I think sales are not limited to selling products and services, but also include persuading others to accept your views, ideas, and creations. I am a salesman, selling the gospel—the best product in the world. Product is More Important Than Packaging

I took over outreach in May of this year. At that time, our church was facing an adjustment, so outreach also had to be adjusted. During the adjustment process, I found that even if you are not in sales, you must understand sales. We are a church that preaches the gospel. Different churches have different content for the gospel. Therefore, according to the characteristics of our church, we choose our own strategy. First, healing and deliverance, which is our church's primary specialty; second, Bible study; third, turning our lives around through spiritual warfare; fourth, our original hymns; fifth, living in abundance. These are basically original assets of our church, unique spiritual assets of our church.

These things must be integrated into outreach work and packaged using the largest platform. In fact, the platform itself is constantly expanding and updating. Different platforms give us a lot of room to play. Weibo, live broadcasts, and micro-classes are all used to package our products. In the process of packaging our products, we primarily focus on market demand, so I have made certain adjustments to our goals. We have found that there are very few churches that focus on healing and deliverance, so our healing and deliverance must have a great advantage. Regarding Bible study, although many churches have Bible study, it is only once a week and does not form a system, which is also a major deficiency, and that happens to be our advantage.

In the first stage, we focused on packaging these things. Healing and deliverance is a very good platform for promoting our core values and letting more people know, so that people in need will flock in. I remember that the number of people in our gathering group started from zero. Nearly seven hundred people came in, and after coming and going, there are now three to four hundred people. Establish Your Own Expert Status

I do not feel that I am very professional in my heart, but I must overcome this hurdle. The customer does not know how long you have been with the company. Be Good at Discovering Customer Needs

As a salesperson, compared to others in our store, I set a goal for myself every day. With pressure, there is motivation, and you will start to take action. In our bank, because I work at the front desk, customers don't necessarily need to buy a product as soon as they come in. So how do you make customers interested in a product? The focus is that you must base it on their needs, and sometimes you even have to discover their needs from a piece of information from the customer.

For example, I recently sold a savings account. When several customers came to the store, I noticed that they only had one account for daily use. Then I said to them: Your account for daily use is very good, but you have a certain balance every week. Would you like to turn your balance into more interest and let your money make money? When this view moves the customer, they will feel that what you said makes sense. So, when we sell things, we must not make others feel that we are selling products, but let them feel that we are meeting their needs.

I think some brothers and sisters may be like us, with a specific thing to sell, or that we have to achieve a specific deposit this quarter. When I communicate with customers, I don't coldly say: Come over, we have this thing here. Instead, I combine the characteristics of the product with the needs of the customer. Just like WY sister, she thinks about what she did not do well each time. I think this is very important for sales staff. When I first started working, my English was not very good, and I didn't know how to express many things. So, whenever I didn't understand something, I would ask others: How should this thing be said? How can I express it better so that others are very interested? Must Learn

My customers feel that I do a good job, have a very good attitude towards them, like me very much, and think I am very responsible. So how you behave is also very important in sales. I know that doing something for someone who comes to me is fruitless and troublesome, but you must not discern good and evil. You see, these things are good. Don't be unwilling, but treat it as an opportunity to exercise. Maybe you are still relatively weak in this area, but when you handle these events with a good, positive image and attitude, your customers will have a very good impression of you, which will also bring you potential wealth. This is a little of my experience.

Because she understands the customer's problems. As a pastor, if you don't have the heart of a father and mother, you can't do it.

The success of the church lies in heart to heart, that is, you must resonate with him. Why do I help brothers and sisters? Because I have been a pastor for a long time, and I have also worked in the workplace for a long time. Although I can see the essence of this person at a glance, I will manage my feelings and judgments, and I will still try my best to connect with him heart to heart. I help him revise his resume and train him for interviews, no matter how bastard he will be in the future, no matter what kind of person he is, even if I know he is a very bad person, a person who will be ungrateful, I will still help him, why? Because only by doing this, there is marketing value. Unless he proves in the future that he is really a bastard, then I will not help him again.

Second point: Novelty. There must be creativity, and the content cannot be clichéd and uncreative. Today in the church, I want to train every brother and sister to become flexible. If you are not flexible, you are rigid, how can I teach you, how can you shepherd, and the things you copy are not easy to use, then you must think. You can't be clichéd, but you must adjust according to the situation you are facing, so shepherding is a very complicated thing. If you don't shepherd successfully, you will definitely not be a successful person. In the church, if shepherding is a mess, and one leaves after you shepherd one, I can only say that you helped me drive away many people and purify the church, but you still have problems.

I can say that if I were to shepherd those people who you once shepherded away, maybe 10% of them would be converted. Why don't I criticize or blame you? Because I don't want you to have negative pressure. I let you do it boldly for your growth. But if you keep not reflecting and keep doing it your own way, then you can only be willful slowly. Willfulness is very bad. Novelty cannot be clichéd. If the first is heart to heart, then the second is brain to brain. The creativity in your brain will be transmitted to the person, and he will receive it.

