【Bible Study】Judges Chapter 1 - The Israelites Started with a Compromise!

2024-10-30 2,988 Judges

Good day to all, let us delve into the first chapter of the Book of Judges. Someone once left a message on the website, inquiring when the Book of Judges could be updated. Hence, we are revisiting the Book of Judges. Now that I recall, it must have been eleven years since I last expounded on the Book of Judges. How swiftly time passes! The Book of Judges currently on the website should be from 2013.

This chapter marks the commencement of the entire Book of Judges. Alas, I tell you, tragedies unfold. I believe the theme of this first chapter is "The Israelites Started with a Compromise." The title may seem somewhat crude, lacking in eloquence, but it genuinely represents the initiation of a compromise.

I. God is a Jealous God

Do you know what the preceding book is? The preceding book narrates the Book of Joshua. Joshua led the Israelites in conquering cities and seizing territories. I tell you, Joshua was formidable, a man of unwavering resolve. In the final chapter of the Book of Joshua, he speaks of Jehovah God as a jealous God.

Before his demise, Joshua summoned the Israelites, or rather, their leaders, the heads of each tribe. Joshua proclaimed to them, "You cannot serve Jehovah God." The Israelites were incensed, declaring, "We shall serve the God of Jehovah." Joshua retorted, "You cannot serve Jehovah God; as for me and my house, we will serve Jehovah." The Israelites grew even more indignant: "If you can serve, why can't we? What makes you so special?" Joshua was not implying his own exceptionalism, but rather, his profound understanding of God. He knew that Jehovah God is a jealous God, demanding reverence and sincere devotion, not to be trifled with.

I reiterate, as Joshua did, do you desire to serve Jehovah God? If you do, refrain from trifling. Do not trifle with God, for He is a jealous God; you must revere Him. If you deem serving Jehovah undesirable, you are free to serve other gods. I tell you, a rather intriguing event transpired here, namely, pushing people away. You must make your choice promptly. Have you chosen? If so, revere God diligently. You may serve the gods of Egypt or the gods of Canaan, but if you aspire to serve Jehovah God, know that He is a jealous God.

If you forsake the Lord and serve foreign gods, he will turn and bring disaster on you and make an end of you, after he has been good to you. (Joshua 24:20)

You may assume I jest, but I assure you, I do not. I have observed extensively and discovered that Christians experience more curses than non-believers. Have you noticed this? Christians endure more curses than non-believers. Either serve Jehovah God and serve Him well, or promptly choose to serve others. Other gods are not jealous. You can place a Maitreya Buddha on the table alongside a Guan Gong, and they will not quarrel. However, if you serve Jehovah God and place Him there, then add a Maitreya Buddha, a Guan Gong, or a God of Wealth, that would be problematic! If you dare, you may try it, but I lack such courage.

If you forsake the Lord and serve foreign gods, he will turn and bring disaster on you and make an end of you, after he has been good to you. (Joshua 24:20)

This is the crucial observation that Chinese Mingding Destiny has gleaned through extensive scrutiny. The curses in the Bible are directed towards God's people. Is that not so? They have no bearing on outsiders. The blessings and curses in Deuteronomy stipulate that if you diligently obey God's word, He will bless you. If you fail to diligently obey God's word, He will curse you. Why would non-believers diligently obey these things? They have no relationship with God.

One sister remarked: "Teacher, I am so fond of the world and living a comfortable life, while my sister is so devoted to God, yet she encounters so much misfortune. I, on the other hand, am doing quite well." Have you noticed the world's inequities? You must understand that if you choose to serve Jehovah God, Joshua will tell you: "You cannot serve." Therefore, this matter aims to convey that God is a jealous God.

Chinese Mingding Destiny possesses a clearer understanding of the Bible than most theological systems, and you may verify this through biblical examination. If you come from another church, you may corroborate whether this is the case. We hold God's word in high regard. Do we retain people? We do not. Do we morally coerce people? We do not. Those who wish to serve God should walk with me diligently. Those who do not wish to serve God with me, I speak bluntly: leave promptly. I am not afraid of people leaving, as they never intended to serve God in the first place.

