Introduction

I want to share with you a topic: The Father's love is the most powerful weapon to cast out demons. I spent a lot of time preparing this message because it is not easy to expound clearly. The word love creates more confusion than we imagine. A few days ago, a brother came to see me from afar by train. Although I have ministered to him for many years, this was our first meeting. He cried when we met, and my eyes were also moist. Although I was in the driver's seat and could not embrace him, I really wanted to.

When he first came to us, he was blind. I felt very heavy ministering to him. A man in his 40s going blind meant a very difficult life ahead. In the process of ministering to him, I corrected many of his problems, but it was with the Father's love. I did not tell him, The Lord Jesus loves you, and I love you, but I was filled with love from the Father. I longed for him to be completely released from blindness. When I saw him, his eyes had recovered about 70-80%. This brother also had motion sickness. He started releasing as soon as he got in the car and continued releasing in my office after getting out. After a few days, his motion sickness was completely healed.

What exactly happened? It was because of the Father's love. I did not know him; he was just someone who walked in off the street. That is how my co-workers and I have been ministering. This brother has a character of never giving up. We kept encouraging him to deal with the evil habits of indulging the flesh until he came out of pleasing the flesh.

People can be roughly divided into two types: one like the devil, and the other like Jesus. Those like the devil are selfish, indulge in the flesh, and love themselves very much, doing everything to seek their own benefit. The other type, like Jesus, does not seek their own benefit but offers themselves as a living sacrifice, desiring to be a blessing to all nations on earth. Even people who walk in off the street, we desire to bless them. This is the Father's love. If you want to be a person of destiny, you must have the Father's love. In fact, the road of casting out demons is littered with corpses because the fundamental problem is not addressed.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. (1 Corinthians 13:4-7)

In Rick Joyner's book, there is also a description that when people climb the spiritual peak and enter the highest place, which is the Father's garden, you will find that the power of casting out demons far exceeds our imagination. If you are a person who casts out demons, I estimate you will recover the Father's love within you. The Father's love is freely given. The Father's love is a very powerful weapon of warfare. In fact, all human problems stem from selfishness. Selfish people cannot receive love and suffer from love deficiency.

Many people write books about love, but is that love the Father's love? I do not know. I know that the Father's love can release God's power. The gospel we believe begins with faith and leads to faith, because we start experiencing God from a very small faith and then continuously believe, continuously increasing our faith, because God's intention is to love us.

Our attitude in ministry is not to hope that people join our church, not to hope that people give offerings. We do not seek any monetary benefit from them, but only hope that they receive grace in Jesus Christ. We freely receive in Jesus Christ and freely give. This is the Father's attribute. When there is an agenda in our ministry, when we hope that people join our church, even the dogs on the street know it, let alone people!

Therefore, our pastors, if your attitude in ministry has not been adjusted, start adjusting. A sister called me, telling me about someone she was ministering to. I also participated in this ministry. This family is very pitiful; everyone in it is sick. When I prayed for this person, the Spirit of God told me that this person was quite evil, very self-loving, and full of selfishness. Everyone must know that there is something hateful about the pitiful. Isn't a person's path walked by themselves? A person's current situation is the result of a series of choices made earlier. Choosing selfishness invites many problems.

Whether you are a new believer or have been a believer for a long time, I encourage you to start receiving the Father's love and completely offer yourself as a living sacrifice. This is good, pleasing, and reasonable. If you carefully examine the path you have walked, you will know which one is the path of life. Perhaps you still have children, elderly parents, work... But the key to solving your problems is to completely remove the evil habits within you.

After one sister got better, she went out to travel. After a period of time, problems with her children, husband, and herself all surfaced. It is heartbreaking to see such things. My co-worker asked me what to do. I said it does not matter, continue to give, continue to serve, as if she were a person of destiny. Why do we do this? Because this is the Father's love. Demons are very afraid of people like us.

Scriptures

What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:31-39)

Prayer

Lord! Pour out your Spirit and the Father's love into our hearts, let us know that we are only at the beginning of this road, we ask you to lead us to run this heavenly road, let us start choosing to love you in our hearts, let us see the desolation of this generation, raise up our brothers and sisters, let us all willingly offer ourselves! We long to be a blessing to all nations on earth, to trample on the devil, release the captives, build a glorious church, and welcome your return, Lord! Help us and be with us! Amen!

