【Conduct and Work】《Working Chapter》04: Unleash Your Creativity

2024-08-23 943 Y135 Course - Conduct

Introduction

Good day to all. We continue our discourse on conduct and action, focusing today on the fourth lecture of the Action series: Unleashing Your Creativity. Do not mistake this for the preserve of an Edison, credited with the monumental invention of the light bulb, nor relegate it to the realm of high-tech giants like Google or Huawei. Creativity is a universal imperative.

Indeed, in His creation of mankind, God fashioned us in His own image, a pivotal concept within the Chinese Mingding Doctrine. You inherently bear God's glory. From the moment of your creation, God imbued you with innate creative capacity, only for it to be suppressed. Suppressed and diverted towards selfishness. Towards what? The exercise of discerning good and evil.

Ah, the discernment of good and evil, exceedingly creative, is it not? Yet negatively so. Is this creativity not a corruption? It is indeed a corruption, and thus falls short of God's glory. What does it mean to fall short of God's glory? It signifies that man, destined to embody God's glory, instead manifests corruption.

I tell you, among the people I have encountered, some have aged in years, but in nothing else, their discernment of good and evil increasing daily, until their demise. Is this not a manifestation of evil? In truth, man is created in God's image; man possesses inherent creativity. If you lament busyness, it is a consequence of falling short of God's glory, of lacking creativity. If you lament weariness, it is a consequence of falling short of God's glory, of lacking creativity.

Man is Created in God's Image

The fourth installment of Action underscores the significance of unleashing creativity, but cautions against misapplication towards the discernment of good and evil. The machinations of discerning good and evil are manifold, yet devoid of practical value. If you find life burdensome and hectic, surely something is amiss. Many among us grapple with debt in our lives. Why the indebtedness? Surely due to errant actions. Why the susceptibility to deception? Also due to errant actions, isn't it?

And yet, people will amass a plethora of justifications. I harbour a profound aversion to the defence of one's own folly, the relentless search for excuses. Teacher, I acted thus because of this, because of that, a litany of rationalizations. I am inclined to retort, Does your stupidity justify itself? Admittedly, such words are harsh, but I harbor a deep aspiration: that our brethren might extricate themselves from such cursed existence, and begin to embody God's glory, which is creativity.

Observe, if you diligently heed the statutes, ordinances, and commandments of the Lord your God, what will He declare? He will bless all that you set your hand to, a prospect most remarkable. I have come to observe that some individuals encounter perpetual disruptions in their endeavors, whether from malevolent spirits or dispatched by God, a manifestation of curse.

In all that you undertake, God extends His assistance. If you are engaged in endeavors co-laboring with God, can you lack creativity? Therefore, brethren, let it be etched in your minds: you are not an Edison, are you? Nor an Einstein. Yet, in your daily lives, you stand in dire need of creativity. Understand this clearly? It is of paramount importance, for in His creation of you, God instilled this capacity within you. Now, unleash it; excavate it. Understand? Every industry, every vocation necessitates creativity, even the navigation of daily life.

Thus, let us be cognizant that the raison d'être for the establishment of Chinese Mingding Doctrine lies in the desire to liberate individuals from traditional, rigid, and dogmatic theological frameworks. For the traditional, the dogmatic, the rigid, addresses the question of admittance to paradise post-mortem. The Chinese Mingding Doctrine, however, addresses the issue of whether you can live out God's image while you are alive. If you declare, I am a cleaner, then let it be known that even cleaning demands creativity. Janitorial work, domestic service—all require creativity, do they not?

The Chinese Mingding Doctrine possesses a pronounced originality. To this day, I observe within Chinese Mingding Doctrine an inherent element: originality, creation. Understand? You possess the image of God; in His creation of you, God fashioned you in His own image. Thus, Genesis Chapter One declares, God created man in his own image.

We are creations of God, creations of this and that. Understand? Moreover, subsequent to creation, do not presume creation to be concluded. No. Subsequent to creation, He declared, These matters I entrust to you; Adam and Eve, continue the creation. Without continued creation, it is untenable, is it not? It is entrusted to your stewardship; how do you steward creation? What does Scripture declare?

