Introduction: This Is the Time for You to Choose

Good day to all. We will be sharing Lesson Nine from the 101 Course (2nd Edition), titled Building a Glorious Church Is Our Mingding Destiny. As Christians, the 101 Course is a basic course for us to learn how to believe in the Lord. Thus far, we have learned up to the ninth lesson. I have covered all the key points that need to be covered, so we need to make a choice and ask ourselves, what are we here for? What exactly are we going to do? I believe that those of you among us, from Lesson One to Lesson Nine, have seen what you should see and experienced what you should experience. Our God has shown us many things and allowed us to experience a lot. At this point, we need to ask ourselves, what are we living for? This is a sharp question!

I want to tell everyone that we absolutely do not morally blackmail anyone into building the church! We will never be stingy with the grace that you should receive, and God is not stingy either. So what exactly are we living for? Our life is a spiritual matter. We also know that God has prepared grace for us, but to receive God's grace requires true faith. At this time, we need to know one thing, which is that unbelief is the root of all problems.

We choose to believe, but what exactly are we to believe in? It is to believe in the Word of God! Should we make a choice at this time? We also know that the two most important things in life are blessing and curse; to receive blessing, one must overcome; only by overcoming can one receive blessing; to overcome, one must have spiritual height; spiritual height is the perspective and understanding of living. So we must begin to climb the spiritual peak; above the spiritual peak is God's glorious temple; God's glorious temple is God's church. So Lesson Nine is for us to make a choice. Remember, building the church must be done according to the Word of God. God's Word says:

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was let down into the lake and caught all kinds of fish. When it was full, the fishermen pulled it up on the shore. Then they sat down and collected the good fish in baskets, but threw the bad away. (Matthew 13:47-48)

If you ask me why you don't see God's grace today, or why you don't see what God is doing in this era, as God did in the days of Jesus, the reason is that people do not build His church according to the Word of God. God has never asked us to pursue numbers, but today's church is pursuing numbers. This is not in accordance with God's will. If you don't believe me, you can check it out. The content I am talking about is recorded in the Bible to support my argument.

Why doesn't this generation's church see God's power? Because the church is not pursuing what God requires in the Bible. The church should pursue: holiness, unity, adherence to the truth, a victorious army church, and becoming a blessing to many people. So brothers and sisters must know that Jesus never cared about numbers. If you say Jesus cared about numbers, we can discuss it with the Bible. The Bible says that those who are willing to seek the kingdom of God, let us run this road together; those who are not willing to seek, you can do whatever you want to do.

So we have gone from Lesson One to Lesson Nine of the 101 Course (2nd Edition), and I must force you to make a choice: what are you living for? If a person is just living for the sake of living, I think you have come to the wrong place at Chinese Mingding Destiny. If you want to build God's glorious church, then let us run together, build together, and climb this spiritual peak together. A long time ago, a pastor told me: building a church is like taking a plane, never like taking a bus. Because taking a bus, there are those who get on and those who get off, and they are going to different places; but taking a plane is different. If you are not going to the same destination, don't get on that plane, because once you get on that plane, there can only be one destination. In other words, different Mingding Destinies are different missions, and we have no way to run the same road.

Over the years, I have discovered a particularly magical thing: only by building God's church according to the Word of God can the church become a church full of God's glory. A long time ago, in the process of building the church, I made up my mind to build a church with God's presence. I often mention a question in various trainings: What exactly is the church like? What should the church do? What exactly is the church?

Over the past many years, I have often read the Bible and found that many church practices are different from what is written in the Bible. Later, I summed up a sentence: what Jesus did, they don't do; what Jesus didn't do, they do a lot of. Is the church just a group of people gathered together? No. The church is a group of people gathered together, with the same destiny to build God's glorious church, to build the body of Jesus Christ. This is said so bluntly. What exactly is the church like? Later I discovered that Jesus had already defined the church, but people didn't do it, and they found many excuses for themselves.

