【Bible Study】1 Timothy Chapter 2 - You Must Have a God-like Mind

2025-10-15 10,383 1 Timothy

Alright, let's delve into 1 Timothy, Chapter 2. This chapter can be a bit perplexing, and it's the source of many questions I receive about intercession. So, let's examine what 1 Timothy, Chapter 2, is truly about.

The relationship between Timothy and Paul was akin to that of a father and son. Was Paul aware of Timothy's shortcomings? Absolutely. So, I ask you: in Paul's letters to Timothy, does he focus on Timothy's strengths or his weaknesses? It's not like Moses saying, "You're doing well, just do a bit more." No, typically, a father points out to his son where he falls short. Thus, as we read, we discern Timothy's issues. Therefore, the theme of this chapter is "You must possess a God-like magnanimity."

Timothy's Problems

The theme of 1 Timothy, Chapter 1, is "Fight the good fight." Why? Because Timothy wasn't very good at fighting the good fight. Chapter 2 then says, "You must possess a God-like magnanimity." How does one attain such magnanimity? Timothy undoubtedly needed adjustment. If Paul were writing to some among us, some might retort, "What? Do you think I'm narrow-minded?" That would be problematic. I ask you, after reading this, did Timothy recognize his own issues? He did.

Now, I tell you, Timothy had a stomach ailment, and prayer alone would hardly resolve it. To temporarily alleviate Timothy's problem, Paul encouraged him to drink some wine to replenish his yang energy, or something of the sort. At any rate, a bit of wine might offer some relief for his stomach ailment, but the real issue was his lack of broad-mindedness.

So, what was the matter with Timothy's lack of magnanimity? Let me tell you, Timothy might have said, "Pray for them? No way, I won't pray for them." Look at that mindset. Jesus Christ came into the world and was crucified on the cross. I ask you, how vast was Jesus Christ's magnanimity? Legend has it that a soldier pierced Jesus Christ's abdomen with a spear, and blood and water flowed out. Are you familiar with this passage in the Bible?

You know, after the blood and water flowed out, some later said that the one who pierced Jesus' side must have been a centurion, or a soldier. And he actually came to believe in Jesus. After Jesus Christ resurrected, did He suddenly appear to the soldier who had pierced His side and say, "Here I am!" Wouldn't that soldier have been terrified? And then Jesus says, "You're the one who pierced my side!" My goodness, that would be frightening. I tell you, he would have immediately knelt down and said, "I repent, I repent!" But Jesus didn't do that.

I think we should all learn from Jesus Christ's magnanimity. Timothy lacked this. So Paul says:

I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. (1 Timothy 2:1-2)

Timothy's problem was a lack of broad-mindedness. Why? When he prayed for others, he thought, "Look at what a mess he is, why would I pray for him?" So many Christians have been harmed by them. You see, this person's mindset is different. I tell you, Timothy's first problem was that he needed to pray for these people. It wasn't that these people particularly needed Timothy's prayers, but that Timothy needed to pray for them to broaden his horizons, to expand his magnanimity. I ask you, what's the use of this prayer? Perhaps not much, but it's good for expanding Timothy's magnanimity.

Another point is that Timothy was a bit unmanly, a bit effeminate, weak, and narrow-minded. In our church circles, when we say, "This person is very effeminate," do you understand what that means? Effeminate means being somewhat narrow-minded and not righteous. Those of us who believe in the Lord really need to expand our magnanimity. Even if you are effeminate, you need to expand your magnanimity.

Timothy's first problem was narrow-mindedness, and his second problem was being easily misled and controlled. Controlled by whom? Controlled by women. If what was written to Timothy was to solve someone else's problems, would that be appropriate? No, it wouldn't. Paul wrote to Timothy to solve Timothy's problems.

Think about what's going on. I think Timothy had quite a few problems. I wonder if he had a girlfriend? It's hard to say, but it seems like it. Think about it, who does "the man" refer to? It refers to Timothy. Who does "the woman" refer to? Possibly Timothy's girlfriend.