Our brothers and sisters must understand that one should not become a Christian lightly. Becoming a Christian lightly is no jest. That is why the proportion of cancer cases in churches is higher than in the world. However, the proportion of cancer healings among us is higher than in the world. There must be no compromise; do not initiate this compromise, as Joshua stated. After Joshua concluded this matter, the Israelites responded:

The people replied, “Far be it from us to forsake the Lord to serve other gods! It was the Lord our God himself who brought us and our parents up out of Egypt, from that land of slavery, and performed those great signs before our eyes. He protected us on our entire journey and among all the nations through which we traveled. And the Lord drove out before us all the nations, including the Amorites, who lived in the land. We too will serve the Lord, because he is our God.” (Joshua 24:16-18)

Can one do this? One cannot. I shall teach you a method, my own idea: choosing to serve God is my destiny. Why should you choose to serve God? There is no why. It is detrimental to find a reason to serve God. Ponder carefully why you believe in God. Because God grants us a good life. Why serve God? Because God nourishes us, protects us, and blesses us. If Jehovah God becomes jealous and brings disaster, that would be problematic.

I must remind everyone, whom are you truly serving? Is it your work? Why do you value it so much? I tell you, those who serve Jehovah God must understand that serving God is my purpose in life. I was born for this, I came into this world for this. I came into this world not for anything else. Blessings or lack thereof, healing or lack thereof, leading us out of Egypt or not, these matters are inconsequential. You may say: "Teacher, your standards are too high." In reality, the standards are not high. Life is inherently empty, utterly empty. Some say: "Ah, my work!" Why do you value it so much? It is merely living from yesterday to today, and you will live from today to tomorrow. There is nothing remarkable about it; it is just a small matter.

I often tell people that non-believers live quite well. Later, I ministered to a sister and said the same. "Your husband earns a great deal of money, and your life is quite prosperous." Why do I say this? Because either serve God, or do not bother. Do not jest with God, for you will be unable to handle the consequences.

Our brothers and sisters should observe carefully; many have departed. You may say their lives are quite good, and nothing untoward has occurred. As for me, I know that I must serve my God, who is a jealous God, allowing no compromise whatsoever. Why? I believe this is no jest. You may compromise and experience no repercussions, but if I compromise even slightly, Jehovah God will bring disaster after blessing. I lack such courage.

II. Does This Matter Require Asking?

After the death of Joshua, the Israelites asked the Lord, “Who of us is to go up first to fight against the Canaanites?” (Judges 1:1)

Joshua led you across the Jordan River, divided the land, secured victories, and seized much territory. God was with them. Now, they look at each other, wondering: "Who will go up? You go first!" "I will not." Why do I say that this matter requires asking God? Because everyone should go up first. Why hide in the rear when there is an advantage to be gained? Because real combat can lead to death, they thought it best to inquire of God.

I tell you, God, seated on His throne, beholding this group of birds, thought: "Oh, my heavens!" It was as if He had consumed a dung beetle, or worse, a stink bug. People simply do not trust God. Do you believe that they inquire of God out of faith? I am skeptical. Some people wake up in the morning and ask God: "Should I brush my teeth?" Do you believe this matter requires asking? Others ask: "Should I put on clothes?" What would you do going out naked? The police would arrest you. Is it not foolish to ask such things? Therefore, the Israelites wondered: "Who should go up first? I hope I am not chosen."

Later, Judah was chosen, and the reaction was: "Heh heh, it is Judah! He is truly unlucky." Is this not foolish? Others thought it was good. Judah, seeing everyone looking at him, said to the tribe of Simeon: "Brother, accompany me; I cannot do it alone. Another day, when you draw lots, I will accompany you to fight them." Whether he would accompany Simeon to fight at that time was another matter! Judah was already thinking: "Let me say this first. Help me finish fighting, and we will discuss it later."

Is this group of people vexing? Brothers and sisters, when we see a demon-possessed person, do we ask God: "God, should I pray for him?" Of course, that person must ask you. Should we first inquire of God? No, we should not. Years ago, I concluded that God favors those with faith and dislikes such matters. God has already told you that this land is yours. Yet, the Israelites still asked whom to send first.

I once had a friend, also a brother, who established a church with me. This fellow was quite interesting. Later, I discovered a flaw in him: he would not minister when he should. I asked: "Why do you not minister?" He replied: "Teacher, I have a gift. Before I minister, my hair must stand on end." Ah! Filled with the Holy Spirit, his hair would stand on end, and then he would pray for people, believing it would surely work. However, the problem was that his hair rarely stood on end. But I had a solution: I would get him some hair gel, which would surely make it stand up and not fall down. Oh, my heavens! It vexed me to see it. It was not like now, when I am impervious. But at that time, it was unbearable. Oh, heavens, it was as if I had consumed a dung beetle.