The Theme of Romans

I have written study materials on Romans and shared them several times. The last time, I felt I understood Romans clearly, but there were still many areas to be explored more deeply. The most critical problem for the Romans at that time was speculation. The book of Romans, written by Paul, emphasizes that the gospel is the power of God.

Speculation is a very serious problem. Recently, a question appeared on our church's website: How do you know if a church has the truth of God? Many people rely on what is said, but liars are the best at talking. Whether there is truth depends on whether what they do is like Jesus. If a church is like Jesus, it will definitely release the captives! It will be filled with God's justice and mercy. If we see someone oppressed by demons and we do not release them from the oppression of demons but prefer to make soup and send them to the hospital, what are we doing? Do they lack that pot of soup? What they lack is having the demons on them cast out and being released from the oppression of sickness.

The essence of spiritual warfare is written in Romans, which is the battle between flesh and spirit. The devil corrupts us through our carnal nature. Romans chapters 7 and 8 explore the issue of flesh and spirit. In fact, chapter 8 has reached the climax: What can separate us from the love of God? Chapter 8 is very important, so I spent three weeks sharing it.

What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31)

What can God help us with? God helps us put to death the misdeeds of the body. In fact, all our problems are related to the carnal nature. Yesterday, when we were casting out demons, the old man said that he had captured our brothers and sisters and taken them to the cave, so we began to release them one by one from the hands of the devil. Why were they captured? Because they were full of carnal things.

Today, when we believe in the Lord, we must deal with the misdeeds of the body. One of the sisters was captured and taken to the cave. For those three days, her state was like a demon, only thinking about her own trivial matters. Another brother, with male diseases, wanted to find a girlfriend, get married, and have children. Although this sounds normal, the problem is indulging in his own flesh. Whether Christian or not, indulgence in the flesh is death. All human problems originate from the flesh.

There are two people inside a person, one is the carnal self, and the other is the spiritual self. The carnal self brings a series of problems, and behind it is the old man. My mother was also captured by demons that day. The way she spoke was particularly strange, and I also released her from the hands of the devil. What my mother cared about was eating and living. She said to me: If there is food and a place to live, isn't that enough? How reasonable it sounds! I said: Okay, I will put you in a room to live, and bring you a bowl of rice every day when the time comes. How do you feel about that? She said: Isn't that like raising a pig? I said: If you want to live such a life, like a pig, you can only resemble Jesus if you want to be like Jesus! She said: Then I don't want to be like a pig. I must turn my mother into a smart person, who knows to deal with her own carnal misdeeds. Eating and living are the simplest problems.

How to deal with the flesh? In fact, the entire book of Romans is about this issue. Selfishness is the essence of the devil and the root of all problems. In the people I have ministered to, including the blind brother, my mother... they are all very selfish and very self-loving. Selfishness is the carnal nature of man. In the process of solving problems, the most important thing is not casting out demons, but solving the problems behind the demons. Carnal people cannot please God and can only attract demons. The study of Romans is to solve the most essential problem of spiritual warfare, which is dealing with the flesh. Later, we discovered that the spirit of the old man was attracted by people's carnality.

God's Love is the Highest Spiritual Peak

Many people have experienced casting out demons, but they are driven out by demons while casting them out. Why? Because they cannot climb to the highest spiritual peak. The highest spiritual peak is the Father's love. If you cannot climb it, it does not matter, at least you must know to aim at God's love. In fact, there are many selfish Christians. I can give many examples:

One young man said: I married her, not her mother. This sounds very strange, especially with the influence of Western culture. The Bible says to honor your parents, and honoring your parents is the first commandment with a promise. If you do not love your own parents, who can you love? In fact, God is love, and love is giving. Some also say: Don't let your mother affect our lives. Can it not affect?

Christians must have the logical system of the Father's love, which is not common today. Believing and believing, and then Jesus says: I do not know you. Because there is no goal of love. They think that love is the love between husband and wife, but that love is carnal love. The true Father's love is to completely give oneself, desiring to be a blessing to others. If we do not want to bless our own parents, who can we bless? Selfishness is very evil.

There are also Christians who feel they believe very well and are good people, but they are full of selfishness and feel it is a matter of course, but that is the old man's worldly logical system. God is love and love is giving. Many people feel that love is receiving, but love is completely giving, not seeking one's own benefit. Loving God is completely dedicating oneself to God.