Third point: The Content Must be Interlocking. If your content is disjointed, customers will be confused quickly. The content must be interlocking. If you look closely, our 101 course and 201 course are interlocking. If it doesn't fit together, when it reaches a certain level, I will say to HF brother: I am bound by this course, I am too painful, because it doesn't fit together. The content must be interlocking.

Fourth point: Must be Able to Tell Stories. You must know that a person who cannot tell stories is a very foolish person. I think after I finish preaching, you remember the stories I told, but you return everything else I said to me. Do you know why Genesis is written in a storytelling way? Genesis is storytelling, 1 Samuel and 2 Samuel are storytelling, and Kings is also storytelling.

Originally, the Bible is not about reasoning, but about telling stories. Stories can enter people's hearts, and then people evolve spiritual principles. Moreover, the stories in the Bible are very shocking. You will never forget Genesis 38, where Judah went to prostitute himself and the prostitute was his former daughter-in-law. Abraham's wife was taken away, and he didn't care. If you are a sister, you will think: I can't forgive Abraham. Even when he gets home, he is still constantly scolding him. You hope that Abraham, as a husband, will stand up and risk his life to save his wife. This feeling is very shocking. So you must be able to tell stories.

So you must have these four sales skills. I just repeated it again, can everyone remember it? I just talked about the reasoning without telling stories. First, there must be resonance, heart to heart; second, there must be novelty, brain to brain; third, the content must be interlocking; fourth, you must be able to tell stories. I have recently been training the brothers and sisters in our church. When a new person enters our church, when you are shepherding, if you cannot express your emotions, you cannot start. You must learn to express your emotions. Why tell stories? Why heart to heart, using your personal story as a background to arouse resonance. If you can't do this, it will be difficult for you to become an excellent salesperson.

To Be a Person of Flesh and Blood, Skilled in Expressing Emotions

An outstanding salesperson must be very good at speaking, and speaking with great skill. Not a robot speaking, but a person of flesh and blood. Why did Jesus Christ incarnate? It would be so much better to be a spirit body, flying in the sky and appearing before you at any time. But actually, it's not good, because it lacks flesh and blood. A person with flesh and blood, whose words carry emotions, is a characteristic of our study of the Bible. Have the brothers and sisters noticed that when I lead Bible studies, I like to express my emotions? I don't hesitate to shed tears to express my emotions, because it can infect people.

If the Christian faith is about reasoning, it is useless. Christianity is a faith of emotion. When doing sales, you must use your emotions, because using your emotions allows you to understand the problems others face. So today, brothers and sisters, if a person stands before me, I can tell you what will happen: in the future, I may not be able to retain him, because he has no Mingding Doctrine and no mission. But at the beginning of contact, I can definitely transform something in him. Why can't you? Because every customer on the road is a potential customer, but people who have bought newspapers no longer buy them. The sales volume of the day depends on luck. Another newsboy never hawked along the street, but only went to a few fixed parks, to places where people were playing chess and crowds gathered. He first gave the newspapers to those playing chess and watching chess, and said cheerfully: You can read the newspaper first, and I will come back to collect the money later. Over time, his loyal customers increased, and the interaction became more and more close. Soon after, the products he sold were not limited to newspapers, and the variety continued to increase. Ten years later, he became the head of a large company, employing many employees and living a wealthy life.

Be Flexible, Not Rigid

A person who does things poorly is because their mind is not flexible enough. Salespeople must have flexible minds. I once told everyone a story, let me tell it again. All those who escaped according to the escape manual died, but those who were flexible and did not operate according to the manual escaped successfully. Are you saying, pastor, that you are training me not to follow the operating rules? I tell you, rules are for predictable environments. In an unpredictable environment, what is needed is flexibility. We often find that people are not flexible enough. If you are a rigid person, you should know that your shepherding will not be successful.

Among the people I have met who are good at studying, few are flexible. I am one of the few flexible people who are good at studying. I am both a top student and very flexible, because I have been accustomed to thinking and figuring things out since I was a child. The methods I use are rarely traditional methods. Before Rapid Agile software development took shape, I felt that that thing was not good, so I implemented a set of methods that I came up with myself. Later, after that software took shape, I had a feeling of great minds think alike. That is to say, you must be flexible inside. Let me give you a scoop today. I have done Direct Sales, and I understand the operation mechanism of Direct Sales very clearly. I can push my Direct Sales performance to the top in just a few months. Later, I quit because it was illegal. But this proves one thing, my sales skills are closely related to my career. Poor sales skills are a very troublesome thing. In my career, I often show my sales skills. I want to sell my concepts to my bosses, and I want to sell my ideas to my employees and my colleagues. If you sell well, everything will go smoothly. The Church is a Place to Deliver Dreams

What does the church do? The church is a place to sell dreams. The church sells dreams, Mingding Doctrine, visions, and missions. Today, I may have taken a small financial risk, because I hired very expensive people. The people in our church are very expensive. Because there are dreams inside me. When the dreams inside me are passed out, it will produce a significant effect. That is to say, today our brothers and sisters must learn to release visions and pass on dreams, that is that the Chinese in our generation will be raised up, greatly used, and become a blessing to the whole world.

