. Second, you must be someone who climbs on the rock of Jesus Christ, that is, to know the truth of God in understanding. Third, in the process of doing so, the gates of hell cannot prevail against you, that is, it cannot overcome the Church. If the church you build is being trampled under the feet of the gates of hell, then something is wrong; then it is not the Church of Jesus Christ. The Church of Jesus Christ must be built on this rock of truth, and the gates of hell cannot prevail against it.

Then you must obtain the keys of the kingdom of heaven. Why obtain the keys of the kingdom of heaven? Sometimes binding the devil does not hold. You have to go to heaven to find a rope to tie it up. You say, How can I go? I am not the Monkey King. I tell you, this rope is the rock of Jesus Christ, the rock of truth built layer upon layer. So when your understanding begins to open up little by little, you will find this magic weapon for binding the devil.

This is a very straightforward sequence that Jesus Christ gave us. Jesus said, I will build My Church on this rock, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Then I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. This theory sounds a bit empty, but now I will give you a few examples.

People living and dying are both spiritual matters. Many years ago, there was a sister who was a senior executive in a company. She suddenly came among us because she was hurt in another church. The church she went to was a super-large church with tens of thousands of people. A church with tens of thousands of people is not necessarily useful. Peter managed several thousand to tens of thousands of people, but in the end, it was just like that. As a result, she went to find the pastor, but the pastor ignored her. What did she want the pastor for? Because her mother was about to pass away, but could not. Everyone surrounded her. When they saw she was about to pass away, everyone came to send her off on her final journey, but she did not pass away. She was just in a coma. One week passed, two weeks passed, and she still could not die, which tormented the living.

They do not have this spiritual knowledge. They saw that the process of passing away was very painful, and they did not know what to do. This person could not pass away. They asked the pastor of their own church, but the pastor did not go. They asked the pastors of other external churches, but they also did not go. Then she did not have an opinion about her own pastor, but she had an opinion about the pastors of external churches. I felt that her brain was not working well. Then this sister was very hurt. Later, she finally found a pastor who barely helped her mother finally take that breath.

From a long time ago, I knew that a person living is spirit, and it is the spirit that gives life, and the flesh is of no significance. You see that this flesh lives very well, but in reality, his spirit is inside. A person's heart keeps beating, never stopping throughout his entire life. It does not stop even when you sleep. Why? Because a person's spirit lives in the heart, and this spirit causes the heart to beat continuously. When a person's spirit leaves the heart, it stops beating. This phenomenon is still difficult for people to explain, because it is a spirit.

Someone said, Teacher, my muscles keep twitching. I said, That is a spirit. Many idle people's eyelids twitch for no reason. That is a spirit. Muscle twitching is a spirit. A heartbeat is even more so a spirit. Sometimes this person is still alive, but his spirit has been taken away by a ghost. The ghost living in his heart makes that heart beat. This is a ghost, and then you are very filial and take care of it, exhausting yourself to death.

Many family members act up a lot after they get old. They are very good at acting, and they are especially good at saying things that provoke you. They are very accurate at finding the right things. If you understand this principle, then you know, This is not my mother. This is a ghost. The flesh is your mother's flesh, but the spirit is a ghost. This is why she is so bad. Of course, you see that her flesh is your mother's flesh, but the one living inside is not her. So when a person's body is alive, it is like a car shell. The driver inside has been replaced, but you still think it is your mother.

This logic is very important. If you do not have the authority to bind and loose, how can you act? So after my mother got old, I saw that a ghost had come. I said, Where did you take my mother? It said, Isn't your mother here? I said, This is not my mother. Then I released my mother's spirit and drove the ghost away. When my mother came back, she cried. She said, Son, I could hear you praying, but I could not hear your shouting. You all could not hear me. She was taken by a ghost and placed in a water prison, oh, where the water was ice-cold. If some of us have feet that are ice-cold, then that may be a spirit of death. Later, my mother said, Son, thank goodness you prayed for me, or I would not be able to return.

I started to have an understanding of the spiritual realm from here. Our Chinese Mingding Doctrine's understanding of the spiritual realm also comes from this. My research on the spiritual realm is very deep. Of course, saying that the research is very deep is compared to you. According to the requirements of Jesus Christ, it is still far from enough. Isn't research still being carried out recently? What are we researching? Researching the spiritual realm.

