Introduction

Greetings! This is the fourth lecture in the series on the theology of healing and deliverance. The previous lecture was on The key to healing and deliverance is a victorious church. The word victorious immediately brings to mind warfare. This warfare is spiritual, not a rebellion against earthly authorities. In the spiritual realm, warfare means healing the sick and casting out demons. Jesus trained the twelve disciples to preach the gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons. This is what it means to fight the battle. To be victorious means to overcome the powers of darkness.

The church is God's army, a truth I have gleaned from the Old Testament to the New. The gospel preached by Chinese Mingding Destiny is not just a collection of catchphrases but a systematic gospel. I do not like to do things in a haphazard manner, with my mind in a muddle. I am surprised that many people live their lives in such a confused state until old age. For example, when I delve into internet technology, I truly grasp it. When I lead software developers, their efficiency is greatly enhanced because I have established a system for understanding such things. Similarly, building a church requires a system of faith.

Why is healing and deliverance a fundamental task of the church? Because that is how the Bible defines it. Why build the church as an army of God? Because that is what the Bible says. Allow me to explain this in detail.

A Nation Before a Home: God Desires a Kingdom, Not Just Families

Today, the most common term heard in churches is family. For example, Family, please pray for me. The concept of family has deeply penetrated the marrow of every Christian. But the question is, without a nation, where does the family come from? The concept of family is so strong that many churches talk about family but rarely about the Kingdom of God. Even when they do, the kingdom they speak of is often not the same as the one in the Bible. When discussing family, they talk about marital relationships, conducting marriage retreats, and focusing on till death do us part. In the end, the church completely loses its ability to fight the battle.

I am very puzzled by this. I cannot definitively say whether it is right or wrong without careful consideration. When I went back to examine the Bible, I discovered something quite alarming. Israel was destroyed because they overly valued their little families, engaging in various retreats and activities with great enjoyment. As a result, Israel fell. Later, the Kingdom of Judah also fell. They were taken captive to Assyria and Babylon, ending up being tossed around in the world, just as Moses had prophesied.

What heinous crimes did these Israelites commit? None. They simply valued their little families too much. In the Old Testament books of Haggai and Malachi, the Israelites lavishly decorated their own houses while neglecting God's Temple, leaving it in ruins. If a person has 24 hours in a day, subtracting time for eating, drinking, and sleeping leaves about 10 hours. If they dedicate 2 hours to serving the church, they have 8 hours left for their family. If they dedicate 4 hours to serving the church, they have 6 hours left for their family. Therefore, there is a conflict between the church and the family.

In many people's minds, the concept of unity is extremely confused and unsystematic. Some pastors say, If the family is not united, how can the church be united? But if the church is united, the family may not necessarily be united. Why? Because many people who devote themselves to God have someone holding them back. Actually, the Chinese are quite astute; they do not overemphasize their little families, believing that when the nation falls, the family perishes. Of course, the families of traitors do not perish. But once the invaders are driven out, the traitors' families are destroyed. Therefore, if the church focuses too much on families, it cannot build a victorious church.

I ask you, if you send your son to the army to serve, can he stay at home? During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chinese government was effective. When they ordered a lockdown, the cities were locked down as required. When they told people to stay home, they all stayed home. When they required everyone to wear masks, everyone wore masks. But this is difficult in other countries, where there are all kinds of objections. Try to do that in America; it would be difficult.

I cite these examples not to praise anyone but to illustrate that if one is a soldier in the nation's army, one must serve diligently and cannot take good care of one's family. If one wants to take care of one's family, one cannot go to war, like in Vietnam or Korea. You could not take care of your family. They are contradictory. When I first started the church, I was very concerned. What if serving the church neglected people's families? What if it interfered with their studies? Later, I discovered that those with a Mingding Destiny are willing to lay down their lives for God. What is Mingding Destiny? It means for the sake of God's Kingdom, sacrificing everything, even one's life. We are not opposing earthly governments but fighting against the spiritual forces of darkness.

Only Those Who Can Fight Count

Therefore, everyone must carefully consider that God's intention is to build a strong army. In the Book of Exodus, when the Israelites came out of Egypt, God said that the armies of the Lord came out of Egypt.

And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years—on that very day—that all the armies of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt (Exodus 12:41).

Were they the armies of the Lord? They were a motley crowd! But in God's eyes, they were an army, and they were to enter the Promised Land. In the first chapter of Numbers, it repeatedly mentions how many men were able to wield a sword in battle, how many men over 20 years old were able to go to war. This was repeated many times because God's intention is that those who cannot fight do not count.

So, can you, as a Christian today, fight the battle? Do you count? If you cannot fight, you do not count. Only those who grow to maturity, can fight the spiritual battle, can trample on the powers of darkness, can release captive souls, and can do what Jesus Christ did, count. The Bible does not say that those who cannot take care of their families do not count.

