Introduction

Good day to everyone. Today, we continue with the series on the words of the Preacher. Did you know that this Word is extraordinary? I guarantee that if Lao Tzu were alive today and heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ, he would certainly say that this is the Dao. The Dao that can be spoken of is not the constant Dao; the name that can be named is not the constant name. If this Dao can be clearly explained, then it is no ordinary Dao; if the name of Jesus Christ can be made clear, then it is no ordinary name.

Today, we are not discussing the Tao Te Ching, but the Book of Ecclesiastes. In the eighth sermon of the series The Words of the Preacher, we title this chapter Seeing Clearly All of God's Works. You know, there are too many perplexing things in this world, and countless people live in confusion. In fact, I deeply agree with many things in the Book of Ecclesiastes, not just today, but I felt it was excellent when I first read it shortly after becoming a believer.

There are too many perplexing things, and no matter how hard one looks, one cannot understand. But if you see clearly all of God's works, you will understand. Why? Because the spiritual person discerns all things. Are you a spiritual person? If you are not a spiritual person, you will see things in a fog. As the saying goes: You cannot recognize the true face of Mount Lu because you are in the mountain itself. If you are within the Three Realms, you cannot recognize the matters within the Three Realms, so you must transcend the Three Realms.

At the entrance of a temple, there was a fortune-teller drawing talismans for people. This elderly man, in his seventies, had just come out of the hospital. A friend of mine brought this talisman-drawing fortune-teller to me. This person had already transcended the Three Realms and was no longer within the Five Elements. My friend brought this fortune-teller to me because the old man's legs were stiff, and he could not take a step. Surprisingly, God's grace is abundant. After I prayed for him, his legs loosened up; it was truly remarkable.

I say this matter, can people understand it? People cannot understand. Can you understand it? You cannot understand it either. Why? Because you are also within the Three Realms, you are also within the Five Elements. This is a joke. Do not think I am talking about the Three Realms; to this day, I still do not understand what the Three Realms are. I only know Zhu Bajie.

There was a very capable, very smart, and very impressive person. He made more money trading stocks than the entire company's employees combined. He felt very powerful, thinking, I have finally grasped the laws and essence of the stock market. But what happened? Before long, he lost more money than the entire company combined. Then he became distressed, suffered from insomnia and stomach pain. He wondered, Hey, why is my law not working? It was clearly working. He was bewildered. Many things in this world are like that.

Among us, there are some brothers and sisters whom I tell: you do not understand how you made the money or how you lost it. Why? Because it is just a shadow, deceiving people. Why is it a shadow? Because the operations in the spiritual realm are the true reality. Let us not think that the Book of Ecclesiastes speaks of vanity of vanities, all is vanity under the sun, but not above the sun. It means that a person's life in this world is vanity, but eternity is not vanity, eternal life is not vanity. This is the first confusion.

In reality, when it seems to work, it also does not work; it is just that the spiritual realm has deceived you. I tell you, many people in this world, including those with trillion-dollar empires, suddenly collapse, leaving people in a fog. Were they not very capable and making money before? Then they were standing committee members and People's Representatives, but it did not work. This is truly perplexing.

Also, how did SARS come about? Unknown. How did SARS disappear? Also unknown. How did COVID come about? Unknown. How did it disappear? Also unknown. You cannot figure it out. If you enter the spiritual realm and take a look, you will understand immediately. So remember, under the sun is vanity, above the sun is the true reality. Under the sun is merely a shadow of the spiritual realm.

The second confusion is the confusion of modern medicine. The same disease, the same medicine, works for some people but not for others. Do you find it strange? My classmate's father was the top pediatrician in the local area. He shared with us that sometimes he had to give people a placebo, and it would work. Why does it work? Because people believe it will work. The best and most profitable medicine is the kind that, once taken, must be taken for life, and then the pharmaceutical company starts to extract money, like a printing machine.

There was a young preacher, in his thirties, who got cancer and went to the hospital for treatment. I was particularly moved that a preacher had no Dao; what are you doing as a pastor? In his thirties, the prime of his life, all the drugs were ineffective, and he died miserably.

At the time, the doctor told him, This medicine is effective for eighty percent of people. Do you want to use it? So he used it, but it did not work. The doctor then said, This medicine is effective for fifty percent of people. He used it, and it still did not work. The preacher asked God, God, why am I in that twenty percent? He was perplexed, not knowing how he died, knowing nothing about the spiritual realm until his death.

