1. Introduction

It is a mark of intelligence to know the end of a matter. When we are driving, turning the steering wheel causes the car to change direction. The control system that governs this change receives input from the steering wheel and outputs the car's change in direction. We turn the steering wheel to make the car turn. If you turn randomly without paying attention to whether the car is moving, or without observing the road and surrounding conditions, you will not be able to drive.

You decide how to turn the steering wheel based on the results you see, such as when parking! When parking, you need to know how the car turns and that the end result is for the car to be parked in the parking space. It's not just about turning the steering wheel randomly; the result of turning the steering wheel is to park the car properly.

Often, we forget the essence of things. Some of our brothers and sisters are learning to drive, and I watched three of them practice. I saw them rushing around aimlessly, turning the steering wheel without regard for how the car was moving. They were not thinking or observing the results while practicing. I think this is something they need to correct. If a person turns the steering wheel randomly throughout life, without regard for the outcome, it might just be a matter of failing the driving test. But if a person goes through life aimlessly, without knowing the meaning of life, what a tragedy that would be.

Intelligence is about seeing the outcome of things. Today, everyone needs to understand the end of things. Seeing through life and death, understanding the end of life, that is a form of intelligence.

How far a person can see and how high they can stand determines their perspective on events. If you can see into eternity, your approach to doing things today will definitely change. If you stand in a high position on God's throne, what you see will be completely different.

If you say you are under a lot of pressure, it is because you are not looking far enough or high enough. If you are entangled in many things, it is because you are not standing high enough or looking far enough! Therefore, we must elevate our spiritual level and constantly improve our vision so that we can see things more clearly!

The key to every problem is yourself. Although the devil can deceive you, you are the one who ultimately makes the decisions. If we don't realize that our problems are our own and instead think they are caused by others, that is foolishness. Aren't you the one making the choices?

To solve a person's intelligence problem, you need to address their height and vision. You need to see far enough and stand high enough. In everything, I find that the self-righteous are the most foolish. Being self-righteous means you can't see clearly and are stubborn! For example, some people come to me saying they are under a lot of pressure. Why? Because they think their views are correct. Self-righteousness is a form of foolishness. Brothers and sisters, Chinese characters are very interesting. The character for foolish (蠢) has three worm (虫) characters below it. If a person's mind is filled with these worms of hell, they will be as foolish as a worm.

We must know that those who are carnal and love the world are very foolish and attract the worms of hell. Indulging the flesh will make you forget the end of things. You will not know that the essence of human life is to serve God and to have peace and joy!

I encourage everyone to go to crematoriums more often, attend more gatherings, and read the Book of Ecclesiastes more. Reading the Book of Ecclesiastes will help people see clearly what human life is all about. Regarding life and death, you need to know that death is the end for everyone in this world! If death is the end for everyone, why get entangled in those things when you are alive? When a person closes their eyes and kicks their legs for the last time, everything passes.

The Bible says the end of all things is near. When we are near death, we will not be too entangled. Many people do not know that human life is vanity of vanities. If a person sees these things clearly and understands death, will worldly things still cause you pressure? It will be difficult to cause pressure. It is simply because you do not see clearly that you often live in confusion.

The world we live in today is truly coming to an end. The end of the whole world is really collapsing. In something that is ultimately going to be destroyed, what can you desperately grasp in the world? I encourage everyone to go to crematoriums more often, and then you will sigh that people only live for seventy or eighty years. My father passed away in the blink of an eye seven or eight years ago, but the world continues to move forward without him. When my father was alive, he was very积极 in earning money, but these things will all pass. Today, we brothers and sisters must learn to read the Book of Ecclesiastes more. There is one good thing about reading more books: people become smarter.

2. Scripture

The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience in spirit is better than haughtiness in spirit. (Ecclesiastes 7:8)

The end of a matter is better than its beginning. If the end of a matter is bad, it doesn't matter how good the beginning was. That's what Ecclesiastes tells us. We must understand the end of things! If people don't know when things will happen, when disasters will strike, don't they need to fear God? People need to fear God, because without God, you really cannot stop any disaster. Don't think that because you are doing well today, you will always be doing well. You must learn to fear God.

Today, we really need to learn one thing: what is the end of the matter? I have a Bible study on Ecclesiastes called Recognizing the Vanity of Life. I encourage everyone to read it.

3. Prayer

The end of a matter is better than its beginning! Lord, give us the wisdom to see our ultimate end. Lord, give us wisdom and intelligence so that we may know that we are to walk with you during our days on earth. When we walk with you, we will return to you. Lord, the entanglements and sins in our lives must be laid down. Lord, help us to renew our minds so that we can love one another sincerely. Let us see your presence; when you come again, we will see your presence! Hallelujah, thank and praise the Lord Jesus! We understand what you tell us in the Bible to value the end of things. We ask in the victorious name of the Lord Jesus Christ! Amen!

