2021-04-13 10,105 102 Course - Intermediate Healing and Deliverance

【Healing and Deliverance Course】

Greetings, everyone. This is the seventh session of our Healing and Deliverance Conference. After so many sessions, I trust you have all received a very straightforward message: people can be healed. Later, we see in the Bible that all who came to Jesus were healed by Him. Then, there is a very crucial statement, which appears more than once: Your faith has saved you!

Please open your Bibles, or search electronically for the phrase Your faith has saved you. It should appear many times. Whether in Matthew, Mark, or Luke, all speak of Your faith has saved you. In the previous session, we discussed all were healed. This is very interesting. Why? Because even though we have not yet achieved all were healed, I believe it!

What happens? Initially, we see occasional healings, then frequent healings, then very frequent healings, and eventually, almost everyone is healed. This is because we believe that all are healed. As a result, we see gradual accomplishments, gradual changes, and gradual growth.

If we do not believe that all are healed, the healing rate might drop from nine out of ten to five out of ten, then to two out of ten, and eventually to none. Therefore, faith is of utmost importance.

True Faith Grows Continuously

To what extent is God's grace abundant? It is such that as long as you believe, you shall receive. But here's the issue: many people say, I believe, but I haven't received. How do we explain this? The truth is, many times we try to believe once but don't receive, and then we start to disbelieve. Think about it; isn't that often the case?

Some people's faith is a dead faith. A dead faith is completely different from a living faith. A living faith can grow, but a dead faith cannot. When I say, Your faith has saved you, let us carefully consider, if you have read my book Healing and Deliverance Like Jesus Christ, a significant portion discusses faith. What kind of faith is it? This is vital. What kind of faith resides within you?

Jesus said: Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you. (Matthew 17:20)

Why a mustard seed and not a cooked grain of rice? Because a cooked grain of rice is dead; when planted, it won't grow anything. If it's a seed and you plant it in the ground, it will sprout. If your faith is dead, like a cooked grain of rice, what will you gain? Nothing. So, what Jesus said is very meaningful: Is your faith a living or a dead faith? This plays a decisive role. But I want to share with you that your faith has saved you.

Faith Can Attract God's Power

One day, Jesus was on His way to someone's house because someone was dying, very ill. As He passed a certain place, there was a woman who had been suffering from a bleeding disorder. She thought, If I just touch His cloak, I will be healed. She squeezed through the crowd and indeed touched His cloak. Immediately, power went out from Jesus. Jesus could sense the power leaving Him, but He had not permitted it to leave.

Now a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years. She had suffered a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all she had, yet instead of getting better she grew worse. When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak, because she thought, “If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed.” Immediately her bleeding stopped and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering. (Mark 5:25-29)

At once Jesus realized that power had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my clothes?” “You see the people crowding against you,” his disciples answered, “and yet you can ask, ‘Who touched me?’” But Jesus kept looking around to see who had done it. Then the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell at his feet and, trembling with fear, told him the whole truth. He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.” (Mark 5:30-34)

This is miraculous! This story conveys a very important concept: Jesus said, Someone touched me, for I felt power go out from me. This means that the power from Jesus went out without His explicit permission! The woman with the bleeding disorder, through her faith, drew the power from Jesus into herself. How could she draw Jesus' power without His consent? When the woman realized she could not hide what had happened, she came trembling before Jesus and told Him the whole truth. Then Jesus said, Daughter, your faith has healed you; go in peace, and be freed from your suffering.

My theme is Your faith has saved you. How great is God's grace? As long as we believe, God's power is already prepared there. Therefore, it is our faith that saves us; as long as we believe, we are saved. Pay attention to the words salvation and saved. What does it mean to be saved? Her healing is called salvation. If she hadn't been healed, would she have been saved? No. If the touch had worsened her bleeding, causing more problems, that would have been a disaster.

Rely on Faith to Draw Upon God's Prepared Power

Brothers and sisters, we must know, what enables us to obtain grace and the power of Jesus Christ? Not our good deeds, not whether we perform well enough, not what we can give to God, but the faith within us. The gospel of the Apostle Paul and the gospel of Jesus Christ are capable of drawing upon God's power. God's power is released through our faith.

Many people argue with me over semantics, saying, God's power is omnipotent, capable of sustaining the universe; does it really need your faith to release it? I say, that is a peculiar notion. I am not saying that God lacks power; rather, God's power is released in us.