Then next, I encourage everyone to pass on enthusiasm. I have a sermon called Passing on Enthusiasm. If there is fire inside you, but you are dying, cold, you think people don't know, even the stray dogs on the street know you are cold inside, the demons know, God knows, and you yourself know. You must have enthusiasm inside, and you must have charisma. Sales must have charisma. So brothers and sisters, if your career is not successful, and your career plan is a mess, you must know sales skills. Sales skills are closely related to the state inside a person. So today I want to say that if you want to improve your career, start by changing from the inside.

Jordan once shot a Nike commercial, and that commercial was very successful. The name of the commercial was Failure. The commercial said: In my career, I have missed more than nine thousand shots, lost more than three hundred games, and twenty-six times I was trusted by the coach to take the potentially decisive shot, but I missed. In my life, I have failed again and again and again, therefore I have been able to succeed. Do you understand? We all Need to Become the Best Salespeople

Today I also have a dream: I dream that every brother and sister in our church will become the best salespeople. What you sell is the gospel of Jesus Christ. God will remember you in heaven, because the business you are doing is the biggest business in history, and the company we serve is the biggest and best company in history. If someone asks you: What do you do? You say: I am a salesperson. What do you sell? I sell the gospel of the kingdom of heaven, sell blessings. If you listen to me, you will be blessed. May you have good fortune every day. So today we really need to change, to come out of complaints, pressures, and confusions, and begin to consciously train our sales skills.

I hope my dream enters into you. Come out of selfishness. It is difficult for selfish people to do sales, because selfish people only think about themselves and cannot think about others. Only those who know how to think about others can do sales.

**教会是销售梦想的地方, 教会销售的是梦想、是命定、是异象、是使命。** 我鼓励大家千万不要做一个无知的人,我不觉得一个人读《圣经》读得好,他就很有信心;我也不觉得一个人如果把《圣经》读得滚瓜烂熟,但他不学习数学、英语就能考上大学。因为我知道一个词叫恩膏的无知,恩膏是恩膏,有知识是有知识,我们千万不要把这些弄混了。很多人活在宗教的困惑里:为什么他祷告病就得医治,但是他的学习一塌糊涂?所以我们教会有一种很实在的运作模式,就是让大家既有恩膏,又不是一个愚昧无知的人。一定要这样。 我记得我以前跟大家讲过我很想做一个推销员,但是很遗憾我没有做成。但我发现,你的工作即使不是做销售,你也要懂销售。有本书里有一个章节讲到:即使你的工作不是销售也要懂销售。这本书的作者叫孔毅------摩托罗拉亚太区的总经理,一个很厉害的人,他很务实。一个做实事的人,不容易有精神病,得精神病的人有几个特点:懒、体贴肉体、不做实事。

今天我们请了教会负责外展的YX姐妹,她主要负责营销我们的教会。你可能会疑惑教会还需要营销?对,因为已经过了酒香不怕巷子深的年代,教会也需要营销。因为耶稣说:你们要出去,使万民作我的门徒。(《马太福音》28:19)今天不管是什么人,你都需要营销。找工作是在营销自己,你必须要有销售技能,销售技能好的人很厉害,所以我们今天来谈一下销售和营销技能。 我想销售不限于销售产品和服务,也包括说服他人接受你的观点、想法、创意。我是一个销售员,销售福音------世上最好的产品。所以弟兄姐妹,如果你传福音传得不好,说明你没有销售技能,不是神不祝福你,是你自己没做工。神与人同工,但神需要人不断地更新自己的心思意念,而不是一直呆在那个旧时代,不肯从旧时代里走出来,那是很可恶的一件事情。我请YX姐妹上台跟大家分享一下。

我接手外展是从今年5月份的时候,当时我们教会正在面临一个调整,所以外展这方面也要进行调整,调整的过程中我发现,大家即使不做销售也要懂销售。我们是传福音的一个教会,对于福音,不同的教会有不同的内容,所以我们根据我们教会的特点,选择自己的战略。第一是医治释放,这是我们教会首要的专业;第二是查经;第三是通过属灵争战来翻转我们的生命;第四是我们的原创诗歌;第五是活出丰盛。这几个基本上都是我们教会原创的资产,是我们教会特有的属灵资产。 这些东西一定要融入到外展事工里面,用最大的平台来进行包装,其实平台本身是在不断地扩展、更新。平台的不同给了我们很大的发挥空间,微博、直播、微课堂这些都是我们用来包装产品的,在包装产品的过程中,我们首要关注的是市场的需求,所以我对我们的目标做了一定的调整。我们发现医治释放的教会特别少,所以我们的医治释放一定占有很大的优势。关于查经方面,虽然很多教会都有查经,但一周只有一次,而且没有形成一个体系,这也是一个很大的缺失,那正好成了我们的优势。 第一个阶段,我们着重对这些进行包装。医治释放是把我们的核心价值推广出去的一个很好的平台,让更多的人了解,这样有需要的人就会哗哗地涌进来。我记得我们的聚会群人数是从零开始的,进来的有将近七百人,来来走走到现在有三四百人。所以你会看到如何通过网络把自己的核心价值推广出去是非常有意义的,它比实体的流量要大。我们一个月有四百到六百人进来,如果是实体教会,是不可能做到也不可能有这个承载力的。在医治释放和外展的配合下,我们教会提升了很多。所以我们的产品是特别重要的。

