Introduction

Good day to everyone, I am very pleased to meet you all online again. Today, I am sharing a very good topic with you, and it is not a thesis. Because when I present a thesis, my attitude is so serious and conscientious that it resembles logical reasoning, but I don’t really like talking about such things; I still prefer telling stories. Today’s topic is titled “Seek and You Shall Find”: You will surely find what you seek; what one seeks is what one encounters.

A boss gave me a job when I most needed one. Why? Because he had a stack of resumes in front of him, and he laid his hands on them and prayed, “God! Give me the best employee to help me solve technical problems.” At that time, there was no capable person to solve them for him. Facing the technical difficulties, he was truly helpless, and I just happened to really need the job. God spoke to him in an audible voice. He heard my name in his ear. He picked up my resume and saw that the English sentences were grammatically incorrect, and there were some messy typos. The next day, he continued to pray, and my name appeared in his ear again. On the third day, it was still my name, so he invited me in.

My boss later shared with me a very interesting and important testimony. When he was in his twenties, he reached a very high position. He and two of his friends said that there were no ghosts or gods in this world, nothing at all. So the three of them discussed and went to a cemetery in Singapore at two o'clock late at night, which was very scary! Those who haven’t been there may not know, but I thought it was quite scary. They walked around in the cemetery, touching this and touching that, and shouting, “Are there any ghosts? Ghosts, come out! Come out and show me!”

What were they looking for? He and his two friends wanted to see if there were really ghosts, to investigate the spiritual world. You know, this kind of seeking is quite good. Later, he came to know God. Because he knew God, I found a job and also came to know God. After this incident, did they see any ghosts? No ghost came out to meet him: Hi, nice to meet you, please take care of me! There was no such thing. But the ghosts began to play tricks on these three friends, to the point where the three of them were all about to jump off buildings.

Ghosts are invisible to people. If your eyes could see them, that would be amazing. Fortunately, they can’t be seen. The spiritual world can be scary. After a long and painful period, the couple was about to jump off a building. A distant relative took them to a church to believe in the Lord. Once they went to church, they came to know God. After knowing God, he put all his passion for seeking ghosts into seeking God. He truly became a brother who loves the Lord. God greatly blessed him, whether in finances or in life, there were many improvements. After a complete transformation, even if you asked him to kill himself, he wouldn’t. This proves one thing: As long as people are willing to seek the spiritual world, they really have a chance to know God.

If the spiritual realm is very real, shouldn't we find the greatest God in the spiritual realm? This is a very interesting thing. Since I was a child, I felt that living was a very strange thing. I sought left and right but found nothing until I knew the Lord. I wondered what people live for? Seeing someone die just like that is quite sad, but thankfully, I later came to know God.

Yesterday, a tycoon who managed trillions of assets died suddenly at the age of sixty, a big entrepreneur. People described him as a capital crocodile. All his life, he pursued wealth, assets, money, status, and fame. He was seeking these things, and did he find them? Yes, he did. As for how he found them, let me tell you: Money is a very spiritual thing.

The Contest Between Money and the Spiritual World

There are many people as capable as him, with intelligence and everything else, but some rise while others fall. Money is very spiritual. People fall like flies on the path of chasing money. Can money save him? Even if it's ten trillion, a million trillion, even if all the money in the world is added up, it cannot make you live even a quarter of an hour longer. This is a spiritual matter. Brothers and sisters, you must know that these people found what they were looking for on the road they were pursuing.

I can tell you about people living and dying, but I can't present the evidence to you. There is something called Lao Ma (Old Horse), which immediately takes a person's soul away, causing immediate death. Once a person's soul leaves, there is cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, myocardial ischemia, sudden death, etc. I have dealt with it. This fellow came to grab my mother, and my mother showed symptoms of cerebral infarction and myocardial infarction. Everyone knows that such symptoms mean the person is about to die.