Consider this: God's power has always been there, never diminished. The arm of the Lord has never been shortened. But the question is, if you are sick, how can you release God's power into yourself? In this world, to accomplish things, we need to complete forms, going to various departments for approval and stamps. It is a hassle, exhausting! But God does not require us to go through layers of approval; we only need to believe!

We often feel that God is stingy, that people need layers of approval to be saved. These erroneous teachings create the impression that healing is very difficult, but with Jesus, it is actually very simple, requiring no stamps at all. Do you understand? If we believe in our hearts, we can draw God's power, drawing it into ourselves, and we are healed. It is our faith that saves us. I understand these things quite well because I often practice your faith has saved you.

Once, I attended a breakfast meeting and sat next to a man whose overall well-being seemed poor. He told me, Do you know? I will likely go blind in about a year. I asked, How will you go blind? He said, The doctor says the optic nerves in my eyes are gradually deteriorating, and I will lose my sight. I thought, it is very painful for someone who can see to go blind. Suddenly being plunged into darkness—how would he live? Blindness is truly painful. We who have eyes do not appreciate how good it is to have them. We who have ears do not know what it's like to have none. We who can speak do not know the agony of those who cannot.

Many people today create problems unnecessarily. They have eyes, noses, ears, and nothing is missing—their arms and legs are fine—yet they have terrible tempers, always stirring up trouble. Such people lack gratitude. Any part of the body failing is a great hardship, isn't it? Ignorance often leads people to create unnecessary problems. Therefore, brothers and sisters, after listening to me, you must learn to be grateful.

Some time ago, there was a paralyzed brother. Every time I prayed for him, he responded. In my understanding of faith, I only need to persist one minute longer than the devil, maybe not even two. The faith of the woman with the bleeding disorder could instantly draw in Jesus' power; then Jesus said, Your faith has saved you!

Why didn't Jesus say, My power has saved you? Why not Your deeds have saved you? Why something else? It is because our God has been waiting for us for a long time, wanting to save us. Faith is truly miraculous; faith saves people. If you study the Bible carefully, you will find many scriptures saying this.

In Jericho, many blind people lived in misery. Two blind men chose to believe. Hearing that Jesus was coming, they cried out, Son of David, have mercy on us! Have mercy on us! Jesus asked them what they wanted. He said, I want to see. Jesus said, Your faith has saved you! And the blind man could see. Yet, even after reading these things, many people still do not believe. This time, I saw this despairing brother, who worked as a taxi driver. If he lost his sight, he would lose his livelihood. I said, I am very effective at praying for eye problems! After I pray, people see again!

Some people say I am talking nonsense. Haven't even healed one blind person, yet you dare say you heal all eye problems? That's too audacious! I thought, I am talking about the future, is that not allowed? In the future, it will certainly be like this: Whoever has eye problems, come to me, and it will definitely work. Is there anything wrong with what I said? I live in the future. You will find that I get a little excited when I talk about faith.

Faith Concerns the Future

Faith concerns the future. Write this down in your notes. This is my declaration for the future! I had the brother put his hand on his eyes as I prayed for him. My prayers are very simple: In the name of Jesus Christ, I command your eyes to return to normal! Spirit of death, leave his eyes! He had been seeing things as if a layer of plastic film covered his eyes, making it difficult to see clearly. After I prayed, I had him remove his hand and asked him how it was. He said, The same.

What would most people do after ministering so long and hearing The same? God, can you see? It's all nonsense. Their faith would collapse. But I said, Brother, the first time, it's always, 'The same.' Put your hand on your eyes again, and in the name of Jesus Christ, I command your eyes to return to normal! He took his hand away, and his vision was still the same. Did you think this The same would defeat me? My faith is like a mustard seed. The first time he said The same, my faith was one mustard seed. The second time he said The same, my faith became two mustard seeds. I kept praying, two mustard seeds became four, four became eight… My faith kept growing!

After praying for five minutes, repeating several times, I finally had him remove his hand and check. He said he could see clearly, clearer than ever before! A few days later, he went for a check-up and told me that the doctor's results showed his eyes were healed. I said, You fool! Did you need the doctor to tell you? You can see, don’t you know? So many lack faith in this world. There are too many without faith. There were also some who, after I prayed for them, their legs were healed and they could walk normally, but still wanted to go to the hospital for a check-up to see if it was really healed. I was very moved: What kind of mind is this? Your legs are normal, don't you know? Do you need the doctor to tell you that you are normal?

Because the faith within me can release God's power, and I am good at building people's faith, people in similar situations who I minister to versus those whom other pastors minister to—more people are healed by me because I build their faith; I revive their faith.

