You can't say you'll rest by watching TV. That's nonsense. Negative Emotions Work for Me

Or I know there's music in my head, so I go with the rhythm of the music. I know there may be some anger present, what to do? Then I go with the emotions of anger, following that flow down. I just go with that flowing state, this is the best summary I can make, called use it for my own benefit. In English, there's another summary, called going with the flow. If it's rough waves, you go up and down; if it's gentle, you go smoothly. You don't go against that flowing trend. 为什么中国现在有很多的性犯罪,就是因为压抑自己的情绪压抑过头了。所以说:**不是去否定压抑自己的负面状态,而是去思考如何让它为我所用。** 还是用这个象棋冠军乔西的例子。他说,慢慢的他会非常在意,脑子里面恼人的音乐声音,并且开始被之前没注意到的噪音干扰,远处救护车的声音和近处观众互相传话的声音都会干扰到他。他一直受这个噪音问题的搅扰,直到有一天他突然意识到,为什么我不能根据歌曲的节奏进行思考呢? 从那个时候就开始知道,勇于面对自己的问题。开始训练自己,让自己的注意力,让自己的专心程度更具有灵活性,尤其是像在竞争越来越激烈的这个时代,你不能指望你的环境是一个安静的环境,你不能指望你的孩子永远生活在温室里面。唯一的选择就是去面对这些问题。

我再给大家举一个我自己的例子,**如何把负面情绪为自己所用,或者说如何去承认负面情绪存在的同时继续往下推进**。我自己会有很多时候是很疲惫的时候,我相信大家都会有。这时候大家应该去睡觉吗?我自己也知道这样一个事情,如果我撒了欢地去睡,我一天睡超级多的时候都可以,所以睡觉不是解决疲惫的负面状态的方法,这是我的理解。我自己也试过,之前我周六、周日睡一个下午,我还是累,因为你的信心没有。**人的那个疲惫的状态、负面情绪状态其实本质上都是信心对立面**,所以那个时候你应该睡觉吗?我觉得不应该睡觉。但是也很疲惫,那你应该假装自己完全没有任何疲惫去做事吗?你不应该。就好像假装自己都不知道的负面情绪在里面,那时候你该怎么办呢? 这是我自己的一个办法:降低我的要求。我不是去否定这个负面情绪,我知道我现在状态不好,那么我就OK了,我做成什么样子我都接受。如果你的孩子状态不太好,那么他做成什么样子你都可以去接受。但是大家也要知道,一定要让他努力去转型,就是做成这件事情。你不能说通过看电视剧去休息,你看也看回来了,那是瞎扯淡。休息不是一个恢复负面状态的方法,是让他继续去做这件事情,同时降低自己的要求。甚至你不是有些疲惫吗?那你就迷迷糊糊地做呗,怕什么,你做完之后再做一遍呗,这就是很柔软的态度,不要去否定。你的孩子真的累了,你不能说你不能不累嘛,因为你说了也没用,你说了压力更大,你说了他负面状态更重,对不对。

**所以柔软一点,承认那个负面状态存在,同时去用那种负面状态**。我知道我疲惫那我就降低一些要求。或者说我知道我脑子里面有音乐的声音那我就跟着音乐的节奏走。我知道我可能有一些愤怒的情绪的存在,怎么办?那我就跟着愤怒的情绪走,顺着那个流走下去。疲惫的时候那我就做呗,反正我知道我了在专心做这件事情。**但我不会去很硬性地规定自己去怎么样,那我就顺着那个流动的状态去走,这个是我能做到的最好的总结了,就叫为我所用。在英文里面,其实还有另外一个总结,叫going with flow。就是顺着那个flow走,顺着那个流动的东西走**。 如果是惊涛骇浪你就上下起伏;如果是很平缓的,你就平平缓缓的,你不要去逆着那个流动的趋势走,你顺着那个趋势走。你愤怒就愤怒,你难受就难受,但同时去用这种状态,在自己所做的事情上面可以体现出来,没有必要去回避、否认。它反而逐渐逐渐建造自己的信心,又一点点地回复起自己正面的状态。这叫软区域的过程。我再重复一遍,很简单,就是不要去否认。我承认我很累,我承认我有一些愤怒,我不是完人,我知道我这个地方有点愤怒,但是我要让这种负面情绪能够为我所用,就行了,你顺着那个流走,很灵活。**一种很灵活的注意力它反而是能够帮助人更好成长的状态**。

