Foreword
The theme of Romans Chapter 9 is Those who trust in God will not be put to shame. However, this statement is not evident in the lives of many Christians. Instead, what do we observe in them? We see God appearing powerless, and His promises unfulfilled.
Romans begins by stating that the Gospel is the power of God to save all who believe. Yet, in this generation, the Gospel seems to have lost its effectiveness. In the early days of establishing the church, I exhibited a significant strength: I believed what God said. If the outcome I produced differed from what God had said, I would not claim that this is just how the Gospel works; I am not foolish enough to do that.
Why have many rendered the Gospel powerless? Why are God's promises ineffective? I believe this is a matter worthy of investigation. Today, do not assume that a building with a Christian sign is a Christian church. Do not readily believe someone just because they claim to be a pastor. Do not trust someone simply because they are a Christian.
Know that many Christians today do not resemble Jesus. God's promises are ineffective because of unbelief. We once had a sister among us who was afflicted by many demons. Her condition was dire when she first came to us years ago. Why was she still in such a state after believing for six or seven years? Was it because God's promises had failed? No, it was because of the person's unbelief.
Those Who Trust in God Will Not Be Put to Shame
The Gospel is the power of God, from faith to faith. God's promises are faithful, but few trust in them. You might say, I have believed, but it is not working. I would argue that your faith is mere nonsense.
A pastor with over 20 years of experience called me from Shanghai. By human standards, his church was doing better than mine. However, his mother had suffered from insomnia for as many years as he had pastored the church. He presented me as a great master to his mother, laying much groundwork. He often sought my advice but never offered any contribution. It is odd that he would pay tuition elsewhere to learn things, yet he received genuine insights from me without any compensation.
He brought his mother to see me, and I rebuked her because she was overly concerned with physical comfort. I told her, Someone like you, who else would suffer from insomnia? Someone like you, who else would fall ill? After the rebuke, she returned home and took three times the normal dosage of sleeping pills and antidepressants. Still, she could not sleep and contacted me late at night. I prayed with her.
After the prayer, I sent her my sermon Seeing Through Life and Death. The next day, she said, I fell asleep while listening. I do not know if this counts as a compliment. If someone with insomnia can sleep while listening to my sermons, then my sermons are useful. If a normal person falls asleep while listening to my sermons, then what I am saying probably has nothing to do with them.
We must know that the Gospel is the power of God—a treasure! If you do not recognize this, you must be quite foolish. Many churches today do not see the power of God. God's promises never fail. In my practice, I have found God's promises to be amazing. Why do some people not believe?
A well-known pastor trusts doctors implicitly. He went to the hospital for a check-up, and the doctor said he had heart disease. I tell you, heart disease is a spirit, a spirit of death residing in the heart. Doctors cannot surgically remove spirits. But if you do not accept my explanation and believe heart disease is a physical ailment, then you go your way, and I will go mine.
Let me share my experience. Several years ago, my mother had heart failure, and the doctors had given up, leaving her to die. I persevered in prayer and brought her back. The next day, the doctor examined her and was amazed at her recovery. My mother is good at speaking, so she told the doctor, God healed me. How did God do it? God worked through me. I have a stubborn character. I must see God's promises fulfilled.
Some people often challenge me: Have all the people you prayed for been healed? Have there been any who were not healed? I find this question interesting. What is the purpose of asking such a question? I answer, There is one who was not healed. Who is that? That person is you! I wonder how people can ask such foolish questions.
One of our sisters had kidney stones. After prayer, she was taken to the operating room, but the scan showed that the stones were gone. It is simple for God's power to make stones disappear. Her family also had a hereditary heart condition, with family members taking medication. I insisted on praying with her until she was healed.
I believe that if this is not a treasure, what is? Therefore, you must know for certain that the Gospel is the power of God, from faith to faith. Our church is on the path of manifesting God's glory and power, a path of faith. I often tear up during prayer and worship. Without God, without His power, how could we endure these days?
