Introduction

Good day to all. Let us continue sharing Chapter Two of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I often see people who are already several decades old but still not very mature. How can one discern whether a person is mature? It depends on the habits within them. A person's maturity is closely related to their habits. That is to say, if a person possesses certain basic habits, it indicates that they are a fundamentally mature individual. Then, as they continue to explore and acquire more habits, it signifies that they are becoming even more mature. By continuously learning and changing their habits, a person becomes truly exceptional. Therefore, the process of maturing is, in essence, the process of cultivating habits. Of course, there are other aspects to maturity, such as physiological and psychological aspects, which I leave to your own interpretation.

After we are born, we must go through the process of growing from a child to an adult. No one is born and immediately says, I'll buy a plane ticket and fly to Canada! Babies are born delicate and weak. How could they suddenly grow up to be so big? Unless they were born as Ne Zha, or some kind of demon. So, life needs to grow little by little. Let's use the growth process of children as an example. Initially, children rely on their parents for survival. It is difficult for children without parents to survive. That's why I object to children discerning good and evil with their parents. In fact, children are not qualified to do so at all.

The process of moving from being dependent on others to being able to do things independently is called the first stage of maturity. That is, the transition from dependence to independence. For example, when children are born, their parents feed them milk. Later, when they grow a little older, they can help run errands. Does that not make the child a little more independent? Yes, because they can help their parents with small tasks. Later, the child goes to university, finds a job, and can earn a salary to support themselves. They become an independent person, completing the transformation from dependence to independence. However, becoming an independent person only means that one can complete tasks on their own. The second stage of maturity is from independence to interdependence, meaning being able to work with others to build a team and engage in effective collaboration. Through these two stages, a person becomes increasingly mature.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

How many good habits are discussed in this book? There are seven in total. First: Be Proactive, Second: Begin with the End in Mind, Third: Put First Things First. With these three good habits, you can become an independent person. Then, with Think Win-Win, Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood, and Synergize, you can become someone who can collaborate with others. We will discuss one good habit in each chapter. These good habits together reveal a pattern: starting from dependence to independence, then from independence to interdependence, and finally the seventh habit: Sharpen the Saw, which encompasses everything.

Some people may say, How come these things are so similar to what we've learned in the past? Do you all feel that way? In fact, we have all learned these things before. How could we not have? After all, I learned from them and am now teaching you. We can see that they drew a people-growth model in the book. Now ask yourself, which stage are you currently in? There may be quite a few people who only grow in age, but nothing else. Even more frustrating, they not only don't grow in anything else, but they even regress. Isn't that upsetting? So, these seven habits are very important for our growth. If these seven habits can be established, then you will definitely be a highly effective person.

I am working very hard on one thing. I really hope you all understand me. What I am striving for is to constantly hope that our brothers and sisters will grow. If your current stage of life growth is like an infant, I will push you to be proactive. If you have the habit of being proactive, I will push you to begin with the end in mind. If you have the habit of beginning with the end in mind, I will push you to put first things first. After this, you can become a very effective person in your personal sphere, completing the growth from dependence to independence, no longer needing someone to lead you, and being able to complete tasks on your own and handle things independently. Next, I can push you to establish the habit of thinking win-win, and then learn to seek first to understand, then to be understood, and to synergize, so that you can handle deeper relationships and problems between people.

Didn't I just give a small example? When I was a small school leader, managing a small team, I needed to know the needs of others. If you only care about yourself and do not seek first to understand, how can you build an effective team? It's impossible. Moreover, we must also push people forward. Anyone who can make it to a small official position in the workplace probably has the three good habits of being proactive, beginning with the end in mind, and putting first things first. In fact, there are many people in the independence stage. Then, when you start to become a small official and manage a team, you need to learn the habits of thinking win-win, seeking first to understand, then to be understood, and synergizing. At the same time, we must constantly strengthen our learning of these six habits and constantly renew ourselves. We will become more and more capable and competent.

This book talks about habits and a model of personal maturity. Do you understand now? There are seven good habits, which together establish a constantly renewing model from dependence to independence, and from independence to interdependence. The model we have established allows us to easily remember a person's success in both their personal and public spheres. A good individual becomes a good leader. That's the relationship. Gradually learning and acquiring good habits allows a person to enter a spiral of upward growth and become an effective individual.