Yesterday, one sister's mother passed away. Her mother basically did not cause trouble for anyone. The sister's mother received a lot of grace from me. Her mother's legs were swollen. I made the swelling go away. Her mother was in a wheelchair. I prayed and she could barely stand up. This sister also had the old Marxist logic in her mind. I saw that something was not right and quickly told her what to do. As a result, her mother passed away very smoothly. It was really just like the Bible says, Jacob lifted his legs onto the bed and then breathed his last.

People living and dying is a very spiritual matter. If you do not do it according to the spiritual way, then it will be fatal. I tell everyone, if you can understand what I am saying, then it is extraordinary. Fortunately, her mother was not messed with by a ghost and lived to be 95 years old, dying of old age. How much physical suffering do you think the old lady avoided? And how much suffering did the people taking care of the old lady avoid? Behind all of that is ghosts.

If we do not have this kind of spiritual ability, we cannot build a glorious church of God, and we cannot take up the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and the gates of hell cannot prevail. If we do not have these things, then it is a tragedy. Everyone must know that the work of the devil is to torment people. The devil basically does these two things: first, finances; second, health. It is most common for the devil to make you sick, and then to cause you to be deficient in finances. Anyway, if you lack one of these two things, it is very hard to live. I ask you, if you do not have money, even if you have a good body, you will still be poor; if your finances are very good, but you are sick, how do you think you can live? There are so many things like this.

Some time ago, a father and son came among us. Yesterday, his pastor shared this story with me. He is from Fujian. People from Fujian are very good at doing business. He said to his pastor that they are very good at doing business and making money. Making five or six million a year is a trivial matter. In their village, there are many activities of worshiping ghosts and gods. Why did he come to find us? Because his son contracted a strange disease, which is mental illness. He was possessed by a ghost. How did he get it? It was because he organized two large-scale idol-worshiping activities in their area as the president. Thankfully, he did not become a shaman. He is very good at making money, and it is related to this thing.

One day, his son suddenly could not do anything. It is really fatal to have a child with mental illness in the family. When my sister got mental illness, my parents were tormented enough. Knives and scissors could not be placed outside the house. It was too fatal. This is a typical example. Ghosts are just like this. This father said that many young people in their village contracted the same disease as his son, but their fathers are very good at making money. Do you think this is evil? Evil.

This father searched and searched and sought help from many churches. But many churches do not dare to cast out demons. Many churches do not do binding and loosing. Many churches are almost in cahoots with demons. As a result, he found our church's website and listened to the information on the website. As he listened, faith rose up in him. He came to find us. Recently, his son has been in much better condition. So I think that if there is not a church of binding and loosing in this world, it is the most tragic thing in this world. So many people are tormented for no reason. Binding and loosing, this is a very important component of the Gospel. Can everyone accept it?

If you have मासिकधर्म दर्द, you will all be healed here. If there is no binding and loosing, you will experience period pain every month, and it hurts so much that you want to die, and you swallow painkillers by the handful. How tragic is that? There are also many cases of depression that are healed by us. Think about how uncomfortable depression is. The parents also suffer along with it. There are also various disasters and poverty. These things are all fatal.

I tell you, when a person comes into this world, he must live a joyful life throughout his life. There is nothing wrong with this statement. But how can you live a joyful life? This is not easy. Without binding and loosing, can you be joyful? You cannot be joyful. So the authority of binding and loosing, the ability of binding and loosing, is too important here with us. It is important everywhere. To live joyfully, you must have money. If you are penniless, how is it possible to be joyful? And if you are full of diseases, it is difficult to be joyful. Do not say you are full of diseases; if one person in your family is full of diseases, it is enough to torment you.

Look at how bad the devil is. The devil works on finances and health. Do you think this is evil? We do this binding and loosing to pull people out of curses, to pull people out of the dominion of the devil, to pull people out of diseases. Some people start to say, then you are a success theology; you are a prosperity theology; you are a health theology; you are a flourishing theology. Why does it sound so unpleasant to me?