牧师总结:YX姐妹讲的这个方面是营销的关键。你买一个东西,包装非常精美,一层又一层,但里面一个铜块,你会很失望的。因为只靠包装是不行的,如果一层一层打开里面是金子的话,还可以接受,因为里面是一个宝贵的东西。今天我想给大家一个观念,你若要想营销你自己,那你自己必须是个人才。酒香不怕巷子深,如果酒不香,巷子不深也没用。例如:三星手机频频出现爆炸案例,整个市场开始对三星失去信心。所以建立教会一定要建立教会的专家地位,个人也要营造个人的专家地位,也就是说你在后面要下足功夫。

教会下足了功夫做的几件事:第一是医治释放,因为这是耶稣做的,我们必须把这事做专业。如果你生病了,我就算为你跑断了腿,向你介绍再好再贵的医生也没有用,最后的结局是你卖光了房子,花光了钱。但是如果我为你祷告,你的病得了医治,那我们的教会能不兴旺吗?第二是神的话,我们教会在查经方面绝对可以树立起专家地位,我们教会的网络营销是从送我写的书和查经资料开始,我们的查经资料很多人来要,甚至愿意花钱买,我们在做这些事情即建立教会牧养体系的时候非常的认真。 我相信你不是搞这个专业的,我也不是科班出身,但是我过去五年一直在努力,就是从一个很烂的教会,我不断地投入大量的人力、物力,建立教会的牧养体系,所以你来了教会之后会被牧养,会被整个教会的体系、组织的专业程度震撼到。HF弟兄跟我讲:牧师,我们建立的教会就像是手机市场上的iPhone,用过后不想用别的。真的是这样,营销这件事你必须建立专家队伍。 今天在这个过程中,我稍微作一点点铺垫,因为你要想成为一个营销专家,你必须是你所卖的东西的专家,如果你卖的东西是一个破烂,你最多也就是个收破烂的,你卖破烂和卖手机是不一样的。前段时间我买了个手机用了三个小时就没电了,因为微信、QQ信息很多,最后我还得用回我的老LG手机。所以弟兄姐妹,今天一定要建立专家的地位,任何一个行业,如果你要推销你的产品,你必须要把你的产品搞上去,产品是市场营销的第一个关键。

我们教会会有很多非常专业的人士,可能是官员、生意人,他们来到我们当中看到我们教会的传道人或者教会里其他年轻的孩子,他会惊奇:这些人岁数不大,为什么做得这么专业?我们的微博、微信、公众号、公众平台、我们的网站,都非常的专业。为什么要这样呢?因为你必须把你的核心竞争力建立起来,我们的核心产品还在不断地扩张。 WY姐妹和RW姐妹都是做销售的,今天把她们临时叫上台来,我觉得她俩做得很不错,WY进公司一个月,就成为公司销售员中的第二名,第一名是一位在这个行业干了好多年的老销售员,一会儿WY跟大家分享一下她的销售经验。RW的求职简历是我给她改的,她本身不是银行专业的,她申请了一份在银行的工作,不但顺利拿到了职位,还在很短的时间内成为他们团队最好的销售员。

昨天还在跟我们团队的人分享,其实做销售,技能只是一个方面,在技能方面我算不上是最厉害的,但是在我加入这个团队的三个半月里,我的学习速度是最快的,就是把学到的内容转成经验值,跟其他人相比我可能是最快的,还有心态的问题。我刚进去的时候,没有什么专业基础,我们公司没有一个完善的培训体系这也是出乎我的意料的,所以当时完全是靠自己去学习,差不多经过一个礼拜,我就把我们的一些比较专业的东西,要跟客户讲到的东西都学习得差不多了。 做销售,肯定是会有压力的,要学会调整内心的压力,要不断地学习,因为即便你自己很有信心,但是在你没有感觉到你在进步的情况下,心里面是很慌的。因为时间过得很快,我跟前段时间相比我并没有什么变化,但我遇到的问题却越来越多,可能后面会不断地遇到新的问题。可是当你不断去学习、去总结的时候,当你遇到一个新的问题时,也许你自己就能找到很好的办法去解决。我觉得这是一个灵感的问题,大脑就是越用越灵活。

