Introduction

Good morning, everyone. Today, I will address a rather difficult topic: They will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well. Where does the problem lie? The problem lies in what you first think of when we say, They will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well. The first thing that comes to mind is superstition. Nowadays, people admire science. For example, if someone has amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), they want to solve it with science. Can it be solved? When they are not sick, they don't have the energy to study it clearly. Can they figure it out when they are sick?

Therefore, miracles are so wonderful. What is needed in every moment of despair is a miracle, not a scientific explanation. Explanations like environmental pollution or this and that are useless. To solve the problem, don't just explain it. Miracles are most useful when people are most desperate. When people have smooth sailing, they don't need miracles. But when people are unlucky and desperate, they really need miracles. I think it is perfectly justifiable; it's called being smart.

There is a miracle called They will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well. This statement is excellent. Our God is a God who performs miracles. Not only did the Lord Jesus Himself perform miracles, unprecedented and unmatched, but He also gave us this authority and ability to perform miracles. Wow, that's great! He is capable, and He makes us capable too. So, the topic I am addressing now is the most important thing in life: They will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.

You might say, Teacher, what if I get sick? We will lay hands on you. Others might say, Teacher, what if you get sick? You will lay hands on me. They will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well. Disease is a critical issue in a person's life. Not to mention, Alzheimer's alone is enough to suffer. Add to that ankylosing spondylitis, ALS, depression, insomnia, and all sorts of other ailments. If any part of the body breaks down, it's enough to give you a hard time. A toothache is not a disease, but it can be excruciating.

Speaking of They will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well, it's really hard to believe, really not easy. You know, we started breaking through from this point. If it didn't work after one touch, we would touch it ten times. If it didn't work after ten times, we would touch it a hundred times. Oh, the struggle! Some people were touched for three months, and finally, they got well.

I know a pastor who is very interesting. He never lays hands on people to pray. If you are sick, that's your business. There are hospitals. He never prays for the sick. Later, I asked him, Pastor, why don't you pray for them? He said, I can't lay hands and pray. What if they die after I lay hands on them? He was afraid of being blackmailed.

Later, he told me the truth. He said that when he was a young pastor, he was ignorant. There was a patient, and he died after he laid hands and prayed on him! That was his first and last time laying hands. My goodness, he was quite powerful. He killed someone with a touch and a prayer. From then on, he never laid hands on anyone to pray. This is God's word; isn't God's word established in heaven? How could someone die after a touch? It's perplexing. Someone might say, Teacher, why do you believe it? My first touch did not become my last touch; God has grace and mercy.

People might say, God, why is this happening? But that's not the most critical thing. The most critical thing is this: a pastor was casting out demons and healing the sick. My goodness, while he was casting out demons, his child committed suicide, and one of his colleagues committed suicide. What would your perception be? You would say, God, why is this happening? God, is there a mistake? My goodness, in these past years, I have seen many pastors who cast out demons who ended up in a miserable state. Later, I concluded: Wow, this is a high-risk profession!

There was another pastor whose wife's illness I prayed for and healed. When he was young, he also laid hands on the sick to pray. But later, his own child died at the age of two. From then on, he and his wife stopped casting out demons and praying for the sick. They just preached a powerless gospel. So, why does God allow things to turn out this way? Will what I am saying release fear? You will definitely say, Oh, this is no joke. This is really no joke; if you really do this, you really have to have that faith.

There are many such experiences, some of which I can't even believe. Some people said that in their place, someone's eyes fell out during prayer. Scary! I myself have experienced praying for someone whose shoulder could not be lifted to cast out demons, and as a result, my own shoulder could not be lifted. Are you saying I should believe that they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well, or should I believe that they will place their hands on sick people, and the demons will run into me? I searched the entire Bible and did not find this logic of demons running into me, but these things did happen.

I'll tell you where I am smart. I will not let my experiences become theology; I will not let my experiences become truth. I let the truth remain the truth. The words of Jesus Christ are definitely not lies! The words of Jesus Christ are established in heaven and will surely be fulfilled! They will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well! Later, I prayed for myself for two months, praying every day. My logic is simple: You little thing, you even ran into me; I'll finish you off. After two months of struggle, God is still faithful.