好,下面呢,我跟大家再讲一个是,如果你希望你的孩子能够追求卓越,你希望你的孩子或者或你希望你自己能够居上不居下、作首不作尾的话,下面的话你可以更加注意地去听一听。**当你自己跟着你自己的情绪在走的时候,或者说跟着你自己的直觉在走的时候,你会达到一种状态,你会达到一种用直觉里面的想法和意念去解决问题的状态**。这个其实是跟软区域这个概念一脉相承下来的,它是一个进阶吧。**就是你特别擅长去照着自己灵里面直觉的状态去行事。我灵里面感觉愤怒我就愤怒,但我不是说我放肆我的愤怒,而是说我去灵活地运用我的愤怒。这是一个非常需要大家去理解的一个概念**。

好,那么下面一个概念呢,如果你希望你的孩子或者希望你自己居上不居下、作首不作尾的话,下面的一个概念大家可以注意听。我先用这样的一个例子跟大家讲一讲,这也是象棋冠军的例子。当时他在比赛,他这样形容,我就读一下,这一段的描述我非常非常有认同感。他说:“现在,我身处遥远的异国他乡,在酷热中大汗淋漓,努力从摆在我面前的棋子中找到自己钟爱的艺术。在我上方,几千名观众爬在椽上观看,窃窃私语。我难以进入状态,与比赛的节奏合不上拍。就算是大师,有时象棋有家的感觉,有时却完全陌生,就像是首次探索的外国丛林。我要努力寻找回家的路。和我对决的是印度全国冠军,两人中间摆放的就是争来夺去的棋局。我们下了三个小时,并且思考了20分钟了。当时出现了一件奇怪的事。我一直在探索自己的出路,当时只是第一轮,我没有什么想法,棋子很陌生,棋局也很奇怪。约十分钟的思考之后,我开始在各种棋局里迷失了方向。这是一种奇怪的感觉。起初你坐在那儿看着棋盘,在思索着不同的棋路,在想透各种复杂局面时思路豁然开朗,直至这种意识消散,仅存的只是内在的能量流了。之后,**思维以电流的速度在运作,复杂的问题凭着直觉迎刃而解,你越来越进入到了棋局的灵魂深处,时间飞逝,‘我’的概念已不存在了,存在的只是一种幸福的专注,纯粹的思考,绝对的意识流**。” 这好像有点玄乎啊,下面的更玄乎。说“突然这儿爆发了一场地震。万物开始震动,灯也熄灭了。屋椽在巨响中爆炸,人们跑出了大楼,我还静静地坐着。(那个时候真的地震了)我知道发生了什么事,但我是从棋局内部来体验的。在‘我’与‘非我’、纯粹的思考与思考者的意识之间产生了一种超现实的合力,我并没有在注视着棋局,而是从专注的寂静中观察自己以及这个摇摆中的世界,之后,我解决了这个象棋难题。地震和熄灭的灯突然启发了我。” 我的思路一下子明朗,一切浮出水面。很快,我走出了一招,并且拿下了比赛。”

