1. Introduction
Today, I want to share with you a topic, which is It is the Spirit who gives life. This topic is the most fundamental truth of our lives. People today live for all sorts of things; some have become mortgage slaves, living for a house; some are credit card slaves, living for credit cards; some have become car slaves, living just for a car. We always feel that we need this and that, and in the end, we become slaves. The most important thing for a person to think about is what is most important for a person to live for?
Some time ago, I met someone who said during their entrepreneurial journey that there is no easy in the dictionary of an adult. That is to say, it is not easy. Living should be a very simple thing. Why is life so difficult? Because you are not living it right. If you ask me whether it is easy to live, I think it is quite easy, because I know that it is the Spirit who gives life. This one sentence summarizes the basic principle of living.
What a person relies on to live is a matter worth exploring and researching. There is a very famous doctor who graduated in the 1960s, has been engaged in clinical and medical research for many years, and is a medical expert enjoying State Council allowances. The author published a book by the publishing house. The name of this book is The Five Essential Elements of Life. He concluded that the five essential elements of life are eating, drinking, excretion, urination, and sleeping. Everyone understands eating and drinking, and everything related to eating and drinking is important. What remains is not very civilized. Excretion is defecation, urination is urination, and sleeping is sleeping.
The first chapter says, Food is the paramount necessity of the people. We see this theory is very popular today, but later in my ministry, I felt there was a contradiction in it. Because in my past ministry experience, I served many people who cared a lot about eating, drinking, excretion, urination, and sleeping, but these people could not eat well, drink well, excrete well, urinate well, or sleep well.
Some time ago, I came across a product that makes bowel movements very smooth after eating. This product is called Casual Fruit, and it has a good effect after eating it. I myself don't have this problem, but some of my close brothers and sisters have this problem, so I bought many boxes and gave them to them. The point of saying this is not Casual Fruit, but the problem of not being able to excrete is really serious.
Some people want to sleep well, but they can't sleep well. Some people might say, Why don't you pray for them? It's kind of difficult to talk about something like urination, but it doesn't matter, it can get better through prayer. Some time ago, I ministered to a person who was deeply influenced by the theory of eating, drinking, excretion, urination, and sleeping. He had insomnia for more than twenty years, and the dosage of sleeping pills increased again and again. I minister to many people with insomnia. Some people have doubled the dosage, some have quadrupled it, and some have even changed drugs to antidepressants.
The people I minister to, seeing that they need to ensure seven hours of sleep, go to bed at nine o'clock in the evening, but can't fall asleep until two o'clock in the middle of the night, tossing and turning all night, and nothing is good when they get up the next day. Was it guaranteed in the end? Nothing was guaranteed. People like me don't care much about eating, drinking, excretion, urination, and sleeping. In fact, I don't eat very well, drink very well, or sleep very well, not because I don't sleep well, but I often don't sleep at night. I don't go to bed when I'm not sleepy, and I don't protect my liver at eleven o'clock in the middle of the night, as some people say. Then why am I so healthy? Because I don't follow the theory of eating, drinking, excretion, urination, and sleeping, but I follow the matter of It is the Spirit who gives life.
Brothers and sisters, you must know that spiritual prosperity leads to prosperity in all things and physical health. I think you can't just listen to me blindly. The key is to try it yourself after listening. After things are practiced and explored, and after understanding, argumentation, and observation, you will have the right to speak.
There really are many health preservation methods. If a health preservation radio station is set up, I believe many people will listen. Because many people want to live well, today I am going to talk about a theory that is more contradictory and does not conform to ordinary theories, called It is the Spirit who gives life. This is actually easy to understand, because in the generation we are in today, no matter which aspect you argue from, you can come to a conclusion: maintenance is not very useful for the body, and physical methods are basically useless.
One person was wronged, why? Because this person neither smoked nor drank, carefully maintained his body, but in the end, he got cancer. He said: I don't understand. People who smoke, drink, play mahjong, and talk nonsense don't get cancer. I maintain myself well, sleep well, and follow the theory of eating, drinking, excretion, urination, and sleeping for a long time, but in the end, I still get cancer! Do you think I'm wronged? Moreover, meat, wine... everything is controlled, but what is the result? It's just being wronged. In other words, this theory is not very effective, maybe some are effective, and some are not.
Today, many of our scientific research and medical research start from the physical direction. That is, the cells, structures, muscles, etc. in the human body. In fact, many people also associate genes and other things with people's personalities. Why? Because their theory is that humans are material, that is, what gives life to people is this physical body. In fact, facts have proved that this is not the case. It is the Spirit that gives life to people.