I have seen many examples of despair. Today, I almost teared up again. A young brother was labeled as having intellectual disabilities since childhood, unable to do addition within ten, needing to count on his fingers. Today, he found a job himself. He could find a job himself! He scanned the QR code, contacted the interviewer, and was hired, earning several thousand dollars.
I believe that the path of faith we are running is a path of manifesting God's glory. You must know that regardless of any doubts, such as whether you are chosen by God or whether you are a child of God, these do not matter. Just be a person of faith and use faith to create a beautiful future. We must know that those who trust in God will not be put to shame.
Therefore, in the previous chapter, we discussed that through the God who loves us, we are more than conquerors in all things, and nothing can separate us from God's love. Everyone knows every word, so why do they not believe? The God who loves us died for us while we were still sinners, and by His wounds, we are healed. He suffered the wounds for us, He shed His precious blood, and He was punished for our transgressions.
Brothers and sisters, do you believe? When we were still sinners, He died for us and rose from the dead, opening a path of faith for us. If you believe in God, you are a child of God. If you believe in Him, you will know the breadth, length, height, and depth of God's love.
Recently, we have been combating a spirit of divination, which, if its name is replaced with an animal, is the weasel's spirit. The spirit of divination is malicious, making things seem strange, causing you not to rely on faith and God but on burning incense, reciting incantations, worshiping masters, etc., to solve problems. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.
But today, I tell you that those who trust in God will not be put to shame! However, people have many questions. Taking our Chinese Mingding Destiny, for example, many people ask me about the Eight-Nation Alliance entering Beijing. What does this have to do with God's promises? Nothing. I do not know why they ask such questions.
In the era when Paul wrote Romans, how did the Israelites fail? Were the Israelites not God's chosen people? The Israelites lost their country and became a Roman colony. Then Jesus came, but were the promises still valid? Those who trust in God will not be put to shame, so why were the Israelites in such a state? The Israelites' condition proves nothing. Did God's words fail? Are God's promises still valid? Look at that pastor. Even if there are a thousand or ten thousand pastors and Christians who do not live in triumph, what does that prove? It does not prove that God's words have failed.
God Chooses Those Who Have Faith
Many people have doubts: God is not fair. God created me this way. God chooses people, and sovereignty is with God. Since God has predestined, then it is not my responsibility, so why rebuke me? I strive to follow the law, but why cannot I attain it? Look at Judas, betraying Jesus, which was predestined by God. He was very unlucky. They push all the responsibility to God.
We Christians must know one thing: Is God's sovereignty written in the Bible? No! Many people discuss God's sovereignty when reading Chapter 9. But today, I tell you that this is the Mingding Destiny of God's sovereignty, and I will thoroughly argue against it. Know that Paul's theme is not God's sovereignty. Paul is saying that those who trust in God will not be put to shame! Do you know that God is choosing those who have faith? God's will is to choose those who have faith.
For the children not yet being born, nor having done any good or bad—that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works but of Him who calls (Romans 9:11).
What does this passage mean? God has revealed to us what His purpose for choosing people is: to choose those who have faith. Therefore, those who trust in Him will not be put to shame. In this world, it is our responsibility to choose to be a person of faith, to choose what kind of person to be.
In the past, many people said to me, Did God really choose you? It does not seem like it. Did an angel speak to you? No. Did you have a feeling? No. Did your hair stand on end? No. Did God speak to you through a dream? No. No wonder you are so unlucky. You encountered problems at work from the beginning of your ministry, and you lost your job in the end. I see that it was not God's choosing at all. Is this really the case? No, it is not.
Today, we choose to be a person of faith. At that time, people asked me, Did God choose you? God chose me. How do you know God chose you? I believe God chose me. How do you believe God chose you? I am willing to believe. If they ask me again, I will retort, Is it any of your business? I like to believe. What is it to you?
