【Course】Course 201 - Lesson 2 Part 3B - How to Study the Bible and How to Lead Others to Study the Bible!

2018-05-02 9,020 201 Course - From Seeker to Disciple

This week has been quite remarkable. On Tuesday, I spoke on 1 Samuel, chapter 8, and on Wednesday, I covered Exodus, chapter 12, where God struck down the firstborn of the Egyptians. I was very excited when summarising these events as the leader!

Why was I excited? Because I was addressing a question of utmost importance to many. Some find it unsettling that God would kill the firstborn of the Egyptians. Why do they see it this way? It's because they misunderstand life and death.

If we consider the grand sweep of human history, we see that over five millennia, generations have come and gone. Whether one lives to a certain age hardly matters. You may not fully grasp this topic as I share it today, but I encourage you to contemplate it further. Your vantage point determines your perspective and attitude towards matters.

If you view life from the perspective of eternity, you will find that your angle on life is completely different. In my sermons, I often mention the word eternal life. Why is eternal life so important? Is eternal life real? Pastor Liu, have you been to heaven or hell? No. Then how do you know? — I know not because of personal experience, but because I believe!

Because I believe, many debates are resolved. However, the core issue isn't believing versus not believing, or proving whether something is true or false; the issue is that if we believe, our perspective on matters changes entirely.

Just before preaching today, I received a call from a very, very dear friend. His father is on his deathbed, and I thought the best comfort I could offer was to help him understand life and death. If one doesn't understand life, one often asks many questions. Many want to discuss with me what it means to be alive, asking numerous questions, to which I often have no answers. But I don't often ask them myself because such questions are futile.

At Your Word

Today, I want to share a topic with you, a phrase Peter uttered to Jesus: At Your Word. What does this mean? It means we may not fully agree with what Jesus says, but we can try following His words.

This trial yields incredible results! In the years since I became a believer at 28, I have lived my life according to Jesus's words. Do you ask if what Jesus says is truly correct? I don't always agree; there are many things I don't agree with. But later, I followed God's word, doing as Jesus taught. Wow! It's simply amazing!

So, standing here today to share this topic, I hope our brothers and sisters will stop using their walnut-sized brains to think and think endlessly, churning out brain juice until their brains turn to tofu. Why? You need to follow God's word, try doing it.

Peter said that he had been fishing all night and caught nothing. And who are you? Telling me how to fish? I'm a professional fisherman, don't you know? But I'll try at your word? He cast the net, and it nearly broke. He called for help from another boat, and they filled two boats to the point of sinking.

Reflections on the Vanity of Life from The Old Man and the Sea

In life, if you follow Jesus's words, at your word, the fish you catch will be extraordinary! I want to lay a foundation before discussing this topic today.

Someone once wrote a book called The Old Man and the Sea. If I were to name it, it wouldn't be The Old Man and the Sea but The Old Man and the Fish. I enjoy reading this book. The Old Man and the Sea became a famous work. If you've heard of the writer Ernest Hemingway, you know that The Old Man and the Sea is as famous as Hemingway himself. If you haven't read it, I encourage you to do so.

I'll briefly tell you the story, though my telling won't match Hemingway's. In Hemingway's The Old Man and the Sea, an old man makes a living by fishing, catching fish and selling them to continue fishing. Day after day, year after year, one day, the old man sails his small boat, unable to catch any fish. So, he rows into the deep sea, where a giant fish suddenly bites his hook. The old man is thrilled; the fish is almost as big as his boat. Even with the hook in its mouth, the fish could easily overturn the boat and the old man. In the storm, the old man battles the fish, finally subduing it. Exhausted, he pulls the fish alongside the boat and starts rowing toward shore. However, halfway there, the fish's blood attracts sharks, which devour the fish. By the time the old man reaches the shore, all that remains is the skeleton of the great fish.

Hemingway wrote The Old Man and the Sea, with its ending of just the fish's skeleton, which became a masterpiece. What was Hemingway writing about? He was writing about the human condition in this journey of life.

All Nobel Prize-winning literary masterpieces describe the state of human existence in vanity. These novels resonate deeply with the human spirit. Do you know what it describes? It describes the tragedy of a life of struggle that ends with only a skeleton remaining. In the end, everyone in the world, no matter who, is left with just a skeleton. What remains?

