God Brings Famine upon Samaria
Hello, everyone. Let us turn to 1 Kings chapter 18. The theme is: “If the LORD is God, then follow the LORD.” Let me tell you this: throughout their lives, people simply do not know that the LORD is God. If they do not know that the LORD is God, they will devise all manner of tricks and still think themselves very capable. But when famine and calamity descend, it only proves how utterly helpless they are. Have you ever gone through a calamity? If you have not, I hope you never will. Many people experience disaster, and before long, they forget it. This is exceedingly common.
It is not that people do not know that the LORD is God. It is that they do not fear Him as God. Therefore, God causes famine and calamity to come upon this world. Observe carefully the warmth and coldness of human relationships, and you will see that the tragedies of life come one after another. Yet people do not realise that these calamities have come from God. Remember this: calamities are not brought by demons. Brothers and sisters, stop asking, “Who caused this curse?” I tell you: a calamity is a calamity, and calamity comes from God.
We live in this age. If you still remember, there was the great tsunami in Southeast Asia, the Wenchuan earthquake, the Tangshan earthquake, and the 3/11 tsunami in Japan. Do you think these were merely natural disasters? No. These are what we call disasters from heaven and tragedies caused by men. Whenever people become arrogant, thinking themselves mighty, believing that man can conquer heaven, God sends calamity, so that people may discover that they can withstand nothing. It is the same whether it concerns a nation, a family, or an individual. Before calamity, man is utterly powerless.
God sent famine upon Samaria for three years. Let me tell you: by then, every household had consumed all the grain they had stored up. Only Elijah’s household had food that did not run out. People truly died. Not only were people perishing, even the livestock were starving to death. If the livestock all died, there would be no productive capacity in the future. Who would do the work? Would you plough the fields yourself? You would not even have the strength to do so.
So God brings calamity and famine upon the world in order to establish one fact: man is not God. If a man truly wishes to wrestle with God, let him try. Perhaps only when calamity truly comes will he know God. If God did not bring calamity upon this earth, I tell you, no one would know God. Some brothers and sisters ask me, “Teacher, there is always one problem after another in our family. Who sinned? What exactly did we do wrong?”
Could calamity come upon you if you had done nothing wrong? Think about it. I tell you, there are very few people in this world like Joseph. How many Josephs are there? Very few. In the same calamity, some are like Joseph: God is with them, and disaster cannot harm them. But in other places, I tell you, when calamity comes, it is the result of people sinning against God. How long will people waver between two opinions?
Brothers and sisters, do you know this? If you are double-minded toward your husband, that is adultery, is it not? If you are double-minded toward your wife, that too is adultery. If you are double-minded toward God, that is an even greater adultery—it is spiritual adultery. Here is the proof: you may as well worship Baal properly, or worship idols properly. Worship whatever you wish. But know this: the LORD is God. If the LORD is God, then follow the LORD.
Did Ahab see the works of God? He did. Ahab searched high and low for Elijah, yet could not find him. Whenever he heard even a rumour of Elijah, he would certainly send soldiers to seize him. Why? Because, to Ahab, the famine and calamity had come from Elijah. Elijah, on the other hand, believed that the disaster, calamity, and famine had come because Ahab and his father’s house worshipped idols. So who was right? I tell you: do not be confused. If you believe that the LORD is God, then we ought to follow the LORD. If you believe that the LORD is not God, then what are you doing here? Go and do whatever you wish to do.
What can a double-minded person accomplish here? I truly do not need people merely to make up the numbers. Nor do I pay much attention to the number of people attending meetings. We are an online church, so it does not matter. If this were a physical church, and I arranged one thousand chairs but only two people sat there, I would feel greatly embarrassed. Even if I arranged one hundred chairs and only two people came, that would still be embarrassing.
Now I am no longer afraid of embarrassment. Online, one person is fine; two persons are fine. Even when the church was very desolate in earlier days, I said this: those who are willing to serve God with me, let them serve God well with me. Those who are unwilling may go and do whatever they wish. Is that pleasant to hear? No, it is not.
