Introduction

Good morning! Today, I want to share something that could profoundly impact your future, a topic called: Never Compromise! This uncompromising stance, as I will explain, can deeply influence your life, not because you are unyielding in household matters with your husband, or in disputes between landlord and tenant, or even in work-related disagreements with your boss. The never compromise I speak of is about standing firm on spiritual truth!

Brothers and sisters, recognise that the church has a two-thousand-year history, a history marked by compromises on God's Word and spiritual truths. Why do we see so many churches today devoid of the Holy Spirit's power? Why is this generation not filled with churches like that of Jesus? Why are the acts Jesus performed rarely, if ever, heard of today? Where did this begin? With the renowned Peter.

Peter was a man of compromise. Don't be fooled by his eloquent writings in 1 Peter and 2 Peter; his misdeeds were painted darkly by Paul in Galatians. Before James arrived, Peter was eating and drinking with Gentile Christians, coexisting harmoniously. Initially, Peter received a commission from God to preach the gospel to the Gentiles, but he soon relinquished this role to James, the physical brother of Jesus Christ. Thus, James became Peter's superior.

Out of fear, Peter began to feign righteousness whenever James's people arrived. Today, such pretense is rampant in the church! I have seen many Christians from various churches, or people I know in church circles, and the word compromise permeates the church's entire history, profoundly affecting it. Compromise is prevalent not only in church history but also in individual lives. Therefore, brothers and sisters, understand that compromise deeply impacts one's life.

When I first started building Chinese Mingding Destiny, it was because I saw a significant discrepancy between the church's condition and what the Bible described. Where did this vast difference originate? From compromise. Compromise can be likened to Moses leading the Israelites out of Egypt through God's mighty arm, performing salvation. In the wilderness, God instructed Moses to build a tabernacle, which is essentially a tent. This tent was highly significant.

The tabernacle's design came from God, who explained to Moses in detail on the mountain how to build it. Exodus records in great detail what was needed to construct the tabernacle: how many bronze rings, how many tent pegs, how much rope, how to set it up, and even how to arrange the inside and outside of the entire tabernacle. Let me tell you a story: Moses needed fifty tent pegs to secure the ropes, but he only found forty-nine. He thought, It's just one peg short; it won't make the tent collapse anyway. So, he casually found something to replace it. That's compromise.

You might think forty-nine pegs out of fifty is acceptable, as it's only one short, and the tent won't collapse. Following this logic, forty-nine becoming forty-eight might seem insignificant, and forty-eight becoming forty-seven might also appear inconsequential. If this continues, you'll end up with no pegs at all, and that's a serious problem.

The Power of Uncompromising Faith

Furthermore, consider the thickness of the rope and the type of fabric to be used. If everything seems trivial and a thin string is used as a substitute, can the constructed tabernacle be dignified? Moses searched high and low for sealskins, but how could such precious items be found in the wilderness? In the end, he casually replaced them with dog skins. If this were done, God's tabernacle would become a makeshift shelter. How could God's glory fill such a tabernacle? Instead, the glory of improvisation would fill it.

Today, let us reflect on whether the church is in a similar state. The current state of the church is astonishing. Many real-life examples fall short of even the simplest scriptural requirements, or even contradict the Bible, compromising to an outrageous extent.

I often encounter pastors who tell me, Actually, 90% of what I do is the same as what you do. What is the other 10% that is different? Where does the difference lie? Later, I realized it's our hobbies that differ; he likes fishing, I don't; he likes driving sports cars, I don't; he likes hunting, I don't.

In truth, I have a fervent hope that every one of our brothers and sisters will be like Jesus. But the problem is that being like Jesus requires God to be with us, and the Holy Spirit to fill us just as He filled Jesus. However, if we compromise by 10%, will we be like Jesus? The Bible says that even a little leaven must be avoided, as a little leaven leavens the whole lump. The church must not compromise on God's truth even one bit.

Don’t you know that a little yeast leavens the whole batch of dough? (1 Corinthians 5:6)

I often say, All are healed, and this brings in many critics. Really, all are healed? Does that mean everyone you pray for gets healed? I say, That's what the Bible says.

Today, I tell you that people do not believe in the idea that all are healed. Why? Because it's too absolute! How do they measure this? Because it hasn't happened in their church, they deny God's Word. Is this appropriate? Not at all!

Initially, only 10% of people were healed, but I believe that all are healed. Why? Today, I am not yet fully like Jesus. If I were like Jesus, all would be healed. People touched Jesus and were all healed. If they touched us, they might not be healed because we are not Jesus. I believe the woman with the issue of blood tried various methods and did not get healed. But she only touched the hem of Jesus' garment and was healed.