Later, whatever it was—shoulders, fish bones stuck in the throat, lumbar and cervical spine pain, depression—every demon was defeated after a fierce battle, and they all collapsed! What does God's word say? These signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well. Do you believe it? I believe it. If it doesn't work after one touch, it doesn't matter; I will touch it ten times. If it doesn't work after ten times, I will touch it a hundred times, a thousand times. Quite stubborn!

A few days ago, one of our sisters, very enthusiastically, went to pray for a very unlucky person. The tradition of her previous church, oh my goodness, the theological system of that tradition is very corrupt. That person lost a lot of money in business, and then had a car accident, with multiple fractures. So she went to minister. Actually, she wasn't asked to minister; she just wanted to minister. I remind you, they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well, but don't go to the hospital and touch people randomly. If someone dies, you'll be in trouble.

As a result, she started having severe stomach pain, and we had to minister to her, and the stomach pain got better. Are you saying I am releasing fear? No, I am releasing rigor. People need to know how things are done. If you are scared, it's best to be scared, lest you mess things up. The things of the spiritual realm are very real. Know that this spiritual warfare cannot be taken lightly. Now, I will unravel these mysteries for everyone.

Know that being a pastor is a high-risk profession, and being a Christian is a high-risk choice. You must be cautious lest you fall into deception. The root of many problems is unbelief. So, the Lord Jesus often criticized them for unbelief and hardness of heart. If the disciples whom the Lord Jesus Himself led were criticized for unbelief, and we are far removed from His disciples, what would the Lord Jesus say? Unbelief! Very perplexing.

Have you noticed this? What do you believe in? I believe in Jesus. But why does Jesus say that you are unbelieving and hard-hearted? I believe, but Jesus says I don't believe. What should I do? Later, Jesus explained what belief is. He said, These signs will accompany those who believe! The previous four lectures covered In my name they will drive out demons, They will speak in new tongues, They will pick up snakes with their hands, and When they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all. Now, I will give the fifth lecture, They will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.

To this day, don't those who have been healed owe me a favor? What favor? I read the word of God clearly and transparently. Then I tell you, just move forward with this faith. I also thank God that I read the Bible more diligently than many people. My faith is built on the word of God. What do you believe in? I believe in the word of God. I do as God says.

So, I tell you, Chinese Mingding Destiny has a very advanced understanding of the Bible. I don't care how real those phenomena are. Someone touched someone and killed them; someone touched several people and killed them. I don't care; I only believe in the word of God. As long as it's not the word of God, no matter how many phenomena there are, it has nothing to do with me. I believe in Jesus. It is meaningful to be a Christian with this kind of energy. I still choose to believe in the word of God. This is not difficult to understand.

Brothers and sisters, do you know why? Someone made a car that cannot be driven and pushes it by hand. You made a handcart. Others drive BYD, AITO, or intelligent driving cars. He made a handcart and said, This is what a car is like. Is that what a car is like? He doesn't know how to make it. Does everyone understand?

Someone built an airplane that cannot fly and said, This is what an airplane is like. There are even people who built an airplane that can only fly up and cannot fly down. Wouldn't it become a meat pie after it falls down? Others have built airplanes that can fly up and fly down, and many have crashed. He built one that can fly up once, and nothing happens when it comes down. He just doesn't know how.

Don't you have to be trained in everything? Do you understand, brothers and sisters? Teacher, I want to minister; I want to lay hands on people. I say, Good luck. If you don't learn, don't know what you believe in, don't know what God's word says, you just mess things up. Oh my goodness, it's worrying. If you write a program that cannot run, it's because you don't know how to write it. You develop artificial intelligence, and later people see that it is artificial retardation. What does that show? It doesn't show anything.

If the person dies after you lay hands on them, it's because you touched them wrong, messed things up, and didn't have faith. If you lose a battle, it's because you don't know how to fight. Do you understand? Even a thousand or ten thousand phenomena, if it's a mistake, if you don't know how, it doesn't show anything. It turns out you did it wrong; it doesn't show anything. Sometimes I can't help but feel that if you believe in the Lord and don't know anything, wouldn't you be worried to death?