Many people are double-minded. They want benefits from God, and they also want benefits from Baal. That is because they have not experienced calamity. If they had, they would know that the LORD is God. Remember this: when you encounter calamity, reflect carefully. There is no need to say much or think too hard. It is because people disobey God, waver between two opinions, treat God as an idol, wanting benefits from God while also wanting benefits from the devil. What then do they obtain? Only calamity. So I tell you all: whether you fall sick, encounter a natural disaster, fall down, get into a car accident, or face anything else, be careful.
God does not make mistakes. These things are not done by demons; they are done by God. I am not placing blame upon God. I am restoring authority to God. Know that calamity and disaster come from God. God brings both disaster and blessing. Go back and search the Bible, and you will know. So many people died in the tsunami. Do you still wish to defend God? There is no need. God did it.
Who caused the sickness in your body? God did. Then why cast out demons? Because you sinned, came under a curse, and invited demons in. Demons did not come by themselves; they were sent by God. Do not imagine that demons are useless, because God created all things and made everything beautiful in its time. Demons are also part of a great creation, because He is God. He created man, and He created demons. Demons have done one very significant thing: they have brought us to the point where, apart from trusting God, we must trust God. If that is not your experience, it is certainly mine.
How can one live without trusting God? God brought famine upon Samaria. How many people starved to death! You say, “How can God be so harsh, allowing so many to die? So many elderly people, so many infants, died.” Who can withstand the natural disasters of this world? Who can overcome them? No one can. Even a small thing like COVID killed many people. People were terrified, and then vaccines were produced to deceive people.
Therefore, brothers and sisters, God brought famine upon Samaria. You say, “How can God be so harsh?” No. It is because people disobeyed God. The rule God has established never changes: sin brings curses; carefully obeying brings blessings. If the LORD is God, follow the LORD. It is that simple. If the LORD is God, yet you follow other idols—worshipping money, gold, silver, work—you may worship whatever you want. But when calamity comes, you will discover that none of these things works.
Do you know something? I do not particularly like making friends, because I find that after becoming friends, it is of little use. Do you not think so? When I could not find work, they were helpless too. Apart from giving me a disdainful look, they gave me another disdainful look. They looked down on me and thought I was useless. When I became useful, I found them useless. God alone is my best friend, and that is enough. So do not be double-minded. The LORD truly is God. You know Him—why then do you still trust in money? Do you understand?
God Will Send Rain upon the Land
Natural disaster came, and in the third year God was going to send rain. Had the Israelites repented? No. God was going to send rain upon the land. This was God’s mercy once again. But before showing mercy again and sending rain upon the land, God would use both the natural disaster and the rain to prove to the people of Israel that He is God, because God is rich in grace and mercy.
When people disobey Him, God waits every day for us to turn back to Him. When I pray and call upon people to turn back to God, tears come down my face. I cry out to heaven and earth, telling everyone: trust God, trust God! God will not serve you according to your will. God will deal with you according to His will. How tragic it is if people have suffered enough calamity and still do not repent! Ahab experienced this famine, and God said to Elijah, “Go, present yourself to Ahab, and I will send rain upon the land.” I can sense God’s painstaking intention in this.
Do you know that during Ahab’s reign, the Israelites persecuted the prophets? They killed all the prophets who served the LORD God. Only one hundred prophets were hidden by Obadiah. Obadiah was wealthy. He fed these one hundred prophets and placed them in caves. Because famine had come upon the land, Ahab went out with Obadiah. Obadiah ought to have been among Ahab’s closest men. Yet Obadiah trusted and feared God, while Ahab did not fear God.
The two of them went everywhere searching. What were they looking for? They were looking at every spring and brook to see whether they could find grass. My goodness, where were they going to find grass? Is that not so? People are often like Ahab. Why not seek God? What are you looking for grass for? Can grass save those horses and mules? If grass could still be found, would it still be called a famine? Ahab spoke well enough: perhaps they could keep the horses and mules alive, so that they would not lose all the livestock. At that moment, Obadiah met Elijah, and Elijah came directly toward him. Elijah said, “Go and tell Ahab, ‘Elijah is here.’”
He did not say that rain would come upon the land, but Elijah certainly knew that God would send rain. Elijah also knew with certainty that the true God is truly God. He told Obadiah to go back and inform Ahab that Elijah was there. Were you not looking for me? Now you can find me, because I allow you to find me. When I do not allow you to find me, you cannot find me even if you search. Even if we pass one another, you will not find me. But when I allow you to find me, you can find me even with your eyes shut, because Elijah had come to find Ahab. Why? God was going to send rain upon the land. God is rich in grace and mercy.