You rely on hair standing on end; I rely on faith. You rely on God speaking to you; I rely on faith. I believe in God's promises. I believe my God is choosing me. Even if God has not chosen me, I believe God will definitely choose me! Even if God has not sent me, I believe God is sending me!
It is my responsibility to believe, and those who have faith will surely receive God's promises. Frankly, in those years, I also had my ups and downs. I wondered if God had not chosen me. After struggling and struggling, I felt terrible. When I felt terrible, I would cry. After crying, I would tell myself that I must still trust in God. Walking with faith is still walking, and walking without faith is still walking, so I will choose to walk the path of faith.
Over the years, seeing brothers and sisters being healed one by one, and the speed of healing is getting faster and faster, and the power of combating the devil is getting stronger and stronger. I am very grateful and deeply moved. Never argue with God again: God, you have not chosen me. God, sovereignty is yours. God, why do you rebuke me? God, you have not chosen me, and I have no faith, so why do you rebuke me? Do you have brains to ask such questions? Can you not be a person of faith?
Faith is your own choice, and you can choose to be a person of faith. All those who are born of faith, born of promise, will see the manifestation of God's power. Those who trust in Him will not be put to shame. God is extremely fair. Some people ask, Is God unfair? Absolutely not! God is fair because the choice is up to you.
Some people say, I do not know how to choose. If you do not know how to choose, then you deserve it. Why do some people not know how to choose? Why are some people so stubborn? Brothers and sisters, you must be clear that a person of faith is a treasure! God is searching in heaven and on earth for treasures of faith. Once found, He will sell everything to buy them. God used the precious blood and life of His Son to die on the cross for us, redeeming those who have faith. All such people will see God's power manifested in their lives.
If you think God is unfair, the unfairness lies in your wrong choices in your thoughts and intentions. You cannot blame God. Do not argue with God. Arguing is so foolish. Some people complain, God, why did you create me like this? Can you not choose according to God's will?
If you choose according to God's will, you say in your heart, Is God not looking for people of faith? I am a person of faith! Is God not looking for people of Mingding Destiny? I am a person of Mingding Destiny! My hair has not stood on end, I have not had a dream, I have not heard God's voice, nothing, but we choose to believe. In Paul's epistles, there is never any mention of hair standing on end, trembling all over, or electric shocks, but faith runs through the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation.
Do you believe that God has abundant grace and mercy? Do you believe that God will save you? Are you willing to imitate the faith of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob? In this generation, there are thousands upon thousands of people who do not know how to choose, thousands upon thousands of people who have no faith. What does this have to do with us? As for us vessels, we are called by God, prepared for glory. Whether the flesh is Jewish or not, it does not matter. I will imitate the faith of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
Unbelief is the root of all problems. If we choose to look at the environment, there are plenty of reasons to let us discern good and evil, blame this and blame that, but the result of discerning good and evil is death. Some foolish people among us lose faith by contacting certain people, but they still like to contact them, not knowing how to imitate Jesus Christ. I actually hate such foolish people, but hating is hating. I will do what I should do when serving, as this is the problem I must deal with.
As Long As You Turn Back to God, God Will Turn to You
Do you understand what kind of people Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob were? What kind of person was Jesus? What kind of person was the Apostle Paul? They were people of faith! Start imitating them. You must know that everything depends only on the God who shows mercy. But reading this sentence, some people think it only depends on God's sovereignty, waiting for God to show mercy. It is not.
God has abundant grace and mercy and is slow to anger. Looking at the entire Bible, as long as you turn back to God, God will turn to you. Our God is truly a bit cheap in a certain sense. Our God is so noble, but because He loves us, He loves us to a degree that is difficult for us to understand.
God longs for everyone to choose to be a person of faith, choose to believe that God is a good God, and turn back to God. God said, They will turn back, and I will heal them. God said in the Old Testament, As long as they repent, I will accept them, I will blot out the past, and I will attribute the ancestral curse, the sins they have committed, etc., to Myself, as long as you turn back to Me and be a person of faith. But it is really difficult for people to do this.