我心里不觉得自己有多专业,但是我必须克服这一关。客户他并不知道你到公司多久,你必须让他觉得你很专业,当你坐在他的对面跟他对话的时候,你一定是一个最专业的姿态和心态,即便你跟他说的东西不一定很专业,他没有任何对比,没有任何判断的依据,他只是从你的表情、语气、形态、眼神来判断你的专业度,这是非常重要的。还有可能就是我讲话语气比较坚定,我在跟顾客讲话的时候眼神是很坚定的,眼睛是发亮的,这点也是很重要的,特别是面对面交流的时候。

在做销售的过程中,要不断地总结自己做得不够好的地方。因为我每次跟客户沟通以后,我就会找我团队的领袖,跟他核对沟通的过程,在核对的过程中会发现自己哪里做得不够好,我就会知道我下一次需要进步和改进的地方在哪里,那这样一个个下来进步就会很多。同时在我领导的眼里,我也是学习速度比较快的一个人,就是从问到做、到转化出来这个速度是最快的。

我们做销售少不了要跟别人说话,无论我们是在电话里跟人说话还是当面说话,说话的时候一定要非常诚恳和真诚,语气要坚定。你不一定要很强势,你的语气可以很温柔,但是一定要坚定,因为对方要从你坚定的语气里获得信心和力量,这是他们在来的时候所不具备的。我会站在客户的角度去跟他沟通,我不是为了把产品卖出去,不是为了达到销售的目的去做,我真的是非常诚恳地帮他去分析这个问题。这要考虑顾客的需求,然后把我们产品符合他需求的卖点非常具体、详细地展现在他面前。

因为我卖的不是一件具体的商品,这可能是我们的一个优势,包括我对我自己工作的定位,我不认为它是一个冷冰冰的商品,它是一个课程同时也是改变孩子的一个机会,所以我自己对它的认知程度和别人是不一样的,这个也给了我很大的底气,我认为这个工作是一个使命,因为太多的家长带着孩子过来的时候,都是带着困扰、痛苦、无奈、无助来到我们当中的,所以我自己是非常坚定的想要去帮助他们。 每一个销售员无论你卖的是什么商品,你要清楚你做这份工作、你的定位是什么,你的职责是什么,你的使命是什么。当然要有业绩的前提是没错的,但是如果仅仅是为了业绩而去完成这个工作,我觉得那是一个非常低层次的需求。你会因为每个月的业绩和任务而非常辛苦,你要从心里找到一种使命感,它会从内在给你一种原动力。当事情不太顺利或者有挫败感的时候,你才能够凭借你的原动力坚持下去。

WY姐妹在分享的过程中,给我一个很大的感受就是会说话。人长嘴巴不仅是用来吃饭的,也是说话的器官。前段时间我一直听到有弟兄姐妹抱怨有压力,什么压力呢?录小视频的压力。录小视频是在锻炼你说话的能力,如果你不觉得那是一个操练你能力的机会,如果你觉得那是一个额外的负担,对不起你可以不做。但是如果你觉得那是一个操练的机会,这里给你做个示范。你知道KX的小视频点击量是多少吗?三天时间就有三千的点击量。KR小学刚刚毕业,你看她讲话的样子你会感到震撼,她将来肯定会成为人精,肯定是个人才。这是我们教会培养孩子的一种方式,他们肯定会有压力,但是他们在这种状况中就成长了。 KR或者KX,我把麦克风给你,你就在这里试一下,大家要照着学,用嘴巴赚钱是最厉害的。弟兄姐妹,你不要以为我让你录小视频是在欺负你、给你压力,如果你这样觉得你就不用做了,我何必要找事儿呢?但是她们录得真的很棒,你们真的要好好跟着学。来,KX给他们做个示范,给他们点儿压力,震倒他们。

作为销售,我跟我们店里的其他人相比,我每天都会为自己制定一个目标,有压力也就有动力,你才会开始付诸行动。那像我们银行的话,因为我做的是前台,并不是顾客一来就需要买这个产品,那你怎样让顾客对这个产品感兴趣呢?着重点就是你要根据他们的需要,甚至有时候你要从客户的一个信息里发现他的需要。 比如,我最近在卖的一个储蓄账户,我们有几个客户来到店里,我就发现他们只有一个每天用的账户,然后我就跟他说:你每天用的这个账户挺好的,但是你每个星期都有一定的余额,你想不想让你的余额变成更多的利息,让你的钱生钱?当你的这个观点打动客户的时候,他就会觉得你说的很有道理。所以我们卖东西不能让别人觉得我们是在卖产品,而是让他觉得我们是在满足他的需求。 我觉得有些弟兄姐妹可能和我们一样,有一个特定的东西去卖,或者说这个季度我们要做到特定存款。我在和客户交流的时候不是很冷淡地说:你过来吧,我们这里有这么个东西。而是把产品的特点和客户的需求相结合。当你这样去做的时候,客人就觉得你不仅仅是给我推荐这个东西,你更是为了让我得到益处。

