【Sermon】Theology of Victory in Spiritual Warfare Series (2) - The Lord is a Warrior!

2026-05-10 98

Introduction

Good morning. We continue with the second part of the "Theology of Triumphant Warfare" series. This theology is of utmost importance. You know, we have a prayer that goes something like this: "In the name of Jesus, I command the pain to leave!" That is warfare. And then there are those who pray: "Lord, please heal me!" Many years ago, I conducted an experiment. I kept praying: "Lord, please remove this pain, Lord, Lord, Lord..." It did not work. Later, I commanded the pain to leave in the name of Jesus Christ! And it worked.

So I later discovered that we can obtain God's promises through triumphant warfare. The key reason why people cannot claim God's promises is that they are not victorious. Therefore, this is the second part of the "Theology of Triumphant Warfare" series: Jehovah is a Warrior. How wonderful that is! Some might say: "No, Jehovah is a General, Jehovah is a King, Jehovah is a Warrior, Jehovah is a Marshal." Wow, how wonderful, isn't it? This is a bit distant from our ordinary understanding. What does it mean that Jehovah is a Warrior?

Let me give you an example: "In the name of Jesus, I command the pain to leave, and the evil spirit behind the pain to leave." Do you know what happens? God Himself eliminates the spirit of pain. Do you understand? That is God, our God, He is a Warrior. He is not like the Jade Emperor we imagine, nor like the bosses we encounter in the workplace, is He?

This is particularly interesting. Who brought the Israelites out of Egypt? Our God. God Himself fought for His people. His people did nothing. Who parted the Red Sea, allowing the Israelites to cross as on dry ground? Our God, Jehovah is a Warrior, He was personally there to separate the waters. Why could the water be separated? Because it was upheld by God's mighty hand. Who buried the Egyptian generals and their soldiers under the Red Sea? Our God. So what in this world is more powerful than God?

Who died for us? Jesus Christ, our God, God Himself. Who bore the stripes? Our God. Who bore the punishment for us? Our God, isn't it? Usually, when we play Chinese chess, the general just moves around in that little square, with the advisors and elephants. That is our Chinese logical system. But if we were to play chess in the Kingdom of Heaven, that King would be formidable!

That King can move anywhere, kill everything. No one can checkmate Him. A chariot can capture your chariot, a pawn can capture your pawn. The most powerful is that general, isn't it? The chess invented by humans for warfare has the general hiding behind, the king hiding behind, and the soldiers charging forward, as if the soldiers are cannon fodder, isn't it?

When the Kuomintang fought, they set up a machine gun behind, with the enemy's machine gun in front, and the general's machine gun behind. The soldiers would die whether they retreated or charged forward. That is called cannon fodder, isn't it? Our God is not like that. He fights for us in front, paving the way for His people. Following Him, we will surely be victorious! When people are leaders, they tell you to do this and that, right? When God is the leader, He charges ahead Himself. All the actions are God's. Isn't it wonderful that we just draw on God's grace? God is the leader, He charges ahead Himself. In that case, what am I afraid of, isn't it? Why would I still be afraid when God is in front of me?

You know, there is a very good, and hilarious, account in "Journey to the West." Tang Sanzang and his disciples arrived at the Bi Bo Pool, the territory of the Nine-Headed Insect. The two little demons, Ben Bo Ba and Ba Bo Ben, had Ba Bo Ben captured by Sun Wukong. Ben Bo Ba scrambled back in a panic to find the Nine-Headed Insect. "Great King, Great King, Great King, bad news! I barely escaped from the hands of Tang Sanzang and his disciples."

Then, the Nine-Headed Insect said: "I will go and meet these four disciples." It turned out that the Nine-Headed Insect was the son-in-law of the Ten Thousand Saints Dragon King. The daughter of the Ten Thousand Saints Dragon King rolled her eyes and said: "Great King, I think you should not go yet. Send him instead." Then she turned to Ben Bo Ba and said: "Ben Bo Ba, I order you to capture Tang Sanzang and his disciples and bring them to me."

Ben Bo Ba said: "Oh my goodness, my monthly salary is only one thousand eight hundred. I am supposed to capture Tang Sanzang and his disciples?" He looked helpless. That reaction of Ben Bo Ba, I tell you, that scene, that reaction was absolutely hilarious, that expression was so funny.