大家要记住,**思维以电流的速度在运作,复杂的问题,仅凭着直觉迎刃而解**。我自己也经历过这样的事情,就是当你在高度专注的时候,自己能够对自己意识的流动把握得很好的时候,就会进入一种非常专注的状态,那个时候就可以凭着直觉去解决很多的事情。直觉告诉我,应该这样行,就这样行,肯定对;直觉说这个地方有问题,那么这个地方肯定有问题,非常非常的准确。 人的灵是神的灵,在这个灵里面,我们可以探索的秘密实在太少太少,我们的灵是非常的厉害的一个存在。你们每个人都有这样一个超自然的能力,思维可以超自然运转的能力。仅凭你们的自直觉,复杂的问题就会迎刃而解。当你脑袋一想,就觉得是这样做,就应该是这样做,就是能达到这样一种很神奇的状态。并且这是可以通过训练却获得的。当然啦,在进入这样一种状态之前,大家一定要知道“软区域“的概念,**不要去否定自己的负面情绪,而是要使用自己的负面情绪,随着自己直觉的流动去前进**。这是第一步,之后才是一种高度专注的状态,那将是再往上的一个台阶。

下面我来给大家讲一讲如何去训练? 关于如何使用自己的负面情绪,我给大家讲了很多,给大家画了一个美好的蓝图。那么怎么样去训练我们注意力的灵活度,这个问题是非常重要的。 首先,大家要注意,就是千万不要指望你的环境会一直很安逸。你会一直活在一个温室里面,你会一直活在一个舒适的区域里面。那些一直活在舒适区里面的人,基本上是被魔鬼吊着走的。就是当魔鬼把你养得养尊处优的时候,啪的一下把你赶走。 不要去期待安静优越的环境。比如说在考试的时候,不要指望你的环境永远都是那么完美。尤其是一些重要的场合,比如说你在谈一些重要的生意,你也别指望自己交流时候的状态一直是非常和谐、很融洽的一种状态。不是的,完全不是的。有很多很多负面的情绪,负面的状态。而我们需要的就是像刚才那样,无论什么环境都能很从容地应对。

这里我还是用象棋冠军自传里面的一个例子,来讲一讲一些系统培训的方式。我给这个训练方式做一个总结。当这种搅扰,在我们生活当中频繁的发生,我们要频繁地去应对负面情绪,这就是系统的训练。不是说等到关键的时候,你再去想到这个原则再去应用,而是在自己的生活当中刻意的制造注意力不专注的状态。甚至说你可以给自己的孩子制造一些不好的状态。 来看看这象棋冠军是怎样的训练的。当他在卧室里面下象棋的时候,他刻意的把音乐的音量调到最大。有的时候放的是自己的喜欢的音乐,而有的时候,他特意去播放一些自己不喜欢的、古怪的音乐,甚至播放噪音。他还会去一些象棋店,那时候的国际象棋店通常是一些无业游民呆的地方,里面烟雾缭绕,他就是选择在那样的地方去下象棋。他明明可以选择家里这样安静的地方,但是他就要选择在那样嘈杂的环境里,刻意地去训练。他甚至还去公园广场上去下象棋,不但有烟雾有噪音,还有在旁边指手画脚的人。 当这些混乱频繁的发生之后,他就训练出来这样一种风格。他非常善于制造混乱,并且能够很好地从混乱中走出来,战胜对手。这是一种长期训练的结果。我相信大家去训练的时候会有不同的得着,大家要去刻意去的训练自己负面的情绪,每个人都有不同的得着。这个象棋冠军就特别擅长去应对这种混乱的情况,他会把棋局搅得一团乱,然后从这个混乱中走到胜利。

