Introduction

Good morning, everyone. Let's turn to Hosea, chapter 14. The theme of this chapter is very similar to that of chapter 12, which we discussed earlier: Return, O Israel, to the Lord your God, for your sin have caused you to stumble! The term Israel actually refers to believers, the people chosen by God.

Return, O Israel, to the Lord your God, for your sin have caused you to stumble. (Hosea 14:1)

This is God calling out to a group of people who have left Him, forsaken Him, and stumbled because of their sins.

You Have Stumbled Because of Your Sins

Why does it say, Return, O Israel, to the Lord your God? Because people have stumbled because of their sins. Stumbling is never a good thing, like an old woman falling and breaking her leg, or someone missing a step on the stairs and fracturing their hip. Stumbling is never a good thing. Only someone with a screw loose would say that stumbling is a good thing. Who in their right mind would want to stumble?

The Israelites suffered enough in Egypt. It was God who led them out of Egypt and into a blessed life. But that was the end of them; they stumbled. People seem to have this characteristic: they can't handle the good life. Once they have a good life, they become foolish. We have given God a big problem. God wants us to have a good life, a blessed life, but when people have a good life, they stumble because of their sins. When people have a good life, they have time to sin. This is what the ancient Chinese meant when they said, Satiety breeds lust. When people are toiling as slaves, working themselves to death every day, they don't have time to think about lust. Even if they have the inclination, they don't have the strength.

People have given God a big problem. God wants to bless us, but after being blessed, people sin and stumble because of their sins. That's why it says to return to the Lord your God. If you haven't stumbled, and you are doing well in the Lord God, then that's good. One can't help but marvel at how difficult it is for God. There is something that still puzzles me to this day. After one family received immense grace among us, they forgot everything. One day they were serving as small group leaders, and the next day they suddenly decided to leave the church. Of course, I won't say they left God; leaving the church is not the same as leaving God.

The reason for leaving the church is simple: when people are wealthy, will they still serve the Lord your God with a joyful and willing heart? This is a critical test and measuring stick. It's no problem for people to come to meetings when they have nothing else to do, even if they have to get up at 5 a.m. But whether they can still make time when they are busy with work depends on their character. What we often see is that people can't make time when they are busy with work because they have a hundred million in their hands that they need to manage.

It's easy for people to make time when they are not wealthy. But once they become wealthy, it becomes a bit difficult to make time. For example, if a family owns 100 properties and still has 30 that haven't been rented out, then taking people to view the properties and signing contracts becomes the priority. Anything can be delayed, but renting out the properties cannot be delayed. It's like those who tell me they don't have time to attend Bible study, perhaps because they bought five oxen or bought a house. The prerequisite is that they have money.

People stumble because of their sins, and the root cause is that they put God in a very unimportant place. I can't help but sigh. When something happens, they want me to serve them, but if I speak too harshly, it won't work, and if I speak too softly, it's useless. This is really too difficult for me. I can only cry out in my heart, My God! You have stumbled because of your sins, and as you live, you create a lot of chaos. Anyway, there's always something going on. Even though you've become a director, you still don't understand things.

How difficult it is to decide to follow God wholeheartedly and put Him first in life. I made a smart choice. Although I occasionally make mistakes, fortunately, I am awake most of the time. No matter what the situation, my God is my God, and I will put Him first. Anything can be let go, but my God cannot be let go. This is wisdom beyond the ordinary because I have seen through these things long ago.

In fact, it's so simple that you don't need five fingers; you can figure it out with just one heel. People like me don't expect anything from anyone, and no one expects anything from me either. In fact, everyone is the same as me; they can only rely on our God. But why does God have to shout from the heavens to tell us, Return, O Israel, to the Lord your God, as if God needs us so much? The key is that people still want to play hard to get and ask me, Where do I have time to do these things with you?

