Galatians Chapters 1-5 Review
Good day to all. I am very glad today, as we have reached the sixth chapter of Galatians. Many among us still struggle to learn, and grasping the key points is crucial in the learning process! The difference between those who learn effectively and those who do not lies in their ability to identify and focus on the key points.
Today, let us briefly review the content of Galatians chapters 1 to 5.
Galatians Chapter 1: Only One Gospel
The first chapter mentions curses, stating that anyone who believes in or preaches a false gospel is accursed. Is this serious? It is extremely serious! This explains why many who preach or believe in the gospel end up in dire situations. In such circumstances, they persist and endure, but to no avail! Why? Because they have believed in a false gospel! The consequences of believing in or preaching a false gospel are severe, and the suffering endured is futile. That is not the gospel!
Today, everyone must understand that a powerless gospel is certainly not the gospel, as it cannot solve any problems! If I were to be even more direct, I would say that a gospel that does not cast out demons is not the gospel! Once, when I spoke about casting out demons, a pastor told me that casting out demons is not a sign of salvation! I found this strange. What then, is a sign of salvation? Is casting out demons not a sign of salvation?
There is still some confusion among the brothers and sisters. Today, grasp the key point: whether one resembles Jesus or not. What is the point of being unlike Jesus? It is like having a son who resembles the neighbor, Mr. Wang. Wouldn't that be a problem? Is it not equally problematic if the children of God do not have the image of God?
The first chapter also emphasizes the importance of pleasing God rather than pleasing people. If one is always trying to please people, it is impossible to preach the pure gospel. Why? Because they speak one way to one person and another way to another, not being true preachers of the gospel. The first chapter of Galatians is very challenging. It also mentions that the gospel of Jesus Christ comes from divine revelation, meaning that the gospel we believe today is a revelation, and the faith in Jesus Christ is a faith of revelation.
The first chapter speaks of only one gospel. If many gospels are created, and they are all called the church of God and the gospel, wouldn't that be disastrous?
Galatians Chapter 2: That the Truth of the Gospel Might Continue With You
Paul was a very flexible man. He even used minor strategies to ensure that the truth of the gospel continued with them. He went to Jerusalem to see James and the others by revelation, lest he should run, or had run, in vain. Then, he spoke of the truth of the gospel, involving Peter, James, John, and Barnabas. Barnabas had actually introduced Paul into ministry. Regardless of whether he was the introducer, Paul did not show favoritism when it came to maintaining the purity of the gospel. To ensure that the truth of the gospel might continue with them, he opposed Peter and many others, clarifying that justification is not by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ.
This is the second chapter. Isn't it simple? It clearly delineates two paths. If one is justified before God by works of the law, then Christ died in vain. Therefore, the gospel of Jesus Christ that we believe today is definitely not based on good deeds, doing something, or offering sacrifices to God. These things cannot please God; only faith in Him can!
Faith and the Guidance of the Holy Spirit
Returning to the essence of the gospel is called faith. This chapter discusses the law and the promise. Is it through faith that we receive God's promise, or through works of the law? Paul brings up Abraham. This is why we must often read Genesis, which tells the story of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph. Returning to the essence of the gospel is faith. This raises a serious question: if one relies on works, they are a slave; if one relies on faith, they become a child of God.
Galatians Chapter 4: Slave and Son
A slave cannot inherit the estate; only a son can inherit the estate and receive God's promise. Today, we can draw on God's abundant promises because of faith.
Galatians Chapter 5: If We Live in the Spirit, Let Us Also Walk in the Spirit
This chapter continues to discuss faith. Faith runs through chapters 1 to 4 because faith can bring God's Spirit, which can operate among us. If we have the Holy Spirit, if we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Those who live in the Spirit are children of God, and those who walk in the Spirit grow into mature adults by the Spirit of God. Living in the Spirit and following the desires of the flesh are two completely different paths.
Galatians Chapter 6: Becoming a New Creation
From Galatians chapter 1 to chapter 6, we have grasped the main points. There is only one gospel, and this gospel brings a result: becoming a new creation! Not the carnal person of the past, but a spiritual person! In the end, it all comes down to faith.
Today, we will discuss Galatians chapter 6: Becoming a New Creation! Have you noticed that the Holy Spirit is crucial? For many years, people have twisted the scriptures concerning the Holy Spirit and have spoken nonsense. For example, they have replaced the filling of the Holy Spirit with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is of utmost importance! Jesus was filled with the Holy Spirit without measure. How often do you see churches teaching about the Holy Spirit today? They simply tell everyone that the Holy Spirit is this way, not to ask too many questions, and then gloss over it. What can one do without the Spirit of God? Nothing! If one has the Spirit of God, they will see the Spirit of God walking with them, and they will see miracles, signs, and the power of God constantly manifested.
