Grasping the Essence through Phenomena

In the last lecture, we talked about how the victorious church is the foundation of healing and deliverance. In fact, this reflects that one of the most difficult problems for humanity is medical care. If a person can solve their medical problems, they can save a lifetime's worth of medical expenses. Moreover, you can also save a lot of physical strength and time spent in hospital beds. The returns are extremely generous.

Later, I gradually realized that people have many problems in their lives. If medical problems can be solved, what other problems cannot be solved? We must see clearly what the essence of living well is. Who doesn't want to live well? Do you want to live well? Yes! I also want to live well. How can we live well? In fact, God is the answer to all our problems.

People have a lot of unbelief! Genesis chapters 1 to 11. I wrote a book called Unbelief is the Root of All Human Problems. Let me insert an advertisement here. If you want to read this book, you can contact our little assistant.

A few years ago, there was a sister in Beijing who was full of demons. The demons ran around in her body, and she was in great pain. She went to many churches, but no one could solve her problem. Just when she was desperate, she received a book. Because at that time, we had a book-giving campaign, and the book she received was called Unbelief is the Root of All Human Problems.

Then she carefully read the book, and she came to us. After several months of deliverance, her situation greatly improved, and seventy to eighty percent of the demons on her body were driven out. Later, she was constantly promoted and trained among us.

What I want to say is this: People must see through this thing called living! What exactly is Jesus Christ telling us by healing the sick and casting out demons? Is it just to let us see that a leper was healed, someone who was lame from birth was healed, and a blind person was healed, and that's it? We often see a phenomenon, but we can't grasp the essence of things. This is our problem.

When we read the Gospels of Matthew, Luke, Mark, and John, are you shocked by the things Jesus did that are recorded in them? If you are shocked by what Jesus did, can you further see the essence of what Jesus did?

The answer to our living well is in Jesus Christ. This is the essence. Do you understand? If you see it, you must see it clearly. Some people see it, but they don't understand it. They hear it, but they don't understand it, like their hearts are covered with oil. Jesus Christ wants us to see that the answer to all our problems is actually in Him.

Seeing Through This Thing Called Living

Many years ago, a sister who followed me to believe in the Lord, recently her three children had fevers in turn, and she came to us again. I learned about her experiences in recent years through her pastor's sharing because I am very concerned about this matter. I really hope she can be victorious because the answer to all her problems is actually in Jesus Christ.

If it is not in Jesus Christ, then there will be endless problems. Children, work, life, problems emerge one after another. I cannot see hope, so I really hope she can know that only in Jesus Christ can there be hope to solve these problems. So I told her pastor, I said the most important thing is to lead her to understand that all of this is the work of evil spirits behind the scenes. Man dies for wealth, and birds die for food. Everyone knows this. People work hard to make money, but do they really understand what making money is for?

A sister couldn't sleep all night because I left her a question two years ago, and she hasn't been able to answer it until now. I said you have to learn to be smart! But she thinks she is already very smart. But the facts have proven that many of the decisions she made were not very smart and even made her pay a heavy price. She began to reflect on herself. She didn't sleep all night, just reflecting on the stupid things she did from the time she was a few years old to when she was a teenager. Because I constantly teach her and train her, she finally realized something.

The word realize is also used by many Buddhists. In Journey to the West, Wukong (悟空), Wuneng (悟能), and Wujing (悟净) all like to use the word realize (悟). Realize (悟) consists of a heart (忄) and I (吾), which means to understand in your heart. Do you really understand in your heart? If you have been discerning good and evil for decades, that is not going back to the starting point, that is getting close to the end. So she couldn't sleep, and she reflected on it. It would have been so much better if I had done that back then, but there is no regret medicine in this world.

Money cannot solve people's problems in this world, and medical care cannot solve people's problems either. Many people ask me, why do we still need hospitals if we have Jesus? I was thinking, one of my classmates stayed in the hospital for three months, getting the best treatment, the best doctors, and the best medicines, but he still couldn't get out of bed. Later, I prayed for an hour, and he jumped up and down. I was thinking, of course hospitals have a reason to exist, because hospitals are prepared for those who do not believe.

