Introduction

I have seen many Christians living in destruction, and quite a few suffering from cancer. Cancer is a supreme and prolonged disaster, a grave and lasting illness, as recorded in Deuteronomy 28, because people have disobeyed God's word. Many have disobeyed God's word, and although they have the Bible in their hands, they still do not know that they have disobeyed God's word.

My mother was deceived for many years. Once, she exchanged her gold ring for a copper ring and was very happy about it. This is how it happened: a young man threw a copper ring on the ground and said to my mother, since we both saw it, let's split it. Then, because my mother didn't have any money on hand, she used her gold ring as collateral. Later, my mother realized she had been deceived and was very troubled. Why? Because there was greed in her heart. Many Christians are deceived in the same way.

A few years ago, I went back to see my mother, and near her home, there was a store called Lao Ma Le, where many people were lining up to invest. Many elderly people do not know what investment is, they only heard that if they invest a certain amount, they will get a certain return at a certain time. I told her not to go, that these are swindlers. But in the end, she still went behind my back and invested, and as a result, she was deceived. This is ignorance! So I began to train my mother to be smarter and not be ignorant, but she still often needs deliverance.

Recently, someone told me, Give me one million now, and I will give you three million by the end of the year. I told him, Keep it and earn it yourself. This is definitely a swindler! The most famous stock god, Buffett, has an annual return of about 20% on his stock investments, how can you achieve a 300% return? I asked him, and he was talking nonsense.

Brothers and sisters, do not be ignorant. Recently, some brothers and sisters invested in P2P platforms, some two million, some two hundred thousand, and they all lost everything. In the past year, many P2P platforms have collapsed, causing many social problems. Ignorant people are deadly! People deceiving people, it's just about deceiving money; demons deceiving people, it's about taking people's lives! Do not be an ignorant person.

Scripture

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priests for me; because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children. (Hosea 4:6)

Prayer

Lord, let us be filled with the knowledge of you in all spiritual understanding, open our minds, let us read your words more, let us clearly know the schemes of the devil in our understanding, let us know you more. Ignorance in Understanding is a Deadly Thing

A few days ago, a sister in North America said that her sister had a child in their 20s who was possessed by a demon. After eating together, the child did not want to leave, because he said that grandma had not finished eating. Heavens, his grandma is already dead! It's spine-chilling. This child often talks to grandma at home. You should know that this is a Christian family, all Christians, and not lacking preachers. If a Christian is not clear about God's law, God's word in the Bible, that is ignorance! If you are ignorant of God's word, God will also reject you! This sister often listens to my sermons, and I often explain spiritual things with spiritual words. She then realized, Oh, this is a matter of the spiritual realm!

There are many Christians who love the world and love money. This passage in Hosea is written about these priests who did not completely reject God, but were very ignorant. Because they love the world, this is spiritual adultery. They want to gain benefits from the world and also want to gain benefits from God, so they are rejected by God. After Israel was destroyed, it was miserable, being tossed around in the world. After World War II, many Jews had no country willing to take them in, and China took in a part of the Jews.

Ignorance in understanding is deadly! Some evangelical Christians criticize charismatics. You have to read the Bible! Spiritual things are clearly recorded in the Bible. You must know that being filled with the Holy Spirit cannot replace reading the Bible, praying in the spirit cannot replace praying with understanding, and praying with understanding cannot replace praying in the spirit.

We must know God in our understanding. Loving God and loving the world is not knowing God! Some people even say, It's best if I commit many sins in the world, and when I die, I will be with Jesus in paradise. What an ignorant argument. You must know all kinds of spiritual laws!

Some people say, I have worldly dreams in my heart, wanting to be a great scientist, a great entrepreneur, etc. So in the past few weeks, I shared a sermon topic, True Dreams and False Dreams. You must understand spiritual things, dreams are a spiritual thing, and we do have signs and wonders following us. But is your dream built on faith in yourself, or faith in God's word? This determines whether your dream is a true dream or a false dream.

I often encounter some ignorant Christians. Some time ago, I discussed intercession with a sister in North America. Intercession is actually a very strange concept, I never do such a thing. I asked this sister, can you give some examples of when intercession has been useful? She gave some examples. I asked her, if you don't intercede, can these things be accomplished? She was not clear. It's like, as soon as I knock on the table, someone happens to press the light switch, and it turns on; I knock on the table again, and someone happens to press the switch, and the light goes out. So, what is the relationship between my knocking on the table and the light switch? There is actually no relationship, it's just coincidence. If something is not repeatable, it cannot prove that there is a causal relationship between the two.