It is very painful to be without faith. Without faith, how can you have a future? Without a future, what are you doing now? Just messing around. It's wonderful. God did not tell me in advance that the brother's eyes would be healed, truly not. But the faith within me is alive, and he experienced God's grace. In our ministry process, the faith of both the minister and the one being ministered to are vital.

So, I encourage everyone to unlock the treasure of faith within you. If the treasure of faith within you is constantly released, you can create the future. Facing a paralyzed person, if we have faith within us, we will be comfortable. If our abilities aren't very strong, but we have faith within us, we can still begin to elevate our abilities. Without faith, even with ability, the ability declines. So, remember, what a person has or doesn't have is not so important; having or not having faith is the most crucial.

Use Faith to Create the Future

Brothers and sisters, restore the faith within you and use it to create the future. The effect of faith is too obvious! Why do I like healing the sick and casting out demons so much? Because the effects of healing and deliverance are particularly evident. For example, back pain is often healed after just a few days of prayer. Once the language of releasing faith enters a person, their faith rises, and with that faith, they think, If the teacher prays for me, how could it not work? Once this faith rises, healing comes quickly. Therefore, your faith has saved you.

I have developed the skill of releasing faith. I often tell those who come to me, You've come to the right place; this is what I specialize in. All who come here are healed. Once, a classmate's arm muscles atrophied, and the skin was sagging. He was in great pain, his hand was weak, and it was leading to the complete loss of the use of his arm. He invited me to dinner, and while eating, he showed me his arm. I said, Oh! Old classmate, don't you know what I do? Why didn't you call me? I'm telling you, just one phone call, and you'd be healed!

See, I am boasting greatly, but boasting with confidence. This is called a bull market of faith. I specialize in this. What waist, what legs—all are healed here! He asked, Really? I told him, Do you see my mother? The X-rays showed her waist was paralyzed, but now she can walk normally.

He said, Ah, if only I had sought you out when my mother was alive! I said, Right. Why didn't you look for me when your mother was alive? Didn't you know what I do? I specialize in this. Today, you invited me to dinner, so I will heal you, but even if you hadn't invited me to dinner, I would still heal you. I then grabbed his arm, pinched the flesh, prayed a few words, had him move it, and although the skin was still sagging, the strength in his hand immediately returned to normal!

I ask you, is this godly? Very godly! With this godliness, I became a master in their eyes, and he was very convinced. Later, when he was with other classmates, he showed them his hand, his arm, and everyone knew what had happened. When they asked how he was healed, he said I prayed for him.

After a while, he asked me to help his mother-in-law, so I helped her, and I healed his mother-in-law's stomach cancer. Now, his mother-in-law has started serving among us and is also releasing faith. So, often when we fiddle around, no matter what words we use, faith is the most important thing. My faith is unmatched by most people. Whether being punched or kicked by a demon, I don't care. On the battlefield, if they punch me, I punch them back. Getting a few bruises is normal; I don't care.

Your faith has saved you refers to our faith releasing God's power. God's power has always been there, like a nuclear power plant. You plug in a wire, and the electricity flows. If you plug it into rubber, electricity cannot flow, no matter how much power there is; it cannot be released. Therefore, I use the best conductors.

Let me give you a little lesson on electricity. You see, wires come in different thicknesses, and each square millimeter of wire can only transmit a limited amount of electricity. Some wires are 1.5 or 2.5 square millimeters thick. Generally, homes use 2.5 square millimeter wires, but the service entrance cable is usually 10 square millimeters, or sometimes 6 square millimeters. Your faith is the wire that brings God’s power into your life. If you are a person of great faith, you can allow God's power to fill you, and you can constantly release this power.

Faith as a Seed: Practicing in Small Matters

Faith is like a seed; it does not grow overnight but gradually develops. We must practice faith in small matters, for if we cannot exercise faith in the small, we will be even less able to do so in the large. A person on the verge of blindness called me from afar, having likely heard my sermons online and knowing that I can restore sight to the blind. I prayed with this person, and do you know how long I ministered? Over a year! Some are healed in five minutes, others take a year, and still others more than two years.

God's work is truly miraculous. Healing over a year is an exercise in faith. During this process, the person experienced pain and discomfort in their eyes, able to see only letters the size of a fist and unable to see those as small as a quail egg. Five minutes can only cook a pack of instant noodles; if one cannot even manage that, they might give up. Giving up brings distress. When the person came to me, I recharged their faith, similar to a five-minute charge allowing for two hours of talk time. People feel discomfort without faith, hence the need to recharge it. Some sell power banks; I sell faith banks.