So, if we build a church that is the body of Jesus Christ, what will happen if you touch it? Just touching the hem of Jesus Christ's garment is enough, without even touching Jesus' body! How amazing! Later, the Bible records that some people were healed after touching handkerchiefs that Paul had used. God is incredible! Why? Because they are the body of Jesus Christ! But if we build the church with a compromising heart, constructing a shoddy tabernacle, it will end up as a makeshift shelter.

Compromise is deadly! If we believe in Jesus with an uncompromising heart, it will profoundly impact our lives! For example, even if your abilities are not strong and your mind is not sharp, but you believe in God, you will surely become a very capable person! Our God is the God who brings what does not exist into existence. Because we believe that all are healed, from the initial 10% to 20%, 20% to 50%, and then to 80%, it is through never compromising on God's Word!

Building an Uncompromising Church

Today, stories of compromise are everywhere, compromising with the world. Today, we have a testimony from someone with ankylosing spondylitis. He used to struggle daily with crutches, but after our pastor's constant ministry, he was healed upon repentance. He was healed upon repentance, but he missed the crucial point: that today there is a church that is the body of Jesus Christ, so when he touched it, God's power was manifested in him.

If we build the church today with a compromising heart, where anyone can come and go as they please, touching things without purpose, it is useless. So, today, I want to tell you about never compromising. In one's life, never compromise on God's Word, and God's promises in Jesus Christ will be fulfilled in us in every way. What a profound impact this will have! Your abilities may be limited, and you may not be outstanding, but God's power will be manifested through your faith.

If the gospel is to return to its original state in this generation, it is not to return to John Wesley, or to Watchman Nee, or to John Sung, let alone to Martin Luther, but to return to the apostles Paul and Jesus Christ. Today, we must pursue being like Jesus! If everyone desires to be like Jesus, what impact will it have on your life? A life originally without hope will be filled with glorious hope today.

Today, brothers and sisters, know that never compromising, the most important thing is to build God's church according to God's Word. God's church must be built on the rock of Jesus Christ according to God's Word. We can receive the keys of the kingdom of heaven. What we bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and what we release on earth will be released in heaven. We can trample on the dark powers of hell on this earth.

And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. (Matthew 16:18-19)

Brothers and sisters, begin to restore the truth of the Bible. No matter how difficult the truth or the words of Jesus Christ may be, it is still the truth, and we must still build His church according to the words of Jesus Christ, making the church a place where God dwells. If the church becomes a place where God dwells, our problems will immediately become simpler.

Scripture

May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. (Galatians 6:14)

Prayer

Lord Jesus! Today, I repent before You once again. May Your Holy Spirit guide us and illuminate us, letting us know where in our lives we still have a compromising attitude. God! Your Word is my life, Your Word is truth, Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

God! May Your Word be engraved in my heart, so that I may declare in this generation, like Paul, May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. Let the ruler of this world have nothing in me. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ! Amen!

Background of This Passage

The background of this passage is very wondrous. The gospel of Jesus Christ was spread around, and later God raised up a man named the Apostle Paul. Paul had never followed Jesus, yet he wrote many epistles, and Galatians is one of them. When he wrote Galatians, Paul's leadership position in the Gentile churches, apart from the churches in Jerusalem and Judea, was unprecedentedly stable. No one could shake him.

Paul's Uncompromising Stance and the Purity of the Church

What problem arose later? People kept causing trouble. Paul wrote to the Galatians because some people had come to this place preaching the gospel of circumcision. What is circumcision? It is a minor surgery performed on the male genitalia, because Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob were all circumcised. To this day, I am still pondering that by the time of the Apostle Paul, the church began to be stained by a habit, everyone began to be circumcised. Know that a little leaven can cause the church to lose its power.

When the Galatian church accepted another gospel, they found that the church began to lose its power, and God's power was no longer manifested so much. Then Paul eloquently wrote six chapters of Galatians, and the problem these six chapters discussed revolved around one thing: whether we will compromise. In Galatians, Peter was badly criticised, to put it colloquially in Northeast dialect. Peter had a hard time reading Galatians every time, and James had an even harder time. Where was the problem? It was compromise or not compromise.

Christians compromising on God's truth is a very common situation. Some Christians would say, Well, just get circumcised, it's okay, it's not a big deal. In fact, to study carefully, in the eras of Adam, Eve, and Noah, these things happened starting from a very inconspicuous small matter. For example, eating the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil is not that serious, right! You can also have wisdom, and your eyes can be bright, like God, isn't that good? But God's Word must not be violated!

