Introduction

As I expound on this chapter, some may find liberation, while others may feel further constrained, for my words may be somewhat harsh. In the previous chapter, I spoke of giving thanks, for we have received a kingdom that cannot be shaken. Some were unmoved, while others thought, Wow, how wonderful is this unshakable kingdom!

The human eye and ear are peculiar: our eyes choose to see what we want to see, and what we do not want to see remains unseen. Our ears hear what we like to hear; what we do not wish to hear might as well be unheard. This is a matter worth pondering – seeing, yet not understanding. Today, I will make it clear to you.

How many live in the vanity of this life? My mother suffered from Alzheimer's, and I had to cast out demons from her repeatedly, for a whole year. During bad days, she would use two or three diapers; on good days, only one. These past few days, she has been with me, and I have been striving to shatter the worldly values within her!

I have good news for you: for the past three days, she has not needed any diapers. Her condition is improving; not only is she not deteriorating, but she is getting better! Her mental state is even better than before she developed Alzheimer's last year! How grateful I am! God, You are so good! You have given us this unshakable kingdom. What more do we need?

Consider this: all our problems in life are contained within this unshakable kingdom. Why can't these people's minds be transformed? Alzheimer's can be healed, and many of our illnesses can be healed. The key is, what happens after the healing? Many continue to cling to worldly things, unaware of how abundant the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ's kingdom is! What a glorious Mingding Destiny!

Brothers and sisters, listen carefully: many follow me in believing, receiving healing today and tomorrow, yet remain, for lack of a better word, foolish. If, a hundred years from now, we are all gone (a euphemism for death), and we gather in one place – you might ask, how can we gather when we are dead? Because I believe that living beings have spirits. One day, we will stand there, seeing our bodies turned to ashes, our work and our children's studies not even worth the ash. Nothing remains. Why, then, do we cling so tightly to these things today?

Recently, I lost my temper a little. I am less inclined to pray for the sick. Why? Because I have found that even after prayer, and after healing, it is all for naught, for the sickness returns, again and again, entering a vicious cycle. I want to change my strategy, to transform your mind and understanding.

Understand Jesus Better, Do Not Lose God's Grace

Brothers and sisters, we must be clear on what we value in our minds. Do we value the kingdom of Jesus Christ? What we value within is the root of the problem. If you have followed me in faith for more than two years and are still the same, I give you this word:

See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many. (Hebrews 12:15)

My heart is deeply troubled because I have brought you into the faith for so many years, yet your minds still value small things, things that will be invisible as ash a hundred years from now. If, when it is time to give an account before the Lord Jesus, and you are mentioned, I wish I could dig a hole and disappear. Whether I will have the chance to give an account, whether I can fight this good fight to the end, is another matter. These days, I have been pondering when these brothers and sisters will truly be healed and completely set free.

There are all kinds of people. Some grumble in their hearts, thinking, This sermon on Hebrews is so troubling. Why does it always point at me? Why does it always make me uncomfortable? I feel accused after hearing it. Accused of what? Brothers and sisters, we must not lose the grace of God. Once we lose the grace of God, a root of bitterness will spring up and cause trouble.

Why do we lose the grace of God? It is because we have tasted the heavenly gift, tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age, yet turn away and disregard the truth.

See that no one is sexually immoral, or is godless like Esau, who for a single meal sold his inheritance rights as the oldest son. Afterward, as you know, when he wanted to inherit this blessing, he was rejected. Even though he sought the blessing with tears, he could not change his father’s mind. (Hebrews 12:16-17)

Esau committed spiritual immorality. Today, when we mention immorality, we must understand that it refers to disloyalty to God. Immorality, disloyalty to God, leads to death! Esau loved his work and loved God. You cannot say Esau did not know God, for he was frantic when his father Isaac did not bless him. Yet, you cannot say Esau knew God either, for he spent his days hunting and loving the world. Grasping the world with one hand and God with the other – this is immorality.

Are there such people among us? If so, I give you this exhortation: be wise. Know that today we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken. Gather your faith, rise up and run this heavenly race, throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and choose to run the race set before us. Do not look back. Too much looking back, and one day you will become Lot's wife, a pillar of salt, dying without knowing why.

I long for all brothers and sisters to keep up, to strive diligently. This is a good thing. This is a kingdom that cannot be shaken. In God's kingdom, there is no sickness, no poverty, no mess. Therefore, brothers and sisters, know that God is our helper. What do we have to fear? Man cannot do anything to us. If this is an important, lasting, unshakable kingdom, do you value it? We pat our chests and ask ourselves, are we worthy of God? If we despise God today, valuing the things of the world, valuing things that will turn to ash, even ash that will be unseen, what will happen?