I have fought with Lao Ma several times. It came once, and I drove it away once. One time can’t explain anything. I counted about six times. Once, I took my mother out to eat, and she was fine. My mother likes to eat, drink, and have fun. Think about it carefully, people who like to eat, drink, and have fun are tempting fate. In the blink of an eye, her mouth and eyes were crooked, all white eyeballs, drooling, and the person was about to die. She was about to breathe her last! I am powerful in dealing with this! Bang, I drove the ghost away, and my mother was fine. If it were an ordinary person, they would immediately call an ambulance. The ambulance can't beat ghosts!

Then I continued to prepare to take my mother to eat. Not long after driving, the ghost came back to find my mother. My mother was crooked again in the car. Chinese people know to pinch the philtrum, pinch what, but we will drive the ghost away. My mother was fine again, so I called the brothers and sisters to eat. They said, We can still eat! As a result, my mother ate a large bowl of rice, just like a normal person. In fact, many such things happened later.

But there is one thing I can't solve, that is, when a person's death is due, we can't solve it. What I mean is this: If a person has such a vision of the spiritual world—if you seek these spiritual truths, if you seek, you will surely find. If you don't seek spiritual truth, you can't escape the dominion of spiritual truth either.

People live in truth, whether you like it or not, you can't escape it. What I mean is this: This person pursues money, money, money all day long. That thing is tempting fate! Everyone, listen to me, you may not have billions of assets, or trillions, or even billions, hundreds of millions, or even tens of thousands of dollars. But be careful if you love money! That thing attracts ghosts.

What does a person seek in life? What excites you? What is a person's core interest? What does a person care about? I tell you, what you finally get is also that. Actually, that's pretty good. I love money, and I get excited when I see money! What you finally get is not money, but a kind of spirit, called Lao Ma (Old Horse). So today, brothers and sisters, we must know that our God will repay each person according to their deeds.

To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger. There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile; but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. (Romans 2:7-10)

Don't think that doing good means doing charity. Doing good means doing what is right in God's eyes. Today, brothers and sisters, we must know that I am telling these testimonies, Mingding (Destiny), so many stories—just to talk about not loving the world, to talk about spiritual stories. In fact, everyone sees a lot, sees a lot, and then hears even more. Today, I want to talk about the real people and real things among us, that is, to see what you care about, which one is seeking glory, honor, and immortality, and God will surely repay you.

Brothers and sisters, you must know that God is a rewarding God. Take a close look at what you care about. Now let’s read the scriptures. The previous part was the introduction, this is the first point. The second point is the scripture—Luke 11:9-13. Usually, I talk about Luke 11:5-13, but today I will start reading from verse 9.

Scripture

“So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!” (Luke 11:9-13)

Prayer

God, today, open the heart of our brothers and sisters, open our spiritual eyes, let us see what we are seeking. God, may you reveal your power in heaven, and repay each person according to what you have revealed in the Bible. Let each of us turn back to you, that we may know the true God, that we may know your truth.

God, let each of our brothers and sisters become seekers. Examine these things in detail, understand them in detail, and know the truth you have revealed. Let us clearly recognize you with our minds on this earth. God, today, open our hearts and speak to us according to the truth you have revealed. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!

The Background of This Passage

If you know a little bit, Luke chapter 11 talks about it in length! The beginning part is the Lord's Prayer, which begins by saying:

“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven…” (Luke 11:2-4)

Then it talks about a lot. In fact, after talking about the Lord's Prayer, it also talked about one thing, that is, the passage we read today—seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be opened to you. What this passage promises us is that those who seek God will surely find, and the Spirit of God will surely be given to us.

How well said this is—how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him! As a result, someone came to Jesus, asking him to show a heavenly miracle. These people were quite bad. He came to argue with Jesus. According to today's language, it is nonsense. Haven’t Jesus performed enough miracles? If you want to see, there are plenty of miracles.

As a result, Jesus’ response is a favourite saying of our Chinese Mingding Destiny. The response talked about the power of casting out demons. Many people think that Jesus casts out demons by the prince of demons, but Jesus said that he casts out demons by the power of God, or by the Spirit of God. Casting out demons by the Spirit of God means that the kingdom of God has come. Everyone, remember this carefully. This sentence is very, very important.