While driving, I rebuked the person, but with skill. Miraculously, after the rebuke, the person felt better. The next time the person lacked faith, they called again, asking to be scolded, saying it brought relief. Wasn't that seeking a scolding? In truth, those who are carnal by nature lack faith and need to be disciplined.

After more than a year, the person's sight was restored. When the person came to find me, I picked the person up in my car. Seeing me, the person's tears streamed down, and my eyes welled up as well. We had never met, yet through online ministry, such a great miracle occurred because of our love for God. Of course, other junior pastors also paid a great price in the process. How grateful I am to my God, for He is a healing God, and He had been waiting there for a long time.

Speaking from the heart, if you lack faith, you will suffer not only in the future but also in the present. This present suffering leads to a suffering future. We cannot say exactly what the future holds, but if you have faith today, you will have a future, feel comfortable, and draw God's power into your life. So, starting today, believe that you can overcome, believe that you have a bright future, believe that you can stand and walk, and continue to believe until you are fully standing. Elevate your faith to the heavens, and you will feel at ease. Even if it is like Ah Q, it is better than feeling distressed.

Faith as the Foundation, Not Works

Faith is an extraordinary thing, not only producing miraculous effects in healing but also having a profound impact on creating our future and doing anything. Your faith has saved you truly means that faith can not only heal your diseases but also create a bright future for you! When God's power enters your life, your faith can help you overcome the difficulties before you, overcome the giants in your path, and move the mountains in your way. How wonderful is this faith! What could be better than faith?

Jesus spoke of faith, and the Apostle Paul also spoke of faith. However, during Paul's time, some felt this was not enough and foolishly wanted to keep the practice of circumcision, preaching adherence to the Mosaic Law. In fact, the Israelites had preached adherence to the Mosaic Law for over fifteen hundred years. Did they succeed? No, they did not. The result was national destruction and becoming a colony.

Jesus taught us the simple matter of faith, but people feel it is too simple, thinking, How can things be so easy? People do not think simple things are good and insist on complicating matters. Paul angrily said: You want to practice circumcision? If you have the ability, cut off your entire genitals! These words are harsh, but people insist on such things.

Some people encounter unspeakable problems and insist on preaching a doctrine based on works. Know that even if we cannot keep the entire law, through faith, we can recover little by little. Faith is miraculous. Start today by believing that you will be healed. If you are not healed in one day, try two days. If two days do not work, try a week. If a week does not work, try a month. If a month does not work, try a year. Continuously practice faith in small matters, then continue to practice in greater matters.

Imitate me, for I am a person who practices faith. What I share with you are stories of my own practice over the years! Some people, when they catch a cold, think, It's better not to trouble God. God is not afraid of trouble, but He hates when people do not exercise faith. Some say, I'll just take some medicine for my cold. I say, Okay. But I ask, If you don't practice faith now, when do you plan to practice it? The person replies, I'll seek God when I get cancer!

Listen to what this person is saying! If you cannot exercise faith with a cold, can you exercise faith with cancer? If you do not practice faith with a non-fatal illness, can you practice faith with a deadly one? You cannot! However, these people often do this, always wanting to start with something big. They disregard the small things and cannot manage the big ones, and if they really get cancer, they die.

Faith Is Our Choice

If you are a person without faith, it is the result of not having faith throughout your life. If you are starting to have faith today, you need to make up for all the faith you have lacked in the past. Because your faith is a negative number, you need to add to it to reach zero before it starts to become a positive number and have an effect.

Be a person of faith, because your faith can save you. Not only from disease, not only from human abilities, but everything in life is based on the foundation of faith. Therefore, be a person of faith. Know that it is not that God has not saved you, nor is it that God is too lazy to save you, but whether you have faith. Luke chapter 17 records:

The apostles said to the Lord, 'Increase our faith!' He replied, 'If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you. Suppose one of you has a servant plowing or looking after the sheep. Will he say to the servant when he comes in from the field, ‘Come along now and sit down to eat’? (Luke 17:5-7)

Instead, will he not say to him, ‘Prepare my food, get yourself ready and wait on me while I eat and drink; after that you may eat and drink’? Will he thank the servant because he did what he was told to do? So you also, when you have done everything you were told to do, should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.’” (Luke 17:8-10)

You and I are not useful people in God's eyes, but we should have faith. It is not about asking the Lord to increase our faith, but rather we should choose to have faith. This is what you and I should do, not shifting the blame to God, saying: God! You have not added faith to me; where would I get faith? When we choose to have faith, we will find that God has been waiting for us. Do not be a useless person; start choosing to walk the path of faith, and God's power will come upon you.