As for a person with faith, if the power of Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead flows out of you, do you still need a hospital? So the key to solving problems is to be able to stand higher, see farther, and see clearly what the essence of living is. Many voices, one generation comes and another goes, the waves of the Yangtze River push the front waves, and the front waves die on the beach. That's how it is.

The Spirit Realm is Very Real

The spirit realm is very real. If we don't know the reality of the spirit realm, we will think that people can live well as long as they work hard. Then let me tell you, which person in prison is not shrewd? Which person is not trying hard to live? People are all working hard. In this vast world, people come and go, constantly exchanging blows. But people are still living in vanity.

In fact, things in the spirit realm are real. We live in this world, and it is all a manipulation from the spirit realm. Because my research on the spirit realm is really deep, I am not fooling everyone. I often see the operations in the spirit realm. Once, a person came to the meeting, went to the toilet, and when he came back, his waist couldn't move.

I said this is troublesome. Someone came to our church and went to the toilet, and when they came back, their waist couldn't move. Oh my gosh, this is too tangled. But I said, I can handle this. I can get it better with one prayer. But the result was that the prayer didn't work, and it was a lot of trouble. Then I said, God! I don't know what to do. God showed me a picture, seeing a bronze-colored dragon wagging its tail in the air, and then, I saw that wagging tail, and with a snap, it whipped the sister's waist. This sister actually did a lot of spiritual things, going to Thailand and Indonesia.

Then I began to strike the evil spirit behind it, and as a result, the waist quickly got better. That was the last time she came to church, and she never came again. Why? Because that evil spirit can not only whip people but also deceive people. What I mean is that the situation we live in today has a lot to do with the spirit realm. You say this waist pain, does it have anything to do with the spirit realm? It does. Everything in our lives has something to do with the spirit realm.

Once when I was casting out demons, I asked it, Confess honestly, what bad things have you done! It confessed to me, and I asked it, Did you cause my brother's car accident? It said, I passed by there, and when I saw him driving there, I blew a breath, and then your brother's car rolled into the cliff.

The devil is really bad! People are born and die in this world, how many people can see through it? If you can't see things in the spirit realm, people are just messing around in this world. I'm not fooling everyone at all. Car accidents, accidents, life and death are all closely related to the spirit realm.

Some time ago, I searched online, and someone told me that after a person dies, on the road to the underworld, you will meet an old woman who gives you a bowl of soup. If you drink it, you will become confused, and you will forget everything from the past. When I was leading worship in the past, because I couldn't sing, I came across a singing training class, so I went to learn. The first song he taught me was Give Me a Cup of Forgetfulness Potion. The song Forgetfulness Potion is probably similar to this Meng Po soup. This is a joke I'm telling you.

Later, my mother often traveled back and forth in the spirit realm. Sometimes she came back, sometimes she passed away, and sometimes she came back again. After she came back, she told me that she often saw an old woman. This old woman often came to her, but she didn't drink that water. Then my mother also saw many things in the spirit realm.

In fact, I have seen many things in the spirit realm since I was a child. When I was a child, probably when I was in elementary school, the school had a holiday, and I went to the countryside to play because my uncle's family was in the countryside. During the Chinese New Year, the adults gave the children a few cents of lucky money. In those days, a few cents was a lot of money. Four children were playing cards there, and one of them kept losing and couldn't afford to lose anymore, so he hid two incense sticks and sat by the clock. Do you know what sitting by the clock means? In our day, mantle clocks were quite fashionable, large faced clocks. He inserted two incense sticks and fiddled with them, saying, May the gods protect me and things like that.

Then, a woman and a group of little ghosts came in and said, I'm bored staying here, come play cards with me. But the four of them didn't want to go, so the group of little ghosts went up and grabbed them away. After a little while, the adults pushed the door open and saw that the four children were lying there, all breathless, grabbed away.