The only problem today is that those who have died cannot come back to tell you what they have experienced. Some time ago, when I was preaching, I said: Oh, when you open your eyes, you see a bull's head on the left and a horse's face on the right. When you see this bull's head and horse's face, you know what happened, that is, you were caught and taken to hell. This is what happened when people died.
So, no one comes back to tell us about this. But what did I do? I often minister to people who are half-dead and very sick. Of course, I won't take the initiative to find them, they take the initiative to find me, and I minister to one or two of them. After ministering, it gave me a very different view of this world.
Those who listen to my sermons must have heard many stories I tell about my mother's Alzheimer's disease. I gained a lot of spiritual knowledge and insights through serving my mother. My elderly mother has almost become my research subject. This science is actually very scientific. The scientific logical system is bold speculation, and then detailed argumentation through experiments and various methods. In fact, what we can see with our naked eyes is composed of invisible things, such as photons. Can you understand photons? Those who have taken the college entrance examination and studied physics know the wave-particle duality of photons, etc. These things are difficult to understand.
So, according to my observation, before a person dies, basically their spirit leaves the body. Basically, half a year before a person dies, it is not the person's spirit in their body. I won't tell you about this. What I want to tell you is that the process of a person's death is a very spiritual matter. When a person's spirit leaves their body, a series of problems will occur, and they may be caught by the bull-headed horse-faced men.
There is a kind of evil spirit called Old Ma, which is in charge of eating, drinking, excretion, urination, and sleeping. When Old Ma's spirit was on my mother, she would go to the toilet every now and then, and then she would feel weak and uncomfortable. I don't want to spend too much time talking about this today. Let's read a passage of scripture today.
2. Scripture: John 6:63
The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life. (John 6:63)
3. Prayer
Lord, reveal such difficult words to us, open our eyes today; open our ears; and open our minds, so that we can truly know that it is the Spirit who gives us life. Let us know what you mean by these words, and let us rely on your words to live out your glorious image in this world. Lord, today we ask you to let your Holy Spirit move among us, open my eyes; open our ears; open our minds, so that we can understand what it means that the Spirit gives life. Let those who speak and those who listen be edified in you, in the name of Jesus Christ! Amen!
4. Background of the Scripture
The background of this passage is very interesting. It was after Jesus performed a miracle on the Sea of Galilee. Last time's sermon, Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest, was preached in Capernaum, and this happened near Capernaum as well. As a result, because of the miracles Jesus performed, many people and many patients came. After many patients were healed, many people came to follow Him.
There were about five thousand people who came, and they were all hungry when it was time to eat. How was the meal for these five thousand people solved? Jesus said to his disciples, What do you have there for them to eat? As a result, a child brought five loaves of bread and two fish. Jesus had them sit down in rows, and Jesus took the bread, gave thanks, broke it, and distributed it to those who were sitting, and he did the same with the fish. Then they were distributed according to what they asked for.
As a result, all five thousand people were full, and the remaining fragments were collected and filled twelve baskets. These five loaves of bread and two fish fed five thousand people, and the remaining fragments were collected and filled twelve baskets. This is too difficult to understand! If you tell me that this is a magic trick, since you are not at the scene and I am not at the scene, let's not argue. As for whether it is magic, it is a matter of opinion. As far as I am concerned, the Bible does not say that this is magic.
The crowd saw the miracle that Jesus had performed and were very moved. As a result, they forced Jesus to be king. Think about it, Jesus can turn five loaves of bread and two fish into many loaves of bread and many fish to feed five thousand people. Then, by analogy, can he conjure up many houses? Can he conjure up RMB? Yes!
These five loaves of bread and two fish fed five thousand people. These people felt that Jesus was very powerful. When Jesus saw that the situation was not right, he hid and withdrew to the mountain. Those people went to look for Jesus, including his disciples who went down to Capernaum, but Jesus did not come to them there. Later, on the boat of these disciples, a strong wind suddenly blew and the sea surged. The disciples rowed about three or four miles and saw a figure walking on the sea. They were scared to death, thinking they had seen a ghost. Jesus said, Don't be afraid! It is I! The disciples were very happy, and Jesus got on their boat. Such a thing is too shocking!
