They are full of wisdom and intelligence, rich in money and powerful in authority, yet they become vessels that manifest God’s wrath! You might say, how come I never noticed that? From a certain perspective, I say: God, is this quite right? She has done so many bad things, how can she live so long? This person’s mind is full of all kinds of schemes, which many people might yearn for! This person is Jezebel. Jezebel lived to a ripe old age. Next, let us take a look at this Jezebel.

Jezebel was a girl born into a royal family. Being born into royalty certainly meant wealth. Born with a silver spoon, she was intelligent and lovable from a young age, wanting for nothing. When we see this child, we think, this is great! She goes to Harvard, Tsinghua, Peking University, and receives the best education, taught by the best teachers. I tell you, many people envy that. You know, many people have money but raise a very stupid child. But these people have money and power, being a king, and they raised this child who is both smart and capable! Beautiful, knowledgeable, and good at everything, you tell me where to find reason in this? Later, she married a very handsome young man who loved her very much. This is simply the epitome of success in life! By today's standards, she is a winner in life! Flying to the United States to give lectures, flying to Europe to give lectures, flying to China to give lectures. The tickets for her lectures cost two hundred thousand! If you could hear her speak, you would feel she is a master of human affairs! Extremely capable!

Then she helped her husband expand territory and domains, making the country extremely wealthy. Neighboring small countries all paid tribute to their nation. She also bore and raised children for her husband. You know how well she trained her children. One of Jezebel’s daughters was trained to be like Wu Zetian! Jezebel's child later married into another country, became a queen, and even usurped royal power! After her son died, she took sole control of power. This family are all masters of human affairs!

I often say: If you live long enough, you will see God's wrath. But does living long enough mean you will see God's wrath? Even if you live long enough, what you see in Jezebel is confusion! Do you feel confused? Jezebel lived so well! Looking at Elijah, do you think he lived well? He didn't live well; it was so hard! As soon as Jezebel got angry, she wanted to kill him. Therefore, we have something to resolve, which is if your goal in life is just to live, you cannot believe in the Lord! If your goal in life is eternal life and eternity, you can see clearly! Therefore, Jezebel is not someone anyone can be; you have to be very smart to do it, and just because you like it doesn't mean you have the qualification. Confused? Confused!

Ahaziah began to reign as king of Judah in the eleventh year of Joram the son of Ahab. When Jehu came to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it, and she painted her eyes and adorned her head and looked out of the window. And as Jehu entered the gate, she said, “Is it peace, you murderer of your master, Zimri?” And Jehu raised his face to the window, and said, “Who is on my side? Scripture Background

The background of this passage is very interesting! Jezebel married a man named Ahab, who reigned in Israel for twenty-two years. Ahab’s father reigned in Israel for twelve years. His father was called Omri, he was called Ahab, and his son was called Ahaziah, then Joram. This period is called the Omri dynasty. Ahab married Jezebel. I guess he had not yet become king when he married Jezebel, because it can be deduced from the timeline. Jezebel was queen and queen mother for a total of thirty-six years. Before becoming king, Ahab was the crown prince, and his wife Jezebel was called the crown princess. The daughter she bore was Athaliah; Athaliah’s son was Ahaziah, who ascended the throne and became king of Judah. Ahaziah was Jezebel’s grandson, the child of Athaliah; they were all one family. Calculating it this way, Jezebel should have married Ahab before he became king.

Before Jezebel married Ahab, she was the daughter of the King of Sidon, a princess. Before her marriage, she had great wealth and honor. After marrying Ahab, she also had great wealth and honor. Moreover, her family had daughters who became queens, sons who became kings, husbands who became kings, and fathers-in-law who became kings. You will find that her life experience was quite rich. But we see that her greatest experience was fighting with Elijah. If Elijah did not pray, it would not rain in Israel! Would the lack of rain in Israel cause hardship for Jezebel? No. If you had no water, she would have water; she would eat and drink as usual.