The God we believe in is a rigorous God, and the word of our God is a rigorous word! You must be careful to observe and do it. Do you understand? God's promises will never be abolished! God's word is a very precise theological system! It can allow us to ascend to heaven. Ascend you to heaven, and then fall down and become a meat pie? That won't work. So, if people do not carefully observe and follow this precise system, it is a very sad thing. If people take their own mistaken phenomena as truth, how can there be good results?

Until now, there are still many myths mixed in this Christian theological system. We Chinese Mingding Destiny observe and follow God's word, implement it according to God's word, and find that it works. If it doesn't work, it means we did it wrong. Many people do it wrong and then ask God: God, why is this happening? God says: You did it wrong; wouldn't it be like this?

When we do something and find it's not right, and the result does not match the Bible, Oh, then we didn't do it right. So, Chinese Mingding Destiny has a classic saying: We often don't do it right. If you write a program that cannot run, there must be a bug, right? So, I tell you, our current understanding of God is only a drop in the ocean, a hair on nine oxen. Don't stop; continue to push forward until God's promises are all fulfilled among us.

When the first touch didn't work, I touched it a hundred times. Do you think I touched it a hundred times stupidly? We didn't do it right. How do we do it right? It's not just brute force; it's constantly pondering. If it doesn't work after a hundred times, do it ten thousand times. If it doesn't work after a month, do it for two months. If it doesn't work after two months, do it for three months. As a result, God will surely grant revelation. Ah, so that's what's going on. Oh, the way we did it before was wrong.

So, I tell you, the demon running into my body after laying hands is not actually what happened. In reality, it was a battle, to kill it until victory. If you do it wrong, seek God's revelation until you get it right. Faith is believing in God's word, not in your prayer. I give you a reminder because outside of our church, Chinese Mingding Destiny has influenced many people. They are all listening to me, but I must tell you that faith is built on the word of God, not on your prayer.

Many people spend three hours or five hours a day in prayer, as if the more you pray, the better. Is that the case? It seems worth considering. I want to learn to know God and not stay at a very low level. Sanctification and prayer are very low levels. We must constantly climb the mountain of Jehovah and enter the temple of the God of Jacob. On this spiritual peak, we must constantly climb, and the knowledge of God will fill the ocean like seawater.

God wants to give us the keys to the kingdom of heaven! In Chinese, the word key doesn't specify whether it's one, a hundred, or ten thousand. It doesn't say how big a bunch of keys it is. But in English, it's plural. God wants to give us a large bunch of keys to the kingdom of heaven. Each key can open a door, and behind each door is a treasure, all full of treasures. So those keys are to open the doors of truth.

Why did Jesus criticize people for unbelief? Because they did not believe in the word of God. God's word is like treasure after treasure. Then you obtain the key and open it, Ah, I understand! So now we are still just a drop in the ocean, a hair on nine oxen. Unlike those people who believe in the Lord and are saved, and then just do it foolishly, that won't work. Chinese Mingding Destiny is a complete system. The most powerful thing is to constantly seek.

Faith! It's both simple and complex. It's simple because God's word is merely a choice to believe. But what to believe? Believe in the word of God. There are so many words of God; how do you believe? Which sentence do you believe in? So, never take things out of context; don't find a passage and just mess around with it. Our 102 course is the theoretical foundation for healing and deliverance. Without a theoretical foundation, without the word of God, without a foundation, wouldn't you be messing around? Like officials, if you say the theoretical level of government officials is not good, what can they do? They can't do anything.

The Lord Jesus' interpretation of faith is too clear. These signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons. When you drive out demons, don't you have to rely on the word of God? If you speak in new tongues, don't you have to understand the word of God? If you pick up snakes with your hands, don't you have to be more cunning than snakes? You have to defeat the snake. When you drink deadly poison, it will not hurt you at all. How do you understand this? If you drink poison and are not harmed, they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well. The Lord Jesus' interpretation of faith is very clear.

If you are a believer and have a very clear foundation in the word of God, I tell you, there is a theology for driving out demons, for speaking in new tongues, and for picking up snakes with your hands. This lecture is so good. We use these five lectures to explain the faith that the Lord Jesus spoke of barely adequately. Do you think I said it very clearly? Not at all. The most precious thing about Chinese Mingding Destiny is not healing and deliverance, not praying for the sick to be healed, but having a systematic understanding of the word of God.

