【Course】The Second Global Online Seminar - How to Study the Bible, Lesson 4 - Removing Confusion in Faith II

2019-12-13 12,363 Second Workshop - How to Study the Bible Salvation Blessings and Curses Glorious Image Going to Heaven Carnal Love God of the Living

Introduction

I am very pleased to meet everyone online today. This is the fourth lecture of our Global Online Bible Study. We will continue from the previous lecture, Removing Inner Confusion. The Christian faith has brought us a lot of confusion!

Few people have taken the initiative to address these confusions. Today, I will continue with the previous session on Removing Inner Confusion. I may not be right, and I don't particularly care whether what I say is right or wrong. What I care about is whether everyone can seek diligently.

When we seek diligently, I believe that the words God speaks in the Bible will surely come to pass. What does He say? Seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. Therefore, I think the attitude of seeking is very important today. I myself have resolved many of my confusions through seeking.

Once, I went to see a house at a real estate developer's. I like looking at houses, but whether I buy or not is not important. At that time, there was a real estate developer who was a Christian, and he had a lot of confusion inside him. He invited me to dinner, and we talked together. He gave me face and asked me a very challenging question. He said, Out of 1,000 people, do 999 go to heaven and one to hell, or do 999 go to hell and one to heaven? I said, Why do you ask such a question? He said that his church had invited a pastor who said that out of 1,000 people, 999 would go to hell and only one to heaven. After hearing this, I looked at him and found it very funny.

I said, Why do people like to talk nonsense now? I said to him, Brother, I have to tell you the truth. The truth is that we haven't been to that place, so we can't talk nonsense. Next time that pastor comes to share, ask him if he has been there or not. How does he know? Actually, he doesn't know either.

Today, the confusions in the Christian faith have reached outrageous levels. You haven't been there, yet you talk nonsense! You haven't been there, so why talk nonsense? That's the source of confusion. Do you know who deceives people? The deceiver is the ancient serpent called Satan. This thing deceives people so much that it brings a lot of confusion.

Even if I talk about it again today, I can't finish talking about all these confusions. But I will share my research results with you. See if it makes sense. For example, if I haven't been to that place, even if I give you the answer, I'm talking nonsense like that pastor. But there is one thing I know: what does the Bible say? We open Genesis chapter 5, which describes people living and then dying. Several people are written like this. But there is one person named Enoch, who walked with God and was then taken away by God. This is very interesting. The Bible doesn't not say it, it's just that after we read it, many people don't believe it and don't take it seriously.

Once I was leading everyone to study Genesis chapter 5, and this made it difficult for me. These are all foreign names. Who lived for how many years and then died. Who was born and lived for how many years, and then died. How do you study this Bible? But I am a seeker. Remember last time I told you that you must listen to what God repeats. God is afraid that we don't understand, so He keeps repeating it. Actually, He can use an Excel sheet like a computer programmer, writing down who lived for how many years. Isn't it simple to record it in a table? He is keep repeatedly talking about who lived for how many years and then died.

Later, when I checked Genesis chapter 5, I felt that I checked it better than many people. If you don't believe it, you can go to my website to listen to Genesis chapter 5. This chapter is good because there is only one Enoch who walked with God and was then taken away by God. Today, we must learn to know how to walk with God! Although this is just an introduction, it brings out the confusion of salvation!

The Confusion of Salvation

We have always thought that believing in Jesus means going to heaven because believing in your heart and confessing with your mouth means you will be saved. The word “salvation” brings a lot of confusion. If I randomly ask a few Christians what salvation means, they will basically say, Going to heaven after death. Because there was a person who was crucified with Jesus. He did bad things all his life, killing, robbing, and then being crucified next to Jesus when he was about to die. Jesus said to him, Today you will be with me in paradise. Many people believe this.

So what exactly is salvation? Later, I kept seeking in the Bible, and the matter of salvation and going to heaven is really not discussed in detail. I have a habit. I usually understand what is important and what is not important. You can listen to what I say! The book of Genesis is very important. This book is more important than other books in the Bible, because it is the foundation of the entire Bible. The first eleven chapters of Genesis are the foundation of the entire Genesis, the first three chapters are the foundation of the first eleven chapters, and the first chapter is the foundation of the first three chapters.

