Introduction

Today's Sunday testimony affirmed one thing: our God is faithful. Is He a God of abundance? Is He a God who is willing to give me the best? If so, what do we have to fear?

One of our sisters had a motorcycle accident and fractured a bone, but she was completely healed through prayer. Even I find it hard to comprehend. If God can do such things, isn't it subversive to our understanding? I am someone who likes to put things in the 《Bible》 into practice. This sister used to sprain her ankle frequently, so I would hold her ankle and have her move it while praying, and she was completely healed. Our God is truly divine. With such a God, what do we have to fear?

Over the past few years, we have also experienced many graces in terms of finances. The pastor who shared his testimony earlier was very poor when he first came to the church. He was always in deficit each month, even trying to save money on bus fare by walking to work. But God can turn around such a situation. What do you still fear?

Many people are simply afraid, but when asked what they fear, they cannot give a clear reason. Recently, many have come to us because of issues with their children's education. Nowadays, many families are devastated when their children do not perform well in school. They face problems with their children's studies, disobedience, and a host of other issues. Many parents expect the school to educate their children well, but ultimately, the education problem lies with the parents themselves, which causes them great distress.

When they come to me, I first address their fear. Their tone of voice reveals despair and worry about their children's future. One sister should share her testimony about how her child turned around in a very short time, easily scoring a hundred on exams, mainly because the fear in their hearts was resolved.

Years ago, I had all the symptoms of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, but I had no fear in me. At that time, a friend of mine had the same symptoms, and he went to the hospital for treatment. Nine months later, he was lying in a coffin. I knew very well that those who fear death will surely die; those who do not fear death will have a hard time dying. I encourage the brothers and sisters to desire to obtain Mingding Destiny because those who have Mingding Destiny do not fear death and will find it hard to die even if they want to . Life and death are in God's hands.

Many people are under the control of fear. One brother called me, complaining that his eyes were in bad shape, so I led him in prayer. After constant prayer, his eyes recovered a lot; he used to be unable to work but now he is able to. However, he still has a lot of fear in him, fearing that his children will not get into university. His eyes are already healed, so why worry about his children getting into university? In fact, his children are doing very well in school. But he is still worried, thinking about school district housing and so on, unable to find peace in his heart.

Many things within us are actually quite strange. The more you fear, the more you are controlled. There is evil spirits released from within the fear. This brother's eyes had problems again when he was worried. There are all kinds of people, fearing poverty, fearing illness, fearing that their children will not do well in school, and so on. I am puzzled. You hear wonderful testimonies among us every day, yet you still fear these things? Do you know your identity as children of God? God knows all our needs.

Recently, a sister in North America, who is a PhD and earns a high salary, had a child who developed lupus. She had no choice but to stop working and stay home to take care of her child for two years, living in a constant state of worry and fear. People think that a PhD and a high-paying job can solve problems, but in reality, they cannot solve anything.

Scripture

For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs — heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. (Romans 8:13-17)

Prayer

Lord Jesus, speak to each of our brothers and sisters today, let us know that we are children of the living God, with the heart of a child, not the heart of a servant. In You, there is the answer to all problems. May You let us know our identity, and when we know our identity, we will no longer fear. Let our lives be complete in You. Take away the fear within us. In Jesus' name, Amen!

The Reason for Fear is That We Do Not Know Who We Are

When we do not know who we are, do not know who is in charge of our lives, we will be afraid. If you know that you are a child of the living God, what do you still fear? The Holy Spirit testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. Among our brothers and sisters, which one has not experienced God?

Fear is a very serious problem. During the Exodus, the Israelites were afraid of God, afraid of hearing God's voice, so they were willing to receive secondhand information. God originally wanted to bring the Israelites to the promised land, but many could not enter because they had the heart of a servant and were afraid. They did not know how much God loved them, so they were afraid of everything: afraid of not having food, not having water, afraid of the giants in Canaan. They were afraid of everything except God.