I ask you, Timothy was naturally weak and somewhat effeminate, and he also had a girlfriend. This situation is quite interesting. Are you aware that boys who are weak in nature tend to seek out girls who are more domineering? Have you noticed this? If you have, we're on the same wavelength. It's strange that this boy is weak, and he particularly likes to find a girl who controls him.

We're still talking about Timothy's problems. Otherwise, 1 Timothy, Chapter 2, wouldn't make sense. For example, if I write to Timothy, "Men should be like this," am I referring to Timothy or to another man in Ephesus? I'm definitely referring to Timothy. For example, you are a brother in our church: "My son Timothy, men should be like this! You should emulate Jesus Christ, you should have the magnanimity of Jesus Christ." It's definitely Timothy. Men should be like this, and women should be like that.

Now I'm telling you the apocryphal version of 1 Timothy, a story I made up myself. I guess it's about 80 or 90 percent accurate. Timothy's girlfriend's family was quite wealthy, she was a rich girl, and she grew up in a very affluent environment. Did she believe in the Lord? Yes, she did. She sat below listening to Timothy preach, thinking Timothy was so handsome. But after the service, things were different. She really loved Timothy, she really wanted to control Timothy, and she really had a lot of money.

Are you familiar with Moses marrying into his wife's family? Moses' wife, Zipporah, was a very domineering wife. So later, Moses was suppressed in this matrilocal environment for forty years until God called him and changed his weak character.

I'm just telling this story. This girl dressed up meticulously every day and wanted to preach on stage, saying, "Timothy, when you go up to preach, I'll be next to you. If you don't know what to say, I'll speak." Oh my goodness, Paul found out about this later, and he was furious. What's going on? Since when is it your turn to preach on stage? Do you think you can preach on stage just because your family has some money, you braid your hair, wear gold, a big gold chain, and a small gold watch? Do you think you're great just because you have a pearl necklace, wear expensive clothes, and carry Hermès and Chanel bags? That's not how it works. Don't even think about it, you won't get on stage.

Actually, I tell you, when you read 1 Timothy, Chapter 2, are you confused? Now that I've mentioned that there's such a woman, Timothy's girlfriend, it seems to make sense. Paul didn't mention the girlfriend, maybe it hadn't been announced yet, maybe they were just secretly dating. Timothy doesn't understand women very well, but because he's weak in nature, he feels that this woman's personality is quite flamboyant.

Does this sound plausible? It sounds plausible, I think it's absolutely plausible. So you can't interpret this chapter as meaning that all women can't preach. That's not the case. There were female judges in the Old Testament, and there are also female pastors who can preach in the New Testament. If you interpret Paul's words this way, it's bad, it can't be done, and it can't be explained. Actually, Paul wasn't referring to every woman who can't preach, that's what he meant.

So once it's explained, Paul wrote 1 Timothy to point out Timothy's problems. As for whether this girl was from Ephesus, we don't know. It should be in Ephesus that Timothy had a girlfriend, and everyone knew about it.

Why did Paul leave Timothy in Ephesus? As soon as Paul heard about it, he quickly wrote a letter: "I left you in Ephesus, you must fight the good fight, but don't be defeated by your girlfriend after you've finished fighting." Chapter 2 says, "You must broaden your magnanimity," because Timothy's heart is relatively narrow, and he's also controlled by women. He doesn't understand women very well.

I think many brothers actually have this problem. Why do they have this problem? It's because they can't stand women nagging. In order to avoid trouble, they choose to endure it, but you can't endure it like this when preaching the true gospel.