One day, Elijah came to see Ahab. Jezebel should not have been present at this time. Elijah said: Bring all the prophets of Baal. They will offer sacrifices, and I will offer sacrifices, to see if fire will come down from heaven. As a result, the bull that Elijah offered was poured with water, and even the ditch was full of water. Then fire came down from heaven, not only burning the sacrifice but also drying up the water in the ditch. But the prophets of Baal cut themselves with knives and stabbed themselves, torturing themselves to no avail. No fire came down from heaven. At this time, the people of Israel saw that Elijah’s God was the God. The four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal were killed, Ahab was present at the time, and then rain came down from heaven.

When Ahab returned to the palace, he told Jezebel about this. After Ahab finished speaking, Jezebel said: Tomorrow at this time, what happened to those prophets of Baal will happen to Elijah. Wow! Think about how arrogant this Jezebel was! Do you think she didn’t know about the spiritual realm? She dealt with the prophets of Baal; how could she not know about the spiritual realm? Like the Pharaoh of Egypt, how could he not know about the spiritual realm! She knew that Elijah’s God could bring fire down from heaven, but she was not only unafraid but also wanted to kill Elijah.

Everyone needs to know why Elijah was frightened by these words! Because Jezebel killed people in very special ways. Have you read the news? It seems that the KGB and the CIA—we don’t know if it’s a fabricated story—often kill people in ways that are unknown! This Jezebel was too venomous! Elijah definitely knew that Jezebel’s tricks were too ruthless! As a result, Elijah ran away. How hard! He ran for forty days! Elijah was a long-distance runner! No slower than a horse, he must have run a thousand kilometers in forty days, hiding on Mount Sinai. Jezebel was that incredible.

Later, Jezebel’s husband Ahab took a fancy to Naboth’s vineyard, but Naboth would not give it to him. He wanted to buy it, but Naboth would not sell it, no matter how much money he offered. Ahab felt very uncomfortable and thought the vineyard was particularly good. When Jezebel saw that her husband was not eating or drinking and was so uncomfortable, she thought it was easy! She arranged for two ruffians to falsely accuse Naboth. As Chinese, this game sounds familiar. These two people falsely accused Naboth of blaspheming God. Jezebel was ruthless, right? She wanted to kill the prophets of the Lord God, but when it came to killing people, she brought God out again. As a result, because of the charge of blaspheming God, Jezebel used God’s name and actually stoned Naboth to death!

According to our thinking, God’s wrath must descend, right? Wouldn’t it be like killing Korah and the others? No, she lived very well. She wanted to kill Elijah, but the next day nothing happened; she was fine! She stoned Naboth to death and did such things behind the scenes, and she was still fine! Jezebel thought: God, where is God? God is not as powerful as I am; I, Jezebel, am more powerful than God! This is really confusing. How can you not be confused when you see these things in the world? So Elijah prophesied: Jezebel’s flesh will be eaten by dogs, and in the fields it will become dung, fertilizer.

This is what this passage is about. She was eaten by dogs, leaving only the skull, feet, and palms of her hands; the rest was eaten by dogs. When dogs eat, they don’t eat cleanly in one place; they bite off a piece and run away, running to the fields. Then another dog came; where did this dog come from? God brought it. Because of Naboth’s vineyard, the prophet prophesied: Jezebel’s flesh will be eaten by dogs. This event shows us how well Jezebel lived for the past thirty or forty years! But ultimately, she was a person who incurred God’s wrath!

Is This Manifesting God’s Wrath?

Brothers and sisters, you must ponder this. Jesus once told a parable, which is very interesting.

Why do I bring this up? Because this rich man lived a very good life! He had much hope in living! Jezebel lived with much hope! Would you say they manifested God's wrath? Yes, they did. It is very simple, if they had gotten cancer while alive, perhaps they could have awakened. But no, nothing at all, they lived especially well their whole lives. I can tell everyone, if you and I had not experienced certain things, it would be difficult for us to believe in the Lord! Who is usually idle enough to find a god to worship? It’s because people realize as they live that they cannot do without God! Jezebel lived well without God, the entire Baal worship also lived well; that rich man did nothing special, and he also lived well; but this is God's wrath!

