1. Introduction: Life is a Series of Choices

Good morning, brothers and sisters! I am very happy to meet everyone online again today. The message I am sharing with you today is called The Wisdom of Choice. In reality, a person is a series of choices, and the result of a person's life is a series of choices. If you are living miserably today, it is the result of your past choices. If you are suffering today, it is also the result of your past choices.

In other words, if a person's series of choices are unwise, they cannot live a good life; they will live a very hard life. Is man born to suffer? Is man born to seek trouble and self-inflicted pain? Actually, man is really not born to suffer. I once conveyed a concept to everyone, that the result of a person's life is the feeling you have throughout your life. If a person feels pain, it is a painful life; if a person feels joy, it is a joyful life. But it is just a choice. So why do people live so miserably? It is the result of their choices. Why do people lack the wisdom to make the right choices? How can people have wisdom? This is actually a topic studied by philosophers and educators.

The Result of a Person's Life is the Feeling You Have Throughout Your Life

Recently, there was a news story about a person who had a small conflict with another person while buying a ticket at the subway station, and he spat on that person. Fortunately, that person did not argue with him. Then he got on the subway and began to feel unwell. He went to the toilet and collapsed outside the door. He died. After his death, the news said that the cause of death was COVID-19 and organ failure. How did this person get COVID-19? How did his organs fail so quickly? In fact, even today, we are very surprised. All the sciences cannot solve one thing: the COVID-19 virus is good at choosing people.

I often tell my brothers and sisters that the COVID-19 virus should not choose the wrong person. If you are not the kind of person it wants to choose, the probability of getting it is very small. In fact, if you look closely at the people with COVID-19, the people carrying the virus walk around every day, meeting so many people, but only a few people are infected? Those few people have already caused an explosive spread. If everyone was infected, that would be terrible! So I think that if a person has a very bad temper and is very easily angered, they cannot live well and will live a short life.

If you observe carefully, you will find that people with bad tempers have short lifespans. There is a sister among us whose grandfather, grandmother, and maternal grandmother are all in their eighties or almost ninety years old. I know them, and their hearts are relatively open-minded. A few days ago, she listened to my sermon, and after her grandmother listened to my sermon, she began to share her understanding. I think she is very wise. She knows how to make a smart choice. She really likes to listen to my sermons. If you like to listen to my sermons, I think you must be a smart person.

A long-lived person is usually better at making choices, and the Bible says so, and they are not so easily angered. Why are people so easily angered? It is because they lack wisdom. The moment something happens, their temper flares up, like in that news story, and they collapse outside the train toilet. Why are people so easily angered? They lack wisdom. So today, the wisdom of choice lies in this: people must have wisdom.

A few days ago, while eating, a sister asked me, Why do people become less easily angered as they get older? I said that people become wiser as they get older, and they are better at making choices and seeing things more clearly. In fact, without wisdom, not being able to see things clearly is a kind of foolishness. So today, we will talk about the topic called: The Wisdom of Choice.

2. Scripture: Deuteronomy 30:15-20

Today, let us look at the scripture in Deuteronomy, chapter 30, verses 15-20:

See, I set before you today life and prosperity, death and destruction. For I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, and to keep his commands, decrees and laws; then you will live and increase, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land you are entering to possess. But if your heart turns away and you are not obedient, and if you are drawn away to bow down to other gods and worship them, I declare to you this day that you will certainly be destroyed. You will not live long in the land you are crossing the Jordan to enter and possess. This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life, and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. (Deuteronomy 30:15-20)

3. Prayer

Let us pray together:

Lord! Today, grant us wisdom and understanding, fill our hearts with the wisdom that you give from heaven, so that we can see through life and death, blessings and curses, and let us know that our entire life depends on you. Let us be able to dwell long in the place you have promised, and live long. May we experience your promises every day on earth, and may we not deviate from your path, but keep and follow you wholeheartedly, loving you, and imitating Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, imitating Joshua and Caleb in loving you wholeheartedly. Lord, grant us such wisdom today, so that we can see your abundant grace in our days on this earth. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

4. The Israelites Are Our Example

You know, when Moses wrote Deuteronomy chapter 30, the Israelites were about to complete their forty years of wandering in the wilderness. They experienced a lot during those forty years. What kind of choices did the Israelites make in the wilderness during those forty years? The things they did in the wilderness actually sound like tragedies. Moses said in this place, I call heaven and earth to witness against you, to let you choose between life and death, blessings and curses. If you look closely at what Moses was writing, what did the Israelites experience? The Israelites experienced a series of miracles after they left Egypt. God used his mighty hand to lead them out of Egypt. God completely used his mighty hand to strike the Egyptians. Otherwise, how could the Egyptians have let the Israelites leave Egypt? If the Israelites had left Egypt, the Egyptian economy would have collapsed. You know, several million Israelites were their workforce. As a result, God's mighty hand led them into the wilderness. But they quickly forgot God and chose to rebel against God again.