Recently, France did a performance. They made a pedal. When a person stands on the pedal, the pedal can fly everywhere, but the person stands steadily on the pedal, floating in the air. This is like a myth. This video went viral around the world. Jesus didn't have that thing, but he was able to walk on the water. Do you think he can fly in the sky? He should be able to. Jesus did these things to let them see that things are different from what they imagined. Jesus wanted to prove one thing, that it is the Spirit that gives life!
As a result, many people came to look for Jesus. Later, they finally found him. They thought Jesus was too powerful and could perform so many miracles. Jesus talked to them about a very serious topic. Jesus said, You are looking for me not because you saw the miracles. You did not see how I fed five thousand people with five loaves of bread and two fish. You don't want to be like me. You came to me to eat bread and be full!
Many of our brothers and sisters have believed in the Lord for some time. What kind of Christian are you? I can't decide what kind of Christian you want to be, but what kind of Christian am I? When I saw Jesus feeding five thousand people with five loaves of bread and two fish, my first reaction was how great it would be if I could do such a thing too! How great it would be if I could be like Jesus! My reaction was not to want to eat bread, my reaction was that I wanted to be like Jesus.
After Jesus finished speaking, he gave them a choice, whether they wanted it or not, that is, not to labor for the food that spoils, but for the food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. Do you understand? What does Jesus want to give us? What Jesus wants to give us is to labor for the food of eternal life, not to seek the bread because five loaves of bread and two fish fed five thousand people.
In fact, in the Bible, it is shown in every aspect that many people like to eat, drink, and have fun and think it is normal. Many people like to eat second-hand goods. For example, in the Old Testament, Abraham clearly saw God with him, and the people around him were afraid of him because they saw God with Abraham, but those people ran over to make a covenant with Abraham. They never desired to have God with them like Abraham. In fact, they could have received it if they just desired it.
Today, I hope that every one of our brothers and sisters can recognize the spiritual world, and every one of our brothers and sisters can prosper in the spirit. In fact, there is a deep hope in me that every one of our brothers and sisters can desire to be like Jesus. If you are more like Jesus than I am, I will thank my God! If you are more like Jesus than I am, that is really great! I hope so, and this is exactly what God wants.
Those people listened to what Jesus said and asked Jesus a very out-of-tune question: What must we do to do the works God requires? Jesus said: Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life. But these people asked such an out-of-tune question. Jesus ignored them. Jesus went on to say, Believing in the one he has sent is the work of God. Then they said, What miraculous sign then will you give that we may see it and believe you? This sentence is even more out of tune.
Five loaves of bread and two fish fed five thousand people, Jesus healed so many people, Jesus could also walk on the water, what more miraculous sign do you want? As a result, Jesus ignored them and continued to say to them:
Very truly I tell you, it was not Moses who gave you the bread from heaven, but it is my Father who gives you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is the bread that comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” “Sir,” they said, “always give us this bread.” Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. (John 6:32-35)
Last week we talked about coming to Jesus, and all who are weary and burdened will find rest. This week we are talking about that it is the Spirit that gives life. Before I say this, let me say what Jesus said before.
I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. But as I told you, you have seen me and still you do not believe. (John 6:35-36)
What can you do if you don't believe? Disbelief is a person's problem, and what is said is even more fatal.
The Jews said, He says I am the bread that came down from heaven, what is this? Isn't this Jesus, the son of Joseph? How did he become the one who came down from heaven? Jesus said:
“Stop grumbling among yourselves,” Jesus answered. “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day… Very truly I tell you, the one who believes has eternal life. I am the bread of life. Your ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness, yet they died. But here is the bread that comes down from heaven, which anyone may eat and not die. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.” (John 6:43-51)
This kind of talk is even harder to hear. How can this person give us his flesh to eat? Next, Jesus said:
Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them.
This is even more puzzling. I think this is just laying the groundwork. This is the bread that came down from heaven. Those who eat this bread will live forever, unlike your ancestors who ate manna and still died. This is what Jesus said. As a result, people at the time said that this was a difficult saying, who could listen to it? As a result, Jesus said, What if you see the Son of Man ascend to where he was before? What then? The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life. (John 6:62-63)
The disciples were confused after listening. We came to ask for bread, how did it turn into so much talk? They couldn't understand it, and as a result, many disciples withdrew. Jesus asked Peter and the others, Do you want to go away as well? Then, Simon Peter answered, Lord, to whom shall we go? You
have the words of eternal life. (John 6:68)
The things I just talked about are the background of this passage. It was after the five loaves of bread and two fish, after Jesus walked on the water, that this brought a great conflict. People thought that living meant eating bread and being full, and then Jesus talked about a concept that contradicted their understanding, the concept of eternal life. Jesus believed that it is the Spirit that gives life! The living that Jesus spoke of and the living in them are two completely conflicting concepts. You know this conflict is very strong. Today, in our ministry, we often have conflicts with the understanding of brothers and sisters, because Jesus speaks spiritual words, and what we understand is what we have received in this world.