**God created this rich man, created Jezebel, just to send them into eternal punishment!** If you undergo a couple of months, half a year, or a year of electrotherapy or chemotherapy, it would be more than you can bear; imagine undergoing electrotherapy and chemotherapy every day, that’s suffering! It's hard to even imagine. Lazarus begged on earth, and Jesus deliberately spoke like this. Lazarus begged all day, so he had no hope, no expectation in this world, only hoping to return to Abraham's bosom, seeing through the matters of this world; while that rich man had money in this world, lived very well, and feasted every day. You say: Teacher, didn't you say that God is the God of the living? Indeed, this is what Jesus said. If you speak like this, how do you reconcile this? I can reconcile it, you don’t need to worry. What I mean is, we must see what Jesus is emphasizing! **Jesus is emphasizing that this world is still vanity of vanities.**

If you live too realistically in this world, even if you live like Jezebel, such a clever and powerful woman, or like that rich man, it is useless! That is only the beginning, you have not seen the end of the matter! The end is not just like this. So, like the rich man and Jezebel, nothing happened, no reaction at all, so they are very confident. That rich man and Jezebel were full of confidence. That confidence is: Look, I'm doing very well, the nation of Israel is so wealthy, my husband is the King of Israel, if I didn't help him, could he have done so well? Although she had such thoughts, there was no reaction at all.

Everyone must now know that those who are controlled by the spirit of Jezebel live very well, with no reaction. But she saves up all her things, reserves them for later, for eternal punishment. You say, isn't God the God of the living? Yes, God is the God of the living, because we, while living, see through the matters of life, not needing to see through them only like Lazarus, nor failing to see through them like the rich man. If we are rich men, we see through it; if we are Lazarus, we see through it even more. **Seek incorruptible blessings in eternity, long to be a blessing to others in this world, long to obtain Mingding Destiny, long to live out the image of God.**

If you carry a worldly logical system, who has the time to say, I want to live out the image of God, that would be very disadvantageous! But God's original intention is like this, allowing Jezebel to live so long, and even kill so many prophets; in the nation of Israel, the temples of Baal were very prosperous, God does things like this. In the end, God destroys those who waver and sit on the fence. And with Jezebel in power, you cannot sit on the fence, you must either choose to worship God, or choose to worship Baal and be killed. In the days of Jezebel, God prepared for Himself seven thousand people who did not bow their knees to Baal, immediately sifting out the people who belong to God. Is this manifesting God's wrath? This is manifesting God's wrath, in order to prepare some people for eternal punishment, to undergo free chemotherapy and electrotherapy.

## Did Jezebel Not Know This Was God's Wrath?

Did Jezebel know this was God's wrath? It would have been good if Jezebel knew! She probably didn't know. I tell you, the things that Jezebel's eyes saw were very astonishing, she actually didn't know. In her heart, she still thought: Look, I am very successful, I am very blessed! Have you ever seen some Christians like that? I am very blessed! I am very good! I am very spiritual! Are they really that spiritual? I think this matter is very interesting. I once treated a cancer patient, he said my business is doing very well, I am very spiritual! I said you have cancer, and you are still very spiritual? Cancer is not a curse, it's a disease.

Jezebel didn't get cancer and everything went smoothly for her; God is with me, I am very successful; worshiping Baal brings money, look, Moab sent the wool from one hundred thousand lambs, how wonderful! Look at how good our country's economic situation is! Confused? Confused. If you judge with worldly standards, you will be confused about everything! Is the true God useful? Don't believe in Him. Elijah prayed and fire came down from heaven, let me do it, the fire I pray for is bigger than his! Tomorrow, if I pray, I'll have fire come down and burn Elijah to ashes, it will definitely be like that. Amazing! Look at my wisdom, by this time tomorrow, Elijah will be like those people. And you say it's the true God? Can the true God protect their prophets? Look, haven't all their prophets been killed by me? They are simply false gods, Baal is the true God, Baal is the God who led us out of Egypt!

The truth and falsehood are all mixed up, and in the end, she deceives herself, and thinks that Baal is the true God. Look at how powerful this spiritual ability is! Because Jezebel can also perform some magic, she can release depression through the air! This depression enters Elijah, Jezebel is amazing! So from this matter, you must know that Jezebel does not know that this is God's wrath. It would be easy if she knew, just like Korah and his company. But you and I must know! If you and I don't know, that would be troublesome! Jezebel is extremely arrogant, and later I really discovered that with people, everything is easy to deal with, except for self-conceit!