This is why, for so many years, many have opposed speaking in tongues, opposed being filled with the Holy Spirit, and constantly promoted good works! As a result, have they performed any good works? Of course not; they have lost the power of God. A powerless gospel is not the gospel at all! Therefore, we see many perplexing phenomena in the church. Today, let us look again at how we can become a new creation: by obeying the Holy Spirit, which is of utmost importance. Only by obeying the Holy Spirit can we become a new creation.
First Point: Be Careful, There is an Evil Spirit Behind This
Let us look at Galatians chapter 6. It begins with this:
Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. (Galatians 6:1 ESV)
Can everyone understand this sentence? You may recognize the words, but may not know what it means when strung together.
If anyone is caught in any transgression, what does this mean? It means that someone accidentally followed an evil spirit and did something corrupt.
Restore the Offender with Gentleness and Caution
You who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. What is being said here? In the process of serving others, we must use the word of God to speak to them. However, because the word of God does not sound agreeable to the word of man, the word of man always sounds so comfortable and reasonable. This is why some are caught in any transgression, meaning they have fallen for the devil's schemes. When a person falls for the devil's schemes, they are inwardly obeying the devil's logical system. When we serve these people, we must be careful and use a spirit of gentleness to restore them. But when restoring them, we must also be careful ourselves, lest we too be tempted. Why? Because these people are caught in any transgression. Like those who preach a false gospel, including Peter and James. They are not necessarily bad people, but at least they are hypocritical. This hypocrisy comes from evil spirits. So hypocrisy is deadly! Because of hypocrisy, the evil spirit behind it releases its power in people.
If you were to sit with Peter and accuse him of hypocrisy, he would tell you not to misinterpret Paul's epistles and give you a plethora of reasons. After listening, you would feel that he makes a lot of sense and begin to blame Paul for writing so much about people's hypocrisy in Galatians and opposing others, creating disunity. Thus, you would be tempted. Today, brothers and sisters, you must understand that the devil's schemes are very powerful. The devil knows the principle of capturing the king first, striking the head of the snake, and destroying everything at once. Fortunately, God raised up Paul; otherwise, we would not hear the pure gospel today!
When you go to serve someone, you must be careful, lest you too be tempted. Because the reasoning they use sounds more reasonable than what we preach, but it is not the gospel of God. I am very clear about this! Before, our church had a person who could not have children, so we had a brother in the church who specialized in treating infertility minister to her. As a result, she became pregnant after he prayed for her. She was pregnant, but the things in her mind were very dirty and could not be changed. Later, we arranged for her to minister to another person who had joint pain all over their body. This person contacted the pregnant sister, and one of them said, A prophet in our area said to be especially careful of teacher Liu. The other person said, Oh my, we also have a prophet here, and this prophet said the same thing as your prophet! How could there be such a coincidence? We must be careful! The two chatted cordially and both left the group. At the time, we were kept in the dark and did not know what had happened. Later, she told someone else, who told us, and we finally understood.
What others say about my shortcomings is true; there are many. But the gospel that I preach is also true! This gospel will not be imperfect because of my imperfections. My logic is simple: if those prophets were really that powerful, they would heal your diseases! If they were really prophets, they would let you conceive a child! What were they thinking? To this day, such situations are everywhere!
There was a person with many illnesses and a lot of messy things going on in their family, who suddenly disappeared one day and could no longer be contacted. As if we needed her very much! What happened? The same thing. There must have been a prophet behind them. They may have really had good intentions and a kind heart to serve people, but they were tempted.
The Balance of Faith and Works
Many people in this generation preach a false gospel, speaking a lot of grand principles. Peter and James almost ruined the church in Jerusalem with their hypocrisy. Because the church was desolate, they went around the churches established by Paul. Because of this, Paul was often asked questions that were difficult for him to explain. For example, What's with your hypocrisy? Peter did not want to mention this, it was difficult for him!
And count the patience of our Lord as salvation, just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given him, as he does in all his letters when he speaks in them of these matters. There are some things in them that are hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other Scriptures. (2 Peter 3:15-16 ESV)
Twist what? Do Paul's letters need to be twisted? No! But to Peter, it was a bit challenging. So today, brothers and sisters, we must know that there are many things that sound plausible. How could properly interpreting and understanding what Paul wrote lead to self-destruction?