Scripture recounts Adam bestowing names upon all creatures; prior to which, they possessed no appellations. Upon beholding a sheep, Adam, lacking prior knowledge of its designation, christened it sheep. You apprehend, do you not, the sense conveyed upon hearing the word sheep—a rudimentary understanding of its essence. And that creature, a horse, is most intriguing. I inform you that the species of creation number in the millions, each duly named by Adam. I ask you, did Adam labour overtime? Adam did not labour overtime. Understood? He did not labour overtime. It was accomplished with dispatch. How was such swiftness achieved? Through his inherent creativity.

Thus, when the Spirit of God departed, when Adam and Eve partook of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, the consequence was subjection to curse, toiling with sweat to secure sustenance. We must now emerge from such curse. This constitutes the first point: man is created in God's image.

Acknowledge the Creative Capacity Within You

You must acknowledge, acknowledge the creative capacity within you. I avow to you my unwavering conviction in this matter. I perceive within myself the image of God; I am capable of creating. I create a multitude of things. I am fond of carpentry; it holds great interest. Jesus was the son of a carpenter, and I share this inclination. Why? Carpentry is exceedingly fascinating. This craft, in its modest form, can produce a stool; in its grander form, a house. Do you grasp the import?

I pose to you: which trade predominates in the realm of decoration? Carpentry. It has now undergone a rebranding as whole-house customization, has it not? The hands of the carpenter are deft. Know that Lu Ban stands as the progenitor of carpentry. Why does Lu Ban occupy this preeminent position? Because Lu Ban possessed the capacity to create tools.

I have previously expounded upon this, have I not? Tools, materials, craftsmanship, skills—I have meticulously dissected them for you. Who imparted this knowledge to me? I devised it; I created it. Of course, I have perused the writings of others extensively. Acknowledging the creative capacity residing within us is of paramount importance. Yet, disbelief is detrimental; a perpetual cycle of repetition ensues. Is this not the drudgery of operation? Thus, ignorance is a more manageable state; one may continue living in blissful unawareness. However, possessing knowledge yet harbouring disbelief is a dire predicament, is it not?

If you are a Christian, you must acknowledge that you are a creation of God, mustn't you? You must acknowledge that you are a creation of God; not only must you acknowledge that you are a creation of God, but you must also acknowledge that in His creation of you, God instilled creativity within you. Why, then, the busyness? Because you have failed to unleash your creativity. Why has your creativity remained dormant? Because of your unbelief. Now, begin to believe, to apprehend clearly, and you shall discover something most remarkable.

Why was Lu Ban capable of devising so many wooden structures? Consider, wooden edifices can be erected without the need for nails, relying solely on ingenious design, can they not? Upon the completion of the interlocking joints, a single tap secures the ensemble, irretrievably fused. Truly impressive.

What have I devised? I shall reveal to you that I have devised a sawing implement. I came to the realization that sawing constitutes a perilous activity. Mishandling the wood could result in the inadvertent severing of a hand, a most troublesome occurrence, no? Failure to cleave the wood could lead to the severance of a hand, an unquestionably problematic outcome, wouldn't you agree? I have observed numerous carpenters afflicted by the loss of one digit, haven't I? Some suffer the loss of two, others three. Engaging in labour following a midday libation induces a state of inebriation, resulting in the inadvertent loss of a digit. A most hazardous tool.

I have thus devised this saw; it is of utmost importance. It renders the severance of a digit a formidable challenge, does it not? Moreover, it incorporates dust extraction, rendering it amenable for home use. I thus harbour the conviction that I possess inherent creativity. I now espouse the belief that you, too, possess inherent creativity. Do you concur? You may deem it dubious, but eschew such skepticism; it assuredly resides within you.

Among us is a sister, endowed with considerable prowess. We remain uninformed as to the particulars of her life. One day, her spouse captured an image of their abode, revealing an abysmal accumulation of detritus. Is this not a manifestation of falling short of God's glory? I harbour a most commendable habit: wherever I am situated, I endeavor to maintain cleanliness. I find it exceedingly difficult to tolerate disarray. Piles upon piles of rubbish render a dwelling nigh uninhabitable. Thus, in the recent past, I undertook the task of decluttering our computer room. Upon completion, I experienced a profound sense of well-being, a delightful aesthetic experience, did I not? These actions constitute creativity. You must acknowledge the creative capacity residing within you. Why? Because you must acknowledge that you are a creation of God.