As a result, God was angry with them in the wilderness. Then, at Mount Sinai, Moses received the Ten Commandments, which God himself wrote with his finger. God even spoke to the Israelites in the clouds in the sky. As a result, they experienced a lot, and built a golden calf to worship there, which was very strange and surprising. What kind of choices were these? What were they thinking? After training in the wilderness for more than a year, they were ready to enter the Promised Land. The twelve spies entered Canaan to see it, and brought back good fruit. They knew that the land was truly a good land. So what happened? Ten spies reported bad news. Their statements were very surprising. They said: There are many giants in Canaan, and if we go in, it is like sending us to our deaths. They see us like grasshoppers, and when we look at them and then at ourselves, we also look like grasshoppers. Therefore, the Bible records that God was angry and struck down the ten spies on the spot, causing them to suffer from a plague and die in front of the Israelites.

Without Faith, Fear Will Be Struck Down by God

Here, I am thinking, did these ten spies not know that they would die if they offended God? They knew it! Was it better to die for offending God? Or was it better to take a risk, rely on God to fight the giants in Canaan, and not necessarily die? Why make such a foolish choice? I really cannot understand! These ten spies feared the giants in Canaan, but what was so great about those giants? Were they more powerful than Pharaoh? No! God could defeat Pharaoh and lead the Israelites out of Egypt. Could he not defeat these giants in Canaan? I really cannot understand what these people were thinking. These spies did not believe in God and spoke words that undermined the faith of the Israelites. God was angry, and as a result, they fell dead in front of the Israelites and died on the spot! I think these people did not know how powerful God was? God killed the firstborn of every household in Egypt, even including the firstborn of Pharaoh. Did they not know this? Our God is a very powerful God! But many people do not know this! They think that it is okay to offend our God casually. Yes! If you offend him once today and offend him again tomorrow, it seems like it is okay, but when it matters, it will be like the ending of these ten spies. So because these ten spies reported bad news, the Israelites were afraid, God was angry, and he made them walk in the wilderness for an additional thirty-eight and a half years, making it a total of forty years. They had originally trained for a year and a half and were ready to enter Canaan.

This path was not difficult! Should life have been good? How uncomfortable it was to wander in the wilderness for forty years! Those thirty-eight and a half years were extra years that the Israelites brought upon themselves! Why did they have to take this difficult path? It is difficult for me to understand! During these forty years, Korah's rebellion caused trouble, and the Midianites seduced the Israelites into committing adultery, causing them to be cursed and die in batches. As a result, only two of the six hundred thousand men who could fight remained: Joshua and Caleb. At this time, Moses wrote Deuteronomy to prepare them for entering the Promised Land of Canaan. These choices of the Israelites are puzzling! In fact, if we look closely, today's choices are also very incomprehensible. Sometimes, when I get angry, I say, These people have shit for brains. In the years that I have served in the past, the people I have served have experienced great miracles, but they forget them in the blink of an eye and start going back to their old ways. I really do not understand this! Why do they often choose curses instead of blessings, often choose disasters instead of blessings, in the matter of life and death? Why must they choose death instead of life? Originally, people are inherently foolish, so foolish that it is difficult for me to describe. Originally, the nature of people is to be enemies with God! So today, we must learn to break ourselves.

Remove All Kinds of Myths, And Diligently Seek, Meditate, And Think About The Word Of God

Why did the Israelites choose this way? Because they were self-righteous! And they were a very self-righteous group of people, believing that what they were doing was right. Self-righteousness is their very representative response. The degree of self-righteousness represents the degree of a person’s foolishness. In fact, many Christians today are still wandering in the wilderness. There are many Christians wandering in the wilderness, unwilling to fight, and unable to obtain the Promised Land. The path we have taken today has actually dispelled a lot of the foolishness within us. But today, there is still a lot of foolishness within us. Why? Because we need to diligently seek, meditate, and think about the word of God.