Many people have experienced that suddenly choosing to have faith makes you feel good, but when you lose faith, it is completely different. The key to having faith is whether you and I want to choose to have faith. Because this is what we should do, can't we even choose this?

Think carefully: we were able to live from yesterday to today, is that not all God's grace? People become very distressed without faith. When people are distressed, they like to scroll through Douyin (TikTok) and read novels. After tossing and turning, they are still distressed, and after all that, it is useless; they are just distressed. People are very strange; they like to choose to be distressed when they are alive. Isn't it better not to be distressed? Isn't it better to choose to live without distress? Why do people have to choose a distressed way of living and still think they are doing it right?

Today, it is not that God is not saving us, but that we must choose to have faith. Everyone knows that a peach only ripens once every thousand years, and a ginseng fruit only ripens once every eight thousand years. It is not that God is not saving us, but that we must begin to practice faith and bear the fruit of faith.

And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.” (Mark 16:17)

Become a Person Who Practices Faith

Brothers and sisters! Everyone must become a person who practices faith. Recently, many people with faith have come among us. It is quite difficult to practice on oneself, but it is a great blessing to be able to practice on others. These signs will accompany those who believe. If you can make the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers cleansed, and raise people from the dead, what will your faith be like? It will be very, very vibrant faith! In fact, we should thank those people, thank them for having these illnesses, and then we serve them. Through service, our faith constantly grows; that is grace!

I am an unworthy servant, and doing these things has become my grace. Because I often practice faith, the brothers and sisters among us have begun to serve those in need, one by one. The process of service is the process of practicing your faith. When you lay your hands on the sick, they will get well, even through the internet, and your faith will grow. That's why I say that serving is not for the growth of those being served, but for the growth of those serving.

We Chinese have learned about the Old Man of the North Mountain moving mountains since childhood. The Old Man believed that the mountains near his home would definitely be moved. How were they moved? The Old Man was digging there with a small hoe. People said, Old Man, when will this ever end? The Old Man replied, If I can't move them, my son will move them; if my son can't move them, my grandson will definitely move them! If we keep moving them, I don't believe these two mountains won't be moved! The Old Man was digging there one hoe at a time; that is faith, the faith of a mustard seed.

If you pour a pot of tea at home, drink it, and then put your hands together and start praying: Sadra la la shala la la… Can the mountain be moved? Actually, the story does not tell of this, because that is laziness. The Old Man was shoveling there one shovel at a time; that is taking it seriously. In the end, the Old Man moved God, and God sent two powerful angels to move the two mountains away. Some people say: The Old Man is really stupid; wouldn't it be better to move his house? Moving a house is easier than moving a mountain!

Everyone should know that moving a house does not require faith, but moving a mountain requires faith. Therefore, as we, the brothers and sisters, are hoeing one hoe at a time on the path of practicing faith, do not always look at the surface and think about when it will be finished. I tell you, persevering will definitely move our God, because your faith can release God's power, and God will definitely move these two mountains away! For God, moving two mountains is easy, but the key question is: do you really have faith, and have you released God's power?

Conclusion

Brothers and sisters, after listening to what I have said, I believe your faith will be full. Practice little by little; do not be impatient; advance step by step. Haven't you walked from the past few years to today? Can you not move forward step by step today and advance little by little? Sooner or later, you will see God's glory manifested in your life!

God does not need to stamp a seal for you; you do not need to say: God, I beg you, please heal me! Actually, it is not necessary! You only need to believe, and then advance step by step on the ground. With a heart that practices faith, how wonderful life should be! Because God's power is being manifested through our faith. What does God say? Your faith has saved you. What does saved you mean? It means solving your problems!

Start walking this path of faith, releasing God's power, from this time until forever. I have already chosen to walk the path of faith and am already walking on the path of faith. In faith, there is a future, and there are God's wonderful and beautiful plans! I believe that God has a wonderful plan for us, and God will accomplish it in us according to what we believe! Even if we see something bad, we also believe that the outcome will definitely be good.

If we are sold into Egypt like Joseph, what should we see? We should see the Prime Minister of Egypt, like Joseph, and see God's salvation. If you are David, made a son-in-law and then hunted down, what should you see? You should see that one day you will become the king of Israel!

Faith can create the future. Do not look at the environment, do not look at the conditions, because the faith within you can turn a very bad hand in this life into a very good result. Without faith, even a good hand will be played poorly. Remember, it is your faith that has saved you. God has been waiting there for you for a long time.

May God bless everyone!