We are a research institution. What do we research? We research the word of God, how to implement the word of God, and how to practice our faith. We are just beginning. We still need to seek the word of God. Remember! You must not add anything, and you must not subtract anything. It is a complete system. This sentence is very important. Moses three thousand five hundred years ago and old John two thousand years ago both clearly said one thing: you must not add anything, and you must not subtract anything. This is a very critical matter.

Why do people do it wrong? They always add things that do not belong to the Bible, things that are not in the system. For example, a very famous pastor wrote a book that I once read. This pastor said: When you lay hands, the demon will run into you. God didn't say that; that's what they said. You have a breach in your armor, so you cannot drive out demons. This is not what God said; this is what they said. After you pray, you have to cleanse yourself. There's none of that in the Bible, right?

They said, After you pray for the sick, you have to wash your hair when you go home. Did Jesus do that? Did Jesus wash his hair when he went home after serving all day? Did he go to the Jordan River to wash? No. They just added a lot of these messy things. Someone said you have to wash your hair three to four times. Why? Because your curse lasts three to four generations. What kind of nonsense is that?

Traditional theology is even more abominable. It says that now that science has developed, we don't need miracles anymore. Has science developed? Hospitals are crowded with people. Doesn't someone who is unlucky need a miracle? Very abominable. I tell you, many problems are caused by people's unbelief. What do they believe in? They believe in their experiences and then write their experiences as theology, as the word of God. How abominable! Why do they add and subtract? Because of the snake. The snake is the most cunning of all the things God has made.

So you must be careful. Those people I mentioned earlier all believed the lies of the snake. They didn't pass the test of picking up snakes with their hands, and as a result, they were taken by the snake. This is very dangerous. Many people pursue fame. Isn't that building the Tower of Babel? Spreading their own name, coveting vain fame. Many people pursue anointing and power but don't know that anointing is a destiny. Many people want to maintain their position in the church, so they engage in a lot of political struggles and control each other.

Chinese Mingding Destiny has a saying that you should remember. I invented it. God doesn't make mistakes, and demons don't make mistakes. It's just that we often make mistakes. Like pastors who preach about living a small life all day long, preaching about living a small life after all. Is the Bible like that? So brothers and sisters, you must readjust. Know what the word of God says. Let's look at Mark 16:14-20.

Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen. And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat at the right hand of God. Prayer

God, give us revelation today. Open our minds and let us come out of unbelief and hardness of heart. Let us know that in You, the promises of God, no matter how many, are faithful. God, may Your promises be fulfilled in us. Open our minds and let us know that when we lay hands on the sick, they will get well. This is Your word, Your word is established in heaven and will never return empty.

God, help us, help us, let our faith be established on Your word, let us know that Your word will never be abolished. Heaven and earth will pass away, but Your word will never pass away. God, open our minds. Let our faith be established on Your word, let us come out of these myths. In the name of Jesus Christ! Amen!

Scripture Background

The background of this scripture is very interesting. Jesus criticized them for unbelief, and they really were unbelieving. You see, Jesus asked them, Do you understand? They said, We understand. Jesus said in His heart, Understand what? You don't understand anything. Jesus said, Do you believe? They said, We believe. Believe what? You don't know anything. Oh my goodness, it would be good if we really knew today.

So, criticizing the disciples for unbelief is logical because what they believed in, that thing they believed in, only had a surface: I believe in Jesus. What else? Jesus asked, Do you love Me? Peter said, I love You. Love what? How can you love if you don't know anything? It's just that our understanding of the same things often contradicts Jesus, and we go astray. What Jesus said and what we feel are different. I have a lot of experience with this.

A few days ago, I criticized a brother. Actually, I taught him more than I criticized him. After the criticism, he felt very uncomfortable, and it accumulated and erupted. Why? Because his view of himself and my view of him were different. There was a difference between our views. Where was the difference? I said there was no compassion in him, and he believed there was compassion in him. Whose view is more accurate? He said, I think I have it. Later, I proved to him one by one that he didn't.

