【Living Abundantly】Innovation

2016-10-23 3,280 Y133 Course - Living Abundantly

One must constantly reflect, and in the process of reflection, it is essentially based on a new subject that you need to explore.

Innovation Springs from Exploration

Innovation is everyone's business, did you know that? If you didn't, you should. I've noticed some people live very tiring lives. Why? They don't innovate! Not innovating is a serious matter. Let's take a simple example from daily life: cleaning and washing the car.

When Encountering Problems, Explore and Seek Answers

In 2005, I bought a car, a white one that I particularly liked because I'm fond of cleanliness. Most people say white cars easily get dirty, and indeed, there was a patch of black grime on the side that I couldn't wipe off no matter what. I always thought it was a paint issue, so I took it to the dealership's repair shop. I told the boss, Look at your car's paint; it's really not good! It's become like this after only a few months.

Then the repair shop owner found a Bengali worker with dark skin. He had a can, like the small ones used for tea with condensed milk in Singapore, with a small hole poked in the top. He poured out something like milk, put it on a cloth, and wiped the paint, making it shine. I thought this stuff was miraculous!

Neither the car wash nor the detergents I bought could remove that grime! What was he holding? He said, Do you want to wash it? I asked him, How much? He replied, Eighty Singapore dollars! I said, How long will it take? Fifteen minutes! Fifteen minutes for eighty Singapore dollars! I thought if I could save eighty Singapore dollars in fifteen minutes, I could wash it myself in fifteen minutes and consider it play!

So I started thinking about it. The liquid he had must be a chemical detergent. If I could find it, I could solve my problem. I searched everywhere. What was this milky detergent? I tried various laundry detergents, but nothing worked! Later, I asked someone who liked to clean, What's that milky stuff that makes things particularly bright and clean? He said it's called Cif. If you go to the supermarket to buy detergent, they sell it in tubs. One and a half Singapore dollars for a tub, enough to wash the car fifty times. I brought it back, wiped it on, and the effect was the same as the Bengali worker's. I saved eighty Singapore dollars! Was I tired? No.

So, innovation in life is directly related to what? It's directly related to your eyes, what you see, and what your mind thinks. Today, we've invited several guests, Brother WC, Sister YX, and other brothers and sisters who enjoy innovating. Everything requires innovation, so let's have them share their innovative experiences.

Sister KX's Sharing: Innovation in Composing Praise Songs

In the beginning, I hummed to myself and composed a few songs. People felt they sounded a bit like the theme song of Ultraman. So, I said, Let's change it. Then, I went to the pastor and Sister PL to revise the lyrics. Later, with Brother JX's post-production, the song transformed into a different form.

I innovate with every song I create. For the second song, Because of You, I Achieve a Better Me, I felt it should have a certain feeling, so I started working on it. At first, I always felt something was missing, so I tried adding different instruments. Ultimately, that formed the style of the second song.

Daring to Try When Facing Problems

I'm currently working on Brother HF's Kneel and Fight. My first impression of it was that it sounded like a military song, but I hadn't done that type of song before. Last night, I tried to make it feel like a march or a variation. As I was thinking and working on it, the feeling of the song emerged. Thank God!

For innovation, we all need to broaden our thinking. Let's start imagining now: If you're currently facing difficulties, can you innovate? I believe Sister YX has many such situations, preparing for micro-courses one moment and doing something else the next. Brother WC writes programs; if he doesn't innovate, he can't write them at all. The era we live in today is an era of innovation. If you can't innovate in this innovative era, it doesn't matter. I'll teach you how to innovate. If you can solve the problem of innovation, you'll be very successful in this lifetime!

Brother WC's Sharing: Innovation Springs from Problems

In early 2015, our church had an idea. The church had a lot of information that needed to be integrated, and many ministries were underway. At that time, the pastor led an IT team, and we discussed and raised questions. Because many people were using WeChat, sending information back and forth in groups, no one knew where the information ended up.

Moreover, no one knew if the information was up-to-date. Another problem we faced was the need to integrate and process many written ministry drafts.

At that time, everything was scattered across QQ, E-mail, and Word. Brothers HF and Sisters XY were particularly diligent. Innovation must stem from a pain point; innovation only happens when you're pushed to the brink. People don't innovate until they collapse a bit. We were facing such a problem at the time. Later, we searched for solutions.