就像WY姐妹,她每次都会想一下她有什么地方做得不好,我觉得这对于销售人员是非常重要的。像我的话,我刚去工作的时候,英语其实不怎么样,很多东西我都不知道该怎么去表达。所以我只要有不懂的地方,我就去问别人,问他们:这个东西要怎么去说?我怎么更好地去表达才能让别人很感兴趣?所以,你放下自己的脸面开始谦卑,去学习、去回顾,并且想象,如果我再遇到类似的情景的话,如果我作为顾客,我要怎样才会对这个产品感兴趣。你设身处地去站在客人立场去想的时候,你就会发现一条很容易去推销产品的思路。

我记得牧师讲过,你圣灵充满只是代表你有能力,但不意味着你可以把数学做好。那对于销售人员来说,你推销产品时所需要的专业知识,你告诉客人也好或者你和客人之间的沟通也好,你是非常需要打到靶心的。如果你没有打到靶心,讲到产品知识的时候你结结巴巴的,你都不知道如何给客人提供一个好的方式时,客人就会想:这个人到底是不是我该信任的?这个人会不会提供给我一个很错误的产品?所以我们的产品知识一定要非常的牢固,牢固到顾客的问题你都可以第一时间反应过来,他再多问你几次时,你就完全没问题了。

还有我觉得对于销售人员,就像WY姐妹说的,你和客人的关系不一定是个买卖的关系,你可以把他当做你的朋友,为他考虑这个产品适不适合他。当你每一次都是设身处地去做这个事情的时候,你的客人会记得你的好,然后他就会带第二个客人、第三个客人来,销售是会扩展的。我的客人就是因为觉得我做得好, 对我的态度很好,很喜欢我,觉得我很负责任,其中一个客人就给我带来了150万纽币,差不多1000万人民币的存款,就是因为他觉得我这个人挺靠谱的。 所以你怎么去做人,在销售里也是很关键的。我知道某个人来找我做的事情是没有任何成绩也很麻烦的事,但你一定不要去识别善恶,你看这些东西都是好的,你不要心不甘情不愿的,而是把它当做一个锻炼的机会,有可能你在这方面还比较薄弱,但是当你用一个好的、正面的形象和态度去处理这些事件的时候,你的客人就会对你的印象非常的好,这样也会给你带来潜在的财富。这就是我的一点经历。

谢谢RW姐妹和WY姐妹,她们的分享和YX姐妹的分享,我把它们总结为四个方面。 **第一点:跟顾客要有共鸣**。就是以个人经历为例,让顾客能感同身受,认同内容,可以与客户心对心。你和顾客之间能否心对心,决定你销售的果效。为什么WY姐妹销售果效非常好,因为她理解顾客的问题。作为一个牧者你如果没有一颗为父为母的心,你做不了。 教会的成功与否在于心对心,就是你必须和他产生共鸣。为什么我会帮弟兄姐妹?因为我作牧师久了,在职场上也工作了很久,虽然我可以一眼看出这人的本质,但是我会管理我的感受和判断,我还是会竭力对他心连心的,我帮他改简历,训练他面试,不管他将来是多么的混蛋,不管是什么样的人,即使我知道他是个很烂的人,是个会忘恩负义的人,我也会帮他,为什么?因为只有这样做,才有营销的价值。除非他将来自己证明他真的很混蛋,那我就不会再帮他了。

**第二点:新奇**。不能没有创意,内容不能够八股、毫无创意。今天在教会里,我要训练每一个弟兄姐妹变得灵活。你不灵活,你呆板,我怎么教你,你怎么牧养,你照搬的都不好用,那你必须去思考。你不能八股,而是要根据你面对的情景作调整,所以牧养是件很复杂的事情。如果你牧养不成功,你肯定不会是个成功的人。在教会里,如果牧养做的一塌糊涂,牧养一个走一个,我只能说你帮我赶走了很多人,纯净了教会,但是你还是有问题。 我可以说,你曾经牧养走的那些人,如果换做我来牧养,可能会有10%的人会转化。为什么我不会批评或责备你?因为我不想你产生负面压力,我让你大胆去做,是为了你的成长。但如果你一直不去反思,一直任性照着自己那套方式去做,那你只能慢慢任性了,任性是很恶劣的。新奇不可八股,如果说第一是心对心,那第二就是脑对脑。你脑袋里的创意会传递给那个人,他会领受。 **第三点:内容要环环相扣**。你的内容如果东拉西扯的,很快顾客就让你弄晕了,内容一定要环环相扣。你仔细去看我们101课程、201课程都是环环相扣的,如果扣不上,到了一定程度的时候,我就会对HF弟兄说:我被这个课程辖制了,我太痛苦了,因为扣不上。内容一定要环环相扣。