If I were Ben Bo Ba, do you know what I would do? I would take a stroll first, right? Take a trip to West Lake in Hangzhou, right? Take a trip to Wuzhen, take a trip to the Suzhou gardens, and then come back: "Reporting to the Great King, I have thought of a solution." The boss says: "What solution have you thought of?" "I will go to the Supreme Lord Lao to get a magic weapon." The Great King says: "Good." Is there pressure? No pressure. But if you are Ben Bo Ba, and the boss asks you to do something you cannot do, do you feel pressured? Yes, you do.

So we often encounter this kind of thing in this world. We often act as Ben Bo Ba, and sometimes as Ba Bo Ben. You know? Usually, when we cast out demons, we face these little demons. These little demons are very difficult to deal with. The demon king sends these little demons to harass this person and that person. Then, they dwell in that person. Dwelling in that person, and coincidentally in a Chinese Mingding Doctrine church. Then, when we cast out that demon, oh my goodness, that expression is like that of Ba Bo Ben and Ben Bo Ba.

"Oh, anyway, I will die whether I go back or stay here. I might as well die in your hands." It is very interesting. So these little demons do not like to go out, do not like to go back. Do you know why? Because after those little demons go back, they cannot complete their mission. The demon king also torments them to death. Later, I discovered that this is how it is. Actually, no matter what they are, the power of the Lord Jesus' resurrection from the dead is with us. Jehovah is a Warrior, fighting for us in front. It is not that the demons listen to us, but that the demons cannot stand before God. The difficulty with little demons is that they will die whether they go back or stay. What do you do? I said, why did you come here? It said it was sent here and could not refuse. I said, if you were sent here, couldn't you take a detour to West Lake before going back? No, it cannot complete its mission if it goes back. I give it some small ideas, but it may not be able to use them.

Failing to complete the mission, that is the world of demons. But it is completely opposite to the world of our God. When we work in a company, what do we often see? The boss assigns tasks that cannot be completed to subordinates. Some time ago, a colleague, a colleague from decades ago, told me a story. We had the same boss, and another colleague said he was under great pressure.

The boss assigned a task that could not be completed, just like now—"You, go and develop an OpenAI for me." Can someone with a salary of one thousand eight hundred develop an OpenAI? "Go and develop a DeepSeek for me." Can someone with a salary of one thousand eight hundred develop that? So I am telling you, some people are under great pressure. But, I have God, don't I? I have God, God helps me, and in the end, it is actually okay.

Actually, I think today, our God is not like that. Our God did the most difficult things. Our God does not say, "You go and do this, you go and do that." It is our God who did it in front. I ask you, who descended to the underworld? Jesus Christ, incarnated and descended to the underworld. Who was nailed to the cross? Jesus Christ. Who rose from the dead, holding the keys to the underworld and death? Jesus Christ.

Our God has opened up a path of victory for us. This path is victorious, you just walk through it! He has opened up a path of victory because He is our way, truth, and life. How wonderful! Our God is not the Nine-Headed Insect. The Nine-Headed Insect sends Ben Bo Ba. Our God is not the Ten Thousand Saints Dragon King either. We are neither Ben Bo Ba nor Ba Bo Ben. Our God is a Warrior. Our God charges ahead to win victory for us!

Why is it so difficult for us to claim a victory today? We are so afraid. What are we afraid of? I don't know, I don't understand. Pastors are afraid of their congregation members, husbands are afraid of their wives, wives are afraid of their husbands, and some mothers are afraid of their children. Anyway, everyone is afraid of something, except for God. That is what is interesting.

By Jesus' stripes we are healed, isn't that what the Bible says? By Jesus' punishment we have peace, and by Jesus' blood we are redeemed. Which of these did you do? None of them. Our flesh, no matter how strong, is not stronger than God's power. I am telling you, having God is truly comforting. I regret to tell you that I still don't understand why people don't like to claim God's promises, don't like to claim God's victory. It is just claiming.

Yesterday, a sister shared her recent growth with me. She used to, I tell you, she is in her fifties, almost sixty. She used to run around to various churches. Running here and there, feeling anxious and confused, and after listening, she just didn't know, feeling very chaotic inside. She shared that after running around to various churches, searching and searching, she finally found Chinese Mingding Doctrine. Finding Chinese Mingding Doctrine was also the result of constant seeking. Then her understanding of God began to change. Before, she thought God was the Nine-Headed Insect, thought God was the Jade Emperor, thought she was like cannon fodder, bumping around aimlessly, feeling very insecure.