Therefore, many matters do not require asking God! God is already with you, God will surely be with you, and God will surely lead you to possess this promised land. No matter how many of God's promises there are, they are all yes in Jesus Christ. No matter how large the demon is, no matter if it is a giant, you must be victorious. There is no other choice. Fear not death, charge! How many demons have been cast out, how many spirits have been subdued, how many devils have been vanquished. Some brothers and sisters say: "Teacher, I cast out a demon last time. Ah, will the demon come to cast me out?" I replied: "The demon is coming!" And he hid. I was merely pretending.

Some brothers and sisters also say: "I cast out a demon for him last time, but I did not perform a cleansing prayer." Cleansing prayer is not a promise; God's promise is surely established in heaven. This is the God I believe in. I have not initiated this compromise, and I will never compromise. I do not ask God about many matters. Do you know why? Because these matters do not require asking. Asking such things reveals the underlying sentiment: "Ah, whom should we send first?" It sounds exhausting! Should not everyone go up? You drew lots, this land is yours, that land is yours, go and take it! Yet, people say: "I must first ask God." Oh, my heavens! In the end, Judah was chosen.

God searched among these twelve tribes, why could He not find me? If He had found me, and God said: "Go," then I would go! Therefore, Chinese Mingding Destiny is not a compromising theology, nor is it extreme or heretical. It is the duty that people should fulfill. God's promise is established in heaven, and all who come before God will surely be healed. If I lay hands once and there is no healing, I will lay hands ten times. If there is no healing after ten times, I will lay hands a hundred times. If there is no salvation after a hundred times, I will lay hands a thousand times, ten thousand times, and there will surely be healing. What happened later? I preached a sermon with the theme "All Were Healed." Are all healed now? All are healed. Depression is completely healed, lumbar and cervical spine issues are completely healed, menstrual pain is completely healed, all are healed. You can all bear witness. Can you emulate me? Do not use religious acts to conceal unbelief when you have nothing better to do.

III. God Does Not Take Offense, But Remains With Judah

God does not take offense with people, but remains with Judah. How gracious our God is! God was with Judah, and as a result, they went up, and God delivered the enemy into their hands. Do you think the Judahites were powerful and won the battle? No! It was God who delivered the enemy into the hands of the Judahites. As a result, they struck down ten thousand men at Bezek. I ask you, if the Judahites went out and struck down ten thousand men, they would realize: "My heavens! God is with us. We were just being foolish, having to ask God whom to send first." The other tribes in the rear would not feel anything; they would think: "I still do not want to go; real combat can lead to death." Such is their demeanor. God does not take offense, and He is with the other tribes as well.

Ah, I am filled with emotion! What happened as a result? They captured Adoni-bezek. Upon capturing him, they cut off his fingers and toes. Cutting off the thumbs of his hands and feet was for no particular reason; they simply cut them off, and after cutting them off, he said:

Adoni-Bezek said, “Seventy kings with their thumbs and big toes cut off have picked up scraps under my table. Now God has paid me back for what I did to them.” They brought him to Jerusalem, and he died there. (Judges 1:7)

It turns out that God is very humorous. The Israelites exclaimed: "Truly a God!" No God is greater than your faith. God is willing to be with you, but are you a person of faith? God does not take offense with you. Are you willing to know that God is a jealous God? As a result, they conquered cities and set them on fire. Ah, truly good! God was with Judah.

Why did you bring the tribe of Simeon along? Could Simeon help you? Simeon was merely for show; he was not really needed. What people need is God, faith, strength, and unwavering resolve. Brothers and sisters must know for certain that if you are willing, you can live in God's presence for your entire life. Do not seek reasons or excuses, for once people have reasons and excuses, that is compromise. Because reasons may not always be fully justifiable.

Some people pray once and are not healed, pray twice and are not healed, pray three times and are not healed. They then think: "Ah! God does not want to heal you; this is Paul's thorn." Looking at them, they are not Paul. Why would you be given a thorn? You are far from Paul's thorn. You may say: "Hey, I am Timothy; I have a thorn in my stomach." You are not Timothy either. You just like to do these things and think that doing a little more will make you Job. You just like to be unlucky and be the one who is not healed.

IV. God Delights in Those Who Have Faith

Do you know that God delights in those who have faith? Whether you are at work or in life, I tell you, God has predestined you to be victorious. Do you believe it? God has predestined you to be victorious! You must know how wonderful it is to have faith. I tell you, there was a preacher who did not believe that God is a God who prospers, so he was dirt poor.