At first, we wanted to find an information search engine, something similar to Google, where we could put things in and search. It seemed very grand, a huge thing. Then someone found one, saying it would cost tens of thousands of dollars a month. Of course, that was out of the question. First, it wasn't worth that much; second, as a programmer, I thought something that costs so much upfront probably isn't very valuable. So, we continued searching.

Pressure Brings Motivation

We seized on the requirement to organize written ministry work and to search better. We needed to be able to do everything for free and own everything. But I think Mingding Doctrine gave our church an important insight: Everything our church innovates is something we own.

Later? I remember a scene very clearly. I was in China at the time. During the New Year, I was tired and exhausted, sitting alone in a small, dark room. Because of this project, I was under some pressure. I knew Brothers HF and Sisters XY were also under pressure, and there were things still running. I spent all my energy searching for a solution, but there were no results. It was very painful.

I remember very clearly the posture I was in: lying on the bed with my legs raised, covered with a thick blanket like an Eskimo. The room was dark. Then, miraculously, I saw a line of words in a forum appear before my eyes: wiki. This is what you use now, the very first wiki.

We tried it, found it could solve the problem, and we would own it completely. All the original source code was on our side, solving many, many problems. Of course, our church faced new problems, such as the desire to edit Markdown sources more easily and to interact and communicate more quickly. Later, we gradually discovered and used Youdao Cloud to assist with these things. Little by little, we improved.

Next, our church has a very clear goal: to write our own software! But the most important point I want to make is that innovation must stem from problems. If you don't have a problem, random innovation certainly won't work. And it has to be a painful problem, a problem that pains you to the point of collapse. Then you can innovate.

Discovering Problems

Brother WC shared a very important concept: Do you have a problem? Have you seen your problem? If you have a problem in life and you don't solve it, you will face increasing pressure. We're saying now that everything requires innovation, so start with problems. What kind of problem are you facing now? What's a painful problem you have?

Today, our church is promoting a concept of innovation: starting from full-time coworkers, then district pastors, then to small group leaders. Sister YX, what pain points do you encounter when doing outreach? Or when shepherding in the pastoral district? How does she solve them?

Sister YX's Sharing: Innovation Springs from Pressure

Innovation springs from pressure, so where does my pressure come from? Because I do outreach, the pressure comes from two things: first, expanding the church's influence; second, bringing new people into the group. These two things are my goals! As long as I can achieve these goals, I've completed my work. Thank God that we haven't been able to achieve our goals easily! It constantly drives me in this process of innovation.

I've had roughly two areas of innovation recently: the innovation of micro-courses. Yesterday, the pastor gave me a draft, and I looked at it. After reading it, there was something in it that I thought was particularly good. One must use one's brain and practice problems. One must constantly reflect, and in the process of reflection, it is essentially based on a new subject that you need to explore.

You have to be ahead of others, if not ahead of everyone else, at least ahead of your team. You definitely need to obtain more fresh information than others. So, in the matter of my micro-course, I was actually obtaining such information: about current trends and directions.

In this industry, in this outreach or micro-platform, what's the latest trend? What new things can we use as tools for our church to achieve our goal of influence and bringing in new people?

Innovation is Fundamental to Improving Efficiency

Searching and looking on WeChat and many websites, I discovered that many people are using micro-courses now. It's not an innovation of our church, but for us, we need to use this era's innovative technologies and tools to help us achieve our goals. So, I joined a group—a group for mothers. Although I joined that group without any specific purpose, I did have a purpose to learn.

I entered that group and saw their process, how they conducted lessons step by step, and how they followed up. Eventually, I saw how they sold their products, and I felt this process greatly inspired me.

So, I quickly told the pastor that I wanted to create such a platform. Before creating the platform, I spent several days thinking about the process. I anticipated all the problems that we could think of that might arise during the course, and I wrote down the process step by step.

Later, I found that writing it out first greatly improved my efficiency, and second, we wouldn't seem so flustered throughout the process. Thank God, because of this micro-course innovation, our first group, after four lessons, has nearly 400 people. Now we're starting a second micro-course group, which is also increasing in numbers every day. It's already about sixty or seventy people now.

So I've found that throughout this process, we actually encounter many challenges. We have to use our brains every day. When you want to manage something, you have to think every day about what difficulties it might encounter, what sudden situations might arise, and how we can resolve them in a timely manner.