Then recently she said, "I finally know that I am not Ben Bo Ba, nor am I cannon fodder. Our God is fighting for us in front. And I have finally put down that anxious heart of mine." I felt good after hearing that, didn't I? The feeling of having a dripping heart and putting down your heart is completely different.

Do you all feel that? Do you feel your heart dripping? Do you? That feeling of a dripping heart is particularly bad. I had that feeling before I believed in the Lord. Why does my heart always feel unsettled? Why can't I catch my breath? It gets stuck halfway. I said, what is this feeling? Later, after I believed in the Lord, that feeling, my heart finally landed, didn't it? It is not that feeling of being suspended. It is comfortable.

Everyone can feel this comfort. It is not that you have done well enough, but that God has done well enough. Actually, when I first believed in the Lord, eternal life seemed a bit distant. I was only in my twenties, and eternal life seemed far away. Not to mention eternal life, even fifty years old seemed very far away to me. Now, in the blink of an eye, I have lived to such an old age. Oh my goodness, I am getting closer and closer to eternal life. This is truly a magical thing, isn't it? A very magical thing.

Later, as I continued to believe, I felt that this God is truly good. Today I want to tell you that our Jehovah God is a Warrior. Saying that He is a General or a Marshal sometimes misleads people, doesn't it? It is misleading. Saying that He is a Warrior, that is a very good way to put it. Actually, I feel that many brothers and sisters may still have anxious hearts. Can we live with peace of mind today? Can we put down our hearts, be more grounded, and know that our God is fighting for you in front? You don't need to worry, and you don't need to change anyone's opinion of you. Why would you change them? It doesn't matter if they have that feeling, does it? I just hope that all brothers and sisters can have such faith. How wonderful.

There was a brother with kidney stones, and we told him, "Look, so-and-so's depression was healed." "No, I don't have depression, I have kidney stones. I have had them for many years." It was as if the kidney stones were rocks from Mount Huang. I said, "Look, that rheumatism was healed, which is so difficult to cure. The rheumatism had been there for twenty years, and it was healed. My kidney stones are not rheumatism, they are more serious than that." I said, "Why do you underestimate God so much?"

Okay, kidney stones. I said, "So-and-so's kidney stones were healed, and the stones were passed out, after many years." Then he said, "Pastor, my kidney stones have been there longer than his." Oh my goodness. Then his mother said something fair: "Son, when you were teaching us, your faith was so great, but when it comes to yourself, why are you so timid? Why are you giving this reason and that reason?" This is very interesting. But do you know what? His pastor recently led him in prayer. I encourage everyone to lead those with stubborn ailments in prolonged prayer. If your small pastor's ministry is not enough, we have many ministries that can serve. As a result, after leading him in prayer, I don't know if it was the left or right side, a stone was passed out, a 2mm stone, and a 3mm stone. Actually, whether it is 2mm, 3mm, or 5mm, it doesn't matter. To God, what is the difference between 2mm and 5mm, right? As for whether it is the Red Sea or the Jordan River, there is no difference, is there? No difference.

Then I ask you, is it that our pastor's prayer is effective, or is it that God is fighting for him in front that is effective? Our brothers and sisters must know, does he have a heart that longs to be healed? Yes. Does he have that faith inside? Not really much faith. But God still has mercy on him. Our God is fighting for us in front, do you understand? Nothing is impossible with God, is it?

Then is your difficulty greater than that kidney stone? 2mm, is it deeper than the water of the Red Sea? Is it more powerful than the army of Pharaoh? Is your person more rotten than the Israelites at the time of the Exodus? It should be a little better. Isn't our God still fighting for us in front? Isn't He a mighty Warrior? Our God did not throw the problems at us, but our God is solving the problems in front of us. He is still a Warrior, isn't He?

Just cast aside that anxiety weighing on your heart. He will surely lead us on this victorious path, a path of triumph. I tell you, those who trust in God will never be put to shame. All these trials are God training our faith. Our God remains in control of all things. Until this day, He has never lost a battle. We have never lost a battle here. As long as you believe in God in your heart, He will surely accomplish it for us.