If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

Can we aim at the highest spiritual peak and climb upwards? The Bible says very clearly that without reaching this level, there is no way to enter the temple of God, because the temple of God is in the garden of the Father's love. You may feel discouraged after hearing this, but it does not matter. As long as you try your best to climb, God does not require you to climb to this level, but God requires you to aim at this level and strive to climb. God says, you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your strength, and all your mind, which means you must do your best. If you live for yourself, there is no way to walk this path.

A man named Rick Joyner, in describing a person climbing to the level of the Father's garden of love, said that at this level, the power to strike the devil is enormous. If you want to be a powerful person who casts out demons, start aiming at God's love. Love is completely dedicating oneself to God. Never think that if I love you, you belong to me. That is not love, but control.

No Fear or Control in Love

I encountered a sister from another church who described their church's situation to me. While her account might not be entirely accurate, it seems a significant number of pastors were exercising control. However, in the love of the Father, there is no fear or control. Many churches are essentially unions of convenience, seeking contributions from their members, which is a worldly system. But, brethren, we must understand that the foundation of our relationship is the Father's love, a system of freely giving. If we are to emulate God, to long to be like Jesus, to long to do what Jesus did, then the foundation is the Father's love, which is giving His only Son for us, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

What does God want from us? Nothing, except that we benefit from being in Him. Within churches, such unions of convenience are abundant and detestable. In love, there is no fear or control. If the church you attend uses fear and control, know that it is a trick of the devil. I knew a pastor who made dumplings for the elderly sisters in the church, and one of them made him cry by saying, What kind of dumplings are these? I wanted fish dumplings!

The pastor was deeply hurt. We must realise that catering to the flesh is not love. If you mistake catering to the flesh for love, then there is trouble. Why does this happen? Actually that pastor was manifesting control aiming to retain the people by currying favour. Pursuing donations and numbers can cause problem for church.

Many people discipline their children differently from how they discipline brothers and sisters in the church. Disciplining children seeks one's own benefit, but disciplining brothers and sisters does not. I will touch on discipline and control briefly and elaborate further when there is another opportunity. The devil confuses people because they lack love and a willingness to sacrifice. The concept of love is giving. If I love you and expect something in return, then it is a worldly system.

When Paul wrote these words, he was actually focusing on the love of God. Isn't it fatal when a pastor in the church is unconcerned with the issues of the members and only cares about his own? A relatively wealthy sister placed her child in the pastor's care, and the pastor said to the child, Have your parents buy me immigration. Immigration for what? We are citizens of heaven. But this pastor did it, seeking to solve his own problems instead of addressing the problems of others. Paul was very aware of these things, which is why he wrote Romans 8. You can evaluate this matter by observing what he does, not just listening to what he says. You can immediately discern whether he is pursuing his own interests or the love of the Father.

All of us, brothers and sisters, must never manifest fear or control, but begin to manifest the Father's love. However, the Father's love is not Santa Claus. It seeks the benefit of others. If you do not understand, read 1 Corinthians 13.

If God Is for Us, Who Can Be Against Us?

This is great! Today, as we battle the devil, God is helping us because we are not seeking our own benefit but seeking the coming of God's kingdom. We seek the liberation of our brothers and sisters from bondage. The key to battling the devil is God's help. If we seek our own benefit and our own little kingdom, how can God possibly help us?

We are at war with the devil, and casualties are scattered everywhere. The problem lies entirely in what is lodged in our bones. If we are filled with God's grace and mercy, walking humbly with God, we will be filled with love from God! How we long to free our brothers and sisters from the oppression of the devil. When they are freed from the dominion of the devil, we do not seek for them to stay or give offerings. We seek only that they may begin to make a wise choice, like us, to become people pleasing to God, victorious Christians who trample the devil, our enemy.

In fact, the Holy Spirit has been helping us, since we serve the God above, and we offer us unreservedly, how can the God above not help us? If God is for us, who can be against us? Are we still afraid today? We do not need to release fear and control, we are releasing the Heavenly Father’s Love. Brothers and sisters will know for sure that you will see with your own eyes that God is among us, demonstrating the power of God and you will see it for yourself.

If God is for us, who can stand against us? The devil cannot stand before us. Brothers and sisters, know that when you reach the garden of the Father's love, the force of your spiritual warfare is immense. The arrows you shoot are far-reaching, able to reach the devil's headquarters. I encourage everyone to keep climbing higher and higher, entering the temple of God and beholding His beauty. When we have the likeness of God, how can the devil stand before us?

Everyone must know that if we serve this generation according to God's will, He will surely help us run forward until we see His glorious face. Do not think that hiding in a secret chamber to draw near to God is the solution. We must be filled with the Father's love, and God will surely help us to set the captives free and deliver the oppressed, for this is God's will.