Therefore, the reason for fear is truly strange. The most critical of all is that we do not know our identity. If we are afraid, we carry the nature of a slave. If we carry the nature of a slave, we cannot be free. Brothers and sisters, after hearing so many testimonies, can you understand your identity intellectually and come out of fear?

Some people are afraid of their wives. As soon as their wives call, they feel uncomfortable all over. Recently, I watched a funny video about being afraid of one's wife. Is there a need for that? If a person carries the nature of a slave, he cannot help but be afraid because he does not know who his master is, nor does he know that he has a father-son relationship with his master. Identity is very important and is the source of our salvation.

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God. (Romans 8:26-27)

When we start to have these problems, when we are afraid, we really do not know how to pray, so we pray in the spirit. When people pray more in the spirit, they become strong inside. When our hearts testify with the Holy Spirit that we are God's children, you will find that you receive power. When you know that you are a child of God, you will experience many of God's miraculous works.

If we are children, when God disciplines us, we will not think of it as punishment and be afraid; but a servant will think of it as punishment. When I was in the third grade, I played truant from school and later realized that the problem was very serious. My father spanked me with a belt, which hurt a lot. I knew that my father loved me, and when I was beaten, I received my father's love in my heart. Later, I worked very hard in my studies because I was disciplined, but there was no fear in me. I was not a slave in the house but a son. When some parents discipline their children, some children develop resentment. When people have the heart of a servant, it is as if their father and mother do not love them, and they receive resentment and bitterness.

We are afraid of too many things, afraid of death, afraid of illness, afraid of doctors. Unethical doctors like to scare patients, making the illness sound very serious. People who are afraid of death willingly give all their money to the doctors. When people are afraid, they give the money they have worked so hard to earn to unethical doctors.

There is a joke that someone got off a plane and took a taxi, saying that he wanted to go to the place with the highest consumption, and the driver took him to a famous local hospital. The sister who shared her testimony today had a fracture, but she had no fear in her heart, and she asked us to pray for her. May God have mercy on us. Even with such little faith in us, God still heals her through us. I am a bold person, and I really want to try out what kind of God God is, and then we experience God firsthand. Every experience with God is a great grace.

Misunderstandings of God Stem from the Relationship Between God and Man

The story recorded in Matthew tells of a master giving five talents to one servant, who earned five more; two talents to another, who earned two more; and one talent to another, who buried it in the ground, returning it to the master upon his return. Why? Because of fear. He thought his master was a harsh man, so he dared not risk it. And in the eyes of God, this lazy and wicked servant would have even what little he had taken away and given to those who had more.

Fear is a carnal nature. When we live in the flesh, fear is innate. When you stand at a high glass window and look down, you will find your legs weak and trembling. What are you afraid of? Just the sight of the view from above. I have this feeling too; my body just doesn't obey. This is the flesh. But God wants to deal with our carnal nature. The Holy Spirit will help us deal with the evil deeds of the flesh. When we remove the nature of the flesh, you will surely live out the glory of God's children.

Joshua records Joshua leading the Israelites into the land of Canaan, and he was afraid. God said to Joshua, Be strong and courageous! Know that you are a child of God, and He will preserve us forever. He will surely solve all the problems in our lives. You don't need to fear the future, fear that no one will take care of you, fear that your children will not study well, or fear what will become of them. Be filled with the knowledge of God in understanding, and do not be deceived by the devil.

Today, pat yourself on the chest and ask yourself, is there a servant's heart or a son's heart inside you? If you have a servant's heart inside, reject it and begin to know that you are a child of God. God does not need servants; He needs us to become His children. There is no fear in love. Our relationship with God is a relationship of love, and there is no fear in love.