So Paul wrote Galatians and solved the problem of compromise. Fortunately, we have Paul, and we can read Galatians today. With Galatians as evidence, we can say with certainty that a person who believes in the wrong gospel will be cursed. Many people do not know that there are also curses in the New Testament, and this curse is also very powerful! When Paul wrote to the sixth chapter, he talked about circumcision, he said:

May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. (Galatians 6:14)

The meaning of this verse is that I have nothing to do with this world.

There are two figures in the Bible that are very worth exploring. For example, Peter, who pretended, his letters, 1 Peter and 2 Peter, are included in the Bible, and James's letter, James, is also included in the Bible. But who is the one who did not compromise? It is Paul. So there are two people who must enter our lives, the first is Jesus Christ, and the second is the Apostle Paul. This uncompromising character will have a profound impact.

If you ask me, what do so many testimonies among us today testify to? They testify that I never compromise on God's Word. May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. Everything else is trivial, are you willing to forsake your wife, children, parents, fields, and houses for the sake of Jesus Christ?

What Paul wrote and what Jesus said in John chapter 14:

I will not say much more to you, for the prince of this world is coming, and he has no claim on me. (John 14:30)

This sentence says that Jesus is willing to be nailed to the cross, and He still has no claim on me. Brothers and sisters, if you begin to have such a character in you, you will become a vessel that manifests God's glory. God is constantly looking for treasures in heaven and on earth. When He finds them, He will sell all that He has and buy us, for the sake of us, this treasure!

An Uncompromising Faith

Do we want to be treasures in God's eyes today? If everyone learns the lesson of never compromising, it is to declare to this world: I have nothing in me, I live by every word that comes from the mouth of God. What influence will it have? Angels in heaven will cheer for you, because God has found a treasure, another treasure in God's eyes in this world, and never compromise with the things of this world.

I often lead people to pray, from their heads to their toes, counting all the parts that are broken enough for you to endure. Just one pain in your body will take your life. Why is this so? It is because there is still a worldly logic system in people's hearts, and there is no uncompromising character in people's hearts.

For instance, someone comes among us, engrossed in business, putting everything else aside, but never the business, and eventually leaves. Returns a second time, but gets caught up in business again, and leaves once more. Some time ago, this person sought me out, and I told him, Your core interest is making money! You forget God as soon as you get busy. There was something else I didn’t say: Aren't you toying with Jesus? I lack the gall for that.

People forsake Jesus not for any other reason than the fields, houses, wives, children, parents, businesses, and so forth that they deem precious. The question is whether they can value God just as much! The Bible says, Anyone who loves these more than God is not worthy to be God's disciple. If you are not worthy to be God's disciple, where are you? Outside the door. What can one gain from compromise? Nothing at all.

The context of this passage is precisely this situation. Although Paul constantly conveyed the message of non- compromise, compromise remains the mainstay of the church, even today, two thousand years later. Even Peter, the great disciple chosen by Jesus, initiated the precedent of compromise. Peter immediately set the church's direction to compromise.

Today, I do not compromise. I do as God says, even if I do not do it perfectly, I have the conviction. The Apostle Paul is the person I admire most. I relish this kind of character: May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. (Galatians 6:14) Such determination is forceful and resounding.

Compromise Leads to the Loss of Gospel Power

Brothers and sisters, once the power of the gospel is lost, is what is being preached still the gospel? I do not think so. I may offend many people by saying this, but everyone can examine the Bible for themselves! Some time ago, I met someone. He told me that his church cooperated with another church, We serve those who are difficult to handle, and they collect the offerings from those people. I enjoy serving, money is not important, but I wanted to give him the best grace, which is that I serve for one hour, and he serves for one hour with me. In the end, everyone's opinions differed.

I want to tell everyone why our church has such power. It is because of my uncompromising stance on the truth of the gospel. God says, I believe, and I implement. Even if I cannot do it, I continue to strive to do it. I have this good attitude. God sees that I am a good, faithful, and kind servant. Later, he asked me, Is that a sign of salvation? This is a new concept for me. What is the sign of salvation? I cannot find it in the Bible.

Today, people have eliminated the power of the gospel. Just a little leaven, a little compromise, will lead to more and more compromise. It is like some people going to the Jordan River to be baptized, and some say it is too troublesome and any place with water will do. Later, they set up a tank at home. But the tank is too big, the basin is too troublesome, so they just use a bowl. The bowl is too troublesome, so they just use a small bottle and a willow twig. I have never seen Jesus do this! But I often see Guanyin Bodhisattva doing this! To what extent must one compromise!