## The Tragedy of Obeying Jezebel's Teachings

Do you think Ahab was confused? Ahab was also very confused: My wife Jezebel is so amazing and clever. Then he listens to his wife in everything, and his wife helps him solve many problems. Isn't it similar to the situation in some churches? It seems so! To what extent was Ahab's final tragedy? He went to the battlefield and was shot to death by an arrow. So what Revelation says is very interesting.

**“And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write: ‘The words of the Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and whose feet are like burnished bronze. “‘I know your works, your love and faith and service and patient endurance, and that your latter works exceed the first. But I have this against you, that you tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and is teaching and seducing my servants to practice sexual immorality and to eat food sacrificed to idols. I gave her time to repent, but she refuses to repent of her sexual immorality. Behold, I will throw her onto a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her I will throw into great tribulation, unless they repent of her works, and I will strike her children dead. And all the churches will know that I am he who searches mind and heart, and I will give to each of you according to your works. But to the rest of you in Thyatira, who do not hold this teaching, who have not learned what some call the deep things of Satan, to you I say, I do not lay on you any other burden. Jezebel is doing pretty well, but those who obey Jezebel's teachings will all be finished, all bedridden. You must know that many such situations will appear in the world. **Jezebel is the most rampant in the church, she leads God's servants astray, and some people like to listen to Jezebel's teachings.** In our generation, I have seen many tragedies, especially exorcist pastors, while exorcising, they are exorcised by demons. Which demon exorcises them? They are defeated by this kind of Jezebel demon. **All kinds of famous pastors, seemingly serving God, using God's name, are actually false prophets and false apostles, in fact, they are all playing control!**

If everyone understands Jezebel, you will find that Ahab willingly listens to Jezebel's words. Unlike some people now: I am being controlled, I am being brainwashed. Recently, aren't there two terms? One is PUA. If they don't do a good job and the boss says a few words to them, they say: Oh, I have been PUAed by my boss. If they do more, they will say: I have been CPUed, mentally controlled and brainwashed. Ahab doesn't do things like that, Ahab never said I was PUAed by Jezebel, nor did he say he was CPUed by Jezebel, nor was he brainwashed, nor was he controlled by her, Jezebel's skills are so high!

I saw a girl online saying: I am a Jezebel. What? That’s too LOW! Ahab thought Jezebel was so high-end! Amazing! For example, someone says to a pastor: I will help you build a church, and I will definitely package you to become a world-renowned pastor, you can bless more people. That sounds a bit scary. Can you become a world-renowned pastor? It would be good if you are not deceived. In the end, you deceive yourself. So we must know that **the most important thing about Chinese Mingding Destiny is to liberate people.** Regardless of whether you are a small pastor or a district leader, you must think about it, grace is meant to liberate people.

We don't control anyone, nor do we brainwash, nor do we want to control, people can do whatever they want, because control is ultimately a vessel for manifesting God's wrath! That would be terrible. If you bring a Jezebel to me to play tricks, can she play tricks? If you say: Pastor, I will package you into a famous pastor. I'll put on Zhao Benshan's hat, my eyes will be like Zhao Benshan's, and my neck will be crooked, it's useless. I don't want to be famous, and I don't want to be packaged, I just want to be authentic. What packaging? If you say let me become a famous pastor, I don't want to be a famous pastor, I just want to be an ordinary pastor, I don't want to deceive people, and I don't want to be deceived by people. I only do one thing, which is to make people smarter, but not to turn people into Jezebels.

As long as you have all kinds of worldly logical systems in your heart, you will be tricked, wanting to obtain spiritual benefits and also wanting to obtain worldly benefits. How can you not be tricked? Why can I do this work? I'll tell everyone, it's not because I wore Zhao Benshan's hat, grew a small mustache, and pursed my mouth, speaking like Zhao Benshan, it's not like that. What is the key? The key is that I have seen through the matter of living, seen through vanity.