At that time, people carried needles with them, and they went up and poked them all over, at the philtrum, the hegu point, poking them all over, and the children woke up. After waking up, the story they told was quite scary! They said that a woman, with a name and a surname, calling herself so-and-so, came to ask them to play cards, but they didn't go, so they were kidnapped.

They arrived at a river, and there was a bridge on the river. Suddenly, those little ghosts released them, and they came back, that's how it was. Once they crossed that bridge, it was probably over. What happened? Those adults inquired about the woman, what her name was, what her last name was, and they found out clearly that she was a girl in her 20s who had died in another village a few kilometers away.

Of course, when I saw this kind of thing when I was a child, I didn't really understand what was going on. There were so many things going on in that village, like rope skipping and all kinds of things. That is to say, things in this spirit realm are very real. People who have lived for 50 or 60 years have basically experienced this kind of spiritual things. Don't think that it doesn't exist. Look at us Chinese businessmen, many people have things enshrined in their homes. If you ask them if it works, they will tell you a lot of stories.

Why do so many people believe in Feng Shui and believe in these things? Because it's real. A video from a well-known TV station in China studied a wizard in western Hunan. This wizard took a rooster, nailed a nail into the rooster's head, and the rooster lost its breath. Then, he performed magic! When he pulled the nail out, the rooster actually came back to life!

That was a program filmed by the TV station. I wasn't there in person. If I was there, I think I would definitely be bewildered. How is that possible? Later, they didn't believe it, so they bought another rooster. It's not that the Taoist priest's own prepared rooster didn't count. The reporter from the TV station bought another lively rooster from the market. What happened? This time, the Taoist priest split the rooster's head open and showed it to the reporter, and then continued to perform magic. The chicken came back to life again. Then, when they looked at the cut, it had just healed. Oh my gosh, I was watching a TV program, swiping on Douyin to find it. If I had been there, I might have been even more shocked.

You might ask, do you also swipe on Douyin? Yes, I occasionally swipe on Douyin a little. But don't swipe on Douyin all day just because I occasionally swipe on Douyin. I know some children swipe on Douyin all day long.

What We Believe is the Power of God

Do people really understand this world? If you don't know that the spirit realm is real and that living is just a shadow of the spirit realm, you cannot live well. As the saying goes, We cannot see the true face of Mount Lu, because we are in the mountain. Today we must see through it. If we see through it, we will seek the truth. If we seek it, we will surely find it. What are we seeking? Seeking what it means to be alive.

Once we find the meaning of living, we will know that the world we live in today is a spiritual world. In this spiritual world, there is a wonderful salvation and a wonderful plan. This plan is to save us from the road to destruction and let us enter into His glory.

Why did Jesus Christ rise from the dead? Why could Jesus Christ raise people from the dead when He was alive? Why did Jesus Christ heal all kinds of diseases? What does this mean? It means that life is in Him, in Jesus Christ. In Singapore, when Christians die, they send out a large elegiac couplet: Life is in me, and resurrection is also in me. These are the words in the Gospel of John.

So do we really know? God controls everything. What exactly is God's plan? God's plan is to build a victorious church, to build the body of Jesus Christ. Then the power of Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead will be manifested in us. Can such a person not live well? Many people regard me as a master, including my classmates, who regard me as a master. But, whether master or junior master, the power of Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead comes upon us. We will surely receive power, and we will testify to the way that Jesus Christ preached. Miracles and wonders are proof of God's way.

If the miracles that God performs through your hands are as many as the miracles that I perform, you will find that life and death are just such a thing, and the essence of human life is such a thing. So brothers and sisters, in the spirit realm, take up the authority that Jesus Christ has given us and trample on the power of the underworld. Through spiritual warfare, through building a victorious church, release the captive souls and strike the enemy, the devil! Let all these people who are about to perish be able to enter into God's kingdom and enter into the eternal life that God has prepared. So this gospel is the power of God.