I marveled that some people smoke, drink, and do many other things, but nothing happens. Is it infuriating? He, on the other hand, paid great attention to health, a preacher paying attention to health. Alas, it was simply a tragedy, and then he got cancer. I never pay attention to health; what is my health regimen? I rely on serving to maintain my health because I am familiar with things in the spiritual realm.

Among us, there was a sister who was dying in the hospital. I prayed, and she recovered. Her sister saw her sister come back to life and thought, Wow, the pastor you found is quite impressive. Later, her sister also got cancer. She went to see her sister, pushing her to the hospital, and saw a huge crowd of people, a sea of people, the crowd was like a carnival.

She said, Sister, look, there are so many patients. Then her sister said something that devastated her, Yes, it seems that I am not the only one who is sick. Why did she not think about why there were so many people in the hospital? I will tell you why, because someone came, was not cured, and came again; another patient came, was not cured, and came again. Then the third was not cured, and the fourth also came, with a very high return rate. The hospital business is truly evil, taking money even when not curing.

Our sister said, Hey, isn't my sister usually quite sharp? Why can't she summarize this matter? Moreover, she saw with her own eyes that when I was dying, the pastor prayed for me, and I got better. Why doesn't she think about this? Why doesn't she think about what this disease really is? Strange, really perplexing. I marveled, people are truly wicked; it is hard to change them. How could she interpret it this way?

One of my good friends got cancer. Could I ignore it? I called him, telling him what the Word of God says. I said, If you understand what Deuteronomy 28 says, you will know that cancer is definitely a curse. Of course, he might also be a Job, may God have mercy, but he did not become a Job until his death.

After this person got cancer, I contacted him, saying it was a curse, but he did not believe it. He said, An undeserved curse will not come upon me. Because the Bible says this, Like a flitting sparrow, like a flying swallow, so a curse without cause shall not alight. But was it not with cause? He just read it backwards, and later he died. There was also a pastor who served diligently his whole life, suffered from illness, and that is perplexing.

You know, our sisters are relatively blessed. When they come to me, they understand: Ah, so that's how it is. Some time ago, a sister told me that she also observed one thing, that many pastors are sick. But the brothers and sisters who are enthusiastic in doing things in the church are doing quite well, their finances are flourishing, and their bodies are also quite healthy. I think he should know what to do.

I tell you, to be a pastor and not know the spiritual realm is truly a great tragedy in life; to be a Christian and not know the spiritual realm is a great tragedy in life. Some people ask me: Teacher, do you think I am a Job? I said: Maybe. I have learned to be obedient now, I do not argue with people anymore. He may be, may not be, do you understand?

If I say no, won't people glare at me? I say: May you be a Job. In fact, he was not a Job before he got sick; does he become a Job after he gets sick? Job got better, but he died; Job later became wealthy, but he became poor because all the money went to the hospital. So you must know how real the spiritual realm is, the spiritual person discerns all things! The Bible uses spiritual words to explain spiritual things, and people's lives are all spiritual matters, brothers and sisters, do not be confused.

There was a time in China when there was a qigong craze. My goodness, with qigong, ka, one would emit power, then pile a brick on their head, and someone would strike it with a sledgehammer, ka. There are still videos online of that, special human abilities: qigong.

In our era, there was a great scientist who worked on nuclear bombs and missiles, a particularly intelligent person, and then he started studying special human abilities. But the problem was, he could not control this thing he was studying; sometimes it worked, sometimes it did not. Do you find it perplexing? Why could he not control it? This is something of the spiritual world; can you control things in the spiritual realm by tinkering with this stuff?

So brothers and sisters, do not be confused. I tell you, like Falun Gong healing illnesses, people are truly healed. We are not promoting Falun Gong. Why has this generation believed in a powerful Gospel as if it has no power, to the point where it is not even as good as Falun Gong? I think it is a tragedy.

So I was thinking, in our generation, can Chinese Mingding Destiny take on that little bit of responsibility, can we live out what the Bible says, this powerful Gospel that is far above all principalities and powers, and the rulers of the darkness of this world? So when there are these things, we must know in our hearts that the spiritual realm is real.

In fact, I really enjoy exploring the spiritual realm. If God had not chosen me before all ages, I might have become a Taoist priest. Why? Because I actually like the idea of fortune-telling and desire it. Later, after becoming a pastor, I understood that fortune-telling is also something of the spiritual realm. I went to explore and found that many things were incomprehensible.