Do you wish to live a withered life? Do you desire a life filled with sickness? Lord, give him more! It is strange that he is unwilling to accept good things. Brothers and sisters, you must understand that if you can bind the devil and the enemy on this earth, plunder the devil and the enemy, and release those who are oppressed, how could you lack money? How could you lack health? Such a good thing, yet some people reject it.

Two sisters went to visit an elderly paralyzed person. On the way back, one of them asked, Sister, if you were to be paralyzed, would you want it? I would not want it. The one who said, I would not want it, is a sister from our church. Then our sister asked her, Would you want it? Oh, if God gave it to me, I would want it. Don't you find it strange? What would God give you paralysis for, to be taken care of by others? Pure nonsense. Moreover, she is not Paul, and God will not give her that thorn.

I have met some people who like to bring up Paul. Did Paul have financial problems? No, Paul was never short of money. Did Paul have health problems, traveling long distances and sailing on ships? No, he did not end up in the ICU. Paul asked the Lord to remove his illness, and God clearly told him, This is a thorn for you, lest you become proud. Someone like you does not even qualify to be proud, what would be the point of giving you a thorn? Unnecessary.

Perhaps you are a Paul, and my example is inappropriate. Then look at Timothy. Did Timothy have financial problems? No. Did he have health problems? Not really. He occasionally had a stomach issue; is there a problem with him drinking some wine? No, warming his stomach is normal. Did Timothy end up in the ICU? No. Timothy traveled everywhere, preaching the gospel and building churches. Brothers and sisters, you must know that our church is a church of binding and releasing. What is bound on earth is bound in heaven, and what is released on earth is released in heaven. Our God is a good God, but some people are willing to be messed with by demons.

One day, I saw a sister praying with someone. I asked, What's wrong? She said, She fell in the bathroom. She had told me about this person's situation before: from childhood, her hands and feet were twisted, and she could not walk or work. Recently, through prayer, she could barely walk a little, and her hands were also better, and then she fell in love with money. After being messed with by demons for so long, she was finally released a little, but recently she wants to do some live streaming, falling in love with money.

I said, What kind of brain is this? You haven't been completely released yet, and you're already going after money. Why? Because she feels that you must have money to live, which is a very common concept. But the problem is, if you think that you must have money to live, will you have money? You don't have money. After being deceived and bound by demons for so many years, just after breaking a few chains, you want to tie yourself up again, believing the devil's lies again. Many people are bound because they believe lies.

If you have experienced even a little bit of God, you should quickly enter the stage of binding and releasing. Jesus Christ is a treasure; do not cling tightly to demons or to money, but cling tightly to Jesus Christ, and build His church with Jesus Christ, building the church on this rock of truth, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. The keys of the kingdom of heaven will be given to us. What we bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and what we release on earth will be released in heaven.

What is heaven? It is the spiritual realm. What is earth? It is the world we live in. Do not be messed with by demons, do not let a few lies mess you up to the point of being half-dead. If you fall one day, will you still love money? When our sister ministered, she kept praying in tongues. I said, Is this useful? Can you drive away the demon she invited? Can you release the bondage she put on herself? You cannot release it. People must know God in their understanding. I interrupted her and told her what to do, which is to repent.

Everyone must know that financial matters are a very spiritual issue. Yesterday, I met a sister's younger brother, whose daughter in Shanghai was cheated out of eighty thousand yuan. Don't you think there are spiritual things behind it all? How many parents have eighty thousand yuan to fill the hole for their children? Pay it back slowly. If you have been cheated financially, you must be careful; finances are a spiritual matter. Why could he cheat you? Because the demon is messing with you.

How can we avoid being messed with by demons in terms of finances and health? How can we avoid living in lack and pain? That is binding and releasing. For Chinese Mingding Doctrine, this is a very old topic, and I hope to speak with new meaning. Now, let's read the scripture, Matthew 16:18-19.

Scripture

And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. (Matthew 16:18-19)

Prayer

Lord, thank you for your promise. We know that the gospel of Jesus Christ is a powerful gospel. God, we thank you for walking the road of the cross for us, for resurrecting from the dead for us, and for obtaining all authority in heaven, on earth, and under the earth for us. God, we thank you that you have given this authority to us, allowing us to build your glorious church on this earth, manifesting your glory, binding the dark forces in the heavens, and releasing the oppressed people on earth.