You must read the first chapter of Genesis carefully. When I read the first chapter, I found it difficult to explain. I kept praying and seeking God. Originally, people were created in God's image, but later people lost the glorious image of God. For example, in the beginning, Adam and Eve did not wear clothes. At first, people thought they were blind, so they couldn't see that they were naked. But if you say they were blind and couldn't see, they could see the fruit on the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which was beautiful and delicious, so it would be wrong to say they were blind.

Later, I figured out one thing (which I came up with myself, and you can accept it or not). Adam and Eve were wearing God's glory, that is to say, there was a kind of light emanating from their bodies, covering their entire bodies, which was the glory of God. Adam and Eve were radiating light. They used God's glory to cover their whole body, so they could not see that they were naked, and they could not see their own shame. But after they ate the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, this glory receded, and spiritual people became carnal people.

What is it actually when a spiritual person becomes a carnal person? He was originally created in the glorious image of God, but now he has lost it. We must say that it was originally God's will for people to live out the glorious image of God. What is salvation? It is to enable us to restore the glorious image of God, which sounds reasonable. How to restore the glorious image of God in creating man? This is a big subject, and the entire Bible talks about this.

Actually, whether or not to go to heaven is not the theme that the Bible has been promoting. You can examine it carefully. Living out God's glorious image is salvation. How can people restore the glorious image of God? First of all, the demons must be driven out. When demons are in a person, the person has the image of a demon. When the Spirit of God is in a person, and the Spirit of God shapes the person, then person will restore the glorious image of God. The Holy Spirit works in us, constantly dealing with the evil deeds of our flesh, and then shaping us into a new person. This new person has the glorious image of Jesus Christ, and this is called salvation.

The Bible says, Our God is the God of the living. The Pharisees were very concerned about where people go after they die, but Jesus Christ was concerned about what kind of people people are when they are alive. Actually, the entire Bible is also concerned about people when they are alive. Our God is the God of the living, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. How Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob lived is how we should live. The way we live out God's glorious image is the way of faith.

I have written a total of four Bible study books on Genesis. The first book, from chapters 1 to 11, is themed Unbelief is the Root of Human Problems. The second book, from chapters 12 to 26, is themed Abraham and Isaac Pioneering the Way of Faith. The third book, from chapters 27 to 36, is themed Jacob Passing on the Way of Faith. The fourth book, from chapters 37 to 50, is themed Joseph Practicing the Way of Faith.

I feel that my Bible study book on Genesis is very good to read and edifying. I have discussed many confusing things in great detail. Of course, I am still seeking many truths, and we will publish the second and third editions of the Bible study book on Genesis in the future.

What is salvation? Salvation is restoring the glorious image of God in creating us. It is not about what happens after we die. What happens to people after they die? My Christian friend talks about whether 999 out of a thousand people go to heaven or hell. This is not the topic we are discussing. The topic we are discussing is How we live out God's glorious image when we are alive.

Do you think that my understanding has formed a system of the words in the Bible? From Genesis all the way down, it's all about people living, If you read Deuteronomy carefully, it doesn't talk about what happens to people after they die, but about people living, the most important things in life are blessings and curses. When we are alive, if we carefully observe and follow the statutes and ordinances of the Lord your God, we will be blessed by God; if people violate God's words and do not carefully observe and follow them, they will be cursed. This is what happens when people are alive.

The Christian faith is not about solving what happens to people after they die, but about solving problems when people are alive. I said to my real estate Christian friend: I have an answer, that is, when people are alive, if they are like Jesus, they will go to Jesus after they die; when people are alive, if they are like the devil, they will go to the devil after they die. What do you think of my answer? Walking with God in the world means entering God's presence. Walking with the devil in the world means going to the devil. This answer is not completely correct, but it is the best answer I can give you.

When we are alive, we must live seriously. Our Christian faith is a faith that studies how people can live out the glorious image of God, how to restore the glorious image that God originally created in us. Some people do not care about living, but only care about what happens after death, for example, It doesn't matter how I live, as long as I can go to heaven after I die. If you are inhuman or demonic when you are alive, do you think you can go to heaven? I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth. This matter is full of confusion, and we will explain the confusion of salvation here today.

The Misconception of Love and Catering to The Flesh

Next, I will share about the confusion of love. This confusion is actually difficult to explain, but I want to share this confusion with you. Once, I met a pastor, and as he was talking, he and his wife started crying, because they had suffered a lot of grievances in pastoring the brothers and sisters in the church. He made dumplings for the elderly sisters in the church, and after he finished making the dumplings, one of the elderly sisters said, What kind of broken dumplings are these? They're so awful! Oh, if it were me, I would be very sad too. I made you dumplings for free, and you say so much in return, it's so hurtful! Later, the church sisters said they wanted to eat fish dumplings, so they made fish dumplings, but they cried.