No matter the magnitude of the difficulty, whether it is the Red Sea, the Dead Sea, or the Black Sea before us, whether it is the Gulf of Oman or the Persian Gulf, whether it is Mount Tai, Mount Hua, or three great mountains, five great mountains, they are no match for our God. He fights for us in the forefront, He has prepared victory for us. Do you understand? So I tell you, whether it is tinnitus, blindness, lameness, congenital or acquired conditions, they are all minor ailments. Our God has already resolved these issues.

Follow me to claim God's victory and God's promises by faith. It is not you who fight and win, but God who fights and wins. Do you understand? What about diabetes? You can still triumph. I tell you, I have this kind of character. Once I start, I will persist until the devil retreats. Someone asked me, "Teacher, what is the longest you have persisted?" I thought about it, what kind of question is that? What is the longest? Have I persisted for several months? Yes. Have I persisted for several years? Yes. Have I persisted for more than ten years? Yes. Have I persisted for several decades? Yes.

Once, facing a brother, I said, "I tell you, even if I die, the God I seek will still accomplish it for me. Even if I die, God will still accomplish it for me." Is there a problem with that? Is our God not a God who hears prayers? Is our God not a faithful God? God's promises will never be abolished, will they? That is faith. I tell you, those who trust in God will not be put to shame. Praying, reflecting, and seeking at the same time, how good is that? I know what they mean by asking this question. They are thinking: "Oh dear, how long do I have to persist? Oh my, how long do I have to persist?" I tell you, when the Israelites stood on this side of the Red Sea, before the Red Sea was parted, their hearts were dripping with anxiety, weren't they? "Oh dear, do we not have graves in Egypt, that we have to come here to die?" But after crossing the Red Sea, they beat drums and gongs: "Oh, I will praise my God, I will praise my God!"

Many people are like this, it's quite amusing, isn't it? Oh, I tell you, as soon as they encounter a problem, it's over, their hearts start dripping again. But how good it would be if you could drip with faith? Can you drip with faith? Actually, the answer, I tell you, the answer is not the Red Sea, the Black Sea, or the Dead Sea, the answer is that our God is a warrior! Amen?!

Scripture

Then Moses and the Israelites sang this song to the Lord: “I will sing to the Lord, for he is highly exalted. Both horse and driver he has hurled into the sea. The Lord is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt him. The Lord is a warrior; the Lord is his name. Pharaoh’s chariots and his army he has hurled into the sea. The best of Pharaoh’s officers are drowned in the Red Sea. The deep waters have covered them; they sank to the depths like a stone. Your right hand, Lord, was majestic in power. Your right hand, Lord, shattered the enemy. In the greatness of your majesty you threw down those who opposed you. You unleashed your burning anger; it consumed them like stubble. By the blast of your nostrils the waters piled up. The surging waters stood firm like a wall; the deep waters congealed in the heart of the sea. The enemy boasted, ‘I will pursue, I will overtake them. I will divide the spoils; I will gorge myself on them. I will draw my sword and my hand will destroy them.’ But you blew with your breath, and the sea covered them. They sank like lead in the mighty waters. Who among the gods is like you, Lord? Who is like you—majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders? (Exodus 15:1-11)

Prayer

God, today you are still a warrior. God, today you still lead us through the Red Sea as if on dry ground. God, today you are still the God who gives us victory. Today you still destroy the enemy, those enemies who attack us will be destroyed by you. God, just as you led the Israelites out of Egypt in the past, today you still lead us out of Egypt, away from the world. Just as you led the Israelites into the promised land in the past, today you still lead us into the promised land. God, you are an unchanging God. Today we trust in you, we continue to trust in you, we claim your victory, we claim your promises, we live out your image, and we become warriors who triumph in battle. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Scripture Background

Do you know what this is all about? This is a very miraculous thing. The Israelites left Egypt, do you know that? They left Egypt, who did it? God did it. What did the Israelites do? They did nothing, and it just... they did nothing, didn't they? Did they move a knife or a spear, did they shoot an arrow? No, who was doing it? God himself used his hand to deal with the Egyptian Pharaoh, didn't he? Were those ten plagues done by you? You didn't do them, God did them. After those ten plagues, he led the Israelites in a very interesting way. After the Israelites left Egypt, God took them in circles and where did they end up? They ran to the edge of the Red Sea. As a result, a spy came to report: "Pharaoh!" Like that Benbo Ba, "Pharaoh, the Israelites are lost, now there is a great opportunity, that is, they are camping on the edge of the Red Sea, as long as we send an army over, we can destroy them, capture them, and take back the money in their hands."