The Purity of the Gospel and the Power of Non-Compromise

Once the path of compromise is opened, it is over. Some people say that not everyone gets healed, about ninety percent get healed. When people believe that ninety percent get healed, healing becomes eighty percent, and later it disappears altogether. A distorted gospel is brought about by compromise, and whether a Christian is blessed depends entirely on this.

A blessed Christian has an uncompromising heart. If I have not eaten a whole fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, but only taken a bite, is that acceptable? No, that is also considered eating. Everyone should know that the gospel preached by Paul is a powerful gospel. It is mentioned in Romans, Galatians, 1 Corinthians, and 2 Corinthians. This gospel is the power of God. This gospel is a gospel with authority, and Jesus Christ has given us the best endorsement.

If someone asks me, What is the sign of salvation? I am not interested in such questions. I am interested in whether this person is like Jesus. When people live like demons, they go to demons. When people live like Jesus, they go to Jesus. Therefore, our God is the God of the living, and we do as our Lord Jesus says.

A pastor asked me, Why is my prayer ineffective, but your prayer is effective? I said, If you want to find the answer, the answer is in your heart, because of compromise. Regardless of whether it is God's truth, the wife and children shout, and immediately compromise. Can this be effective? No! Therefore, brothers and sisters must know that compromise will lead to the loss of the power of the gospel!

Cannot Add to or Subtract From This Gospel

Chinese Mingding Destiny believes in the entire Bible, whether the New Testament or the Old Testament, it is a complete system. If you understand the Bible, you will find that the Old Testament also speaks of faith, also speaks of the gospel, only Jesus had not yet come. Therefore, brothers and sisters, we cannot add to or subtract from God's word, because in the Bible, God Himself said that this law cannot be added to or subtracted from.

From Moses, the first author of the Bible, to the last author who wrote Revelation, they all emphasize that this gospel cannot be added to or subtracted from. If there are too many additions or subtractions to the gospel, maybe 90% of it is from the Bible, but the remaining 10% is unknown. If he adds something, that is quite fatal, and if he subtracts something, that is also quite fatal.

Whether circumcision is an addition or a subtraction is worth discussing. Because from the perspective of truth, it adds something, but from the perspective of the flesh, it cuts away something. Do you understand? So it is not clear whether this thing is added or subtracted, but bringing circumcision in is definitely not in accordance with God's word. Some people ask me, But there is circumcision in the Old Testament. This is a good question. There is circumcision in the Old Testament, but what exactly is circumcision?

Today, I will ask everyone, what exactly is circumcision? The Israelites all kept the circumcision, but why did their country perish? Because they kept the circumcision, but they did not understand God's word. In the time of Jesus, the circumcision preached by the Apostle Paul was a spiritual circumcision, cutting away our evil desires through the great power of the Holy Spirit. Christians put to death the evil deeds of the body by the power of the Holy Spirit. Why perform circumcision on the male genitals, rather than digging a piece out of the nose and ears, because that is the most concentrated embodiment of the flesh.

Therefore, in the truth of the gospel, the real focus is on Jesus Christ. What Jesus Christ conveys is to cut away the carnal desires and remove the logical system of the world. That is the key. Today, many churches focus on building families and conduct psychological tests in the church. They are not good at exorcising demons, but they are very good at doing these things. What problems can they solve? That is not a truth at all.

Adhering to the Standards of Gospel Truth

Some churches used to give me personality tests, but they were useless after the test. That is not the truth of the gospel. Do we need psychologists with God? I do not know. I think we cannot add to or subtract from this gospel truth. Some churches believe that the church will add a very heavy burden to the family, but I really have not found this in the New Testament. Jesus did not talk about this.

Often some couples come to me and tell me about the trivial matters between them. I say that I do not care about the matters between husband and wife. They ask me what I care about? I said that I only care about the truth of the gospel. If you both become people with destiny, these trivial matters will not be anything.

If you two live in these trivial matters all day long, then you cannot talk about destiny. What am I doing to care about your little things? You come to me when you are not doing well, and you leave me aside when you are doing well. I do not want to get involved in the trivial matters of husband and wife. What I manage is to build God's church. If you want to live your life, then live your life well. As for me, as Paul said:

May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. (Galatians 6:14)

What is this world? This world is buying and selling, marrying and giving in marriage, plowing and planting. Some people say that we do not need to work? We work, but that is not our destiny. Our destiny is to build the body of Jesus Christ and build God's glorious church.