Do not ever imagine that you have done something right. For example, if your sickness is healed, does that mean you did something right? No. Your repentance has only just begun. I often say this: as long as a man cannot defecate or urinate, whatever he says does not count. Is that unpleasant to hear? Yet defecation and urination are among the most basic human functions. If you cannot defecate, is that not tragic? Though it smells bad when it comes out, if it does not come out, you yourself will become foul.
Even over such a small matter, man has no final say. Do you not need God? Can you even sleep? I tell you, some people go through any number of calamities, yet still do not know God and do not recognise Him. I find this astonishing. Where does man get such confidence? Can you make rain fall? No. Can the prophets of Baal make rain fall? No. The prophets of Baal can only do what Baal does. But if God sends famine, those who worship Baal cannot reverse it. So God reigns. You must understand this. If God heals you, it is not because you are good enough. It is because God has mercy on us. Therefore, never be arrogant.
God Sends Elijah to Bear Witness That He Is God
Why did God send Elijah to meet Ahab? So that, before the people of Israel, He might once again bear witness that the LORD is God. How would He do this? He would cause fire to come down from heaven and consume the wood soaked with water—the bull, the firewood, and even the water in the trench. Do you understand? It was to testify that the LORD is God. I find it remarkable that the Israelites had minds like fish: a memory of only seven seconds. After witnessing that the LORD is God, seven seconds later they forgot again. “Is there really a God?” Are we not sometimes in the same condition? We experience God and gain a little faith, then turn around and lose it. That is truly perverse.
God sent Elijah to testify that the LORD is God. Did He not know that Ahab might kill him? Ahab hated Elijah and might have killed him. Ahab was convinced that not only he himself had done nothing wrong, but neither had his family, his wife, nor the people of Israel. How else could people live? How else could they worship idols? Was there anything wrong with doing business this way? No, he thought there was nothing wrong. He found it strange and believed that because Elijah declared there would be no rain, disaster had come upon them. Thus, both the people of Israel and King Ahab hated Elijah bitterly. They thought it was Elijah’s declaration that had brought this result. But was that the case? No.
Brothers and sisters, if I tell you the truth, does that mean I have offended you? Some brothers and sisters say no, they do not think that way. But others do. They say, “Teacher, do not curse me!” It is not I who curse you; God curses you. It is not because I spoke that calamity came upon you. It is because you did these things that calamity came. Look at how much rubbish there is in our minds! How many worldly systems of logic are there? They cannot be cleansed away. The logic of Jeroboam is too deeply rooted within us. Jeroboam’s system is very practical political economy, but before God’s word it is worthless. It cannot even preserve one’s own life. Is that not so?
You and Your Father’s House Have Brought Disaster upon Israel
Brothers and sisters, do you want to know why calamity comes upon us? It is because I and my father’s house have sinned against God. Turn back to God now. Know that all calamity comes from God. No matter how you cast out demons, it will not help. Your insomnia is not due to something else; it is because God has caused you not to sleep. Casting out demons will not help. When calamity comes, it is not solved by casting out demons. It is because people have departed from God, worshipped Baal, worshipped the world, worshipped money, and considered everything important except God.
What more can I say? It is truly helpless. So when some people speak to me, I usually go along with them. Whatever they wish to hear, I tell them. But now, through the matter of Elijah bringing disaster upon Israel, I want you to understand this: the ones who bring disaster upon yourselves are you and your father’s house.
When Ahab saw Elijah, Ahab said to him, “Is that you, you troubler of Israel?” And he answered, “I have not troubled Israel, but you and your father’s house have, because you have forsaken the commandments of the LORD and followed the Baals.” (1 Kings 18:17–18)
Do you understand? After hearing this, Ahab thought: do I want rain to fall upon the land or not? If I kill Elijah now, the rain will not come! Is that not so? Did Ahab understand this in his heart? He seemed to understand, yet he seemed not to understand. Elijah said there would be no rain, and indeed there was no rain. Then Ahab thought again: let him bring the rain first; I can kill him afterward. He hated Elijah to the point of gnashing his teeth.