God, arise us today, arise us, so that we can once again trample on the devil and the enemy, so that we can once again overcome ourselves. Let us declare to the world that this world has nothing in us, and we have completely dedicated ourselves to God. God, I want to offer myself as a fragrant sacrifice to you. God, may you accept my offering, in the name of Jesus Christ! Amen!

Scripture background

I will build my church on this rock, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it, referring to the church. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, you, referring to the people in the church. The gates of Hades will not overcome the church, so building the church is the foundation. Then, give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. What to do after giving it? Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will be loosed in heaven. That you is the person who works with the Lord to build the church.

Never develop a bad habit of worshiping masters! I tell you, for those who are oppressed by demons, can you know God through the oppression? Can you become a person who builds God's glorious church? If so, why do you have to find a master? If it were me, So that's how Jesus did it, and I want to do it too. That would be great. Oh, you have this ability? I want to have this ability too? If you really have this ability, won't you receive grace for a lifetime? No need to buy a plane ticket from afar and go through all the trouble.

The background of this passage is about you, and you are us. What is the order of binding and releasing? I will build my church on this rock, and we have made this clear. The gates of Hades will not overcome it, and this is also clear. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and this is also clear. Then what? Binding and releasing. This is our basic work, our mission while we are alive. After we die, don't do anything.

The gospel we preach is the gospel of the living. While we are alive, we can exercise the authority of Jesus Christ on earth; we can solve the problems of people living on this earth. Why? Because the problem of people living is the spirit. If demons surround you all day long, can you be well? So you must know that living is a very spiritual matter. Chinese Mingding Doctrine studies the spiritual realm very carefully. Why so careful? Because I want to solve these problems, and I want to understand what is going on, so I study the spiritual world. In fact, everything we have on this earth is just a shadow of heavenly things, of spiritual things.

Living without binding and releasing is simply a tragedy of life. When you look around, you see one soap opera after another, and some soap operas happen in your own home. Do you have the ability to bind and release what is behind these things? The things we see with our eyes are an external reaction of the spiritual realm.

I think what is this surgery? For example, if you have a herniated disc, the demon is in the lumbar spine. If you have surgery to reset it, it will make it protrude again. Even if you have the money, you can't afford the suffering, can you? If you don't study how the herniated disc came about, you can't solve how to put it back. If you drive away the demon, it certainly won't come out again.

For example, what is going on with high blood sugar? The demon is there! The blood sugar goes up and down, isn't that a demon? If your eyes are not good, what is that? A demon lives there. Why are the eyes blind? A demon lives there. Why is the leg lame? A demon lives there. I tell you, as long as it is done by demons, it is easy to handle. Drive away the demons, and many diseases will be healed.

What is the problem? We often think that Jesus said this referring to Peter. Later, Peter died, so who does this sentence refer to? It refers to those who have received heavenly revelation, who say that Jesus is the Son of God, is the Christ. What do these people do? They build His church with God. Don't think that this is a disadvantageous thing. If you think this is a disadvantageous thing, then you will suffer a great loss.

Many things we experience are reactions of the spiritual realm. Your business is closely related to the spiritual realm; your children are closely related to the spiritual realm. If we save time on binding and releasing, we will suffer a great loss. I think this passage is worth pondering. We have read this Matthew 16 chapter to pieces.

If you want to bind the devil, you must not be mindful of human concerns. There are many examples of being mindful of human concerns. How can you bind the devil if you are mindful of human concerns? If you are mindful of human concerns and want to poke the devil's butt, the devil will definitely grab you and put you under his butt as a cushion, and you will live under the devil's butt, and then you will live out a soap opera, won't you?

So what should we do? Don't be mindful of human concerns, but be mindful of God's concerns. To be mindful of God's concerns, one must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Jesus. Some people say, Oh, who would do that? Why not do this profitable thing? I think some people's brains don't work very well. I ask you, is following Jesus worth it or not? It seems a little difficult, a little uncomfortable to answer. Actually, there is no need to be so stuffy, no need to be so twisted. Following Jesus is worth it!

I ask you, if you can bind the dark forces in the air, will you lack money? If Putian people are good at doing business, I tell you, we should be even better at doing business than Putian people. Because Putian people rely on the spiritual things in their village, and we rely on the Lord of Hosts, the mighty God.