I will give you a few examples, and you may stumble. I encourage you to follow my train of thought and think about it. Today, there are many Christians who cannot obtain the promise, all because they treat these unimportant things as truth. For example, praying before meals. Is this a good thing? Yes! But if it is just praying before meals, it becomes a problem? So today's Christians have become Christians who just pray before meals. Is praying before meals really that important? No, there are many important things! Why is praying before meals seen as so important? I do not understand. So I do not encourage everyone to pray before meals. Those who have the habit of praying before meals, pray. Those who do not have the habit of praying before meals, it does not matter. Actually, I say this has biblical basis. The Bible has never elevated praying before meals to a very large, high level of truth.

Another issue is the issue of worship and praise in the church. Have you noticed that in our church, worship and praise are becoming less and less important? Actually, everyone sings a few songs, and after singing, what do they do? Is this the right thing? Actually, in the letters of the Apostle Paul in the Bible, worship and praise are not placed in an important position! Why do I mention this here? Because now is the time of the epidemic, during which the church must switch to online. But when they switched to online, they encountered a problem. Because the Singapore government now stipulates that offline gatherings cannot exceed a few people. As a result, a pastor asked: Our drummers, musicians, pastors, and others who worship God will definitely exceed the prescribed number of people. What should we do? Many people are thinking of ideas below. They value worship and praise very much! Why not ask how to do pastoral care? When the church changes from a physical church to an online church, why does everyone not say how I will do pastoral care in the future? How can we effectively solve their problems when so many people are gathering online?

In fact, pastoral care is a very important ministry of the church. Why should worship and praise be regarded as an important matter of the church? In the past years, our church has long pioneered the development of online churches. The difference between us and many churches is that our ministry is all online. No matter what time of night it is, as long as there is a need, unless everyone is really very busy! Of course, everyone also understands this very well. Usually, our response speed is much better than that of ordinary churches. Regarding the matter of online churches, many pastors say that God's will is in the physical church. I do not understand why people choose to say this? Because they think that the physical church can receive offerings. However, they cannot establish good connections in the physical church, so will it not be like a plate of loose sand online? This is very serious.

Later, we turned the matter of Sunday worship into prayer ministry. When everyone enters the webpage, they find that we will not lead you to sing. After singing, is God satisfied? Actually, it is just praising God with the lips, but the heart is far away from God. But if we choose to worship God in our hearts, would it not be better?

So the choices of the Israelites are our reference. We should choose between life and death, blessings and curses, so that we can dwell long in the Promised Land and live under God's promises. Moses called heaven and earth to witness. Today, I also call heaven and earth to witness to my brothers and sisters, so that you can know how to make good choices between life and death, blessings and curses. Why choose death? Why choose disaster? We really need to enter into God's heart.

5. How to Make the Right Choice?

Seeing so many negative choices and knowing why people make these choices can allow us to clearly understand how to make the right choices. Because of self-righteousness. For a frog at the bottom of a well, the sky above its head is as big as a well cover, and that is all it sees every day. The frog at the bottom of the well has such a narrow perspective that its judgment on things and the entire world it sees is only as big as the sky above the well and the bottom of the well. It has lived at the bottom of the well for so long, and as far as it is concerned, the entire world is these things. When it makes choices, it simply does not know that there is such a vast world outside. Therefore, to describe people's ignorance of things is like a frog at the bottom of a well.

Does this exist in the world? No! Does that exist? No, I have never seen it. ——This is like a frog at the bottom of a well! People’s views on things determine people’s choices. If people are ignorant, they will make many strange choices. People will not do what they think is wrong. The things that the frog at the bottom of the well does and the choices it makes, it thinks it is doing them right all the time. It will not do what it thinks is wrong, and people are the same.

One time I saw a post online where a person carefully listened to the theological system of our Global Healing and Deliverance Study Meeting. I talked about how one of my mother's lumbar vertebrae was broken. She went to the hospital to take an X-ray, and the doctor did not understand why my mother could still walk even though her lumbar vertebrae were broken. Until today, when you touch that part of her lumbar vertebrae, there is a recessed area there. The doctor did not believe it, but my mother's lumbar vertebrae were indeed good, and it was God's power that upheld her.

