Introduction

Good morning, everyone. Today, I will share with you Foundational Series of Faith (2): It is the Spirit that Gives Life! What a great topic! This topic is highly valuable. If you don't know what a foundation is, I believe many of us have studied for many years, including those with doctoral, master's, university, secondary, and primary school educations. It doesn't matter if you haven't studied; you will still understand. Today, you will learn with me what a foundation is.

What is a foundation? It is the premise of any discipline. If you study plane geometry, its premise is called an axiom. An axiom does not need to be demonstrated; that is, it is called a premise or assumption. If the axiom does not hold, the entire discipline does not hold. If you don't understand this, you will have great trouble. I know many people believe in doctors, placing all their hopes on them. Some people place their hopes on schools and teachers for their children's education.

As a pastor, I come into contact with all kinds of people. One day, a school teacher came to me. He was a patient with depression. We thought it would be unlucky to entrust our children to such a teacher. We come into contact with many people. Later, one day, a psychologist came to me, also sick. He treats patients during the day, and I treat him at night. People who seek him are full of hope. Later, a medical expert came and said to me, We are very helpless in this profession! I asked, Why are you helpless? We all know that this disease is difficult to cure, but we still have to treat it. However, the patient places all their hopes on us. Can you imagine how much pressure we are under! I said, That's why you've come to seek God.

So, what I mean is that education has a premise, and medicine has a premise, but few people care about the premise. Is this premise valid? Often, premises are not valid. Brothers and sisters, if you want to be smart, you will understand why. If we take a car to a repair shop and, after it's repaired, the car doesn't move when you press the accelerator but lurches forward when you press the brakes, and it makes strange noises, it's a broken car. But people go to the hospital, and after being repaired, they are like that, some well-repaired, some not.

If it's not repaired well, it remains that way; the premise is faulty. Today, we brothers and sisters must know that this is not bragging. Many people come to us because doctors can't fix them. If doctors could fix them, would it be our turn? As a result, many people are healed. Some people don't understand and think it must be fake. In fact, they don't know if it's real or fake; they are not clear. Why? Because they have a set of axioms, a logical system built on a premise and assumption. Do you all understand now? Once this premise and assumption are invalid, the discipline completely collapses.

Today, I must tell you that this foundational thing is not based on demonstration but on acceptance. No one demonstrates it. For example, a doctor believes that a person's illness is a problem with their physical body, so they use physical means to solve the problem. But today we say that it is the Spirit that gives life. A person's illness is closely related to the spiritual realm. Can medicine cure that?

In the past, I often went to mental hospitals. Why? Because people's mental state is not good these days. A child went to a mental hospital. I knew this child from school. Later, I went to the mental hospital and cast the demons out of him in the presence of doctors and nurses. After the demons were cast out, the doctors examined him again and found nothing. His mental illness was cured. This is a spiritual matter. The demon was still inside him, even speaking to me, saying terrifying things.

I say that it is the Spirit that gives life, and it is also the spirit that makes people sick and causes death. Do you think the spiritual realm is important? But you might say, I am a materialist. Then there's no way to discuss it. Today, everyone should open their eyes and see that few people who live to be forty or fifty years old have not experienced spiritual things. I say it is the Spirit that gives life; you can accept it if you like or not. Any set of axioms is not derived but accepted or rejected.

Any logical system is self-justifying. For example, if I take a straight line and you say, It's crooked, there's no point in discussing it. If I say parallel lines cannot intersect, and you say, Why can't they intersect? there's no way to discuss it. So, on the foundation of axioms, the foundation is a series of axioms. Jesus never proves these things to us. You either accept them or you don't. You say people depend on food, then you depend on food. Take responsibility for developing diabetes from overeating. But Jesus tells us that it is the Spirit that gives life. These are two systems that cannot be discussed together.

The system I accept is that it is the Spirit that gives life. The logical system you accept says that people live by food. It depends on which system is better. No matter how much a person experiences in this life, they cannot change. The problem is that it cannot be overturned; if you can't overturn it, it will self-justify. But this is what I call the system: two kingdoms, two logics, two systems. Which system is yours? I believe that it is the Spirit that gives life, which is one of the logical systems of the Kingdom of God. It is the flesh that gives life, which is the system of the demonic kingdom. Both are quite reasonable.

