This was said by an insomnia patient who was healed among us. If you hadn't come among us, you would still be suffering from insomnia, which would lead to this disease and that, causing you hardship and suffering. If my demands were low, could you be healed by coming among us? It's impossible. If you are healed by coming among us, you should consider whether these people are doing things correctly, isn't it!

I believe the gospel Paul preached leads people from faith to faith, but these people are starting from faith and ending in disbelief, which is truly tragic. Faith grows little by little, not by immediately demanding high standards from you. However, as long as you are willing to grow, to restore the glorious image of God originally created in you, the demands will naturally become higher and higher, because it is to help you grow!

Look at many people, living like beasts, neither human nor ghostly, and their demands on themselves are quite low. Can they live well? Certainly not! You came among us because you were not living well, so why regret it now? If you regret it, you can leave. If you live poorly again after leaving, what should we do? We can receive you, or we can refuse you. God can care for you, or He can reject you. If you, like the Israelites in the wilderness, tempt God again and again, how can you possibly live well?

Discord means that our faith is corrupted. The way to sow discord is simply to make people recognize good and evil, so we must strive to deal with the knowledge of good and evil.

Q3: They risked their lives for me. Not only I but all the churches of the Gentiles are grateful to them. Teacher, I don't quite understand this passage.

This passage means that these two people put their lives at risk to protect Paul. Because those who were close to Paul often faced life-threatening situations, some felt it was too dangerous to be with him and stayed away. But these two built the church with Paul, and they faced many challenges, often risking their lives.

Paul said, Not only I but all the churches are grateful to them. This means that what they did was truly moving, and Paul had deep gratitude in his heart because they risked their lives for the service of Jesus Christ.

Q4: Faith grows little by little, so what about paying the price? Does it also start from paying small prices until a complete offering?

Yes. We see that our God first entrusts you with a small task in this process. If you are not faithful in small things, how can He entrust you with big things? Many Christians like to stay in very small things all the time. This level is not a very high level. Everyone should know that the gospel we believe is a gospel of striving, that we must always strive to be like Jesus.

Q5: In my work, I feel that I have done my best, but my reputation is still not good. I wear headphones to attend gatherings on evenings and Sundays, and my boss and those around me cannot accept me listening to sermons with headphones. What should I do?

Your question stumps me. A person who truly trusts in God is certainly someone who can live out the image of Jesus Christ. If we are full of religious flavor from head to toe, that is not a good way to solve problems.

What is the way? Living out the image of Jesus Christ is the way! If we only have religious appearance, but cannot solve any problems, your reputation cannot be good. If you ask me, I would like to ask you, do you have the likeness of Jesus Christ in you? If you don't have the likeness of Jesus Christ, but only wear headphones to attend gatherings, how can you have a good reputation? If you are incompetent in everything, you are doomed.

We must know one thing: if we have the image of God in us, we will certainly be a creative person; if we have the image of Jesus Christ in us, we will certainly be a very capable person! If we are a very capable person, who will not be convinced? Everyone will be convinced! Wow! This person is amazing.

If people feel that, oh! This person is terrible. Then even if you don't wear headphones to attend gatherings, people will see you as a pile of dog feces. There will never be such a thing in this world, that a person with the image of Jesus Christ will be a hateful person. In fact, your bad reputation has nothing to do with wearing headphones to attend gatherings. The problem is that you lack the glorious image of God!

People around Abraham regarded him as a great prince, and so did Isaac. People around them regarded them as great princes. If we don't have the image of God in us, but only wear headphones to attend gatherings, how can it not be terrible? So brothers and sisters, do you think you have really done your best just because you have done your best? If you really do well, your reputation must be good.

When I worked in the enterprise, everyone gave me a nickname, calling me Christian, because wherever I was, I would share the word of God whenever I had the opportunity. But in the eyes of the boss, I was definitely a good employee. When I changed jobs, it was always my direct boss who wrote me letters of recommendation. What about you? No. If a person truly believes, they will surely overcome. If a person truly believes in God's Word, they will implement it accordingly, and they will certainly overcome! All our problems arise from unbelief. I have written a book entitled Unbelief is the Root of All Problems, and I encourage you to buy a copy and read it. The Bible has never changed. What Paul says about overcoming and being saved is the same thing, just using two different terms. What is salvation? It is restoring the glorious image in which God created us. If we are living out the image of a demon, what good is that?

Q7: I envy those who have smooth businesses. When I do business, I often encounter problems. Is there a problem with my management, or is there some other reason?

Our brothers and sisters must know one thing: people live by every word that comes from the mouth of God, not by our business, work, or food. If we take many things too seriously, we will directly live under a curse. Living under a curse, how can you live well? In fact, the result of a person's life is a reflection of our thoughts and intentions, so guard your heart above all else, for it is the wellspring of life.

What is in our heart? That is the key! Our heart is filled with a lot of garbage, and what comes out is garbage. You say other people's businesses are doing well? That still cannot see through! In fact, just not being able to see through it is very tiring. So I want to encourage you to figure it out thoroughly.

Living should be a simple thing, but we live it very complicatedly. Even if there is no problem now, there will be problems in the future. It is normal for problems to arise. But when we understand what it means to live, and understand the essence of business, many things will be easily solved.

According to our own logic, what are we doing when we who labor so much for the Lord, and even Paul who was imprisoned for the Lord, experience trials? We must know what we are living for. People live and then die. Whether business is good or bad, that is it. So everyone should read Ecclesiastes carefully, be clear-headed, and it is most important to be blessed in doing things. After being blessed, then pay attention to the methods of doing things.

Q8: How should we understand the scripture about Rufus, chosen in the Lord, and his mother, who is also my mother?

If we are Abraham, God will remember our relatives for our sake. This is a great grace, so we must be Abraham in order to have God remember those we love. Relationships are very important. Having a close relationship with Paul makes it difficult not to be blessed.

If you read the Book of Philemon, you will find that Philemon was a very wealthy businessman. So how did he owe Paul? Because his business encountered great problems. Later, he met Paul, and his business turned around. He turned back from the edge of business failure, so he owed Paul a favor.