We see many people encounter trouble and immediately shift the blame to God, constantly accusing God: “God, why? Why has this happened?” There was a preacher, only in his thirties, who developed cancer. No medicine worked. Why? Because it was sent by the LORD. Could doctors solve it? They could not. He died a miserable death, still asking God, “Why? Why?”
Why did he not ask himself what he had done? I know deeply that being a pastor is a high-risk occupation. If you become a senior official in government, the probability is high that you will be arrested. Why? Corruption. If they arrest you, they are unlikely to be wrong. Even several years in prison would be letting you off lightly. Political struggle is cruel. But if you practise corruption in the house of God, you are courting death. How bold must you be to dare to behave this way before God?
Brothers and sisters, never assume that you are a good person. When calamity comes, repent properly. I feel that I have not repented enough. In many matters, I feel far from God’s will. My heart is filled with guilt. I do not know whether it is fear or reverence, but whatever it is, I know that God is far too mighty. I cannot contend with Him. I can only submit to Him properly. The LORD is God. This is certain. The ones who bring disaster upon us are ourselves.
Therefore, when we encounter such things, we must examine ourselves carefully. We take certain things as perfectly natural. For instance, we want our children to pursue good grades. We think good grades must surely be better than poor grades. Yet this very system of logic can drive a child onto the path of depression. Is that not so?
Is it God who brings disaster upon us? Why do we question God? Know this: I am the one who has brought disaster upon Israel! Even the emperors of old, when calamity or plague came upon the nation, would issue an edict of self-reproach, blaming themselves for not fearing God. Do you understand? Therefore, the disaster you bring upon yourself is the result of offending God. If you think things are still going well and therefore do not care about God, then wait until things no longer go well.
Perhaps God has mercy on you, allowing you to suffer some calamity so that you may know the LORD is God. But I tell you, did the Israelites in the days of Ahab and Elijah witness that the LORD is God? They did. How long did they believe? Like fish, they believed for seven seconds, then forgot. Why? Because God did not give them what they wanted. So they made idols. For example, you desperately want to become rich, and you pray, “God, I really want to become rich.” God says, “Fine, I will let you make this fortune.” Yet not only do you fail to make money, you lose much more.
You are better off not praying. Once you pray, you certainly do not succeed. Is that not so? Someone says to God, “God, I want to rob a bank. Please protect me.” He goes there, only to find police waiting for him. Why? God revealed it to the police: “Go and arrest him first.” It does not work. Can such a prayer work? God tells us to seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to us. Yet people refuse to do this. They insist on seeking what they themselves want. Thus, their evil desires do not die until the kingdom of Israel is destroyed. I tell you, the generation that witnessed the destruction of Israel lived most miserably.
Bearing Witness before All Israel That the LORD Is God
Do you know what Elijah did? Never mind that Baal had 450 prophets. Elijah was only one man. Brothers and sisters, never imagine that having many people praying makes things effective. Baal’s prophets were numerous, yet their prayers were useless. Our church does not really believe that more people praying means greater power. I do not believe it.
A famous pastor once said, “Do you know why my ministry is so powerful?” The brothers and sisters below said, “No.” The pastor said, “Let me tell you. Whenever I stand on the stage to preach, there are 450 mighty warriors praying for me behind the scenes.” This does not quite accord with the Bible. Have you read such a statement in the Bible? Did Elijah have 450 mighty intercessors behind him? Not one. Elijah was alone. When Jesus came into the world, did He have a group of mighty intercessors behind Him? No. The apostle Paul seemed to have some, but perhaps he did not. In truth, there is no clear record.
Why did Paul ask them to pray for him? So that they might share Paul’s vision and mission. Paul’s ministry was not made effective by the prayers of many people. This is a major misconception. Therefore, we do not have an intercessory team among us. If you like to do that, fine. I will not interfere. Before all the people, is it better to have many prophets? No. One is enough. For what God intends to do, He accomplishes through Elijah, whom He has chosen.
Was it difficult? Yes. Was it desolate? Yes. Was it awkward? Very awkward. Elijah did not even have an attendant. Let me tell you: when Elijah came forward, he may have had a beard he had not shaved for years, clothes he had not changed for years, and looked dirty. Yet this man, covered in beard and of ordinary appearance, had a heart to serve God.
