Introduction

Intellectuals, in their pursuits, have a peculiar habit: a penchant for clarifying concepts and discerning the essence of things. The topic of healing and deliverance, as we discuss it, is notably lacking in theoretical foundations. Even today, the subject of healing and deliverance remains shrouded in numerous myths.

We must return to the Bible to examine the issue of healing and deliverance, for we believe in Jesus. What we believe is the gospel as spoken of in the Bible. Yet, if we cannot find a clear articulation of it within the Scriptures, our theoretical guidance will lack a foundational basis.

The Bible: The Bedrock of the Christian Faith

There is a fundamental difference between what intellectuals do and what the unschooled do. Where does this difference lie? It lies in professional training. You might think we are extolling the virtues of professionalism, but that is not the case.

Moses received an excellent education in the court of Pharaoh in Egypt. Consequently, the Pentateuch he penned continues to have a profound impact on Christian faith to this day. Of course, it was written by Moses through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Moses' background was also used by God, and it was an important component of God's training of Moses.

Looking later at the composition of the New Testament, there is a peculiar matter: Although Jesus Christ chose twelve disciples, including Peter, the chief disciple, Jesus used him to spread the gospel to outsiders. Subsequently, God also chose the Apostle Paul, who received highly professional training under Gamaliel, which had a profound influence on later generations. Thus, in some of the New Testament epistles that Paul wrote, he elaborated in detail on the essence of the gospel of Christ Jesus.

I am a reader of the Bible, and I have read it many times. The Bible is the word of God, and it serves as the foundation of our faith in Jesus Christ today. In the past, people often criticized the Charismatics, while considering themselves Evangelicals and feeling quite satisfactory. Whether Charismatic or Evangelical, being on the side of Jesus is the best. Brothers and sisters, we must return to the foundation of faith in Jesus Christ and re-examine what we truly believe. In the Christian faith, healing and deliverance are critical components and also important parts of the gospel we believe, which are fraught with numerous myths in this generation.

In April, we held a Bible study conference, focusing on how to study the Bible. In May, we are holding a healing and deliverance seminar, discussing the theoretical basis of healing and deliverance. In June, I will speak on the victorious church, and in July, we will talk about shepherding God's flock. Our healing and deliverance seminar consists of four sessions. The first session is on what Jesus did, the second on why everyone was healed, the third on taking up authority in Jesus Christ, and the fourth on dispelling false myths.

The Inseparability of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and Healing and Deliverance

In my early years as a believer, I attended a very good church. The brothers and sisters there were excellent. They would pick me up for church and take me back home. During that time, my wife needed healing and deliverance because she was deeply oppressed by demons. The brothers and sisters in this church were all good people. They introduced me to many doctors, but few could solve my wife's problem. After going, the situation remained the same, so we stopped attending. After staying home for a while, I thought something was not right, so I looked for a church again myself.

This time, stepping into the church gave me deep feelings. It was a church that cast out demons. Seeing it more and more, I found this church to be very wonderful. Then I started desperately reading the Bible. What the Bible talked about was all about Jesus casting out demons. So many people were healed, why shouldn't we want it? One day, I mustered up the courage to stop the pastor and asked him to pray for my wife! After praying for five minutes, all the pain completely disappeared. Previously, she had to take handfuls of painkillers, but here, after praying for five minutes, the pain actually completely disappeared, and then the pastor saw many visions. At the time, I thought it was very divine, very divine!

Later, after seeing more and studying the Bible more, I came to understand that the gospel of Jesus Christ and healing and deliverance are inseparable. Whether you read the Gospels of Matthew, Luke, Mark, or John, these signs and wonders are all related to Jesus' healing and deliverance. It's truly wonderful.

Having read the Bible extensively, we began to implement it according to the Scriptures. I am the founder of Chinese Mingding Destiny. So why did I found this Chinese Mingding theology? One reason is that when I was researching Bible materials, I felt that many places were not what the Bible talked about, not the original intention of the Bible. Later, when exploring the theoretical foundation of healing and deliverance, I also felt that there was a lack of detailed discussions in the Bible, so I collected all the parts related to healing and deliverance in the Bible and put them together as key components.

