1) Design Philosophy
- Framework
Our curriculum design revolves around four dimensions of serving people: breaking down the carnal, breaking down spiritual oppression, learning the Word of God, and applying it in life. We also divide these four dimensions into two categories: one is how to solve one's own problems (targeting seekers and believers), and the other is how to help lead people to solve their problems (at the level of elite soldiers and leaders). Disciples are in between and can take courses as needed.
Our overall design philosophy is based on putting the Word of God into practice. We focus not only on theory but also on application. In application, we come to know God, recognize His attributes, and receive His good, perfect, and pleasing will. All theological concepts are learned not in teaching theological concepts but in application. We integrate theological concepts into application-oriented courses.
Some may ask, how will you establish the foundation of faith? The answer is: we establish the foundation of faith through systematic Bible study. These courses are not to solve theological problems but to solve our problems through the application of God's Word, and to practice God's Word in solving our problems!
- Online Teaching and Videos
All courses should have formal courseware, PPTs, reference materials, homework exercises, and related video and audio. Videos are limited to within 15 minutes, preferably within 10 minutes. Each course is divided into many small topics, each of which is a video of about 10 minutes. At the end of the video, homework should be assigned.
- Improving the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Servants is Key
Our design should be based on the principles of high efficiency and high effectiveness, greatly reducing the repetitive work of servants. Systematically organize courseware content and develop personalized training courses for each individual according to their needs.
- Personalized Training Concept
Our design philosophy is modular design. Each module can be reused. Servants can select templates and systematically train those they serve according to the needs of those they serve so that they can be trained to become servants of others.
- Learning Management System
We will use a learning management system as a platform. All courseware design needs to be adapted to the learning management system platform.
2) Teaching Philosophy
- Heuristic Teaching Model
Our teaching is not cramming. We enlighten students through questions, inspire them to think, and apply what they have learned in a flexible way. Training people's thinking ability, comprehension ability, and application ability is our teaching philosophy!
- Active Learning Mode
Learning is not taught, it is learned. We will do our best to help students learn how to learn. We adopt a student-centered approach with teachers providing guidance from the side.
- Learning in the Practice of Ministry
Our various ministries are platforms for exposing your internal problems. Through the practice of ministry, we implement what we have learned and remove bad habits. We grow in service.
- Interactive Learning Model with Pastors
Interaction with pastors is key. Our design philosophy is to have students do homework and pastors grade it as a way to interact.

Breaking Spiritual Oppression (What is oppression, the spirit behind oppression, the spirit controlling the family, the direction of prayer, preparing for deliverance)