Of course, you ask me if I understand it today? I do. Because I was searching for physical, chemical, and scientific laws under the sun, no matter how much effort I spent, I could not find them, even the wise wanted to know but could not find them, and great scientists did not find them either. Later, you know, Newton went to study theology. Many people say, How could such a great scientist study theology, he took the wrong path. Actually not, because people study science and then they study the spiritual realm.

Later, I went above the sun, and from the spiritual world, I saw: Ah, the works of God! So brothers and sisters, we must see clearly the works of God, know how God operates. From the works of God, everything becomes clear. The spiritual person discerns all things, the Bible uses spiritual words to explain spiritual things. Can you remember these two sentences? If you can remember the content I repeat, you are impressive.

Our 101 Course is a great discovery or a great invention. The problem is that no one gives me an award, everyone uses it online, and I cannot apply for a patent, so just use it. Then we also have the 102 Course, the theoretical foundation of healing and deliverance. We also have the 102 Ministry, healing and deliverance training.

A sister came to us and said that she was kicked out from another Mingding Destiny church. I was thinking: There is another Mingding Destiny church? Who is the pastor there? She said that the pastor had studied in Chinese Mingding Destiny for four years, received training for four years, and then started his own church. I asked: Does he collect offerings? She said: Yes, he collects offerings. She was kicked out because she was too religious.

Then we thought, is there a problem with her coming to us? Do not think that everyone who comes to us has problems, some are also destined. I said: Do you have any illness? She said: My illnesses are all healed. I said: This Mingding Destiny is also quite impressive! I asked her how she came, she said that her pastor sent her the link to our Flying Pigeon customer service, and she came. I thought it was quite interesting.

I said that means our 101 Course and 102 Course are so good. Of course, I will not mind if someone else starts another Mingding Destiny, in this world, Chinese Mingding Destiny, use it freely. No matter what, the Gospel of God is spread, and that is a blessing passed down through us. So spiritual words explain spiritual things. Above the sun, see clearly all of God's works, do not stay under the sun.

What does the Bible say? In the eighth chapter of Ecclesiastes:

For there is a proper time and procedure for every matter, even though a person’s trouble weighs heavily on him. For no one knows the future—who can tell someone what is going to happen? No one has power over the wind to contain it or power over the day of death; as no one is discharged in time of war, so wickedness will not release those who practice it.

All this I saw, as I applied my mind to everything that is done under the sun: There is a time when a man lords it over others to his own hurt. I saw the wicked buried—those who used to come and go from the holy place—and they were praised in the city where they did this. This toois meaningless. Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, the heart of the children of man is fully set to do evil.

Though a sinner does evil a hundred times and prolongs his life, yet I know that it will be well with those who fear God, because they fear him. But it will not be well with the wicked, neither will he prolong his days like a shadow, because he does not fear God. There is a vanity that takes place on earth, that there are righteous people to whom things happen according to the deeds of the wicked, and there are wicked people to whom things happen according to the deeds of the righteous. I said that this also is vanity. (Ecclesiastes 8:6-14)

This is what Solomon observed. If you read the Bible, you will find that Joseph was sold. Are you confused? Many people say Joseph was cursed, but that is nonsense. Israel left Egypt and died in the wilderness. Are you confused? Confused. Jacob went to his uncle Laban's house, and Laban reduced his wages ten times. Are you confused? Confused. Too many things require seeing clearly the works of God, too many things require jumping above the sun. Do not study it in this world, but go to the spiritual world.

I think the questions that Solomon raised are very good questions. You know, Nan Huai-Chin was a Buddhist who wrote a commentary on the Diamond Sutra, explaining the Diamond Sutra. Of course, I have not read that stuff, I have consulted and asked about it. I tell you, he sees things more clearly than many Christians, he sees through many things. Is it not a tragedy that Christians are not even as good as Nan Huai-Chin? Is it not a tragedy that Christians live under the sun? Hard to understand.

Later, people invented a term called Buddhist-like, that this person is very Buddhist-like. I think it should be called Jesus-like, Jesus-like is one level higher than Buddhist-like, with one more level. Jesus is better. But today, Christians have managed to reduce this powerful Gospel, this all-seeing Gospel, to under the sun.