What is this called? I have been through this myself. I used to make roasted chicken, roasted duck, and braised beef for people, and I also had a lot of confusion. Now churches like to make soup for people. For example, if a brother or sister in the church has cancer or some serious illness, the pastor's wife or the brothers and sisters in the church will make soup for them, and after making the soup, they will send it to the hospital. Very loving. But is this what the Bible teaches us? I have not seen soup-making in the Bible. Making soup is all invented by us. Chinese people like to eat and drink, and love is embodied in eating. So, the confusion I want to talk about today is love and catering to the flesh.

There is a very talented friend who is also very smart. His wife got a disease, so he called me. I felt very sad after hearing it, because his wife was about my age and had brain cancer. At the local church in Australia, people in the church made soup and sent it to the hospital to comfort them. Even when he called me, he was still praising the brothers and sisters in their church for being so loving.

When I heard this, I felt that catering to the flesh could express people's love. It's so interesting! If he called me and I listened to it, I would think that there were too many problems in this person. In the end, his wife was sent to a hospice center. He was completely desperate, and then he called me, hoping that I could help them, because he knew that I was transmitting the powerful gospel.

I basically don't make dumplings for people. You don't make dumplings for me, and it's good if I don't blame you. If the brothers and sisters go out for dinner and come back, I will say, Why didn't you pack a portion for me? When I say this, he is quite embarrassed. Actually, I'm just joking, as if he owes me a favor. I said that it's not that I'm short of that bowl of rice, it's that people now see eating as very important.

If a person has brain cancer, can making soup solve the problem? It doesn't solve the problem at all. The Bible says, This kind of demon can only be driven out by fasting and prayer. As a result, he knew that the gospel I preached was different from the soup and dumpling gospel he had, so he came to me. I prayed with his wife, and her whole condition improved a lot. That was not just a little bit of improvement! She couldn't even get out of bed before, but after praying with me, she could walk on the ground, and in the end, she didn't have to go to the hospice center. She went straight home. Later, the couple lived happily together, but they were still living a life that catered to the flesh.

Today, our brothers and sisters must know: To set the mind on the flesh is death. If we raise our children by catering to their flesh, we are pushing them to death; if we cater to our own flesh, we are pushing ourselves to death; if we build a church by catering to the flesh of our brothers and sisters, we are pushing them to death. Catering to the flesh is not love. For example, making dumplings. I shared with a sister who had just come to us about a pastor in the church making dumplings and crying to me. As a result, she interjected, Oh, this pastor is so loving! I said, I knew you would say that, is that love? Is that love? That is pushing people into the hands of the devil.

My idea is that a pastor of a church should lead the brothers and sisters to blessings. What problem does making soup and dumplings for them solve? There are some even stranger things. Some pastors do a lot of things for the brothers and sisters, but basically all of them are in the category of catering to the flesh.

Today, we want to lead everyone to follow the Holy Spirit and put to death the deeds of the body. This is the way to eternal life. Catering to the flesh is not love, so today we should obey the Holy Spirit and put to death the deeds of the flesh through the Holy Spirit. The pastor of that church made dumplings for the church members, but they were still picky. That is to say, these carnal things are obvious, and today our brothers and sisters should think carefully about whether they are carnal people or spiritual people? If you are a carnal person, what will you do in the future? Such people will certainly not be able to inherit the kingdom of God. They just like to argue with people about the truth, they just like to argue, provoke each other, and be jealous of each other, and as a result, the brothers and sisters will fight in the church, and they will fall into the devil's trick.

A few days ago, the grandfather of one of our sisters came. He was a reconnaissance soldier when he was young. The reconnaissance soldier is also called a special soldier. When he came, he taught me a few grappling moves. He said, When men fight, they basically grab each other's necks; when women fight, they grab each other's hair. That's about it. The moves are very simple. He taught me a few moves. If you grab my collar, I can break your neck. I think it's good. If someone grabs my collar, I can break their arm in a few simple moves. He also taught me, If you don't want to break his arm, you have other moves you can use to make him let go, such as putting your hands behind your back. The moves he taught can directly kill people. He showed me, and I learned a few moves.