God Wants All People to Be Saved and to Come to a Knowledge of the Truth

who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:4)

We cannot be narrow-minded. I have to tell you, God's will is for all people to be saved! But when we pick and choose, we see that to build God's glorious church, we only pick the good ones, discard the bad ones, and then say, "What salvation for all people?" That's bad! Actually, we really don't know which ones God wants to save. This is too troublesome, we really don't know. Those we look up to may not be the ones God wants to save, not the ones God has chosen. God examines people's hearts. Some we think are pretty good, but later they're not. All sorts of things happen. So our eyes, people look at people, look at the surface; God looks at people, looks at the heart.

For example, when Samuel went to David's house, David's father brought all the good ones for Samuel to see: "What do you think of my eldest son?" No. "What about my second son?" No. "What about my third son?" Aren't they all handsome? Samuel said, "Do you have any other sons?" David's father said, "There's another young son, he doesn't look good."

David's father thought he wasn't good, but when David was called back from tending sheep, Samuel was there, waiting and waiting, quite a long way, maybe several hours. When he saw David, he felt that it was him. I tell you, people look at people, look at the surface, God looks at the heart, so let's not be picky.

I understand this very well. No matter who you are, maybe I think in my heart, "Oh, this person eats, drinks, and has fun, let's forget about it!" But I don't dare to do that. No matter who you are, I serve you as if I'm serving God. Why? What qualifications do I have to choose? One day I'll be taken away by God, thank God! So God wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth, so what should we do?

I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:1-4)

After reading this passage, what do you think Timothy was praying for? He was praying for these people's hearts to turn to Christ. How to turn to Christ? Tell me, make petitions for all people. For example, pray for the people in Ephesus, but is the problem that everyone will be saved? That's not the case. Let's take a look, that's not the case. What's the problem? Paul encouraged Timothy to pray and intercede for the people in this place. What to ask for? Hope that God in this place will bring God's people into God's kingdom, this is a good thing.

I tell you all, some aspects of our teachings are inherited from Paul. We earnestly desire to be a blessing to all nations and peoples on this earth. Do not think that we only bless those who deserve it; it is not so. Whether a person deserves it or not, we bless them. That is why we serve everyone who comes among us well, and we pray for this generation.

I tell you, Paul did not tell Timothy: "Entreat, pray, intercede, and give thanks for all men in this place, so that the economy of this place may flourish." Did Paul say that? No. It was so that these people could be saved, turn to Christ, and understand the truth. For example, the mayor of Ephesus, his wife, got liver cancer. Oh my goodness! Fortunately, Ephesus is relatively desolate now. If there really were a mayor of Ephesus, he would come after me. Was there? No. You never know; after praying, the mayor's wife of Ephesus might come here and say, "Timothy, I want to turn to Jesus Christ. Can you pray for me so that my cancer can be healed?" It is quite possible. Why not the mayor? It could be the mayor too. I am just using an example, the mayor's wife.

I am saying, how broad is God's heart! It is hard for us to imagine. I once had this concept that God chooses you, that is God's business. What about us? Whether God chooses me or not, I do not know. Even if God does not choose me, I will squeeze in; I will sharpen my head and squeeze in. Do you all understand this now? Some are definitely God's elect, no problem. But I ask you, what if some people sharpen their heads to be saved and obey the truth? What do you think will happen? They will also be saved.

I tell you, I do not know if God chose me or what, but for me, one thing is certain: I must pursue! Do you all understand? God desires all men to be saved, including you. If you also sharpen your head and squeeze in, God will see and say, "Come in!"

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all people. This has now been witnessed at the proper time. (1 Timothy 2:5)

Remember, He gave Himself as a ransom for all people, as long as you are willing to accept it. So, is this contradictory to God's election? It is not contradictory to election.

Therefore, I encourage everyone to develop a habit of actively squeezing in. I must! How can I miss such a good thing? Squeeze in desperately. I once told God this. Sometimes people say, "Did God choose you?" I do not see that God chose you to serve Him. Actually, I did not see that God chose me either, really did not see it, but this is what I said: "God, even if you did not choose me, I will offer myself to serve you, because this is my Mingding!"