Grasping the essence of things is a very important training, allowing the essence of things to require people to think, observe and understand.

4. Grasp the Essence of Everything

Grasping the essence of things is particularly important. There is an essence behind every matter, and whether you can do well depends on whether you can grasp it. All things have superficial phenomena and underlying essence.

You must grasp the essence of things in everything. But if you cannot grasp the essence of things, all your work will be in vain. Many people take care of their children now, and grandparents also take care of them. But they are educating them in a way that indulges the flesh. The essence of education is not to pamper the flesh. The essence of education is to make people intelligent, and the essence of healing and deliverance is the exercise of faith. Unbelief is the root of all human problems.

What is the essence of marriage? Does marriage make your life better or worse? From my own incomplete observation, far exceeding my original imagination, what was originally thought to be the crystallization of beautiful love ends up as a nanny and an old man. One sister got married and worried about her child's job, worrying like an old nanny. You must grasp the essence of things. If both people in a marriage are not good, then the two people are definitely not good. If one person is good and one person is not good in the marriage, then the two people will not be good. Only when both people are good will it be good. We still need to explore the essence of marriage.

One sister started believing in the Lord at the age of sixteen and prayed every day in her twenties, asking God to give her a boyfriend, but still does not have one. She has had a lot of mishaps and now lives a very sad and hard life. Reading many love novels is a delusion. If Liang Shanbo had not met Zhu Yingtai, he might not have died so tragically. If Romeo had not met Juliet, he might have been doing well. The result is very important. If Mingding Destiny is corrupted, the result will definitely not be good. We need to know what our goal is; with whatever goal, we must have a strategy. Having a goal, a strategy, and a method is the way of the intelligent. The way to train people to be intelligent is to grasp the essence of things. You must know that borrowed money must be repaid. If you cannot repay it, don't borrow it. In everything you do, you must know what the result will be. You must know that the essence of life is that people must leave this world.

5. Learn to Think, Be Goal-Oriented, and Focus on Results in Everything

There is a book called The Purpose Driven Life, which talks about the most fundamental question of a person: What is the purpose of living? Some people do not know what the end of life is. I often see old people crying there, thinking about useless things in their minds, thinking about grievances. People should live with joy, and the result of living is that people should be happy and then leave this world. The Bible tells us, Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Do not live a life of entanglement and frustration. Learn to rejoice throughout your life. No matter what happens, nothing can take away my joy. I live for God all my life! If you live for the sake of living, that is the life of a dung beetle, rolling dung balls will only get bigger and bigger.

A tangled life is a life of pressure. Do you want it? Anyway, I don't want it! Eating, drinking, and having fun have no results. Once a person has his own life benchmark, he will live out the glory of God, and the result will be very good. We must see the essence of things. Our God wants us to live well, eat well, have fun, and live with a purpose. Life in the world is seventy or eighty years. God does not want us to distinguish between good and evil. Identifying good and evil will make us uncomfortable. Goal orientation can solve many problems.

Some people eat, drink, and have fun, but they don't live well at all. The sister who gave the testimony just now, I actually don't agree with her going to travel. When she came back, her mother had a stroke. Is it fun? God wrote a Bible for us just to let us eat well, drink well, and live well, because life is only seventy or eighty years short. Why can't we spend our lives happily? That's why God tells us not to distinguish between good and evil.

Christian morality actually opposes abortion. A young sister was unexpectedly pregnant and couldn't support herself. What should she do if she raises another child? The girl's church did not allow the girl to have an abortion. Later, the girl wanted to commit suicide. The people in the church told her, what will happen to the child if you commit suicide? As a result, the girl committed suicide with the child in her arms. This is the secular view of Christianity. If such a girl came to ask me, I would tell her, do it according to your faith. You can choose whatever you want. I will not force others to do anything with morality, because the result is not good. How does the Bible view this issue?

If a man beget an hundred children, and live many years, so that the days of his years be many, and his soul be not filled with good, and also that he have no burial; I say, that an untimely birth is better than he. (Ecclesiastes 6:3)

Be not righteous over much; neither make thyself over wise: why shouldest thou destroy thyself? (Ecclesiastes 7:17)

People need to know about life and death in the world. It is the same whether people live a few years or die. Don't think it is a pity to die at the age of thirty in this world, but it is not a pity to die at the age of eighty. Goal-oriented, what is the use of a person living a thousand years without happiness? If a child dies in the womb, it may be better than coming into this world. People have to go through great hardships in this world. People should not be greedy for the world, otherwise they will live a miserable life.

