Introduction
Good day to you all. Let's turn to Leviticus Chapter 15. Whether you are listening online, on YouTube, or in person, I suggest you read the passage first before listening to the recording. When you do, I have a suggestion that you can apply to your daily life and work. Today, we must learn how to read the Bible. Reading the original text of the Bible is very important. If you only listen to me and don't read the original text, you won’t be able to connect the dots. The way Chinese Mingding Destiny reads the Bible is quite interesting, because we don't like taking verses out of context; we like to grasp the key points.
If in your life, in whatever you do, you like to grasp the key points, you will be extraordinary. Why do people not do well in their studies? It's because they don't like to grasp the key points. Why is doing work so tiring? Because they don't like to grasp the key points. What are the key points? There's a lot to say about that. In my past ministry, I spent most of my time training people to grasp the key points, or what you might call critical details. You can write these down: key points, critical details. What I mean to say is, the key is to identify what the most important thing is.
Let me give you an example: When we do a project, if we don't grasp the most important thing, you won't be able to do the project well. Later, I noticed that the vast majority of people—not just one or two—have been trained to be sidetracked by unimportant details. Don't just talk about others; even some of our own PhDs among us—don't blame me for saying this—easily get caught up in unimportant details without a holistic view. If a person doesn't have a holistic view, what can they do? They can't do anything.
God is a God Who Gives Blessings and Curses
Let's talk about living; not many people truly understand it. What do you think the most critical thing, the most important point, about living is? It's the two things: blessings and curses. Let's go further: What is a blessing? A blessing is when the things we do are untouchable by demons. What is a curse, then? A curse is when, even if demons don't come to touch us, God will send a demon to touch us.
Isn't that a matter of life and death? So, the key to blessings and curses lies in whether we carefully obey and follow God's words. This is crucial! If you think that working hard and busying yourself can make your life good, that's very dangerous!
A few days ago, an employee of a business owner encountered many spiritual issues at home. After his father passed away, his grandmother became paralyzed. His mother wanted to make some money, but she was scammed and ended up with a lot of debt instead. As a result, this young man didn't realize how powerful these evil spirits were. When I was ministering to him, he typed in the group chat: I've been quite busy with work lately. I thought to myself, this person really doesn't know how he should be living!
People are busy, busy, busy... Are there people like this among us? Busy all day long, not knowing what they are busy with. People in this world are foolish! He has experienced so many paranormal events at home; one moment a demon comes and he has bad luck; the next moment another demon comes and he has more bad luck... and then he continues to be busy, busy, busy. But what problem does that solve?
Another time, I was ministering to a person over the phone, and she started crying very sadly. I thought something had happened. When I asked, I found out it was because she had missed the opportunity to go to the United States, or rather, she had missed the age to go to the United States. I said, How many years ago was this? She said, Many years ago.
Alas, if people want to have regrets, there's no end to it. The problem is, even if you went to the United States but lived under a curse, could you live well? No. But even if you went to the wilderness, with God with you, the sand of the wilderness could become gold. Why? Simple: the Bible tells of many examples like this.
For example, Abraham understood the matter of blessings and curses very well. As a result, in unfruitful lands, he earned more money than Lot, who went to fertile lands. Of course, Abraham didn't love money that much. Not many people understand the issue of blessings and curses. What I'm saying is that people need to grasp the key points. If you don't grasp the key points, you won't know what I'm talking about. What I'm talking about is that people need to grasp the key points.
God's Truth Has Major and Minor Aspects, and We Must First Grasp the Important Ones
For example, doing projects—my project management is very simple. What does that mean? It means grasping the key points. When doing a project, first think: What is the biggest challenge? What is the second biggest challenge? What is the third biggest challenge? Write these issues down first. What is the biggest challenge? It's the issue that, if not resolved, will cause the entire project to collapse.
For example, making an airplane—you build an airplane that looks very beautiful, but it can't fly; isn't that nonsense? So, I wonder, what is this person doing? Building a house for so long, and then forgetting the foundation, building the house on the sand. When the water comes, the house is washed away. After it collapses, you still have to clean up the garbage. So the foundation is important!
For example, consider the matter of building a church. Many pastors I've seen who build churches are having a hard time. Why? Because they don't know the key elements of building a church. Of course, I'm not going to talk about building a church. If you listen carefully to how Chinese Mingding Destiny talks about how to build a church, it's simple, straightforward, and to the point. If a person sings and doesn't sing on the beat—the drumbeat starts and you don't sing; the drumbeat stops and you sing—isn't that terrible?