Jesus Trained the Disciples to Preach the Gospel, Heal the Sick, and Cast Out Demons

What exactly did Jesus Christ do in those years? Did anyone come to Jesus Christ asking him to help divide the family property? Jesus didn't care; that was their own business. But one thing is certain: when the sick came to Jesus, Jesus didn't tell them to go back, he wouldn't care. All who were sick, when they came to Jesus Christ, were healed. This is a very interesting phenomenon. We must see the essential things through this phenomenon.

This essential thing is called healing, which is a very important component of the gospel we believe in. Later, I discovered that Jesus Christ trained twelve disciples to go out and preach the gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons. This is very well said! Go out to preach the gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons, and then the demons fear these disciples. Later, he trained another group of seventy disciples to go out and preach the gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons.

Why doesn't the Bible say that Jesus trained these disciples by lecturing them on some great principles? Did he lecture on great principles? Actually, a little bit. But basically, they went out to preach the gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons. If Jesus were to train a group of disciples today, what would he train them to be like? They should be similar to his first and second groups of disciples—all going out to preach the gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons.

We began to understand one thing: preaching the gospel, healing the sick, and casting out demons is still God's will. In earlier years, when I was establishing a church, I had a deep doubt, even though I was in a very charismatic church where they did a lot of healing, deliverance, and casting out demons. But there were still many strange things, that is, many people could not be healed, and there were many people around me. At that time, I had a deep longing in my heart to be like Jesus, to heal with just a touch. Then why doesn't the church today do what Jesus did? Later, when I came out to establish a church, I wondered how I could be like Jesus.

I wrote a book called Do Healing and Deliverance Like Jesus. This book describes my journey in detail. This desire was transformed into the motivation to seek, not only to seek, but also to continuously implement and practice in the process of seeking. Later, I discovered that healing and deliverance are the basic work of the church. So why don't many churches do this most basic work? Jesus Christ's definition of the church is: I will build my church on this rock, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Binding and Loosing Are the Basic Work of the Church

Therefore, we see that binding and loosing are the basic work of the church. What exactly is the definition of the church? The definition of the church is binding and loosing! This is a key component of the church's victory. Having understood these things, we have greatly promoted the work of healing and deliverance, until we do it more and more like Jesus. Those who come here to listen to me may not want to learn how to do healing and deliverance, but many people want to be healed and delivered. Whether you want to learn how to do healing and deliverance or be healed and delivered, this foundational understanding is still very important. The most basic work of the church is healing and deliverance. When we carefully look at the situation of these churches today, it is very surprising.

I ministered to a sister whose child had been suffering from insomnia since the age of seven and is now fourteen. She was in their local church, and there are really not many local churches that do healing and deliverance well, and they don't know much about the four words healing and deliverance. If this person came to Jesus today, what would happen? Her child would definitely be healed. Actually, are we completely like Jesus today? Not yet.

But the pursuing heart within me, from many years ago until today, has become more and more like Jesus! Many problems are resolved instantly. In the early years, in our ministry, it was our desire to be like Jesus that drove us to minister. Many cases took half a month or a month to get through, but in the end, everyone was healed.

Having faith in Jesus, this is my hope for everyone. I encourage everyone not to give up. Jesus Christ will definitely heal you. This gospel is the power of God to save everyone who believes in him. You come to seek God's healing, and I believe God will definitely heal you. If you need healing, you can contact the assistant. It is God's Will That Diseases Be Healed

Many years ago, I ministered to a cancer patient. Her daughter was in a local church in Germany. When she returned home to visit her parents, she saw that her mother's condition was much better than before. She had not been healed of headaches for nearly 20 years, and she often attended healing and deliverance crusades in Germany. There were many anointed pastors she would see.

After she knew about me, she asked me, Can you pray for me? So I led her in prayer. Her headache was really very severe. After leading her in prayer for five minutes, her headache symptoms completely disappeared. Then she asked me, Why have so many anointed pastors prayed for me without being healed? Why was I healed when you led me in prayer, and even online?

Because after those anointed pastors prayed for you, whether you were healed or not had nothing to do with them, but I have a characteristic: if you are not healed, as long as you don't give up, I won't give up. It's bad luck for a demon to encounter someone like me, so brothers and sisters gave me the nickname demon repellent!

This sister was really moved after hearing this! Next, I told her that your headache will come back, but don't be afraid. You have the authority of Jesus Christ in your hand, and you can use the authority Jesus Christ gave you to continue to resist it. If you can't resist it, you can contact me online at any time.