Becoming Highly Effective Has Abundant Rewards

Some people say that I'm just full and have nothing better to do, and I just like to do this. But what am I doing? I am doing something that makes people grow. That's not just being full and having nothing to do. These seven habits can help everyone grow. Then, slowly, everyone will become effective individuals. Wouldn't you say that I am one who gains people like fish? To gain people means that people are willing to follow me. Why are they willing to follow me? Because they can grow by following me, they can gain effectiveness! We haven't learned relevant concepts in the past so many years, and we don't know how to become a highly effective person. So, what did our schools do? They did nothing. They didn't teach what they should have taught. So, education needs to be reformed!

What we are doing is a very meaningful thing: turning a person from someone who is unhappy every day into someone who is occasionally unhappy, and then turning them into someone who is happy every day; turning a lazy person into a hardworking person; turning a foolish person into an intelligent person; turning a person with no value into a person with great value. Would you say that the reward for doing this is high? The reward is very high!

So, you should know that highly effective people can radiate the fragrance of Jesus Christ from within. Therefore, effectiveness must have a reward: you will definitely receive a reward in finance, you will definitely receive a reward in health, you will definitely receive a reward in interpersonal relationships, you will definitely receive a reward in many unimaginable things, and in the future, you will definitely become like me, one who gains people like fish. Think about it. Aren't highly effective people the essence of humanity? Because you will enter an environment of continuous growth, which is extraordinary!

So, in this process, the most crucial thing to enable people to grow is that you must have the resources. Everyone knows that resources are good. It is fatal to have no resources. Among all resources, the most important is human resources. In our previous work, it was called the Personnel Department, translated into English as Personnel. To put it bluntly, this Personnel is about整ren的、整事的 (dealing with people in a harsh way), which sounds quite upsetting. However, with the continuous advancement of social sciences and natural sciences, mental work has become more and more important, because people cannot do as much work as tractors even if they work like animals. So, people gradually realized: No, I should value the wisdom of people's minds and improve the people I recruit!

Singapore, this small land, has no resources, but it has a unique resource, which is human resources. This is because Singapore did one thing right in the early days, which is to build up the people, and everyone must be educated. Human resources are the most important resources in Singapore. Therefore, the rise of any country is inseparable from education and human resources. Resources are roughly divided into three types, including financial resources, which is having money; material resources, which is having houses, cars, and being able to rent them out. But these two cannot compare to the last one, which is human resources.

Think about it, what can a tractor do? A tractor can plow the land. But can a tractor program? No, programming still requires people. How can people program? People need to learn and be educated. Some people will say, Money is also very important. People can't do without money! But money does not generate money on its own. Money just rusts when left there. But if someone manages this money, someone manages these tractors, someone manages these houses, someone manages these equipment, someone manages these factories, these resources can be put to good use. That is to say, through human resources, we can combine all other resources together! So, you must know that making people is getting people like fish, which is infinitely good!

In the future, I hope that our brothers and sisters can all stand in leadership positions, take on leadership positions in enterprises, and become managers. I have a nephew who is in his thirties. You say he has no achievements, but he has made some achievements. He has been doing decoration for some years and has made some achievements. Then I gave him an idea. I said, You have to learn to manage people. In the process of growth, from dependence to independence, what people need to learn is probably managing things. For example, in terms of decoration, he knows all the procedures and methods, but after it gets bigger, he still has to learn to manage people. He may be able to explain the decoration clearly, but he may not be able to manage the decoration workers well. Some workers may work for you, but they may not work well, which would be troublesome.

So, to manage affairs and people, that is corporate management. To manage affairs, manage people, and also manage money, that person is a management talent. Therefore, the Human Resources Department and the Finance Department are very important to a company. So, what do managing people and managing affairs rely on? Being able to manage affairs well relies on success in the personal domain; when you achieve success in the public domain, you can manage people well. Also, remember, if you cannot manage affairs, it is difficult to manage people. For example, if you say: Work hard! others will ask: Boss, how do we do it? You cannot say: I don't know. That makes management very troublesome.