So, we must learn to grasp the key points. Once you grasp the key points, all problems are easily solved. When I was young, I learned a saying that Mao Zedong said when I was in school. What did Mao Zedong say? He said that there's a thick rope on the edge of the fishing net. This rope is called the outline. If you want to straighten the net, you just grab this rope and shake it, and the whole net will be flat and orderly.
So the saying goes: Class struggle is the outline; when the outline is lifted, the mesh opens up. Of course, we won't discuss class struggle just now, but by grabbing this outline, the entire mesh of the net is stretched out, and the entire net becomes clearly visible. This is very interesting. Let me tell you the truth: This outline is the key point. When doing homework, you have to write an outline. Without an outline, everything is jumbled together, so you must write an outline. Some people don't write outlines, and their minds are very confused.
The other day I heard someone sing a song, a Soviet song called Katyusha. The person used Chinese characters to phonetically transcribe the Russian and then sang it. You know, they actually sang it quite well. What I mean is that you have to learn to grasp the key points. Singing is the same. This person grasped the key point in singing—they grasped the song's tune. A Russian song can still be sung very well in Chinese.
A few days ago, we were building a website. There's a content management system called CMS. Many people feel dizzy just hearing the term CMS and don't know what CMS is. But I've made this thing very simple and clear. The key is how to manage the content well and then display the content according to the user's needs. This is called a content management system. Once you grasp the key points, many things become clear. When people don't grasp the key points, they easily get stuck in details and do unimportant things, which is a failure in their lives. The failure of a person's life lies in loving to grasp unimportant things.
Those Who Are of the Flesh Are Unclean
The key point of Leviticus Chapter 15 is talking about uncleanness. The previous chapters also talked about many kinds of uncleanness, but I'll point out a key point for everyone: the key to resolving uncleanness is offering. If a person is unclean, they must be confined outside the camp. Being outside the camp is very serious. If you're not in the camp, but outside the camp, you can't participate. After you become clean, you must offer a sacrifice.
Chapters 13 and 14 talked about offering sacrifices after being unclean, as well as mildew in houses. If a person is always unlucky in their life, it's a very troublesome thing. Bad luck is a very spiritual matter. Today we're talking about having a discharge. When we talk about having a discharge, we think it’s related to women in their menstrual cycles, but men also have discharges, such as having wet dreams or nocturnal emissions.
Whether a man or a woman has a discharge, they are unclean. Why does God say they are unclean? I think this must be divided into several points. The first point is holiness. Holiness is a very large and important concept. If a person is unclean, they certainly can't be holy. Holiness transcends cleanliness and purity, so if you’re unclean, you can’t talk about holiness. A holy person doesn't have these problems. So everyone must strive for sanctification, to become holy.
What does it mean to pursue sanctification, to pursue becoming holy? Think about it carefully. In Exodus it that says to be set apart as holy to the Lord, which means after a person is completely devoted to the Lord, then they become holy.
When a person first believes in the Lord, there may only be a tiny bit of devotion to God inside of them, like a mustard seed, and then slowly there will be a little more, and a little more. That is to say, when a person first believes in the Lord, they are very unclean and desperately need the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Because of the precious blood of Jesus Christ, God counts your uncleanness as cleanness when you first believe in the Lord, and the uncleanness is attributed to Jesus Christ.
After a person believes in the Lord for some time, they may find that the problems that were covered by the precious blood of Jesus Christ are revealed again because the precious blood of Jesus Christ has receded a little, and the filth and impurity are exposed again, and it is counted as uncleanness again. But if a person doesn't strive hard throughout their life, or even deliberately doesn't strive hard, and then thinks they are saved, then it is impossible to be cleansed. In fact, salvation is related to overcoming, and overcoming is related to cleanness and holiness. Everything we do that is of the flesh is defiled in the eyes of God. All we do such as eating, drinking, defecating, and sleeping that is about living and is related to the flesh is unclean in God's presence.
Therefore, spiritual warfare is a lifelong lesson for people. Actually, from the time we are born until we leave this world, we only do one thing, which is to put to death the evil deeds of our flesh. In reality, the Holy Spirit is in us and doesn’t contend with evil spirits, but with the lust of the flesh. So, how much of the carnal nature in you and me has been put to death today?