One day, he particularly wanted to eat sausage. This is his own testimony. He prayed at home, and the next morning, when he opened the door, he saw not only the sausage he had mentioned, but also the brand of sausage he had mentioned. You say that people even care about the brand when eating sausage. People like me, if there is a package of sausage for twenty dollars and another for two dollars, I would eat the two-dollar package. Why? Because it has more flour in it. When the sausage arrived, he said, "Thank God!" I ask you, if you cannot even afford sausage after believing in the Lord, do you not think there is a problem? Why ask for sausage? Why not ask for God's promised land?

I tell everyone, I do not ask for sausage; I ask for God's promise. May God's promises, no matter how many, be fulfilled in me in Jesus Christ. Amen! Why am I talking about God delighting in those who have faith here? Those who have faith know that God is a God who prospers. Caleb thought that Debir was difficult to conquer. Seeing the two armies facing each other, he launched a prolonged and unsuccessful attack.

So Caleb said, “I will give my daughter Aksah in marriage to the man who attacks and captures Kiriath Sepher.” (Judges 1:12)

As a result, it was truly conquered. With great rewards, there must be brave men. Othniel thought: "Wow, how great it would be to be Caleb's son-in-law." Othniel conquered it. When this daughter married Othniel, it was actually a way to screen sons-in-law, to find a royal consort. Othniel became Caleb's son-in-law, and Othniel was truly quite formidable.

Caleb's daughter, Aksah, asked her father for a field. Do you think this is a poor mentality or a wealthy mentality? Let us brothers and sisters think about it. Some people say: "I do not want it! I have seen through life and death." I tell you, asking for a field is what God delights in. How do I know this?

When she came to Othniel, she urged him to ask her father for a field. As she got off her donkey, Caleb asked her, “What can I do for you?” (Judges 1:14)

Actually, it is not strange. Why? Because Caleb is truly a spiritual person, very sensitive in the spirit. He knew in his heart: "My daughter will definitely come to ask me." How could he not know his own daughter? "What do you want? I will give it to you." This daughter knew how to ask! Aksah said: "Give me springs of water in the land you give me." I ask you, if the land has no springs of water, what kind of land is it? It is not good land. You must know that when buying real estate, you must look at the location. The location is very important. If you buy the wrong location, it will not appreciate in value. This Aksah truly knew how to ask, asking for the land with springs of water, which was valuable.

You say Aksah loved money so much? No, this is no joke. I tell you, our brothers and sisters must know that it is not because of your great ability that you are able to live prosperously; it is God's promise, because God loves prosperity. Why do people not believe that our God is a God of prosperity? You must know that our God is a wealthy God. If you like poor preachers, go to other churches. If you like God to prosper preachers, then stay with us. If you believe that God will prosper you, ask God among us. It is not because we love these things, but because we believe that our God is a wealthy God.

Everyone must know that our God does not like people to be poor and destitute. That theology is not Chinese Mingding Destiny. I tell you, reading from the Bible, from Abraham to the end, God is a God who prospers. I ask you, was Paul poor? Paul was not poor. There was a slave who ran away, and he wrote a letter to Philemon, who was a slave owner. Paul said: "If this slave owes you any money, charge it to my account." If Paul was dirt poor, could it be charged to his account? Therefore, God delights in those who have faith.

V. Judah Opened a Door to Compromise

The Lord was with Judah. They took possession of the hill country, but they were unable to drive out the people living in the plains, because they had chariots fitted with iron. (Judges 1:19)

The inhabitants of the plains had chariots fitted with iron, and therefore they could not be driven out. What does that tell you? The Lord was with Judah, God was with them. They had taken down giants in the past, yet they could not take down iron chariots? I find it perplexing. I tell you, this was not a good start, and they began to crumble, like a landslide. Back then, they feared giants; if it wasn't this, it was that, always finding a reason to fear. "Oh, this company is not doing well." "Oh, this company's products are no good." "Oh, how are we going to do this work? I don't know how to do it." In my view, if they are not withholding your salary, just do it.

Many of us have experienced miracles! Some who were in debt, amidst us, came off the blacklist, what is known as being bankrupt in Singapore and Malaysia. They somehow made it out, it's truly miraculous. Therefore, our faith should not look for excuses. There is only one reason: my God is in control of the universe. Are iron chariots not just paper in the face of God? God is with you, yet you fear iron chariots? I believe that once people start making excuses, it's over.