We don't even know what twisting means. But is there a problem with diligently explaining Paul's letters clearly? No! So how does this lead to self-destruction? Each has their own reasons, and after arguing back and forth, they are tempted and fall into a false gospel. So are we saying that Paul says it's all about faith? Just rely on that faith, confess with your mouth, believe in your heart, and you will be saved, and actions don't matter. Paul never said that.
Paul said draw on the power of the Holy Spirit through faith. Through faith, trusting in God, walking in the Spirit, putting to death the desires of the flesh, there will still be actions. This is the fundamental difference between faith-based and works-based. It's not that having faith makes actions unnecessary. Having faith means that because my actions are not good, but I have faith today and faith tomorrow, my faults will be dealt with little by little, dealt with by the Spirit of God!
So today, brothers and sisters, we are severely distorted. Hearing this, you think it's all about faith? So when Paul wrote Galatians chapter 6 or other things, he wrote, shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means! We need to ponder this slowly, so be careful.
Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. For if anyone thinks he is something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. But let each one test his own work, and then his reason to boast will be in himself alone, and not in his neighbor. For each will have to bear his own load. Let the one who is taught the word share all good things with the one who teaches. (Galatians 6:2-6 ESV)
Second Point: Not Works-Based, But We Can Definitely Live Out God's Glory; Examine People's Actions.
Can you be hypocritical with works-based? Because there is no faith, you have to be hypocritical. They can't live out that appearance. They shout for a long time to keep the law. As a result, when the people from James came, they were hypocritical. What actions are there? Without faith, they don't even have the ability to resist hypocrisy! A person without faith doesn't even have the ability to resist hypocrisy! Know that only what we do counts! Only when there is faith, what we do counts! Everyone must know that only people with faith can act. People without faith can't do anything. They are hypocritical and play lip service over trivial matters.
Sow What You Reap: The Effects of Faith and Actions
So today, brothers and sisters, we must know that we must look at a person's actions, and see through people's actions. Today, as soon as I see a person cough and urinate uncontrollably, using pack after pack of diapers, that is the spirit of Lao Ma! Indulging the flesh! Loving the world! When I see a person with such a behavioral pattern, such a reaction, I immediately know what the evil spirit behind it is all about. People's actions are a facade, and through the facade, we can see the essence of things.
Why does an evil spirit enter them? Because they have no faith, and they don't rely on the Holy Spirit. The gospel they believe in is a gospel without the power of the Holy Spirit. Now you can understand. It's not that actions are unimportant; Paul has never denied that. But the gospel Paul speaks of is effective. Keeping the law is ineffective; they can't do it. They feel they have to do it even if they can't, it's ineffective.
So what is examining people's actions examining? Examining whether you love your neighbor as yourself? Examining whether people's actions are bearing one another's burdens? Examining whether people's actions are bearing their own loads? Examining whether people's actions are willing to give? Those who are willing to give may not amount to much, but those who don't are sure to say that they have no problems. That is definitely a big problem!
So today, brothers and sisters, start pondering this. We still have to examine people's actions. If anyone thinks he is something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. If people can't do it, but they tell others to do it, that is deceiving themselves and others. A person who gives may not necessarily be out of faith, but a person who doesn't give is definitely unbelieving! It can explain a problem. Everyone should be clear about this logic. So we brothers and sisters should start knowing not to deceive ourselves. If you can't do it yourself, and you want to be hypocritical, how can you tell others anything? If you feel that you are doing a terrible job, then stop trying to do those false gospels! Ineffective!
Three: Sow What You Reap
Many people preach an ineffective gospel and have been doing so all along, thinking that they are saved. Is that not self-deception? Today, we brothers and sisters must know to sow what you reap.
For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. (Galatians 6:8 ESV)
You are beginning to know to sow what you reap! Everyone examines people's actions; what are actions? Actions are a result! What is faith? Faith is the root! When faith is sown, it doesn't sprout like bean sprouts, growing out tomorrow! No! When faith is sown, God will let it grow according to His time. It's not that a child is born and they can fly to Canada! Nor is it that a child is born and they can fly around the world.
So I think today, brothers and sisters, don't like instant results in faith. Suddenly you feel you have faith but you are not healed. How long can our faith last? One second?! You can't do anything in one second! If we have faith, that faith will last until it bears fruit. So sow what you reap!