Thank God that He has revealed His Word in the Bible, so that we can observe and follow it after reading it today, so that we know what we should do and where we should go. Over the years, we have seen God clearly with us; we have seen that no matter how many promises God has in the Bible, they are faithful in the body of Jesus Christ, in the church that God wants to build. If you can't make a choice in a short period of time, it doesn't matter, we will give you more time. But in the end, you still have to make a choice, what are you living for? Because you have seen what you should see, and you have experienced what you should have. In fact, I want to tell you that many people have seen it and experienced it, but in the end they still made many foolish choices.

There was a sister who was subjected to domestic violence at home, her children played games all day, her chest hurt from anger, she had no job and no life, and she was very tired. Later, she came among us, bought a house, and her health improved. Later, she made a choice, began to not give offerings, and did not come on the Lord's Day. Later, her pastor told her: you should go back to your original church, it seems that you are not on the same road as us! Later, this sister suddenly woke up and repented to her pastor and to God.

How can our people be so bold? How can they be so fat? After finally coming over by relying on God, after finally living a decent life, after finally starting to enter into being blessed, how can they forget so quickly? I think this is a person's choice! Even if you once chose to build God's glorious church with us, but suddenly one day you feel regret, I will never morally blackmail you. Because what I want is that we can run the same road together with one heart and one mind.

I don't want us to be running, and then a group of ungrateful people come out behind and shoot cold guns, or suddenly a group of people come behind, who are not walking the road of God's kingdom with us, and mix among us during the battle. I made a decision very early on, never to morally blackmail anyone! However, we must know one thing, if we want to walk together, we must have the same destiny. This is your time to choose.

Many years ago, I went to attend a pastor's meeting, and many pastors were present. On the stage, a pastor was crying with tears and snot, complaining about how he was sued by his congregation in court, accusing him of corruption and bribery, and so on. As a result, this pastor suffered from depression, insomnia, depression, and wanted to commit suicide, it was very miserable! After many years, the case was finally judged, and the pastor was fine, but these years were like living a life worse than death!

I was watching and listening from the stage, and I told myself that I must never be such a person, never be such a pastor! This pastor is so miserable because he did not build according to the Word of God. Brothers and sisters must know that it is easy to get churches dirty, but there are not many who make churches holy and act according to the Word of God! There are many roads in the world that lead to hell, but there is only one road that leads to heaven!

There is only one way to build God's glorious church, and that is to observe and follow the Word of God, and build according to the Word of God. Never pursue numbers! Why pursue numbers? For money! The church spent money to buy a house, and began to repay the loan, so it borrowed money from the congregation, and then a whole bunch of messy things happened. What if you can't afford it? If you want to pay back the money, you need people! So it is impossible for people to leave the church, and they must be pulled in no matter what. When did we see Jesus doing this? Jesus saw people leaving and said: Are you going too? If you want to go, go!

From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him. You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve. Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. (John 6:66-68)

Now do you understand why many churches care so much about numbers? Because what they care about is money. God never asked us to care about money. If we have God, will we still lack money? Today, brothers and sisters, this is a very challenging question. What is placed before us is a huge monthly loan, can this but be controlled? And my approach is: I don't buy what I can't afford; I don't do what I can't do; I don't borrow what I need to borrow; even if it is the best property, I don't care! Because I still live very well without these! I don't eat what I can't afford, I don't buy what I can't afford, I don't do what I can't do, but I define to build God's glorious church, what I want is God among us.

God! You must be among us, we will act according to your words, this is my ambition! Today God is clearly among us. This is choice! It is difficult not to be blessed when you come among us! Why are you blessed when you come among us? It is because before you came, a group of people dedicated themselves to God. Take a look at the brothers and sisters, pastors, and co-workers in our church. Everyone is completely dedicated to God. I often say: Brothers and sisters, I hope that after you come, the church will still be like this; if you stay, the church will still be like this, don't let the church become another look because you came.