Your faith does not depend on the wisdom of men. What did Paul say in the Bible? Paul said:

My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power. (1 Corinthians 2:4-5)

If our faith can be built on the power of Jesus Christ, are there any problems that cannot be solved? No problem can hinder God's power. No problem will not be trampled under our feet, because we rely on the power of Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead. We build a victorious church, and we become part of the body of Jesus Christ. Why do some churches still have so many problems? Because the church is not victorious, because it is not in the body of Jesus Christ. If it is not in the body of Jesus Christ, how can it effectively do healing and deliverance?

Paying the Price to Build a Victorious Church

We are not preaching a cheap gospel. We are preaching a gospel that requires sacrifice. If we truly believe, we will truly pay the price without any complaints. Because we were born for this, and we will die for this. The matter of life and death is outside of us. This is our Mingding Destiny. So paying the price is a very normal thing. I can't wait to return to Jesus Christ sooner, to rest from the toils of this world. But as long as I live every day, I will pay the price of my life for Jesus Christ. I offer myself as a living sacrifice, completely dedicated to God.

Some people say, how can we live if we pay such a price? Why can't we live? I see you tinkering with this and that, doing a lot of things, raising three children, and they are getting sick in turn. And then? Your husband is playing computer games there. Aren't you very helpless? I ask back, how do you live living in the toil and trouble of this world? How exactly do you live! When you get old, you are still toiling and troubled, manipulated by evil spirits, toiling and troubled all your life. Is there any meaning in that?

I think my way of living is better. Why? Because the power of Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead is on me. That is really amazing.

When we were renovating, a sister fell off a ladder and couldn't walk. I said come over, I grabbed her leg, prayed, and commanded her pelvis to loosen, and it got better in a few moments! Sometimes I have to pray for more than 20 minutes, but that's okay! It's better than a hundred days of broken bones.

One hundred days becomes one day, one day becomes one hour, one hour is better than one day, and one minute is even better than one hour. Do you have the power of Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead? Why exactly do you live? Working to make money, making money to have babies, making money to cure diseases, I really don't understand, what is the meaning of living like this? Therefore, I give a suggestion to the brothers and sisters among us, from now on, can we be determined to live for Jesus Christ?

Obtaining the power of Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead and trampling on the enemy, the devil, this is building a victorious church, this is our Mingding Destiny. So it says in Revelation:

They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.

Let me tell you something that will break your heart. If you love your life, you cannot be a Christian. If you are willing to lay down your life for Jesus Christ, you will surely receive a hundredfold in this life and eternal life in the life to come. If you have this kind of determination to pay the price, I tell you, the church you build will surely be a victorious church.

So in the days to come, I have an idea. My idea is to constantly train preachers like me. If you are willing, I want you to obtain the entire logical system of Chinese Mingding Destiny, which is a logical system of living for Jesus and dying for Jesus.

Then you say how should we live? That's how we live. I want these preachers to be like me, building God's victorious church in this world, releasing the captive souls, no longer a powerless gospel, but a powerful gospel. Start to know that the church in these last days will manifest the glory of God and far exceed the churches of all past generations. Because the Bible says very clearly that the glory of the latter days will be greater than the glory of the former days. The Apostle Paul built the foundation well, and today we continue to build on it. How could there not be the glory of God? Can we begin to have this kind of determination to build a church with glory that exceeds the glory of all past generations?

Striving Diligently is Our Responsibility

You ask me if I am willing to offer myself to God, of course I am willing, because if it were not for God, I would not be in this world long ago. The revelation of building a victorious church is all in Revelation. Because we only have these few lectures, we cannot explain it so fully, but I did write a detailed Bible study on Revelation. Because one book is too thick, it is divided into two parts, called The Revelation of Building a Victorious Church. If you are willing, you can take it and read it.

The most important point of the revelation of the victorious church is to overcome the schemes of the devil. In chapters 1, 2, and 3 of Revelation, what is the most repeated sentence? That is, To the one who is victorious... Then what about the one who is not victorious? It doesn't say! Don't think that just because I am saved, I don't need to be victorious. Actually, being victorious and being saved are the same thing. But if you don't agree, it doesn't matter, you can be unwilling to be victorious. But as for me, I think it is better to be victorious.

