Upon completing primary school, an individual must immediately undergo skills training. There must be a purposeful and directed plan. In the United States, many youth by the age of eighteen or nineteen are already highly proficient software experts. The key to survival lies in acquiring the ability to learn, which in turn secures the skills necessary to earn a living.
Capability:
Capability is forged through actual work. (For instance, Brother CW’s Excel skills were honed on the job; he never received formal training.)
A mature confidence in a specific skill consists of two things:
- The conviction that "I can do this."
- Even when facing the unknown, the unwavering belief that "I will still figure out how to do it."
The capability for sales (the absolute belief that one can excel in sales).
A mature faith is the key to capability.
The Key to Learning is Application in Real Projects
- Voluntary learning yields the greatest results. A real-world project generates the most urgent, practical need.
- He who hears my words and puts them into practice is a wise man.
The Essence of Learning Ability is the Exercise of Faith
Practice makes perfect. By applying acquired skills in actual projects, one achieves mastery through relentless practice.
How to boldly execute and practice one's skills within real-world projects will be the core focus of future learning.