What then? Two bulls—one for you, one for me. You prepare a pile of wood; I prepare a pile of wood. You kill your bull and place it on the wood. I will place mine on the wood. I let you choose first, so that you have no excuse. Of these two bulls, you cannot say that I chose the better one and that is why yours did not work. No such thing. You choose the bull. You pray first. What happened? The words are most interesting.
They took the bull which was given them, prepared it, and called upon the name of Baal from morning even till noon, saying, “O Baal, hear us!” But there was no voice; no one answered. Then they leaped about the altar which they had made. And so it was, at noon, that Elijah mocked them and said, “Cry aloud, for he is a god; perhaps he is meditating, or he is busy, or he is on a journey, or perhaps he is sleeping and must be awakened.” (1 Kings 18:26–27)
If he had gone travelling, tell him to buy an air ticket and hurry back. If he was sleeping, wake him quickly. If he was drinking, tell him to stop drinking; we are praying here. Let them carry on with their performance. Baal is not God. Do you understand? He is not God! Why do people like Baal so much? It is not because he can do great things. At most, he can satisfy a little of your selfish desire.
What you want, perhaps you will get it and perhaps you will not. But he is particularly accommodating to your selfish desires and your own will. I tell you: accommodating man’s will is Satan. The greatest demon is the one that accommodates man’s will. If you wish to walk according to your own will, then I wish you good luck. If you encounter Satan, you will certainly have “one stroke of good luck after another.” But at the moment God sends calamity, nothing can save you.
Ahab’s side kept pouring water. Not enough—pour more! My goodness, the ground was covered with water, soaked through with water. Elijah prayed, and fire came down. It dried up even the water in the trench and testified that the LORD is the true God. The LORD God is not merely a doctrine. A god who can only speak doctrines is not God. Remember this: one who can only speak doctrine is not God. The God who can cause fire to come down from heaven, that is God. Therefore, be very careful. In our generation, many people have believed the mighty God into a powerless god.
They have believed the powerful gospel into a powerless gospel. They have reduced the gospel to a doctrine. This is completely different from what Jesus did. Now I want to tell you all publicly: God will once again testify among us that He Himself is God. Let us take up faith again and know that the LORD is God. When we encounter one calamity or another, the first thing we should think is: I have done wrong.
Chinese Mingding Doctrine has summed up a great maxim, and it is particularly useful. Do you know what it is? It is this: “Am I right to do this? Is this the word of God?” Even if it is the word of Laozi, Confucius, or Kazuo Inamori, it is of no use. When calamity comes, people worship idols and God sends calamity. Nobody’s words can help. Therefore, we must constantly ask ourselves: Is this the word of God? If it is not God’s word, what should we do?
I do not want you to remain ignorant. You may read many different books and possess all kinds of knowledge, but God’s word is the key. Reading God’s word may seem dry and uninteresting. Yet if you do not read it, you know nothing. Now God’s power will be manifested in us. Therefore, when calamity comes, you should thank God, because God intends to save you.
When calamity comes, do not think it strange. We often get things wrong. We often take matters lightly, thinking there is nothing serious about them. But then fire comes down from heaven, and God demonstrates through power that He is God. Jesus Christ came into this world and demonstrated through power that He is the Son of God. Do you understand? It is not something else; it is testimony. The word of testimony we proclaim is the power of God.
Then the Israelites realised: “Ah, we had it all wrong! We thought the calamities we suffered were caused by Elijah. But they were not. It was Ahab and his whole family, and our own hearts, because we had turned to Baal. We were all wrong. Now we know that the LORD alone is God, and we will follow the LORD!” Then Elijah said, “Seize these prophets!” The Israelites surged forward. Do you know how many people there were? A great many! They had heard that Elijah, the one they thought had brought famine upon Israel, had come. He would show them whether the LORD was God.
Some came strolling along, saying, “Come, everyone, let us see what Elijah can do. Let us see whether he can really make rain come down.” Others said, “Our prophets of Baal have been at this for three years—at least more than two years—and it has not worked. We hope Elijah will work.” Do you understand? Everyone came. There were crowds, like those gathered for election rallies on Ketagalan Boulevard in Taiwan. Mount Carmel was packed solid.