In the future, don't tell others that you were baptized in 2012 and saved by God, but say: I have put to death 10% of my flesh, I have put to death 20% of my flesh, I have put to death 50% of my flesh, I have put to death 90% of my flesh. How can you know the state of being put to death? The key is Jesus Christ. As long as you don't yet have the stature of Jesus Christ, you must strive to be like Jesus. Although it's already great to be 10% like Jesus, you still have to strive hard and strive hard throughout your life.
When we read Leviticus, we find that it's so hard to live! A man has a wet dream and wakes up to find that he had a nocturnal emission and has become unclean. Maybe you can't control this, because we are of the flesh. This is why we often don't quite understand the words of Jesus. For example: some people castrate themselves for the sake of the kingdom of God. I myself am very clear about one thing: the lust of the flesh is closely related to sex.
Sex is a very strange thing. Is it normal for a husband and wife to have marital relations? It's normal, but it's counted as unclean. A man has a wet dream and nothing happens, but it's also counted as unclean. If you trace this back, giving birth to children is counted as unclean, touching some things is counted as unclean. Nocturnal emissions, a woman's menstrual period, and menstruation that doesn't stop are all counted as unclean, so it's really too difficult for people to be holy.
Today I'm telling everyone one thing: in heaven, angels don't have menstrual periods and don't have nocturnal emissions. You might think that people have lost the few pleasures of living. This is the problem: what is pleasure in the eyes of human becomes unclean in the eyes of God. So, it doesn't matter if you think this is normal.
You often say: I think this way, I think that way, but it doesn't matter what you think. What matters is how God sees things. This is the key. In fact, I often turn my own views around. According to carnal people's thinking, being natural born are generally all defiled. So our own views really don't matter.
Today, the Chinese Mingding Destiny system that we have built according to God's words has reached today and is considered very advanced in the field of science, so advanced that many old theological systems cannot accept it. But we should believe whatever God says. We must value what God values, and we must devalue what God devalues.
But if God says something is important, we will definitely do it. If God says something is not important, we should also do it. Ultimately, Leviticus highlights one thing: things related to people's living are all unclean. There is a sentence recorded in the Bible: If a person defecates in a certain place, you must dig a pit and bury it, lest the Lord God walks in the camp and encounters it.
So the question arises: are the things that God considers unclean, such as eating, drinking, and defecating, not normal things for people? But normal things for people are unclean and are of the flesh. Therefore, the spiritual person does not live in the flesh, but the Spirit gives life to people. If you are unlucky, you live in eating, drinking, and defecating, completing the work of making fertilizer. Working is to earn money, earning money is to eat, and after eating, you defecate. Over and over again, completing chemical engineering and becoming man-made fertilizer which is defiled.
Getting Involved with Old Ma Through Trivial Pursuits
Once, during a deliverance session, I encountered Old Ma. I asked it what it did, and it said it managed the sewers. I said, No wonder it stinks so much. There's a TV series called The Northeastern Family. If you've seen it, you'll notice that Northeasterners call sewer manhole covers Ma Hulou covers, and the bucket used for defecation is called a Ma toilet. This is quite interesting.
Recently, when casting out Satan, many people were vomiting and experiencing diarrhea. Then I suddenly understood and found the key point. If a person's belly is their god, focused on eating, they easily attract Old Ma. Old Ma lives inside people, causing many illnesses. Sickness enters through the mouth; diseases are often diet-related. Therefore, everyone should eat less; you won't starve. Today's illnesses are often caused by what people eat. They say, Catch corrupt officials, rely on mistresses, which is all related to sex. We naturally think these are normal things, but in God's eyes, they are considered unclean.
Throughout life, one must constantly mortify the deeds of the flesh, as mentioned in Leviticus. I marvel at how daunting this task is. If you want to pursue holiness, it’s a meaningful endeavour. Some of our brothers and sisters often misunderstand me because I've studied marriage a bit too thoroughly, so I'm cautious about what I say.
Sometimes my words can cause misunderstandings, so whether marriage is good or not is up to you to decide. But marriage itself is a carnal act. You might think, If no one gets married, won't the earth be devoid of people? Actually, even if the earth were devoid of people, would there be no one in God's kingdom? Let's not speak carelessly! God can raise up descendants of Abraham from stones.
Let me give you some perspective: issues of discharge are related to sex. Even what we consider normal marital relations are unclean. If a couple has intercourse every day, they might feel happy, but they are unclean every day. This is sure to attract demons. A carnal person will attract demons. We find that a carnal person inexplicably brings entanglement, depression, and discomfort, which they can't even explain.