Because I can manage affairs, I can manage, and I manage very meticulously. Technicians often argue with me until they are red in the face. Why is this? Because technicians are very insistent on their technical views, but I have my own logic in technology. So, generally, after I have researched and explored, I say: This matter should be done this way. The technicians will say: Boss, I disagree, I cannot do it! I often encounter this situation. It does not matter, we just argue. Because I can manage affairs, I can explain it to him clearly, so that eventually he admits: Ah! Boss, your idea is indeed better.

For example: we want to develop a software, but we ourselves understand nothing, relying entirely on the people below to write blindly. After it is written, several million are invested, and in the end, the returned code is all gibberish. Is this not annoying? But this kind of situation will not occur with me. You can try it with me; I manage things very meticulously. Some people will say: How are your eyes so sharp? You can see the problem at a glance! You must know what I do; I manage these people. If I cannot see the problems, will I not just be at the mercy of others' deception?

Dealing with Bad Habits, Continuous Growth

Speaking of this, I have elaborated on the stages from dependency to independence, and from independence to interdependence. Is it clearer than the author's explanation? Among our brothers and sisters, there is a uniquely good environment. Because you have resources! You have a large group of experts! I have trained a large group of people to do these things. Should you not make good use of your resources? But some people are just foolish; they are vastly different from their pastors, but just because their pastors have a small flaw, they begin to discern good and evil with their junior pastors and look down on them. What do you have to look down on? Everyone has flaws, but if we can inherit the good from others, will we not become wise?

So, you all know, right? No matter how bad that person is, I must learn the good things from them; no matter where exactly that thing is good, I must first learn it. I hope everyone can understand my good intentions; I build little by little, solving problems one by one. You are my best testimony, and when I come before God, you are also my best letters of recommendation.

When I come before God, I can say to God: God, look, so-and-so has grown so much. He used to be worth one thousand dollars, now he is worth ten thousand! God, look! This person used to be worth ten thousand, now he is worth fifty thousand! This is like catching men as catching fish; I have many such stories. Many brothers and sisters type in the group saying: Yes! I can definitely be your letter of recommendation. Yes, you have really grown a lot. Pat yourself on the chest and ask yourself; you have indeed grown a lot. Of course, we still have many problems to deal with, but growth is a real thing. We are continuously growing as we deal with our bad habits. Thank God, you are all my letters of recommendation!

There was a patient with depression who was very distressed. I ministered to him some years ago. At that time, our church was still very small; I read every email that came, and every WeChat message that came. Now I do not have that energy; now there are more people, and I cannot manage it all myself. After my ministry, his depression was cured, and then I continued to train him, helping him find a job, from not being able to pass the probationary period to being able to pass it. After the probationary period passed, I said: If you continue to do this job, how much will your salary be in five years? He said: Seven thousand.

You may think that seven thousand is quite a lot, but the cost of living is high in Shenzhen; a person making seven thousand dollars a month probably really does not know how to live. I said: Let's not do it! Come here for training! After the training, he went out to find a job. During the pandemic, he attended an interview, not even a face-to-face interview, just an online interview. What happened? They offered him a salary of over twenty thousand. I watched him grow up. His pastor often shared his growth with me, and I also care about him. But now I do not have that energy. I really wish I could share my inner thoughts with everyone, and also want to give everyone a phone call, chat about everyday life, and say some heartfelt words, but one phone call definitely cannot be hung up after three minutes; there is really not enough time. I am telling his story to let everyone know that the market's biggest shortage is talent.

When I was doing corporate management, my subordinates' annual salary was 500,000 RMB. But even with 500,000 RMB, I still could not recruit people! It is actually very difficult for bosses to find capable people; it is very hard to find suitable people. So, do not think that the boss is blind to have found you; there are many people who are worse than you, and he should thank God for finding you. Everyone must understand that no matter what, you must deal with the bad habits in yourselves; no matter what, you must establish good habits in yourselves, because this world, this market, and our God will definitely give you extremely rich rewards.

Once, I helped a company recruit, and one interviewee was no good, and then another was no good. Ah! I was so annoyed! All were extras, all were nonsense, none could really do the work. Can everyone understand? The company does not care about money. You must know for sure in your heart that there are many vacancies in this market waiting for you to fill, with very high salaries. If you work in Shenzhen and earn a salary of three thousand or four thousand, then you need to transform yourself, and ask yourself: Can my salary become seven thousand or eight thousand?