The Power of Seeking God's Kingdom and Spiritual Truth

Many people read the Lord's Prayer, and when they read that the kingdom of God has come, they don't know how it comes? They talk about casting out demons as a gift. Today, casting out demons is described as the responsibility of Christians and the responsibility of the church, so that they can plunder the enemy of the devil. The enemy of the devil will return all the blessings, money, and necessities of life that were stolen from us. In the traditional concept, many Christians think that suffering and living in poverty is normal. That actually is not it. It is because they cannot defeat the ghost. The ghost often plunders them.

Why can't they defeat the ghost? Because they have no power from God. They say with their mouths, God! May your kingdom come! But in their hearts, they think: Casting out demons! What is that? I don't have this gift! So there is no way to plunder the enemy. I think preachers who are very poor should be careful! Everyone must know that poverty is by no means an attribute of the kingdom of God. The two situations of losing battles and being plundered by the enemy and winning battles and plundering the enemy are completely different.

Is casting out demons seeking the kingdom of God? Yes, it is seeking the kingdom of God. After casting out the demons, Jesus went on to talk about another thing. Some people, after casting out the demons, do not seek the kingdom of God, nor do they seek glory, honour, and immortality. Ghosts are real. Just like my previous boss, who was tricked by ghosts in the cemetery, he also knew to find God. Some people bring ghosts, and then cast them out, but still do not seek glory, honour, and immortality.

Jesus said that after the ghost was driven away, the Spirit of God did not live in him, and seven more evil ghosts came. (See Luke 11:26) Everyone must know that this passage talks about the fact that people do not seek the kingdom of God, and do not seek glory, honour, and imperishable blessings, which brings about such results. If you don't want to seek, it doesn't matter. What you seek will be added to you, and God will repay you. After Jesus finished speaking, many people wanted miracles. Jesus said that except for the miracle of Jonah, no more miracles will be shown to you, that is, the miracle of repentance. (See Matthew 16:4)

What does repentance mean? It means that we have all messed up before. If people are willing to seek, they will definitely know that the original spiritual truth is like this. Originally, God gave us the most precious Holy Spirit, but we don't think the Holy Spirit is good. We think that work, ability, success, wealth, and industry are important, so we don't know that the Spirit of God is good. So Jesus said in Luke chapter 11:

Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eyes are healthy, your whole body also is full of light. But when they are unhealthy, your body also is full of darkness.(Luke 11:34)

What does it mean? A person’s eyes are the windows of the soul. If there is no Spirit of God in a person, it is darkness. People die when they are living well, and are taken away by Lao Ma. If people live in darkness, they should seek the Spirit of God. How can they live without the Spirit of God! So Jesus said, seek and you shall find, because our God is already there.

There are others in Luke chapter 11. Woe to the Pharisees! What they seek is not glory, honour, and immortality, but they seek is catching Jesus’ handle. These people are very bad! They have read the Bible in vain. There are many ways to read the Bible. One way to read it is to seek glory, honour, and immortality; and another way to read it is to seek to find the handle of Jesus Christ. Woe to these people! God will repay them.

Don't think that if you seek something else, you won't find it. Seeking will definitely find. In the end, one thing is proved: people get what they seek. Don't think that if I seek money, I can get money.No, as long as you seek those things, according to the Bible, you will be rewarded according to what you seek.

A Comparison between Seeking God's Spirit and Worldly Interests.

What are people's interests? What is people’s vision? What is really in a person's heart? Today, everyone must be a seeker, to investigate, demonstrate, and understand what you are seeking. If you are seeking hundreds of millions of assets, you will also win. But you won't be able to take anything with you, what are you looking for? Is there anything better than God's Spirit? This wording is important.

This is the background of the this passage, from The Lord's Prayer all the way to woe to the Pharisees! They are both discussing one thing, what do people seek? Seek ye shall find it, whatever is sought shall be rewarded accordingly.

What is it that people seek?

What is it that people seek? you just have to listen to how others speak, and you will know what others seek. For the past little while, the thing that I have ministered over the most, is the way such and such situation is affecting my work. It is mainly all this person's works. What about the kids matter? It is about all this matters. I will read something out loud for everyone, and you can have a listen, to see what that person is seeking.