In the Book of Judges, after Joshua died, the Israelites did their own thing, each caring for their own family, and then they were beaten by their enemies. In their pain, they began to cry out to God. Therefore, God raised up a judge to lead them in battle. After the enemy retreated, they resumed living their own little lives. After decades of peace, they were defeated again, and then another judge was raised up. This happened repeatedly until the nation of Israel was destroyed.

Today, churches that cannot fight spiritual battles do not count. Someone might say, Are you the only one who is right? It is not that I am the only one who is right, but that is what the Bible says. Today, I am still striving to get it right, but I am certain that an army that is not victorious does not count and will not inherit the Promised Land. Even if you inherit the Promised Land and then start living a small life, you will be oppressed again and then you will not count again.

Looking around, I am filled with emotion. Christians who have been believers for over twenty years are seriously ill; Christians who have been believers for over thirty years are seriously ill; Christians who have been believers for over ten years are also seriously ill, paralyzed in bed. This is all because they have not won the spiritual battle. Some people feel good, coming to church every day with joy to sing Hallelujah, but that is because trouble has not yet come upon you. You must know that the Israelites felt good until their nation was destroyed. The generations of Noah felt good before the flood came. Sodom and Gomorrah felt good until the fire fell.

We must change our mindset. Recently, a sister came from a very large church to seek healing and deliverance with us. Our weaker coworkers ministered to her and were effective. After praying, she was healed. As the saying goes, A strong general has no weak soldiers. After being healed, this sister went back to loving the world, and the illness returned. Then she prayed again. Later, we asked this sister why she did not seek her own church's pastors. She said that her church's pastors only promoted direct sales of health products. If the church becomes a purchasing center for direct sales products, how can it fight the battle? How can it solve the problem of demons?

We must consider a question. Previously, this sister had been in that church for many years, and everything was fine. But when bad days come, who do you turn to? The church is the army of God, the church is the body of Jesus Christ, the church is the bride of Jesus Christ, the church must be united as one with God. Only a victorious church counts, only a victorious disciple counts. Someone might say, I will definitely go to heaven in the future. I ask, Who gave you the ticket? The person says, My pastor gave me the ticket! Actually, you do not even know where your pastor will be at that time! Think about it, can you enter the Promised Land after losing the battle?

The Church Must Be Built According to God's Army

These are descriptions of warfare from the Old Testament books of Exodus, Numbers, and Judges. This is not enough. The most important book in the New Testament, Ephesians, speaks of spiritual warfare and the secrets of building the church. What does Ephesians say?

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:10-17).

Ephesians speaks of putting on the whole armor of God. What are you to do after putting on the whole armor of God? Go home to cook for your wife and take care of your children? No! After putting on the whole armor of God, you are to be a good soldier in the Kingdom of God. Many of us have not established this concept. Someone might say that Ephesians also speaks of marital relationships: husbands should love their wives, and wives should submit to their husbands. Actually, Paul also mentioned in Ephesians 5, This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church, not concerning the affairs of the married couple.

Why must the church be built according to the army of God's Kingdom? Because this is the only option for establishing God's Kingdom. With God's Kingdom, there is our family! If our family is in the devil's kingdom, will it not be trampled on? Therefore, in this spiritual battle, when our church loses a battle and sees the disunity within, we need to readjust and then go back to the battlefield to fight again. In this way, the church will be continuously built up and be able to trample all things under its feet. Christ is to be the head over all things for the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. If we are not a victorious army, how can we achieve this?

Therefore, brothers and sisters, you must establish the concept of an army. Actually, this concept has long been revealed from the Old Testament to the New Testament. If it is not built according to an army, the Kingdom of God cannot be established. If a nation wants to be strong, its army must be strong. If the army is weak, the nation will also be weak. To establish God's Kingdom, there must be a strong army to strike at the devil, so that the devil can no longer steal our blessings and corrupt us.

I have summarized a rule: A victorious church will personally witness brothers and sisters being blessed in their finances and in their health. Being blessed in finances and in health is very important. What are people busy with? Money flows into people's pockets, and some people find this strange. Actually, after people are victorious, the devil will pay war reparations! In the past, when China lost battles, it was not only beaten black and blue but also had to pay reparations. There is no justice in this world. In recent years, although there have not been such obvious wars, there have been continuous wars in the Middle East. Weak nations are severely bullied, facing one economic crisis after another, being harvested like韭菜 (leeks) time after time.

Malaysia was韭菜 (leeks) harvested during the Southeast Asian economic crisis, which was terrible. At that time, the Prime Minister of Malaysia stamped his feet in anger because the hard-earned wealth was instantly taken away. This is warfare in the financial realm. What can you do when you are harvested like韭菜 (leeks)? There is nothing you can do because the army is weak and cannot win.