You know why someone commits a sin, plants a curse, and nothing happens. Everyone finds it strange that nothing happened, and they are still living well? Some even think there is no such thing as Mingding Destiny. Some people, because they can't get residency, think that planting something will get them residency. It doesn't work that way. As a result, people with worse conditions get permanent residency first, and the person who didn't get it gets angry and stops believing in the Lord. They still think they are justified, saying they won't believe if they don't want to.
Sow and Reap: The Effect of Actions and the Foundation of Faith
What a person sows, they will reap! Why do I say this? This person's maternal grandmother was in pain all over. I once ministered to her. One day, they traveled a long way back to China to see her. She asked him to call me. Then he told me that his maternal grandmother wanted to find me. I asked and found out that she had been in pain all over for two years. I took her to pray and solved her problem of pain all over. After the prayer, the pain disappeared. I was very confused. It was his maternal grandmother, so why didn't he minister to her? He said he did. Regardless of whether he ministered or not, if the ministry had no effect, does that show a problem? It does! It's even more abominable if there is no ministry. There's no power in believing in the Lord if you don't even minister. If he doesn't care about his own maternal grandmother at all, what is he sowing? What you sow, you reap. Don't talk about bearing each other's burdens; his maternal grandmother carried her own burden. I was extremely surprised.
So sometimes I would say something to him, and he would be unhappy. That's just the way it is. You reap what you sow. Can you be blessed if you don't even want to bear the burden of your own maternal grandmother? Not to mention bearing the burdens of strangers.
I often encourage such people among us to learn to serve! If you don't serve, you can't grow. It sounds like I'm demanding it through actions. But I'm speaking a truth. Because if you don't serve, you can't grow. I'm using your growth to encourage you to serve. But in fact, serving is a grace in itself. Shouldn't we serve? We receive grace from God, and we cannot receive God's grace in vain. We must have a grateful heart to respond to God. We should be like this. If we follow the Holy Spirit well, can we live out such a result? No! Then what are we following? We are following the desires of the flesh. If you follow the desires of the flesh, you will not reap corruption; what can you reap? You will definitely reap corruption! So you reap what you sow. Do not deceive yourselves, God is not to be mocked!
Today, brothers and sisters, you must know that you reap what you sow. If you use a lot of diapers today, that is what you planted in the past. We may not be able to change it even if we repent fiercely today. Superficial repentance cannot solve the problem at all. In the past few years, we have been following the system of old Marx, how can it be good?
For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them that are of the household of faith. (Galatians 6:8-10 KJV)
It is not that we have done good and boasted to God that we have done good. There is nothing to boast about. This is what we should do. It is not that we have accumulated good deeds and should gain eternal life. It is not said like that. Eternal life is the grace God gives you, because the good we do is not enough to redeem our sins. The sins we have committed can never be repaid by the good we do. Only through the precious blood of Jesus Christ, trusting in Him, trusting in Him alone for life. You reap what you sow. If we reap bitter gourd today, that is what we sowed before. If you don't sow in the spring, you won't be able to harvest wheat in the fall! Everything is what you have walked through yourself.
Some people are in their fifties, penniless and full of problems; some live to their sixties or seventies before they realize how they have lived their lives. That road was walked step by step. Who can you ask how you walked it! Loving the world, indulging the flesh, partaking in the knowledge of good and evil, where else can you go but into a curse?! Who can you ask about this? Ask yourself!
Removing Superficiality, Pursuing True Faith
People think that they can reap sweet melons by planting bitter gourds. They think that after planting a curse, they should reap blessings. This is impossible! So we must know that we reap what we sow! And the time between sowing and reaping is very long! We must know that that time is very long. If you plant a curse, nothing will happen this year, and nothing will happen next year, but the curse will grow, and after it grows, it will be a whole body of problems. I often hear sisters say when I lead prayers that her grandmother suffered a lot of sins. She can only blame herself for planting curses all those years, and today she reaped them. Thank God, God does not hold it against us. We believe in the Lord, and the blood of Jesus can cover it. Even for such a simple matter of being covered by the blood of Jesus, people are unwilling to repent.
Four, Removing Superficiality
Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand. As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ. For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh. (Galatians 6:11-13 KJV)
We read superficiality from this passage! Peter is the most serious about doing superficial things. It is deadly for people to like doing superficial things. Why do superficial things? Afraid of offending people! Superficial things are done for people to see, and after they are seen, they have no effect! Doing superficial things all day long. I hate superficial things very much in my heart. I find that there are many people who do superficial things. People who do superficial things all day long will become stupid. For example, when a teacher is lecturing, they ask everyone if they understand. The students nod in unison to show that they understand. Ask again if everyone really understands? Asked but can't answer. This is simply not understanding.