If you earn a salary of seven thousand or eight thousand, you must also ask yourself: Can I deal with my problems, develop a good habit, and then become a highly effective person? Can I change my salary from seven thousand or eight thousand to twenty thousand, from twenty thousand to fifty thousand! Change it, just keep changing it! I have helped many companies train many people, and our brothers and sisters have also been trained in this way. After training, when people are adjusted, they reach a state where the company does not discern good and evil, they bury themselves in hard work, have a good attitude, understand the boss's heart, and wholeheartedly create value all day long. You say, in this market, how difficult is it to find someone like you?

If you are a housewife, is there no room for growth? Used to take three hours, five hours to do a housework, dawdling to finish, now, can train yourself, half an hour to do all the housework? That is not growth? If half an hour is not up, then an hour can be done? Used to take an hour to finish the housework, now half an hour can be done? The rice used to cook even the dog is not willing to eat, now the rice cooked people are rushing to eat. The emperor ate your cooking, want to invite you into the palace to be a royal chef, then you are not amazing? So you said how much space you have to grow? The space to grow up is too much! Do not think that you are a housewife, you think you have no space to grow. Can not stop taking a small bench, in the doorway to talk nonsense? We should grow growth.

You say I am paralyzed, how to grow? That does not matter, physically disabled, but we are mentally healthy, can you learn a skill? The entire computer, learn programming, at home in fact, are a bit of work, can not? Can! Learn to give people to do web pages, in this market are old and more need. Or you can learn me, learning to train people, helping people grow. In fact, no matter what the reason, there is no way to stop us from growing. 这本书一共讲了几个好习惯呢?一共有七个。第一:积极主动,第二:以终为始,第三:要事第一。有了这三个好习惯,你就可以成为一个独立的人。接着再有双赢思维,知彼解已,统合综效,这三个好习惯,你就可以成为一个能够跟别人展开合作的人。我们每章都会讲一个好习惯,这些好习惯放在一起可以看出一个模式:先从依赖期到独立期,再从独立期到相互依赖,最后第七个习惯:不断更新,就能把这所有的圈在一起。 有人可能会能说:这些东西跟咱们过去学的怎么这么像呢?大家有没有这种感觉?其实这些我们都学过,怎么可能没学过呢?毕竟我是跟人家学的,再过来教大家。咱们可以看到,人家在书上画了一个人成长模型,现在问问你自己,你目前在哪个阶段呢?可能有好些人,只有岁数涨,什么也不涨,更气人的是,除了岁数什么也不涨,甚至还退化。你说这不闹心吗?所以这七个习惯对我们的成长很重要,**如果这七个习惯都能建立起来,那么你肯定是一个高效能的人士**。 我很努力地在做一件事,大家真的要体谅我,我所努力的就是**天天期盼着我们弟兄姐妹成长**。如果你目前生命成长的阶段好像是一个婴儿,我就要推你有积极主动;如果你有了积极主动这个习惯,我就推动你以终为始;如果你有了以终为始这个习惯,我就推动你要事第一。在这之后,你可以在个人的领域成为很有效的人士,完成了从依赖期变成独立期的成长,不再需要人的带领,自己可以完成任务,可以独挡一面。接下来我就可以推动你建立双赢思维这一习惯,然后学会知彼解已、统合综效,使你能够处理更深的、人与人之间的关系和问题。

刚才我不是讲了一个小小的例子吗,当我还是一个小小的校领,在管理一个小团队的时候,就得知道别人的需要。你光是关心自己,没有知彼解已,怎么可以建造一个有效的团队呢?不可能的。另外,不但如此,我们还得推着人往前走。凡是在职场上能混成一个小官的人,大概都有积极主动、以终为始、要事第一这三个好习惯,其实在独立期的这个阶段的人特别多。然后开始做一个小官,管理一个团队,就需要学习双赢思维、知彼解已、统合综效这些习惯了。与此同时,我们还要不断地强化学习这六个习惯,不断地更新自己,我们就会越来越厉害,越来越有能力。 这个本书讲了习惯,又讲了一个人成熟的模型,现在大家能听明白了吧?一共有七个好习惯,它们连在一起就建立了一个从依赖期到独立期,从独立期再到互赖期的不断更新的模型。所建立的这个模型,能让我们很轻松地记住一个人分别在个人领域和公众领域的成功。从一个很好的个人到一个很好的领袖,就是这么一个关系。这书是不是写得不错,大家给作者一个掌声。然后愿意给我一个掌声的话,我也可以顺便沾点光。其实都是人家史蒂芬·柯维写得好。渐渐地学习、拥有好习惯以后,人就进入了一个螺旋式的上升阶段,就成了一个有效能的人士。