Our church never pursues numbers. Never pursue the amount of offerings. We are not short of money and people, what we lack is God! We want to build a holy, unified, glorious, truth-abiding, victorious army church. This is our vision. When you come among us, you begin to choose the same vision as us, and this is your vision. If it is not your vision, you can do whatever you want to do. No one forces you to stay and do what you don't want to do. Know that this is God's temple, it is our destiny. There is no blessing outside of destiny! We are determined to become a blessing to many people. We want to build a holy, unified, glorious, truth-abiding, victorious army church. Everyone among us is able to fight, because only those who are able to fight count.

The Church Is the Body of Jesus Christ, and Must Be Holy!

Can you imagine the church is the Body of Jesus Christ, and then you put garbage into the Body of Jesus Christ, what a deadly thing this is! You will definitely be cursed. So the first thing I do is establish holiness. Everyone must know what holiness is? Holiness is to be set apart and consecrated to God! To be given to Lao Ma, the devil, is called dirty, filthy. Maybe you haven't experienced it, but carrying the spirit of Lao Ma on your body, your whole body will emit a stench, very smelly and dirty. So we call it building a holy, unified, glorious, truth-abiding, victorious army church. This is not difficult to understand, there are many records of this in the Bible.

In Judges Chapter 7, it is recorded that God raised up a man named Gideon. There are many people among us named Gideon, Gideon is a good name. God said, you lead the Israelites to fight, and as a result, tens of thousands of people came, and God said this is not good, this is a mob. As a result, it was screened to ten thousand people, and God said: No, there are still too many, screen again, and finally only three hundred people were left. Today I ask you, did the army of three hundred people win the battle in the end? They won the battle! But an army of thirty thousand people may lose the battle, because they are not united and afraid of death.

If everyone is afraid of death, it will be troublesome. Imagine that among the thirty thousand people, twenty-nine thousand seven hundred people are afraid of death, then what are the remaining three hundred people doing when these people run away? They will be trampled to death by these twenty-nine thousand seven hundred people. What's more, once these people retreat, the whole morale is digested. So when we built the church in the beginning, we pursued three hundred elite soldiers, we pursued one hundred and twenty people who prayed. After Jesus ascended to heaven, only one hundred and twenty people were there praying and waiting for God. So the church is the Body of Jesus Christ, it must be holy, it must be a group of people who set themselves apart and consecrated themselves to God.

Some time ago, I asked all the pastors among us to clean up the people they lead. That is, those who are unwilling to stay in Chinese Mingding Destiny, those who are unwilling to follow together, tell people that if they want to leave, they can leave at will. We don't morally blackmail people. As a result, many people were cleaned up. If you have not been cleaned up, you should thank God. Someone might be curious and say: Is this church still like this? The church should be like this! Because the church is a holy church, it is a church built by a group of people who are willing to dedicate themselves to God and walk with God. God will definitely be among us! The church is the Body of Jesus Christ, and it must be holy. Never bring dirty, filthy things into the Body of Jesus Christ.

A few days ago, a sister did not understand this principle. She had a friend who had cancer, and it had already spread. This sister had to serve people, and then created a group, and pulled me into the group, and served there. It was as if we were in great need of a cancer patient to build God's glorious church with us. As a result, the person's head was a golden idol. Later, I learned that people just didn't have the idea of ​​believing in the Lord at all, it was just a wishful thinking of this sister, but wishful thinking is useless.

We did not come into the world to do good deeds, we came into the world as a group of people who are set apart and consecrated to God, to bring God's people into God's kingdom, and to build a holy church. Do you understand? So what exactly do we choose? Do we choose to be set apart and consecrated to God, or do we choose to be given to the world, Lao Ma, or do we choose to be given to ourselves? Or choose to be given to your wife and children, but not given to God, then you can do whatever you want to do.