Some pastors do not read the Bible properly and are filled with interest in who is elected president, thinking that that is simply the savior. Does he not know that Jesus' kingdom is not of this world? He preaches on Sunday about so-and-so being elected president, so-and-so not being elected president, it is perplexing, simply a spiritual blind man.

Today, among us, those whose spiritual eyes have not yet been opened, who are still living in confusion, must come out from within, run from under the sun to above the sun, enter the spiritual world from the worldly world. The spiritual world is too wonderful, too profound, that is what is truly profound. Do not be a carnal person anymore, do not be a carnal person anymore!

Yesterday, I was still ministering to a sister who was healed of depression. But after ten years, what is stored in her mind is still the stuff of the world, still the carnal stuff. You say, how much must one experience to see through? I am also anxious, but when I talk to her, it seems slow and unhurried, is this not people harming themselves? The more you look from a human perspective, the more confused you become. Standing in a spiritual perspective, understanding all of God's works, you see through. The spiritual person discerns all things!

Today, we begin to learn to fear God, to know that those who fear God will ultimately be blessed. Some people think they are Job until they die, and they ask me: Do you think I am like Job? I said: It seems like it and it seems not like it. Later, they did not become Job until they died. If I said he was a Job, wouldn't that be deceiving? Read Deuteronomy 28 carefully, that is the Word of God, like a mirror.

One of my friends died of cancer, another pastor friend died of COVID, and another Christian who served in the church died of cancer. Is this Job? The illness is a bit like Job, but even more severe than Job; it is the diseases inflicted on the Egyptians, and the diseases not inflicted on the Egyptians, all inflicted on him, but the person still thinks he is Job, is that not a tragedy?

So if a person lives their whole life and sees through the things of this world, will they still get sick? Will they still be entangled? Will they still be sad? Will they still lose money? Will they still be in debt? Will they still get cancer? No. If they see through, they will grasp the mystery of blessing, and they will also grasp the mystery of cursing. Love God! Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength! I earnestly advise everyone, do not think I want something from you, I do not want anything, I only want you to receive the benefits of the Gospel.

Scripture

The Words of the Preacher, eighth sermon, Seeing Clearly All of God's Works. Let us read the scripture, Ecclesiastes chapter eight, verses sixteen and seventeen:

When I applied my mind to know wisdom and to see what is done on earth, even though one sees no sleep day or night, then I saw all that God has done. No one can comprehend what goes on under the sun. Despite all their efforts to search it out, no one can discover its meaning. Even if the wise claim they know, they cannot really comprehend it. (Ecclesiastes 8:16-17)

That's a pretty harsh statement, isn't it? I hope it gets into you. If you're living with a lot of pressure, a lot of confusion, and still caught up in office politics akin to the Empresses in the Palace, I think you should reconsider. If you're under a lot of stress, listen carefully today. You're eager to learn, then you read things like Kazuo Inamori's How to Work Hard, Inamori's How to Live, but you're putting the cart before the horse. The Jesus Christ we're talking about is far more powerful than Kazuo Inamori.

Prayer

God, open our spiritual eyes today. Lead us into the spiritual realm today, so that we know that everything in the spiritual world is real. Let us know that under the sun, everything in this world is but a shadow. Today, let us cling tightly to you, cling tightly to you. Through you, in this world, may we find joy in our labour, may we please you all our lives, and enjoy your grace.

God, help us to jump out of this worldly existence and boldly declare to the world that this world is dead to me, and I am dead to this world. I am no longer in this world; I live in the grace of Jesus Christ. The Kingdom of God is my kingdom. God, let me live out your resurrection power. Let me be a vessel to manifest your glory in this world. God, let me see through all things. Let me gain the benefits of this gospel.

Scripture Background

Solomon was very wise. During his years as king in this world, from a worldly perspective, he studied this and that. After studying, he discovered many exceptions. Do you all know what exceptions are? Hey, I found a rule for making money! Then he discovers it works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't. Found a way to cure diseases! Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Found a solution to a problem! Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Ah, this is perplexing.

Solomon was very perplexed. How perplexed was he? He was so perplexed that he stepped down from the throne and became a preacher, writing Ecclesiastes chapter eight. Under the sun, no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't figure out the way. In China, some years later than Solomon, there were Lao Tzu, Sun Tzu, Mencius. Did they figure it out after studying it over and over again? They didn't figure it out either.