I think the biggest problem with this WeChat account is the need for some small innovation. Because our current WeChat account can only be logged in by one person, but the amount of information will continue to grow. Imagine if I spent so much time every day receiving everyone, I wouldn't have time to do anything else.

Later, I made an adjustment in the customer service area, which was to send content by writing messages to everyone. I organized a process that was also a reply template. When new people joined, I would give them this template, which greatly improved my efficiency.

But this is also a big problem I have in the future. This problem is also the innovation that I will discuss with the pastor: How can we ensure that our multiple platforms all have the best customer service to serve more brothers and sisters, so that when they contact us for the first time, they can get our quick feedback and timely information? So these are some of my recent innovations and experiences in micro-courses.

How to Innovate

I believe Sister YX has raised another point, which is that when you see a problem, you try to solve it. Trying to solve it requires exploration, searching, and understanding, doesn't it? It doesn't necessarily have to be successful the first time. Seeing a problem and striving to solve it, that is innovation. In the process of solving this problem, what is most needed? It is the ability to see the future, that is called a dream.

If we think carefully today, you will find that if a person does not innovate, his life will be very boring. Have you noticed that the joy brought by solving a problem through innovation is better than eating bear paws, shark fins, or bird's nest? He is particularly happy.

So today we need to start restoring the mechanism of innovation. When we encounter a problem and dwell on it, it creates pressure. Therefore, a person under great pressure must be moving forward from somewhere. So what is the benefit of Genesis? The benefit is:

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. (Genesis 1:1-3)

That is to say, innovation starts from formlessness and emptiness, darkness over the face of the deep. Today, if you have a state of formlessness and emptiness, darkness over the face of the deep, that is the beginning of creation. If that is the beginning of creation, let's solve a problem. What is this problem? What is the beginning of this creation? It is seeing the future through faith!

Today I want to challenge the brothers and sisters in our church, especially those who are district pastors. How many people can a pastoral district pastor? Can a pastoral district pastor two hundred people? Can it? So now I am making this attempt. In my mind, I have a dream. I see the problem we face is whether a pastoral district can pastor 200 people. Of course, there are small group leaders and others who support and help him to do pastoral care together. Can this pastoral care become more efficient?

Innovation in Matters Big and Small

I am a person who particularly likes innovation. When I worked in Singapore, I won many innovation awards. Let me tell you, those innovation methods are very clever. When I think about them myself, they are like wiping black stains off a car. I was thinking, can pastoral care be done with something like a robot, a pastoral care robot?

One day I went to dinner, and there were guests. Then someone called me. I looked at the number, it was a Chinese number, and he was making an international call. I asked him what he wanted me for. He said, My child has been crying, can you pray for my child? At that time, I thought in my heart, I am a person with a strong character. If I start praying for him, I won't stop if he doesn't get better. But I was facing a guest, I couldn't just pray for two minutes and be done with it, just deal with it and move on, and then continue to take care of my guests. I don't like to do such things.

At that time, I made a decision. I said, How about this, I will record a prayer and send it to you, and you use this prayer to lead the child in prayer. She said okay. So I recorded a twenty-second prayer using WeChat in front of my guests. After sending it, I was thinking about this matter. The boldness of this innovation was too great, was this method useful, was it effective?

Later, after five minutes, she sent me a message, saying that her child was better. At that time, I had a flash of inspiration, why can't we do this? That is to say, in the future, we are very likely to continue to move in this direction.

Why can't our healing and deliverance ministry record some healing and deliverance prayers for headaches, backaches, and leg pains? Is this useful? It may be useful, or it may not be, but we need to try! If people are pastored in this way, it saves a lot of time. One person can play it countless times, play it non-stop for three hours, and I can set it to automatic loop, that is, keep playing it.

Some time ago, we did a small innovation, we created a reading group, and later turned it into number one group. What did we do? We kept broadcasting sermons there, and many people listened to it from time to time, and those who entered would be edified. So today, can brothers and sisters be more bold to explore the innovative power within us, and be bold to try.

So there is cloud church, cloud pastoral care and so on. Recently, what is the benefit of Sister YX's micro-course? It can be asynchronous. That person comes back from work and has to climb the stairs, listening layer by layer is also very good, really good. So we must be bold in innovation.