One is the mighty power of God, full of miracles and wonders, and the other is the natural law of birth, aging, sickness, and death. One is eternal life, and the other is this life. One relies on God, and the other relies on people. Both are very reasonable; it just depends on which one you choose. If you choose one, and you say, I was born to choose this, then I wish you good luck. How could I persuade you? What I can persuade you of or demonstrate to you is not called an axiom. Your choice is your destiny. Some people build churches according to human logic, and some build churches according to God's logic. There are also two kinds of Christians. There are all kinds of churches and all kinds of pastors. In the end, it comes down to two kingdoms and two logical systems.

A few days ago, members from a church came to us, which was very interesting. One of our pastors received them. He said he had a stomach problem, as well as cystitis, urethritis, acid reflux... Our pastor said, That's easy. I'll lead you in prayer. He said, Before we pray, there's one more thing I need to tell you: my daughter has menstrual pain. Menstrual pain is a minor matter among us, as is stomach pain. It is a spirit that causes this illness. Wouldn't it be good if it could be cast out? The pastor of their local church said, This is called menopause. It's like this during menopause. Wouldn't that be despairing?

What I hate is, It's like this. Then you just have to accept it! What can you do? Just suffer. What is more painful and despairing than something without an answer? The worst thing is to give her an explanation, letting her know that there's no way to solve menopause, as everyone goes through this at that age. Later, her daughter's menstrual pain stopped immediately after prayer. Isn't menstrual pain caused by a demon? It's gone. Then she said, Ah, can this also be prayed for? Why can't this be prayed for? Then the stomach can also get better. Everything can get better.

Then our pastor asked him, Does your church have healing and deliverance? She replied, Our church doesn't have that. How bad is that demon? Actually, their church also has healing and deliverance. The problem is where? A church being defeated is very critical. Later, she told our pastor, Actually, our church's pastor is waiting to die in the hospital. I said, God, have mercy on me. I'm not making this up. That's how it is. That pastor has brain cancer.

I feel that everything depends on which logical system people have in their minds! Which logical system do you have? The words in the Bible, It is the Spirit that gives life, didn't Jesus say that? I congratulate brothers and sisters. This is by no means me boasting, but our church is so serious about God's Word in the Bible, that guy! We've been working hard at it, getting really serious. By taking God's Word so seriously, we have been implementing these foundational things one by one. It is the Spirit that gives life, and it is also the spirit that causes death.

The day before yesterday, I ministered to a cancer patient, who is a good friend of mine, in his local church. His pastor explained it to him like this: it is just like this; it's always like this. What could be more despairing than that? As a result, the day before yesterday, his family said, Pray for our family member. He's going to have chemotherapy tomorrow. Because I prayed for him almost every night. Before, the whole person’s condition was very bad after chemotherapy. You think that chemotherapy is not using poison to fight poison? Can chemotherapy solve the problem of demons? If chemotherapy could solve the problem of demons, then there would be no need for God. As a result, he felt completely different on the next day of chemotherapy. He returned, refreshed.

The people are all Christians, and he said, I told them to just treat this chemotherapy as a medicine to treat our illness. Although it is poison, it is also a medicine to treat our illness. Oh my goodness, he had chemotherapy before. Afterwards he was listless and in a very depressed mood and very uncomfortable. He was worn out. I sent him a message: you foolish people Ah. I did not say this. This is what Jesus ​​said. You foolish people; you believe too slowly. To inform you of what is said in the books of the prophets, how can you not understand? You believe too slowly! The Spirit lives!

How could he not attribute his family's recovery to my prayers? Oh! I am so emotional; people are doing well and they are not attributed to me; they are all attributed to the medicine. I did not spend a penny. This medicine costs a lot of money. It did not work before. When I arrived, it worked, and I thanked the medicine again. Thank God. I can only say. There is no alternative. Can this medicine cure the spirit? They said: Our church also has healing and deliverance. Okay. What do you do now? You all have cancer and you’re in your church? I am very strange. Why is there such a big difference in churches?