Why the imperative to unleash this creativity? Because you must no longer fall short of your potential. You diminish God's glory, not in the sense that God's glory is diminished by your actions, but in the sense that you, who were originally imbued with God's glory, have failed to actualize it, instead manifesting the visage of a refuse heap, a noxious miasma, is it not? As a salutary exercise, capture an image of your dwelling and assess its condition.

I recount to you that the parents of a certain sister exuded a palpable cheerfulness, lavishing me with gifts upon their visit. Why? Because I had remediated a substantial number of the deleterious habits afflicting their daughter. Heretofore, many post-80s and post-90s individuals would adorn themselves with jeans, high heels, and elaborately styled hair when venturing forth, yet upon returning home, photographic evidence would reveal a veritable sty.

I am not referring to you, but if the shoe fits, it is purely coincidental. Is it not the case that you now eschew jeans in favour of capacious trousers, of voluminous pant legs? I confess a predilection for the Syrian style—akin to a war-torn landscape, ripe for reconstruction. This demands considerable creativity, does it not? However, having reformed our sister, her parents accompanied me to a celebratory repast, their joy uncontainable. Why? This individual was entrusted to my care, and I felt remiss in my duties had I not undertaken her reformation. Praise God, you have arrived here; I am compelled to unleash the creative capacity within you, commencing with the imposition of order upon this chaos. For your abode exists in a state of emptiness and void, a state that craves creativity above all else.

You lament, Teacher, this task appears insurmountable; when shall it be completed? Creativity expedites the process. You protest, I possess no creativity. Remember, this is a falsehood. How many individuals subsist in a state of falsehood? I avow to you, one hundred percent. The state of affairs in which individuals find themselves is attributable to their adherence to falsehood. I continue to scrutinize the introspections of our brethren. Upon perusing their reflections, I discern a falsehood. Others declare, Teacher, God's demands are exceedingly high; my spiritual attainment is presently so low. When shall I attain God's standards? I shall never attain God's standards. A falsehood.

Should your desire to achieve such standards be sincere, I am compelled to inform you that God shall lend His assistance. Not solely on account of your merit, but precisely on account of your deficiency, for without His assistance, you face annihilation. Is it not the case that God desires life, not death? God's standards are exceedingly high, yet upon beholding your woeful state, He deems the negotiation of a single step sufficient. Has God not paved the path before you? Will you not traverse it? God does not demand that you leap two meters in a single bound; such feats are reserved for high jumpers, are they not?

Stairs are typically between 15 and 20 centimetres high. A 20 centimetre step is considered tall. Around 15 centimetres is comfortable to walk on. These days, we don't take the stairs, we take the lift, right? Alas, how long before we ascend? Some people are too lazy to even get in the lift. Imagine the depth of their delusion.

God has now given you a lift - just get in and press a button for the desired floor. Why is it so slow? That's human nature, that's how it is. It's peculiar, they can't even bear to wait, can they? I really think people live in a delusion. Good, now is the time to unleash your inner creativity. Know that you possess inherent creative ability, and I will tell you how God can help you. When you believe, I'll explain how it works.

You Must Know That God Will Give You Revelation

I tell you, God is a God who reveals. Some people, after listening to me, ask if I am teaching from Genesis. If I'm talking about creativity, what should I discuss besides Genesis, right? I've browsed many secular books on creativity, and I don't find them useful. They speak in vague terms, like talking about Edison. If we wait to become like Edison, I think you'd have to enter your coffin and come back to life. In the current climate, you're more likely to become an Edison-dead than an Edison, isn't it? That would be troubling.

It's not as if you can become an Edison just by willing it. Becoming an Edison-dead is easier than becoming an Edison. But I have good news for you: I'm speaking the truth. You possess creativity because you are made in the image of God. God placed this creative image within us. How can we unlock it? Through divine revelation! You must believe that God will reveal to you. If you don't believe that God will reveal to you, you live in a delusion. How many people live in delusion?

Out of a hundred people, a hundred live in delusion, in one form or another. I tell you, God does not want you to be sick. God wants to heal you, God wants to restore your creativity. This is the Word of God. So, the root of all problems is unbelief; the root of all problems is that people believe in delusion. You must know that God will give you revelation. How God gives you revelation is quite interesting. When you try very hard to solve a problem, you'll suddenly find yourself in a frantic state of working yourself to the bone. Then things go wrong.