Later, her headache really came back, and then she remembered my words and prayed there, in the name of Jesus Christ, commanding the evil spirits of headache to retreat. After praying for more than an hour, her headache was healed. She told me afterwards that this was really amazing. Later, she had a headache again, and it was healed after praying for ten minutes, and then fifteen seconds, and it was completely healed.

Don't have the illusion that the disease has not been eradicated. The root is the demon, and the demon will not let you go, but you can overcome the demon. Actually, this is an exercise of faith. So why do I do such things? Because Jesus Christ did such things. All who sought Jesus were healed, so I began to pursue one thing: God, I also want to do what you do, and everyone who comes to me must be healed. If they are not healed, I will not give up until the demons on them are completely defeated!

Diseases Are Closely Related to the Spiritual Realm

That involves one thing: is this healing a spiritual matter? It is indeed a spiritual matter, because our Jesus Christ is a spiritual God. Our God is a spirit, and what he did when he came to earth was all God's will. From his healing the sick and casting out demons, we know that diseases are closely related to the spiritual realm. Many people do not understand the spiritual realm. They know the words of the Bible, Greek and Hebrew, and after speaking, it is still text. Can we turn the word of God into the power of God? In fact, it can be turned into the power of God, because these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on the sick, and they will get well.

But placing hands on the sick depends on how you do it, and it doesn't say how long you have to do it. Later, I learned a lesson, that is, I hold on and don't let go. Up to now, everyone has been healed, which is really amazing. A sister followed me to believe in the Lord many years ago. Her family has a history of heart disease, with congenital heart disease. She fell to the ground in terrible pain, and we prayed for five hours to be healed. Later, we prayed for an hour to be healed, and then five minutes to be healed. These are all things that Jesus Christ did and are an important component of the gospel we believe in.

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, (Isaiah 61:1 NIV)

Freedom for the captives and liberty for the oppressed are key components of the Christian faith, and healing and deliverance are key components of the church. If the devil has deceived away the power of the gospel, it has already succeeded. Brothers and sisters, what do we really believe in? Do you believe in the God who heals us? If you believe in the God who heals us, then begin to long to receive healing from Jesus. When giving this course, I will also talk about how to prepare the hearts of those who are to be healed, but this lecture mainly talks about those of us in Chinese Mingding Destiny who do healing and deliverance. We have trained batch after batch, and no matter how many people we have trained, we are still not enough in the process of healing and casting out demons. There are many people with problems.

With so many people with problems, even if there were a thousand or ten thousand people like me serving this generation, we would not be able to serve them all. Therefore, we are holding a healing and deliverance seminar, hoping that our brothers and sisters can return to the Bible, remove the myths of faith within us, and at least we must know that it is God's will for the sick to be healed. That is what Jesus Christ did; Jesus Christ is full of grace and mercy.

Can we begin to long to be like Jesus? Can we also do what Jesus did? I often say one thing: If we don't do what Jesus did, but often do a bunch of things that Jesus didn't do, then are we still Christians? It's not okay not to be like Jesus! Doing healing, deliverance, and casting out demons is very rewarding.

The Rich Rewards of Healing and Deliverance

Once, during an exorcism, the demon began to speak, recounting the evil deeds it had committed—causing car accidents and even cancer. I declared, You must repay! You must repay double for the blessings you have stolen! Later, I witnessed the sister's transformation through healing and deliverance and gradually realized the rich rewards of healing the sick and casting out demons. In hospitals, everyone knows that even spending a lot of money may not be enough to cure an illness. Therefore, if we are not clear about healing and deliverance, we can be greatly deceived.

Some pastors I know have contracted cancer, and I feel very sorry for them. From what I understand of some situations, the words they speak are not the words of God in the Bible. When their congregants get cancer and they visit them in the hospital, they often say comforting things, such as, Sister, these are just blessings in disguise. These are all graces from God, things like that.

Are these the words of the Bible? This is not the gospel of God! Is getting sick a grace? The Bible does not say that! Being healed is the grace of Jesus Christ! Shouldn't we come out of this confusion? Remember, sickness is absolutely not a blessing!