Recently, a sister repented. Why did she repent? Because when I preached about her, I insulted her a lot. Actually, this is not called insulting. I’m just saying it. People's foundations are not on God. Why is this? Her nose was not good for a while. It was good after praying. It was not good for me. Her nose was not good. After praying, she felt that she had experienced less God. She always experienced less, old stuff! As a result, if her nose was bad, she would give up all service and all service. I am strange. This person has a bad nose. Why did she quit God? Why don't you quit your insurance? If her nose is bad, quit selling insurance. The problem is, what are you really pursuing inside? If you don’t change your rooted system, it’s not repentance. Experiencing anything is useless. As I see it.I pray that God has mercy and never experiences God’s wrath.

Speaking of letting people live is the spirit. I have a lot of stories. Too many to count. My mom is so lucky to have me, this son. Her lumbar vertebra had a depression and there was a pit where you could put your finger. She had long-term back pain. Later, how was she able to walk? Because of my prayers, she can walk. Brothers and sisters, you must know that these are all miracles. One day, people provided free medical checkups and the hospital gave free checkups to the elderly. The doctor did not understand when he saw her: “Hey, you have a paralyzed waist. How can you walk? Walk around and see.” As a result, they took an X-ray and checked everything and the doctor did not understand.

As a result, this matter caused a series of troubles in my mother. My mother also said, I have a paralyzed waist, how can I walk? As a result, when I returned home, I couldn’t get out of bed. I happened to be at home and so I asked, What did you do today? She said: I went to get a health checkup. I said: How did it end up like this after the checkup? It was fine yesterday. My mother said that the doctor had never said that to me before. Oh my gosh. This doctor said this and the person turned into this. Is it bad? It’s very bad.

Today, brothers and sisters, these different foundations are amazing. I prayed for my mom again and she's fine. She came back to life, jumping up and down. My mother does not understand. Look, a physical person sees whether something is good or bad, and judges according to the physical. I see things with the spirit. I said, I tell you the truth, it is indeed bad. But God's power is on your waist, so you can walk. Did you see that? God's spirit is on you so you can walk. Is my mother lucky to have me, this son of hers?

I have a college classmate. They have a lot of paranormal events at their house. I tell you, all these families that have unnatural deaths from suicides, hanging deaths, etc., drinking poison, drug abuse, etc. These unnatural deaths are closely related to the spiritual world. One day, he had heart disease. Why? Because the spirit of death was attached to him. If the spirit of death is attached to a person, the person will have heart disease. As a result, he went to the hospital to prepare for surgery.

At this time, he was lying on the bed and saw someone come in. This person came in and told him, No matter who it is, don't follow that person who wants to take you away. Then that person disappeared. At that time, he felt that this was a paranormal event. Atheists also experienced miracles. As a result, when the surgery, he had anesthesia. His spirit was very clear. At this time, there were several weird looking things. There was a ghost grabbing him and he pulled back and would not follow. He came back. He told me this. During the surgery, his heart stopped beating for five minutes. Wasn’t he dead? He lived again! He was pushed out of the operating room the next day.

I said, that is a big experience! Today, brothers and sisters, you must know that people must know for sure that it is the spirit that gives life. It's all about the Spirit that gives life. If this foundation is different and you say that the reason we live is not the spirit, but it is something else. The reasons we have are medicine, technology, material things, civilization etc. Then you live in those truths. I won't persuade you. Today, brothers and sisters, do you know that when I cast out demons, it is up to the spiritual realm that the demons are cast out? Brothers and sisters must know what is going on.

Actually, as for choosing to accept this foundation or choosing to accept that foundation, it is nothing but a person's choice. This cannot be solved by reasoning. Reasoning cannot solve it, but these foundational things are obvious. Do you accept that the spirit that gives life, or do you accept that the flesh gives life? Accept whichever you think is more reasonable. This is your choice, your life, and your destiny. Accept if you can accept it. Some people inexplicably chose the heavenly foundation and some people inexplicably accepted the earthly foundation. These are the two logical systems and the two foundations. They’re all fine. “Why do you say that?” What to say? Many people chose the earthly way and many people are choosing the heavenly way, both ways are fine.

I increasingly understand that Paul said He chose us to be holy. This things is amazing and is God’s choice. For example, Esau and Jacob were twins. They both heard a similar story from his grandfather and that he had a covenant with God with his father. Living in the same environment, but they had different reactions in the same life. What way will you choose?