A Chinese proverb says, A good horse does not eat回头草 (tuí tóu cǎo), grass it has already passed by. We think those who eat回头草 are not good. God, however, waits every day for His rebellious people to turn back, but they just do not turn back. In the days of Jesus Christ, it was written, I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing. God wants to protect us and let us experience His power. God has been waiting for us for a long time.
Take being filled with the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues, for example. It is clearly written in the Bible, but many people do not believe. These signs will accompany those who believe, but they do not believe in this statement.
As long as you believe that God has abundant grace and mercy, even if you have not done anything, you can experience God's great abundance. When I was praying for some brothers and sisters, I said, God, heal him, command the disease and the spirit of the devil to retreat and leave... God's Spirit said to me, This person has many hateful things, but I will heal him. I will let him receive grace and mercy. I was shocked when I heard this.
Ten lepers came to Jesus, and Jesus healed all ten lepers. Did Jesus not know that they would forsake Him? Nine people left Jesus, and only one returned to follow the Lord. God knew, but God has abundant grace and mercy.
For example, in the Old Testament, there was old Eli. God repeatedly sent men of God and Samuel to remind him, but old Eli did not know that God had abundant grace and mercy. God did not issue a complete death sentence after the declaration but wanted old Eli to repent. If old Eli said, God, from now on, I will repent! Then would God still let those declared things fall on old Eli? No!
Because the thoughts our God has for us are not thoughts of disaster but thoughts of peace. God longs for us to have peace, but how many people believe? Old Eli did not believe. He thought God was a God of judgment, and God's judgment would come upon him.
The city of Nineveh, God declared judgment on the city of Nineveh through Jonah, and the people of Nineveh repented! They had inflicted cruel punishment on people in the past, doing too many bad things. But when everyone from the king to the people repented, God spared them from disaster. God has abundant grace and mercy.
To access God's grace and mercy is when you believe, even if you have not completely repented at this time. How many of us were healed after becoming perfect? None. God has mercy on you when you are not complete.
## God's Abundant Grace and Mercy
I know God, therefore I trust Him. In my early years of ministry, I was deeply cursed, yet God did not crush me. God has abundant grace and mercy, allowing me to survive. If not for God's abundant grace and mercy, leaving us a remnant, we would have been annihilated like Sodom and Gomorrah. But the thoughts God has towards me are not of disaster but of peace. Whenever I recall this, I realise God is truly good!
Brothers and sisters, we must know the extent of God's grace and mercy. Stop emphasising God's sovereignty; instead, emphasise our responsibility! Our responsibility is to turn back to God, to put aside the knowledge of good and evil, catering to the flesh, and loving the world. We must believe in God's word and live a life of faith in Him.
**Unbelief is the root of all of humanity's problems! Not believing that God is a good God is the source of these problems.** Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob all had many issues, but when they encountered problems, they still believed in the God of mercy. They loved only God and were solely concerned with Him.
Judas betrayed Jesus and then hanged himself. Many think Judas was unlucky, but do you know how many times Jesus Christ reminded Judas? Did God predestine Judas to perish? No, Judas chose to perish, determined to walk the path of destruction. God desires everyone to be saved; everyone is a treasure of faith, but few choose the path of faith.
**Our heart's determination, our heart's striving, all stem from grace, do they not? We are justified by faith in God, are we not? So then it does not depend on human will or effort, but on God’s mercy. (Romans 9:16)**
This is not a passive sentence, not that we do nothing and only depend on God, then wait idly. This verse tells us to look to God's grace and mercy with faith. It is not about our own inadequacy, but about setting our hearts to walk the path of faith. When we walk the path of faith, we will determine to strive, because we believe in God.
