Christian faith is a faith of emotion; you have to invest emotionally.
Unsuccessful shepherding: not being genuine, merely going through the motions.
When leading Bible study, be sure to invest emotionally; do not adopt the mindset of a master.

You must establish your own brilliant and towering image to build confidence, so that people receive the prophet in the name of a prophet.
Only those accepted as leaders can bring people before God.
Never underestimate yourself.

Being able to speak is a very important skill and ability.
The mouth is a spiritual organ; speaking can propel the operation of the Holy Spirit.
Being able to speak is a basic quality of a leader; being able to speak is a fundamental quality for building a team.