This brings a problem all of a sudden. Jesus said, It is the Spirit who gives life, what does that mean? When we see miracles and wonders, if you and I lived in that era and saw the miracles that Jesus performed, what would we think? Would we seek, explore, and try to understand what living is all about? Or would we say that this is too ridiculous? Can we seriously explore? Then why would we explore? Because we have seen that what Jesus has done completely transcends human understanding. If people do not understand what Jesus has done, starting today to explore and seek, you will definitely come to a conclusion, and that conclusion is that it is the Spirit that gives life. This is the fourth point I am talking about.
5. It is the Spirit That Gives Life
It is intriguing to note that it is the Spirit that gives life. What do the first and second chapters of Genesis recount? The Lord God breathed into the nostrils of the man He had formed, and man became a living soul. In essence, To have the Spirit is to live; to lack the Spirit is to be dead. Therefore, whether we possess the Spirit of God today determines our life or death. Some may argue, Look, I am living quite well. However, it is the Spirit that gives life. This presents a stark conflict. Conventionally, we believe that food is paramount to the people; we hold that man is iron and food is steel; we assume that eating, drinking, and sleeping are what keep us sustained. Yet, today, Jesus proclaims that it is the Spirit that gives life! I did not fully grasp this profound statement until recently, but with accumulated experiences, I have come to a progressively clearer understanding. In ministry, to resolve people's issues, one must employ spiritual solutions.
Consider the principles from a spiritual perspective: If you genuinely comprehend the essence of life, you will find this statement highly significant. If you believe in the words of the Bible, remember this fundamental truth: It is the Spirit that gives life; the flesh profits nothing. How can I substantiate this? It cannot be done through deductive reasoning. The reason I mentioned earlier that I did not fully understand it is because, in the past, I have prayed for the healing and deliverance of many, and I was acutely aware of the close correlation between diseases and evil spirits. However, when my mother was diagnosed with senile dementia two years ago, I questioned how to approach the situation.
Nevertheless, I am aware that it is the Spirit that gives life. I frequently prayed for my mother, and subsequently, miraculous events unfolded. Over the past two years, I have engaged in countless spiritual battles. For instance, on one occasion, my mother was seized by demons. She was fully conscious in the spiritual realm, held captive in a place with about half a meter of icy water. She stood in that prison, guarded by demons at the entrance. While this was happening in the spiritual realm, what was observed in the physical world? Her hands turned bluish, displaying symptoms of oxygen deprivation, and her mouth became crooked, eyes slanted, drooling, and her body convulsed, resembling a stroke.
Upon witnessing such a condition, most would immediately call for an ambulance and rush to the hospital. If medical intervention were effective, she would live; otherwise, she would die. However, I knew where the evil spirits resided. At that moment, my mother's spirit was not within her body. When I pinched her, surprisingly, despite her crooked mouth, slanted eyes, drooling, and rolling eyes, she possessed immense strength, moving my hand away from her thigh because I was pinching her. Knowing the evil spirits resided there, I removed her hand and prayed. Shortly after, my mother's spirit returned. She embraced me and wept, saying, My child, had you not rescued me, I would not have returned. I asked, Where did you go? She replied, I was captured by Old Ma and taken to a cave, where my legs felt icy cold... She recounted the entire experience to me. Truly, it is the Spirit that gives life, and the physical body is merely a vessel!
Incidents like this have occurred numerous times. On another occasion, while dining with my mother, her speech became peculiar, sounding eerie and unnatural. I realized this was not my mother. Her physical body was still hers, but the spirit inside had been replaced. I grabbed her immediately. To onlookers, it might have appeared that I was mistreating an elderly person. My mother yelled, cursed, and said obscene words. I ignored it all. I questioned, Who are you? Eventually, the evil spirit inside confessed defeat. It said, You are truly formidable! I am unlucky. I have never been defeated before, yet I have fallen into your hands! Old Ma was indeed an old foe of mine. I pinned my mother to the bed, prayed continuously, and drove out the evil spirit. My mother returned to herself and told me she had been taken to the mountains.