You say that Pharaoh, he was worrying about their economy, their financial system collapsed, their fiscal system collapsed, didn't it? Then the entire industrial production and agriculture were finished. Why? Three million people were gone, three million laborers, that GDP, nothing could be produced, it was gone, finished. Then Pharaoh looked worried, oh dear, what to do? Where to get these people? His mind was full of this, forgetting how God's hand dealt with him. Then, with a whoosh, he prepared chariots and horses, the most powerful Egyptian army, all the best chariots, the best horses, the best generals, the best soldiers, like ants, all over the mountains and plains, with a whoosh, they drove to the edge of the Red Sea.

As a result, the Israelites saw it and thought, oh my God, it's over, it's over, it's over! Then God became a pillar of fire and blocked them. When the Egyptian soldiers wanted to pass, the pillar of fire was burning, and it separated them. Wherever the Egyptian soldiers went, the pillar of fire blocked them. Oh, I tell you, that scene? An unprecedented scene. Then the Israelites were on this side of the pillar of fire, and the Egyptians were on that side of the pillar of fire. The Israelites could not see the pillar of fire, they only saw the Egyptian soldiers. This thing is very strange, we are also very strange, we are not dead yet, are we?

"Oh dear, we are dead, we are dead, we are dead, do we not have graves in Egypt? Oh dear, why is there the Red Sea in front of us and the Egyptian soldiers behind us? Where can we escape?" Escape what? I tell you, even Moses himself said something strange at the time. God said, "Moses, why are you crying out to me? Don't you know that the Lord is a warrior? What are you crying out for?" No need to cry out, do not be afraid, just stand firm and see the salvation that the Lord will accomplish for you.

Then God said, "Raise your hand and stretch out your staff over the sea, and divide the water, and the Israelites will go into the sea on dry ground." Do you know what Moses did? Moses raised his staff over the sea, and the sea parted. Today, is this relationship a bit strange? Moses raised his staff over the sea, and God parted the sea in front. Is it God listening to Moses, or Moses listening to God? This relationship is a bit surprising, isn't it? You raise your staff, you give the order, and I go to separate it. Does our God have to be so humble? It's not humble, our God is just such a God. Our God, as long as we use the authority in our hands, I tell you, our God will fight for us in the front. Originally, the glory of our God would be manifested in us. Do you understand? So long ago we studied Genesis and Exodus. Later, in the process of building the church, this kind of experience was everywhere. It's not that I command the demon to retreat in the name of Jesus, and the demon listens to me, it's that when I invoke the name of Jesus, God kills the demon! That's the way it is. Our God is a warrior!

Later, Moses crossed the Red Sea, and the Israelites were so happy! They buried the Egyptian soldiers in the seabed. That Egyptian Pharaoh did not know that this was a natural phenomenon. What is a natural phenomenon? That was the mighty arm of the Lord holding up the water. After the Israelites had all passed, the Egyptian Pharaoh thought he was who? He thought it was a natural phenomenon, this is good, how did the sea dry up? Let's go over too. Natural phenomenon? Then he was naturally buried, naturally the Egyptian Pharaoh was buried in the seabed, the entire army was wiped out.

When the entire army was wiped out, do you know what happened? Usually, when the water settles, the corpses float up. But not one floated up. What does the Bible say? They sank to the bottom of the sea like stones. My God, God's hand pressed them down, like stones. Do you think they were really like stones? No, they should have floated up, but none of them floated up, they were always pressed down, like stones, like lead. My God, so powerful. When the Israelites saw this, they thought, wow, they had never seen this kind of battle! They had never seen it and never thought that the ending would be so beautiful!

Aren't our brothers and sisters like this too? When we encounter difficulties, our hearts start dripping with anxiety, and we complain. After God solves our problems, oh my God! The Israelites danced Israeli dances on the edge of the Red Sea, jumping and dancing, beating and blowing. Oh my God, they danced so well, singing and dancing, they sang this song: "The Lord is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. I will sing to the Lord, for he is highly exalted. Both horse and driver he has hurled into the sea. He has become my salvation, this is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt him."

We humans are like this, before we were complaining: "Do we not have graves in Egypt?" After God solved our problems, did we learn a lesson? Moses sang the song: "The Lord is a warrior; the Lord is his name.