Today we must know what we value. Therefore, I have given Hebrews chapter 13 the theme: Obey God's will, do what pleases Him. This is in Hebrews 13:21. If we do not diligently obey God's will, will we not be cursed? So, if you have a stomachache now, a headache tomorrow, a bad leg, a bad large intestine, a bad small intestine, I boldly tell you that this is called a curse. Some say, Pray for me quickly. This used to work, but it does not now. Why? Because the grace of God has been lost!

Be Alert to All Kinds of Strange Teachings

Will we choose Esau's way or Jacob's way? Ask yourself this today, patting your chest. Today I tell you, if we have this illness and that illness that never improve, these are severe and prolonged disasters, grievous and lingering sicknesses, curses. Turn to Deuteronomy 28:56-60 yourself.

Brothers and sisters, know that if a Christian has been in the faith for a long time and is still the same, it is troubling. When people talk to him about faith, he says, I know, just like that. He seems to know everything, but gets nothing right, having lost the grace of God, spreading corrupt information. Others may think he is doing well in his faith, believing that what he says is the truth.

Is this not a root of bitterness that defiles many? Why are there so many strange doctrines and teachings? It is because he does not diligently obey God's word, rationalizing his actions, distorting the Bible according to his own understanding. Upon hearing strange teachings, they immediately reply, That's good. For example, the gospel of grace is very rampant now because it requires no cost, delivering the message that believing in Jesus means receiving grace. Do you receive grace? It seems so, but also seems not.

One brother, upon hearing about indulging the flesh, said, That's good! This is a gospel that indulges the flesh. I indulge the flesh, finally leaving that pastor who always made me pay a price. His sermons were too accusatory; I felt uncomfortable every time I listened. There are many strange doctrines in the world, but to him, they are not strange at all. You must read Hebrews carefully. Where does it not speak of a faith that pays a price? Yet he is seduced by strange doctrines.

I have received many Christians. Last time, I received a Christian selling liver and gallbladder detoxification products. He stayed with me. I am used to showing hospitality to strangers, so one more does not matter. But he did not come to receive the truth of the gospel. He was only interested in selling liver and gallbladder detoxification products. So, sell them. Since I saw through him, I obliged. I said, I will not spend money to buy it. If your product is effective, I can try it.

He gave me two sets of liver and gallbladder detoxification products. After taking them, I put a net in the toilet bowl to see if there were any stones after flushing. In the end, there was nothing. He said, My product does not work for you. Later, he told me that he did not want to do it anymore. I said, Do not stop. There are many in this world who are not like us. They need liver and gallbladder detoxification. You can bless them with it. Many doctrines in this world rely on diet to solve problems.

Some time ago, I received a sister. At church, she took out a small bag of things every day, poured hot water over it, and drank it, along with a large pile of powdery things. At the time, I was embarrassed to strike her, so I said, Eat it, it's good. I do not believe in that stuff. Can you solve the disease in your mind by eating?

When I was a child, air pollution was very serious. In winter, every household burned coal. It was choking to breathe outside, and the snot was black and disgusting. Yet, there were not as many cases of diabetes and cancer. Today's cities are so clean, with so much greenery, but there are more patients. People leave the hospital today, and people leave the hospital tomorrow. Everywhere, there are incurable people.

What is happening? The dietary environment is clean, but the environment in the heart is dirty, and the spiritual environment is dirty. This is my doctrine. You can believe it, or you can disbelieve it. But today I tell you, I have truly confirmed one thing: cancer is caused by a demon of cancer, and mental illness is caused by a demon of mental illness. Cast out the demons, and people will truly get better.

Diligently Obey God's Word, Fulfill His Will

How do demons come? By disobeying God's word. Today, I once again call heaven and earth to witness to the brothers and sisters, so that everyone will make a choice between life and death, blessing and curse; a choice between sickness and health; a choice between diligently obeying God's word and not diligently obeying God's word; a choice between paying the price and not paying the price; a choice between indulging the flesh and dealing with the flesh; a choice between obeying the flesh and obeying the Holy Spirit.

Today, brothers and sisters must know for sure that you and I have received a kingdom that cannot be shaken. Although I have not left this world, I have not been to heaven, nor have I been to hell, but today I tell you that the spiritual realm is real. I am not deceiving you. The things of the spiritual realm are very real. Demons have been cast out by me, one by one. So, brothers and sisters, do not be taken captive by those strange teachings.

If you are sick and come to me, I will lead you to pray. If you want to see a doctor, go see one properly. If you ask, Can you recommend a doctor for me? Then I will recommend the best doctor for you, our Jesus. I am not a doctor, nor will I give you any medical advice. Since we have received a kingdom that cannot be shaken, in the kingdom of God, there is no sickness, no poverty, and no problems of any kind.

