Foreword

There is a reason for engaging in theological discourse, and that is because we have launched websites in English, Cantonese, and Korean. This is the beginning of our desire to bless all nations and peoples on earth. The Chinese website already has very high traffic, and many people have been nurtured, anointed, and received the Word of God through it. From now on, every lesson we record will be simultaneously transcribed into Cantonese and Korean, and I myself will also speak it in English. The reason I am doing this is to address a question: What exactly does Chinese Mingding Destiny encompass? What is the most fundamental aspect of Chinese Mingding Destiny? We will discuss these comprehensively.

We Must Have a Complete System of Belief

A young man, a Singaporean, has been coming to see me for over a year. He came to me last year, and I ministered to him then, but at that time, he did not want to commit to us. This year, this young man has been coming to see me frequently. In fact, he has been to many churches, as many as he could, but the problems he has been facing have not been resolved. Why haven't they been resolved? I think a very important reason is the issue of the belief system, the belief system, which I condense into one word: theology. Chinese Mingding Destiny talks about how we commit ourselves to God's destiny.

Last night, this brother came to me, and his shoulders, cervical spine, head, and stomach were very stiff, and his stomach was involuntarily twitching. It was evident that he came to me this time with sincerity. No matter what I said to him, he did not give up; he is a very determined young man. I led him in prayer, had him raise his hands, and held his neck and shoulders. Soon, 40% of the tension was released, and after further prayer, another 20% was released. Finally, his head and stomach were completely relaxed. He said to me, I've been to so many churches, and none of them could completely heal me. How come it works so quickly with you! He found it very miraculous!

This young man also suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder, often feeling very conflicted and anxious, and frequently losing his temper in front of his family. He has not worked a single day or earned a single cent since graduating from university six years ago. In fact, it is easy to make money – fixing toilets, plumbing, or working at McDonald's can all earn money. But due to his obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety, he has been unable to move forward. His condition has improved a lot since coming to me, but he needs to continue to deal with it! He asked me, Why does it work with you? One of the key reasons is the issue of our entire system of belief, so a system of belief is very important.

We Live by Every Word That Comes from the Mouth of God

Early in my faith, I read the Bible very carefully and was quite familiar with its content. However, I overlooked a sentence in the Bible, or even a few words in a sentence: Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD.

He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your ancestors had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD. (Deuteronomy 8:3)

The words every word immediately caught my attention. How could I have not noticed every word for so many years? Then I began to ponder, what does every word mean? Later, I searched in the electronic Bible, and in the Old Testament, it was all statutes, commandments, and ordinances, all with every, every. These two words are very important. What does every mean? Every means a system.

If we build an airplane, it can fly because it is a complete airplane; any faulty part is critical. If the air pressure issue inside the plane is not resolved, that is a problem. From the plane taking off and carrying people into the air to finally landing, everything must be right for it to work.

If a person wants to live a victorious and God-blessed life, they must establish a complete belief system. A complete belief system will fill us with the glory of God. We must build the church according to God's Word and God's system so that many people can be released from the dominion of the devil.

I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. (Matthew 16:19)

The New Testament speaks of God's victorious church, and the gates of hell cannot prevail against it. So what exactly is the system of Chinese Mingding Destiny? It is every word that comes from the mouth of God. In the days of Moses, when Moses wrote Deuteronomy, he said that these words must not be added to or subtracted from, otherwise a curse will come upon you.

God's Word Must Not Be Added To or Subtracted From

Later, in the days of Samuel, Joshua, and Isaiah, people also wrote, and all the way to the apostles Paul and John. Did that count as adding or not adding? If it is within a system, it does not count as adding; if it is not within a system, it counts as adding.

It becomes even more critical at the end of Revelation: if you add anything, God's curse will come upon you; if you subtract anything, God will take away your share in the book of life. And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from them their share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book. (Revelation 22:19) In other words, our faith today must be restored to a complete belief.

Last week, we watched a video of a speech by contemporary prophet Rick Joyner, and a passage he spoke gave us great encouragement. He said that in this generation, the Chinese, or rather the Chinese people, will be raised up and greatly used by God to correct many erroneous concepts about the Christian faith in churches. When I heard that, I thought, That's great! Isn't that what we are doing?

I have written nearly forty books in total, and I will continue to write at a rate of seven or eight or even ten books per year. In the future, I will also write books in English, and perhaps also turn the books into traditional Chinese characters, which will be even more. What I am trying to express by saying this is that what we are doing today is to correct many theological misconceptions. Let me give you a few examples.

Truths Are Not Mutually Substitutable

Some people think that worshipping God and drawing near to Him can replace spiritual warfare. This is a misconception. Doubtful, aren't you? Then I ask you: When Israel entered Canaan, did they not take up swords and spears? Were they merely worshipping God in the temple all day long? Could that have substituted their taking up swords and spears to seize the land of Canaan? It could not. This concept is a principle in our theological system: Truths are not mutually substitutable.