Ma Yun has 30,000 employees. He said: Next year, 2013, I want to double our turnover, you tell me, what do you need. The personnel department said they needed more than 7,000 employees. Ma Yun said no; five thousand? Ma Yun said no; two thousand? Ma Yun said no. One thousand? Ma Yun said go back and redo the plan. In the end, two hundred, is two hundred okay? He reluctantly agreed. By 2013, he had not increased a single employee, and the turnover of the entire Alibaba doubled. What happened? Innovation!

Solving the Same Problems with Different Methods

Doing the same thing, using different methods; even using many different things to do many things, this is really amazing. Today, our brothers and sisters must start to innovate. I want to challenge some of you who have looked after children. What innovative methods have you used? I tell you, we can use innovation for taking care of children.

Sister XF's two sticks hung on the bed are also an innovation. For her, this method works. You know that the child will crawl on the bed, and he may fall on the ground when he is crawling. So what do you do? My son used to crawl when he was young, this thing is so dangerous, he is constantly moving! Some people just watch, buy a frame, buy a baby cot, and put him in it, let him crawl inside.

Is there any better way? Put it on the ground and hold a rope..., you start to think about it. Do you know what method I used? I pushed our bed to the corner of the wall, so two sides were against the wall. Then I tied a very thick rope with diapers on that corner, and tied it to his waist, and tied the other end to another pillar in the corner of the wall. No matter how he climbed, he could never escape the length of that rope.

That way I don't have to watch him. Do you know this method? Some parents are so stupid, the child is sleeping there, and they are watching. I don't know what they are watching, how can you not be stressed? There is no need to do this, why watch? Because he might crawl to the ground while sleeping, so you have to watch. I think this person's brain is very strange, that is to say, the places where we need to innovate, don't think it is high technology. Of course, high technology must be innovated.

Can you innovate in the little things in life? Let's talk about washing dishes, does anyone wash dishes? It seems that you don't wash dishes very much. How can you wash dishes the fastest, go back and think about it, that is the place where you innovate.

One day, Sister LY said that her boss asked her to write a report. She was very smart, and said: Pastor, my boss asked me to write a report. A report should be written like this, what to write in the first paragraph, what to write in the second paragraph, what to write in the third paragraph. When she encountered a problem, she could think for herself, and she had to ask others.

Sister YX helped her revise it, and then I helped her revise it again, and after sending it to her, she submitted it. After submitting it, do you know what happened? Her boss said you are going to get an A*. A* is the highest grade. Today, you have to write a resume, including there are many places to innovate. I think we have big and small, all kinds of innovation.

Innovation Requires Learning to Think

So today I will give you an assignment, go back and summarise what you have done, and then find your innovative opportunities. I think generally, when you talk to people, they say: Pastor, I don't have time, I am too stressed. These people need to innovate.

Actually, the concept in his head is that if a job cannot be done well in eight hours, then do it for ten hours; if it cannot be done well in ten hours, then do it for twelve hours; if it cannot be done well in twelve hours, then do it for sixteen hours; if it cannot be done well in sixteen hours, then do it for twenty hours; if it cannot be finished in twenty hours, then just don't sleep, and then die. This is not the way! This is just one parameter.

Another parameter is called innovation! Innovation is the root of improving efficiency. When efficiency is high, the level at which you solve problems is immediately different. If your efficiency is high and your costs are low, you will definitely create many business opportunities.

A few weeks ago, Brother HF and I went to find a place for the church. I wanted to find a place with a very high ceiling. The ceilings in Singapore are six meters high, some are four and a half meters high, anyway, they are quite high. Five or six meters high, it is very high when you enter, six meters high, and you can't use a lot of space unless you use it as a warehouse.

There are also some regulations in Singapore that you cannot build scaffolding, you cannot build a second floor in the house, and you cannot make a house inside the house. So I found a way, especially excited, and then I told a Singaporean, you quickly take this to do business.

Many of these places in Singapore have very high ceilings, but the area is not large. You need to do something inside, but you cannot violate government regulations. Do you know what method I found? A sauna room, and then there is a flat roof on top, and the flat roof has usable space. I put this trade secret in the video, those who hear it should go and do it. But I think this is innovation, which will bring you benefits.

The Value of Innovation

If you were the one who created Facebook in this era, you would be amazing; if you were the one who created Google in this era, you would be amazing; if you were the one who created Tencent in this era, you would be amazing. Do you still lack money? Do you still need to find a job? Do you still need to get a permit? Do you still need to go to university? Of course, you still need to go to university.