Throughout This period, I have been giving thoughts to the matter of the children's education. His foundation is really poor, and the rate that school is progressing is really fast, he can't quite keep up with. After teaching it for half a day, there is no movement from him at all. If he doesn't find a teacher to help him, his mathematics results will not be able to pass the mark, and even if he does, he won't be able to get a middle-school certificate of graduation. A teacher from the preparatory class called me to say that preaching to my child is really hard. The gist of things this fellow knows, is just very bad, for his foundation, and even argues with the teacher, as well as cries. The teacher sent a message in these recent days, to say whatever it is, that my child spent over an hour yesterday, but many English phrases can still not be recited, and the child is just playing, and even when the teacher is staring at that child, he doesn't still study.

The teacher says this child is just very right in his view, and still argues back at the mentor, and father of the child says that if it is not right, we just have to bring out the thick stick, to whip. It is really annoying I, that even when I teach it at home, I am dead tired, and if I go out to find a professional tutor, that also doesn't work, and what in the world is this fellow doing? I am reflecting that I don't know the way I try, and even when I do pray, and learn, there is basically no progress in the education of the child. To tell the truth, I am starting to suspect in the case that God only manages the medical treatment of diseases? My individual, in the aspect of finance, and the education of this child, has never been able to fold out what it is that God wants, and has felt discouraged much.

The mentor often says whether the problems with that child, has relation to that person's mother. But I know too many humans who've many bad habits, who don't care for their children, and their children are still extra carefree. There are even some who do not know how to read alphabets, and the children will still score full marks. Very strange? Depressed or not? There are those who say: I don't go out to play, nor play at mahjong, and am also very kind to elders, and don't go and cause troubles, and that is why am such a success? I am very professional in the place where I work, and never have to trick, how is it, the advantages over me cannot be inherited from him? Why is it, those filled up with children that've many bad habits, all study very well, does this have relation to the mothers?

After You have finished listening, what they seek? Are the matters for the children, the matters to the work, and the matters to money. Inside there, did you at all see people chasing dignity, glory, and blessedness beyond fading? Cannot see at all. They are the type who seeks the glory, honour and imperishable life (or blessedness-the original meaning is a blessed eternity.) I am thinking, if people have thinking in their heart, God will just repay the way that person has thinking. Today, I would like to get this bit of wording across, and make the intention super clear, nothing ambiguity. Whatever is sought the human has in their hearts, God will just reward based on.

Today, if say, we in our respective work/post have gotten some benefit/merit, then say gratitude to God! Then thanks for just why? Have merit, thankful to God, get no merit, then thankful not to God, and then still complain about God. Seek about whatever there is in a person's heart? Is human and has viewed the matters on this earth, too heavily. Among those in our midst, or sisters, have been cut (terminated), and that co-operation that terminated, gave her severance in a sum in ten-thousands, then say credit God! God that cut this person, give a subsidy in ten-thousands! In the heart of our humans, it is mostly filled with this.

Seek Spiritual Salvation, versus Choose the Worldly Interest.

Then there are those sisters who speak saying: “In these recent times, gotten a task, and gotten a dan (deal.) My (task/deal) to that, is that I am very powerful! How is that the customers are very pleased/satisfied with that person?” You can ask in what way God's ministry/service to you, pleases Him rather. It is every time and that is why I hear people talking such evidences, and it is both joyous, and also sad. For whatever merit, human and has finally travelled out of the that states for a die-hard, and are just partially out and have moved out for the middle ground, and the pity of things is, the person and has viewed those matters too heavily!

In terms of these types with human mouth, the ministry has made it clear, that God's ministry is not at all the way they thought, what they talk of, are mainly for such issues that affect their work. The others, are mostly your bosses, or also your customers, are all mainly for these bits. Ask in the closest detail as you can, what is it, that they can stimulate excitement from? If personal growth can excite you, then to the point of obsession can become yourself in that. I, even if encourage everyone to grow greatly, I will always encourage you to grow with constant on of those truths from divine, and to grow with chasing God's country, and what's righteous over it, then to go on and love this ever growing world.