The Church is the Body of Jesus Christ and Must be United

There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. (Ephesians 4:4-6)

Why must there be unity? Why are the words holy unity used together? One God, one faith, one baptism, one Spirit, and one Mingding Destiny, that is why we must be united. What is unity? We must run the same path, and we must build God's church according to God's Word. Whatever God's Word says, we must do. So unity is a very miraculous thing. Some years ago, when I was praying, I saw something very powerful. Although it was the same body, it had three heads. These three heads were separate, constantly attacking different parts of the church. The Spirit of God told me that this was a spirit of disunity. Whenever we are not united, we are disturbed by the spirit of disunity.

How does the spirit of disunity come about? It is because we do not require and teach brothers and sisters according to God's Word, which is the same Spirit, the same faith, the same God, and the same baptism. Once the church is united, the battle will surely be won, and the brothers and sisters will surely become holy. Do you understand? Why? Because disunity is always defiled, and unity is always holy. You will find that in the church, it is impossible for one pastor to judge good and evil with another pastor, or for one brother to judge good and evil with another brother, or for one sister to judge good and evil with another sister. Disunity only invites demons, it just invites demons.

So checking for unity reveals whether there is holiness or unholiness. How much carnality and how much failure to be set apart for God a person has, that is how much disunity there is. Therefore, unity is very important! Unity is a very important quality, and brotherly unity is a person's character. Anyone with a character of unity will surely be united when they walk together. If you are a person who discerns good and evil, you are finished, and you will fall into a plain, fighting the devil at a very low level. So at the beginning of our prayer process, God gave us a revelation: build a holy, united church, and then you will see the glory of God. The church must be holy, united, and glorious. Do you all know what glory means? Glory is the presence of God and the power of God.

The Church is the Body of Jesus Christ, and the Church Must Have the Glory of God

Holiness is our choice to be set apart for God. Unity is that in the process of battle, we are constantly attacked by the devil, and we begin to discover that when everyone reaches a level of unity, all brothers and sisters are united with God, that is, having the same mind, the same faith, the same Spirit, the same God, then the devil cannot attack us. Some time ago, I preached a sermon Your God is My God. Can you be disunited if you have the mind of Your God is My God? Where you are, I am! Then you will see the glory of God.

Many years ago, I was saying a sentence: What should the church look like? The church should have the glory of God! Many people do not understand what the glory of God is. The glory of God is what is written in the Bible: After the blind were healed by Jesus and saw, Jesus said: God is glorified. The lame walk, the blind see, and the dead are raised from the dead, then you see the glory of God. Glory emits a strong light, which is the power and presence of God.

Why do we talk about our vision? So that you can make your own choice whether to walk this path together. If you don't want to walk this path, no one forces you. We give you all the choice! So there is a strong presence of God here. It is a tragedy for a person to live a life without knowing that they need to have the glory of God. Holiness is our choice to give to God, unity is our choice to be united with God, and then glory will descend among us. If we build the church into holiness and unity, longing for God's presence, God's presence will be manifested among us, and we will gain power.

Holding Fast to the Truth

Almost no church thinks that it has not held fast to the truth. I have never seen a pastor from another church say that he seems to have not gotten it right. But our church has a characteristic, that is, we often think that we have not gotten it right. So how do we know whether we have done it right or not? Whether we have held fast to the truth or not? It is actually easy to distinguish. If you don't get it right, you won't have the glory of God! And you give blind explanations without the glory of God. Without glory, you cannot see the powerful gospel of God, you cannot see God's glory and power, and you cannot see God's wonderful deeds. What you see is many people living under the natural laws of birth, aging, sickness, and death, and you even call it: This is the natural law, and no one can resist it. Can't the glory of God resist these things?

Many churches think they have gotten it right, only our church often thinks it has not gotten it right. Don't you think it's very interesting? Because when we don't get it right, we know that this thing is not like Jesus, Jesus would not do this, and Jesus would not do it this way. For example: The Bible says: A child died, and Jesus was invited to this person's home. Jesus took the child's hand, and the child came back to life. It did not say: Jesus went there and did something, but the child still died. If we go there today and do something, but the child still dies, then we have not gotten it right.