## The Most Important Thing Is the Choice in One's Heart
Brothers and sisters, it is not because of our physical body or lineage, but because of the choice in our hearts. Abraham had two sons (besides Isaac and Ishmael, he had many sons), but the elder son Ishmael was not considered his descendant; only those born from the second son Isaac were considered his descendants. How was Isaac born? Isaac was born through faith, because Abraham believed in God's promise, so he gave birth to Isaac, and this was when they were completely unable to have children. This was not born through the physical body and lineage, but through the promise.
The choice in Abraham's and Isaac's hearts was to trust in God. Why did Abraham choose to trust in God? Because Abraham understood life and death, determined to seek God. He said in his heart: I will be a blessing to all nations, this was his heart’s choice. Isaac was the same, Isaac willingly offered himself, and Abraham willingly offered Isaac. What kind of people are these? These are people of faith! Abraham believed that Isaac could be resurrected from the dead after being burned; Isaac believed that it was exceedingly good to be offered to God.
Among the Israelites, how many were like Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob? Most were people who clung to life and feared death, and many Christians today are like this. Do you think that having the title of a Christian, thinking my child goes to church, my parents made a decision to believe in the Lord... what does going to church count for, what does making a decision to believe in the Lord count for? It counts for nothing, it proves nothing, the most important thing is still the choice in one's heart.
**The most important thing is the choice in one's heart, not lineage. Those born of Isaac are Abraham's descendants. Isaac gave birth to Esau and Jacob, but Esau does not count, because Esau's heart had nothing of what Abraham and Isaac had in their hearts. So what Paul wrote in Romans speaks to what is in people's hearts.**
We believe in our hearts, and look to God's grace and mercy, we live our whole lives for God. What do you live for? The moment you open your mouth, it's: My son is getting married, my son's girlfriend, my son was dumped by his girlfriend, I want to buy a house for my son... what are you doing? Maybe you can't understand me, and I can't understand these things either.
## Imitate Jesus, Completely Dedicate Yourself to God
Today, as Christians, can we completely imitate Jesus, dedicating ourselves completely to God, setting ourselves apart to the Lord as holy? If we want to live out complete holiness, we must completely dedicate ourselves, this is a choice in the heart. Once I attended a relatively large conference in Malaysia (actually I don't really like attending these), and during the break, I was praying there.
I heard God’s voice saying: Are you willing to give your life to Me? At that moment, tears fell from my eyes, and I said: God, I am willing. Since You have tested me, think highly of me, and are willing to choose me, this rubbish, and bring me into eternity, I am willing. If God wants to take me away, I don't want to wait until tomorrow. I don't want to say goodbye to anyone either; if God wants to take me away, I will never look back. I think few people choose like I do.
If you ask me today why God has performed so many miracles through my hands, it is because of my faith, I am willing to completely dedicate myself to God. Actually, I still have many faults, but it doesn't matter, I made a choice in my heart and this choice does not come from the physical body or lineage, but from faith. I know that my whole life is to live for God!
Today, being a Christian counts for nothing. The Israelites are tossed around among all nations, and Isaiah wrote that only a remnant will be saved. Do you think that going to a big church is God's doing? How many people are truly willing to give themselves for Jesus Christ? I am willing to give myself for Jesus Christ.
I can tell you that you can learn some theological concepts from me, but there is one thing you cannot learn, and that is to completely dedicate yourself to God. Completely dedicating yourself to God is a choice in your heart. A Christian is not someone who goes to church, but someone who has given up everything for the sake of the Kingdom of God.
Do you think sitting in church makes you a Christian? Actually, it is nothing. One sister said: My parents have already made a decision to believe in the Lord, but they have dementia, and she thinks it is God's will, but it is not. You are not relying on the physical body and lineage, but on a choice in your heart, whether you are willing to be a person who trusts in God.