Many people think that they can just go to heaven and be a cleaner. If you expect yourself to be like this, casually, then you may not even have the opportunity to go to heaven and be a cleaner in the end. If you just wander around, you will end up wandering into hell. Moreover, heaven does not need cleaners, heaven is full of children of God. So we must strive diligently according to God's standards. Striving diligently and not knowing what will happen is still okay, but not striving diligently is a matter of life and death.

Striving diligently is our responsibility. So brothers and sisters, I will lead you to read Revelation, I will read it to you:

When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand on me and said: “Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades. “Write, therefore, what you have seen, what is now and what will take place later. The mystery of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand and of the seven golden lampstands is this: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches. (Revelation 1:17-20)

What is this passage talking about? It is talking about our Jesus Christ, who is the First and the Last. What does it mean? He is the beginning of human history and the end of human history. All things were created for Jesus, and all things belong to Jesus Christ, united with God. If we look at it from a higher perspective, we will find that the chapter in human history is a chapter on the history of the victorious church, and the history of the victorious church opens every chapter in human history.

Do Not Lose Your First Love for God

Let us examine the letters written to the seven churches. The seven stars are the messengers of the seven churches, each responsible for their respective church. The spiritual condition of the church is closely related to its messenger. Is that clear? It is not written to seven churches, but to the spiritual leaders of seven churches. What does it say to the messenger of the church in Ephesus?

The initial love is critical. Have you noticed that many believers become jaded over time? When they first believe, they are filled with excitement, God loves them, and they love God. After a few years, they get hurt by brothers and sisters in the church, and after going through the mill, they become jaded.

They get hurt in the church, speak a lot about discerning good and evil, and then start noticing that many things are not right. Consequently, they abandon their first love. So today I tell you, if you want to build a victorious church, you must triumph in this area. Is that clear?

We may have toiled for God's name, and we can endure without growing weary, doing everything with great enthusiasm. But if you lose your first love, your work becomes burdensome. Living and working become difficult, serving in the church makes you even more tired, and everything starts to fall apart. Then you slowly drift away, leave the church, and look for another one.

Those who leave our church and go to another church all have one thing in common: they ask the pastor if there are any ministries, and if the pastor says no, they look down on the church and regret their decision. They feel embarrassed to return, but staying there feels subpar, and they find it hard!

So never abandon your first love. Do you know how people in love feel? Living is all about feelings, and if you have that initial love for God in your heart, you will always feel good. I say this to provoke those who find everything meaningless, like those who have hit the seven-year itch in marriage. After seven years, they go out and experiment, and things spiral out of control. It is a deadly trap. Those who are not married want to get married, and those who are married experience the seven-year itch.

What does this mean? It means whether or not people can maintain a loving relationship with God. Is that clear? Brothers and sisters, the devil wants us to feel hurt and abandon our first love. If you and I want to attain our Mingding Destiny, we must get through this.

It is indeed difficult. If you want to find faults in me, you can find plenty. My words are harsh, I poke at sore spots, and I say things you do not want to hear, making you feel bad. So I think whether we can get through this depends on whether we truly have a Mingding Destiny. If we do, we can hold on to it.

Being Faithful to God Until Death

Why can those who truly have a Mingding Destiny hold on to their first love for God? Because we live for it, we are born for it, and we die for it. Isn't it simple? No matter when, no matter where, we live for God, taking our Mingding Destiny as the foundation of our lives. Will you still be bothered by what others say?

I think this is a critical matter. If not, if you live for your family and die for your family, you will not be able to build a victorious church, nor will you be able to solve the problems you face. Is that clear? Let me give you an answer: after establishing a glorious church, many problems will be solved. Not only can the problems of this life be solved, but also the problems of eternal life.