Is this not a good thing? Yes! But this person commented in this way: How is this possible? This is impossible! He did not believe it. But I am talking about my mother, who is right next to me. Could I lie? He can think that I am lying, but is this not a way of thinking of a frog at the bottom of a well? He only listened to it online and concluded that it was impossible. Why is it impossible?

In fact, what should the correct way of thinking be? The correct way of thinking for people is never to think that this is impossible. The choices made by the Israelites in the wilderness were all a kind of narrow-minded thinking, forgetting everything that God had done.

I also pondered what kind of person this was, and later found that this person was very interesting. He was a Christian who opened a church with a few other Christians. Because of the epidemic, the church closed down. He is a very critical person. I do not know what happened, and how he ended up criticizing me.

I think this way of thinking is very evil. His view of things is not to understand them himself. People like this will corrupt many people if they establish a church. Why do people think this way? He believes that his own knowledge is completely correct, and anything that does not conform to his ideas is not a fact. As long as it does not conform to his ideas, he will deny it, even if it is a fact, and then explain it in a mess. How could such a person not make those chaotic choices like the Israelites? In the wilderness, what God did was much more powerful than what I did! So if this person saw God's works, what would he think? This is impossible! I feel sad.

Until today, many people think that Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio is a myth and a fabricated story. In fact, the stories in Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio often happen in our society today. One time I went to a place, and the person who received me was driving the car, and I sat next to him. Later, he chatted with me, and we became familiar with each other. He told me about his experiences: As long as he fell asleep at night, a female ghost would lie on his bed and sleep with him, just like the real thing. He could touch the female ghost's body, and he would wake up the next day feeling very tired. I said, it doesn't matter, I have done the most things to drive out ghosts! This was a few years ago. Driving out the ghost was very effective, and the person got better. But people are strange, and afterwards he invited the ghost back. This matter later ended without a conclusion, because people did not need me to drive out the ghost.

A few days ago, another Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio story came online. Someone left a message on our website, writing that he was possessed by a ghost that frequently visited him at night to sleep with him. Another protagonist from Strange Tales, similar to someone I encountered years ago. I encouraged him to contact the assistants for healing and deliverance. These things are actually described in Strange Tales. Before we understood these things, we thought they were just mythical stories. But those who experience these things dare not tell anyone, because others would call them crazy. Isn't that terrible?

When these people encounter those frogs in a well, they say, It's just an illusion. Explaining it over and over again doesn't change that. Explaining it doesn't make it go away, because the spiritual realm is real. There really are these ghosts. If people only have a concept of this life and not of the spiritual realm, they will make choices based on the same mindset as the Israelites.

The first lesson of my 101 Course is titled The Spiritual Realm Is Real. Everyone who comes among us, whether they are already believers or not, will learn this lesson. After learning this lesson, they will also be asked to write about their own experiences in the spiritual realm. Almost everyone has had paranormal experiences.

I had a college classmate who, when she decided to have heart surgery, told her child, If someone calls you tomorrow to tell you, you should know that Mom has passed away. If no one calls you, then cook some porridge and bring it to Mom. As a result, on the operating table, her heart stopped beating for a few minutes. During those few minutes, she experienced several beings in the spiritual realm trying to take her away. Suddenly, a voice told her, Don't go with them. But she couldn't resist them and was forcibly taken forward with them. Suddenly, a strange wind blew over, and the ghosts left her. She came back, her heart started beating again, and she came back to life. Later, she told me about the reality of the spiritual realm.

The Israelites fell in the wilderness because the ideas behind their choices were stuck in the system of this life. They quickly forgot the miracles and wonders they experienced, and they did not reflect, summarize, or understand that the spiritual realm is real. If they didn't know and didn't build this system, they would quickly forget. They ate the manna that God sent from heaven but knew nothing about the spiritual realm.

Today, if Christians are ignorant of the spiritual realm, they are merely treating the Bible as a textbook or a famous book to read, which is ineffective. We should choose to connect with God if the spiritual realm is real. Our connection with God is wisdom. We begin to reject self-righteousness and must know that there is always someone better, something higher. If we are frogs in a well and want to know what it's like outside the well, we must connect with people outside the well who know more than we do and ask them. Then our perspective will come out of the state of being a frog in a well, and our choices will no longer be those of a frog in a well.

Today, we begin to reject self-righteousness. What our eyes see is very limited, so be careful of being self-righteous. The Israelites fell in the wilderness entirely due to their own wrong choices. Today, our brothers and sisters must begin to understand why people make such choices. People make these choices because they feel their choices are right. So today, I am sharing with you the wisdom of choice.