Wise people don't grab each other's collars and roll around on the ground. It looks uncomfortable. When we crave vanity in this world, some things that are carnal are foolish people. People need to become smart and respond to each move. We must put to death the deeds of the flesh through the Holy Spirit, not do things blindly. I have summarized two sentences: Catering to the flesh is not love, and compromising the truth is not gentleness. Therefore, when we read the Bible, especially Galatians, this book is written with great enthusiasm, expressing the Apostle Paul's anger at the distortion of the gospel.

The Perplexity of Hearing God's Voice and Seeing Visions

Some time ago, I served as a cell group leader in a local Singaporean church, gathering weekly to lead Bible studies. Then, the pastor promoted an activity: If you want to hear God's voice and see visions, you can go with me to learn from a pastor in Taiwan. One sister in my group was very poor, not fond of studying, and her salary was very low. Later, she took out all her savings and went to Taiwan with them. She returned looking heartbroken, because she had spent all her savings going to Taiwan, but she didn't see any visions or hear any voices.

Others claimed to have seen visions and heard voices, making up a lot of strange things. But she experienced nothing, and paid such a heavy price, she began to blame God. However, in Paul's letters in the Bible, I didn't see any teaching on hearing God's voice. There are many confusions about hearing God's voice and seeing God's visions. I wonder what kind of teaching this is. How should I minister to this sister? I dare not speak to the pastor for fear of being disliked. But there are indeed many things like this.

Why do people like to criticize Pentecostals? Because Pentecostals engage in many things that I myself find nonsensical. The things Pentecostals do are actually quite interesting, such as hearing God's voice and seeing visions. But are these voices from God? Are these visions from God? No one can say for sure. Someone might ask me, Didn't you just say, 'Seek and you shall find?' But the seeking I'm referring to is seeking truth. If you seek truth, God will surely reveal it to you. If you seek to hear God's voice and see visions, I feel that's not the right approach.

We must be filled with the knowledge of God in our understanding. You must know that being deceived by the devil is because your understanding is dull. With a dull understanding, you are easily deceived. If you want to go to a church that hears God's voice and sees visions, I wish you good luck! But what I advocate is ascending the mountain of the Lord and entering the house of the God of Jacob, constantly climbing on the mountain of God's truth, and constantly knowing God in His truth. I never advocate pursuing miracles, but advocate practicing God's Word, practicing faith in God's Word. So hearing God's voice and seeing visions, we think these are very important things, but knowing God in our understanding is the most important.

There are many other confusing things, such as the Pentecostals' penchant for having people fall over en masse when praying on stage. I don't do these things. Sometimes I see them doing these things, and I can't stand it. Did the Holy Spirit move and cause many people to fall down at times? Yes, but this is not the truth.

Today, we see in the Bible that Jesus spat and made mud to put on people's eyes, and then we imitate that, but this is not a very appropriate thing to do. That was the Holy Spirit revealing to Jesus, and then He did it, and the blind man saw. Therefore, if people's minds are not clear, they often easily take these things as truth. For example, when someone falls down, they are overjoyed. Once they invited me to participate. Actually, I didn't really want to go to these places. I saw them rocking the instruments, shouting, and blowing horns, and then people fell down. After falling down, what problem was solved? I don't know.

Early on, the local Singaporean church I was in did this. They invited brothers and sisters to come forward, and then prayed, and one by one they fell down. After falling down, they covered people with towels. I went up there too, and they prayed for me, but I didn't like pretending to fall down, as if I was very spiritual. No matter what they did to me, I didn't fall. Everyone around me fell, but I was the only one standing. I was quite embarrassed at the time. The pastor who prayed for me said, Don't be sad, come up again later! I thought to myself, this is not very reliable.

What do I like to pursue? I like to pursue being filled with the knowledge of God in my understanding, and then carefully keeping, obeying, and practicing God's Word. After starting to put God's Word into practice, the results will be like the Apostle Paul. When I minister to everyone, I ask, Are there any people with lumbar or cervical pain? As a result, a large group of people raised their hands. I really like to pray for patients with lumbar and cervical pain, because they are healed very quickly after prayer. In fact, falling down and getting up is still the same as before, not very useful.

When I was in a local church in Singapore, some of my friends went up to fall every week. After falling, they were still the same. In other words, hearing God's voice and seeing visions are not non-existent, but they are not an important truth. We must lay a good foundation, which is to constantly know God. If falling down all day long could solve problems, then the Bible would be in vain. So I don't encourage brothers and sisters to pursue these things.