The prophets of Baal were still performing. Some slashed and cut themselves until blood flowed, for this was their custom. They thought this would move Baal. Elijah did not need to do that. He only needed to open his mouth and pray, and it worked. There was no need to cut himself or pierce holes in his body. Everyone came to see, and the result proved that the LORD is God. This time, the Israelites underwent a great awakening. They rushed forward and seized the prophets of Baal.
Why? They hated these people bitterly. Do you know why? For more than two years, Jezebel had said, “Wait a little longer. Give Baal another chance. Let them pray a little more.” Yet there was still no rain. Another month passed, still no rain. Another month passed, still no rain. The people had long lost patience. These 450 prophets of Baal were priests and prophets on high salaries. The people thought, “Our taxpayers’ money has all gone to them, yet people in our homes have already starved to death! What nonsense is this? What Baal?”
Do you understand? Elijah said, “Seize them! You have been deceived by them. They are a band of fraudsters!” In truth, they were indeed a band of fraudsters. After the Israelites seized them, Elijah killed these 450 prophets at the Brook Kishon. Had these prophets ever performed miracles before? Certainly they had. It was not that they had no spiritual power at all. They had some. But before God, they were nothing.
After reading this, brothers and sisters, reflect carefully on yourselves. How long will we waver between two opinions? At that time, all the prophets of Baal were killed, and vengeance was taken with their blood. Then God’s anger turned away, and rain came again upon the land. It is a very interesting record.
God Sends Rain upon the Land Again
Then Elijah said to Ahab, “Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain.” So Ahab went up to eat and drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; then he bowed down on the ground, and put his face between his knees, and said to his servant, “Go up now, look toward the sea.” So he went up and looked, and said, “There is nothing.” And seven times he said, “Go again.” Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, “There is a cloud, as small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea!” So he said, “Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you.’” Now it happened in the meantime that the sky became black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy rain. So Ahab rode away and went to Jezreel. (1 Kings 18:41–45)
God sent rain again. Did people know God? I tell you: if, when we encounter problems, all we seek are rice, oil, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and tea—the things of the flesh and the world—not only will we fail to obtain them, calamity will also come. Therefore, we must submit to God. If the LORD is God, we should follow Him. If He is not God, what are you doing here? Your thoughts and intentions become confused, and you are filled with doubt: is the LORD still God?
People simply refuse to look for problems in themselves. Of all the calamities we encounter, which one did you not bring upon yourself? Which one was not caused by the false faith within you? Know that those things within you, the rubbish in your mind, all offend God. Now God wants to prove His grace to you again and prove again that He is God. If He is not God, why should we waste time here?
You would be better off using the time to do something proper. Someone asks, “Teacher, are you trying to drive me away?” That is not my intention. But honestly speaking, if you do not believe in God, what can you make of your life? You say, “I believe.” Then believe properly. Is it simple? Yes, it is simple. Therefore, I once again call heaven and earth to witness, telling everyone that the LORD is God and that we should obey His word. It is not He who obeys us. He is in heaven. He is exceedingly mighty, powerful and awesome; yet He is also gracious and merciful. We must fear Him properly. If calamity comes, then raise your cup and celebrate. Why? Because God intends to save you. God will send rain again upon the land. God will send His favour once more. Here is a verse:
Then the hand of the LORD came upon Elijah; and he girded up his loins and ran ahead of Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel. (1 Kings 18:46)
I tell you, because the Spirit of the LORD came upon Elijah, he ran faster than a horse!
He ran much faster than a hundred-metre champion. When the Spirit of God came upon Elijah, he ran faster than a horse. Even Ahab’s chariot could not catch him. What does this prove? It proves once again that work is accomplished by the Spirit of God. It is not accomplished by my endless nagging to you. Recently, I have greatly reduced the time I spend nagging. I keep talking; people grow tired of hearing it, and I have begun to grow tired of myself. It is useless! Let us know once again: the LORD is God, and Jesus Christ is our Lord and Saviour.
He is powerful and awesome. He upholds us with His almighty hands. If you encounter any calamity, do not seek its cause in God. Know that there are many things of Ahab and many things of Jeroboam within us. We regard the matter of living too heavily, and we regard eternal life too lightly. If you still wish to think more about it, then think a while longer. But never forget the things God has done through you.
May God bless everyone!