Who is like you—majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders?" This is our God. If you say how many miracles our God has performed among us, I tell you, there are so many, you can't finish talking about them. So our brothers and sisters must know, must know that the Lord is a warrior, don't provoke him, don't provoke him, he is a warrior, great and awesome, isn't he? We are the people of God, those who resist the people of God and want to destroy the people of God, God will destroy them. Do you believe it? Can't be destroyed, the people of God can't be messed with.

Our God is definitely not a Santa Claus, he is not that kind of softie. Our God is definitely not a softie, that kind of sticky, a shoulder pole can't squeeze out a fart, isn't he? Our God is a warrior, fighting for us, the enemy is never greater than our God, the enemy is never greater than our God. We are the people of God, Amen? You are alive now, haven't you experienced many miracles? Really thank God.

I was thinking, if my God is not the greatest, most glorious, praiseworthy, and awesome, if I am constantly chasing a demon in the spiritual realm, stabbing this demon and stabbing that demon, if that demon wants to mess with me when I am sleeping, then I am in trouble. Can't mess with me! Our God protects us as the apple of his eye. Do you understand? So, I tell you, don't we have this little bit of faith? We are his people.

For the sake of God's people, God did not hesitate to strike down the firstborn of the Egyptians. Do you understand? Without even blinking an eye, he killed the firstborn of the Egyptians, wiped them all out. You say that many people, some firstborn were only one year old, some firstborn may have been only a few months old, some may have just been born, he struck them down. You say, how can God be so cruel? Who told you to oppose God's people? If you oppose God's people, you are God's enemy! Isn't that the way it is?

For the sake of his people, he buried the Egyptian soldiers in the seabed. You think those soldiers, I don't know if there were thousands or tens of thousands, if there were tens of thousands, he immediately created tens of thousands of widows. God didn't care how many widows there were. For the sake of God's people, God did not hesitate to create so many widows. If they want to marry, they can marry, if they don't want to marry, then forget it. But today, we are the people of God, God is fighting for us in the front. This is the background of this passage of Scripture.

After singing, just a few days later, they set out and journeyed for three days without water, unable to find any. They did not realize that our God is our water, our God is the living water. As a result, they began to complain, and the people grumbled against Moses, saying, "What shall we drink?" What does the Bible say? Moses cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a tree. He threw it into the water, and the water became sweet. There the Lord made statutes and rules for them, and there He tested them.

I ask you, our God is a warrior, capable of defeating Egypt. Our God is in control of all things. Could He not solve the water problem? The Israelites quickly forgot: "We are in the wilderness, and there is no water in the wilderness. Yes, Jehovah is a warrior, capable of burying the Egyptian army, but that was the sea, the Red Sea. Without the Red Sea, how could..." My goodness, they come up with a whole bunch of excuses. We humans are like this. Can we deal with this bad habit? Explain it this way today, explain it that way tomorrow. What shall we drink? Can't God test you a little? They just don't know that God is great and awesome. Didn't we just sing a few days ago? "The Lord is my strength and my song; He has become my salvation. I will praise Him." Now that there's no water, it's as if He can't save us? I feel that people have these problems, and I tell you, in the end, they become people whom God despises. God lets you experience Him again and again, why? To bring you to the promised land, a land flowing with milk and honey. But people complain when they encounter a little trouble. The Israelites were like that. In fact, God was testing them, do you understand? Testing them a little.

We often can't learn to play the main character or even a supporting role well in this TV series directed by God, right? As a result, is there water to drink? Yes, how could there not be water to drink? Our God, when fighting, is a warrior; when not fighting, He is our provider. All our needs are met in Jesus Christ. Later, as they moved forward, they came to Elim, where there were twelve springs of water and seventy palm trees. In fact, the twelve springs and seventy palm trees, according to people who have been to Egypt and the wilderness, there is a scenic spot called Elim.

God is training us, letting us know that He is God, letting us know that He is a warrior, letting us know that Jehovah is the God who heals us. If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, God will not inflict on you the diseases He brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you. Do you understand? We brothers and sisters need to tidy up the faith within us. All our needs in life are not the money in your bank account, but our God. If you trust in money and do not trust in God, I tell you, tragedy is likely to occur.