In fact, the answers to all of life's questions are with God. A few months ago, someone had kidney stones, and our co-workers prayed with him, and as a result, he passed the thorny stone. He received such great grace but couldn't talk about it. When he did, he became unhappy, feeling that I was still nagging him, always reminding him that he owed me. I was speechless when I heard this. You don't owe me anything; you owe it to yourself. How will you live if you get kidney stones again in the future? So we must know what our sins are, which is disobeying God's word and God's way. Let us not stumble because of our sins again, but keep God's word and God's way.

Who is wise? Let him understand these things. Who is discerning? Let him know them. The ways of the Lord are right; the righteous walk in them, but the rebellious stumble in them. (Hosea 14:9)

When sinners stumble on the word of the Lord, this is all they can do. I am just venting a few complaints for God, but God doesn't need me to complain. After people stumble, they are pressed to the ground and crushed by demons, and slowly they will remember our God and return to their God.

God Teaches Us How to Pray

Being pressed to the ground and crushed by demons, suffering as if living in hell, with pain and tears, is very difficult. Being pressed to the ground and crushed is definitely not easy, and then God calls out to Israel.

Return, O Israel, to the Lord your God, for your sin have caused you to stumble. Take words with you and return to the Lord. Say to him: “Forgive all our sins and receive us graciously, that we may offer the fruit of our lips. Assyria cannot save us; we will not mount warhorses. We will never again say ‘Our gods’ to what our own hands have made, for in you the fatherless find compassion.” (Hosea 14:1-3)

See how they prayed: God! We have sinned and offended you. Please help us remove our sins and cleanse us. Then the Holy Spirit comes to cleanse us. This is a heart of repentance, because we have been pressed to the ground and crushed, and the devil has given us a deadly scissor kick, and the outcome is terrible. In that kind of situation, what else can you ask for? Like an orphan, no one cares for you, and you can only ask God to cleanse us and receive us graciously. In the past, we loved money to the extreme, but as a result, we loved disaster, like those who are trapped in Myanmar.

Cry out to God to release us! As the scripture says, That we may offer the fruit of our lips. See how simple God teaches us to pray. With a movement of the upper and lower lips, we offer the fruit of our lips instead of bulls. God doesn't lack your sacrificial bulls, but He lacks your heart to offer bulls. Now you are pressed to the ground and crushed, and you don't have time to offer bulls. All you encounter is pain, and you are constantly being deceived.

A few days ago, I went out to visit a sister whose husband was quite muddled and bad in the previous church. The prophet of that church, I think, is a xian chi, a madman. The difference between xian zhi (先知, prophet) and xian chi (先痴, madman) is huge. That madman said that this brother was a big businessman, and this brother was stunned. As a result, he lost a lot of money in business and even pawned his house.

It didn't end there. Recently, he encountered big trouble. The information sent back showed that he was either controlled by a pyramid scheme company or scammed by a telecom fraud company. In my opinion, the prospects are bleak. I wonder which prophet in the Old Testament ever said that someone was a big businessman. I have never seen such a thing. To what extent does this madman love money? Even the prophet Balaam didn't dare to pray like this; he only secretly said it in his heart.

God teaches us to pray like this, to offer the fruit of our lips instead of bulls. The Israelites dare not seek help from the Assyrians again. Looking around, small countries in world politics are very difficult. It's not okay not to take sides, and it's even worse to take sides. Small countries throughout history must have the wisdom to be small countries. Whether or not they take sides, they will be beaten. The small country of Israel sought help from the Assyrians, but what they got was being pressed to the ground and crushed and humiliated. The world's powers have never really saved anyone. Who else can we rely on besides God? According to human eyes, we can only rely on money and the powers, but actually, it's best to rely on God.

Assyria cannot save us; we will not mount warhorses. We will never again say ‘Our gods’ to what our own hands have made, for in you the fatherless find compassion. (Hosea 14:3)

We will no longer seek help from the powers, nor will we mount the horses of Egypt. In the end, we will be pressed to the ground and crushed. What horses can we ride? We will no longer say to the idols that we have made with our own hands, You are our God, because it is useless to plead with idols. The golden calf is useless. This describes the Israelites being destroyed by the Assyrians when their country was destroyed. The Assyrians were a very brutal people. They treated the Israelites much worse than the Japanese devils treated us.