But at this juncture, the Bible is silent. It seems to me we must speculate. Why did Jesus accuse them of disbelief? Let me explain. Some claimed, Jesus has resurrected! Others refuted, Impossible! I've never witnessed a resurrection. How can the dead rise? Nonsense! But I saw Jesus! Hallucinations, perhaps a visit to the psychiatric ward is in order. Does this not ring true? Absolutely.

Then, as the eleven disciples were at the table, Jesus appeared to them, rebuking their unbelief and hardness of heart because they did not believe those who had seen him after he had risen. They adamantly denied Jesus' resurrection. I am left wondering, what were they thinking? What nonsense filled their minds? They disbelieved, why? Because they had never witnessed it. I contend that there are countless things in this life we have not witnessed. What then?

When the blind seek me out, I confess, I have never healed blindness. And frankly, I have rarely seen the blind regain sight in church. I am being honest. What to do? The Bible speaks of such miracles. Yes, the Bible speaks of it, but I have not seen it myself. Should our faith be grounded in the Bible's accounts of Jesus' miracles, or in our own observations? I choose to believe Jesus' words, and I pray for the blind, with many experiencing healing.

To say, I disbelieve what I have not seen; seeing is believing, misses the essence of faith. When Jesus often accused us of unbelief, to shrug it off as, Oh, that's just called unbelief, is dismissive. Do not argue, We believe! You malign us! We believe in Jesus; why else would we follow you? It sounds plausible. Why else would we be here, listening to you? We believe! You cannot corrupt my faith, curse me! In Jesus' name, I reject such curses!

That is not the point. Whose understanding is more accurate, Jesus' or your own? Jesus' is. Therefore, the ability to cast out demons, speak in new tongues, handle snakes, drink poison unharmed, and heal the sick through the laying on of hands—were these things present then? Not always. But without faith, how can they manifest? Casting out demons? Certainly, I have done some.

Over time, the church has progressively abandoned the practice of casting out demons, speaking in tongues, handling snakes, and drinking poison became unthinkable—a trip to the hospital for a stomach pump instead. Laying hands on the sick only to have them die—is this all the church is capable of? Sadly, such outcomes are all too common. Imagine a church built on disbelief; what would Jesus say upon appearing to them? He would immediately declare, Unbelieving, hard-hearted!

Our purpose in building a church is to construct the body of Jesus Christ. Our mission in evangelism is to make disciples of all nations. This is the essence. The faith that the Lord Jesus spoke of is faith in his resurrection from the dead! Because I believe that my Lord Jesus has resurrected, I believe that with our God, all promises will be fulfilled in us! We in the church journey from laying our hands on the sick only to see them worsen, to laying our hands on them and seeing them healed. This is a journey of faith!

I tell you, step by step, walking forward by faith, what will be the result? To begin with faith, so as to end in faith! The disciples’ “faith” was their perceived belief. Jesus' faith is true faith. Let the power that resurrected Jesus Christ from the dead be manifested in us! There is no impossible in Jesus Christ’s dictionary. We started from the beginning with blind faith, and through this process, we said Ah! Understood. Then, through further process, we understood again.

Therefore, with even a small amount of faith and a soft heart, I tell you, it can be very powerful. He who believes will be saved, but he who does not believe will be condemned. Can you understand? He who believes and is baptized will be saved. Salvation is the healing of diseases and the resolution of many problems. He who does not believe will be condemned. If an unbeliever lays hands on others, or an unbeliever receives the laying on of hands, is that not a tragedy? Therefore, brothers and sisters, start readjusting.

Emulating the Laying on of Hands by Jesus

I have studied the Lord Jesus, and I tell you it is very interesting. Did the Lord Jesus lay hands or what? The ways in which the Lord Jesus laid hands were diverse, and no one explains this to us. For example, the Lord Jesus healed a mute by spitting, mixing the saliva with mud, and applying it to the mute’s tongue, and the mute was healed. “Ah, the Lord Jesus laid hands in this way.” Some rigid people are confused, “Why did the Lord Jesus have to use saliva and mud to apply to the eyes and wash in the river?”

There is no why, there is only one thing, that is the laying on of hands by the Lord Jesus. Are there those who weren’t touched by the laying on of hands? Someone touched Jesus’ cloak, and the bleeding stopped, and the power of Jesus Christ flowed out from his body. I think, “Lord Jesus, you say laying on of hands, but healed without touching?” That is called the laying on of hands. She just touched Jesus, even touching Jesus, that is also called laying on of hands.