It is the Spirit that gives life. When the spirit departs from the body, evil spirits dwell within. The physical body may still be alive because the evil spirits control the body. Have you observed elderly individuals who become confused and torment their families? Often, that is not the true essence of the elderly person, but an evil spirit. The elderly person's spirit has been captured without their awareness! Many people may not be themselves in the six months leading up to their death, because their spirit is no longer present, but an evil spirit resides within. We are often unaware and attempt to resolve these issues from a fleshly perspective. Today, we must recognize that it is the Spirit that gives life, and spiritual prosperity is of utmost importance.
In recent days, my mother's condition has steadily improved. Today, she mentioned strategizing on how to completely defeat Old Ma! I suggested, The next time Old Ma appears, tell it that you will squat down and ride it like a horse! Old Ma is a spirit in the shape of a horse, an evil spirit. What people eat and drink is closely linked to evil spirits. Whenever I observe a change in my mother's eating habits, I know an evil spirit has arrived. I seize the critical acupoints, and the evil spirit departs. It is the Spirit that gives life. If a person's spirit leaves their body and an evil spirit enters, is that body still your mother or your father? No, it is not. Therefore, let us begin to understand that it is the Spirit that gives life!
The physical body profits nothing. If we perceive things from a physical standpoint, we will be shrouded in confusion. We must now engage in healing and deliverance, which in the spiritual realm is known as striking at the demonic adversaries. Wherever we drive out demons through the Spirit of God, the kingdom of God descends. How excellent is this statement!
We genuinely do not concern ourselves with what we eat or drink, but with spiritual prosperity in all things. Why should we provide for the flesh? If we believe that eating well and drinking well will enable us to live well, are we correct? In fact, it is not so. If you believe you must eat well and drink well, you will attract the evil spirit of Old Ma, whose origin is rooted in carnality. All carnal individuals will inevitably be subdued by Old Ma.
Is our inner perspective that of a carnal person? If we are carnal within, we are destined to serve as slaves under Old Ma, and the cycle of birth, aging, sickness, and death will dominate our lives. To aspire to live well is futile.
Consider money. Can money resolve spiritual problems? Money can only address the physical needs of eating and drinking. However, even with wealth and indulgence, can one truly find happiness? If one's spirit is decaying and weak, nothing can bring joy.
If we raise children according to a carnal logic, our efforts will be futile. ministering to our children's physical desires is not beneficial; in fact, it can be detrimental. We must recognize that it is the Spirit that gives life. Children are easily influenced by evil spirits, and those who are influenced become exceedingly wicked. When children are influenced, it is necessary to confront their flesh! I am not opposed to corporal punishment, for when they experience pain, they can overcome the evil spirits behind it. When evil spirits reside in the body, the physical sensations and emotions become extremely distressing. What should we do? We must break free from indulging the flesh! Discipline your children, and they will walk on the right path. If you neglect discipline and allow them to live carnally, no amount of money will solve the problem. Money cannot resolve spiritual issues; only Jesus, who is Spirit and Life, can.
6. The Words of Jesus are Spirit and Life
Now that we believe in Jesus, what does it truly mean to believe in Jesus? The most exemplary model of belief in Jesus is the Apostle Paul, whose life reflected Jesus Christ. What qualities did he possess? He manifested the power and authority of the spiritual realm. If you are a spiritual person, you will possess authority in the spiritual realm, capable of subduing demons and unwilling to indulge the flesh.
The Apostle Paul was highly accomplished and wrote numerous books, all focused on building the glorious church of God. His teachings carried spiritual authority. Today, as we receive the words of Jesus Christ, we should aspire to be like Jesus. Jesus said, Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them. (John 6:56) We should be completely united with Jesus Christ, just as the Apostle Paul was.
What Jesus did, the Apostle Paul did; what Jesus said, the Apostle Paul said. We must diligently study the words of Jesus Christ and emulate His actions. I harbor a deep hope that each of us will become like Jesus. Regardless of your Christian denomination, striving to be like Jesus does not contravene the scriptures, for Jesus exhorted us to imitate Him. Today, our actions fall far short of those of Jesus.