Today, I want to teach you to see through this. Years ago, when my parents were in their sixties, I returned from Singapore to visit them. At the train station, they were tearful as they saw me off. There were no planes then. My parents said they didn't know if they would see me again. Their tears were heart-wrenching, but I said something that wasn't: Do you think I care?

I think my parents thought they had raised me in vain for so many years. But did it solve the problem? It did; they stopped crying.

The problem lies in whether one has a clear understanding of the vanity of life. People feel helpless during times of separation and death. Whether you feel helpless or not, you must experience such events. People experience separation and death, but the problem is that many think I'm wrong, thinking I'm too cruel, with a heart of stone.

No! It's because I've read many books over the years, like The Old Man and the Sea, which deeply resonated with me. In the end, what remains? Even if you struggle in the storm with a great fish, struggle in the workplace, struggle in business, struggle to earn money, what do you gain? In the end, you get an empty skeleton.

In other words, one day, we all share a common fate, leaving behind only a skeleton. When we are placed in the furnace to be burned, the laboratory analysis shows we are all the same—carbohydrates. What is the point of being alive? Are we genuinely aware of what we are striving for in this world? So today, I want to share a passage of scripture, which also features the protagonist of The Old Man and the Sea, Peter.

In Luke 5:1-11. Let's insert a comment, later Hemingway suffered a painful illness and ultimately took his own life by gunshot. Although he wrote The Old Man and the Sea, he still did not see through the essence of the old man and the sea. Today, let's understand the essence of The Old Man and the Sea by looking at this passage of scripture.

Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.” When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break. So they signaled their partners in the other boat to come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink. (Luke 5:5-7)

Let’s pray together:

Lord! We strive in this world, often feeling very tired and struggling. Sometimes, after laboring all night, we gain nothing, just like Peter. But today, we come before You to seek You. Like Peter, we want to live our lives according to Your word, walking the path of life according to Your word. We will surely see the blessings You give us far exceeding what we have labored for. We will cast our nets according to Your word, and the fish we catch will be like the fish Peter caught, nearly tearing the nets. Speak to us today!

Lord, our attitude often has problems. We think we are experts in doing things, but in fact, You are the Lord who controls the whole earth, and all things are possible with You. We learn to believe in You, learn to act according to Your words. Although we often don't understand what Your words are saying, we will carry out what we can understand. Just follow Your words!

Lord, You will give us a great harvest, You will surely make us live in abundance, You will make us flourish, and You will make us strong. In this last age, Lord, manifest Your glory! Lord, today You are calling us out to follow You, just as You said to Peter, and those who follow You will gain life. Lord, speak to us today! In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!

Believing in the Lord Will Not Lead to Starvation

Peter, the fishing expert, couldn't compare to Jesus, the preaching expert. Jesus probably didn't fish much in his life because he was a carpenter. What did Jesus preach about? Today, brothers and sisters, you need to know that an important theme in the Bible is blessing and disaster, life and death.

I often encourage everyone to see through life and death, and I often encourage everyone to make a choice between life and death, blessing and disaster. The Bible also often calls on us. So, what did Jesus preach on the boat? Probably something like blessed are those who do this, blessed are those who do that.

People must know that operating and laboring all day long is not a solution. In fact, operating and laboring all day long is a curse that everyone must know. Jesus didn't just say it; after Jesus finished speaking and preaching, he said, Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.

What do you know as a preacher? In fact, some people also say to me, what do you know as a preacher? Can you still manage real estate? Don't mention it, I made money managing real estate, it's too miraculous! Because I am a preacher, I know life and death, blessing and disaster, so God is with me, this is the most important thing. Some people are trapped in this kind of thinking: I believe in the Lord, I dedicate money, what will I eat and drink when I get old? That won't work.

I tell you: Eating and drinking is not a problem for a believer. Because in these years of believing in the Lord, I have dedicated so much but I have not lacked food or drink.

When Jesus asked Peter to let down the net to catch fish, Peter said, Master, we have been fishing all night and haven't caught anything. Who are you? A carpenter by birth, preaching and talking about a lot of things, what does it have to do with me? Can this catch fish? But Peter has distinct characteristics. He does not seems to be clear. According to his fishing expert vision, how could there be fish? After fishing all night and not catching anything, it is impossible for a group of fish to swim over in a short while, right?