6. The Wisdom of Choice: Seeing Through Life and Death, Fortune and Misfortune

Moses said in the Bible, Choose between life and death, blessing and cursing. Let's start by choosing between life and death. You must know what life is and what death is. Life is connecting with God; connecting with God is life. Being separated from God is called death. If we live with the concept of this life, we will feel that being able to eat and drink is good. If we can't eat and drink and we are lying in a coffin, then we are dead and become ashes. The concepts of life and death are completely different when viewed from a human perspective versus from God's perspective.

The life and death that Moses wrote about is connecting with God, walking with God, or being separated from God, walking with ghosts. Everyone must establish a clear concept to make the right choices. So in the past few years, I have given two sermons on seeing through life and death. I feel that these are some of the best sermons I have given, and everyone can listen to them online! Only by seeing through life and death and connecting with God can you make wise choices. If you do not understand life and death, how can you possibly make wise choices?

The Israelites in the wilderness did not see through life and death. As a result, when they had no water to drink, they complained to God. They felt that water was their life and often made wrong choices. Jesus said, Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God. People choose death because it is reasonable, in accordance with human logic, but the result is that they fall in the wilderness. As Christians, we must understand what our choices are. If our minds are filled with human道理, it is difficult to make the right choices, and it is impossible to have the wisdom of choice.

Today, we must come out of the knowledge of good and evil, the indulgence of the flesh, the customs of this world, and the desires of the flesh. We must come out of the love of the world. If we still carry the knowledge of good and evil, indulge the flesh, love the world, and follow the customs of this world, we cannot make wise choices. Because with these things, we will definitely choose death, definitely choose disaster! The wisdom of choice must be a clear choice between life and death.

Why do people not choose life? Why do they choose to fall in the wilderness? Because their concepts are unclear. The mistakes of the Israelites can give us a very clear answer. Today, if we are filled with a worldly logical system, we cannot make the right choices. If people want to have wisdom, it is best to put God's word in your mind and in your heart. We must know that Jesus' answer was very good, Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God. The testimonies I share with you are all due to the power released by God's word!

Today, people are so disrupted by a coronavirus, locking down cities here and there. This is just a small coronavirus. If all kinds of viruses were released, wouldn't that be the end of people? If people live with a worldly system, they can't even handle a small virus! People must clarify the concepts of life and death to have the wisdom of choice. I think if you can clarify the concepts of life and death, you will have a greater proportion of making the right choices.

People must choose between blessing and cursing. The most important things in a person's life are blessing and cursing! Blessing and cursing are spiritual concepts. If a person's work is always disturbed by ghosts, they cannot have blessings! If a person often encounters disasters in life, it is really difficult to last long. So today, choose between blessing and cursing. To have the wisdom of choice, you must understand blessing and cursing. Never be a frog in a well.

Why do we need to learn to read God's word? We are small earthlings on the planet Earth, like a speck of dust in the universe. Our understanding of the world and science is very shallow. Even the stories told in Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio are difficult for us to understand. How can we understand them? Isn't it true? In fact, the most fundamental thing in choosing between life and death, blessing and cursing, is God's word. So if people do not understand God's word, that is a tragedy.

Moses was face to face with God for forty days without water, without food, without sleep, and he came down from the mountain alive. He was an extraordinary person. God personally told him what to do and even gave him the stone tablets of the Ten Commandments. His words are very simple:

This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life, and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. (Deuteronomy 30:19-20)

So we must come out of our narrow concepts. Blessing and cursing are very powerful. Some people live in a curse where they choke even when drinking cold water. Everyone knows that this person is blessed and that person is cursed. This is the most basic common sense in our daily lives. Some people live in a curse their whole lives, and nothing they do goes well.

When I was young, my mother liked to find fortune-tellers. When the fortune-teller came to our house and we five children stood there, the fortune-teller pointed to me and said that I was blessed. Today I understand that because later I would believe in the Lord, and believing in the Lord is a blessing. However, believing in the Lord must be believing in a way that truly grasps God's word and makes a smart and wise choice between life and death, blessing and cursing.

What is wisdom? Wisdom is God's word. So today we must be very, very serious about God's word. Many churches do not study the Bible, but our church studies the Bible. Go to the website and see how much Bible study material there is. Why? Because we study the Bible, book by book.