It's very strange that a dynasty, without much management or micro-control or macro-control, the entire country was doing quite well. Another very perplexing thing is that in Chinese history, there was the Chongzhen Emperor, who was very, very diligent and abstained from all kinds of vices, yet he still ruined the country. Strange, isn't it? I think it's truly a tragedy.

Some of our brothers and sisters are also very perplexed. They work hard, but things remain the same. Then they discover that when they don't manage so much, things go well. Perplexing, isn't it? Solomon discovered this too, unable to figure it out no matter how hard he tried. He was bewildered. Later, he summarized it as seeing clearly all of God's works.

Seeing the injustices of this world, how can this person bully others so much? There are many instances of bullying in the villages. Later, the son of the family that was bullied returned and killed those who bullied his family. We look at the chaotic events in this world and feel upset. We can't understand. Think about it, how can you understand under the sun? I tell you, the things of this world are inseparable from blessings and curses.

Solomon later investigated why Joseph had to be sold into Egypt. Wouldn't it be better to send him to Egypt directly? Write a letter to Pharaoh, and have Joseph take the letter. I am Jacob, the servant of God, writing to Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, asking you to accept my son Joseph as your prime minister. That would be great, right? Then Pharaoh would say, My goodness, the servant of God, Jacob, is writing to me. How could I not listen?

But when we read this story today, we think, My goodness, this is the power of God! But that's not how the story is written. Solomon looked at the story of being sold into slavery in Egypt and then imprisoned, and thought, God, this is a little too complicated. Wouldn't it be better to recommend him, to send him directly? No. Solomon had actually studied Jacob and Abraham and couldn't understand any of it. He was bewildered! Do you think he didn't know about Abraham? Did he didn't know about Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph? He knew.

Then looking at the chaotic events in this world, oh my goodness, spending all day judging cases, the skills of these people, studying until old age and still not understanding, then becoming a preacher. If you have this feeling and suddenly understand, thank the Lord!

One day, Solomon exclaimed, Ah! He understood! Seeing clearly all of God's works! It turns out that no matter how much I investigated in the past, I couldn't figure it out. Even if you are a wise man with divine judgment or you are Yao Guangxiao or Liu Bowen, you won't understand; even if you are Zhuge Liang or Zhang Liang, you won't understand either. Interesting, isn't it?

Later, Solomon wrote chapter eight. What did he write in chapter eight?

Who is like the wise person? Who knows the explanation of things? A person’s wisdom brightens their face and changes its stern appearance. (Ecclesiastes 8:1)

You see, this wisdom is extraordinary. Do you think he's referring to worldly wisdom? He is referring to the wisdom of seeing God's work, which is especially powerful.

Don't advise me, Speak less about Chinese Mingding Destiny, don't be so arrogant. No! I have to speak about it. Why? Because Chinese Mingding Destiny is a theology that gives people wisdom, taken from the Bible. This wisdom is a spiritual wisdom; a spiritual person understands all things, but the people of this world cannot understand him.

So I've invented many new concepts, such as working is grace, serving is grace. Why? Because I see it with spiritual eyes. If you can accept what I'm saying, that's grace! So, when we are in this world, know that salvation is not just going to heaven when you die. If there are still Christians who hear me saying, Oh, salvation is not just going to heaven when you die? Then what you are saying is that we have believed that we will go to heaven after death all our lives.

Listen to me carefully, living out the image of God while alive, that is called salvation. Relying on Jesus Christ, relying on the power of the Holy Spirit, while alive, live out the image of God. Good. The gospel we believe in is a gospel for the living, not a gospel for the dead.

After studying back and forth, Solomon discovered that someone became king and had power. With power, he makes all kinds of decisions, and no one dares to say to him, What are you doing? What are you up to? If you dare to say to the king, What are you doing? I guarantee your head will not be on your neck tomorrow.

This king is not necessarily very smart, and the decisions he makes are not necessarily all good. You may be smarter than him, but you can't tell him. If you are smarter than your boss at the company, pretend you are dumber than your boss, and your salary will remain. If you come to your boss every day with that dragon-like, tiger-like stride, your salary can be forgone. Understand?

The king has the right to do right and wrong, and you don't have the right to ask, What are you doing? It's not your business; this is God's work. I ask you, is the king's heart in God's hands? Yes, don't bother. Above him, everything has its time, everything has its rule, including burdens, including suffering, including everything. Very strange; this is God's work.