As a result, Jesus understood the matter clearly, but Peter may not have understood it. Today, brothers and sisters, you must have this concept: You may not understand it, but I will try following your word.

Just try it, don't be stubborn. It's useless to be stubborn. Peter let down the net and caught a lot of fish. You said, this expert became a non-expert, but the non-expert became an expert.

This is often the case in the era we live in! Those who are not in real estate do a better job than those who are in real estate; banks that are not banks do a better job than banks; churches that are not churches do a better job than churches. This is too unexpected! It's too shocking!

What is Peter's attitude? In fact, how much faith does he have? His faith is: Oh, I'll just try following what you say. With just such faith, he caught a large net of fish that filled two boats.

So today I tell you, if you have this attitude, I will try following what Pastor Liu said, it will work. If one day you leave home to work, your parents will cry as they separate from you in life and death and you try what I said, Do you think I care? This will work.

What is Peter's attitude? Try it. Today, brothers and sisters, a try-it attitude is enough for the faith of Christ Jesus. So today, don't disbelieve, completely disbelieving that this is impossible is not good.

In fact, I don't think people should think they are experts. In fact, I have been trying it all the way. I try everything, and now that I am over 50 years old, I still thinking about things. But if you try it and get it right, it will be great. It is easy to earn money, and do not think that believing in the Lord can be used as a meal? If one net catches a large net of fish to fill two boats and one works hard all night and catches nothing, what do you think of this contrast? Don't think that believing in the Lord cannot feed you; it can not only feed you, but also eat you well.

There are two aspects to this. First, those of us who preach must be like Jesus. After preaching, you have to let people see if you can do it. Don't just know how to talk, but don't know how to do it. Those who preach must first know how to act, and those who preach must live out the word of God, and then people clearly see that God is with you. Don't let people happily go to listen to the sermon, and then come back tangled up, because what he said cannot be lived out himself.

After fishing all night, I was already tired enough, and after tossing with you again, I didn't catch any fish. That won't work! We who are preachers must understand that is to get blessings. We should have this attitude. We are preachers, and you have to have this ability.

On the other hand, those who listen to the sermon should also learn from Peter and adopt this attitude. Don't compare who is an expert, experts are useless. God is an expert. In fact, if people have God, is earning money still a problem? If people have God, is fishing still a problem? Absolutely not a problem!

If people have God, whether it is life or death, whether it is in heaven or on earth, or those in power, cannot separate us from the love of God. (See Romans 8:38-39) That's great, you become a God-man!

Think about it, is it better to be an ordinary person or a God-man? Can donating one-tenth of my income stop me from being a God-man? No! My tithe is never deducted, why? Do you think I suffered a loss by donating this money? No loss! Absolutely no loss! Because I became a God-man. Everything I do prospers. You may not understand me in a year or two, but if you are with me for three, five, ten, or eight years, you will see that everything I do prospers! Everything prospers! No matter what comes into my hands, it becomes a good thing.

Peter, the Fishing Expert, Is No Match for Jesus, the Preacher

The Change in People's Attitude Comes from Experiencing God

Last night, a young man asked me what is both a good thing and a bad thing? Things have two sides, but with me, things only have one side, everything is good, because I am a God-man, do you want to be a God-man? To be a God-man, follow Peter. After Peter experienced this, his attitude changed greatly. The change in people's attitude comes from experiencing God. If I had never experienced God, it would be a little difficult for me to support my faith. For me, believing in Jesus is easier than traditionally believing in Jesus. If life becomes more difficult after believing in the Lord, it will be fatal. Peter took a try-it mentality and tried it, and it worked. If you are Peter, you can see with your own eyes, let down the net to fish, wow, awesome, will you live a poor life? Won't.

What else? People wanted to collect head tax from Jesus, and Jesus said: Peter, go to the river to catch fish. Peter caught a fish, and there was a coin in the fish's mouth, which was enough to pay the head tax for Peter and Jesus. Peter's attitude and concept began to change. After fishing all night and not catching anything, I thought in my mind: Is it a life of hard work and troubles, how can this life be lived? What about my rent tomorrow? How do I pay my mobile phone bill tomorrow? How do I pay for water and electricity tomorrow? There is no whereabouts, because I didn't catch any fish all night, so there is nothing to sell, no things to sell, no cash income, and if there is no cash income, it will be a loss. If there is no trick, listen to Jesus preaching, and after listening, catch a boat of fish, which is the impact to our logic! Originally, we had an inherent logic in us, and I have to work hard to support myself.