有人说这是我吃饱了撑着的,闲的没事就喜欢干这个。可是我在干的是一件什么事呢?是一件使人成长的事情。那这可不是吃饱了撑着,这七个习惯能帮助大家成长,然后慢慢地,大家就都成了有效能的人士,那你说我是不是一个得人如得鱼的人呢?得人,就是人愿意跟着我。为什么愿意跟着我呢?因为跟着我可以成长啊,跟着我可以得着效能!过去这么多年咱们都没学过相关概念,不知道怎么成为一个高效能人士。那我们的学校干什么呢?什么也没干,该教的都没教。所以说这教育也需要改革呀! 我们所做的是一个非常有意义的事:把一个人从天天不高兴的人,变成偶尔不高兴的人,然后再把他变成天天高兴的人;把一个很懒的人变成一个很勤劳的人;把一个很笨的人变成一个很聪明的人;把一个没有价值的人变成一个很有价值的人。大家说:做这事的回报高不高?回报老高啦! 所以大家要知道,有高效能的人能从里往外散发出耶稣基督的香气。所以这效能一定是有回报的:你一定会得着在财务上的回报,你一定会得着在健康上的回报,你一定会得着在人际关系上的回报,你也一定会在很多难以想象的事当中得着回报,将来你也一定会像我一样,成为一个得人如得鱼的人。你想一想看,高效能的人岂不是人类里面的精华吗?因为你们会进入到一个不断成长的一个环境当中,这很不得了啊!

所以在这个过程当中,要使人成长,最关键的是你得有那个资源。大家都知道资源好啊,没有资源是很要命的。在所有的资源当中,最重要的就叫做人力资源。在我们以前做工时叫人事部,翻译成英文的叫Personnel,这个Personnel说不好听的就是整人的、整事的,这话听起来挺闹心的。但是后来随着社会科学和自然科学不断地推进,脑力劳动变得越来越重要,因为人当牛做马也做不过拖拉机啊。所以后来人们慢慢琢磨:不行啊,我应该看重人头脑的智慧,把我招的人搞好! 新加坡这个弹丸之地,什么资源也没有,但它有一个独特的资源,就是人力资源。这是因为新加坡在早期做对了一件事,就是它要将老百姓都建造起来,全民都要受教育,人力资源在新加坡是最重要的资源。所以任何国家的崛起都跟教育、跟人力资源分不开。资源大致分三种,包括金融资源,就是有钱;物资资源,就是有房、有车、能出租。但是这两种都比不上最后一种,就是人力资源。 大家想想看,拖拉机能干什么呀?拖拉机能耕地。可是拖拉机能够编程序吗?不能,编程序的还得是人呐。人得怎么才能编程序呢?人得学习、受教育。有人会说:那钱也很重要啊,人没钱也不行!可是钱自己不会生钱,钱放在那里只会生锈。但是如果有人来管理这些钱,有人来管理这些拖拉机,有人来管理这些房子,有人来管理这些设备,有人来管理这些工厂,这些资源才能得到很好的利用。也就是说,通过人力资源,我们可以将其他所有的资源都结合在一起啊!所以大家得知道,造就人的事,就是得人如得鱼的事,是好得无比的!

将来我巴不得我们的弟兄姐妹都能站到领导的岗位上,都在企业里担起领导的职份,成为一个管理人员。我有一位外甥三十好几岁了,你说他没有成绩吧,也搞出一点成绩来。搞装修搞得有点年头,也搞出一点成绩来。然后我就给他出一个主意,我说:你得学习管理人。在成长的过程当中,人从依赖期到独立期,所要学习的大概就是管事。比如:装修方面,工序工法他都会,可是做大了之后,还是要学会管理人呐。有关装修的事情他可能能说得清楚,但装修工人他不一定会管得好。有的工人可能给你干,但是他不一定给你好好干,那不就麻烦了吗? 所以会管事又会管人,这叫企业管理。又能管事,又能管人,还会管钱,这个人就是一个管理人才。所以人力资源部、财务部对于一个企业来说都是很重要的。那么管人和管事靠的是什么呢?能管好事,靠的是个人领域的成功;等到了公众领域的成功,你就能管好这个人。还要记住,如果不会管事,管起人来是很难的。比如你说:好好干!别人就要问了:老板,怎么干?你总不能说:我也不知道。这样管理是很麻烦的。