Everyone must know that prayer is a very simple thing. Never tell God that you will give God a bull, and then God must do something for us. You have no right to give God anything. And don't have any more expectations from the idols you have made. In the past, when we relied on money, money was useless; when we relied on power, power was useless; when we relied on influence, influence was still useless; when we relied on the ability of our own hands, the ability of our hands was also useless, because God wants you to return to Him.

We must begin to return to Him, as the scripture says, Return, O Israel, to the Lord your God. It is a tragedy for a believer to forsake God. In fact, Israel did not completely forsake God. They still went to church regularly, but they worshiped the golden calf. The prophet there said that you are a big businessman, but as a result, you lost everything. Or you see a vision that you should do this business, but the result is the same. You still lose everything. Where can you find reason? Those are all nonsense things.

God teaches us how to pray, just like the last sentence says, God, we are orphans, and orphans find compassion in you, O Lord, because we are God's people. We, these people who belong to God, cannot find a father for ourselves anywhere we go. Only God is our father. If we want to rely on a father, we must rely on a good father. Relying on a golden calf is useless.

When a person believes in God but forsakes God, stumbles because of his sins, and is pressed to the ground and crushed, God still teaches you to pray like this. Therefore, never tell God in prayer that you will save us and we will give you something in the future. You can't give God anything. Take a close look at these examples of falling in the church. How much this generation needs a pure gospel! How much it needs a group of people with Mingding Destiny to stand up and become a blessing to many people, needs a group of people who can know how to pray to God! God, have mercy on us. We want to return to you.

God Heals Our Waywardness

A person who belongs to God, or has been saved by God, is in His hands for life. If you choose to forsake God, He will not let you go. It is not that God is petty, but that is the kind of God He is. God sees people fall after turning away from Him, pressed to the ground and rubbed, as we used to say, trampled under billions of feet, never to rise again. In the devil's kingdom, there is a slogan: when a Christian falls, a swarm of demons tramples them under billions of feet, never to rise again. It is hard, and sickness begins, not just physical sickness, but mental sickness, sickness everywhere. Like I said, eating, urinating, breathing, drinking, not seeing, not hearing, not walking, wherever the problem is, whatever part is broken, it is enough to make you suffer. It is like a car, if any part breaks down, it will break down while driving.

The most fatal disease for a person is a sick mind, a bump on the head. Recently, I have discovered that many brothers and sisters have a spirit of poverty in their bones, thinking of the old Marx's stuff in their minds, praying on this side, and a lump grows on their heads. After it breaks, it flows out with pus and blood, and it smells very bad. Later, I found that if a person has a lump here, a lump there, it is possible to grow all over the body. At a glance, you can tell it is the old Marx. That is all sickness, the most fatal is a sick mind, with a lump of the old Marx in the head.

I will heal their waywardness and love them freely, for my anger has turned away from them. (Hosea 14:4)

Our God, I praise You! Because He has abundant grace and mercy, whenever we turn back to Him and call upon Him, He heals us. Where can you find such a good God? May God have mercy on us. If it were not for God's love for us, where would we have room to survive? According to the evil within us, we are all people who should be destroyed. But we look to God's mercy and call upon Him, that is, to pray, moving the upper and lower lips. God, we have sinned, we dare not rely on idols anymore, and God will have mercy on us and heal our sins of waywardness.

Waywardness is turning away from the way of life. The other day, a child came to me to pray because of a headache, vomiting, and stomachache. When I prayed, his voice revealed a kind of willfulness. In fact, I have been serving him for more than a day or two, and that willfulness is a disease of waywardness. What you have is a disease of waywardness. The child's family prayed for him according to gastroenteritis for a day, but it was not very effective, so I scolded him. What kind of brain has grown, how stupid must he be? You must know that willfulness suffers, and as soon as the little guy heard it, he said that he would repent of the sin of waywardness. Willfulness is a sin that attracts ghosts. Remember, as long as you have willfulness in you, you should tell yourself that it is enough to give you a pot to drink, and even more than a pot.