I can’t help you in your way that you choose. There is your destiny. I said life is empty. You said no. If I suggest an additional day, one day less will happen. Many things are destiny. In Buddhism this is called “wisdom, in the roots”. That’s life. If you don’t have wisdom, I wish you good fortune. Today I am sharing about the foundational series of faith, it's not for reasoning for faith. It cannot be reasoned; I can only say that I choose this and I choose that. The same as someone who likes it there some don’t like it. This is a very sharp question.

Scripture

The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life. (John 6:63)

Prayer

God, have mercy on us. Open our minds today. God, may we turn to you today, and may what we believe and accept be built on the foundation of your kingdom. God, may we make wise choices, and give us such wisdom and intelligence so that we may know that what you say is the truth. God, it is the Spirit that gives life, and today may I understand in my heart, and may I live by your Spirit, may I live by your words, and may I receive eternal life. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!

Background of the Passage

The background of this passage is very interesting. Are many people following Jesus to hear Jesus preach? No. They are bringing patients with problems they cannot solve to Jesus. More than five thousand people are following Jesus, each with their own purpose. Many people are just living for themselves. Some people say, Who isn't living for themselves? No, Jesus came into the world to die, to be crucified on the cross. Many people come to follow Jesus, listening to Jesus preach, but listening and not necessarily understanding! Just like many of us, after listening for many years, Teacher, I can only understand up to 10% of your preaching. Actually, it's not about understanding or not; it's about not accepting because you have your own system inside!

A large group of people followed Jesus, and after speaking, they had to eat, not just listen to the sermon. Jesus saw that there were no restaurants there. How could he make food for thousands of people? Jesus asked what they had. Someone brought some bread and fish, which Christians all know. The five loaves and two fish fed five thousand people, and the remaining scraps filled twelve baskets. I cannot understand, but understanding is not important. What is important is that it is recorded in the Bible.

As a result, these people ate and drank and went back. Why are they living inside? They still have to live for food. Later that day, the disciples left by boat. Jesus walked on the sea. A storm arose in the sea. Jesus calmed the storm, got on the boat, and went there together. There was another group of people who heard that this place was good, that there was bread, that Jesus conjured it up, that he was very spiritual! A lot of people went to the place where the five loaves and two fish were.

When these people came and saw that Jesus was not there, they looked for Jesus everywhere. Why? Because they had eaten the bread. I also have to eat! It's all for eating bread. As a result, when many people came to find Jesus, Jesus gave them an example. This is a very surprising path! If you read the sixth chapter of John, that is what Jesus said. Jesus said, I am the bread of life. You are not looking for me because of miracles, but because of the bread. Do you understand? There is free bread here!

I ask you, are there many people in line? A lot! To eat bread is to be full of free bread. Suddenly a lot of people say, I want it! I want it! They forgot it was a miracle. It looks like when people queue up for free things on the street so just like in Singapore. Jesus said: I am the bread of life. Some people understand that way and some don't. If what you don’t understand, what is not in accordance with your system, you have to discard it. Things that comply with your system, please keep that close to you.

I said that believing in Jesus could get better and you just listen to believe that believing in Jesus makes life better. It caused them to forget to believe that Jesus is great. They just wanted a good life and so did I! As a result, the people mentioned is mentioned that our ancestors ate manna in the wilderness. eating manna that fell from heaven! People just think about filling their stomachs. People think food is the top most thing. Did everyone see the logical foundation in this group of people? I saw you. Their logic is that people think food is the top most thing. Our ancestors ate manna that came down from heaven. But Jesus said:

I am the bread that came down from heaven. And what I give is my own flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.” (John 6:58)

The Israelites just wanted to eat and live for food. The logical foundation needs to be carefully considered. The man would be with me every day. It’s so good to have the kid that has this blessing. it had to be a magical person and a spiritual person. Their ancestors ate manna and died back then. But Jesus said, I am the bread of life, ate my food and you will never die! Can you understand? Eat my body and drink my blood. The reactions of people are very surprised to hear this.