Why does working yourself to the bone lead to problems? Because you start by working eight hours a day, then ten, then twelve, then sixteen, then you just stop sleeping. After a while, you go crazy. How could you not? That's called a curse. Why can't Christians go down that path? That path is also a delusion.

I tell you, should you work? Yes, you should. Should you be diligent? Yes, you should. But the most important diligence is not sacrificing sleep for work, that's self-destruction. Isn't it? I ask you, in Chinese Mingding Doctrine, how much time do you spend on spiritual matters each week, such as reading the Word of God, studying the Scriptures, and taking notes? You are busy indeed. These spiritual pursuits consume a lot of time. At least eighteen hours a week are gone.

If eighteen hours a week are gone, I ask you, have you noticed any problems? Nothing is delayed. Don't you find that strange? Why is nothing delayed? Because your remaining 40 hours of work are done with double efficiency. 40 hours' work accomplishes 80 hours' worth. So, can you be busy? You won't be busy. Therefore, I must tell you that people must rely on divine revelation.

In fact, God is already revealing to you. What people need most in this world, we call it inspiration, which is actually divine revelation. Inspiration is divine revelation, and the prompting of the Holy Spirit is inspiration. So, what does the prompting of the Holy Spirit mean? It means that people are not neglecting important things in their lives. They haven't found that anything has been neglected. On the contrary, some bad things have been delayed, such as getting sick, encountering disasters, and so on. A lot is delayed. Right? Getting sick, developing dementia, these are delayed.

That kind of delay is good, right? Delay it even more, save the time spent in hospital beds. I must thank God, and I boldly declare that even cancer is delayed. Do you want to get cancer, undergo radiation and chemotherapy? I tell you, cancer is also healed among us. It's just that some people don't change their bad habits and keep going back and forth.

I must tell you, among us, as of now, no one has gotten cancer. But I must tell you, many churches often have people getting cancer. Recently, my friend was lying in a coffin because of cancer. This sometimes surprises me. Why do some churches have no one getting cancer, while he insisted on going to a church where people get cancer? I'm puzzled. Why? Because coming among us would delay his getting cancer. That wouldn't do. You can't delay the chance to get cancer. Because people want to live the small life, and we're delaying that small life, right? Speechless.

I think you must also know that God will reveal to you. Has your faith risen? I've been speaking for half an hour, and you still don't know how to create. I haven't even talked about how to create, but I have actually, which is that God will reveal to you. You know, when we make things, some ideas are strange, they are delusions. God should reveal something big all at once. Actually, God's revelation is not like that. I must tell you, God's revelation is little by little, little by little. Because God's work is like that. He lays down a step for us, and we step onto it. Then God lays down the next step.

I ask you, if I were to give you a staircase with a two-metre high step, could you get up it? You couldn't. You'd leap and bump and bash until you were bruised and battered, wouldn't you? You're not a high jumper, are you? The staircase would need a ladder, what kind of staircase is that? Our God is especially good, the ladder He builds for us, the stairs are like stepping stones.

Jacob dreamed of a stairway to heaven, that stairway was truly a ladder, you could climb it one step at a time. So, don't expect to climb a hundred steps at once. That's a delusion, we proceed step by step. The wooden tool I mentioned earlier, I fiddled with it and refined it over many versions. Today's version is good. You know, the saw I used to make would cut crookedly. Once the board cut crookedly, it was unusable. Now, the saw I've made can fix a crooked board, it's really good, it can fix anything. And I'm still improving it. I think this is how God reveals to you, that's how it is. Don't rush, be down-to-earth. Step as high as you can comfortably step, God won't make you take a step you can't reach.

I want to tell you, the revelation that God gives me, is it like a dream where He speaks to you? No. You might ask, how do I think this way? I don't know, I just look at the problem, look at it and do this, look at it and do that, and I solve a lot of problems.

Let me give you another example. You know, the taps in our bathrooms are always against the wall behind the sink. I ask you, what part of the bathroom is the dirtiest? It's the base of those taps, it's hard to clean and easily accumulates grime. And if the water pipes break, the sink in front makes it hard to repair. You can't reach, you can't get your hand in. I said, what kind of brain designed this thing?