Relying on some laws and regulations, you will surely stumble on this rock, and if you stumble on this rock, this rock will crush you to pieces. So if you rely on the law to attend Sunday service, keep regulations: not being able to eat blood, not being able to eat this or that, you will surely stumble on this rock. Today it is not about keeping regulations or keeping the law, but about faith.
If you are a person of faith, what will you do? Will you trust in God? Those who trust in God will never be put to shame. You need to know that if miracles and wonders cannot prove your faith, then nothing can prove it. These signs will accompany those who believe: in the name of Jesus Christ, they will drive out demons and speak in new tongues. I desire that everyone among us be people of faith.
If you rely on regulations, rely on the law, and some even say I have given money, this proves nothing. **Offerings from faith are what please God.** Offering is just behaviour, but if faith drives you to offer, believe that your offering will be accepted by God. You need to know that God does not want your money, God wants your faith. Brothers and sisters, whether you are children of God in the flesh or lineage is not important, trusting in God is the most important thing.
**As God says in the Book of Hosea: “I will call ‘my people’ those who are not my people; and I will call her ‘my loved one’ who is not my loved one,” and, “In the very place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’ there they will be called ‘children of the living God.’” (Romans 9:25-26)**
God is saying: Whenever you are willing to be a person of faith, whenever you are willing to trust in God, that is when you become a child of the living God. Do you understand? Brothers and sisters, let us stop emphasising God's sovereignty and start emphasising our own responsibility. Has God's sovereignty told you that you feel you are not chosen by Him? No, that is what you think.
But if you think you are chosen by God, you think you are God's people, it is all because of trusting in God. There are not many who truly have faith, and those who are saved are only a remnant. Although few are saved, that cannot nullify God's promise. All who truly trust in God will never be put to shame.
## Believing in the Lord Is a Path of Paying a Price
**I speak the truth in Christ—I am not lying, my conscience confirms it through the Holy Spirit—I have great sorrow and unceasing anguish in my heart. For I could wish that I myself were cursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my people, those of my own race, (Romans 9:1-3)**
Do you understand? Paul said that even if I die, be cursed, for my brothers to be blessed, I am willing to pay such a price. Many people are so selfish that they believe in the Lord entirely for their own benefit. If you believe in the Lord entirely for yourself, where does destiny and paying a price come from?
Many people can learn my theological concepts, but you may not be able to learn to pay the price. I know many pastors are criticising me, thinking I am judging them. I am just speaking the truth, there are not many who pay the price like I do.
Why do I pay such a price? I can even say: For our people, for our nation, even if I myself were cursed and separated from Jesus Christ, I would be willing. Why would I say such words? It is a desire for all nations on earth, for one's own family and nation, to receive God's grace.
Are you willing to pay the price for the transformation of your family? Many people are unwilling to pay the price. A few days ago, I was casting out demons for a sister, the sister's family was being tormented by demons very badly, and the demon spoke through her mouth, which was also a part of herself that she identified with, saying: It is very difficult, it is very difficult to transform the family, it requires paying a great price.
Being willing to pay the price is called destiny, it means getting serious. Even if it means being separated from God, even if it means being cursed, I am willing, this is a heart’s desire. How many among us have received grace because of my heart’s desire!
Every time I minister to our brothers and sisters, I tell them: Today I minister to you like this, in the future you must minister to others in the same way. If you have such faith, then you are a treasure, that is the faith of Abraham, the faith of Isaac, the faith of Jacob. I think I am a treasure, I think I am a treasure in God’s eyes.
I don't know if God created me that way, or if I chose to be that way today. But I know very clearly that there is a choice in me, I don't want to be rubbish, I want to be a treasure. Do you understand? When have you ever seen treasures everywhere? No, if treasures were everywhere, then they would not be treasures, only the rare are treasures.
Today, brothers and sisters, can you make a decision in your heart, to be one of the few, not one of the many?