The ability for humans grows and grows, what can this explain or prove? No explanation or proof at all. Is there anything better than what is chased of God? So much better than the love or things on this earth? Our the Father from our land, still know of bringing good/better for the young ones, and is it that Father in heaven, cannot pass the holy breath of what you chase for? If the holy breath of God abides in us, then if that is it, is, what problem remains? The brethren and sister in Christ, one of this day, I am permitted the liberty of pouring cold water down those who are thinking highly of these things again. (means be mindful and think about what are you doing again.)

Today, wake up as we have slept, can you clearly find those who are chasing? Telling everyone, the reason I am trying/fighting (in order to seek that thing you want)- because we chase and has just replied. Is solely chase glore, dignity and blessing, that ever fades, God is just to rely and give, in what way these people who cut. In fact is to see those who are trying/fighting those with working with posts, customers, boss types.

God in fact can look over others, if one has no need to value working with posts, customers and that of boss types.Even if we may seem to need them, we often make many things unimportant to God. For the good of your soul, value God's country and his fairness, or is he's soul to abode within, these aspects of life isn't a problem.

If the Spirit of God dwells in a person, that individual will possess extraordinary wisdom. I can cite numerous examples. Take Joseph in the Book of Genesis, for instance. Because the Spirit of God resided within him, he exhibited exceptional intelligence and wisdom, which propelled him to become the Prime Minister of Egypt. Similarly, Daniel was inhabited by the Spirit of God, leading him to serve as the Prime Minister of Babylon and later of the Persian Empire.

I am thankful to God for the excitement and yearning we feel for the Spirit of God. The Bible tells of a man who went to his friend's house seeking bread, only to be told, Do not bother me; the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed. I cannot get up and give you anything. Yet, Jesus said:

I tell you, though he will not get up and give it to him because he is his friend, yet because of his impudence he will rise and give him whatever he needs. (Luke 11:8)

If we approach the Spirit of God, the Kingdom of God, and the righteousness of God with such fervent desire, it would be difficult for God to withhold from us! Seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. What is it that people are truly seeking? Ask yourself today. If you are seeking mere worldly things, you may still be in a state of mediocrity, desperately needing to break free, perhaps not even qualified to love the world. Will you, upon escaping this state of mediocrity and gaining some measure of ability, then fall into the trap of loving the world? When you are qualified to love the world, will you choose to love God instead? Therefore, carefully examine what you are seeking; what is our core interest?

Do Not Love the World or the Things in the World

Everyone believes their actions are justified. Even the sister whose writing I quoted earlier thought her words were self-evidently true. But might God find it laughable? Her stance is too LOW. Of course, we may occupy a LOW position. But should we then not seek God's truth?

The Choice and Consequences of Loving the World versus Loving God

There are countless tragic stories of those who love the world and the things in the world. Even if you are a pastor, an evangelist, or a Christian, you cannot prevent calamity. God can intervene at any moment, or send a Old Ma, for God has already revealed this spiritual truth to us.

Observe closely the outcome for those who love the world. If one loves money and becomes a businessman, he becomes a corrupt merchant. If one loves money and becomes an official, he becomes a corrupt official. Is it not tragic for a person to live their entire life for such things, without the love of God within them? Someone who loved money once asked me how to love God, asking with great fervor. I replied, Love God as you love money! Apply the same energy you use for loving money to loving God. I asked if he understood, and he said he did, but in reality, he did not.

There was once a very wretched young man, exceptionally so. He was incapable of doing anything well, earned a meager salary, and was severely tormented by evil spirits. Then, I prayed with him, the Holy Spirit filled him, and he was restored. But did he seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness after his restoration? No. Often, it becomes a mockery. I asked him to shepherd others, but he made not a single phone call. When I inquired why he hadn't called anyone, he replied that he simply didn't remember to. I asked if he remembered to call his girlfriend, and he replied that of course he did, calling her every day.