I moved it to the side. Why should I put it against the wall where it's easy for grime to accumulate? I put it on the side. You ask why? I don't like grime accumulating. I like cleaning easily. So, I put it here. Some people are clever, you go to a hotel and see that the tap comes out of the wall. Of course, taps that come out of the wall are also good.

Recently, I made a bold attempt and replaced my bathroom sink with a stainless steel kitchen sink. What, are you going to cook instant noodles in the bathroom? There are other noodles too, aren't there? This is useful. And this sink is durable and easy to clean. I also made this sink into what? An undermount sink. I won't explain what an undermount sink is, or we won't be able to continue this lesson.

Alas, it's hard for stains to grow, cleaning it is done in a jiffy. I tell you, those porcelain undermount sinks, ugh, the grime on those edges, unbearable, I don't dare to touch them. I won't let you grow grime, I won't let you. That's my logic. Right?

God will give us revelation. How does this revelation come in? I tell you, by wanting to solve problems. Remember, our God is a God who solves problems. Our God is not a God who points out problems, our God is a God who solves problems. That overmount sink accumulates grime on that side, that undermount sink accumulates grime on that side. An integrated sink doesn't accumulate grime. I said, isn't that interesting?

People jokingly said to me, teacher, not only can you cook instant noodles here, but you can also cook other noodles. I said, that's the essence of a sink, right? The essence of a sink is just a sink. People's way of thinking should not be fixed and rigid, right? Why can't we use stainless steel? Stainless steel is so good, right? In fact, if the stainless steel gets dirty, ha! I scrub it with sandpaper. You can't scrub porcelain with sandpaper, can you? Especially now this stainless steel, what's called brushed stainless steel, right? Alas, many people don't understand.

In fact, many times people have a fixed mindset, but I tell you, after it's done, the stainless steel is super beautiful. And for stainless steel, I tell you, my idea is very unique. 700mm long sink, all the detergent, all the rubbish, put it all in the sink, not on the counter top anymore. It's great, isn't it?

But some brains are rigid, their brains are rusty. Rigid brains won't use stainless steel, because they only know porcelain sinks. What am I saying? I'm saying that's how they only think. If you have pets, 700mm is big enough, you can wash a dog in it. If that's not enough, there are 800mm sinks too. Do you understand? If you have children, you'll know. This time, with my sink, you don't need to get a big plastic tub for the kids anymore, you can put the kids in it, it's great.

Everyday Problems Are Opportunities for Creativity

I'm telling you, why do I do this? I always want to solve problems. Alas, how to solve this, how to solve that… Alas, thinking about this makes me almost crazy. Do you think God won't give me revelation? I tell you, I like solving problems. Everyone likes solving problems, the more you live, the fewer problems you have. Some people live with more and more problems, piling trash on trash, grime on grime. And trash attracts trash, once it gets dirty, it especially attracts trash. Do you understand?

So, are you currently facing any problems? Come on, tell me. The problems you encounter every day, I tell you, seeing things dirty, seeing things messy, seeing things too much work, seeing things troubling, opportunities for creativity have arrived. What does the Bible say? In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, the earth was formless and empty. Alas, that formless and empty, right? Are you formless and empty in your finances? You need creativity. So, you ask, how do I create? Good, when you want to solve problems, God will definitely give you revelation.

The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep. That was a terrible environment. Under what circumstances was the Chinese Mingding Doctrine founded? Here I go again, telling my own story. I was not very satisfied with the church thing. Why? Because in the church, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and it was formless and void. Those who should be healed were not healed, and I found that very strange. Earlier on, in the church, the education I received, a lot of it did not conform to the Bible. Then there was a person who got cancer and made a testimony. Later, he died of cancer. What kind of testimony is that, you tell me?

That was awful, very scary. I wondered if there were such testimonies in the Bible. Isn't the Bible all about coming to Jesus and being healed? Isn't that a problem? It is a problem. Because that was a problem, I wanted to solve it. How did I solve it? Later, I said, let's not go to this church anymore. Let's build our own.