Cannot Lower God's Standards

There can be no compromise on God's standards. If Jesus stood at the door of the church today, how many disciples would he find acceptable? A fortune teller who opened their spiritual eyes said that they saw many people in the church who did not belong to Jesus at all. Some people have light on the back of their heads. If they cannot see the past and the future, then this person belongs to Jesus. If this person does not have light on the back of their head, and they can see their past and future at a glance, then they do not belong to Jesus.

Later, in the process of serving, I often saw with my spiritual eyes that there were often a group of weasels in the church. You can accept this if you can, and please forgive me if you cannot. why is that? Because the church often lowers God's standards and has reached an outrageous point, there is no requirement for disciples. The most uncommon sentence in the church is For the sake of Jesus, forsake houses, brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, children, and fields. Because they cannot say it, they have not forsaken anything themselves, so who can they tell? This is fatal!

The Apostle Paul said in Galatians: If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ. (See Galatians 1:10) That is powerful! Do you know why they want to lower God's standards? They do not regard God's standards as the standard, but replace God's standards with their own standards. It is like using a rubber band as a ruler. Can that be measured? I cannot do anything. Even if heaven and earth pass away, God's word will not pass away. To be considerate of people's feelings is Satan.

From that time on Jesus began to explain to his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things at the hands of the elders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, and that he must be killed and on the third day be raised to life. Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. “Never, Lord!” he said. “This shall never happen to you!” Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.” (Matthew 16:21-23)

Adhere to God's Standards and Refuse to Compromise

Do you understand? There are many people today who are considerate of people's feelings! In our church, we will not be considerate of people's feelings. If I want you to live, it is better for me to be considerate of God's feelings. But do you know what? When people lower God's standards, 50 stakes become 49, and then 48, 47, from being baptized in the Jordan River to being baptized in a tank and then in a small bottle. Is that not a model of lowering God's standards? Therefore, lowering God's standards is definitely not the way to go.

The most common myth I hear is: Your church has an anointing, your church has gifts, our church does not have an anointing, and our church does not have gifts. Is there such a thing? It seems not. The standards for the disciples trained by God, whether 70 or 12, are all to heal the sick and cast out demons. We often distort and lower God's standards to meet our own standards, which is troublesome.

We cannot mix the world's system into God's system. God has a complete logical system that cannot be reconciled with the world's logical system. This is what Jesus Christ said:

I will not say much more to you, for the prince of this world is coming. He has no hold over me,(John 14:30)

Why do you get this disease and that disease and never get well? It is because you always compromise with this world. If you do not compromise with this world, you will be like the Apostle Paul said:

May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.(Galatians 6:14)

Let Satan and the old Adam have nothing in us, and God's glory will be manifested through you, and your life will become a vessel for manifesting God's power. The logical system of this world is all-pervasive and sounds very reasonable. We must find a way to drive out the logical system of this world. One day you will become more and more like Jesus. In our lives, God's presence will be clearly manifested, and God's presence and God's glory will become the main axis of our lives.

Brothers and sisters, are you willing to completely break down this worldly logical system today and replace it with God's word and the powerful gospel of God? Do you believe it? God is looking for a vessel, an uncompromising person, a person who trusts Him. A person who constantly removes the worldly logical system inside, this world knows that you do not belong to it, and God also knows that you do not belong to this world, and God will use you as He used the Apostle Paul.

Summary

Our Chinese Mingding Destiny summarizes God's word and becomes a complete belief system. Recently, we have all been listening to the Chinese Mingding Destiny series of lectures, and you will see the wonderful work that God is doing among us. Chinese Mingding Destiny is an uncompromising theological system. Although Martin Luther brought about the Reformation of the Church, what he summarized was justification by faith, but he did not grasp the essence of Romans.

Today, our Chinese Mingding Destiny system, based on summarizing the research of our predecessors, has moved forward several steps. We will see the power of the gospel in the generation of the Apostle Paul manifested among us. The reason is very simple, because we do not compromise. I have a hope in me. Can everyone among us become an uncompromising person? Can everyone have the mark of Jesus Christ on them? Let us carry the death of Jesus Christ on us, so that the resurrection of the power of Jesus Christ may also be manifested in us. What grace and glory that is!

Hold Fast to the Truth and Win Heavenly Glory

I long for the day when we come together before Jesus Christ, we will know that we have held fast to the truth of God with an uncompromising heart, and the angels in heaven will cheer for us, and the crown of glory has been prepared for us. No matter how difficult the road ahead is, we will continue to run forward with the power of the Holy Spirit, and one day we will come before God without regret. I think this is a wise decision and a decision that is pleasing to God. In this world, we simply please God. May God bless everyone!