Am I to slave away while you expect to be fed? I often encounter Christians like this, asking God to find them a job. Once they pray and find a job, they think, since they relied on God to find it, they shouldn't have to work. But when it comes to sacred work, they balk, expecting me to solve their employment problems. When I invite them to gatherings, it's as if I'm the one in need of their attendance. I'm merely informing them, not wanting them to lose grace. Yet, they give me a knowing look, as if I should resolve their job issues. You need God to find a job, but don't you need God while working? Those of us who work, aren't we filled with joy and abundance?

A Thorough Overhaul of Our Internal Logic Is Needed: Jesus is God Incarnate

They just don't understand. Peter, despite being a fisherman with no higher education, was astute. After toiling all night without catching a single fish, he listened to Jesus' instruction to cast the net, and they hauled in a massive catch. Peter realized Jesus was powerful and life was better with God. Peter immediately changed. Even if people from one particular province from china are stubborn as mules, I still think believing in Jesus is essential. Stubbornness won't lead you to listen to Jesus and cast your nets, nor will it solve life's toils and troubles. If Peter hadn't listened to Jesus and cast his net, he wouldn't have caught so many fish. A thorough overhaul of our internal logic is needed: Jesus is God incarnate.

Today, we place our trust in the God who created the universe, who can sustain all things through His mighty arm. In the face of God, are such things trivial? The issue of fishing is not a problem. The Bible says:

If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the following blessings will come on you and accompany you: You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country. The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your ground and the young of your livestock—the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks. Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed. You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out. (Deuteronomy 28:2-6)

Peter's view immediately changed, as did his attitude. Initially, his attitude was poor, not saying it outright, but his disposition was quite sullen, agreeing to try at Jesus's word. God doesn't mind our initial attitude, as long as it changes. It's okay if it starts off poorly. Later, Peter said, I am a sinful man, Lord, depart from me.

But the Lord Jesus did not leave, saying, Come, follow me, and from now on you will catch men. Today, we must dismantle the ingrained logic within us and repent. We must not be self-righteous. Truly, God can provide all our needs, God can truly be our sustenance, truly solve our toils and troubles, truly resolve all our problems in life. All matters in our lives are settled. What good news! If the gospel we preach is one that resolves our life's toils and troubles, how difficult would it be to spread the Gospel? It definitely wouldn't be so hard!

The Most Important Things in Life are Blessings and Curses

Peter was deeply moved. He realized his life as a fisherman had been in vain, that he hadn't understood that the most important things in life are blessings and curses. If you want to live well, you must have blessings. To have blessings, you must have God. With God, you have everything. Be a Christian who makes a real difference! Don't be a half-hearted one. Today, we completely dismantle the logic in our thinking. Though I am a computer expert, our Lord is an expert even more expert than any computer expert. Today, awaken and trust in God. God is an expert in fishing, an expert in computers, an expert in chemistry, an expert in engineering, an expert in real estate, and is completely aware of everything in life.

You must know God. Excellent! If you are doing business today, it doesn't matter, don't be afraid, learn to trust in God. God will surely lead you to go into deep water and cast your nets, and then you will reap a great harvest. The gospel we believe in is a gospel that enriches us, a gospel that prospers us, a gospel that strengthens us, a gospel that enables us to catch men like fish in our days on earth.

Peter Decides to Follow Jesus

Encountered Jesus

When I first believed in the Lord, I had a major difficulty. Jesus said, Come, follow me. Then they left everything and followed Jesus. It was too hard to understand, but the Bible wrote it several times. If Jesus said that to me, I would say, Give me two days to consider. How did Peter just follow Jesus? Later, as a scholar, I examined this matter and found that these people had a common characteristic, from Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, all the way to Peter. They all had one thing in common: they were tired of living. They all felt this was not a way to live. I believe that people have a sense of dissatisfaction when they are alive. If you have a holy sense of dissatisfaction, you will seek a new way of life! Seeking a new way of life, you will be great!