Oh, but when we built it, we didn't get it right the first time. Fortunately, God spared my life. God has abundant grace and mercy. Because I really wanted to solve the problem, but I didn't get it right the first time. Even though I didn't get it right, God had mercy on me. So we fixed it, tore it down and rebuilt it, tore it down and rebuilt it again. Tore it down several times. I really wanted to solve these problems. Then God gave me this revelation, the revelation of building a glorious church of God. Later, I founded the Chinese Mingding Doctrine. The Chinese Mingding Doctrine would never tell such scary testimonies, suggesting that getting cancer is God's grace, that getting cancer is a disguised blessing from God. I don't want that.

So every day I encounter a problem. As I said earlier, if you really want to solve this problem, you get the opportunity to create. Problems are opportunities for creation. Do you have problems today? You can't not have problems. You have plenty of opportunities to exercise your creativity. We clean up the house we live in, that requires creativity. Cleaning up the piles of trash in your house, that requires creativity. Ask God for revelation. So for me, I don't think poverty is good, I don't think sickness is good, I think God's blessing is good.

If you read Deuteronomy 28:1-14, you will definitely want it. No one doesn't want it. Who would not want it? So, as for darkness was over the surface of the deep, formless and void, when you look around, you see small voids and small chaos, small depths and small darkness everywhere, and even big depths and big darkness, and big voids and big chaos. It doesn't matter. Whether it's small voids and small chaos, or big voids and big chaos, we'll deal with them one by one. Right? We can handle the small ones.

Because we have creativity inside us, because we have the image of God from within. How God creates, that's how we create, isn't it? I tell you, if you are still in emptiness and chaos, and you say, teacher, I have no faith anymore. It doesn't matter, I'll lend you some faith. He says, teacher, how can you lend it to me? I'm the one solving emptiness and chaos, right? So how do you solve it? I have God. So every problem encountered every day is an opportunity. Remember that.

Exercising Your Creativity in What You Do

Exercise your creativity in what you do. You know, in our previous two talks, we talked about mastering the method, grasping the essence, understanding the essence of things. If your method is right and you grasp the essence, then moving forward is creativity. Don't rush, first master the method, then grasp the essence, then exercise creativity. That's how it is. Fifth, exercise your creativity in what you do. Before exercising creativity, don't create. Because you might create a formless void. Right? After creating it, it's all smoggy and chaotic, you've created a mess.

So what do you do? Work step-by-step to fix the method, work step-by-step to grasp the essence. For example, if you are an accountant and other people's accounts are clean and tidy, but when it comes to you, you mess it up. Then what have you created? You've created a problem, not solved one. So what do you do? You have to start learning from scratch. I, well, I don't really like those who just talk and dream. It's better to be practical.

You want to go to high school when you haven't even finished elementary school! I am particularly touched that many people are like this, just always in elementary school. Exercise your creativity in what you do. You say, I'm a cleaner, do I need to exercise creativity? Yes, you do. I'm a gardener, do I need to exercise creativity? Yes, you do. You say, I'm a programmer, do I need to exercise creativity? Yes, you do. You say, I make batteries, do I need to exercise creativity? Yes, you do.

Now these batteries, I tell you, there are many battery fires, right? If some of our brothers and sisters could invent a battery that doesn't catch fire? There you go, right? That's awesome, then you're awesome.

But I'm saying this, the problems in this world can never be solved, never be completely solved. Then let's talk about pastoral care. Are there many problems with the pastoral care of our brothers and sisters? Yes, there are, right? Then I start to move forward little by little. Remember, the Chinese Mingding Doctrine is a theology of creation, exercise creativity. The Chinese Mingding Doctrine is a theology of living out prosperity. If you are creative, how can you not prosper? Right? If you are a creative person, how can you not prosper? Will you lack money?

I tell you why you are in debt? Always thinking about getting money, right? Always thinking about getting money without effort. As a result, you only encounter scammers, right? But like me, I always want to solve problems, solving one after another. I ask you, will I lack money? It's impossible to lack money. A creative person, a person who exudes the image of God, cannot lack money.

You say that what I do doesn't seem to have much to do with creativity. I always think that Edison's inventions are creativity, but that's a lie. So can you clean a toilet well? How long does it take you to clean a toilet? Two minutes, doable? Can you do it in one minute? If you can, then you're awesome, right? That's creativity.