他还有一些其他的训练方式。他自己知道,对于顶尖的高手来讲,思维的灵活度非常的重要,他需要不断的提升。所以他自己在不断的寻找,各种各样新的方式让自己刀枪不入。他后来又练太极推手,也就是武术。当自己感到不舒服的时候,他不是本能的避开这种不舒服而是去很平静地接受。尤其是当他受伤的时候,这种情况在武术里经常发生,就是被人打了一下,很疼的,那太极的力量很大的。当他受伤的时候,他刻意的不去吃止痛药,而是努力的将这种疼痛转换成一种积极的感觉。也就是说,疼痛对他来说将是一种积极的状态,他本能就开始去寻找挑战而不是去避开难题。 当然还有一些更损的招儿了,我就不建议大家去做啦,那不是什么好的习惯。他说他从十几岁的时候,他就把东西摆得非常的乱。他为什么把东西摆乱呢?他需要去使用自己的大脑。他把整个的房子,先在自己大脑里整理了一遍。他故意把东西弄得一团乱,找不到东西,然后他就在大脑里面把整个房间整理好,在他的大脑里面有整个房间的图。这是很厉害的一种训练方式,但是我不建议大家这样做,但对于这种训练方式,真的是可供大家借鉴的。**在生活当中刻意地制造各种各样负面的情绪,去训练自己**。

我要跟大家基本上把东西过一遍,今天讲的最重要的主题是该如何去使用自己的负面状态情绪。我们每个人都有负面状态的情绪,疲惫、难受、伤心、愤怒、不专心,各种各样的。但面对这种情绪的时候不要去否认,越否认情绪就会越强烈,相反的应该去平静对待,并且想一个办法,让这些情绪为我所用。顺着这种流动,意识流,灵里面的流继续往前走,让自己的注意力变的非常灵活和柔软。始终能够坚持一件事,不被压垮,而这种状态的话是需要我们系统训练的。系统的训练就是在平时的生活当中,注意可以很专注,也可以去尝试频繁的制造一些负面的情绪,一些负面的状态,并且在里面得着锻炼和提升,并且得到升华。最终能够训练出自己属灵的特质,然后把自己的直觉打造的非常非常锐利。 菲尔普斯的例子 最后,能达到居上不居下,做首不做尾,凭着自己的灵去做事的状态。我刚才讲的例子,菲尔普斯是美国游泳的名将,菲尔普斯拿的金牌数比有些国家的都多,他怎么训练游泳的呢?他的教练是一个非常奇怪的教练,但教练的情感和菲尔普斯非常好,从小带到大的,他专门给菲尔普斯捣蛋,菲尔普斯的注意力就非常灵活。有次,菲尔普斯的游泳眼镜坏了,虽然他可以游泳,可以在在水里睁开一段时间,但是当你快速游泳时眼睛基本睁不开,所以菲尔普斯相当于闭着眼睛游完的一二百米远,而且是换向游,不单单是五十米,闭着眼睛换向游,而且是在游泳眼镜掉的情况下夺得世界冠军。你不一定要把自己的孩子培养成世界冠军,但这个方法是一个行而有效的方法。可以去不尝试,想着老老实实过这一辈子,也是可以的。但我自己知道这样一件事,如果我不是刻意的这样锻炼,我自己受得罪更多,如果不是我刻意去寻求、思考、渴慕,我自己会越来越下降。

我里面有一个定律叫递增定律,是物理里面的定律,他只是一个系统里面混乱程度,什么意思呢?在没有外力的情况下一个系统混乱程度永远是增加的。举一个例子,把一滴墨水滴到水里面,立马墨就散开了,混乱程度在增加,就融合在一起了。而这个世界上唯一的递减系统就是人,说白了一个人,有句话说“逆水行舟 不进则退”,如果不是刻意的训练自己,一个人在后退,谁也不学他神也在说失去渴慕的心随时都会掉。**信心是一个状态而不是一个免死金牌,何时何刻都需要信心。保罗那么伟大的一个宣教士集,他受的是信心,就什么时候受恩典。这是神的规律,不要等困难来临的时候再去想这些事情,我希望首选把我自己训练好,去应对这些困难,并且能够活出丰盛、活出美好、活出神的荣耀**,这是我的选择。那么你们的选择是什么?神的选择是凭着信心开拓的人,就像保罗一个大法官、大学士,他养尊处优不好吗?!干嘛要去欧洲去辛苦的宣教,**一定要刻意的去训练,不刻意去训练的话人就会顺着世界的律走向混乱**。