Even with such a person, I thank God for His mercy in helping him again and again. He was not a good student, his university education was wasted, and he required constant supervision. Some time ago, he had been waiting for several years to obtain Singapore Permanent Residence, but it was never approved. I even had to write him a letter of recommendation, and he spent money on an agent to help him apply, but to no avail.

Recently, a sister in our midst, who had survived a life-threatening illness through prayer, got married and came to Singapore. She loved God fervently. She and her husband bought a house; in Singapore, taxes on house purchases are very high. However, before the house purchase was finalized, they received their Permanent Resident status, significantly reducing the tax burden. This event greatly impacted our young brother.

If God wants to bless someone, Permanent Residence or a Green Card is not difficult to obtain! If one only seeks a Green Card as his core interest, he will fail to obtain it. Later, this brother left the church. He was quite ungrateful, forgetting all the past grace. I had ministered to his grandmother. One day, he called to say that his ninety-year-old grandmother was in severe pain. I prayed with her, and she was healed.

The question is, had he served his grandmother in all those years? In my judgment, he had no such intention. Is such a person not utterly detestable? May God have mercy! I am deeply moved: if people love the world and the things in the world, the choices they make can be unconscionable! Therefore, when such a person leaves the church, I give thanks and praise to God.

If one is constantly pursuing worldly things, when has he ever pursued glory, honor, and immortality? It is truly strange. If people love the world, Old Ma will surely come. Old Ma may not even give you a chance, but take your life directly. I am not fear-mongering. If people do not love God, if they have experienced God's power yet do not seek glory, honor, and immortality, what else can they be in God's eyes but rubbish?

Seeking God's Blessings versus Worldly Gains

A brother who left our midst, his mother had cancer, and twice we prayed for her and she was healed. The first time she was healed, I said to him, Be a good Christian and learn to Tithe. Tithing was a matter of life and death to him! He said no, and went to another church. After floundering outside for two years, do you think demons would let him go? He suffered enough in those two years. Later, he came back to me, I ministered to him, and he was healed again. After being healed, he said, Living as a believer like you is impossible! and left again.

Later, a sister in our midst developed severe depression and was tormented by evil spirits. Her parents watched as I cast out the demons from her and saved her life. Afterward, the sister's parents also came to the meetings and even gave offerings, about a few hundred dollars, for about a year. When we asked for something from them, they would say, What more do you want from me? We attended the meetings, we gave offerings, what more do you want? It was as if they owed me a favour and were returning it.

The love of money is truly deadly. If a person still loves money at seventy or eighty years old, they will certainly develop senile dementia. I have seen too many such examples. The father of one sister, even at eighty years old, would remember those who owed him money whenever he saw a bank, and he would become agitated. His family had to take him on a detour. You must know that loving the world attracts demons! Because Old Ma will come, and demons will also come. This is God's established rule!

Recently, the grandfather of a sister in our midst suffered from senile dementia, spouting nonsense about money and food. Even with senile dementia, what do you want money for? It sounds tragic! People fall into this delusion entirely because of ignorance! It is difficult to deal with ignorance. People think their choices are correct, as if they know the truth, but they do not realize it is a dead end.

Seeking Glory, Honor, and Immortality

Someone asked me, How do I balance study and work? I believe that people struggle when faced with many choices. But if one seeks glory, honor, and immortality, the choice becomes simple! If people find these things burdensome, I cannot add to their pressure. I often speak human language to humans and demonic language to demons. When I see people who love the world, I do not say much, as it seems as if I am cursing them, because they have already made their choice. Let them do as they have chosen.

I believe that if one seeks glory, honor, and immortality, the Spirit of God will surely be bestowed upon them, miracles and wonders will accompany them, and all other things will be added to them. Seek glory, honor, and immortality in everything we do. Do not be foolish or ignorant; examine things carefully. Even if you are on the Hurun Rich List, no matter the ranking, it cannot save your life. Do not be foolish, do not be ignorant. If people love the world and the things in the world, they will pay a heavy price. If people indulge the flesh, they will pay a heavy price because God has already said so.