But some people will criticize me for pursuing miracles. If pursuing miracles results in miracles, show me one that you pursued. Actually, it is pursuing God's Word and practicing faith in God's Word that brings about miraculous results. Many times we must know that if we carefully keep and obey, God's promise will surely be fulfilled! We said earlier that overcoming in battle will surely obtain the promise. This is a very important truth of the Chinese Mingding Destiny.

I like to build a complete system of the words of the Bible. When I look at it again after building a complete system, I find that there are some things we must be especially careful about. We must not blindly believe everything recorded in the Bible. For example, if we elevate the truth of tithing to a very high level, that would be troublesome! In fact, Jesus Christ criticized the Pharisees when He was on earth:

“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone. (Matthew 23:23)

In other words, putting the cart before the horse and abandoning the fundamentals is a very deadly thing, so everyone must not reverse these things. God wants us to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God! This is a very important truth, but those things are also not to be abandoned. All truths are to be practiced, but we must establish a complete system! For example, when we read the story of Judas' suicide in the Bible, then you have to be careful, you must not learn from Judas. I don't want to commit suicide.

There is a joke that some people don't like to read the Bible properly, but they like to use the Bible to tell fortunes. When they have nothing to do, they close their eyes and pry open the Bible with their fingers. They close their eyes and point with their finger, and the verse they point to, they think is what God is giving them. As a result, they read about Judas committing suicide. How can you apply that? You can't apply it! If people do this often, they can easily become Judas who betrays Jesus. Such people do not know God at all.

We must begin to remove these confusions one by one, read the Bible carefully, and understand what God's Word is really saying. When you read these Bible study materials that I have written, you must first read the original text of the Bible. After reading it, you carefully ponder it ten or eight times, and you will understand that what I am talking about is God's Word. If you gain something different, that's okay. But forming the entire Bible into a system is crucial!

The Confusion of Not Many Becoming Teachers

Next, I will talk about a few more critical confusions, which is the confusion of not many becoming teachers. I once knew a pastor, and a member of this pastor's congregation shared with me that their church was more concerned with not many becoming teachers, because the Bible says not many should become teachers, because they will receive a stricter judgment. Hearing this, I was a little confused: If no one becomes a teacher, then who will serve?

Not only should many become teachers, able to be a blessing to others, explaining the way of truth clearly, but they should also serve with the heart of a father and mother. If you are unwilling to become a teacher because you are afraid of receiving a stricter judgment, if you don't want to be a teacher, how can you be a parent? How can you shepherd? Because you love Jesus, you must shepherd God's flock, right? If you are unwilling to even be a teacher, where do you start shepherding? Isn't this a very selfish mentality?

In fact, many people in their church are afraid to be teachers. They make healing and deliverance very mysterious, believing that only leaders can do healing and deliverance, because they believe that not many can become teachers. Therefore, their pastor is exhausted, having to do healing and deliverance every day. But I don't do it that way. I train everyone to do healing and deliverance. Everyone must serve. Everyone must become a teacher, starting to do healing and deliverance.

Which is more in line with the Bible? Let's look at how Jesus did it. Jesus trained twelve disciples to go out to preach the gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons. Later, Jesus trained seventy disciples to go out to preach the gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons. We train people. I don't agree with not many can become teachers, becoming a teacher will receive a stricter judgment. What a selfish argument! We must be careful!

Some people say, Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit. Yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. Does appearing for a little time mean doing nothing? If you don't do anything, what do you do? Do you want to live in poverty? These words sound interesting, but I don't know what he wants to say.

The Confusion of Sin and Forgiveness

If a sister is so poor that she is destitute, and you don't let her go out to work, then what does she do? Some people say that working is loving the world. Then Paul still made tents. Is that loving the world, or not loving the world? I call the things in the world that are related to our lives spiritual things.

Let's look at Deuteronomy chapter 28:

“And if you faithfully obey the voice of the Lord your God, being careful to do all his commandments that I command you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God. Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the field. Blessed shall be the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your ground and the fruit of your cattle, the increase of your herds and the young of your flock. (Deuteronomy 28:2-4)

If you don't work with your hands, how can you be blessed? Going to a city to live for a year or two and doing some decent work, isn't that very normal? I knew someone who, before 2000, thought it was the end of the world, so he hoarded a lot of bottled water and biscuits at home. Later, they all expired. I wondered what was the point of preparing these things for the end of the world? If it's eating, drinking, and waiting to die, I strongly disagree. These confusing things are really many.