In fact, many intercessions are ineffective, but many Christians believe in this thing. They are not clear in their understanding of what is going on. Some Christians even want to mobilize tens of thousands of people to pray for them. When did Jesus mobilize tens of thousands of people to pray for a patient? Jesus taught, Two or three people agreeing in prayer, but he did not say twenty or thirty thousand people agreeing in prayer. How can twenty or thirty thousand people be in agreement?

Recently, I asked my mother to read, The One Thing and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. You can't be ignorant, even if you are over eighty years old. Ignorance leads to being deceived.

The Devil's Schemes to Deceive People

Today, we must not only recognize the schemes of people deceiving people, but also recognize the devil's schemes to deceive people. The devil deceived Adam and Eve, and to this day, his schemes to deceive people have not changed. If you are reasoning, you need to know that you have been deceived, you are discerning good and evil! How can people reason? Everyone believes their own reasoning is right, and others are wrong.

Some people are very foolish, they don't recognize the devil's schemes, so they are deceived, and controlled by the devil, and many pains arise in their hearts. Meaningless? Why talk about a meaningless principle? The devil causes us to fall into the discernment of good and evil, just like many of Cain's descendants are very powerful, but they live in pain, because they have fallen into the devil's trap.

Discerning good and evil, catering to the flesh, loving the world, false religions, etc., these are all the devil's schemes. Do not be ignorant. Many things that people are born with are problematic. I will build my destiny with my own hands, can you rely on it? I have a great dream, to become a very powerful person, this worldly dream will become the devil's bait to lure you away, this is your inner lust.

Behind the bait, there must be a trap. If you don't bite the hook, don't eat the bait, how can you be deceived? People are led by lust, that is, they have bitten the bait, but behind it is a trap! My mother's Lao Ma Le behind her house, many old people lost everything! I used to be interested in multi-level marketing, many people in multi-level marketing are doing very well, and many people who invest online are very miserable. Many people's money comes like a gust of wind, and it goes like a gust of wind. Many general agents are now very miserable.

I once knew a gambling king, the gambling king behind it was a spirit, very powerful. When he gambled, he had a bad hand, but when he turned it over, it was a straight flush. He was not relying on his skills, but the spiritual world was giving him cards, which the camera could not see. He was the Southeast Asian gambling king in the 1990s, taking a helicopter to gamble and winning hundreds of millions. But later he owed three million and was going to jump off a building, and later he believed in the Lord and became a pastor.

Must Recognize the Devil's Schemes

We must recognize the devil's schemes, which is to prevent us from recognizing them in our understanding. Some people are possessed by many demons, and I have cast out many demons from them. However, they turn around and say to others, There are no demons; they are just forcing me. The devil's most potent trick is to let you believe in the Lord, but without any power. This is a massive lie. Many mega-pastors with large followings often preach a doctrine, a doctrine of powerlessness. This is the devil's scheme!

The devil's schemes include discerning good and evil, indulging the flesh, and loving the world. If a Christian both discerns good and evil, indulges the flesh, and loves the world, he is a mongrel, spiritually adulterous. We must remove the foolishness within us. Many people treat things not found in the Bible as truth, which is deadly.

For example, many deliverance ministries require people to fill out extensive forms, making them seem systematic. But I ask everyone, are these things effective or ineffective? Is there any biblical basis for them? Many replace God's Word with psychology; this is the devil's scheme! I do not oppose brothers and sisters taking medicine or seeing doctors if they wish. But it is clear to me that hospitals care about my money, not my health.

Some time ago, a psychologist suffering from depression came to us, and I arranged for a sister who had been delivered from depression to minister to this doctor. This sister discovered that the psychologist, whom she once thought was so capable, was also helpless. Later, a pediatrician came to us, and I arranged for a sister with children to serve her. This sister later discovered that the pediatrician she once admired was also helpless regarding children's illnesses.

We rely on God's Word, not our own set of ideas. Today, God tells us not to be ignorant. It is useless even if you have I am a Christian written on your forehead; you must know God in your understanding. Many Christians are prejudiced and presumptuous to an absurd degree. These people like to hear what they already agree with. They say, Actually, I like listening to your sermons, but I agree with some things and disagree with others. As if they have a standard within them. Where does this standard come from? Self-righteousness.