Will He Not Also Give Us All Things?

All our needs in life are met in Jesus Christ. Why, then, do you care about what you eat or where you live? Why continue preparing for the flesh? Take my mother, for instance. Her main concerns are eating and housing. If we are walking in God's will, are eating and housing not the least of our problems? What else do we worry about? Should we continue preparing for the flesh? Absolutely not. When we live according to God's word, all our physical needs will be fully met. Do you believe this? I do! Brothers and sisters, please do not say, If we believe like you, how can we live? I will ask you then, Living as you do, is that not how you have ended up?

The devil is very wicked, constantly accusing us, describing our problems clearly, pointing out our imperfections, the issues we still have, and claiming we are not good enough to cast out demons. Who told you this? Peter, John, Paul—the disciples of Jesus recorded in the Bible—were none of them perfect when they cast out demons. None of them. The devil cannot accuse us because Jesus Christ has paid the price for our sins, and God has justified us. Through the blood of Jesus, God justifies us. Who can accuse us? This means that our problems cannot stop us from trampling the devil, our enemy, and freeing the captives.

If we face accusations, we can completely ignore them. Accusations do not increase our fighting strength, nor do they solve any problems. Some people say foolishly, If you are not accused, how can you become perfect? That is the work of the Holy Spirit, mortifying our fleshly habits and working in us to make us holy. Therefore, we must no longer rely on fleshly efforts and abilities but simply allow God to work in us through faith.

The issue of sin is a trick of the devil, who accuses us to deprive us of our ability to fight. When I cast out demons, the devil says, You still have this problem, that problem... But I ignore him. Of course, I know my problems, but that is the work of the Holy Spirit, who continually deals with my bad habits. Our problems do not stop us from casting out demons.

Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. (Romans 8:33-34)

Jesus Christ has opened a victorious path for us, and we run this heavenly road relying on Him. Who can condemn us? We may still have many problems, but we trust in God, and the Holy Spirit will surely help us. His power will be manifested in us little by little, mortifying our fleshly deeds.

Stop listening to condemning words; they come from the devil. If the devil condemns you, refuse to accept it and continue to trample him, knowing that Jesus Christ died and rose for us and is now seated at the right hand of God, interceding for us. The most important weapon in casting out demons is the Father's love—not our love for God, but His love for us first.

What can separate us from the love of God? Nothing can separate us, neither sword nor hardship. Perhaps we are controlled by demons, or we often feel unwell, but do we live by feelings today? No, we live by God! Often, in our service, we feel unwell; the feelings are often terrible. But can this stop us from serving? Nothing can stop us from loving God and offering ourselves. Nothing can separate us from the love of God.

To be separated from the love of God is to stop offering ourselves. Selfishness is the root of all problems. Many Christians believe in Jesus only to go to heaven, to live well, or to be healed. Such a path cannot continue. If you believe in Jesus for the sake of your own good feelings, then forget it. Believing in Jesus is about offering yourself completely. Try it: live for your own interests or give yourself completely to God. Which is better? It is not that we offer ourselves to God when we feel good and come for deliverance when we feel bad. We trust in God, and then we feel good.

Consider why you feel bad. It is because of selfishness. Those of us who serve God often experience swords and hardships, like sheep being led to slaughter. It is normal to be wounded or bruised on the path of battle. Recently, I ministered to an elderly sister in a wheelchair, and after praying for her, my sciatica ached for a month or two. I did not feel good, but did it matter?

Those of us who serve God do not care about feeling good or bad because this is our destiny. Feeling good or bad is no longer our concern. We focus on constantly coming before God, restoring His image in us, and giving ourselves away, because this is His image.

Nothing can separate us from the love of God. Feeling good or bad cannot separate us. We must know God in our understanding. If we focus on our own little affairs and a pile of illnesses, we must change and begin to offer ourselves in the midst of those illnesses, not believing in Jesus for healing but for living out the glorious image of Jesus.

Conclusion

This love is in the Lord Jesus Christ, which means it is in God's church. The church is the body of Jesus, where we serve together and build a church filled with God's love. Together with the enemy of the devil, we fight spiritical war and release the captured souls, so that people can experience God’s wonderful grace and God’s will! If you want to know if the church you are in is God's, see if there is the Father's love in it. If there is the Father's love, build God's church well there; if there is no Father's love, even if it has a sign, it is just a club.