For example, if a person goes out with friends to eat, drink, and have fun, they might feel inexplicably upset when they return home; if someone goes on a trip and returns home after two weeks, a wave of depression suddenly hits them. Living like this throughout life is devastating!
Some people are unclean and can't understand what cleanliness is. They tell the pastor, I have three children, but you're not married. How can you understand my problems? Actually, it doesn't matter if we understand their problems. What we need to understand is what God desires. People get married and have children, but do you think they've grown? Actually, their minds are still filled with the same old things, like tofu, with no progress. They are busy living their trivial lives, living in uncleanness. Can this be good? Of course not.
Thus you shall separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness, lest they die in their uncleanness when they defile My tabernacle which is among them. (Leviticus 15:31)
How do we separate ourselves from sin? If someone has a wet dream, how do they separate themselves? This sounds quite critical. Who has wet dreams? Carnal people do. Separation means mortifying the deeds of the flesh. You come to God's tabernacle to worship, but if you are unclean, you will die in your uncleanness.
We might not understand what Chapter 15 is saying, but we understand God's motivation. If people are carnal, they live under the control of Old Ma and will die in their carnal uncleanness. Recently, many people have died from the epidemic. Carnal things are very detestable. What we consider normal today is closely related to the spiritual realm. Carnal matters are spiritual matters in God's eyes because carnality represents defilement and uncleanness.
We have discovered a mystery. We always thought that if people entered Satanism, they would be finished. We even thought that Satan lived in Satanism. Actually, Satan is not in Satanism. Satanism is just a small claw of Satan, a very minor demon. Actually, Satan lives in people's daily lives! Heavens! Isn't that terrifying? Living a trivial life is Satan; catering to human desires is Satan. This is a major discovery of Chinese Mingding Destiny!
The Israelites built the temple in the Old Testament. Later, the temple was destroyed, and they were taken captive to Babylon. After seventy years, they rebuilt the temple, but they still lived their own trivial lives, and that was Satan. You see, living a trivial life seems very normal. The Pharisees lived very normal lives. You can't tell they are crazy. It seems like nothing is wrong, but they are Satan.
Later, I discovered that the greatest enemy of those who please God is not murder or arson, not homosexuality or extramarital affairs, but living a trivial life. This immediately exposes Satan's scheme. Nowadays, many churches are engaged in these trivial pursuits, but the Bible categorizes these pursuits as Satan because they cater to human desires.
How a woman with an issue of discharge is healed is not mentioned in this chapter. If her discharge stops, she must wait seven days to be considered clean, and on the eighth day, she must offer a sacrifice. The same goes for a man with a discharge. If he is healed, he must count seven days for himself and then bathe. On the eighth day, he must offer a sacrifice. In other words, a carnal person, someone who wants to live a good life for themselves, is the perfect embodiment of selfishness.
For example, we live in this world, and this has become common knowledge among us. The Americans, through their dominance of the US dollar, have established a financial system and have reaped countless benefits from people around the world, plundering their wealth. In other words, the whole world is paying taxes to America.
You say America lives well, and everyone wants to squeeze into America, but America is reaping the benefits of the whole world to feed itself. Is this selfish? This is extremely selfish. If a person lives well at the expense of others, making others live poorly, this completely violates the Christian faith.
The Chinese say they are the boss, and the Americans say they are the boss. How can there not be war? Who is the boss in the end? They end up fighting to the death, tearing each other's hair, grabbing each other's collars... and then they start comparing. What happens in the end? Carnal people are all like this because they are selfish. So, the motivation behind selfishness is people wanting to live a good life. You will find that people with dementia will not give you money. People with dementia are selfish.
Some time ago, we ministered to a young man who couldn't count at first, but later learned. His problem was solved. I told his mother, We will start to solve his selfishness problem. It's very difficult! Once a person wants to live well, they cannot live well. Once a person doesn't care and doesn't want to live well, but only wants to live for God, they live well. This is a fundamental issue.
Someone impatiently asks, How is the issue of discharge healed? How is it healed? Suffering enough is how it's healed. Selfish people suffer. Because spiritual laws govern this world, a person who is selfish will definitely suffer. Having an issue of discharge is very painful and difficult, constantly shouting, I am unclean, unclean. So, what to do?
At this time, you realize that there are many dirty thoughts inside you. Someone asks, Am I being carnal and selfish in some way? People go and change according to God's word. How clever is God! God uses all kinds of wisdom and intelligence to solve what problem? To let the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms know the manifold wisdom of God.