If you do not carefully follow all the words of this law, which are written in this book, and do not revere this glorious and awesome name—the Lord your God— the Lord will send fearful plagues on you and your descendants, harsh and prolonged disasters, and severe and lingering illnesses. (Deuteronomy 28:58-59)

This is a curse! Brothers and sisters, we must know how awe-inspiring the words of God are. We must know the glorious and awesome name of the Lord. If our words do not have the foundation of the Bible, they are very dangerous. The healing of the sick is a key component of the gospel. When you go out to preach the gospel, healing the sick and casting out demons are key components of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Paul said:

My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit's power. (1 Corinthians 2:4)

Let us rediscover the power of Jesus Christ, the power that raises people from the dead coming upon you and me, and we will manifest the glory of God! There are many myths here! For example, this person is blind, not because of his father's sin, nor his own sin. Jesus said this is to manifest the glory of God. If the blind man continues to be blind, can he manifest the glory of God? It is after he can see that he manifests the glory of God. So we must remove these myths within us.

We Must Begin to Desire to Be Like Jesus

I wish everyone would desire to be like Jesus. I very much desire to be like Jesus. When you read the Bible, do you read it with a desire to be like Jesus? If you have a desire to be like Jesus, and you serve with a heart like mine, one day you will become more and more like Jesus. If you become more and more like Jesus, you will become a blessing to many people.

If you become a blessing from God, isn't that God's will? If many people are healed because of you, isn't that too much grace? So, brothers and sisters, begin to desire to be like Jesus. In the process of pursuing the desire to be like Jesus, I have experienced many things. I attended a conference called Kingdom Culture in Taiwan, and I stayed with two couples. One of the couples was from Germany, the pastor of the headache sister. They both said they couldn't eat or sleep well. After I prayed for them, they were completely relieved.

The next day, her husband also came. He thought, You are a pastor, and I am a pastor. Why should you pray for me? But in the end, he still came. I prayed for him, and God opened my eyes. I saw a huge lizard grabbing his shoulders and hips. After praying for him for a short while, that thing disappeared, and his back was relieved. Then they invited those in need to seek my service. Wherever I go, I desire to be like Jesus Christ, going around doing good, preaching the gospel, healing the sick, casting out demons, healing the sick, and setting free those who are oppressed and captive, because I value the word of God so much!

After reading the word of God, I believe, and I go and do it. I go and organize it, and I clarify the basic concepts of healing and deliverance. This is an important part of the gospel concept. We must grasp this foundation because this is the most basic work of the church. I have basically grasped the concept of Jesus Christ training disciples, and then I desire to be like Jesus. This is such a wonderful thing.

Healing the Sick and Casting Out Demons Is the Most Important Work of the Lord Jesus

How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of good news! If you preach a gospel without power, and you say to people, Come, believe in the Lord with me! Okay, what can I do if I believe in the Lord with you? After you believe in the Lord with me, you can carry the cross with me, and then become poor together, and get sick together! Then who would believe in the Lord with you?

The gospel I preach is following Jesus, because there is abundant grace and mercy here. Jesus' burden is light, so what gospel are we preaching today? It is good news! If some people get sick but cannot be healed, isn't that a very sad thing? So you need to know that the church can set free those who are captive and oppressed. That is so wonderful, and God is with us! Desire to be like Jesus, to sweep across the globe like a tornado. This generation will be an unprecedented generation. This generation will raise up a group of people like Jesus, because what we do is what Jesus Christ did, so don't worry about going the wrong way.

Some people say, Don't go astray, don't go wrong. Not doing this is going astray! No matter what denomination or Christian sect, being like Jesus is not a problem. You need to know that Jesus preached the gospel, healed the sick, and cast out demons in the world. This is his most important work! So we need to know that believing is the most important thing, believing that you will be like Jesus! In terms of IQ and EQ, we are all the same, but there may be one place that is different, that is, the ambition to pursue being like Jesus Christ. With the ambition to pursue being like Jesus, that is incredible!

If we encounter a person and see that he is so badly oppressed by demons, do you have compassion from God in your heart? If so, then release him! There is a business fellowship with a group of Christian businessmen. One person's eyes were about to go blind. He had retinal nerve necrosis, and his eyes would gradually go blind. Seeing his desperate expression, I felt very sad. What would Jesus do if he was in front of him? He would definitely ask Jesus to heal him.

But in the fellowship, no one could heal his illness, and the doctor could not heal his illness. When I saw him, I said to him, You know, brother, I have prayed for all those with eye diseases, and they have all been healed! At that moment, I saw his eyes instantly filled with expectation and hope, instantly igniting all the hope in his body!