Why is that because this is hard to understand! This logic does not flow. Brothers and sisters must know that what we are carrying inside with Jesus is inconsistent. The foundations are different. Jesus is talking about the spirit and they are talking about the physical. Just like some of the people I served, even though they are Christians, they are physical Christians. Talking to these people is difficult. It’s Jesus said that we as humans live spirit. Jesus said the following phrase:

I say this to make you reject me? What if you see the Son of Man ascend to where he was before? (John 6:62)

If the foundation is wrong, it's all in vain! I say, if you have a fish bone in your throat, I can pray for you to be healed, but a false one is impossible. How can I explain this? They say three eights are twenty-three, but I say three eights are twenty-four, how can we talk? No way to talk. When it comes to the Spirit gives life, they do not accept it!

The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life. (John 6:63)

Then many of them left, for they were just looking for free bread. They could not connect with Jesus' words. I learned a trick from God: Jesus did not pull them back, Jesus did not call them back! In my words: those who want to scram, scram quickly! My words are a bit heavy. My words are a bit crude, even though I am an intellectual. To speak the truth, I do what Jesus did. Many of his disciples turned back. Jesus did not pull them back, so that's how I do it too. I never pull back those who leave.

There was a couple, the husband had heart disease, and the son needed a kidney transplant, they were trying hard to live. One day, her husband was hospitalized, and someone she knew contacted me, so I had to minister! After experiencing a lot, they still left. In their hearts, they said, what have I experienced? I still remember it, but they have forgotten. Recently, they came back again, why? Do they come back to me when they are okay? If they were seeking eternal life, they would have returned long ago. I say this not to dampen your enthusiasm. I am saying that there is a very deep root in people, but I don't know if that root has changed? Actually, that is not what I should be concerned about, it is what she should be concerned about.

I often like to say things like This is a hard teaching. Who can accept it? Then some of us also turn back. I would then ask: Do you want to leave too?

“You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve. (John 6:67)

Do you also want to follow? Those who want to scram, scram! Peter then spoke a great truth:

Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. (John 6:68)

Instantly dividing people into two sides. One belonging to the world, and the other belonging to God. If someone who belongs to the world comes to seek God for bread, you can eat, yes. But it is useless after eating. Therefore, many turn back. So, our church casts a net, picking out the good ones into containers, and throwing away the bad ones, it is very cruel! It is not that I am cruel to you, but that you are cruel to yourself! Why not choose the words of eternal life, the Spirit that gives life? Why not know that sickness is an evil spirit? Why not know that God is our healer? A tragedy! Accept it or not, that is your Mingding Destiny, your fate!

The Spirit Gives Life, and the Spirit Also Kills

Once, I ministered to a cancer patient, it was very hard. Why? Because cancer is very painful! Screaming in pain! Do you like to hear that sound? I do not like to hear that sound. I called her to pray, she was screaming in agony, I listened to two hours of ghostly wails, it was very hard, my job is not easy, after two hours, I said God! Have mercy on me! God revealed to me that this girl had had relationships with many men, bringing this evil spirit that infected her with cancer. I asked her if she had had relationships with many men. She said: Yes! I said, can you remember the names of these people? She said: Yes. I said: when you pray, in your heart, in the name of Jesus Christ, cut off your relationship with these people, cut off as many as you can remember, and the pain will be healed.

A day later, the pain returned, so I said, God! Why is it like this again? The Spirit of God revealed to me that there were ancestral tablets in her home, things that should be destroyed. I said to her parents: look at your daughter screaming in pain, can you throw away these tablets in your home? Her parents took away the tablets, and as a result, her pain was healed. The Spirit gives life, and the evil spirit also causes pain. Later, this girl was actually almost healed, her cancer was like a cauliflower, growing in her genital area, constantly draining, wherever it drained, it would rot, but it had already dried up. I told her to learn to live a blessed life, the foundation of faith is the Spirit that gives life, and to learn to give offerings. This girl was from a poor family and loved money very much.

A fan of mine online donated eight thousand dollars to her, and I told her to take out one-tenth of it, which is eight hundred dollars, this tithe belongs to God. As a result, it was like taking her life, she was unwilling to give. What are things devoted for destruction? This thing belongs to God, but you hold it in your hand, that is a thing devoted for destruction, this thing devoted for destruction is more hateful than all things devoted for destruction. The second is anything related to the spiritual world and idols, which is detested by God, those are all things devoted for destruction.