**第四点:一定要会讲故事**。你要知道,不会讲故事的人,是个很愚昧的人。我想我讲完道,我讲的故事你记住了,而我讲的其他的东西,你全都还给我了。你知道《创世记》为什么是用讲故事的方式写的吗?《创世记》是讲故事,《撒母耳记上》和《撒母耳记下》是讲故事,《列王纪》也是讲故事。 原来《圣经》不是讲道理,而是讲故事。故事能进到人的里面,然后人再演变出属灵的原则。而且《圣经》里的故事都很震撼,你永远不会忘记《创世记》38章犹大去嫖妓而且这个妓女还是他以前的儿媳。亚伯拉罕他的妻子被人夺去了,他也不管。你作为一个姐妹的话,就会想:我不能原谅亚伯拉罕。即使到家了也还在不住地责骂他,你很希望亚伯拉罕作为老公挺身而出,冒着生命危险把他妻子救了。这种感受很震撼的。所以要会讲故事。 所以她们这四个销售技能你一定要拥有。我刚刚又重复了一遍,大家能记住吗?我刚刚没讲故事讲的是道理。**第一要有共鸣、心对心;第二要有新意、脑对脑;第三内容要环环相扣;第四要会讲故事**。我最近在训练我们当中的弟兄姐妹,当有新人进入我们教会后你在牧养的时候,如果你不会表达你的情感,你就没有办法开始。一定要学会表达你的情感。为什么要讲故事?为什么要心对心,以你个人的故事为背景引起共鸣。如果你这都不会,你很难成为一个出色的销售员。

一个出色的销售员,他一定是非常会讲话,而且讲得非常有技巧,不是一个机器人在讲话,而是一个有血有肉的人。为什么耶稣基督道成肉身?道成灵身多好,在天上飞,然后可以随时出现在你面前多好。其实不好,因为没血没肉。一个人有血有肉,话里面带着情感,这是我们查《圣经》的特点。弟兄姐妹有没有发现我带领查《圣经》时,喜欢表达我的情感,我不惜流泪也要把我的情感表达出来,因为它可以感染人。 基督教的信仰如果是讲道理那是没用的,基督教是情感的信仰。做销售的时候一定要用你的情感,因为你用你的情感可以理解对方所面临的问题。所以今天弟兄姐妹,如果一个人站在我面前,我可以告诉你会发生什么:将来我可能留不下他,因为他没有命定,也没有使命,但是一开始接触的时候我一定可以转化他一些东西。那你为什么不能?如果你里面是个冷冰冰的人,你没有情感或者不会表达情感,你很难成为一个销售员,销售员一定有血有肉。 北京的燕京啤酒最好的销售员是一个结巴,为什么他结巴还能做最好的销售员?因为他很会用情感。所以今天你带领查经也好,接触新人也好,不管做什么,你都要用情感。如果你表达情感有障碍,那其他的都没有用。你要学会讲故事。我鼓励大家学习那四个技巧。

我给大家举个书上所写的例子:两个兜售报纸的儿童,他们行销策略不同,结果也是天壤之别。一个报童沿街叫卖,一天下来只能卖出几份报纸,十年下来,他的工作时间越来越长,收入越来越少,生活陷入困境。因为马路上的每一位客人虽然都是潜在客户,但买过报纸的人都不再买,当天销售量的高低得看运气。另外一个报童从不沿街叫卖,只到固定的几个公园里,去有人下棋和人群聚集的地方。他先将报纸送给下棋和看棋的人,并爽朗地说:报纸可以先看,一会儿我再来收钱。久而久之,他的忠实客户越来越多,而且互动越来越密切。不久之后,他销售的产品不仅局限于报纸,品种不断增加,十年后他成为一个大公司的负责人,雇佣很多员工,过着富裕的日子。 你会不会销售?要讲究销售的技能。今天这个故事很重要,你要知道当年的卡内基是送报纸的,他投入他的情感。十几岁的孩子,你刚才看到KX和KR在讲的时候,她们比很多大人讲得好,因为她们有情感。所以今天弟兄姐妹你们要开始知道,我逼着你去牧养,你以为我在给你增加负担,我逼着你去接待新人,你以为我在给你额外负担,那你错了,我只有一个目标那就是训练你,为什么你把那么多人牧养走了,我也没有怪罪你,因为你得造就是我的目标。我真的觉得很对不起那些被牧养走的人,就算如此,愿神怜悯我,我知道你一定被训练、被提升起来。

一个人做不好事情,是因为你脑子不够灵。销售员一定要脑子灵。我曾经跟大家讲过一个故事,再讲述一遍。英国的飞行员去轰炸德国,飞机常常被打下来,英国的空军开发了一套逃生手册,凡是按照逃生手册逃生的都死了,但是灵活的不按照手册运作的都逃生成功了。难道牧师你在训练我不按照操作规则吗?我告诉你,规则是在可预测的环境下,在一个不可预测的环境当中,需要的是灵活。我们常常发现人不够灵活,如果你是一个呆板的人,你就应该知道你的牧养不会成功。 我遇到的学习好的人当中,很少有灵活的。我是少有的灵活的人当中学习好的,我又是学霸又很灵活,因为从小我就习惯于思考、揣摩,我用的方法很少是传统的方法。在快速敏捷软件开发成型之前,我觉得那东西不行,我就落实了一套我自己想出来的办法,后来那个软件成型之后,我有一种英雄所见略同的感觉。也就是说你里面要灵活,我就一直不赞成那种呆板、僵化的运作模式。所以今天弟兄姐妹一定要开始学会销售。 我今天给大家爆个料,我做过传销,我对传销的运作机制了解得非常清楚,我用短短几个月就可以把我的传销业绩推到最上面,后来我不干了,因为违法。但是这证明了一件事,我的销售技能跟我的职业生涯紧密相关,销售技能不好,是一件很让人头疼的事。在我的职业生涯中,我常常表现出我的销售技能,我要把我的概念销售给我的老板,我要把我的观念销售给我的员工、我的同事。你如果销售好,做什么都顺利,销售是非常重要的技能。几十年前有个人的演讲改变了美国社会,他就是马丁路德金,演讲的名字是我有一个梦想。

