1) Design Philosophy

  • Framework

Our curriculum design revolves around four dimensions of serving people: breaking down the carnal, breaking down spiritual oppression, learning the Word of God, and applying it in life. We also divide these four dimensions into two categories: one is how to solve one's own problems (targeting seekers and believers), and the other is how to help lead people to solve their problems (at the level of elite soldiers and leaders). Disciples are in between and can take courses as needed.

Our overall design philosophy is based on putting the Word of God into practice. We focus not only on theory but also on application. In application, we come to know God, recognize His attributes, and receive His good, perfect, and pleasing will. All theological concepts are learned not in teaching theological concepts but in application. We integrate theological concepts into application-oriented courses.

Some may ask, how will you establish the foundation of faith? The answer is: we establish the foundation of faith through systematic Bible study. These courses are not to solve theological problems but to solve our problems through the application of God's Word, and to practice God's Word in solving our problems!

  • Online Teaching and Videos

All courses should have formal courseware, PPTs, reference materials, homework exercises, and related video and audio. Videos are limited to within 15 minutes, preferably within 10 minutes. Each course is divided into many small topics, each of which is a video of about 10 minutes. At the end of the video, homework should be assigned.

  • Improving the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Servants is Key

Our design should be based on the principles of high efficiency and high effectiveness, greatly reducing the repetitive work of servants. Systematically organize courseware content and develop personalized training courses for each individual according to their needs.

  • Personalized Training Concept

Our design philosophy is modular design. Each module can be reused. Servants can select templates and systematically train those they serve according to the needs of those they serve so that they can be trained to become servants of others.

  • Learning Management System

We will use a learning management system as a platform. All courseware design needs to be adapted to the learning management system platform.

2) Teaching Philosophy

  • Heuristic Teaching Model

Our teaching is not cramming. We enlighten students through questions, inspire them to think, and apply what they have learned in a flexible way. Training people's thinking ability, comprehension ability, and application ability is our teaching philosophy!

  • Active Learning Mode

Learning is not taught, it is learned. We will do our best to help students learn how to learn. We adopt a student-centered approach with teachers providing guidance from the side.

  • Learning in the Practice of Ministry

Our various ministries are platforms for exposing your internal problems. Through the practice of ministry, we implement what we have learned and remove bad habits. We grow in service.

  • Interactive Learning Model with Pastors

Interaction with pastors is key. Our design philosophy is to have students do homework and pastors grade it as a way to interact.

3) Seeker and Believer Series

  • From Seeker to Believer (101 Course)

  • How to Pray (Praying in tongues, being filled with the Holy Spirit, praying through scripture, prolonged prayer, group prayer, seeking the Kingdom of God)

  • How to Read the Bible (Basic principles of reading the Bible, how to discern God's will, how to act on God's Word, how to mix with faith)

  • How to Evangelize (Bearing witness, leading people to church, leading people to be filled with the Holy Spirit, leading people to experience God)

  • Understanding the Essence of Carnality (Lusts, spiritual blindness, human-centered thinking)

  • Dealing with Bad Habits (Recognizing one's own problems, the direction of prayer, the formation of habits, doing specific things)

  • Breaking Spiritual Oppression (What is oppression, the spirit behind oppression, the spirit controlling the family, the direction of prayer, preparing for deliverance)

  • Financial Management (See Taipei Life Cultivation Course)

  • Time Management (Develop independently, referring to some related books, simplifying course content, practical application)

  • Project Management (Practical project management, setting priorities, dealing with complex problems, team management, task management, meeting management)

  • Stress Management (The source of stress, understanding stress, improving stress resistance, solutions to stress)

  • Marriage and Family (See Blessed Marriage, focusing on storytelling as much as possible)

  • Cultivating Learning Ability (The concept of lifelong learning, the concept of daily progress, the habit of speed reading, the ability to search for information, the ability to digest information, the ability and habit of thinking, the ability to summarize information, making learning plans)

  • Cultivating Work Ability (Interpersonal relationships, superior-subordinate relationships, how to overcome challenging environments, how to deal with difficult bosses, how to see opportunities at work, handling technically passive situations, innovation and improvement, accumulating experience, indirect experience)

  • Basic Concepts of Career Planning (How to write a resume, how to interview, setting career direction, the role of faith, emotion management, time management, the myth of interest, the harm of perfectionism)