If someone genuinely seeks, they will listen, examine the Bible, and discuss what they do not understand. This is a normal attitude. Can elementary school students understand calculus? Can they understand launching satellites? They do not understand. There is a natural foolishness within us. The heart of a fool is on the left, but the heart of the wise is on the right. The heart of a normal person is on the left, and the heart of the wise is forcibly turned to the right.

I like to talk with high achievers. I will first put aside my own ideas and listen and learn, and then I will learn something. If you are talking with someone of high rank or knowledge, first put aside your own ideas. The highest is the Lord Jesus. When I do not understand something, I will not talk nonsense. I will say to God, I do not understand it. God will lead me to practice, and gradually I will understand. I do not live by my natural abilities, but by the Word of God. If you live by the Word of God, you will become intelligent.

Did the Lord Jesus reason with people when He was crucified? No. Even if people wronged me, I would not argue. I do not do useless things. I do not act foolishly. In many things, do not use your reasoning as the gold standard.

Some time ago, I was leading people to study the English Bible, and a sister said to me, Abraham was terrible. Isaac had the right to know! I said, Sister, you are feeling sorry for Isaac from four thousand years ago! Feeling sorry is a foolish thing.

Paul wrote Romans and 1 and 2 Corinthians because he knew God in his understanding. If you do not fully know God in your understanding, then first believe, and then diligently keep and obey God's Word. However, many people reject it as soon as they start reading; this is foolishness.

A sister had a car accident and broke her ribs, and the bones were sticking out. Normally, people would think she should see a doctor, but this sister wanted to come for prayer. As a result, I prayed for her for about twelve minutes, and her bones were straightened. I know my God can do such things. Lazarus died for several days, but He could still raise him. Do not say, You are exaggerating. This is true. Many people blindly believe in doctors and schools. Is that knowledge? No. Regarding the school system, if someone writes computer programs very well, he will go back to Alibaba, not teach people how to write programs at school.

The Most Ignorant Are Those Who Straddle Two Boats

The most ignorant are those who both believe in God and love the world. This is spiritual adultery. We must remove these adulterous things. The prophet Hosea was very clear about the key to faithfulness. Today, I urge everyone to be faithful.

Faithfulness is not being faithful when it suits you and unfaithful when it does not. This kind of faithfulness is not foolishness but a recognition of God. Knowing God in your understanding means choosing to be a faithful person in your understanding.

Some foolish people are faithful to those below them but unfaithful to those above them. This indicates a problem with their thinking. We must be faithful to those above us. We must acknowledge God in everything we do.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones. (Proverbs 3:5-8)

What do we acknowledge in our affairs? If we acknowledge ourselves, it is foolish, because we cannot decide our own destiny. We should seek understanding in many phenomena. When there is a problem with faithfulness, many servants are cursed because they are not faithful to God. They replace God's Word with psychological ideas. Can they escape being cursed? Many are cursed because they preach the wrong gospel. They please people, not God.

Some time ago, someone argued with me, saying that there are no longer any curses. He then challenged me, How do you know you are not cursed? I have a very rigorous attitude toward God. I never say what the Bible does not say, and I carefully implement what the Bible says. Reading God's Word diligently is so important. I never talk nonsense. If I talk nonsense, you can correct me, and I will surely accept it. I preach the gospel according to what I can receive. If I cannot yet receive it, I strive to pursue God, and God will constantly reveal it to me. God is a God of revelation. Seek Him diligently! Be faithful to God. Faithfulness is not rigidity but trusting in God alone. Do not trust in both God and money. We must remove spiritual adultery and not love both God and the world.

Loving the world and disobeying God's Word cannot be escaped and will still be cursed. That is why I have high expectations of my mother and my brothers and sisters, because I want you to be blessed! This is a decision of understanding. God is a God who reveals truth to us, and He very much wants us to understand what kind of God He is. Because of this, God is clearly among us, releasing His grace and blessings.

Conclusion

Today, diligently pursue knowing God in your understanding. In the last days, people will go to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. Today, we all need to know God in our understanding and not be foolish. Because ignorance leads to destruction. God does not want us to be ignorant. Do not always be deceived by the devil. Being deceived is because you are doing things according to your own ideas. The devil is very good at indulging our flesh. Brothers and sisters, be sure to equip yourselves in your understanding.