Therefore, today we come out from the rigid logical system, we cannot use rigid logic to see the laying on of hands. You know now people lay on hands, “click” and put it on the head, “Come, I bless you.” Why do you have to do it this way? I have to tell you, after reading these things, I said: Wow, my Lord Jesus is so divine, this is how he uses them. Will it not work if you don't do this? Why do you have to spit a little saliva and mud and smear it? How disgusting! That's what he did.

Until now, we haven’t been so bold to spit a little saliva and mud and put it on the eyes. Would the Lord Jesus say when he sees me: Unbelieving! Believe it or not, I have learned how to be flexible. If the Holy Spirit inspired me at that time, to spit a little saliva and a little mud, then let’s try it, let’s do it.

Later I discovered that Jesus was very flexible. For example, once when I was leading people to pray, the prayer did not go well, and I was exhausted and sweating, after several hours, it was just a leg pain, it was hard. Then I crossed my arms and said, “God, what is this, so difficult to do?” Then the Spirit of God said: Press his Zusanli point. As soon as I pressed it, in ten seconds, I prayed a sentence, In the name of Jesus Christ, the leg should be released! It’s ok. I said: Ah, what is this revelation?

Later I discovered that ghosts live in human acupoints. It turns out that laying on of hands is not like what we say, “click” and then press it, you have to know how to press it. Later, when my mother had Alzheimer's disease, it was difficult to heal. I concluded where to press the hand, it may not be pressing, it may also be pinching. The flesh on the inside of the arm and the flesh on the inside of the thigh indicate that ghosts live there.

Then one time, she had difficulty breathing in her chest, and I found that the flesh on her chest was very painful to the touch, so I grabbed the flesh on her chest with my hand, and she screamed, and the ghost left. I drove the ghost away in the name of Jesus, and my mother’s breathing returned to normal. So after so much, my laying on of hands has many patterns. My laying on of hands is not like the foolishness of many people, just pressing on the forehead in one way, I can press any way I want.

We had a sister who slipped in the shower room, and one of her legs was lame and painful, and prayer didn’t work. That day, I watched her walk over there with difficulty, and suddenly, I knew it. I said: You come over here. I also went over, and she came over too. I said: Put your legs on the stool. She didn’t know what I was going to do, if she knew, she wouldn’t do that. It was so cruel, “click,” grabbed the flesh on the inside of the thigh and screamed, and said: Let go, the pain goes away! It was good in ten seconds.

It turns out that laying on of hands is knowledge, and pinching is also pressing. Later I developed a habit, what habit did I develop? Seek God's revelation. Because I still know a little about Chinese medicine, acupoints are very interesting. What’s interesting is that ghosts live in acupoints. Later I felt that Chinese medicine is a very magical thing. The acupoints, Qi, blood and their operations of Chinese medicine are a very magical thing. I guess it was revealed to us Chinese by God.

There is another very interesting thing about Jesus’ laying on of hands. In his hometown, he laid hands on a few patients, and those patients were healed, but the other miracles would not work. This matter gives us a very clear revelation, laying on of hands is an operation of faith.

Laying on of hands is magical, it doesn’t work if people don’t let you do it. Laying on of hands is an operation of faith! Think about it, people don’t believe it, and once they see it’s you, they give up. So being touched with faith and touching with faith is a wonderful thing. It is a choice of faith. It’s a very troublesome thing when a person has no confidence in them.

There is a pastor I know who said: I’ll tell you, there is a very miraculous thing, what do you think is going on? I said: What’s up? He said: When I go out to preach, there are quite a lot of miracles, and the disease is healed with one prayer. But why doesn’t it work in my local church? Does everyone know what’s going on? The people in his own church looked at him, Oh, with your skills, forget it. People have no confidence in him.

He went outside, and visiting pastors are better at preaching. As soon as they are introduced, “Pastor So-and-so is old and anointed.” Faith arises, and his faith also arises at this time, because he believes that he preaches better as a pastor doing outreach. Why doesn’t it work in the home church? Because they are too familiar, and everyone knows what he is capable of. Moreover, he behaves one way on stage and another way off stage. What he says on the stage is not what he does off the stage, and what he does off the stage is not what he says on the stage. They don’t have confidence in him. Without confidence, how could he perform?