Must Have Holy Dissatisfaction

Think about it, what kind of people change this world? It is changed by those who are dissatisfied. Peter was not satisfied, fishing there. This reminds me of the book we read when we were young: Chen Sheng and Wu Guang. How did it go? If I become rich, I will not forget you. That is, once you become rich, don't forget that I am your partner. Then someone said, With your kind, always in the fields, how can you be anything else?

Then someone said a sentence: “How can a sparrow know the ambition of a swan?” How can a sparrow know the ambition of an eagle? Today, in fact, when I am preaching, to put it bluntly, I was very conflicted from yesterday to today. What should I tell you? The topic I initially drafted was Eagle's Vision. Thinking about it, let’s talk about something practical in the end. At Your Word became this.

Walk the Path Jesus Walked

The process of making your decision should also be like this. This is how Peter did it. Think carefully, do you want to live like this for the rest of your life, which is suffering, working, playing, getting off work, going to work... this kind of life, and then living and dying. Do you want to live like this?

If you don’t think it’s good to live like this, then you have to seek a new method. Today I want to tell you that our Lord Jesus is the life, is the way, is the truth, so originally we didn’t understand it, (we) lived in emptiness, tossing and turning, toiling and worrying all day long. All the things that we don’t understand will bring about an effect: chaos! Wouldn't it be better if you understood it?

Our God is our life, is our truth, and is our way, so today Peter met Jesus!!! Who did you think you met? I tell you, when I walked into the church myself, they led me to be filled with the Holy Spirit, and I thought that thing was too mysterious. I hadn’t read the Bible yet, and they brought me to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

I was very disgusted with it, I tell you. Time passed by hour after hour, and they wouldn’t let me go! It doesn’t matter, I have a trick! You speak in tongues, and I will imitate two sentences for you! Right? They were so happy, saying that I finally got tongues! What are you laughing at? I learned this! I was finally released from here.

I didn’t eat breakfast in the morning, I didn’t eat lunch, and it was three o’clock in the afternoon and I was still being filled with the Holy Spirit... Okay, I’ll let him be filled! As a result, when I came out of the church, something magical happened! Yes, I learned a few sentences in tongues, but the problem is that the magical thing that happened surprised me too much! Suddenly, when I walked out of the church, I found that the world had become colorful!!

Before I went in, the world was black and white! I’m not colorblind, I’m not colorblind at all, but because my heart was gray, the whole world was gray. Then after I came out of it, wow! These flowers are so beautiful! I finally know that Singapore is a garden city. I didn’t know it before.

Thank God! From that day on, I tell you, I didn’t miss even one Sunday. I defined (it) and started to learn and understand what this thing is. Later, I knew God, and I followed God! Until today! So why did I follow God? Why is it so difficult for you to follow God?

I'll tell you why, because you live a fun life, and you think that the toil, hardship, and the ups and downs are fun, and you like spicy flavors with strong tastes, and the taste of your life is heavy.

However, there are Peter, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and those others : Alas, there is not much meaning in this world, and there’s also Moses who feels that there isn’t much meaning. I must find a better way! Once I know Jesus, Wow! Follow! Start following Jesus. Jesus said, Come follow me! Then follow! Is it right?

From then on, I no longer call myself a fisherman. From now on, I will catch men like fish. I tell you that Peter was very excited at that moment when he was looking for this path! He said: I finally found it! Is it because you found it after catching a net of fish? No, not only that, but Jesus’s way is very clearly explained.

He makes it clear what life, death, and being alive are all about. So brothers and sisters, do you know that Peter knew Jesus because of this incident and began to follow Jesus? Otherwise, his mother-in-law would be in trouble. Didn’t his mother-in-law have a fever later? Doesn’t Jesus heal her with a touch? Is it right? If he hadn’t followed Jesus! Then his mother-in-law would probably be finished!

In that era, fever would just pass with fever. So I think today, brothers and sisters, can you have a mind today? If you are new to the church, try following Jesus’s words, it’s really good, great! I hope everyone can catch a full net of fish.

Whether it is your business, your work, what your livestock give birth to, or what your livestock give birth to, they will all be blessed! Although there is something wrong with your attitude, you just have an attitude of trying it out! Just try it, it doesn’t matter, our God is very tolerant, our God is not the kind of awful marketing expert. Can you try it? You can't! Can you taste it? You can't! You must buy it before you can taste it, and then choose.