No one can control life; you cannot control it. People are studying elixirs of life. I can tell you, they won't succeed. If you want to study that, I think you should reconsider. If someone among us today wants to study a cure for cancer, they won't succeed. That thing, when it's developed, will be like that vaccine, just a trick to make money.

And the things that happen to the righteous, they also seem incomprehensible. This person is so good, how can these things happen to him? We don't understand. If you enter the spiritual world and take a look, you will understand. So don't try to explain, but see clearly all of God's work. What God has made crooked, don't try to straighten it. Don't bother; you can't straighten it. That's just how it is. That's what God wants to do. But those who fear God will ultimately be blessed. So be a spiritual person.

Having listened until now, you can basically summarize it in one sentence: Be a spiritual person, and use spiritual words to explain spiritual things. Everything that people live through is spiritual. The earth is vanity of vanities, and under the sun is vanity of vanities because it is just a shadow of the spiritual realm. If we don't enter the spiritual realm to understand spiritual laws, are we missing out on treasure?

Use Spiritual Words to Explain Spiritual Things

If you want to see all of God's works clearly, you must be a spiritual person. If you want to see the things of this world clearly, you must use spiritual words to explain spiritual things. The wisest person is the one who knows the spiritual world. You say, Teacher, are you praising yourself? No, I'm not there yet.

That is to say, explaining these confusing phenomena is useless. Don't explain; these confusing phenomena are God's works. If you understand God's works, understand God's power, then all the confusion under the sun will be understood and seen through. When a person sees through, the anger on their face disappears. Isn't that what it says?

Who is like the wise person? Who knows the explanation of things? A person’s wisdom brightens their face and changes its stern appearance. (Ecclesiastes 8:1)

If you are a spiritual person, will you often be angry and entangled? No. You see through it. If others insult you, you won't be too affected; these are all empty things. It's like losing a penny. Don't be like when we were kids, when I found a penny on the road, I would hand it over to the police. The police would take the penny and throw it in the trash can. These are all trivial matters, just a penny. Would you be angry about a penny?

Then your face becomes a face of beauty, very beautiful, very wise. You see through it, and your appearance is definitely beautiful. Because look, what expression do you have when you are confused? Your face is scrunched up, very confused, not knowing what to do. Over time, it won't scrunch up anymore; it will all shrivel up. You look at that person whose appearance is like someone with Down syndrome, shriveled up together, but the distance between their eyes is quite wide. Appearance is born from the heart. If you gain spiritual wisdom, you save yourself the cost of beauty treatments.

Obey the King's Command

What does this mean? The king's command is God's work. You say, I've been wronged; I want to seek justice. No need; you can't obtain it. Why? That's God's work. What's wrong with being wronged? It's normal to be wronged. Understand? So I tell you, obey the king's command.

If you are a spiritual person, do you know what will happen? You might be like Daniel, serving the Babylonian king and later serving the Persian king. Daniel was the prime minister of the entire country, second only to the king. Sometimes I think that when people look for a job, they should choose a boss, but whether you choose or not, it doesn't work. You see that person's boss is pretty good, but you might be mistaken, and they might not be interested in you.

So you should obey the king's command. Some people say, What if the king wrongs me? What if he wrongs you? I'll read it to you:

Do not be quick to leave the king’s presence or stand up for a bad cause, for he will do whatever he pleases. (Ecclesiastes 8:3)

You slam something down and say, I'm not giving you any more advice! The king can do whatever he wants; your head is in his hands. Don't get it wrong. I can tell you, people like Daniel and Joseph have the wisdom to be prime ministers. People have God's Spirit with them, so people obey the king's command. What happened later? Nothing happened. He's just thrown into the lions' den, and God preserves him.

The king's command is also in God's control. Understand? That's why I tell you to pay attention to obeying the king's command. Some people have a bad relationship with their superiors, isn't that a tragedy? Some people say, Look how unlucky I am, always running into these kinds of bosses. Then you have to reflect on your own spiritual state, right? I tell you, blessed people are good.

You say, Why do I always run into unlucky things? Because you are an unlucky person. Why do I run into a king who is so unreasonable? Because it is God's work, and people should fear God. So is obeying the king's command still confusing? This is God's work.