I would rather be killed for God's sake than die of cancer, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and then die weakly. If I die for God, it is glorious. If I die for my own sins, there is no glory, it is a curse, it is a punishment. If you do not wake up in the curse, it is even more abominable.

So are we willing to pay the price for Jesus Christ? He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will grant to eat from the tree of life, which is in the Paradise of God. If we are given the fruit of the tree of life to eat, will we not attain life? All good things concerning life will happen to us. We feel great inside, but we do not live by feelings, but because we have a Mingding Destiny within us.

The devil will also kill us. Do not think the devil will not kill us. The Apostle Peter was crucified, and the Apostle Paul was beheaded. Did they not die for Jesus Christ? Even Jesus Christ himself was crucified. Our God has opened a way to eternal life for us, at the cost of this life.

If we are willing to offer ourselves and be faithful until death, that is good! So in the second church, called Smyrna, it says:

And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write, 'These things says the First and the Last, who was dead, and came to life: I know your works, tribulation, and poverty (but you are rich); and I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death.' (Revelation 2:8-11)

This is very clear. Do you have the mindset of being faithful until death? People are supposed to die anyway, so it does not matter whether it is early or late. Some people may live to be eighty or ninety years old, or develop Alzheimer's and play with feces. What kind of life is that?

So if you cannot see through this and always think living is good, then I congratulate you. I wish you a long life. But if someone wishes me a long life, I would tell them to get lost, cursing me to live to a hundred years old. I want to live to eternal life. Is 100 years long? You fool, you think living to a hundred years is a good thing? In our concept, living to a hundred years is the same as living to eighty years, thirty years, or even being a stillborn.

Living is a simple thing, isn't it? People who try to preserve their lives will lose them, people who try to preserve their children will lose them, people who try to preserve their jobs will lose them, and people who try to preserve everything will lose everything. Only by preserving God and building a victorious church can we gain everything.

So people must see through this. Do you really understand? Although I am not very old, I live very clearly. I understand life and death. Do you think I am afraid of death? There is no fear of death in me. It is said that man is iron, and rice is steel, but I do not care if I have one meal or no meal. Sometimes I eat half a meal a day, sometimes two meals, sometimes three meals, and I am fine with it.

Some people think they must ensure seven hours of sleep. Have you ensured it? What are you ensuring? You take a bottle of sleeping pills, and it gets worse and worse. I do not want to ensure that. Sometimes I only sleep for 1 hour, sometimes I can sleep for 12 hours, sometimes I sleep for 20 hours. I have not had a good night's sleep for so many days, and I do not care. What beauty sleep before 11 o'clock? I do not even care about death anymore, why would I care about beauty sleep? Some people are very concerned about beauty sleep, but by the time they are in their 50s, their faces have collapsed.

In life, we control what we can control, and we let go of what we cannot control. Joseph was sold into Egypt. Can you control that? Isn't it? People sell you into Egypt, and you have no say. We must have a heart to suffer for God, then we will receive the crown of life. Suffering for ourselves has no glory. In my life, there is a beautiful hope, which is to attain the crown of life.

Paul's words often encourage me. No matter how difficult, even if I feel terrible in my heart, I do not care. Actually, there are many times when I feel terrible, but I am faithful until death. Why? Because I am very clear in my mind that it is my destiny. I long for the day when I finally finish my earthly journey, keep the faith, fight the good fight, and pass through the beautiful days.

Throughout my life, although I have experienced many hardships and tribulations, each time they have failed to deprive me of my destiny. That is the reason I live, the pursuit of my life. So when I get to God, I will say, God, I am here, I want to receive the crown of life. So I want to encourage everyone, if you have the same ambition as me, then all the problems in this world will immediately become small problems.

Diligently Deal With The Love of Money, The Love of The World

However, many people in this world follow the teaching of Balaam. Do you know the story of Balaam? Balaam thought it was meaningless to be a poor preacher, and then he was tempted by money and came up with a bad idea for the enemies of Israel, putting a stumbling block in front of the Israelites, causing them to commit adultery and eat things sacrificed to idols. Even the donkey he rode spoke out. There are many preachers who serve God for money.