4) Elite Soldier and Leader Series

  • Qualities and Characteristics of a Leader (Strong, courageous, wise, art of speaking, ability to build relationships, ability to receive and transmit visions, good subordinate, practical, specific, learning ability, teaching ability)

  • How to Shepherd (Core issues of shepherding - four dimensions, leader authority issues, building shepherding relationships, strong and courageous character, facing conflict, handling conflict, using conflict, transforming people, preventing the spread of toxins, one-on-one, one-to-many, how to use ministry to shape people, examining people's problems of rebellion, problems of discerning good and evil)

  • How to Lead Bible Study (Establishing a system of faith, recognizing the order of truth, dealing with the spirit of speculation, how to ask questions, how to lead discussions, how to prepare summary sermons, how to make sermons attractive, how to assign homework, how to annotate homework)

  • How to Break Spiritual Oppression (Exercising faith, the work of the Holy Spirit, rejecting the concept of works-based, living a holy life, being a person of prayer, receiving anointing, striving to be holy, desiring spiritual gifts, discerning spirits, emulating and practicing, dealing with fear, removing the misconceptions of healing and deliverance)

  • How to Transform Carnal People (How to deal with worldly value systems, how to communicate missions, manifestations of carnality)

  • How to Help Disciples Manage Finances Well (Practicing the experience of financial management courses, how to teach financial management courses, developing good financial habits, the habit of giving)

  • How to Help Disciples Manage Time Well (Teaching that time is sanctified, teaching that efficiency is key, discovering areas of inefficiency, personal time management counseling, discovering problems with priorities, discovering tendencies toward perfectionism, teaching people how to set goals, adjusting people's bad habits)

  • How to Help Disciples Manage Emotions (Understanding emotions, the spiritual roots of emotion, how to build a person's faith, how to counsel, guiding people to walk the path of faith)

  • Career Planning and Management (How to help people write resumes, how to coach people in interviews, discover people's strengths and weaknesses, and guide people in setting goals)

  • How to counsel on issues in marriage and relationships (Search for relevant materials, combine with other courses above, and apply flexibly)

5) Course Design Template

Each course is divided into many lessons. Each lesson elaborates on a specific problem. Through the problem, the logic and rules behind it are drawn out. By understanding the rules, one can apply them universally. A courseware is divided into the following key parts:

我们的课程设计围绕服侍人的四个层面:破除属肉体的东西,破除属灵的辖制,学习神的话语,生活中的应用。我们也把这四个层面划分为两类,一类是如何解决自己的问题(针对慕道和信徒阶段),另一类是如何帮助带领人解决他们的问题(精兵和领袖的层面)。门徒是介于两者之间,可以按照需要来上课程。 我们整体设计的理念是以行出神的话为设计的根本理念。不单单注重理论,而是更加注重应用方面。在应用中,认识神,认识神的属性,领受神善良纯全可喜悦的旨意。所有的神学观念,都不是在教导神学观念中学习,而是在应用中学习。我们把神学观念融在应用性的课程里。 有人会问,你们要怎样建立信仰的根基呢?答案是:我们是在系统查经中建立信仰的根基。这些课程不是解决神学问题,而是透过应用神的话,解决我们的问题,在解决我们的问题中实践神的话语! 所有的课程都要有正规的课件,PPT,参考资料,作业练习,和相关视频音频。视频都是限制在15分钟以内。最好在10分钟以内。每个课程是被切成很多和小题目,每个小题目都是一个10分钟左右的视频。视频结尾,要留下作业。 我们的设计要本着高效率,高效益的原则。大大降低服侍者的重复性工作。系统的组织课件内容,按照个人的需要,为每个人制定个性化的培训课程。 我们的设计理念是模块化设计。每个模块可以重复使用。服侍者可按照被服侍的人的需要,选择模板,系统的训练被服侍者。使被服侍者可以被训练成一个服侍的人。 我们会以学习管理系统为平台。所有课件的设计都是需要适应学习管理系统平台。

我们的教学不是填鸭式的教学。我们是透过问题,启发同学,激励他们思考,活学活用所学的知识。训练人的思考能力,理解能力,应用能力,是我们的教学理念! 学习不是教的,学习是学的。我们会竭力促使学生学会学习。我们采取以学生主动为中心,教师从侧面辅导的方法。 我们各样事工都是为了暴露你内在问题的平台。透过事工的操练,落实所学到的东西。除去身上的坏习惯。在服侍中成长。 与牧者互动是关键。我们设计的理念是使学生做作业,牧者判作业的方式互动。