I thank God! Everyone must know that prayers work for the people around me when they have problems. Why? Because how I am like on the stage is how I am like off the stage. How you interact with me from close range is the same as how you interact with me from long range. This is who I am. This matter is very interesting, interesting to what extent? The one who lays hands must have faith, and the one who is laid on must also have faith. This is the key!

Building People’s Faith is Key

Signs will accompany those who believe. If you are a minister, you must have faith in those you minister to. I have a few tricks for ministering to people, and these tricks are too important. Among them, the first trick is to build people’s faith. Someone’s eyes were going blind, and the doctor said: In another year you won’t be able to see anything. He looked at me with despair on his face. What did I do? I conveyed the information lightly. I said: Let me tell you a secret, people for whom I have prayed for blindness have seen again.

But I didn’t say the sentence after that, “You are the first.” Why? He hears, Oh my God, today I finally met a pastor who can pray for the blind. As a result, his faith arose, and he suddenly had hope. Believe it or not, he really got better after the prayer. I said: God, you are so divine! This is building people’s faith.

But are my words 100% correct? The first one was successful, 100%. Before that, I said that people for whom I have prayed for blindness have recovered, this is a declaration of faith. I was also very helpless, it was not that I was willing to say this, I couldn’t do it without saying this, building people’s faith is very important.

You know, some people specialize in undermining people’s faith. If a prayer doesn’t work, they remember what I taught, “What? I can’t lay hands on you?” It’s over, and people’s faith is completely undermined. Then the prayer doesn’t work, thoughts! Are there problems with thoughts? Yes. But in fact, faith is the key, don’t look for a lot of excuses. I don’t like to find too many excuses, they will be healed!

I tell you, people who come to me will be healed. They will be healed today, they will be healed tomorrow, they will be healed the day after tomorrow, and they will have been healed for half a year, Teacher, why haven’t I gotten better yet? They will be healed! We must be able to persevere to victory! After hearing this, my heart was comforted. I said: Sister, as long as you don’t give up, I won’t give up. Of course, if you give up early, I will quickly pat my ass. Do you understand? So in my heart, it is all about faith, and it is all about believing.

Because our God is full of grace and full of mercy. Many problems, many times there is not completely no progress. They are 50% better after one prayer. If this trend continues, they will definitely be completely healed. Why? 50% is left for you to do your homework; some prayers get 80% better, so 20% is left for you to do your homework. I think our God is so good, if he is healed all at once, and then goes back to love the world, isn’t that troublesome? When you come back, you’ll be dead.

We must build people’s faith! So don’t just go around laying hands on people when they have no faith, you will just lose their faith and your own faith. Is it possible? Yes for sure. And sometimes you have to know that if the other person has no faith and you press hard, you are holding the person down, but that hand didn’t lay upon them. Why? I tell you to always remember that the laying on of hands is what the big does to the small. If people don’t accept you and you have to lay hands on them, it must not be in accordance with the Bible.

So I have a unique advantage. I preach and study the scriptures. After people listen to them, they really want to ask me to pray for them. They have faith. So I encourage everyone to develop the habit of building people’s faith. When this relationship is not yet established and people don’t accept you very much, laying on of hands will not work at this time. First establish a brief pastoral relationship, and laying on of hands will work.

Beware of the Serpent’s Lies

What did we talk about when we previously spoke about “hand can take up serpents”? What we spoke about was understanding of the truth, what we spoke about was seeing through the devil’s lies. So this serpent issued a lot of lies. What was it doing? Undermining the relationship between people, undermining the faith between people. We are building people’s faith, but the devil is undermining people’s faith. For example, if prayer doesn’t work, find a lot of excuses and still can’t hold on to faith.

Brothers and sisters, don’t be afraid if your prayers don’t work. Hold on to faith and believe in God, and God will definitely reveal to you and let you know how to fix this. You know, if you get struck by the serpent’s lies in casting out demons, some pastors will say: Hey, casting out demons is useless. Listen to these words, lies were uttered. “Oh, the demons will come again after they are cast out.” You still have to cast them out.