Ecclesiastes needs to be read often. People do not know the emptiness of life, so they do not live well! When people get older and think more, they realize that what Solomon said is right. It is very hard to grasp worldly things. Without God, man is vanity of vanities in this world. People don't know goal orientation, so they can't manage stress. When I was working, my boss arranged an impossible task for me, but I didn't feel any pressure at all. Because, since it is an impossible task, why should there be pressure? Later my boss gave up. Today, our brothers and sisters must learn to think and not do things that have no results.

The goal for 2018 is that with a long-term goal, there will be a short-term goal. Jack Ma said, if I just look at three or five years, I won't understand; but if I look at the next thirty or fifty years, I will understand. Our long-term goal is to build a glorious church; our short-term goal is to do a good job in education and training. We will establish an effective education and training concept in the next few years, and establish a strong IT team in 2018 to develop the education platform we want to use and add artificial intelligence. We want to build a strong training team and a strong training system. We want to start multilingual services, and we want to re-train everyone in healing, deliverance, and basic faith foundations. Everyone should also have a 2018 goal. Be sure to start planning the 2018 goal. To match your long-term goal, without a goal is the life of a dung beetle, with a goal there is a direction for doing things.

We will bring a revival to the whole earth. Wherever there is internet on the whole earth, we will bring the revival of the kingdom of God. What we want to do is the revival of Paul's time. The revival of Paul's time lasted for three hundred years and had a profound impact on later churches. Our church must be built according to Paul's model, so our basic training is constantly producing some texts, multimedia information, and long-term revival is inseparable from a solid belief system. The revivals in South Wales and Azusa Street in the early twentieth century lasted for several years. We want to build a revived church until the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Brothers and sisters, we really need to see what kind of road lies ahead. What we are doing is subversive, serving more people in this era. Brothers and sisters, start yearning to serve, start with a team that serves with a heart to bless all nations.

6. Desire to Serve

In China, Chairman Mao wrote a sentence, Serve the people. This sentence is very good, so we Christians are the same. We must live to be a blessing to others. Without serving, there is no way to grow. We live to be a blessing to all nations, not to eat, drink, and have fun. Because we know the ending of the story, only what lasts forever will last. The results of our service will definitely follow us until eternity, and eventually we will obtain the glory that Jesus Christ gives us. At that time, we will give an account to Jesus Christ for giving us, so that God's grace and blessing can be manifested through us.

Brothers and sisters, we are not a church that shouts slogans, but a church that does practical things. Don't think about your own gains. The purpose of our life is not for ourselves, but for others. How can there be no blessings? You can imagine the impact we have on this era, it's just the beginning. Good brothers and sisters begin to yearn to be a blessing to others. Do you want to be a blessing to others in your heart? As long as you want to put it into practice in your life day by day, you know that we must live to live out the glory of God. What I want to talk about today is to understand the ending of things. When we leave, what can we take away?

7. Conclusion

The day of the Lord Jesus' return is near, so this last church must surpass the first church. It is very fortunate that we live in this last church, because the glory of the latter will be greater than the former (see Haggai 2:9). We are in this world, It is the church that paves the way for the Lord Jesus. When God's glory is manifested throughout the earth, we have a share in God's glory and share in the glory of our God in eternity. This is the purpose of our life.

Some people don't understand why we serve so hard, because our service will bring God's glory and bring the glorious image of God. Aren't we living out the glory of Jesus Christ today? When you begin to understand the ending of things, you will know that we are doing some foolish things today. Your work, life, and family are no longer the goal of living, but serving God and serving this generation as the goal of living.

Because we know eternal life and eternal death, what shall we give when we come to Jesus? Therefore, brothers and sisters, start to ignite the fire of service today. If you say you are not mature, it doesn't matter. Just keep yearning for growth and being trained in service, and you will become a blessing to others. We must not only solve the problems of healing and deliverance (medical aspects), but also solve the problems of training and education. If these two things are solved very well, how can we not live well enough? How can we not live out the glory of God? We will definitely live out an image of dignity and glory.

Because we don't stand high enough and don't see far enough, living is all about living this little thing. I met a sister some time ago. Every time I told her how to go on the road ahead, she would say a negative comment: That's impossible. Could it be said that standing still in that situation, without dignity, without the glorious image of God, is the way to go?

Because they have no goals and don't know what the goals are, they are willing to stand still. If a person's goal is to live out God's glory and build God's glorious church, how can our God leave people without food and clothing? Our God is in charge of the universe, and all things belong to him, so brothers and sisters must come out of the daily curses. It is not to live for the sake of living, but to live for the glory of God. May God bless you all!