There was a man who rose to a high position in the government. He thought he possessed both wealth and status, so he must live well. Life lies in exercise, he thought, so he went to the gym every day. He felt that going to the gym was not enough, so he also took health supplements. He still felt that taking health supplements was not enough, so he used high technology to wash his blood every so often. A friend of mine also mingled with this official and went for blood washing, but this friend did not go too often because I told him it was useless.

Seeking God's Blessings versus Worldly Gains

Not long after, just recently, this official died. Before his death, he often shared health advice with those around him, only to die earlier than others. Did he not become the butt of jokes? That is foolishness and ignorance! If people examine things carefully, they will know that it is useless. Fitness cannot save your life. Yesterday, someone died while doing yoga at the gym. Such things happen all the time.

Someone went to square dancing every day, being a lead dancer. Their window faced the square, and the person's husband could see her dancing in the square every day through the window. One day, after finishing dancing and preparing to go home, this person suddenly fell to the ground a few dozen meters from their home. Her husband immediately rushed out to rescue her, but to no avail, and she died. If she had not been so active, she might have lived longer.

You may not care, but from my observation, I have noticed that mosquitoes and flies flap their wings many times a day, countless times. The lifespan of a mosquito is very short, only a few days. Turtles in the water hardly move, but they live a very long time. The number of times a person flails in their life may already be predetermined. The faster you flail, the sooner you die. This is not a truth, just an observation of mine.

A person's life lies in God. If one seeks God, will many things not be resolved? Our work, our business, will all vanish without a trace when we leave this world. Those who have not sought God will become nothing. I am pouring cold water once again. Many people say I was groomed. Shepherding is for your growth, but people are actually for the growth of people.

I often hear people say, My work is blessed, my salary has increased, I got promoted. Of course, this is good, but becoming too excited is not good. It is good that God blesses you. But if you become too excited about these things, they become your core interest. Are you still seeking glory, honor, and immortality?

Chinese literati in ancient times would say, Do not rejoice in material gains, do not grieve in personal losses. Wang Yangming, a Chinese philosopher, invented mind studies. If a person's heart is bound by these things, it is troublesome. If passing the university entrance exam is your life, and you develop mental illness for failing to pass, that person is ruined. Not passing the university entrance exam cannot ruin a person, but caring too much about not passing ruins the person.

I have my own set of principles. The foundation of this set of principles is: seeking glory, honor, and immortality. If we seek glory, honor, and immortality, we belittle worldly affairs. Worldly affairs are all trivial matters. Is what I say true? What I hear are all these things that are only one step away from loving the world, but I rarely hear about people being excited about loving God, serving God, or being willing to pay the price for God.

Today, I lament what people value most. If you value your own ability more than God, you are a Cain. You think the money you earn is all because of your own ability. If it were not for the government giving you these policies, where would you earn this money? If God does not bless you, even with ability, you are living in a curse. Taking ability as the foundation is extremely harmful. Some of the sisters in our midst, many of whom I ministered to from the ground up, look down on those who are not as capable when they are capable, and they feel entitled to throw tantrums.

When a mediocre person who are constantly trained and raised up by us, and when they finally get a little better, they think they are qualified to love the world, will they seek God? Will they seek glory, honor, and immortality? Will they seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness? If they have the capital to love the world, there is a great test before them: do you love God?

Seeking God's Truth and Spiritual Heights

As for me, I am not boasting. I am boasting in my God. The more God makes me rich, the more I love God. The more God empowers me, the more I love God. Because I know that whether it is money or other possessions, it all comes from God. I am simply returning to God what comes from Him. I am not Cain. I would rather die to be Abel. I would rather die to offer everything to God.

Someone asked if what I said was true. My answer is: yes. I love God, and my life is given by God. I am mad for my God. I am satisfied with serving my God. I seek the satisfaction of God's will, so that His will in this generation can be satisfied. Therefore, I often bring everyone into the love of God in prayer, and you will find that you suddenly become joyful. This is seeking glory, honor, and immortality, and God will reward you with eternal life.