But now it seems pretty good. I founded the Chinese Mingding Doctrine, bringing a new transformation to Christianity in our generation. It is not just that Martin Luther's Reformation is the end. In our generation, our reformation is thorough. So, the Chinese Mingding Doctrine indeed inherits the theological system of the Apostle Paul, that God desires all men to be saved.

Now the question is, how do we pray for them? Actually, I tell you, there is no need to say, "Oh God, heal his illness." In the end, the person's illness is healed, and they do not even know who healed them. It is not like that. Many people, after getting sick, outsource the matter of prayer. What about themselves? They go to play. Do you think that will work? The sick person does not come, and they outsource it. What kind of thinking is that? I have never seen in the Bible that praying for the sick can be done through intercession. If you are sick, come yourself; you must truly accept it.

So, praying for all these people is to hope that God's people, those who belong to God, can be chosen from among these people and enter God's kingdom, because we do not know who they are. It is the same for kings and all those in authority. For example, a king, after praying, suddenly encounters something he cannot solve and says, "Oh, what should I do? Timothy, I will believe in the Lord." Of course, this is a more ideal situation.

Like in Journey to the West, a place is suffering from famine and drought. Just then, the Monkey King and Tang Monk arrive, and they quickly seek rain through them. The prayer I am talking about is definitely not praying for people's illnesses, but praying for them to understand Jesus Christ and know the truth. If they are oppressed by demons, of course, that is also possible. Is it useful? We do not know, but one thing is very useful: it expands Timothy's heart.

It is not about whether this prayer is useful or not on others, but it is definitely useful for Timothy. Otherwise, he would just think, "Pray for him? Forget it! Such a bad person." Suddenly, Timothy's heart is different, and his attitude is different. No matter who we serve, we must have a heart like God's, we must have God's perspective. I find that many people have very small minds.

Look at me, my service is still relatively rough. Never mind whether it is rough or not, I will not reply to every message you send me. I really do not have the time to clear all the messages, and I also feel that it is useless for me to clear them. The notes you write are for yourself, not for me. I understand this logic. Do not think I have to read them. Some people write a lot to me, and then write this and that. I am too lazy to bother. To be honest, I am really too lazy to read such things. I just want to say: Did you do what I arranged for you to do? Tell me. Actually, the service I provide is effective.

Of course, some people have nothing to do and call me to chat. Then I will chat with you too, to improve the relationship. It is also OK. I also want to know to what extent you can chat, so I can deal with your chatting problem in the future. Some people have very small minds and say, "I sent you a message, why did you not reply?" I feel like there is something wrong with their brains. Do I have to reply just because you sent a message? Then you get angry if I do not reply. How small-minded is that? It is not done like that.

So, how do you broaden your heart? You must have a heart like God's, you must have faith like God's. If you are concerned about this trivial matter today and that trivial matter tomorrow, sometimes the pastor is too lazy to reply to your letter, that is normal! If you really have an emergency, make a phone call: "Oh, teacher, I am very uncomfortable now." I say, "Why are you uncomfortable?" Then you say, "Because I sent a message and waited for several days, and you still have not replied." I say, "I did not have time to read it. After reading it, I do not know what to reply." He says, "Then I am very uncomfortable." I say, "Then you need to have a heart like God's!" Do you understand? Is it so important whether this message is replied to or not?

If you say, "Teacher, I am going to die." You are going to die? Then we will solve the problem of death. If you ask me, I will say, "That is good too!" Matters that cannot kill people are small matters; matters that can kill people are not matters. You are going to die? Good! He says, "Ah, why do you say that?" I say, "Why do you love living so much?" If it were me, that would be great! Finally, I can end the suffering in this world. As soon as I say this, he says, "What is good about it! I am going to die, and you still say it is good." Sigh! Too small-minded, always wanting to live but unable to live. How uncomfortable must he be! When you really want to die, you cannot die. Like me, I always want to pass away, but I cannot. What should I do?