Jehovah is My Strength and My Song

I tell you, this statement is so true. You say Moses faced the Red Sea, and he didn't know what to do, right? He just saw the Israelites following him, grumbling against Moses. Could Moses handle this? I tell you, every minute felt like a year. My goodness, it was too difficult. He relied on a faint faith, not knowing what God would do or what the future held, do you understand?

My goodness, quickly dig a hole and bury me! Do you have that feeling? If you were Moses, leading three million Israelites, feel that pressure, did you feel that pressure? This is truly the heartfelt words of Moses. Relying on God, He is my strength, He is my strength, He is my strength, He is my song. In the end, I will definitely stand there and praise my God, do you understand? He is my strength, He is my song.

Difficult, very difficult. No matter how difficult, I tell you, God is our strength. When we walk through this road, I will definitely sing songs to my God, I will definitely praise my God, do you understand? So today, the strength is a little weak, but God is your strength. God knows you are weak, knows you don't know where the answer is, but the answer is in Jehovah God. God knows you are very tired. I tell you, several times escaping from death, God is my strength! He is my salvation, He is my song, I will praise Him. Brothers and sisters, I know that some brothers and sisters may be in difficult circumstances. You see that the problems you face have not been resolved, and you really need God to give you strength. Pray! A few days ago, I met a sister, this sister, this family, my goodness, I tell you, it's really the kind of thing in the world, how to describe it? The other day she said, "Teacher, I want to go back to my hometown." I said, "Okay, go ahead." The family can't even afford to eat. It's not that there is no food, because the family has always been cooked by her mother, who is seventy-seven years old, for the whole family.

Her father can't cook, her brother can't cook, and her sister-in-law has depression. They haven't been able to eat for many days. Her father doesn't know how to use the washing machine, and her brother doesn't know how to use the washing machine. I was very surprised. There is no money to order takeout. How does this family live? She said, "Teacher, I'll go back first." I was thinking in my heart, it's really hard for this child. I said, "Pray a lot, God is your strength." Listen to this, she has to go back to teach them. I was thinking, what is this? I am a highly educated intellectual, and I do housework better than many maids. A farmer puts on such a big show and can't even live his own life. Very emotional.

So brothers and sisters, I know that God is her strength, and God will really become our strength. Two years ago, a sister of ours had no ability, no skills, and no job. The money she had earned in the past few years was either taken away by her brother or taken to the hospital by her father. Life was facing challenges, and suddenly she lost her job. God is her strength! What can I say? Pray, God is your strength. God is really our strength.

Sometimes the environment we encounter is not something we can understand. But God is always our strength. He is the strength of Moses, the strength of Joshua, the strength of Caleb, the strength of David, the strength of Samuel, and also our strength. I will praise Him! Thank God, we finally got to today. He is my song, He is my strength.

Jehovah Has Become My Salvation

I thank God that my life is really in God's hands. Since my life is in God's hands, God will surely save me, and I will never be disappointed. So later I discovered that people carry a "die if you die" faith throughout their lives. I tell you, it's hard to die. Because you trust in God with a "die if you die" attitude, God becomes your salvation. In my eyes, I see the pillar of cloud, I see the pillar of fire, I see the power of Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead constantly protecting us. I tell you, during the days when I had COVID-19, for twenty days, I had fever, sweats, and difficulty breathing. Besides praying, I couldn't do anything. Besides praying, I just prayed. A few days ago, some brothers and sisters said to me, "Teacher, you don't know, we were also praying for you." I thank God! I know the devil really wanted my life, but the one who saves is my God! My God, He is my warrior! I prayed, and He became my salvation, He became my strength, became my song, became my salvation!

I wanted to breathe my last, but I didn't succeed. Later, I attended other people's funerals. Thank God! Today, I am still alive by relying on God. As long as I have a breath, I will serve my God! Serve my God forever! I look forward to one day coming before God and being praised by Him, becoming a faithful and good servant. Until today, I am thinking: My God is my salvation, He is the answer to all my problems. I tell everyone, since my God is my salvation, is my healer, do I need anyone else? I tell everyone, I'm glad I didn't get intubated.

Everyone, please don't misunderstand and think that I also want you to do this. If you want to see a doctor, go see one. If you want to get intubated, get intubated. A good friend of mine got intubated, but he couldn't be saved. He was intubated for four months and then breathed his last. In fact, we are living in an era of excessive medication. Do you understand? Overdosing on medication, not dying from illness, but dying from poisoning.