Have you noticed that once you start making excuses, it's over? "Oh, this condition is not met, that condition is not met." There is only one thing that doesn't need an excuse: poverty and laziness. If one is both lazy and poor, that's probably their lot in life. Perhaps that is their Mingding Destiny, so they make excuses about iron chariots. I cannot comprehend whether God is greater or the iron chariots are. Which do you say is greater, God or the iron chariots? I am still puzzled.

If you rely on your own ability, your ability will never be greater than your difficulties. If you rely on God, iron chariots, giants, all things are smaller than your God. Nothing is better than God being with you. Hadn't they been victorious many times before? How is it that suddenly they cannot overcome because of iron chariots? Is the hill country easy to conquer? Are the plains easy to conquer? The plains are easier, do you know that? The plains have no natural barriers. If they could conquer the hill country, why not the plains? I cannot understand it.

So stop making excuses! Chinese Mingding Destiny does not favour excuses. Chinese Mingding Destiny favours God. No matter how big the giants we face, no matter how great the difficulties we face, God is always greater than my difficulties. I do not favour making excuses. Aren't we still alive? I have been unemployed once, I was almost bankrupt. Why couldn't I repay the money? I borrowed so much money, so many mortgages, what if I couldn't repay them? Wouldn't I have to declare bankruptcy? Wouldn't I have to apply for foreclosure?

Did I end up unemployed? Did I run out of money? What happened? God is truly mighty! My God is too mighty. When I was poor and destitute, God saved me. After I lost my job, could He not save me? He could still save me. I thought, "Let me just die," but I couldn't die, and I still can't die. So Judah opened a door to making excuses. If you are a Christian who is full of excuses, I think you should open an excuse shop, don't come to believe in the Lord. Our God is a jealous God; you cannot believe in the Lord amidst excuses. I like this kind of character.

Later on, in my journey of faith, the kind of character I had, I tell you, it's something that ordinary people cannot do. It's not that people can't do it, it's because they don't believe. What are excuses? Excuses are unbelief. Unbelief is unbelief with excuses. Excuses are terrible. Some people say, "Oh, my leg hurts." I say, "Why does it hurt?" They say, "There's a metal plate inside." I find it strange. How does a metal plate cause pain? After prayer, the pain disappeared. People have many strange ideas. Some people say, "Oh, my leg is broken." Can't God fix it? He can fix it.

VI. Each Tribe Began to Find Reasons to Compromise

I think it's good that we study the Bible this way! Let's use the Book of Judges as a mirror. If Judah is making excuses, how can the other tribes be any better?

Yet the Manassites were not able to occupy these towns, for the Canaanites were determined to stay there. Nor did Ephraim drive out the Canaanites living in Gezer, or Zebulun drive out the Canaanites living in Kitron or Nahalol, or Asher drive out those living in Akko or Sidon, or Naphtali drive out those living in Beth Shemesh or Beth Anath. (Judges 1:27-33)

This passage is quite interesting. None of them drove them out. Are there any reasons given here? No reasons, they were too lazy to write them down. Why? There are too many reasons. They have an iron pot, they have an iron chariot, they have an iron wok. I think, can an iron wok stop you from entering? People start making excuses: "Look at the iron wok they use in Megiddo." It's all about iron this and iron that, iron pots, iron rods, iron forks, iron shovels, even iron helmets, everything! Judah opened the door to iron chariots, and then everything made of iron came out.

I tell you, making excuses is an evil spirit. You must listen to my advice. Some people say, "You don't know how busy I am, I'm extremely busy." People always have reasons. Later I discovered that few of these reasons hold water. I've tried it. Some people just can't let go. Some are even more extreme, they've handed in their resignation letters. But with only a few days left before leaving their job, they feel so much pressure. I wonder what's going on in their heads.

Later I asked them, "If you got cancer..." After saying this, I said, "Oh, I'm just saying." They said, "Then I could let go." I said, "What would you do after letting go?" They would go for treatment, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery, arranging this and that. It's not that they can't let go, it's just that they haven't reached that point.