Today, I am still doing one thing: releasing these people from a state of mediocrity. But I am risking a great deal. When people come out of mediocrity, will they still choose to love God? But it does not matter. Even if only one out of ten serves God, I will still continue to do so. Because serving is the destiny God has given me.

Be a Person Who Seeks and Searches

Like the Bible says, when you go to a person's house to ask for bread, the person says that the door is already closed, but you still do not give up. You must insist on knocking on the person's door, seeking urgently and not giving up. It may be for a day, a week, a month, a few months, or even years. You must seek until you find. Because God has promised us that those who seek will find, and you must figure out each thing one by one. Because everything we seek, God will surely let us figure out.

Chinese Mingding Destiny speaks of knowing the truth of God. What you did not know before, you must know now. What you knew before, you must know even more now. What was clear before, you must be even clearer about now. You must clarify spiritual truths and constantly scale spiritual heights. Seeking God and knowing the truth, God will surely let you find in the process of seeking. How did Chinese Mingding Destiny come about? It came about through seeking. Develop the habit of seeking.

In these past years, I have not been an indifferent person. I have seen piles of prayers in the church that have not been answered. But how many Christians today are challenging this situation? I thank God that God gave me such a resolve. In the process of seeking, I began to realize what the church is, what the church should do, what shepherding is about, what salvation is about, what prayer is about, what spiritual warfare is about, what promises are, and what people's faith is about.

I am not echoing what others say, sounding as if I know or do not know. I am figuring out things one by one, and I am still becoming clearer today. The other day, while I was preaching in English, I mentioned that the changes we are bringing about today will surpass Martin Luther. A sister who was translating said, Teacher, should we translate it this way? It does not seem appropriate, will it attract a lot of criticism?

Is the unprecedented restoration of God's truth an exaggeration? It does not seem to be exaggerating. It is God's will. I want God's will to be satisfied. It is worth it to shout such words, even if many people criticize me. I started by dealing with the numbness in people. The numbness in Chinese people, starting with numbness, there is no more benevolence. Benevolence is the benevolence of righteousness, and there is no more benevolence and righteousness. Today, are brothers and sisters willing to be a person who seeks and searches? As long as you seek, search, and examine, you will surely encounter God and find the truth that God has revealed.

Seeking God's Glory and Eternal Recompense

In the past years, it is because of constantly seeking and searching that God has revealed the truth to us one by one. What you see today in the Chinese Mingding Destiny Bible Study, you cannot find elsewhere. Our Bible Study from Genesis to Revelation is a complete system, not a fragmented situation.

I knelt down and prayed to God. I thank God for every chapter of the Bible Study. How profound is the delusion brought about by salvation? Do people really understand salvation? Many people seem to know, but do not really know. But today, we can no longer be indifferent. You may not agree with what I say, but you cannot not seek. Even if you criticize me first, I do not care. What I care about is whether you are a seeker.

In the past years, I have been a seeker at work. No matter what it is, I try to figure it out. I used to manage a computer center, where the network cables were messy. I went there to look at them every day, and I finally found a way to organize the cables without disrupting the network. That was the result of seeking. As a software engineer, I made the software to the best of my ability. As a Christian, I am determined to be an outstanding Christian. As a pastor, I am determined to be an outstanding pastor, seeking the satisfaction of God's will.

Conclusion: God Will Recompense Each Person According to What You Seek

Either enter into blessing or enter into blessing. This is clearly written in Romans. Those who seek will find. God is already waiting there for you. Those who thirst for God, God will give them the Spirit of God and reward them with eternal life. Those who love the world, God will recompense them with the love of the world. You will all experience God, but those who seek glory, honor, and immortality will surely see God with you. Walk with God in this world, and proclaim the glory of God manifest in this generation throughout the earth, so that God's will may be satisfied.

What we are doing now will be praised in heaven and on earth. Angels will rejoice and cheer for us. God's will is in our midst because we seek glory, honor, and immortality, and God's will will be satisfied. We are writing a new chapter, and the whole earth will see this glory. You have a share in this glory, and I have a share in this glory. Because what we are seeking is the glory of God, Amen!