Ministering to this girl for two months, there were people in our church praying for her every day, and often it was me on duty at night to pray for her, praying for two or three hours at a time, but that night she refused to answer the phone, and the next morning I continued to call her, she did not answer the phone, I called her mother, her mother said she died at five o'clock in the morning. She was taken away by a demon, and I felt very sad, the Spirit gives life, and the spirit also kills, a sad story! I have experienced many such things.

If the foundation of a person is not changed, no matter how much they experience, it is useless! Can brothers and sisters clearly know that the Spirit gives life, and the spirit also kills, what exactly is your foundation? To live for the sake of living is to live in the flesh. This eight hundred dollars took that girl's life! There are many people who live just to live, I often minister to those who are about to die, when they are about to die, they know that money is useless, but as soon as they come back to life, they want money, as soon as people come back to life, they start planning to live, a tragedy! Stop saying that your experience is not enough, no experience is needed, it is the foundation, the foundation is a set of axioms, it is just which set of axioms we accept, axioms do not need to be proven, it is just like that!

Someone said to me: Teacher, I finally understand, so there is a God! So the spiritual world is real. My goodness! So many years have passed, how did you only just understand now! You are still in the verification stage. I taught people to program a few days ago, and someone said: Teacher, so variables can change. I said: you needed to find this out now! What were you doing before? But it is not a big problem to only just know that variables will change, but if you have believed in the Lord for so many years, and only just know that the spiritual world is real, then that is a big problem. If the foundation is not on the Spirit that gives life, and the spirit that kills, and the spiritual world is real, then everything else is wasted.

The Flesh Counts for Nothing

Don't think that I am arguing for something, I am just telling you the facts, this is a premise, this is a hypothesis, this is a foundation, this is an axiom, this does not need to be proven. If you think the flesh is beneficial, then enjoy your flesh. The flesh counts for nothing is what Jesus said, this does not need to be proven. People will have feelings in the flesh, this feeling is a spirit, when people live in the flesh, people will definitely feel uncomfortable, because the flesh counts for nothing, it is only harmful, not beneficial. Because a person who is of the flesh will attract evil spirits, when they attract evil spirits, people will feel uncomfortable.

For example, if a person feels weak, they use a fleshly perspective, you see, I just had chemotherapy yesterday, so I am weak today. Why did I have chemotherapy? Because I have cancer. So why do I have cancer? No way to answer. Why? Because the doctor did this and that, delaying my illness. After all of that, I am upset. I don't care if you just had chemotherapy yesterday: Come, pray, in the name of Jesus Christ, command my arm to return to normal immediately. I often do this. He just had chemotherapy yesterday, after praying, his arm returned to normal. Come, let's do the other arm, and the other leg, and the body, move around. I said look in the mirror, do you see your eyes shining? His eyes shone.

The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. Do you see these two opposites? The Spirit that gives life is God's law. The flesh counts for nothing, this is God's law. The flesh attracts demons, it naturally attracts demons. There was a news story, why? Because I was studying the Book of Proverbs, I was teaching the Book of Proverbs, telling everyone to learn to speak. Speaking is very important. As a result, as soon as I mentioned speaking, someone sent me a news story. I saw this news story, a department-level cadre, his wife was a bureau-level cadre. As a result, that day, his wife jumped down from the building, and there was blood in the house. The couple had a fight, a department-level official, a bureau-level official. As a result, I don't know if his wife jumped down by herself, or if she was thrown down by him.

The thing is like this. This person went to university, the same year as me. Very interesting. Some of us know him. As a result, why did they quarrel like this? It's just that little thing between husband and wife. Do you know what that little thing between husband and wife is? I won't draw too many pictures. Otherwise, after listening, you might think I am showing obscene images. That little thing between husband and wife, male and female relationships. This one got together with this one, and that one got together with that one. As a result, one went downstairs, and one went upstairs. Just for the little thing that the flesh does. Living for the flesh, can I not wish you good luck? I must tell you, you live one day less. You don't know which day you will be upstairs, and which day you will be downstairs.