This is like our daily living. Drinking water cannot substitute eating food, and eating food cannot substitute drinking water. Similarly, our faith's truths cannot substitute each other. For example, being filled with the Holy Spirit cannot substitute reading the Bible, and reading the Bible cannot substitute being filled with the Holy Spirit. Speaking in tongues cannot substitute praying with understanding, and praying with understanding cannot replace speaking in tongues. It is a complete system. Therefore, today, we must carefully read the Bible, extract many theological concepts from it, and recombine them into a core system of faith.

The Necessity of Establishing a Core System of Faith

Establishing a core system of faith is something that Christians throughout the ages have strived to do. In the early times, there was the Apostles' Creed, and later, around 300 AD, the Nicene Creed appeared. What do these creeds say? I believe in God the Father Almighty, I believe in Jesus Christ, I believe in the Holy Spirit, I believe that Jesus Christ was incarnated, I believe that Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary...

These words are not wrong in themselves, but the problem is that in real life, we see people who can recite the creeds fluently, yet their spiritual lives are still weak. Where exactly is the problem? Are these creeds a complete system of faith? Clearly not. Today, we must reorganize the entire Bible, sort out a complete system of faith, and then unravel it one by one, establishing this kind of system of faith. I think brothers and sisters will not be easily deceived in their faith.

The Christian faith is a complete system of faith. Knowing God is endless. So in the last days, people will ascend the mountain of the Lord and enter the house of the God of Jacob. The mountain of the Lord is built up by different levels of truth. So in ascending the mountain of the Lord, our understanding of God's truth should be limitless. Knowing God is like the sea filling the ocean, so do not think you are something just because you have scooped up a ladleful of water.

Our knowledge of God is endless. I believe many Christians will not object to my saying this. Truths are of different magnitudes, truths are not mutually substitutable, and truth, which is the word of God, also needs to be put into practice.

The Bible uses spiritual language to explain spiritual things, meaning that all things in the world are spiritual things. The grace of redemption is to restore the image of God that we originally possessed. Eating the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil will surely lead to death. Setting our minds on the flesh leads to death. All these concepts I will discuss one by one.

Do not love the world or the things in the world. Then what should we do? The church is the body of Jesus Christ. This concept must be established, there must be a view of the church. Some people who were originally in this church run to that church, running here and there all day long. Actually, this is not very in line with the Bible in many respects. So we need to establish a complete view of the church: the church is God's army. Only those who can fight count, and only those who win spiritual battles can obtain the promised land. These are all concepts in the Bible, and I will discuss them one by one.

We should not be afraid of the work of evil spirits. In fact, the work of evil spirits helps God to filter out the bad. So we should not be afraid of the work of evil spirits. Actually, the Holy Spirit does not contend with evil spirits. The Holy Spirit contends with the lusts of men. How can evil spirits contend with the Holy Spirit? They simply cannot contend. They cannot contend with Almighty God. It is very easy for our Almighty God to destroy evil spirits, but God wants to save us. He wants to pick out treasures into His kingdom. This is the work of God.

The Correct View of the Church

What does the church do? The church is God's army, fighting spiritual battles, and then winning the battle to obtain the promise. How to fight? It is to do healing and deliverance. Healing and deliverance are the basic work of the church, and then healing the sick and casting out demons, casting out demons by the Spirit of God, and the kingdom of God has come. So today we must begin to establish this concept: The church must have a pastoral care system, and the Spirit of God operates in the relationship of mutual love between people. So this is a very important concept.

Building the church as the body of Jesus Christ is the key to our blessing all nations and peoples on earth. Paying the price to build the church and be disciples of the Lord Jesus is a very important and critical principle. Our faith is not about going to heaven after death, but on earth as it is in heaven, letting the kingdom of God come. The concept of on earth as it is in heaven, the kingdom of God has come, these concepts must be clarified one by one.

Is such a system of faith finished after today's summary? No. We are constantly updating it at any time and any place. Everyone should have a concept of continuous updating, that is, knowing God is endless. What we recognize today, we will put into practice, see the glory of God revealed, and continue to update and continue to see constant victory.

We must begin to gradually restore a complete system of faith. From now on, I will share with you little by little, and then translate these into Korean, translate into English, and there will be different versions.

The church is not an individual's faith, but a collective faith. The faith of Jesus Christ is a collective faith. So today it is not a matter of individual closeness to God. Should individuals draw near to God? Yes, they should. But we must know that the church is God's army, and an army is a whole. Only when the church wins can the brothers and sisters win. At the same time, the church must be clean and holy, and cannot accept all kinds of people into it. These concepts must be established one by one. Healing and deliverance and casting out demons will change people's lives. This is a very important concept.