Moses was an extraordinary person, and he wrote the book of Genesis very well. So today, if you ask me where the wisdom of choice is, the wisdom of choice is in the word of God in the Bible.

7. Continue to Learn and Grow, Continue to Be Broken

Our church has relatively high requirements. Every brother and sister in our church takes notes after listening to sermons and Bible studies. Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, and then there are prayer meetings and this meeting and that meeting, a lot. If you count all the ministries and services, everyone spends a lot of time. Does it delay work? No. Does it delay learning? No. Don't you find it strange? According to the worldly principles, this would definitely delay things. Because a person's time is limited, using it here means it cannot be used there. But our brothers and sisters are not delayed at all. I had this confusion a long time ago, but later this confusion completely disappeared.

Because choosing blessing in the choice between blessing and cursing is a very good thing, isn't it? If you choose life in the choice between life and death, isn't that a very good thing? Isn't it?

Recently, a pastor's wife came among us. She probably hasn't seen a church that operates like ours in traditional faith systems, because generally speaking, preaching and listening to sermons in churches are very casual. I left her a message, saying that she must take notes and do homework. I sent her the homework, the 101 course, Genesis. It can no longer be very casual, you must write notes. This is a requirement that every member of our church must meet. She had never experienced this before, but she was also very happy.

I think this is about constantly learning and growing, because we need to be very clear about one thing inside: this kind of input is worthwhile, this kind of choice is wise. Because it is not okay to not study God's word well. If you do not have this wisdom to make choices, you often choose death in the choice between life and death, and choose disaster in the choice between blessing and cursing, which will wipe out everything you have worked hard for in the past. So tell me, why bother, isn't it?

Today, if we delay a little thing, it must be delaying our time in the hospital bed, delaying our time with viruses. Isn't that a good delay? Delaying the time in the hospital bed, delaying the time with Alzheimer's, delaying the time with the Novel Coronavirus, isn't that great? We have reduced a lot of trouble, isn't that wisdom? Isn't it true?

There is a brother from Canada. Actually, I only recently found out that he privately writes out the books of Romans and Hebrews, writing out each chapter as he listens to it. In fact, although he had listened to my sermons before, he didn't agree with many things. So he did Romans and Hebrews. Later, he told me that he transcribed all the recordings into text and was released as he did it. It turns out that spending time and energy this way can release you. As a result, he was released a lot and experienced many things in the spiritual realm. If I have the opportunity, I hope to encourage him to share his testimony himself.

The work of the church is to educate people to have the wisdom of choice, to educate people to regard God's word as the foundation of their lives. This is the work of the church. So today, our brothers and sisters must know that our church is not a showy church. We just want to build up the wisdom of choice inside people, to build up faith in God's word. Including everything we do, all of these things must revolve around the word of God, so that our brothers and sisters become wise people.

In fact, the church should become an educational institution, including how mothers educate their children, training mothers in raising children. To be honest, many of the mothers among us who didn't know how to raise children have benefited greatly by coming among us and knowing how to manage their children.

Today, in the process of preparing the sermon, I ministered to several people. One of them, a mother, was dealing with her child, which was basically a very serious and despairing matter, but it is now in the process of turning around. Education is very important. I once shared our educational philosophy with a brother, but he didn't listen to it and argued with me. Recently, he has been feeling bored and restless at home, so he told his pastor that he was very烦. Why wouldn't he be烦? In our church, you can try it. Eat, sleep, and eat again all day long, raising yourself like a pig. It would be strange if you weren't烦.

If we do not learn, grow, deepen our knowledge of God's word, and practice God's word, you will definitely feel uncomfortable. Why do people live uncomfortably, painfully, and miserably? People should live in a good way. If you feel uncomfortable, then I will tell you a very simple principle: you need to constantly break yourself.

If we have a wrong logical system inside, if we are filled with many strange things, people should feel very uncomfortable. If you like feeling this uncomfortable, you can continue to feel uncomfortable. If you do not break yourself, if you do not want to feel uncomfortable, God will make you feel uncomfortable. For me, having the wisdom of choice means to constantly learn and grow, to actively break myself, to let the effective replace the ineffective.

God's word is effective, like a double-edged sword, replacing the ineffective with the effective. People will definitely live a good life. We must replace the inefficient with the efficient, the spiritual with the worldly, and then establish a whole set of faith systems, completely destroying the worldly system. If you want to do this, God will definitely help you.