Whether it is praying for others or serving others, I tell you, it is training you. This is a set of things invented by our Chinese Mingding Doctrine. Praying for all people expands your heart. Praying for this person expands your heart; serving this person expands yourself, because service is a grace. So, I tell you, you serve and serve, oh, it is so hard. If it were me, after learning the lesson, I would not be like him.

I tell you, the most miserable thing in life is wanting to live but being unable to live. Oh, too miserable, too miserable! The happiest thing is not wanting to live so much but still living, living very happily! Do you understand? So, you must understand the truth. To understand the truth, you must know what is called the truth. People in this world are actually meaningless. If we have a heart like God's, if we have a perspective like God's, we will live out God's image in this empty life. Who can control you? No one can, you are so strong inside, that is so good!

Do you all still have confusion about intercession? Actually, you can intercede for me, and I can intercede for you. Then I will intercede for a moment. As for whether it is effective or not, that is another matter, because prayer expands the heart of the one who prays.

Teaching People to Believe and Learn the Truth

I tell you, what did Paul do all his life?

And of this gospel I was appointed a herald and an apostle—a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth. I am telling the truth; I am not lying. (1 Timothy 2:7)

Paul wrote this sentence with barbs. Did you hear the barbs? Timothy, you are my true son. I am a teacher of the Gentiles, teaching them to believe and learn the truth. I am telling the truth; I am not lying. Do you all understand what this means specifically? It means that Timothy heard rumors, and some people put a lot of poison in Timothy's mind. What did Timothy receive? He thought, "Is the Apostle Paul really like that?" I tell you, this person is quite bad. Where is he bad? He does not need to say anything; he just ruins people.

For example, you hear that you must have Mingding and expand to have a heart like God's. Someone next to you says, "Forget it! Is that thing the pastor is talking about really like that?" Then what I said is wasted. Do you believe it? They also say, "We do not know who he is, we have never met him. Is what he is saying really like that? He says he has Mingding, does he really have Mingding? Do not be fooled by him."

Timothy just finished dating his girlfriend and came back after the date that night. "Forget it, still being a teacher of the Gentiles, teaching them to believe and learn the truth?" Finished! Why did Paul write this? Because Timothy wrote a letter to Paul, asking him some questions, and the seeds of this kind of doubt were buried between the lines. As for whether it came from his girlfriend, that is still questionable.

So, I tell you, you really have to be careful! Even Paul's actions, teaching them to believe and learn the truth, saying words of truth and not lies, Paul still has to explain it to Timothy here. I feel like this word is superfluous? It is not superfluous. Why? Men and women in love, their brains do not work very well. Look at that girl, saying, "I love God so much, I support you in serving so much, but that Paul in your family is always saying bad things about me behind my back. He is just sowing discord." How do you know there is not a woman behind Paul? Oh my goodness! This topic is too confusing.

I want to mull this over. Of course, this is an apocryphal addition to 1 Timothy, but what I am saying is absolutely reliable. Otherwise, Paul would not have said such things. The fact that Paul said this must have a reason. Otherwise, he would not have said, "Timothy, you must believe me." There is no need to say such a thing.

I tell you all, some of you are in relationships, and I say, "You must be careful not to be deceived." As a result, they go home and tell their boyfriend or girlfriend, "I must be careful not to be deceived by you." Would you say that I have been tricked? I did something truly for the benefit of others, but I ended up getting myself involved. Interesting, isn't it? That's what ministry is all about.

Teach people to believe and learn the truth. What is in the truth? It includes fighting the good fight. Throughout our lives in Jesus Christ, we constantly fight the good fight and learn the truth. So, brothers and sisters, you must know that as long as I am ministering to you, do not think that I will forget after I have arranged things for you. Even if you forget, I will not forget. I tell you all, I have quite a few things to do, but I will slowly arrange them. Anyway, I am not in a hurry. I will let you sort things out, list those things that upset you, make you angry, and disturb your emotions. I will definitely follow up. How could I not follow up? If I do not follow up, I will still give you some time to think about it.