If you lay hands, “Oh, you have to be careful, the demon will run into your body.” “Oh, you can’t do healing and deliverance because you still have a lot of openings on your body.” Do I have many openings on my body? The openings on my body are like a sieve, there aren’t just a few openings, there are holes everywhere. What is the problem? The problem is that casting out demons is done in the name of Jesus Christ, and laying hands on the sick is also done in the name of Jesus Christ. It doesn’t matter if there are openings. The ghost runs into your body, you get a feeling, and then you believe it? God’s word doesn’t say that.

So brothers and sisters, start to come out of this. I know some pastors often fall into these pits. What pits do they fall into? They fall into not believing in God’s word. For example, they say that there are many powers in the anointing. Is that power? The anointing is not a power, it is a destiny. In the Old Testament, for any anointing, if he wants to be king, he will anoint him; if he wants to be the high priest, he will anoint him. Hear me? It’s an appointment.

So there are many misunderstandings that have led to a lot of corruption in laying hands on the sick. The church got a lot of prophets, fivefold ministries, and nonsense. Are they prophets? The whole thing is about these things. There are also some churches where the person playing the piano suddenly has a headache, and the prophet points his finger and says, The arrow is coming from there. As a result, the sister over there was so frightened, I didn't do anything. Why did I become an archer? Oh my God, this church is in chaos.

Ah, there is witchcraft, witchcraft. I don't know who is stabbing a villain in the back, I don't know who is cursing me in the back. Oh my God, don't tell me the author who wrote The Final Battle really wrote a book of this kind called The Spirit of Witchcraft. Are those God's words? Oh my God. So a lot of problems arose, which is not believing that God is in control.

Brothers and sisters must know that God is always in control! God will not get it wrong, and ghosts will not get it wrong. It is just that we often get it wrong. I believe that God is in control! I have my God, and I trust my God. Later I discovered that my God is really in control. He is mighty, powerful, and awe-inspiring. So what about curses, witchcraft, or cutting off ancestral soul ties in the church? A lot of these things are also said with confidence. However, the Bible says that those who believe should believe in God’s word.

The Church is the Foundation

The church is the foundation. The church view of Chinese Mingding Destiny is very important. The entire Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, speaks of the church. The church is the body of the Lord Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ is the head of the church, and the church is the body of Jesus Christ, so the authority of Jesus Christ must be revealed through the church.

The Lord Jesus commanded this: Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all nations, making them my disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you. He who believes and is baptized will be saved, but he who does not believe will be condemned. Therefore, this great commission is for us to go out and establish churches, so that all things may be united in Jesus Christ. Then build churches, shepherd God’s people, and let God’s people live out God’s glorious image. The theme of the entire Bible is to build God’s glorious church, not healing and deliverance.

You must pursue the establishment of God’s glorious church and shepherd God’s flock. That’s why our church is different from many places. Everyone must know that I know that I will be much more effective doing healing and deliverance on the outside, not just more effective, but extremely effective, but my responsibility is to build a church, so I concentrate on building the brothers and sisters in our own church.

Some people say: How can you not have a national view? The church is the kingdom, the church is the coming of God’s kingdom. If I don’t build my own church well, should I go out and work on the kingdom? What kingdom should I be working on? I don’t even know whose kingdom it is. So the goal is to build a church! I can basically say that I never go outside. I can't even finish serving my church's brothers and sisters, so where can I find the time to work on the outside all day long?

Many people think that this is a bit too lacking in the concept of the kingdom of God. The kingdom of God has come. This is called having a national view. Did you hear? Unlike some pastors, they don’t do healing and deliverance in their own church well, and work on the outside all day long. Why? Visiting pastors are better at chanting scriptures. Is that shepherding? That’s not called shepherding. To this day, our church is constantly moving forward to let brothers and sisters be edified.

The church is God’s army! The church’s victory will bring many, many graces of healing and deliverance. What can the church do if it is not victorious? You can’t do anything, so be very careful. When we preach the gospel, God is with us, and God makes miracles follow us to confirm the word we preach. We do not agree with those things that do not build the church but only focus on healing and deliverance.

If you ask me why I don’t agree, God’s will is the church, and healing and deliverance is just a means of shepherding, so lay hands on the sick, and the sick will be healed.