Actually, a person often gets driven into the church by demons because they suffer from being tormented by demons. After suffering, repentance comes to mind. After repenting, they do according to God's word. It's not just you; it's me too. Since we are all like this, we must figure out whether I need to go through suffering to repent. If a person has not suffered, it is difficult to repent. If a person has not suffered and is sick and needs chemotherapy, they still say, I am not wrong; I have no problem; I am chosen by God, and I believe God will surely heal me. There is no state of victory. What healing can be received? I don't know where they get such great faith.
Unholiness Comes at a Price
We need to know that three things lead to the most serious problems. The issue of discharge is just an external, concrete manifestation. Our inner selfishness attracts demons, and our spirits become unclean. With uncleanness, the body develops various diseases: discharges, cancer... These things are all unclean in God's eyes. Jesus came to reveal the thoughts of people's hearts. Before Jesus came, God wanted to reveal the thoughts of people's hearts; with Jesus' coming, they are even more revealed.
Now that we have encountered problems, the best choice is to clean up the garbage inside. Recently, many people are being released, and they diarrhea and vomit. Why? Because often, the belly is still our god. How to solve it? Repent, which means living according to God's word. The concept that Chinese Mingding Destiny conveys is whether to diligently keep and obey or not. Is this diligent keeping and obeying in action or something else? Diligently keeping and obeying means we believe in God's word, so we diligently keep and obey. Not diligently keeping and obeying means we do not believe in God's word, so we do not diligently keep and obey. Belief and unbelief are the key.
Therefore, to fear God, we must know the consequences of sin. If a person sins, can they be clean? After sinning, a mark of sin will remain on the body. Some people think that if healing and deliverance are done well, people will not get sick. Actually, how can that be? If I still get sick, it means that healing and deliverance are not real. This logic is extremely confused; even elementary school students would find it strange.
I sin, I get sick, and this is to pay the price for my sins. It has nothing to do with my doing healing and deliverance because I do healing and deliverance in the name of the Lord Jesus. I am just a vessel. I can heal others, but if I want to be healed myself and solve the most fundamental problem, it is to diligently keep and obey God's word. Some people say to me, Look, you still have such problems. After all, I am not a perfect example; I am striving. The sins committed in the past still carry the price of sin today. Jesus indeed has forgiven me, but I still have to slowly pay the price. So, although the devil cannot touch me, a mark remains on my body.
So, everyone, don't think that sin has no price. Perhaps today you are paying the price for your sins, and you think that God is not healing you. That's not it. Sometimes God deliberately lets us constantly strive. That's why we are conquering and mortifying our flesh. Originally, 99% of us were carnal, and only 1% belonged to God. Later, it slowly becomes 95% carnal, then 90% carnal, then 85% carnal. That is conquering.
You say, Why hasn't God healed me yet? God says, If I don't heal you, you won't strive. If I heal you, you will go to heaven. Some people think they have become saints, but that is not becoming a saint; you have become the Great Sage Equal to Heaven. That's a problem! People are arrogant, and they don't know how to repent. In unclean days, in days of suffering, we must often reflect. Don't think you are the Great Sage Equal to Heaven; think you are a sinner and strive to receive God's grace and be cleansed little by little. So, we must do this: separate ourselves from uncleanness.
Conclusion
Today I have spoken so much, so what is the title of this chapter? It is Separation from Uncleanness. We must separate ourselves from uncleanness. I am a sinner, but God has forgiven my sins. Jesus Christ indeed bore our curses and carried our sorrows. Shouldn't we respond to God because of God's love? Shouldn't we be able to strive every day with a grateful heart, striving to separate ourselves from uncleanness, striving to live a holy life, striving to be like Jesus Christ? You say, Are you studying Leviticus? How does it sound like a sermon? If I were to study Leviticus and only talk about these issues of discharge and nocturnal emissions, you wouldn't know what to do after I finished speaking.
So, what I am saying is that, in the end, we still have to live a holy life and separate ourselves from uncleanness. If you want to add a sentence to this theme, it is to separate from uncleanness and live a holy life. If you want to make it even longer, it is to separate from uncleanness and strive to live a holy life. This theme sounds decent, as this was originally God's intention. Jesus came to save us, not to let us continue to live in uncleanness, but to let us strive to become holy, not to strive to become the Great Sage Equal to Heaven, but to strive to become holy.
So, by studying this fifteenth chapter of Leviticus in this way, we immediately grasp God's intention, immediately grasp the key point of this chapter, immediately grasp the key to our living , and then implement it in our lives. This is the spiritual law. May God bless everyone!