If you do not see through wealth in building a victorious church, people will run for money, then how can you serve God? The Bible says it so clearly, you cannot serve both Mammon and God. I think Balaam was foolish. What can money solve? Money can solve very few problems. But God can solve many problems. God can solve all our problems! But why do people follow the teaching of Balaam? It is because they have not seen through life and death, and they take the things of this life too seriously.

I encourage you, do not take the things of this life so seriously! If you take the things of this life very seriously, if you are a businessman, you will be a profiteer, if you are a government official, you will be a corrupt official. If you really put down the things of this life, you are truly walking on the path of serving the people.

Serving this generation and releasing people from bondage and oppression is a blessing to this generation. I am speaking from the bottom of my heart. This generation needs people who give themselves. We must say with certainty that the transformation of the Chinese people from the sick man of East Asia to the powerful nation we are today is indeed due to the dedication of many people.

In the early years, those old revolutionaries really shed their blood and sacrificed their lives, but today, people are drilling into money, which is a deadly trap. Hospitals are full of people, and people are living worse and worse, because people are living for this life. When we were young, there was not so much cancer? There was not so much diabetes? Very few. If you live for this life and live for this life, you will also die for this life, and people cannot live well in this life. It is very hard.

If you live for eternal life, live for eternal life, die for eternal life, live to build God's glorious church, and become a blessing to this generation, then I tell you, you cannot but live out God's glory, and God's glory will surely be manifested through you! So recently, I preached a sermon, Arise and shine, we must become the light of this generation, and when people see us, they bring their problems to us, because this is a church where God is present, a victorious church.

We are a group of people who are faithful until death, a group of people who do not run for money, but God never mistreats us, and the church is becoming more and more prosperous. So I think the church still has many lessons to learn. What lessons? That is to know what methods Satan uses to deceive people.

Overcoming The Dark Power of Control

In the church of Thyatira, there is a situation of control. Jezebel is a kind of preacher who dominates others. They obey the teachings of Jezebel, so we begin to walk out of this situation. In fact, we have all walked a path of love, faith, diligence, patience, and doing many good deeds, so it says in Revelation 2:19-20:

I know your works, love, service, faith, and your patience; and as for your works, the last are more than the first. Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. (Revelation 2:19-20)

Do not be like this. I know the situation of many preachers. He manages many people, and his wife manages him. Behind this is a very serious problem. Ahab managed the kingdom of Israel, and he was managed by his wife Jezebel. This is the origin of Jezebel. Jezebel was his queen, and the queen managed her husband, and her husband managed Israel.

In fact, the territory of Israel at that time was still very large. The economy of the country of Israel was very prosperous, but this does not explain anything. Jezebel is still Jezebel, and she has received heavy judgment from God. So I tell you, there are many things in the church today that dominate each other.

In our church, pastors and sheep do not dominate each other. There is no relationship of domination among us. There is a relationship of love among us. I never coerce everyone. Until today, I told my co-workers: If you want to start your own business in the future, I will bless you, and I will not coerce you to stay. Why am I willing to train more preachers? Not because of anything else, but because I want to pass on God's love. Domination is never a solution to the problem, the key is to pass on God's love.

So brothers and sisters, it is not because you have the ability to stay with us, if you do not have the ability, I will kick you out, it is not like that. If you are willing to pursue, come and run with us! You rarely hear me talk about obedience. I never think that administrative obedience is an effective obedience. What are we talking about? It is that people are willing to follow you, rather than being coerced or controlled.

For example, among us, those who are healed, after they are healed, they can do whatever they want. I will never morally kidnap anyone. But those who are willing to build a glorious church with me, who are willing to take on the destiny and become a blessing to this generation, we will run together. In the church, Jezebel is a very common situation, that is, domination and control. For example, someone leaves the church, and then the people in the church visit the person's home every day, making the person afraid to leave, and finally they go back. Is that love? That is not love.