I'm telling you today that dealing with superficiality is my daily routine. This superficiality is very abominable, making yourself busy to death but with no effect. A job that can be done in ten minutes takes several hours, and there is still no effect. So today, brothers and sisters, we must deal with this thing, and we must deal with bad habits.
Yesterday I went to dismantle the air conditioner. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner was very heavy, and I moved it in from the window. A sister was holding the air conditioner next to the window. I told her that I didn't need that window, because the air conditioner came in from another window. After this kind of thing is said, the sister herself still feels wronged, holding it for nothing. Often playing superficiality, playing it until the end, I don't even know that I am playing superficiality, and it has become a habit. The people from Jacob came and immediately pretended. He had pretended many times and was caught by Paul. This kind of behavior is difficult to change. What is circumcision? Can circumcision cut off the desires of the flesh? It's all playing superficiality, doing a small operation on the male genitals, there is nothing to boast about, there is no price to pay.
There is a sister among us who told me something that made me laugh for a long time. Her former pastor never prayed for her. There were many ghosts in the family. One day, his pastor said to her, healing and deliverance costs a lot, I can't lead you in prayer. This is afraid of paying the price. People play false because they are afraid of paying the price and pleasing people. People like to play false because it's easy to play false and difficult to play real. No matter what your situation is among us, it takes a lot of effort to deal with the problems inside us. If we are sent to the army, we will be fine immediately. If you play false in the army, you will be punished.
Playing false from the age of ten to the age of thirty, and not being able to understand what you read at the age of thirty, no one can blame. We should not boast through our flesh, but boast in the cross of Jesus Christ, and nail all the evil desires of our flesh to the cross.
Committing to Authentic Faith: A Mindset of No Compromise
Today, don't live without even knowing that you are playing false. I don't blame many people. Many people don't know that they are playing false, and they are used to playing false. We must really deal with superficiality.
Five, Committing to Authenticity Means No Compromise with the World
Why is it not believing in the brain, not believing in the feet, not believing in the chest, not believing in the back? But faith? Then what is faith? Faith is the belief in the heart. The belief in the heart cannot deceive people. When I cast out demons, the demons especially like to play with those who play false, because people play false to the point where demons can see their inner thoughts and intentions. If you want to really commit to authenticity, then a mule is a horse, pull it out and let it wander around, see how you cast out demons?
If you can't cast out demons and are chased by demons all day long, it is because you have a worldly logical system inside. If you have a worldly logical system inside, the demons know it, God knows it, I know it, and you know it yourself. Today, we must leave the things that play superficiality. After we abandon the things that play superficiality, what do we do? We talk and think at the same time.
Committing to authenticity must come from the heart. I'm giving you a small challenge today. Whenever it's time for Bible study, Sunday, or service, you always have something to do. Why do you always have something to do, but I don't? I want you to know my style of doing things. If I want to do this thing, this time is unchangeable. I rarely see myself skipping classes. Is it because I feel good every Friday? In fact, I'm often exhausted on Fridays. When it comes to studying the Bible at this time in the evening, I still come to study the Bible, because I take this matter very seriously.
Remember, a promising person can arrange anything; a person without promise goes with the flow. Going with the flow means that things that are arranged have something to do at this time, and there are always troublemakers, because you are not firm inside, and you are easily compromise. So it's unchangeable when it comes to me. Why do you have time when it comes to me? Because that time is arranged by me. People must arrange their time well. If there is always something to do at the time, it is because the time is not arranged well, and there are always more important things than gatherings. You will become a person who always has something to do. When the time comes, the devil will give you something to do. It's useless for the devil to do something to me. The devil's little tricks are all destroyed by me. Don't become a person who always has something to do. Why can Paul achieve the pure gospel? Because Paul said:
But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. (Galatians 6:14 KJV)
This is a loud and powerful declaration. Why is there always something to do? Because many things are important. Everyone doesn't know my personality. I used to participate in that small group gathering in the local church. My impression of the local group was not good, because of my real experience. The group leader often talked nonsense. It was this group. For decades, no one has ever missed it. I will never arrange to move at this time, and I will never arrange other things at this time. I will sanctify the time and give it to God. Even if the group leader speaks very badly, I look forward to having a few minutes to speak in this group. When someone says, Brother so-and-so, please speak, I can't wait. Later, the brothers and sisters in the group especially looked forward to me being able to say a few words.