Why do people go astray? How foolish it is to violate the way of life, how stupid must you be, your head growing on your heel. I said to pinch the Hegu acupoint when praying, and he said that he had a headache, implying that he had a headache, so why pinch the Hegu acupoint. I said that you should ask the doctor in the hospital why he is pricked in the butt, and when the child heard that he could not talk to me, and heard that he would be pricked in the butt, he immediately shouted to stop pricking his butt. But can the doctor listen to you?

When you come to me to pray for a headache, you press the Hegu acupoint, why are you willful? Now you have to start to know this way of life. You can't listen because you have done something wrong inside, and what is installed inside is wrong. God said that this is a way of life, opened up for us by Jesus. When you hear it, you feel that you can't live according to what Jesus said, and you still want to live according to your own way. Then I have to give you a four-character nickname, the surname is Silly, the name is Baji, that is, Silly Baji, it seems to have a bit of a Japanese name.

Returning to Jehovah is the Best Choice

People who love money are really unlucky, because loving money will love out a lot of problems. Some people love money, and love it to northern Myanmar. A few days ago, I met a person who came back from northern Myanmar. He was doing business in northern Myanmar. The Chinese government knew about it and notified him that if he did not come back, his household registration would be cancelled. He told me that it was easy to make money there, and he opened a restaurant specializing in cooking for people in the telecom fraud circle. This is not bad, but some people are not so lucky, even if they can come back, their kidneys are gone, depending on whether you are the unlucky one.

I will be like the dew to Israel; he will blossom like a lily. Like a cedar of Lebanon he will send down his roots; his young shoots will grow. His splendor will be like an olive tree, his fragrance like a cedar of Lebanon. People will dwell again in his shade; they will flourish like the grain; they will blossom like the vine— Israel’s fame will be like the wine of Lebanon. Ephraim will say, ‘What more have I to do with idols?’ I will answer him and care for him. I am like a flourishing juniper; your fruitfulness comes from me.” (Hosea 14:5-8)

Returning to God is the smartest and best choice. I am very fortunate that I do not know what kind of blessing I have cultivated in my life, that I can know God and serve Him. I don't know when our family's ancestral tomb has smoked green. Although this saying is earthy, it probably means that I am grateful for my ability to have the opportunity to know God and be able to serve Him. Apart from feeling particularly good, there are no other words to describe it. The feeling is that I have a reliance. The answers to all my questions are in Jehovah God, and all my needs are met in Jesus Christ. How fortunate I am to have the opportunity to build a glorious church of God in this life, called by Him and chosen by Him.

“I will be like the dew to Israel; he will blossom like a lily. Like a cedar of Lebanon he will send down his roots; his young shoots will grow. His splendor will be like an olive tree, his fragrance like a cedar of Lebanon.” (Hosea 14:5-6)

Have you heard the sound of my admiration? This feeling is super sweet, just like the moment when the Russians poured two ounces of white wine and drank it in one gulp. When it is freezing cold, prepare a plate of peanuts, then pour two ounces of vodka and drink it all in one gulp, with your eyes closed, and the whole expression looks very painful. However, what follows is a praise of the sound, which is simply a mouthful into the abdomen and the whole body is cool. I also serve God with such a cool feeling, and serving God like this will never have anything to do with idols. If all your needs are met, and you still raise an idol, isn’t it what we often call silly?

You must know that there is a prosperous road in front of you, which God has prepared for you. Therefore, we cannot worship mammon and worship God at the same time. As long as we focus on following God, we will surely see the fulfillment of God's promises. Many people are stupid, thinking that the prophet said he was a big businessman and believing it. Later, they found that the prophet was a prodigal, meaning a prodigal first, and as a result, they were fooled. So who is prophesying? In fact, it is the ghost who is talking nonsense, and people fall into the pit when they believe it, and can only say that God has mercy.