My mother used to be very afraid that no one would support her in her old age, so she promised to give the house to this child and then to that child. As a result, her children pointed fingers and scolded her, and she suffered a lot of grievances. All this was because of fear. Because I revere God, even if no one supports her, I will take good care of her. Honor your parents, so that you may live long on the earth. But some brothers and sisters have ulterior motives. We are not afraid to give everything away because we have God. God gives us the title of children, a real title. Stop being deceived and stop obeying the evil deeds of the flesh, which is the nature of fear. Know God in understanding.

When we do not know God in understanding, we do not know that we have the title of God's children, that God is our treasure, that God can solve all our problems. Then there is no way not to be afraid, because there is no foundation in our hearts. When we transform from a servant's heart to a child's heart, we know how much our God loves us.

What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:31-39)

God has given us everything. Why should we still have a servant's heart? Start knowing God in understanding. All blessings are in the title of children. If you do not value this title, you will enter the state of Esau; if you value this title, you will fight and win. In any case, know God in understanding.

The spirit of fear is a very small evil spirit. We can take up the sword and shield in our hands and remove this feeling of fear from our flesh.

People do not know that they are children of God, so they are afraid; if people know that they are children of God, they will no longer be afraid. If you are driven by fear in everything, you will never do well, nor will you please God.

Know God in Understanding, Completely Come Out of Fear

Start knowing God in understanding and completely come out of fear. Fear will cause us to lose our freedom, but freedom is non-negotiable. No matter who you fear, know from your understanding, What am I afraid of? Fear nothing, because we are children of God.

In fear, our abilities will be paralyzed, and freedom will be lost. We are to be children in the kingdom of God, not servants. Today, completely deal with the essence of fear within us.

Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies. (Romans 8:23)

Our bodies have already been redeemed. No matter who it is, Jesus has healed them. Why does God listen to our prayers and heal our brothers and sisters of all diseases? It is to make us no longer afraid. Know for sure how precious our God is.

For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. (Romans 8:15-16)

Today, ask yourself, what are you afraid of? Are you a daughter of God or a servant? If you are a servant, change it. Believe and receive, and you will receive. Our God longs for everyone to become a child of God. Today, let us believe and accept that we are children of God, and all the promises in the Bible are faithful. Let everyone follow me in prayer:

In the name of Jesus, command all spirits of fear to leave! Today, I value the title of a child of God. I want to take on this Mingding Destiny and reign with Jesus Christ on earth. Lord Jesus, I thank you. Father, I also thank you for giving us your son. I am no longer afraid. Any fear must be removed from my life. I am living by the Mingding Destiny of a child of God. I am no longer afraid of work, bosses, husband/wife, no longer afraid of children, and no longer afraid of the future. I will single-mindedly look up to and trust you, and I want you to do wonderful work in me, removing the feeling of fear from me. Today, I want to put to death the evil deeds of the body! Amen!

Summary

Fear can paralyze the power inside you. Some people do not know that they have received the title of children and are still afraid of curses. Do not argue with me about whether there are curses in the New Testament. If you are afraid of curses, curses will surely come upon you; if you are afraid of death, death will surely come upon you. Today, begin to enter into Jesus Christ and build the church with the Lord Jesus, releasing the captive souls.

From now on, we pray, God, come and discipline me, shape me, and make me a child who possesses your glory. Today, let the word punishment completely leave us, and let God discipline us and deal with the evil habits of the flesh that plague us.

Yesterday, a child's mother came to me. Her child is an ungrateful person. What is born of the flesh is flesh. Ishmael, though Abraham's son, was not the son of promise. Who is my mother, who are my brothers and sisters? Whoever does the will of my Father is.

I enlightened this sister. If people put their future retirement on their children, it is unreliable! People are always after something. When we cannot give something, people will treat you as garbage and waste. But God is reliable! Will you worry about your old age? Our next generation has many only children. My mother had five children, and many of them were unreliable in her old age; what about so many only children now? Those who trust in God, the Bible says, are asleep. Leaving the world is not a painful thing. What else is there to fear?