8. Conclusion

Moses said to the Israelites:

This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life, and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.” (Deuteronomy 30:19-20)

Remember, our days on earth will be long, and this longevity means living as long as God, a life of longevity. How can people live long if they live like pigs? We need God every day. God's word in Deuteronomy says so clearly, what kind of choices should we make?

Today, let us make a smart choice. If we implement it according to God's word, how can we not live prosperously? Today, let's rise up and fight. Our brothers and sisters throughout the church must enter the promised land. No matter how many God's promises are, in the promised land, in God's promises, in Jesus Christ, they are faithful.

No matter how many God's promises are, they are yes and amen in Jesus Christ. Today, let us prepare ourselves, choose to love the Lord our God, the way of God is not difficult. When we choose to love the Lord our God, enjoy the days with the Lord, spend time engraving God's word on our hearts, spend time shaping ourselves, so that we become mighty warriors who can fight and enter the promised land, whatever you do will prosper.

If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth. All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the Lord your God: You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country. The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your land and the offspring of your livestock—the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks. Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed. You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out. The Lord will grant that the enemies who rise up against you will be defeated before you. They will come at you from one direction but flee from you in seven. The Lord will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The Lord your God will bless you in the land he is giving you. The Lord will establish you as his holy people, as he promised you on oath, if you keep the commands of the Lord your God and walk in obedience to him. Then all the peoples on earth will see that you are called by the name of the Lord, and they will fear you. The Lord will grant you abundant prosperity—in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your ground—in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you. The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. The Lord will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the Lord your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom. Do not turn aside from any of the commands I give you today, to the right or to the left, following other gods to serve them. (Deuteronomy 28:1-14)

I have believed in the Lord since I was a child. From studying to graduation, I understood in my heart that I believed in Jesus. But from the time I became sensible until now at 36 years old, I feel that I have not completely trusted God. Sometimes I am even negative, not praying, and I don’t understand God’s will in the Bible. My wife also does not believe in Jesus.

Continue to seek until you find!

Little assistant, I have a question that has been bothering me for a while. Since my neighbor started living next door to us, they have been asking to borrow things from our family, no matter how big or small, from needles, chopsticks, bowls, and umbrellas, to cars and tools used for farming. As long as our family has it, they come to borrow it. My parents initially lent them everything, but later found that they were borrowing things more and more often, and only borrowing without returning. They wouldn't return things for a year or two, keeping them at home, but they didn't dare to say anything to their faces, only complaining about them behind their backs. They didn't want to lend things, but when people came, they didn't dare not to lend them, fearing offending them. It has been like this for decades. Are my parents' actions particularly hypocritical? They lend things and then curse the whole family behind their backs, wishing them a terrible death. That family has never restrained themselves, seemingly born that way, because they are used to borrowing and being able to borrow. My parents often complain, to the point that our whole family hates the neighbors and hopes they can move away. I want to ask if this kind of thing is very helpless and there is no way to solve it.

So, were my parents too foolish? They suffered losses for so many years and committed the sin of gossiping behind people's backs, which God doesn't like. I wonder how God views this. It seems that family has gotten used to the fact that my family is so easy to talk to and afraid of offending them. I often hear them say things like, 'We're afraid of offending others if we don't lend to them,' or 'We're afraid of retaliation.' It's truly ridiculous.

Don't complain about lending things to others. Your enemy is not your neighbor, but the devil Satan. Paul said that we are not fighting against flesh and blood, but against the rulers of the dark world in the air. Give generously and cheerfully. The Bible says that if others use a small measure, you use a large measure, and God will reward you greatly. Your family only needs to change their mindset, don't give with evil intentions, and don't speak ill after giving. Why bother? The more you lend, the more God will reward you. Of course, I'm not saying lend without limit, but within your ability. If it's just lending tools, bowls, and chopsticks, why not give them happily? Of course, if your neighbors ask you to borrow hundreds of thousands, you can only refuse and then pray for them. Change your mindset, don't let Satan's bitterness and resentment block God's blessings from entering your home. Try changing your mindset, and you will be blessed when you go out and blessed when you come in. You might even win the lottery.

In fact, this is not the case. People are bullied when they are kind, and the more agreeable they are, the more they are bullied.

@旧梦: That's not really the case. People are bullied when they are kind, and the more agreeable you are, the more you are taken advantage of.