因为我会管事,所以我会管理,而且我管得非常细腻。那技术人员经常跟我闹到脸红脖子粗。为什么会这样呢?因为技术人员很坚持他在技术上的看法,但是我在技术上有我自己的一套逻辑。所以一般是我研究和探索了以后,说:这事应该这么干。技术人员就说:老板我不同意,干不了!我经常遇到这种状况。这没关系,我们俩就掐。因为我会管事,我能给他掰扯明白,所以说着说着最后他就承认:哎呀!老板,还是你这想法厉害。 比如:我们想做一个软件,但是自己却什么也不懂,全靠底下的人瞎写。那写完了以后,投入了几千万,最后换回来的代码全是乱码。这不闹心吗?但到我这里来就不会出现这种状况。你在我这里可以试试,我对事情管理得相当细致。有的人就会说:你眼睛怎么这么锐利呢?一眼就能看到问题!你得知道我是干啥的,我就管理这群人的,如果我看不出问题,不就只能任凭被别人忽悠吗?

讲到这里,我把从依赖期到独立期,从独立期再到互赖期,都给演绎了一下。是不是比作者讲得更清楚一点呀?在咱们当中的弟兄姐妹有一个得天独厚的好环境。因为你有资源呐!你有一大堆的专家!我训练了一大堆人去干这些事。那你不得好好利用你的资源吗?可有的人就是傻,他跟他的牧者差了十万八千里,但就因为他牧者身上有一个小毛病,他就开始跟他的小牧者识别善恶,还看不起人家。你有什么好看不起的?谁身上都有毛病,但是如果我们能把人家好的继承下来,我们不就成了聪明人吗? 所以大家知道了吧?不管那个人有多烂,他身上的好东西我得给他学过来;不管那东西具体好在哪里,我都要先把它给学过来。希望大家能够体谅我的一片苦心,我一点一点地建造,一个问题一个问题地解决,你们就是我最好的见证,等我来到神面前,你们也是我最好的推荐信。 等我到了神面前,我可以对神说:神呐,你看,某某人成长了多少。他以前值一千块钱,现在值一万啦!神呐,你看!这个人以前值一万,现在值五万啦!这就是得人如得鱼,我有很多这种故事。有好多弟兄姐妹在群里打字说:是!我绝对可以做你的推荐信。是的,你真的成长了很多,拍拍胸脯问一问自己,你的确成长了很多,当然我们还有很多问题要去对付,但成长也是真实存在的。我们在不断地对付自己的恶习当中,不断地成长。感谢神,你们都是我的推荐信!

有一位忧郁症患者很辛苦,在好些年前我服侍过他。那时候咱们教会还是小猫两三只,每一次来了电子邮件我都读,来了一个微信我也都读。现在没有这个体力了,现在人多了,靠我自己整不了。那人经过我的服侍,他患的忧郁症好了,再之后我就继续训练他,让他找了一份工作,从试用期不能过,训练到能过;训练期过了以后,我说:这份工作一直做下去,五年之后你的薪水能拿多少呀?他说:七千。 大家可能觉得七千还算不少,但在深圳那个地方消费水平高啊,人每月拿七千块钱可能真的不知道怎么活。我说:咱不干啦!来我这儿受训!训练完了之后,他接着出去找工作。疫情期间他参加了面试,还不是那种面对面的面试,只是线上的面试,结果怎么着?给他定的薪水两万多。你说:有这好事?哎呀,我们要相信,人成长是无止境的! 我是看着他成长起来的,他的牧者经常跟我分享他的成长,我也很关心他。但是如今我没有那个体力了。我真的巴不得能够跟大家说点心里话,也想跟大家打一通电话,在那唠点家常,说些心里话什么的,但是一通电话肯定不能打三分钟就挂掉,时间是真的不够用啊。讲他的例子是为了告诉大家,这个市场上最缺的就是人才。