If you reach that point, what do you go to university for? The problem is not the problems we face, but the lack of solutions to the problems. For example, some people will say: Pastor, I must stay in Singapore no matter what.” Whether to stay in Singapore is not the key, the key is whether you have the ability to make a living.

If you have the ability to make a living, you will live well no matter where you are. If you don't have the ability to make a living, you will live miserably no matter where you are. Being poor in Singapore is about the same as being poor in China, being poor is about the same everywhere in the world. So everyone must come out of the narrow thinking no matter what. Don't misunderstand, I just said that a sauna room can be used as a partition, as a activity space. So everyone, go back and think about it today, do you have any opportunities.

Opportunity is also a Kind of Innovation

I often see some opportunities now, for example, being an internet celebrity is an opportunity. Can you build your internet celebrity? If you are an internet celebrity and earn three million RMB a year, what do you go to university for? Can university be eaten? So today, let our brothers and sisters all play to their strengths. If you are in sales, you need innovation. Remember: salespeople need innovation the most.

Innovation is most needed in all walks of life in our lives. I thank God for allowing me to work in the IT industry for twenty years. What I have learned in the IT industry is that things from three years ago are useless now. So I have been constantly updating, constantly updating has cultivated the habit of innovation. The habit of updating and innovating is a good habit, that is to say, you will always have many opportunities. If we put a label on our church, our church is a church with a particularly strong originality.

Our hymns are original hymns, our Bible study materials are original Bible studies, native-born and raised, absolutely cultivated by ourselves. It is is not on the Internet, you can't find it even if you search. Where does our originality come from? It comes from an dissatisfaction inside, and then we want to solve a problem for you from this dissatisfaction. For example, when I see some Bible study materials on the Internet, I say those are not good, because they can't be used, they can't be eaten! I will make one that can be eaten. Many people use our online Bible study materials, which is very helpful for building their own churches.

Creation is the Innate Essence of Christians

Where does innovation begin? It starts with identifying a problem. After seeing a problem, one begins to attempt to solve it. Solving this problem requires a dream. The most important thing for everyone to understand is that our God is a creative God! This means that creativity is an innate essence of Christians. If you are a Christian, you certainly cannot live in poverty. With constant innovation, how could you live in poverty?

If you are a Christian, you must allow the Holy Spirit to enter into you. You will begin to have visions and dreams. Therefore, the Holy Spirit will come upon you, and you will receive power. What is that power? It is creativity.

In the last days, God will pour out His Spirit on all flesh. Young men shall see visions, and old men shall dream dreams (Acts 2:17). This means that visions and dreams are the key to creation. So, what should we begin to do? We should start dreaming. Can you dream about how something should be? When you start having questions in your mind, you begin to create.

Church Growth: Constant Innovation

Our 201 and 101 courses are our creations. Of course, I, along with Sister XY and her team, and the pastoral teams, created them together. But in the process of creation, while organizing, I found many things that I was not satisfied with. My dissatisfaction pushed me to the point of almost being constrained. In and out, it always felt wrong, and I kept muttering about it.

Then Brother HF saw me and asked, Pastor, what's wrong? I said, I'm about to be constrained. That is, I was in a state where I was thinking about one thing day and night in my mind. Then, to a certain extent, it suddenly came out. And you know what I enjoyed most? Everything interconnected!

If Sister XY still remembers the earliest outline of the 201 course, it is completely different from what it is today. But without that previous case, there would be no today's version. Because that was the original version, a very poor version that just felt wrong. It felt very low from the beginning, and then we started redoing it, and as a result, we created this. Now I think it is at least usable, and then we can continue to inspire.

Our church's originality is very high. I don't like me too, that is, I also do it. I don't like following trends. Having visions and dreams is the key to creation. Visions and dreams come from the Spirit of God. If the Spirit of God is upon you, and you have these things inside, you will be powerful.

I will give everyone homework today. Please go back and think about how you certainly have opportunities in your life. Don't tell me, Pastor, I don't. District pastors can think about their growth points together with the brothers and sisters.

In the process of building the church, I have found that the most important key for people is growth. Growth is also called breakthrough, and breakthrough is also called growth. How to grow? Innovation and creation are called growth. Therefore, innovation and creation are the key to growth. If you are facing a situation that is incredibly stressful, that is an opportunity for creation. So start to experience your stress and solve your problems through innovation and invention. Where does innovation and invention begin? It starts with seeing a problem, having visions and dreams, and God will surely give you the ability to solve the problem.