While he was still speaking, someone came from the house of Jairus, the synagogue leader, saying, “Your daughter is dead. Don’t bother the teacher anymore.” Hearing this, Jesus said to him, “Don’t be afraid; just believe, and she will be healed.” When he arrived at the house of Jairus, he did not let anyone go in with him except Peter, John and James, and the child’s father and mother. Meanwhile, all the people were wailing and mourning for her. “Stop wailing,” Jesus said. “She is not dead but asleep.” They laughed at him, knowing that she was dead. But he took her by the hand and said, “My child, get up!” Her spirit returned, and at once she stood up. Then Jesus directed that she be given something to eat. (Luke 8:49-56)

A pastor once told me that he never visits hospitals or prays for the sick. When the members of the church are sick, he just sends a packet of fruit. Do Christians need a packet of fruit? What Christians need is the glory of God! Later, I realized the reason. It turned out that he had prayed for the sick before, and every person he prayed for died. After that, he never dared to do it again. Can this be like Jesus? A child followed me to believe in the Lord. Later, the child's grandfather had severe pain in his legs and could not get out of bed. After I prayed, he was healed. The local preacher thought I was a heretic. Isn't this strange? The Jesus they believe in cannot make the lame walk, cannot cleanse the lepers, cannot make the blind see, and cannot raise people from the dead. What they believe in is salvation and then going to heaven after death. Can this work? Is it really right?

Holding fast to the truth is because we receive power from God! If you don't get it right, where does the power come from? Without power, where does holding fast to the truth come from? The result of holding fast to the truth is victory in battle! Even if we exhaust the years of our entire lives, we will not be able to fully understand this truth. So our church is a church that strives to pursue! Because we do not think that we are already perfect, but we strive to pursue, constantly know God's Word, know God's truth, know God, and constantly renew!

Even if we adjust what we did not get right in the past, even if someone challenges us, we also admit that we did not get it right in the past, and we must get it right today! Someone asked me, you said that five years ago, and you are saying this today, which one is right? Did you get it wrong five years ago? I told him that it has been five years, and how many generations of mobile phones have been replaced? My knowledge of God has been upgraded! We don't care about the past right or wrong, but we are constantly upgrading, constantly moving forward, constantly knowing God through God's Word, and then holding fast to the truth.

Victory in Battle

When some people talk about battle, it seems very ethereal, just fighting against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. What kind of battle are you fighting? Can you see it? In fact, victory in battle is very simple! It is healing the sick and casting out demons. Today, brothers and sisters, you must know that healing the sick and casting out demons is the best test. Some people often ask me, why can't I cast out this demon? It is because you can't cast out such a big demon yet! Do you think victory in battle is just running one path to the dark? You are holy, so you are united, you are united, so you are holy, you are both united and holy, so you have glory, you have glory, so you have power, you have power, so you hold fast to the truth, and then you have victory in battle? And then it's over?

How can there be such a thing? We are holy, united, glorious, and hold fast to the truth, and then we have victory in battle, and then we are even more holy, more united, have more of God's glory, are more able to hold fast to the truth, and are even more victorious! It is constantly completing renewal and circulating. This is called iteration. It is not once, but repeatedly doing this thing, endlessly, until we see the face of God, striving to enter into the presence of God.

Our goal is that the church should be a church of elite soldiers. Every brother and sister is victorious in battle, every brother and sister counts, just like counting the number of people in Numbers, those who are twenty years old and older who can take up a knife and go out to battle, how good is that! We are victorious in battle, plundering the enemy, so we can share the spoils and bless many people. In a victorious and glorious church, everyone must be victorious. This is our expectation, our desire! It is normal to be weak and tired occasionally. Rest when you need to, as long as you have a heart to trust in God. As for us, we will surely run this path, build God's glorious church, build a church that is full of elite soldiers, and everyone is victorious. So our church has high requirements.