When reading, you can read faster by continuously exercising your creativity. Some people say, you want me to read fast and you want me to read carefully. Reading fast is for skimming, reading carefully is for detailed study. Slowly, everyone will figure it out, just don't get confused. You must first understand what you hear.

In what you do, do we have a lot to do every day? A lot. You say, teacher, I have nothing to do, that's the biggest thing, right? Idle all day, doing nothing. Later, I found that many cancer patients are like this, right? Then you are on that road. You say, I don't have cancer yet, but it's on the way, don't rush. So people have a spirit of death on them, which makes them lazy, makes them stupid, makes them love money, and the spirit of death comes to mess with you.

But if you are someone who loves to solve problems, solves problems efficiently, and has God's presence in what you do. I ask you, will you get cancer? It's hard to get. I met a scientist a while ago, and he told me, you know, he studies biology, he said that the person God created is very difficult to get cancer. But such a difficult thing has happened to so many people. Why? How lazy do you have to be? What kind of laziness? Gluttonous and lazy, idle, right? If you don't get cancer, how can you be worthy of it?

You say, teacher, I'm already doing very well. I say, what? Cleaning a toilet takes an hour, can it be half an hour? What's so good about doing well? I'm already doing very well, how long does it take? Ten minutes to finish, can it be done in five minutes? There is no end to people improving their efficiency. Christians, God's people, are not competing with others in time, but in efficiency. We are not competing with others in time. They put in a hundred hours, you also put in a hundred hours. No, I put in fifty hours, and I can do what they do in a hundred hours.

If my efficiency is a hundred times that of others, I can win with 1% of the effort. Right, even a draw? If it's ten times that of others, I can draw with 10% of the effort, isn't that how it is? So, do you have time to participate in the Feast of Tabernacles? Yes, you do. Do you have time to participate in Passover? Yes, you do. Do you have time to keep the Sabbath? Yes, you do. People work seven days a week, 365 days a year, all working, but they can't beat you. Why? You have creativity. Exercise creativity in what you do, especially in this day and age.

Develop the Habit of Seeking and Exploring

Don't think that what I'm saying is empty. If you implement it well, it's not empty at all. Develop the habit of seeking and exploring. What does the Bible say? Seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you. If you don't even knock on the door, if you don't even seek, how can God give you? Right? God is a God of revelation. If you develop the habit of seeking and exploring, and constantly improve in what you do, then it's awesome.

Sometimes I often tell you that I can make four dishes and a soup in twenty minutes, and many people don't believe it. But that's really how it is. Of course, I set up my stove correctly beforehand, I set up all my tools correctly beforehand. It's not difficult, how difficult is it? It's not that difficult. If you do everything like that, you'll finish in twenty minutes, then you'll have plenty of time, right? How can you lack time?

Now, those of us who are slow, the movements are filmed into videos, and they think it's slow motion. I find it very strange, wiping a table, wiping it slowly. I say, what are you doing? After wiping, are you going to lick it? What kind of brain is that? Right? When working, oh, those movements are so slow, why not just do it quickly? Develop the habit of seeking and exploring. Do you understand? Sometimes I say: film a video of you doing things and show it to me. They don't dare to film it, why? Deliberately slow.

You say that sometimes you take a tape measure to measure something and compare it, but I just draw a line and it's done. They don't do that, they trace it back and forth several times. I said, what's wrong with you? Why not just draw a mark? Slowly dawdling. Oh, I see that we need to exercise creativity in too many places, seeking and exploring, and then the time will come out. After the time comes out, you will find that you not only use less time, but also do better than others. Because you are God's people.

I think after I've said so much, I can give you a conclusion. If you really follow it and implement it well, you will definitely live out God's glory, and you will definitely become a creative person. Okay, it seems like I only preached one sermon in this lesson. Are you all confused? I think there will definitely be some confusion, because it seems like there is still a bit of a gap between it and implementation.

Everyone needs to know that this lesson I taught is covering a broad topic. Then you will find what? Our church will have many very specific courses, developed one by one. Then I'll tell you, the reason for developing those courses is not because everyone needs to hear them, but because the developers need to develop them. Do you understand?

Financial problems are the smallest problems, money problems are the smallest problems. The most important problem is to live out God's glory. Okay?

May God bless you all and make you a creative person. Amen!