Jehovah is My God, and I am His People

Jehovah is my God, and I am His people. Do you know that Jehovah is my God? That is my God, this meaning is very deep! I belong to God. Jehovah is my God, I am His people, I live for Him. What does it mean that Jehovah is my God? He is my God, I live for Him, I die for Him! I belong to God until eternal life. May my life be like a fragrant burnt offering to God! This is what's in my heart. Think about it, He is my strength, He is my song, the God I praise, He is my salvation. If I don't offer it to Him, who should I offer it to? No one can stop me from serving my God! Serving my God, this is my life, my Mingding Doctrine. Brothers and sisters, I hope that the brothers and sisters in our church have this heart. Your work is not your God, your business is not your God, your children are not your God, your parents are not your God, your husband and your wife are not your God, your God is Jehovah God, the God who created the universe. What good words, my God. Whenever I have my God, I can overcome through Him.

The most tragic thing in a person's life is having God but not dedicating oneself to Him. You may have that heart, but you are timid when facing the environment. You look at your work, you look at your environment, you look at... and then we have a worldly logical system and a divine system fighting within us, thinking it is right or thinking it is wrong. Brothers and sisters, God wants to be your strength, God wants to make you victorious, God wants to enable you to declare that Jehovah is your God.

Jehovah is a Warrior

Jehovah is a warrior, He is the God who fights for me and wins. Later it says Jehovah is King. Our understanding of a king and our understanding of a warrior seem to be a bit different. We think that kings are all high above, but Jehovah is a warrior, going before us. I tell you brothers and sisters, it is Jesus Christ who carried the cross, it is Jesus Christ who walked the road to Calvary, it is Jesus Christ who was crucified for us, died and was buried, it is Jesus Christ who bore the stripes for us, it is Jesus Christ who bore the punishment for us, it is Jesus Christ who rose from the dead and ascended to heaven for us, opening up a glorious path for us.

It's not what you did, it's all what our God did for us! This is called Jehovah is a warrior. He personally descended into hell, plundered the enemy, and held the keys of death and hell in His hand. Why am I still alive? Because He holds the keys of death and hell in His hand, He is my God. I live belonging to Him, and I die belonging to Him. I am His people, I am His children, He fights for me forever. Victory is given to me by God. So, we still think that we are fighting, we think that the Apostle Paul is fighting, but it is Jehovah God who is fighting for us.

Do you understand? How about we brothers and sisters tidy up? He is not a king high above, although He is also high above, but He is a warrior, going before us. Isn't this what the Bible originally said? Brothers and sisters, the concept of Jehovah as a warrior must be deeply hidden in our hearts. The theology of fighting and winning is not what you did, but what God did for us. I really thank God that He holds the keys to hell and death in His hand. If I don't trust Him, who should I trust? Today I am alive because God reigns in my life. Amen.

Attacking God's People is Attacking God

In the scripture, it also says that the King of Egypt attacked God. I didn't see the King of Egypt attacking God. I only saw the Pharaoh of Egypt attacking the people of Israel, which is attacking God. I think the most tragic thing in this world is, first, that God's people don't know that God is reliable, don't know that Jehovah God is our warrior. Second, even if you are not God's people, don't attack God, right? Look, the Bible says: "Those who curse Abraham I will curse, and those who bless Abraham I will bless." Isn't this beyond our imagination? If you are God's people, who can be against you? Don't be against God, willingly and gladly be God's people, carefully keep and follow His statutes, rules, and commandments, trust in Him, who can stand before you? Who can attack you? Attacking you is attacking God! We often like to think of a bunch of conspiracies and tricks, think of those power struggles, no need, really no need. It's not that we are good enough, it's that we are really bad, but we really need God. This is our God. Among the gods, who is like you, glorious in holiness, awesome in splendor, working wonders!

When God is testing you, don't think that He is not fighting for you, He is training your faith. And in this passage, it still mentions one thing: God is the God who heals you. In Exodus, it says that God is the God who heals you. Jesus Christ bore the stripes for us, isn't He still the God who heals us? Can the disease on your body be attributed to Jesus Christ? Can you get up, take the authority in your hand, like Moses raising the staff in his hand, and overcome through God? God will surely be a warrior for you in front of you, attacking these corrupting demons and enemies! Amen! May God bless everyone!