Many people can't figure it out, can't break apart this logic. For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for Jesus will find it. What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? What can anyone give in exchange for their soul? If people gain the whole world and their lives are taken by demons, what good is it? Is it difficult to hear this sentence?

When people die, the things they care about in the world all go down the drain with them. They enter the crematorium and are all refined into a wisp of green smoke, and then the remaining bit is put into an urn. Someone died yesterday, and when I rushed over, the person had already passed away. I was very moved and suddenly felt a strong sense of emptiness. I felt that everything in this world became unimportant, because we will also walk the path of death. So what good is it for a person to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?

People in our generation hear more stories, such as the father of Ferdinand Marcos Jr. of the Philippines. He had so much money, but because people started protesting, the entire Philippines turned against him. He fled to Hawaii in the United States, and the plane carried boxes and boxes of US dollars, more than 100 billion, and then he died miserably in Hawaii. I was wondering what the meaning of this was. There was no meaning. His son continued to do it, and he felt it was meaningful.

So we must know that we build God's glorious church on this rock, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. These few sentences earn a lot of benefits. God wants to give us the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and then what we bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and what we release on earth will be released in heaven. I ask you, what could be better than this? Nothing.

Who has authority

Binding and releasing, do you think you can poke the tiger in the butt casually? Like Zelensky poking the bear, he was beaten up by the bear. You must have that ability, you must have authority in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. Doesn't that authority have to be taken from Jesus? If you take it from Jesus, don't you have to work with Jesus Christ? God must like you to give it to you. If God doesn't like you, what will He give you?

You say, Lord Jesus, I want 麻花 (twisted dough sticks). Lord Jesus twists your face and says, This is 麻花. You say, Lord Jesus, I want authority. The Lord says, What do you want authority for? You say, What I bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and what I release on earth shall be released in heaven; what is bound in this world shall be bound in the spiritual realm, and what is released in this world shall be released in the spiritual realm. Lord Jesus says, Okay, come in. Take this bunch of keys. And click, the authority is given to you.

If you want this authority, you must use it well and know what you are doing. What is the Chinese Mingding Doctrine about? Building God's glorious church is our Mingding! Working with the Lord to build God's church is our Mingding! We are born for this, we live for this, and we also die for this. We must know that this is a treasure on this earth, and we must not lose this kind of authority.

You pick up this authority, then what? You should deny yourself. Why? Because as soon as you pick up the authority and start to do things, something or other happens at home. Why? The devil always sets your backyard on fire, always causes trouble for your family. As for me, I do things first, and then I deal with the devil when he comes back. You have to sort things out clearly.

Then who gets the authority? On the spiritual path, climbing the mountain of Jehovah, entering the temple of the God of Jacob, climbing the rock of Jesus Christ, is very important. Last time I said, you must be clear in your understanding. If your understanding is not clear, you will follow the devil when he tells a lie. Deny yourself, then what? Continue to climb on this spiritual peak.

I ask you, what have you climbed in the past year? What have you figured out? Someone said, Teacher, I have listened to all the sermons you have preached. I said, Then let's test you. Like one time I interviewed an employee, I said, What are your hobbies? He said, My hobby is Tang poetry and Song lyrics. I said, Then recite one. As a result, it was a lie. He didn't know any Tang poetry and Song lyrics.

Brothers and sisters, you must be fully acquainted with God in truth and understanding. If you do not know God in your understanding, and you poke the devil's butt, you will be sat on by the devil in no time. I must formally tell you that among the pastors I have observed, especially those who cast out demons and do healing and deliverance, many do not have a good ending. You say, Why? Then let's not do it. Why do it if the ending is not good?

Later I found that these pastors who do healing and deliverance do not climb high enough on the rock of Jesus Christ. They have been staying at a very low level of being filled with the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues, and having faith. But I tell you, God doesn't want it that way. God wants you to climb the mountain of Jehovah. You must climb this mountain of truth to the peak.

I tell you all good news, this year we will have many brothers and sisters who will climb to what extent on this spiritual peak? Climbing to Galatians 2:20, I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. I tell you, that is powerful, and you can shoot arrows far and accurately.