Many people categorize healing and deliverance and casting out demons as gifts and anointings. Today, we do not categorize them as gifts and anointings. We categorize healing and deliverance and casting out demons as the coming of the kingdom of God. So today, our brothers and sisters must know that summarizing the truths in the Bible one by one, constructing them into a complete system, and first sorting out the most important ones, I think our faith will be rooted and grounded.

It is rare to hear of presenting the gospel to the world based on promoting a "theology." Paul did not give his theological system a name and then promote his own created "theological" system.

We don't dare say everything is correct, but this doesn't prevent you from examining the Bible to see if what we say is true or not. Giving it a name is just for the purpose of distinction, to be able to refer to this type of interpretation of the Bible. Actually, it's okay without a name! Back then, the Apostle Paul wrote a large number of epistles for the sake of the pure gospel, which are now included in the Bible, benefiting us greatly. That is actually Paul's theology. Thank you again for your comment!

Pastor, I have a question that I would like to ask you. God tested Job and allowed Satan to harm him twice. Job developed sores. If a similar trial occurs now, can we command the spirit of the sores to leave in the name of Jesus Christ? If it is God's trial, and we drive out the evil spirit, how can we test whether Job truly fears God? Is this trial process to test whether Job can bear greater blessings? Please advise!

Since Christ suffered in his body, arm yourselves also with the same attitude, because whoever suffers in the body is done with sin. (1 Peter 4:1 NIV) Pastor, can the above scripture be understood in this way? If a person suffers in the body due to illness and poverty, like Jesus, then sin is cut off. Is there still a need to cast out demons and deliverance? Sometimes I see sisters who are sick and pray desperately, with the aim of being healed. If understood according to the above, there is a contradiction. Wanting both to be healed from illness and to have the body suffer to be separated from sin, it seems impossible to implement this. Pastor, how should it be understood? If we follow God's commands and love God with all our heart, soul, and strength, then God's words and promises will not fail, right? Please advise.

Paul's thorn was never removed until his death? Why did Timothy always have stomach problems? Which of the twelve disciples, except for old John, did not die a miserable death? Because the path of suffering that Jesus walked must actually be walked, but God has measured it all, giving different burdens according to what each person can bear. Does that contradict what the pastor mentioned about all diseases being healed?

Because the path of suffering that Jesus walked must actually be walked, but God has measured it all, and gives different burdens according to what each person can bear. Is that contradictory to the pastor's mention that all diseases are healed? Reply: Can these things negate what the Bible said before that all are healed? Which one do you believe? If you believe that not all are healed, then does the Bible say that we are healed by Jesus' stripes, is God telling a lie? Moreover, did any of these people die of cancer? No! They all gave their lives for the sake of the gospel. I don't think God gives people diseases.

The Bible says all are healed, do you mean the Bible is contradictory? The Bible says we are healed by Jesus' stripes, can you say this promise is not faithful? If someone is martyred for the Lord, can this be compared to being cursed with cancer and suffering? Each person has their own understanding, believing what they receive, may God have mercy!

Do we still need to cast out demons and deliver? Sometimes when I see sisters who are sick, they pray desperately, also aiming to be healed. If understood according to the above, there is a contradiction. Reply: Suffering in the flesh refers to putting to death the evil deeds of the body. When people are cursed, their flesh will suffer, and when they have suffered enough, they will break all worldly systems, turn back to God, and receive healing. Without suffering in the flesh, it is difficult to see through what it means to be alive.

So why exactly did Paul have a thorn in his flesh and Timothy have stomach problems? Was it because of their own wrong choices or for the sake of truth? Now I can understand the disciples being martyred for the Lord, but I still can't understand the diseases they had.

Comment: So why exactly did Paul have a thorn in his flesh and Timothy have stomach problems? Was it because of their own wrong choices or for the sake of truth? Now I can understand the disciples being martyred for the Lord, but I still can't understand the diseases they had. Reply: No one is perfect, and everyone has their own weaknesses. Paul, Timothy, Watchman Nee, John Sung, including ourselves, all have weaknesses. It is not appropriate to deny God's promises because they have problems. Jesus himself was a perfect man, and I don't see these problems in Jesus. To deny God's promises based on the condition of certain people is an extremely absurd way of thinking! Precisely because of this, Paul, in the final stage of his life, considered himself the chief of sinners. But Paul still insisted: No matter how many promises God has made, they are all yes in Jesus!
@Agnes: 所以保罗的刺和提摩太的胃病究竟是为什么?是因为自己错误的选择还是为了真理的缘故呢?现在可以理解门徒们为主殉道,但他们身上的疾病我还不能理解。