In the future, our understanding of online churches will still have many deviations, and these deviations actually need to be thought about and adjusted. When we are solving problems, the definition of the problem itself must be more deeply understood. If the concept is not clear, nothing will be useful. So today, let us find the definition of this problem.

You must often know what your problem is. If you say your problem is selling things, then what is the problem with selling things? Why is my work efficiency so low? What is the problem with low work efficiency? Constantly search until you find it, and then you will find the bullseye, and you can grab the bullseye to solve the problem. That is called innovation!

Practicing Innovation in Life

Everyone, go back and think. This does not represent the end. You must have a dream and a vision to solve your problem. After solving your dreams and visions, never lose enthusiasm. If you lose enthusiasm, it cannot be solved. Don't think, Oh, Pastor is so annoying, giving me another task. There are already so many, and now there's another one. Besides writing reports, I also have to write about innovation. Can innovation be eaten? Yes, it can. Go back today and do it with enthusiasm, solve problems with enthusiasm, and you will achieve a purpose of your innovation, which is the improvement of efficiency.

If we are on the level of innovation and innovate a little bit every day, you will be powerful. Let's go back to the matter of washing dishes. I once bought a dishwasher, and a dishwasher cost more than a thousand yuan. Later, I only used it once and then didn't know what to do. I couldn't sell it, so I threw it away.

At that time, Sister RW wrote about a dishwasher accident. People who have used it know that it is useless. That is to say, in the process of innovation, sometimes you will fail. Your understanding and knowledge of the problem is not enough. Then you create a behemoth, and later you find out it is a white elephant, not very useful. Washing dishes encounters several problems: the first is the debris in the bowl.

I'll teach you my own method. I first wipe the debris into the trash can, and the bowl is basically clean. Then I take some detergent and brush it, very quickly. If you pile all the debris in the dishwashing basin, you create a lot of trouble for yourself. With this little attempt, I saved a lot of time.

Flexibility Regarding Problems

Do you know what the second attempt was? Because I washed them all clean, I didn't put them in the dishwashing sink. Because the dishwashing basin is very small, I put them together, and then I wash them one by one. Later, I made a comparison: should I wash them all together and rinse them, or rinse them one by one? If there are three or five bowls, I wash one clean and put it on top, the speed is faster. If there are twenty bowls, I wash them all together and rinse them together, the efficiency is higher.

Have you noticed that it is not the same as the size of your problem and the situation you are facing? You cannot use the management method of ten people to manage a hundred people, nor can you use the management method of a thousand people to manage a hundred people. In other words, you must keep pace with the times. This is the enlightenment I got from washing dishes. That is to say, the solution to the same problem is different because of the quantity.

So brothers and sisters, let us not be rigid. Don't think that using a dishwasher to wash a thousand is useful, but washing three bowls is like not washing at all. Today, brothers and sisters must have a flexible state, that is, the flexibility to solve problems. The examples of innovation are hard to imagine in their scale. From raising children to washing dishes, from washing dishes to learning, from learning to all kinds of things. That is to say, when you encounter a problem, you will definitely have a better solution.

I was once called to do a ball game where people stand in a circle and the ball cannot fall on the ground, one by one passing it. Pass it around once and see how long it takes. Do you know what level it finally reached? The first time we passed it around, it took two minutes and it fell on the ground. If it fell on the ground, we had to start over. Later, it took sixty seconds to pass it around. The coach said no, the best record is five seconds, five seconds to pass it around. Later, we found a way. People from tall to short put their hands there and let the ball roll down by itself, and it rolled to the bottom in five seconds.

You must never be rigid. There are many ways to solve a problem and achieve a goal. If you say that everyone in the world encounters this problem, it is not all the same. If you think that way, then you are in trouble. I will give everyone homework today. Leaders, take a look at where in your life you need to break through and innovate. Of course, if you are under a lot of pressure, you can start by solving these problems from yourself.

For example, if you are in charge of a ministry, you can innovate the process of doing things. The process is different, the solutions are different, and the results are completely different. So know that the process is also one of the ways to innovate. Tools, processes, and ideas are all ways to innovate. Everyone, with a strong intention, solve the problems in your service, life, and work one by one. The last choice is to fight for time, and the choice of time is the worst. I have a belief that our brothers and sisters all have the ability to create, and we all begin to dig them out!