The flesh counts for nothing. People need to know the feelings of the flesh, that thing is a spirit, that evil spirit is attached to the person, and the person will have very strong feelings. Do you all understand now? There is a very impulsive feeling to kill someone, would you say that is a life or death situation? That is a life or death situation, that is trouble. If there is a very impulsive feeling, and then people rationalize this thing, then it is easy to commit a crime.

As soon as I talked about this news, many people said, my husband is her university classmate. Let's not gossip. What I am saying is that the flesh counts for nothing, don't mention university classmates, primary school classmates, let's get back to the topic. The flesh counts for nothing. After all of that, people will live and die for it. If you ask me why I live? I believe the flesh counts for nothing, I believe that it is the Spirit of God that makes me live, that is why I can kill so many spirits of death. Can you understand?

My mother had a lump on her leg as big as half a football, when I touched it with my hand, it felt like there were many fish intertwined in there, it was very scary. I prayed for it until it disappeared. Why have surgery? That was a spirit. Understand slowly. Today, if you feel uncomfortable inside, discouraged, that is a spirit of discouragement; if you feel troubled inside, worried, that is a spirit of worry. If you have an uncontrollable lust inside, that is called a spirit of lust. Everyone must know that the flesh counts for nothing.

The Words Jesus Speaks Are Spirit and Life

Look carefully, these are all foundations. The words Jesus speaks are spirit and life. Can you understand? You know that the words Jesus speaks are the bread of our life! We must eat the words Jesus speaks! The more we eat the words Jesus speaks, the more prosperous people will be! People must accept unconditionally. Once you are built on another foundation, you cannot accept it, so this teaching is hard.

Who can understand this? If you do not understand, then who do you blame? If you do not understand what I am saying today, who do you blame? Do you understand that the Spirit gives life? You can understand. After I tell a story, after I finish telling it, you forget that the Spirit gives life, but you remember the news I told, then that is trouble. Why? That news is so gossipy! You forget that I was arguing that the flesh counts for nothing. Today, brothers and sisters, please don't listen to the sermon and turn this place into a place for gossip.

Jesus said many words, that is the Word of God, that is the word of eternal life. That is what we must believe, that is why the Christian faith is based on faith. People of the flesh, people of the material world, believe in the laws of nature, birth, old age, sickness, and death, but those who believe in the Word of God will have signs and wonders following them. Today, when you come with your problems, are you still talking about birth, old age, sickness, and death? The laws of nature? If you come with your illness, and you are still talking about birth, old age, sickness, and death, the laws of nature, then go to the hospital! If the hospital cannot fix it either, then I wish you good luck! Is that your fate!

If a person believes in God, believes in the Word of God, believes in the words of Jesus Christ, then the Word of God will be manifested, that is signs and wonders. Therefore, if you believe in Jesus, you must do what Jesus did, and signs will follow you. Therefore, when you come among us, experiencing signs and wonders is simply commonplace. Because our church is built on the foundation of Jesus Christ, this rock. Therefore, the Chinese Mingding Destiny that our church preaches today will bring a new era of Christian transformation. This Christian transformation is not transforming to somewhere else, it is on the foundation of Jesus Christ.

Today, Christianity without power is a mystery. Why? Why is there no power? Because it is not built on the foundation of the Spirit that gives life. Of course, there are many other dirty and filthy things, countless of them. Today, brothers and sisters, you must know that when you receive the Word of God, you receive joy and enjoyment inside. If you receive the words of the world, those who are of the flesh will have toil and trouble inside.

Many people do not understand why Paul was joyful while sitting in prison. Because that joy was built on the Word of God. A person who lives in eternal life, the things of this life are child's play. People do not understand how Joseph was sold into Egypt and was able to happily be a slave. Nor do they understand that Joseph later came to Egypt, became a slave, and was sent to prison, where he became the best prisoner. It is hard for you to understand.

Because a person does not live in this life, but lives in the Word of God, and God tells him inside: I rely on the Word of God. The Word of God is the bread of my life. People who accept the Word of God must accept the foundation of the Word of God, this foundation is the word of eternal life. Am I speaking plainly? Therefore, the words Jesus speaks are spirit and life. Some people ask me, saying: Teacher, after I talk to you, I feel clear inside, every time I come, I pray with you, and after praying, I feel comfortable. Because I teach according to what Jesus said.