The scripture says:

Come now, you rich, weep and howl for the miseries that are coming upon you. Your riches have rotted and your garments are moth-eaten. Your gold and silver have corroded, and their corrosion will be evidence against you and will eat your flesh like fire. You have laid up treasure in the last days. (James 5:1-3)

After reading it, I thought this matter was very interesting. We need to know that Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob were all wealthy people. Joseph and David were also wealthy people. Are their wealth and sin related? Not very related! Some people are wealthy, and they are sinners; some people are wealthy, and they are righteous. Some people are poor, and they are sinners; some people are poor, and they are righteous. A person's wealth and poverty are not directly related to being a sinner or a righteous person.

I encourage everyone to explore and seek, don't talk nonsense. Who is offended by a person being wealthy? For example, if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. Our God rebukes people every day. In the Old Testament book of Numbers, our God killed one batch of people after another. What is a God who does not rebuke people? That's Santa Claus. Our God is not Santa Claus!

Some time ago, one of our sisters asked her pastor a question. She said, Where does the curse come from? When we sin, Jesus' blood covers us. If it is covered, there is no sin. If there is no sin, where does the curse come from? This is the confusion of sin and forgiveness. The pastor told me about this question, and I said, Is this God's will? What exactly is God's will? God's will is for us to live out God's glorious image, isn't it?

We sin, and God forgives. We sin again, and God forgives again. What are we doing? This person has not read the entire Bible. If they had, they should know that we who are Christians should strive to pursue. It's not sinning, forgiving, and using Jesus' blood as a rag.

As the scripture says:

Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, and of instruction about washings, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. And this we will do if God permits. For it is impossible, in the case of those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift and have shared in the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they then fall away, to restore them again to repentance, since they are crucifying once again the Son of God to their own harm and holding him up to contempt. For land that has drunk the rain that often falls on it, and produces a crop useful to those for whose sake it is cultivated, receives a blessing from God. But if it bears thorns and thistles, it is worthless and near to being cursed, and its end is to be burned. Though we speak in this way, yet in your case, beloved, we feel sure of better things—things that belong to salvation. (Hebrews 6:1-9)

We must know that today we are not staying at the level of sinning and being covered, but we should pursue the restoration of God's glorious image in us, so that we can walk with God in this world, be a blessing to many, and take on the Mingding Destiny that God has upon us in this generation. Therefore, we must fundamentally solve the problem, establish a system of faith that is in accordance with God's will, and let us come out of confusion and start living out God's glorious image.

If we are only for dying and going to heaven, you can be the thief next to Jesus who was crucified with Him. Some people say that thief was so good. I will sin first, and then when I am about to die, I will ask Jesus to save me. That thief had such an opportunity, but you may not have such an opportunity! Do you think you will have such an opportunity? The words of the Bible are very clear. After reading them, shouldn't you fear our God? Do you have to live in sin?

Our God hopes that we will restore the image we had when He created us. Some people are very considerate of the flesh and enjoy the pleasures of sin. Are they Christians? Can they enter heaven? There are too many things like this! This person was a thief all his life, and was finally arrested. Only in the last moment did he receive God's grace. Why don't we receive God's grace while we are alive? We live out God's glorious image while we are alive and receive God's grace every day. Which is better, living as a thief and finally being arrested and crucified? I don't think it's good. I think living like Jesus all my life is so good! In fact, that thief suffered a great loss. If you think that's taking advantage, then it's very foolish.

Conclusion

I encourage everyone to read the Bible carefully and strive to pursue. This world is full of all kinds of information. For example, some people promote family first. Then where do we put our God? There are too many confusions like this. For example, the God of the Old Testament and the God of the New Testament are not the same God. Some people separate these. Today, there are still many such confusions.

I hope that everyone can send the confusions they encounter in the Bible study process that they cannot solve to the assistant. Our assistant will collect everyone's questions, and I will give you answers next week! In my heart, there is a deep expectation. I hope that through our global online Bible study conference, our brothers and sisters can live out God's glorious image. Be filled with the knowledge of God in your understanding and be filled with power from God in your spirit, let us run on this heavenly road and see God's glory, so that God's glory can fill the whole earth!

May God bless everyone!