Uncompromising Faith and the New Creation
I have this kind of determination in my heart. Not only that, even if there are other things, I will arrange them well. I will go and sanctify the time for God, so God calls me a faithful person. A faithful person is not an adulterous person. As far as the world is concerned, I have been crucified to the world, and as far as I am concerned, the world has been crucified to me. I do not compromise with the world at all. Whether you listen to my sermons or my Bible studies, you cannot listen to other Bible studies. The reason is very simple. I don't straddle two boats. I will never straddle two boats if I realize it. I am absolutely loyal to God. I am separated from the world, so the world is a dead person to me. I especially like to attend funerals and go to the coffin to see dead people, just like that.
On my path of believing in the Lord, several people died in car accidents. I often stand next to the coffin. I will never love this world. Brothers and sisters, that's it. If you bring a worldly logical system, if Lao Ma doesn't look for you, who will he look for? He brings a lot of diapers every day with a worldly logical system.
No matter where you are today, no matter how much of your inner worldly logical system has been removed, learn to be a new creation no matter what. Today we see many miracles and wonders, and many spiritual things. Today we must not discern good and evil, never love this world, and never indulge the flesh, just follow the Holy Spirit, walk and walk, either to the end of you or to the end of the world, until we see the Lord's face, circumcision and uncircumcision are just superficial phenomena, remove all superficiality.
Today, rely on the power of the Holy Spirit, there is nothing to be afraid of, God can definitely settle it for us, we don't need to play false, don't be afraid, start not compromising with the world, take my coat and give him the inner garment, if you slap my left cheek, give him the right cheek, we must be super resistant to beatings, resist injuries, spit saliva, spit phlegm, spit anything, and never compromise with this world. A person who relies on the Holy Spirit will never walk with a worldly logical system, and will surely live out the image of God, and will surely live like Jesus Christ. A person who relies on doing the law cannot live out anything, just playing superficiality, because they themselves cannot do it, God will surely supply us, because today we rely on the Holy Spirit, draw on God's promises, rely on faith and rely on the Holy Spirit, draw on God's promises, the great power of God, the power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead is on us.
What else can't we overcome? There is no Flaming Mountain that we can't cross, and no Spider Cave that can stop us. Relying on the great power of the Holy Spirit, firmly grasp God's promises, and be such a Christian, becoming a new creation. No behavior is important anymore, there is no confusion at all, we do not come to God on the basis of behavior, but on the basis of true faith, that is, trusting in God, believing that God will surely carve us into the image of Jesus Christ. It doesn't matter if we don't do it well today or tomorrow. If we fall, we will get up again and continue to run forward, and we will become a new creation, and we will become a person with the mark of Jesus Christ.
Six, Becoming a New Creation
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God. From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus. (Galatians 6:15-17 KJV)
I wish every brother and sister had the mark of Jesus Christ on them, and at a glance you can see that you are like Jesus, and you will see that what people do is the same as what Jesus did. The mark of Jesus Christ is the omnipotence of the Holy Spirit.
Becoming a New Creation: Uncompromising Faith and Victorious Living
Today, tell this world, in this spiritual world, tell these dark forces, don't come to disturb me anymore, it's useless, step back, as far as I am concerned, I am dead, as far as I am concerned, the world is dead, I am a new creation.
Today, although Jesus Christ has not transformed me well, there is still a lot of garbage to be removed in me. One day I will become more and more like Jesus. When the demons see you, they will avoid you. Don't be confused or fall for it. If the demon says something, you follow the demon, and if someone says something, you follow the person, then it's troublesome. There is no backbone at all.
Seven, Summary
What is a new creation? A new creation is one who has the image of Jesus Christ. What is the old person? An old person is one who has the image of Adam. He follows whatever the devil says. Let's be resounding people, don't be half-baked people, who follow the demons as soon as they mess up, and are immediately confused when something happens. Sowing to the desires of the flesh reaps corruption from the desires of the flesh, and sowing to the Holy Spirit reaps eternal life from the Holy Spirit. This eternal life is not going to heaven after death, but living out the image of Christ Jesus when you are alive, to the point where even the demons know that they cannot disturb him, you are a victorious person. A victorious person in the spiritual realm can definitely draw on God's promises. This is why we can see so many miracles and wonders among us. May God bless everyone.