Follow God, God Will Let You Catch Men Like Fish

Seventh point, Peter began to catch men like fish! Today, you need to know whether it is better to catch people or fish? Of course it’s better to catch people, right! The Bible says that those who are not pregnant and have not given birth will have more children than those who have given birth! I think I should have solved many problems in my life! First, I solved an insurance problem.

Then I don’t have to buy insurance. My insurance is my spiritual children. If these spiritual children know about it. Saying that, one day Pastor Liu suddenly becomes down and out, and I shout: I need money!!! Wow, here it comes! All kinds of people, all kinds of spiritual children are here. Catching men as fish! So life without meaning! Suddenly it has become meaningful! I am really very emotional, because after I come, no matter how old people live, they die the same way, no matter how old they live, they live the same way, there is no difference. So I have always felt that birth and death are like this.

But there is one thing that is different! Before believing in Jesus, I didn’t know why I was alive. After believing in Jesus, I knew why people were alive. If people don’t know why they are alive, think about lying on the bed with an empty heart. That feeling is terrible.

Then the next day, I went to sing karaoke. There was one day when the couple was fine, but then they sang about breaking up, and many such songs were sung. They were not tangled at first, but then they sang about being tangled and sad. Once I went to a friend’s house, and the couple sat on the sofa and sang about parting. I don’t know. Anyway, they sang like they were about to break up or not. I felt so uncomfortable!

They haven’t broken up yet, and they're singing about breaking up which is meaningless. If a person cannot find the meaning of living, that living is the meaning of his life, that is a kind of sorrow. So today Peter began to catch men like fish! why?

Because from a meaningless life to a meaningful one, from a humble life to a noble one, from a fisherman to a pastor! Ah, that's great! Getting fish becomes getting people! Toil and worry turns into peace and joy, no hope turns into hope, no eternal life turns into eternal life, no relationship turns into having a relationship, and from then on, we become God's children. What a noble title! Remember! We must value this title.

Become God's Honorable Vessel

Actually, do you think this passage is written for Peter? No, it is written for us! We people who read this sentence must know that Jesus Christ has always been calling Come, follow me! Are you willing to follow him? If you are willing to follow him, you will surely catch men like fish. In fact, God is not only calling Peter, but also calling everyone who desires to have Mingding Destiny in their hearts, calling everyone, as long as you are willing, God has been waiting for you there for a long time.

So today you need to know that we had no relationship with God before, but now we have a relationship; we had no covenant before, but now we have a covenant; that is, we have no promises from God, and now we have God’s promises. What could be better than this? How can fishing compare to this covenant, promise, and a glorious life?

From now on, we have become God-man, we have become God-men who serve God, so that when faced with helplessness in any matter, we can trample those difficulties under our feet, because we are no longer ordinary people from now on, we have become an important vessel of God, because we are following Jesus, and following Jesus will surely live out prosperity.

Summary

So today, brothers and sisters, I encourage you, what do I encourage you? I encourage you to taste the goodness of the Lord’s grace. If you taste the goodness of the Lord’s grace, you will surely know the beauty of the Lord’s grace. This is a grace, this is a wonderful grace, it doesn’t cost money, you only need to start following God’s words, try it, and try it.

So today's message is a bit too shallow for an old believer, but to the newcomers among us, you will say: I will try it! You try it, and you will know that God will surely prosper you. But you need to know! You need to come out of the empty life, you need to know the reality of the spiritual world.

So in chapter 8, I will make a summary, will you follow Jesus? Are you willing to live out the vision? Are you willing to catch men like fish? Are you willing to live out the vision? If you are in real estate, are you willing to get men like getting houses? If you are doing a project, are you willing to get people like getting a project? What will you choose?

If you choose to follow Jesus, you will surely receive great blessings, you will receive vision, and you will live out a new life full of vision and full of power! Because God is the God who treats us so graciously. Amen!

Let us pray together: Lord Jesus, give me wisdom so that I can learn to follow you. Before I follow you, I will obey your words, live according to your words, and do everything according to your words, then I will surely experience the wonderful grace of you, and I will begin to learn to know you, and I will know that you are everything in my life!

From today onwards, let me experience you more! Let me know you more! So that in the days to come, I will decide to follow you, to be a person who catches fish like catching people, and to be a blessing to this generation. Live out your destiny in me, pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