**Isaiah cries out concerning Israel: “Though the number of the Israelites be like the sand by the sea, only the remnant will be saved. (Romans 9:27)**
Because the Lord will fulfil His words on earth, let His words be fulfilled, that is God's will. Although it is hoped that all nations on earth will be saved, will receive God’s grace, but there are few who truly choose to trust in Him. Those who choose to trust in money fall by the wayside, those who choose to trust in the customs of this world fall by the wayside again, those who lead a small life continue to fall by the wayside, so how many are left?
Are you someone who leads a small life? Is your husband that kind of person? Are you serving your children, your house, your car? If serving God is just a hobby of yours, then forget it.
**What was Jesus Christ like? Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. (Isaiah 53:4)**
Someone asked me, why did Paul say that Paul completed the sufferings of Jesus Christ? Actually, we should all imitate Jesus Christ, shouldn’t we? Look at any person of faith, any person who trusts in God, who is not rejected by the world? Those who are of the flesh will surely persecute those who are of the Spirit, **those who are of the Spirit will surely pay the price for their destiny.**
On the road to building the church, many have been sifted out, I desire that everyone among us will not be sifted out, and I know that God's will is so. If you are sifted out in this environment and sifted out in that environment, and you still think it's okay to be sifted out, then how long can you believe? But I will trust in God forever.
Do not be selfish, do not believe without power, do not think that it is normal to believe without being like Jesus. I tell you, the root of the problem is yourself. How much of God's power is manifested in you? How much has your family been transformed because of you? How much are you willing to pay for God? Some people pay the price only to a certain extent and then stop, can you pay all the price for God?
If you can't do it, it's because you still trust in those worldly things. Do you really trust in God? If you really trust in God, you must have a destiny, pay all the price for God, then you will become a treasure in God's eyes.
**What God wants is a victorious person, if you trust in God, you will never be put to shame, and the power of God will surely be manifested through you.** The power that can hold up all things on earth is the power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead, and this power will be manifested in you. I believe that a large group of people with destiny will be raised up among us.
Whether you really trust in God, you will know by trying. Move your money, move your core interests, and you will know whether you trust in your core interests or you trust in God. If your core interests are not God, then you will be hurt a lot, because the devil also comes to touch your core interests, and God also comes to destroy your core interests, how can you possibly live well? If you want to lead a small life, then God's destiny has nothing to do with you, leading a small life is a deadly affair.
## Conclusion
What is it that you really think about in your heart? Never play games with God, you can't even fool me, how can you think of fooling God, isn't that courting death? Brothers and sisters, you can play games with me, but God will surely reveal you from your deception. You must get serious with God, playing it real is the key.
Some brothers and sisters bring some small gifts when they come to see me, what do they bring these for? Do I lack those things? What I lack is for you to be a person with destiny, for you to be willing to completely offer yourself as a living sacrifice, becoming holy and pleasing to God, and then you will surely experience God’s exceeding weight of glory forever.
If a Christian is only for getting benefits for himself, for earning more money, even if he was healed at that time, but then what? If there is no then, then may God have mercy on you. We must have a heart to get serious, those who do not get serious for God cannot go on. Will you stumble today? You need to know that our Jesus Christ is a rock of offense, a stumbling stone. Actually, everything except trusting in God is a stumbling stone, only those who solely trust in God will never be put to shame.
Some time ago, I preached a sermon《The Rock of Offense》, which went viral online, because this sermon confirmed many people’s experiences, but I desire that you are not the one who stumbles. I often use various ways to test people, and after testing, I know who is a treasure and who is rubbish. Don't think I am Santa Claus, I often speak in a very strong tone, if you feel wronged and uncomfortable after I finish speaking to you, then I will not use such a person.
Brothers and sisters, do you trust in God? If you are truly a person who trusts in God, then no one and nothing can change God’s good plan for you. If you are such a person, then congratulations! Because you are a treasure in God’s eyes, and God’s power will be manifested in you. For this gospel is the power of God, that leads us from faith to faith.
May God bless everyone!
