【Sermon】Do Not Draw Back

2016-11-27 6,497 Sermon

Point Four: Faith is Key to Victory

4.1 No one can be arrogant before God and expect a good outcome.

4.2 God granted David victory, and His glory was manifested through him.

4.3 David saw the difficulties and fear, but he also saw the power of God.

4.4 Without faith, failure is the inevitable outcome.

4.5 Faith was the key to David's victory.

Point Five: Retreat is a Manifestation of Lack of Faith

5.1 Sorrow and difficulties are not the main issue.

5.2 Getting the job done is paramount.

5.3 Focus on how much effort you are willing to expend.

5.4 Do not dwell on failure; deal with the fear in your heart.

5.5 You cannot decide the magnitude of the problems you will face, but you can decide the extent of the damage you will suffer when faced with them.

5.6 When faced with problems, persevere; never retreat.

5.7 We have no protection behind us; when we retreat, the devil will not let us go unscathed.

Point Six: Continuous Growth and Development are the Only Way Forward

6.1 Only through growth can we find a way out.

6.2 Serving with problems allows you to be released from them.

6.3 Growth is key; passion will be ignited through growth. Keep moving forward.

6.4 Seek breakthroughs when facing difficulties.

6.5 Focus on your own growth, and problems will disappear.

6.6 When a person grows, problems diminish.

6.7 If you want to avoid retreating, do not focus on solving problems; focus on growth.

Seventh, Overcoming Fear Through Faith

7.1 Fear is normal, but the key is how you view it afterwards.
7.2 We do not live in the past and present, we live in the future. God has already prepared our victory.
7.3 Our ending is victory.
7.4 When we strive forward with faith, we will see the victory God has prepared.
7.5 No matter how difficult, we must persevere and never retreat.
7.6 Do not magnify the problem, but diminish God's work.
7.7 The success of things does not lie in what we have done, but in whether we have perseverance, a heart that never retreats and never gives up.

Eighth, Check Regularly, Have You Improved Today?

8.1 Compare yourself to your yesterday, not your tomorrow, and see your growth.
8.2 Growth is a step-by-step process, not instantaneous.
8.3 Just improve a little bit every day.
8.4 When you cannot see your growth, you will feel anxious, and the faith within will disappear.
8.5 Do not despise the little by little growth.
8.6 Persevere to do a little bit every day.

Conclusion: Strive forward, do not retreat, and if you choose to retreat, you will enter perdition. Choose the path of faith. Difficulties will be trampled underfoot.