教会是干什么的?教会是销售梦想的地方,教会销售的是梦想、是命定、是异象、是使命。今天我或许冒了一点小小的财务风险,因为我请了非常昂贵的人,我们教会的人都非常昂贵。因为在我的里面有梦想,我里面的梦想传递出去的时候,它会产生明显的效应,也就是说今天我们的弟兄姐妹都要学会释放异象和传递梦想,就是我们这个世代华人要被兴起来,被大大地使用,成为全世界的祝福。 那接下来我鼓励大家传递热情,我有一篇讲道《传递热情》,你里面有火,你里面奄奄一息、冷冰冰,你以为人家不知道,大街上的野狗都知道你里面冷冰冰,鬼也知道,神也知道,你自己也知道。你里面要有热情,要有感染力。销售是要有感染力的。所以弟兄姐妹如果你的职业生涯不成功,职业规划乱糟糟,一定要知道销售技巧。销售技巧跟这个人里面的状态紧密相关,所以今天我想说如果要提升你的职业生涯,先从你里面开始改变。

乔丹曾经拍了一个耐克的广告,那个广告非常的成功,广告的名字叫失败。广告词这样说:在我的职业生涯中,投篮不中的有九千多次,输掉的球赛三百多场,有二十六次我获得教练信任,负责承担可逆转性的一击,但我失手了。在我的人生中,我一而再、再而三的失败,因此我才能成功。听明白了吗?是,你今天牧养得不怎么样,你的销售技能不怎么样,因为你不怎么样,你才能够成功,但是你必须开始醒悟过来,学会回转。我知道销售这项技能对弟兄姐妹的影响非常深,如果你牧养的人,都被你牧养得垮掉,如果你接触新人有障碍、有困难,说明你需要提升你的销售技能。投篮不中不要紧,将来中就可以,今天不中不要紧,将来投中就可以。 如果你想训练自己,我给你一个建议:从销售自己开始,建立自己的个人平台,可以建立一个微博、微信公众号、唱吧、秒拍都可以,开始销售自己,如果你销售自己很成功,你会真的很成功。开始拍小视频,如果你拍小视频带着一个完成任务的态度,你不需要拍了,我也不想看。今天我看KX拍的,我被感染到,按年龄她比我们都小,但是她做事情有她的热情,在做所有事情时把你的感情投入进去,你绝对不会抱怨,不会感觉到有压力,你绝对会感恩,觉得这对我有很大的造就。

教会是传递异象、传递梦想的地方。如果你里面没有异象、没有梦想,你传递的是什么?如果你传递的异象、使命没有热情,没有感染力,全是道理逻辑,你传递得出去吗?所以人要成为有血有肉的人,就像乔丹在他的广告里的最后一句话,能够带给很多人盼望,结果耐克这个运动鞋就成了带给人盼望的鞋。 美国的马丁路德金在他的讲稿里说: 我梦想有一天,这个国家会站立起来,真正实现其信条的真谛:我们认为真理是不言而喻,人人生而平等。 我梦想有一天,在佐治亚的红山上,昔日奴隶的儿子将能够和昔日奴隶主的儿子坐在一起,共叙兄弟情谊。 我梦想有一天,甚至连密西西比州这个正义匿迹,压迫成风,如同沙漠般的地方,也将变成自由和正义的绿洲。 我梦想有一天,我的四个孩子将在一个不是以他们的肤色,而是以他们的品格优劣来评价他们的国度里生活。 今天,我有一个梦想。 我梦想有一天,亚拉巴马州能够有所转变。 今天,我有一个梦想。

今天我也有一个梦想:我梦想我们教会的每一个弟兄姐妹都成为最佳销售员,你销售的就是耶稣基督的福音,神会在天上纪念你,因为你所做的生意是有史以来最大的生意,我们所服侍的公司是有史以来最大的公司、最棒的公司。如果有人问你:你是做什么的?你说:我是销售员。你销售什么的?我销售天国的福音,销售祝福,如果你听了我的,你会被祝福,愿你天天顺利。所以今天我们真的是需要改变,从抱怨、压力、困惑里走出来,开始有意识地训练自己的销售技能。 希望我的梦想进到你的里面。从自私的里面走出来,自私的人很难做销售,因为自私的人只想着自己,想不到别人,只有懂得为别人着想的人才能做销售。