So our brothers and sisters should know:

And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations-- 'He shall rule them with a rod of iron; They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter's vessels'--as I also have received from My Father; and I will give him the morning star. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. (Revelation 2:26-29)

The problem of Jezebel is a matter of authority. Do not give authority to others, and do not be coerced by others. This is a trick of the devil, which is very powerful.

Thoroughly Deal With The Desire For Vain Glory

Then it goes on to talk about the church of Sardis, which talks about the desire for vain glory, the name is alive but actually dead, this thing is actually very deadly. So our brothers and sisters should start to pursue being real people, being people with flesh and blood, and also being living people with a soul. If we believe the gospel of Jesus Christ without any power, and we only talk about the doctrines, what is the use?

When you see others living out the word of God and believing with power, and you still think they are heretics, isn't that strange? It is similar to the Pharisees crucifying Jesus back then, criticizing and judging, thinking that Jesus Christ is not real and does not obey the law of Moses. They do not know that the God who gave the law of Moses has come alive among them, making the blind see and the lame walk, but they cannot see these things. Isn't this very strange?

Some time ago, I received a Christian from the United States, and his logic left me speechless. I was really speechless, without ability, not like Jesus, but thought he was preaching the pure gospel. Isn't this very strange? I challenge those who are completely unlike Jesus, is the gospel you preach really pure? I also challenge those who have no appearance of Paul at all, just talking about some doctrines, can that be the pure gospel?

The desire for vain glory is very deadly, not grasping the essence, and not wanting to pursue, just thinking that they know, isn't this self-righteous? So brothers and sisters, when reading this Book of Revelation, you should really think carefully, people should be alert, is that clear?

Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God. Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you. You have a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white, for they are worthy. He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. (Revelation 3:2-6 NKJV)

Do you have such a problem on your body? If you do, you should be alert and repent. The name is alive, but it is actually dead. This is not difficult to understand. It is just an appearance without the appearance of Jesus Christ, nor the substance of Jesus Christ. This cannot go on. It is just living in a lie.

Restore The Burning Hearts Within Us

Another one is the church of Laodicea, which is neither cold nor hot, is that clear? Christians living in neither cold nor hot is a very deadly thing. They are usually quite prosperous, and they travel when they have money. Churches will encounter this situation. Are there any people in our midst who are neither cold nor hot? You must restore your burning heart. I tell you, living a small life can completely lose your destiny. Can a Christian who has lost his destiny build a victorious church? No.

When you are rich and unwilling to serve the Lord willingly, God will let you serve the enemies He sends. So our brothers and sisters should walk out of this situation.

Therefore be zealous and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. (Revelation 3:19-22 NKJV)

This is the victorious church, and the victorious church has opened a chapter in human history.

And I saw a strong angel proclaiming in a loud voice, 'Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll?' But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll or even look inside it. Then I wept with grief because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside. But one of the twenty-four elders said to me, 'Stop weeping! Look, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the heir to David's throne, has won the victory. He is worthy to open the scroll and break its seven seals.' (Revelation 5:1-5 NLT)

This refers to Jesus Christ and His victorious church, because Jesus Christ is the head, and the body of Jesus Christ is the church. Therefore, in the last days, God will open the seven seals with Jesus Christ through His church. As these seven seals are opened, human history will continue to move forward. Why did Jesus Christ write the Book of Revelation to us? It is to tell us that this word is related to us, that we will overcome with Jesus Christ and open the chapter of mankind together.

Therefore, may God bless everyone and keep everyone, and let everyone have such an ambition, that the glory of God will fill the whole earth, and the church of God will manifest His glory. This church is like that written in Ephesians, without curses and without various diseases, a victorious church!

When we read the Old Testament and hear about Jerusalem, many people think it is the Jerusalem of Israel today. Those who pray for the peace of Jerusalem will be blessed, and this refers to the church today. Let us use our ambitions to build the heavenly Jerusalem. In the future, God will bring the victorious Jerusalem from heaven to earth, just as the last book of Revelation says, the new holy city and the new heaven and new earth.