The way of Jesus Christ says: these things that people live for are vanity of vanities. After praying, many symptoms loosen up, but after going back and thinking about it, they return to the original foundation, and they feel uncomfortable again. Therefore, brothers and sisters, you must know that the words Jesus Christ speaks are spirit and life, Jesus Christ is the God who became flesh; He speaks and it is, He commands and it stands firm. If we accept unconditionally, we will never lack in our lives.

Many Turn Back, Do You Want to Leave Too?

From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him. “You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve. (John 6:66-67)

Everyone must know that if the foundations are not agreed upon, not acknowledged, there is no way to walk together. If you come to believe in the Lord to live well, thinking that this place has blessings, has bread, and can increase your salary, that is real money! You cannot walk with me. Because what I preach is the word of eternal life, I have seen through the small matters of this world, what is there to care about? It is not today that I have seen through, it is many years ago that I have seen through.

I tell everyone, I have not watched TV series or movies for decades. Everyone does not believe me, they think I am lying. I occasionally watch a small clip is still okay, but basically not, very little time. Yesterday someone told me about Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils, I don't know, I have never seen that thing. Some people say that this person's life is so boring, so dull, with no entertainment at all. How would they know that I live so joyfully inside! Before I knew God, I was always worried and bitter. I did not watch TV series much either, but I did not know what I was living for, I was always looking for the word of eternal life, living was meaningless. Later, I believed in the Lord, and I loved God, I loved God to the point of madness. Everyone can think about it, if you do not enjoy this thing, can you love God? I am very joyful inside.

Later, I said: I am not living to live well, but to die well. Living for eternal life is not just living to die well? If you live to live well, when you die, it will all be vanity, meaningless. I knew long ago that those things were meaningless, so when I read: The Spirit gives life, I thought these words were good! I must be for eternal life, to put it bluntly, to die well. I said recently I still need to grow, and someone said: You still need to grow? If you grow any further, you will go to heaven. It would be so good to go to heaven, I jokingly said is that the Western Heaven or the Eastern Heaven?

If you cannot accept what I am saying, there is no way to stay here, this teaching is hard to understand! Because our premises are different, not the same set of axioms. So, I combined what I am teaching today with what I taught before into one course. As soon as we come, we study the 101 Course, I think we should add a 001 Course before the 101 Course, which is the principles of God, these things that do not need to be proven. If you accept, then accept, if you do not accept, then forget it! Do you understand? If you do not accept, then that's it.

So, whether to turn back or not, it depends on what people are seeking? If people are seeking the word of eternal life, come, let's run together; if you are pursuing to live well, for bread, go wherever you need to go! We are all people who are living to die well, we are not living to live well, we are living to die well. Of course, as I said last time, if you see through the things before and after death, and you see through the things of living, can you not live well? You will live very joyfully, right?

Brothers and sisters, we are beginning to understand that the Spirit gives life. Someone asked: Is this saying different from dying and going to heaven? Of course it is different, he is living to die and go to heaven, but what is in his head? Think about it slowly. Therefore, brothers and sisters, you must know, Lord, you have the words of eternal life, who else shall we follow? If you are seeking this life, then forget it. If you are seeking eternal life, let's hold hands, walk shoulder to shoulder, and run together. This is not hard to understand.

Conclusion

What exactly is your foundation? If the foundation is the Spirit that gives life, the words Jesus speaks are spirit and life, and the words of Jesus Christ are the word of eternal life. Which one will you choose? What exactly is your foundation? I know that the things that many people say are because their premise is that the things they are scheming for are just that little bit! Therefore, what are you scheming for today? I wish that everyone would choose the truth of Jesus Christ, this is the word of eternal life!

Can you accept it? The words of Jesus are spirit and life, they are the bread of our life! From now on, are you willing to choose to live for this, to die for this, and to come into this world for this? If so, will you still put God aside, will you still regard serving God as a toil? As a hard job? No. Brothers and sisters, I pray that God will work in you.

He went on to say, “This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless the Father has enabled them.” (John 6:65)

This is election, I pray that all of our brothers and sisters are chosen by God, Amen! If you say: I am chosen by God, I want to obtain the word of eternal life. Those who seek will find, and to those who knock, the door will be opened, as long as you know that you do not have the word of eternal life, you will know to seek!