This is when people are in the darkness of the deep, empty and chaotic, you must begin to say let there be light, and there will be light. In the Bible, Jesus Christ is like a light illuminating that generation. Those who were desperate came to Jesus and received hope! As a result, I prayed for him. Before praying, his eyes seemed to be separated by a layer of film. After praying, he said, I have never seen things so clearly before! I thanked my God for letting me seek to be like Jesus. If Jesus stood in front of this person, Jesus would definitely heal him. Jesus would never say, It's okay, this is the grace God gives you. Jesus never said that.

In the process of pursuing being like Jesus, I know that it is the desire of Jesus Christ for people to be healed. The Bible says, By Jesus' wounds, we are healed! The gospel of Jesus Christ includes healing! I hope that every one of our brothers and sisters can desire to be like Jesus. How many problems in this generation need people to serve, how many people are waiting in the darkness for hope from God, healing and deliverance, this is what Jesus did, and this is the basic work of the church.

By the Spirit of God, We Cast Out Demons, and the Kingdom of God Comes

God's love, God's mercy, and God's grace are almost revealed here. Everyone should know, which father wants his child to get sick? Does our heavenly Father want us to get sick? But the damage that disease does to people is far beyond our imagination. Later, we gradually realized that behind the disease are all spiritual forces of darkness. I cast out demons, heal, and deliver through the Spirit of God, that is the kingdom of God coming.

So, from today onwards, everyone should begin to understand the spiritual essence of disease. Some people ask me, If we have Jesus, then what do we need hospitals for? In hospitals, spending money may not necessarily cure the disease! The grace of Jesus Christ is so abundant. Can our brothers and sisters be strong and constantly pass on the grace of Jesus?

Grace is freely received. God is never a stingy God, and we should not be so stingy. Some people say, If someone comes to you, you reject them. Actually, it's not rejecting them. That's my way of healing and delivering them. Don't get me wrong. I also hope they get healed.

Today I received a message from an old man. He said that only I can solve his problem. Please be tolerant of him and see if I can give him some time to adapt. I said, Of course. He was very happy. He said, I didn't expect you to treat me with such a heart! I said to him, Train yourself well. Don't be a fish in a fish tank, but be a loach in a mud ditch. You can survive anywhere. Be strong and courageous, and be a victorious soldier of Jesus Christ!

We Must Desire to Do What Jesus Did

What I want everyone to know most is that we must desire to do what Jesus does.

Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. (John 14:12)

Can I do greater things than Jesus? Because the Holy Spirit will also be poured out on us. We must know that the kingdom of God is coming. Many Christians read the Lord's Prayer all day long, but they don't know how the kingdom of God comes. They have been praying like this for decades, still looking blank. Today I tell you, wherever you cast out demons by the Spirit of God, the kingdom of God comes, that's what the Bible says. So today, to let the kingdom of God come, is to preach the gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons.

Someone asked: Are they all demons? Is a sprained foot also a demon? The spiritually blind are like this. A sister's child sprained his foot at school, and it was bruised and swollen. Then I prayed for him on the phone. Fifteen minutes later, his foot was completely healed and jumping around. We need to know that the gospel of Jesus Christ is a powerful gospel! Why can a sprained foot be healed by praying? Don't you think it's strange? This is a spiritual matter or a physical matter? This is a spiritual matter!

Some time ago, a sister came to me and said that her child had a 38-degree scoliosis. Then I prayed for the child and found that the child was very hurt inside. I asked him: Are you feeling very wronged? After saying that, the child cried. Such a young child recognizes good and evil, which is so deadly!

Then I taught him to come out of recognizing good and evil, and then he sent me a photo when he got home, and the scoliosis was almost invisible. I really thank my God! I am not bragging when I tell these stories. I hope that everyone can have a desire like me. The reward of this desire is extremely rich, and that is to desire to be more like Jesus.

It is completely faultless to desire to be like Jesus. The reward for being like Jesus is really rich. It is a treasure if you can listen to me talk about these things. It is deadly to pick up a treasure but not know it. Brothers and sisters, don't be confused, disease is not a good thing, and healing from disease is definitely a key component of the gospel of Jesus Christ, so don't be confused, we must know that this is an important means of attacking the devil. The devil has done many bad things, but God has abundant grace and mercy. Start desiring to be like Jesus today, may God bless everyone!