Elite Soldier Church

Some pastors once said to me: Building a church like this will definitely not work. How many people will come to follow? Everyone must know that many people think that building a church like this will definitely not work. They underestimate God too much! Yes, it will definitely not work if I do it like this, but how can it not work if God wants me to do it like this? The problem lies in a wrong logical system. Don't underestimate God! What is impossible with man is possible with God! In fact, this is not difficult to understand! For example, are Tsinghua and Peking University high requirements? Are these top 985 and 211 universities failing? No! Can a church of elite soldiers fail? Of course not! Only churches that are not victorious in battle, are constantly bullied by ghosts, and are ridden on the neck by ghosts will fail! They still think they are serving God, isn't that brain damage!

Our church just doesn't care about the number of people, it only cares about holiness, unity, glory, holding fast to the truth, and victory in battle. Every brother and sister is a victorious person. Because this is God's will. Today, ask yourself again, what are we here to do? Until today, there are still many Christians who are good people and think that they have come into this world to do charity, thinking that they want to do a good deed and morally kidnap people to follow them to believe in the Lord and receive grace. Can this work? Never morally kidnap anyone! Even your closest relatives! What's more, moral kidnapping is even more kidnapping without morality! What can be accomplished without morality? It's annoying to watch!

We must start walking this path, giving others the opportunity to choose. You can give them grace, but you cannot force them to have a Mingding Destiny. He himself must choose to have Mingding Destiny. Even if that person is my parents, brothers and sisters, or any close relative, as long as he is alive, he must let himself choose. A person with Mingding Destiny is a powerful person, and his choice is a smart choice. Abraham's father Terah was seventy years old when he gave birth to Abraham, and he was two hundred and five years old when he died. At that time, Abraham was more than one hundred and forty years old. The Bible records that Terah was an idol worshiper, but Abraham left his hometown and did not force his father to trust in Jehovah God. Lot wanted to go to Sodom, and Abraham did not force him either, he could go wherever he wanted.

Joshua said to all the people, “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘Long ago your ancestors, including Terah, the father of Abraham and Nahor, lived beyond the Euphrates River and worshiped other gods. But I took your father Abraham from the land beyond the Euphrates and led him throughout Canaan and gave him many descendants. I gave him Isaac. (Joshua 24:2-3)

So Abram said to Lot, “Let’s not have any quarreling between you and me, or between your herders and mine, for we are close relatives. Is not the whole land before you? Let’s part company. If you go to the left, I’ll go to the right; if you go to the right, I’ll go to the left.” (Genesis 13:8-9)

To be a person with Mingding Destiny, you must imitate Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Let people do whatever they want. As for me and my family, and the brothers and sisters who run the same path with me, we will surely serve Jehovah God. This is my Mingding Destiny, this is my choice. From now on, do not force people, but give people the right to choose. Because there are not many people who build elite soldier churches and gain Mingding Destiny. These people are treasures in God's eyes.

Some time ago, I heard that there was a sister among us whose family members had cancer, and she patted her chest and guaranteed that they would be healed! You can't guarantee the seventy percent, only he himself can guarantee it! I have ministered to so many people, and I have never seen a person who does not seek God being healed by God, almost never! Why do people get cancer? In fact, they have had cancer in their spirit for a long time, and it has already spread in the spirit before it manifests in the body. It is just too dirty, without Mingding Destiny, and not knowing why they are living.

We can tell people, we can give people grace, we can let people see how great and glorious God is, but whether or not to live for God is their own choice. In the days of Abraham, there was only Abraham, in the days of Isaac, there was only Isaac, and in the days of Noah, there was only Noah's family of eight. There are too few treasures in God's eyes, so God will pick out the good ones and put them into vessels, and discard the bad ones. This is the focus of the ninth lesson, you must have Mingding Destiny.

As for you and me, we will surely choose to serve Jehovah God. This is our life, this is our Mingding Destiny. We were born for this, we live for this, and everything we die for. No one can stop us, and nothing can change us. We have already chosen. Having seen the glory of God, what better blessing is there than this? What we are pursuing is the glory in eternity.