Teach people to believe, learn the truth, and always remember that this is our primary job. I do not object to Timothy dating. Of course, Timothy is already an ancient person, so objecting is useless. That is to say, I do not object to you dating, but we must know what our job is. In our vain lives, the most meaningful thing is to teach people to believe, learn the truth, and constantly expand our hearts and minds so that we can live out the image of God. That's all there is to it.

The Problem of Men

I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting (1 Timothy 2:8).

I tell you all, I think the heart of a general man is wider than that of a woman. A man who lives like a woman is not called a man; he is called a woman. A man who lives like a woman is called a transvestite in Thailand.

I think what is the problem of men? They like to be angry and like to argue. Look at our classmates, those of the same age who should have retired have retired. When they get together, they like to chat and talk nonsense. Sometimes, when they argue, they get angry, and they all think they are right. Men like to argue and like to be angry. In fact, men do not like to pray. Have you all noticed that men do not like to pray? Women like to pray, and they can pray for a long time without any problem.

Men still have more things of blood, so Paul said, "I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting." What does it mean to lift up holy hands and pray everywhere? It means to let God work on us more. Let us transmit the truth more and learn to believe and learn the truth. You see, men are angry, and their emotions are still relatively large. This is the problem of men.

Whose problem is this? Actually, it is Timothy's problem. Do you think it is all men? No. Paul's writing is still very obscure, meaning, "Timothy, do not be so effeminate." If I were to write it, it would be, "Timothy, why are you like a woman?" I am saying do not be like a man, do not be so effeminate, be like a man. Do not be angry all the time. When you are stimulated, you get angry, and then you like to argue with people. You cannot win the argument, and then you have a big temper. Why? The reason is here because Timothy cannot explain many things clearly. If Timothy's understanding was the same as Paul's, then Timothy should have written one or two epistles that could be included in the Bible.

In fact, Timothy's character, although Paul said, "You are my true son," I tell you, this is to bring the relationship closer so that he can scold him. Oh, Timothy, you are my true son. This sentence actually brings the relationship closer, which means do not be so effeminate, do not be angry! Do not argue, but lift up your hands and pray everywhere. Isn't this what I said earlier?

Paul said, "Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men." That is, save all the time for chatting. Where is the time to chat? Do you think it is all men? No, Timothy needs to be like a man. My explanation makes sense. Oh, it is clear. Paul scolds Timothy to let him know that he should be like a man.

The Problem of Women

In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works. Let a woman learn in silence with all submission. And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression. Nevertheless she will be saved in childbearing if they continue in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control (1 Timothy 2:9-15).

Timothy finds a girlfriend. I ask, what will you do? That woman will definitely say, "I am a godly woman. I love God very much." So what? I just love God very much. As a result, every day she walks out of the house and spends an hour or so in the dressing room. All the time is spent doing this. Oh, braiding and doing things, and then saying, "Timothy, what do you think of me wearing this necklace? Oh, what do you think of me wearing that necklace? Do you think this pearl is beautiful?" Oh my God! Timothy also waits for an hour or so. Timothy's woman sprays this perfume and that perfume, and Timothy says, "Which one do you like?" Timothy is stunned by the perfume.

I desire therefore that women, do you think it refers to all women? Paul is saying that the woman in Timothy's house should be modest, self-controlled, and adorn herself with proper clothing. Isn't it good to wear very proper clothing? Not with braided hair, gold, pearls, or costly clothing. I can tell you that people are very evil. They wear a big robe, a big hat, and carry a big cane. Is it like the Pope of the Roman Catholic Church? Yes, the actors in the movies act very much like him. Once the hat is put on and the costume drama is worn, it is Cao Cao. Once the costume drama is worn, it is Emperor Kangxi. You put on that dress and look like He Shen. This thing is different. Now you see pastors wearing pastor robes. That thing is easy. Five minutes of training is enough. Do you think the whole robe is not easy? There are many for sale on the market. But the problem comes, what is in your head?