Recently, some have expressed contentment with their comfortable lives and sought to start a business. I would suggest, if you are living comfortably, prioritize enhancing your pastoral care and deliverance ministries. Let us remember that it is the Spirit that gives life. If we lack authority and power in the spiritual realm, what is our purpose? Are we truly reflective of Jesus? Do we not fall far short? We all fall far short! Today, my inner dream and desire is for each of us to have a vision of becoming more like Jesus. There is no disadvantage in resembling Jesus. If we were very much like Jesus, would we lack resources? If we were like Jesus, completely united with Him, would we encounter problems in our lives? Certainly not!
The message I am conveying today may be somewhat challenging, but it is not preposterous. I have shed many tears on my journey to become more like Jesus, for it is not an easy path. It requires complete surrender, without any consideration for one's physical desires. Know that our reason for serving in this manner stems from our longing to be like Jesus. Do you share this aspiration? I sincerely hope that each of you possesses such a desire.
Do we live by money, houses, businesses, or jobs? No, it is the Spirit that gives us life. The words of Jesus Christ are Spirit and Life. If we truly receive the words of Jesus Christ, regularly partake of His flesh, and regard His words as our sustenance, we assimilate the way of God, we completely receive the way of God within us, and replace our worldly notions, we will become increasingly like Jesus. Is this difficult to understand?
Recently, our generation has been aging, and we are approaching our senior years. Despite reaching retirement age, I have been engaging in numerous acts of service. What are we truly doing? What is the purpose of our lives? Let us examine ourselves. You may agree or disagree, but if you acknowledge that it is the Spirit that gives life and begin to yearn to be like Jesus, I assure you that you will live prosperously and in good health.
If you are a young person in the midst of career advancement and facing immense pressure, or if you are a middle-aged individual who has achieved some success but experiences significant stress, once you recognize that it is the Spirit that gives life, your stress and problems will be resolved. Know that as you prosper in the spirit, you will invariably enjoy good health. If you harbor many worries and concerns, surrender them all to God today. Even someone with senile dementia can recover to good health, and you will recover to good health!
God will certainly assist you, for this is a victorious church. We embark on fulfilling our destinies, aspiring to be like Jesus, desiring to serve this generation, and becoming a blessing to many. This is God's intention and the purpose of our existence on this earth. Today, let us be united with Jesus Christ, doing what He did. While this message may be abstruse, if you are an individual who explore and seek the lord, you will certainly find it. What should you seek? Seek how to become more like Jesus.
Some may find this message difficult to comprehend, and even if Jesus were present, they would depart. Many disciples, finding Jesus's teachings hard to understand, rejected them and left Him. Jesus then asked Peter if he would also leave. Peter replied that Jesus possessed the words of eternal life, so what more could he seek? If our existence were limited to this life alone, we could live however we pleased. But if we seek eternal life today, then we should study and believe in the words of Jesus Christ, fulfill God's words, witness God's power, and become more and more convinced, implementing His words and witnessing even greater power.
Know that, through Jesus Christ, all medical expenses can be rendered unnecessary. However, we must fundamentally transform our perspective on life. Do you possess a this-worldly or an eternal perspective? If you possess a this-worldly perspective, you are governed by carnal desires, believing that life is solely about satisfying the flesh and that death is the end. Are you truly certain of this? Not necessarily, for you have not experienced that realm. I have not experienced it either, but I believe the words of Jesus Christ, that it is the Spirit that gives life. It is for this reason that so many miracles accompany us. Let us, therefore, completely transform our inner thoughts. If we harbor a carnal perspective, we will certainly seek to indulge the physical body during our lifetime, yet we will ultimately find no satisfaction. But if we possess an eternal perspective, will work, money, life, or pressure still be problematic? They will no longer be so! We will completely surrender ourselves!
I have recently ministered to several individuals, including one who has achieved success in business but experiences immense pressure. If you subsist by your business, you must change. You must subsist by the Spirit of God, for it is the Spirit that gives life. If you grasp this statement, you will undoubtedly live prosperously! You can continue your business, job, and service, but it is the Spirit that gives life, not your business, job, or service. We must thoroughly address the question of what we are truly doing in our lives. The words of Jesus are Spirit and Life. If you rely on Jesus Christ, you will manifest His glorious image.
If we continually experience His death in Jesus Christ while on this earth, the power of Jesus Christ's resurrection will also be manifested in us, as the Apostle Paul experienced. To live in the flesh is to await death. Eventually, you will die. But if you live in the spirit, you will live in eternity today, under the authority of Jesus Christ, fulfilling the destiny He has given us! Let us change our inner thoughts and completely dismantle this worldly logic. While this message may be difficult to grasp, those who believe will surely receive it!
May God bless everyone!