We have chosen the best blessing, do you want it? First, the biggest problem in life is the problem of health, but the problem of health has been completely solved in Jesus Christ, and we are healed by the wounds Jesus suffered. So there is no need to worry, not only do you have to worry about being paralyzed when you are old and no one to take care of you, but there is absolutely no other worry after you are old. If you can take care of yourself, you don't need to rely on anyone. As for those who are being tricked by ghosts and paralyzed on the bed by ghosts, they not only torture themselves, but also torture their family members. That is no longer him, he is a ghost by himself. If people choose the wrong one, it will be troublesome.

I made the best choice, the first is to get health in Jesus Christ. Second, all our needs in life are met in Christ, that is, God gives us our daily food, and all the daily eating, drinking, and sleeping are satisfied. Some people are skeptical, but my answer is beyond doubt. Seeing everyone blessed and seeing God pour out His blessings on the brothers and sisters, I am particularly grateful to God, and I really cannot live without God.

The second choice mentioned above is prosperity, and all the needs of people can be met. In fact, there is more than that. If we make this choice, we can also receive God's promises. If you carefully keep and obey the words of the your God Jehovah, then there will be many blessings to follow. The fruit of your womb, the offspring of your livestock, your granary, your bank account, your kneading bowl, all are blessed, the key depends on whether you believe it or not.

Be a Wise and Understanding Person

Our God does not have those twists and turns, but tells us only after simplifying very complex things, but people do not believe it, because they do not have that wisdom.

Who is wise? Let them realize these things. Who is discerning? Let them understand them. The ways of the Lord are right; the righteous walk in them, but the rebellious stumble in them. (Hosea 14:9)

The person mentioned earlier stumbled because of his own sins, and God taught us how to pray to God; then God healed our rebellious diseases, because God loved us, and the anger he showed towards us turned away. How does a person know that this is a good choice? This requires the wisdom and knowledge to live, and he will know that this is the way of God. However, many people do not believe it, and they have to invent a way by themselves. As a result, that way is not the real way. The way of God is not crooked, and the righteous must walk in it, and the righteous are those who believe in God's words. All who do not believe in God's words are sin, and all that is not of faith is sin, but sinners will stumble on it.

In the last chapter of Hosea, God once again shouted to the Israelites, Israel, return to Jehovah your God. Then all of us must return to God, and be wise people, constantly knowing the way of God. Constantly run forward and climb upward on the way of God. When you start to constantly know and understand the way of God, it is amazing, because the way of God is a weapon of spiritual warfare. Recently, I have found that knowing the truth of God is very delicate and profound wisdom. For example, relying on the swords of both hands is a curse, and relying on one's own ability is also to be cursed and will fall.

Therefore, people must live by the grace and blessing of God, while ghosts live by ability. If people live by ability, that kind of ghost will begin to release corruption. Recently, I have realized that Jeroboam is also a ghost behind him. If people are tricked by the devil, they will be deceived and taken to the northern Myanmar in the spiritual world, which is fatal. In the spiritual world, people are deceived to the land of death and are pressed to the ground and rubbed. Those who still have the old Marx in their bones, or are still living by their own ability, must begin to deal with themselves. If there is still something in the bones that belongs to Jeroboam, it is as if God asked you to watch the stall, but you thought it was your own. If you do not manage according to God's words, but manage according to your own set, it will be destroyed and you will definitely suffer a deep curse. If you observe carefully, you will know how good it is to trust God.

Shout again: Israel! You must return to Jehovah your God, no longer trust yourself, no longer trust Jeroboam's set of things; and no longer be willful, and no longer rely on your own hands and abilities to live, these are all cursed. It is of great benefit to us to know blessings and curses, may God bless everyone.