我在做企业管理的时候,我的下属年薪都是五十万人民币。但五十万人民币还是招不到人呐!老板其实很难找到能干的人,想要找合适的人也是很辛苦的。所以大家不要以为老板是不是瞎了眼才找到你,其实比你烂的有大把,他能找到你就谢天谢地了。大家要理解,无论如何都要对付自己身上的恶习,无论如何都要在自己身上建立起好的习惯,因为这个世界,还有这个市场,还有我们的神,一定会给你极丰厚的回报。 我有一次帮着一个企业招工,面试了一个不行,面试了又一个不行,哎!我这个闹心呐!全是跑龙套的,全是扯淡的,没真会干活的。大家能理解吗?人家企业不在乎钱呐。在心里要确切地知道,这市场上有很多空缺等着你去填,薪水都是很高的。如果你在深圳工作,拿着三千、四千的工资,那你需要改造自己,问问自己:我的工资能不能变成七千、八千? 如果你拿七千、八千的工资,也要问问自己:能不能对付自己的问题,养成一个好的习惯,然后变成一个高效能的人士?让自己的薪水从七千、八千变两万,从两万变五万!变吧,就这样变下去吧!我帮助了很多企业训练了不少人,咱们弟兄姐妹也都是这么训练过来的。经过训练,人调整过来以后,就到了企业不识别善恶,埋头苦干,态度又好,又善解老板的心,一心一意整天创造价值。你说在这市场上,找你这样的人多难啊?

如果你是个家庭主妇,难道没有成长的空间吗?以前做一个家务要用三个小时、五个小时,磨磨唧唧才做完,现在能不能训练自己,半个小时就都干完?那这不也是成长了吗?如果半个小时不行,那一个小时能不能干完?以前一个小时才能干完的家务,现在半个小时能不能干完?以前煮的饭连狗都不愿意吃,现在煮的饭人都抢着吃。皇上吃了你煮的,都想把你请到宫里做御厨,那你不就厉害了吗?所以你说你成长的空间有多少?成长的空间老多啦!不要因为自己是家庭主妇,就以为自己没有成长的空间。能不能别天天拿着个小板凳,在门口扯犊子?咱该成长的成长。 你说我是一个瘫痪的,该怎么成长?那也没关系,生理上残疾,但是我们心理上健康,可不可以学点技能呢?整个电脑,学编程,在家里其实都揽点活,能不能?能!学习给人家做网页,在这市场上都老多需要啦。或者也可以学我,学习训练人,帮助人成长。其实不管是什么理由,都没办法拦阻我们成长。刚才我看到有一位姐妹打字,想起了她的见证。她来的时候,哎哟!那个穷啊,不过目前据说在财务上老好了,我也不知道好到了什么程度。咱们做造就人这一行,回报是极其丰厚的啊!

从今以后只做一件事,就是让我们的里面彻底地被改造,凡是使我们纠结的,使我们浪费时间的,使我们没事找事的,使我们犯浑的,使我们扯淡的……都一个一个给它对付掉,然后做一个不成长都难的人!把自己的价值从一千变五千,五千变两万,两万变五万,听着是不是就挺好?但有些人就偏说:唉,哪有这事?要不要咱们当中坐着的,帮我写一封推荐信,这个主日好好的讲一讲,让他们好好地改造改造,不断的向前迈进,成为一位高效能的人士,这市场太缺你们了!

以上就是我对第二章的讲解,中间我讲了很多自己的经历。希望大家听完了以后都好好改造:做妈妈的变成一个有效的妈妈,做孩子的变成一个有效的孩子。财务上的事都是很小的事,人成长了之后,想不兴盛都难呐!群里有人问我:七十多岁的人怎么成长?其实七十多岁的人也可以成长啊,比如:开始练唱歌,把它越唱越好,不断提升! 人都有很多成长的空间,成长所带来的喜乐远远超过吃一顿好吃的,成长所带来的回报和满足远远超过其他的任何东西。人是上帝造的,凡上帝造的都有一个特点,就是不成长难受,所以现在我们就要开始进到成长的里面!让我们里面都开始期盼,期盼一个更加美好的自己!愿神祝福大家!