Everything Has Its Time and Rule

There is no such thing as without cause in this world. Some people ask me, Teacher, look at the suffering on me now, when will it end? Don't ask! Did you hear me? Don't ask! Once you ask, there's no end. Everything has its time and rule. Why? This is God's work. No matter who you are, the cursed are in God's hands, and the blessed are also in God's hands.

If you suddenly find yourself sold into Egypt, don't open your mouth and talk nonsense, and don't ask when it will end. Because God has determined this time. You just look to God with faith and rely on God. You say how many years? Joseph thirteen years, David thirteen years. Joseph thirteen years, this is perseverance in faith. I guess you don't deserve these thirteen years. Why? You are not David, and you are not very much like Joseph, but giving you three or two years should still be possible, right?

Actually, I tell you, thirteen years is still the best because after thirteen years he became king, after thirteen years he became prime minister. A person's faith must persevere until God accomplishes it. This is us. If you say you persevere and persevere, I tell you, you will definitely see God's grace, and you will definitely see God through these seemingly bad things, but these are the best experiences for you to build faith.

You don't need faith when you have food and drink all the time, but if you are sold into Egypt, you won't survive without faith; if you are chased by King Saul, you won't be able to survive without faith. So I tell you, practicing faith is really good. Comfort can cause a person's faith to die.

All of this training is God's work! God sees that everything is good, and we also see that everything is good. See God's will, God's rule, God's time. When God's time comes, He will surely lift you up among all nations, above all nations, and place you above all the people of the world. Faith that has not been practiced is not called faith; faith that has not been tested is not worth believing. This is our God.

No One Has the Right to Control Life

No one has the right to control life. You don't know the future. Even if you have your fortune told, you don't know, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. You must see clearly all of God's works! So when someone dies, it's because their time has come. Don't argue with God again, God, why did my dad die? If your dad doesn't die, who will? The time of death has come. God, why didn't you heal my dad? The time of death has come. No one can control this matter. No one can escape. No one can escape this battle.

How do we fight? By relying on Jesus to overcome death, as it is on Earth, so it is in Heaven. We are in this world. Do we dare to declare to this world: towards this world, I am a dead person, and this world is also dead to me. We are all people who have been resurrected from the dead. We are no longer in the logical system of this world; we are already living in God's logical system. Amen!

So don't argue, because we are all people in eternal life. Do we care about this world? If there is one valuable thing in this world, it is to see clearly God's work, and rely on God's power to gain the power of Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead to overcome death! Some people's family members die, and they really want to know where they have gone. They ask me, Teacher, where did my dad go? I say, He went to heaven. What else can I say? I don't know. As for whether he went to the Western Heaven or the Eastern Heaven, it depends on his fate.

A sister was buried, and they invited someone who was quite knowledgeable. He had several sets of things on hand, the Christian set, and the Buddhist set, he had them all. He also told me to use the Christian set. Later, he shouted, Riding a crane to the West, young boys and girls, bless the descendants! He used everything. But it's all useless.

The Experiences of the Wicked and the Righteous

I can tell you, sometimes the wicked do evil, and then commit evil a hundred times, yet they enjoy long lives, and you are very confused. Don't be; this is God's work. You don't need to stand up for justice. Then the righteous, seeming to be righteous, experience what the wicked experience. Look, they smoke, but they don't get lung cancer, and those who don't smoke get lung cancer, and people are confused; convictions are made, but the death penalty is not immediately carried out, confusing.

Don't be confused, because God has dug a very deep pit of confusion in this world. Those who believe in God and fear God will surely be blessed. So the experiences of the wicked and the righteous are normal; don't get entangled in this matter. If you enter the spiritual world and take a look, Oh, this pastor got cancer, it's definitely not without reason. Don't be confused; this is God's work.

If you see a person, don't judge, but you can judge yourself. Take a look at yourself: Oh, this is a curse. Quickly change and learn to fear God. After we have seen these things, that no one has the right to control life, and the experiences of the wicked and the righteous, what do we do? We must fear God and ultimately be blessed. Remember, you must fear God!

I once met someone who cursed God. Why? Because he couldn't urinate, so he cursed God. If you curse God, you will be even less able to urinate. If you continue to curse, you won't be able to defecate either; if you continue to curse, you won't be able to eat; if you continue to curse, you won't be able to walk. He was just cursing God, saying, You bastard, why did you let these things happen to me? He just cursed God.

People must fear God! People must fear God! Understand? Those who fear God will ultimately be blessed, and they will see clearly God's work.