We should all serve Him with reverence. We have come to this world, and you and I have different destinies. My destiny is to serve God. If your destiny is also to serve God, let us serve God together. If your destiny is to work, then work hard. Do what you should do. If your destiny is to live a simple life, then live your simple life well. I will not kidnap you.

I only kidnap those brothers and sisters who are willing to run the heavenly journey with me, who have the same Mingding Destiny as I do, and who diligently obey God's will. In the world, to fulfill the course He has arranged for me, to do what is pleasing to Him. Speaking of this, I am a little ashamed. Sometimes I really feel a little inadequate, but it does not matter. My God is full of grace, full of mercy.

Today, brothers and sisters, ask yourselves once again, what do you value? If you value the imperishable, you must be a Christian who pays the price. The author of Hebrews, writing chapter 13, wrote many things that must be done and things that must not be done. Why? Because the author finally summarized these things into doing God's will. He could not write out all the things that God wants us to do, but he wrote the most important ones.

Corporate management involves writing down the most common problems and mistakes of the company into nine dos, nine don'ts, and three dos, three don'ts, just like the three major disciplines and eight items for attention when we were young. In fact, our God is also like that. This is not legalism. If people believe in God's word, they will surely diligently obey His will.

If you cannot diligently obey and still produce complaints and bitterness, then you do not believe. You are using a worldly logic system to practice a godly logic system. You cannot practice it. If you do not believe, you cannot do it. Because faith is the foundation. Without building on the foundation of faith, there is no need to walk any road. Walking down the road is tangled, painful, and accusatory.

The Faith in Jesus Christ is a Faith of Sacrifice

To diligently keep and follow God's will, doing what pleases Him. We must return to the most fundamental place, which is to act according to God's word, and the most important thing is to pay the price. Among us, there are some brothers and sisters for whom we have no problem paying the price, but it is difficult for them to pay the price for us, and they even argue with great confidence.

Before leaving the church, a sister told me: I am going to leave for two months. I said: Then don't come back. What are you doing for two months? She said: I am going to investigate. Isn't that sister treating our church as a spare tire?

There was a sister whom I served with all my heart, soul, strength, and mind. It was difficult for her to serve others. She said: I have to go to work tomorrow, and I can't sleep after twelve o'clock. I can't be like you. If I don't serve until two o'clock, I can't stay among you? Is it not okay if I don't serve until three o'clock? I was very angry when I saw her. The author of Hebrews said this:

Therefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people through his own blood, suffered outside the gate. Let us, then, go to him outside the camp, bearing the disgrace he bore. (Hebrews 13:12-13)

If you believe in Jesus, I didn't ask you to pay the price of your life like Jesus. I am just encouraging you to rise up and shepherd, and encouraging you to shepherd is not to get anything from you, but because you cannot grow if you do not shepherd. As a result, when faced with the price she needed to pay, she hesitated. How can this grow?

When I saw those who were bound, when I saw those who were suffering, my tears flowed into my heart; when I saw them released, my tears flowed out, which were tears of gratitude. I want to avenge the devil, who let it bully my brothers and sisters. The price we have to pay is not something that ordinary people can afford. Now I know, so the author of Hebrews said:

Let brotherly love continue. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them, and those who are mistreated, since you also are in the body. (Hebrews 13:1-3)

I remind the brothers and sisters again, as I once said: How I serve you today, you should also serve others. If you are not willing to do this today, then I will not force it. We must have brotherly love and not say when receiving guests: I have to go to work tomorrow, I have to go to school, etc. Some people turn off their phones at a fixed time every night. There was a pastor who turned off his phone at ten o'clock every night. I never turn off my phone for 24 hours, and both of my phones are like this. Why? Because I remember those who are bound. Do you think I have to do this?

I used to be so busy at work, but I still gave it my all. Because I have no hope on this earth, I consider earthly things as dung, and only value obtaining Jesus Christ as the most precious treasure. I want to rise up and obtain God's unshakeable kingdom and receive the great grace God has given us. We must also begin to pay the price.

Therefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people through his own blood, suffered outside the gate. Let us, then, go to him outside the camp, bearing the disgrace he bore. For here we have no lasting city, but we seek the city that is to come. (Hebrews 13:12-14)

Today we must imitate those who do according to God's will, and observe the outcome of their conduct. Although you have not seen my end today, you have seen what my hands have done, and you have clearly seen that God is with me and has seen God's blessings.

Therefore, brothers and sisters, I testify among you with a loud voice, to pay the price of my life. Work is nothing, and children's studies are nothing. If you think those things are important, you can still do that. But as for me, I want to follow God's will and do what pleases Him, even if it costs me my life, because what I get is the crown of glory in eternity.

The Importance of Faithfulness

How much do you value everything in the world? If you value the things of the world and God each at 50%, then you are adulterous.