I have a sentence, don't be angry, I don't see it often. After I was promoted, some of my female employees. Oh my God, they don't understand many things and make a mess. The Excel table is a mess. Later, I thought, they dress up beautifully every day, wear high heels, jeans, and come to work with a clatter. Their heads are full of shit, and they are nothing. I said this, I didn't say you, don't pick on me, but are you that kind of person? I have to tell you that when you come to our church, I will teach you to believe in God and teach you to learn the truth no matter what. Don't dress yourself up so smoothly. When you open your door, oh my God, it's like a pigsty. Can that work? That won't work.
Have good works, which is proper for women professing godliness. Aren't you godly? Godliness is not so godly. Do you think you are godly if you wear Hermes? You love Old Horse!

Let a woman learn in silence with all submission. And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence (1 Timothy 2:11).

When Timothy received the letter, he sat with that woman and read it. Oh my God! Can everyone feel that scene? That scene is very cruel. Do you want to be silent? Later, I tell you, oh, maybe they quarreled. As for whether the two quarreled, I don't know.

But I tell you, Paul then told Timothy this logic.

For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression (1 Timothy 2:14).

Today, you are also easy to fall into the situation of Adam and Eve. That is bone of your bones and flesh of your flesh. I think it is easier to be like a bone spur in your bones and a flesh spur in your flesh.

Nevertheless she will be saved in childbearing if they continue in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control (1 Timothy 2:15).

It is not easy for Paul to meet a person like Timothy. He has to be a biological son and solve their complex problems. This is not an ordinary theological principle. This is a principle problem that Timothy should solve.

Someone typed and said, "I have checked a lot of Bible study materials, and this is the first time I have heard you say this." My explanation is called "1 Timothy Apocrypha." I ask you, Timothy's girlfriend, I guess she should have dysmenorrhea. Why? I have summarized that many women with dysmenorrhea are related to the pain of childbirth. If there is a problem with the reproductive system, it is because women eat too much of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Timothy's girlfriend should have dysmenorrhea, and she will be saved in the reproductive system. Of course, you may say, "Teacher, you even guessed dysmenorrhea?" Otherwise, what would Paul write? It is also possible that after pregnancy, the pregnancy reaction is very strong. Oh, even bile has to be vomited out. Why? The identification of good and evil is serious. I tell you, the pregnancy reaction is very strong, and the identification of good and evil is serious. I want to slowly think about it. Gynecological problems are closely related to the identification of good and evil.

If you continue in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control, you will be saved in the reproductive system. What I am saying is more practical, that's all there is to it. That is why, among us, all these sisters who have dysmenorrhea and reproductive system problems, after receiving the truth among us, you must be released, and the truth will set you free. Remember, the identification of good and evil is not a good thing, and playing superficial tricks is not a good thing. This is the problem of women. What is the meaning of preaching on the stage? There is no meaning, just to show off. Especially in Chinese churches, there is also the title of pastor's wife. Later, I found that many pastor's wives live in curses.

Timothy's girlfriend or wife should be the ancestor of the pastor's wife. This book is not written to a church. If it is written to a church, the women here refer to the women in that church. If it is written to Timothy, this woman is the woman who is related to Timothy. This suddenly puts the woman in 1 Timothy out there, and then circles and dots, how is it? Very good. I can't say any more, it would be too much to continue.

Brothers and sisters, you must have the heart of God. Don't bring your petty temper to this church. Don't bring in the things of life, what your wife and my wife are all involved in. We must have the heart of God. Among us, those who are not strong at home must be like men; our sisters must be like the women written in 1 Timothy, continuing in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control. Many diseases related to gynecology will disappear.

May God bless everyone!