What do I mean by this? People can't let go of anything, only God can let go. They believe in everything, they have all sorts of reasons, but they can't find a good reason to trust in God. Aren't they becoming like the Israelites? If Joshua were alive today, even if Joshua weren't alive today, he would rise from the grave and say: "You cannot believe in this God, you cannot serve the Lord, for the Lord is a jealous God! You are a group of people who like to make excuses!" Are you all worried for me? Some people say, "Teacher, if you say that, won't the church collapse? The people in the church will leave, what will you do!" Do you think I care if people leave? I don't care.

So start believing in God now, believe without reason, because our God is God! God can always lead us out on a path. Our path is Jesus, Jesus is our way, our truth, and our life. Wow! The Jordan River opened. Wow! The Red Sea opened. Wow! The walls of Jericho fell. Our God is the God who gives us victory. Our God will lead us to conquer and seize territory in the spiritual world, to set the captives free, to liberate the oppressed, not for the oppressed to find excuses, but for the oppressed to be set free. This is our God.

Brothers and sisters, I tell you, I truly hope that everyone can stand up. Sometimes I think about it and feel emotional! There was a time when I almost choked, and tears started to flow in my eyes. Some things, it's not that I can let go just because I've seen through them. When I looked around, when my COVID was very severe, it was truly miserable. I was concerned about some brothers and sisters, especially our co-workers. I said, "God! Have mercy on us, it's not that I really want to live, I truly want them to be strong, may God have mercy."

Let us all gather our faith once again, knowing that God can make rivers in the desert, can make roads in the wilderness. As long as you have faith, God can, from His throne, pour down His power from heaven upon you, how wonderful! Sometimes I think from another perspective, I say, "It's better if these things don't happen while I'm alive!" It's actually just comforting myself, but now I still encourage everyone, this is absolutely firm faith, not making excuses for ourselves, never compromising.

Chinese Mingding Destiny will bless the entire generation in this era! I believe that while I am alive, I will see that in this generation, Chinese Mingding Destiny will become a blessing to many churches. Some pastors come to me and say, "Teacher, recently a pastor brought his entire congregation to us. Another pastor brought his congregation, what should we do?" I say, "Shepherd them well! If they agree, share with them well, if they don't agree, don't argue with them." I truly thank God!

VII. Making Canaanites Servants Was Not God's Will

You know, it's not that the Israelites couldn't drive them out. They became stronger, but their minds were corrupted. Did they not know this was God's will? They knew, but after calculating, they realized: "Oh, this is more valuable than a cow." "Oh, this guy is quite strong, full of muscles." "Oh, these muscles aren't tasty." Can human flesh be tasty? "Oh, creating GDP, making the Canaanites do hard labor."

Do you think this is an economic matter? No, this is a spiritual matter. As long as those people are still in that place, the spirit of that place is still operating. On the surface, the Israelites made them laborers, people who created GDP, but in the spiritual world, the spirits on those people made the Israelites laborers. I tell you, God making people prosperous is definitely not just a matter of GDP, do you understand?

So I think about this matter, people can find a thousand and one reasons not to accept and obey God's word. How good is hard labor? It's not a matter of hard labor and GDP, it's a matter of keeping and obeying and not keeping and obeying, that simple. I am particularly emotional! If people's minds are filled with the world's logic system, you cannot walk this path, because the world's logic system sees money; the world's logic system sees property, sees the appreciation of real estate. This is the world's logic system, but God's logic system looks from a spiritual perspective.

VIII. Compromise Only Needs to Happen Once

I tell you, in the beginning, when the Apostle Paul led people to establish churches, people were not so corrupt. But after the Apostle Paul died, they began to compromise a little. They said it was only a little, then it was two points, then it was three points, then it was four, five, six points, becoming more and more outrageous.

I can give you many examples. If our church has one instance where someone is not healed, then there will be one person not healed, then two, then ten, then many people are not healed, it's a very simple logic. I tell you, why do we write that everyone was healed? Because people are very muddled! As long as there is one exception, not everyone was healed, they will think they are that one, then another one comes, they are also that one, then another one comes, they are also that one, and then it's ruined.

So compromise only needs to happen once, and it's over. Emulate Moses, Joshua, Caleb, and become an uncompromising person. Some people take notes, and then they stop, once they stop, then they stop twice, then they stop altogether. I wonder, how can they remember anything when they read God's word like this? They can't remember anything. Then isn't it a waste of time for you to come? Do you understand? People's bad habits are the same.

I hope that brothers and sisters can all become uncompromising people, so that God's word is not only established in heaven, but also established in your heart! Never compromise, until you see the face of the Lord, and become a faithful and good servant, Amen!

May God bless everyone!