Afterward, as you know, when he wanted to inherit this blessing, he was rejected. Even though he sought the blessing with tears, he could not change his father’s mind. (Hebrews 12:16-17)

What I am saying today is a bit heavy, but I want to say to the brothers and sisters that you still have a choice today. I am speaking the word of God. We are in the flesh, and we may suffer at any time and be disturbed by the devil. If you do not remember those who are bound or those who are suffering, what will you use to resist when you suffer? How you treat others, God will treat you the same way. When you should receive grace, God will give you grace, but if we lose God's grace and a root of bitterness springs up, what will we get?

Therefore, the Bible says to pay the price, which is what you need to do. Because we want brotherly love to continue. You know the heroes of Liangshan in Water Margin. They are chivalrous and generous, and they still love each other. What about us today? If their love surpasses us, how will we answer to God then?

Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. (Hebrews 13:4)

God is not just talking about marriage. What is it talking about? It is whether a person has the quality of faithfulness. If he is not a faithful person, he is an adulterous person who has sexual relations with others casually. Without faithfulness, God will severely judge, because what God wants is a faithful priest.

Recently, what I want to share is: a priest after God's own heart. God is looking for a vessel of blessing in the world, and when He finds such a person after His own heart, He will treasure him and become a priest of the living God. Therefore, do not covet money, but look at the outcome of people. Those who covet money are often deceived.

Brothers and sisters, do not think that money can do anything. We may turn into dust in the future, but money is not even comparable to dust. Brothers and sisters, listen to my advice, our God is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and God's word is always the same. If you do not diligently keep and follow His will, and deliberately oppose God and do what He does not like, where can you go? Today I give you a suggestion:

Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. (Hebrews 13:7)

Some people believe in the Lord and are very enthusiastic at the beginning, but after a few days, work becomes their god, and a comfortable life becomes their god. After a while, when the devil comes to disturb them, they know that they need God and want to love God. After praying and things get better, they easily forget God and go back to loving the world. That is inconsistent. Our God is a God of consistency. Yesterday, today, and forever are the same. This is His faithful character.

We people are always easily deceived by the devil and become confused. When tempted by the things of the world, they become dizzy. Today they believe in God and love God, and tomorrow they love the world; the day after tomorrow they love God, and the day after the day after tomorrow they love the world. When they love the world, the world pierces them, and then they go back to loving God. I am sometimes puzzled. What kind of brains are these? They are often seduced by various strange teachings.

What We Value

Sometimes I am very curious. I ask everyone to pursue excellence, and some people pursue progress in their company's business. As they pursue it, they don't even participate in prayer or meetings. That is not pursuing excellence, that is courting death, but at that time, people feel that they are living well. What exactly do they value in their minds? Ask yourself today. If you value not the eternal kingdom of the Lord Jesus, but worldly houses, money, cars, sons, etc., I can only say that this is human ignorance. Do you not know the source of blessings and curses? Blessings and curses come from God. Pleasing God in our lives is the only way!

Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you. (Hebrews 13:17)

The lowly among us will become noble, the mortal will become immortal; those who were originally subjected to humiliation will become glorious; those who were originally of the flesh will become spiritual, becoming living beings with a spirit; those who were originally weak will become strong. Someday in the future, everything in this world will pass away, and we will come before God. God will wipe away our tears, and the momentary and light afflictions we have suffered in the world are nothing, because what can be shaken will be shaken.

What we receive is the eternal, unshakable kingdom. Our Lord Jesus, because of the joy set before Him, the crown of glory set before Him, despised shame, despised everything in this world, endured the suffering of the cross, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Today we should think carefully, lest we lose the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness spring up and cause trouble among you. This chapter of Hebrews speaks of:

And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased. (Hebrews 13:16)

What pleases God is that we must learn to give, not just to receive. Today, there are still some among us who have been sick for a long time and cannot be healed. You do not need me to pray for you, but you need to pray for others and become a person who pays the price. If you become such a person, you cannot but be healed. All your problems are because you have given too little. If you just say: I am willing to give! But that is too far from being able to do it.

Summary

Can you imitate the Lord Jesus? Nail yourself and everything you have to the cross, because what we look forward to is immortal. Everything that is mortal will become immortal, everything that is perishable will become imperishable, the lowly will become noble, the shameful will become glorious, the fleshly will become spiritual, and the weak will become strong.

Today, brothers and sisters, let us receive God's word together. We must stand up again on God's word, not be attracted by strange teachings. We begin in our hearts to be willing to do what pleases God, to imitate David and Samuel, whom God delights in in the Bible, to imitate Jesus, to imitate the disciples whom the Lord Jesus delights in. Today, we have not resisted sin to the point of shedding blood, and everything in the world is nothing. May God bless everyone!