Only by Carefully Obeying God's Word Can We Be Victorious

I long for brothers and sisters to be blessed. What I like most is Deuteronomy 28:1-14, which is what our 101 Course is about:

**Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon

## Forsake All for God, Determined to Be Elite Soldiers

**Build the church as an army of God, then fight in the spiritual realm, and then win the battle**. The demons will tremble at the sound of your name! If the demons hear your name and not only do not tremble, but often come to mess with you, giving you hemorrhoids, a heart attack, or even cancer or some other ailment.

Then you are still there wondering: God, what exactly did you go and do? God, my God! God says: What exactly did you go and do? I asked you to build the army of Jehovah God, what kind of thing have you built? A bunch of rabble? Can that fight a battle? If you cannot win a battle, and you have not carefully obeyed and followed my words, how can you possibly win a battle? If you have not carefully obeyed and followed my words, haven't built a strong army to obtain the promised land, then you will certainly not obtain it! What are you shouting for? As soon as I call you to fight, you take a vacation. Now you get cancer and come to me, and I also take a vacation. Will that work? What God wants are people who willingly forsake everything for God. Why forsake fields, houses, forsake wives and children? When you go to the front line to fight, if you do not forsake these things, and then drag your family along with you, how are you going to fight?

**And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or lands, for my name’s sake, will receive a hundredfold and will inherit eternal life. (Matthew 19:29)**

Brothers and sisters, start today by being strong again, knowing that **the answer to all problems lies in whether or not we are victorious**. You are not victorious, not because of anything else, but because we have not built according to God's word. If you don't build the army of God according to God's word, how can you win?

Sometimes I am filled with emotion, let me give you a few examples. Once, a pastor came to me, his mother had insomnia, he prayed for his mother for seven years, and as a result, his mother's dosage of sleeping pills increased fourfold, and in the end she couldn't sleep at all. Later, he had no choice but to come to me, and I ministered to his mother, and after the ministry, his mother's insomnia was cured, and his mother was so convinced that she listened to my sermons on the website every day. What exactly happened?

There was another pastor whose wife got cancer. Because I knew him, I said: I do a good job in healing and deliverance, if you need my ministry, you can come and find me. Then he said thank you. That meant forget it, you can just stand aside! Then I'll stand aside, because they simply don't need it! Later this pastor's wife died not long after. These problems make us very surprised, God, why is it like this? Because people are unwilling to build God's army according to God's word, unwilling to fight this spiritual battle, and as soon as they fight, their backyard is set on fire first. How can they fight then?

Some pastors asked me, why? The day before yesterday I said, a pastor's wife had an earache for several months. If you don't build God's church according to God's army, can that solve the problem? It doesn't solve the problem. So the enemy rises up to attack you, you resist him from one direction, and then he flees from seven directions. Then haven't you become the fallen house of Israel? Just like in the Book of Judges, the harvested grain is robbed, then haven't you planted for nothing this year? Who are you going to reason with? Actually, these are all related to warfare!

## Carefully Obey and Follow God's Word

**The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand. And he will bless you in the land that the Lord your God is giving you. The Lord will establish you as a people holy to himself, as he has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk in his ways. And all the peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the Lord, and they shall be afraid of you. (Deuteronomy 28:8-10)**

Deuteronomy 28:1-14 speaks particularly well, if everyone has the opportunity they can often read this passage. If you carefully obey and follow all of God's commandments, note all commandments. We must know that in the entire Bible, **among all these commandments, there is one most important thing, and that is to build His church according to the army of Jehovah**. This is why God wants us to forsake many things. You cannot be an elite soldier if you are burdened; if everyone is burdened, and cannot be elite soldiers, then the nation is not a nation. So spiritual warfare and victory are so important, that is carefully obeying and following the word of your God.

In the New Testament, the story of the Old Testament is still repeated again and again. In Revelation, God is not writing to a certain individual, but to seven churches, and after these seven churches are written about, there is a final sentence that is constantly repeated, whoever overcomes will be what. Whoever overcomes in the church in Smyrna will be what, whoever overcomes in the church in Ephesus will be what, whoever overcomes in the church in Pergamum will be what, whoever overcomes in the church in Thyatira will be what, whoever overcomes in the church in Sardis will be what, whoever overcomes in the church in Philadelphia will be what, whoever overcomes in the church in Laodicea will be what, that is to say, the line of overcoming immediately separates the church into those who overcome and those who do not.

The church must fight against the spiritual forces of darkness in the heavenly realms, if you do not build God's army, how will you fight? Healing and deliverance is fighting a spiritual battle, building the church is building His church according to the army of God, this is the most critical component of spiritual warfare. It's definitely not running a club, everyone is friendly and we have a meal together, but actually no one is lacking that meal.

Once when I was praying, ministering, I suddenly saw a vision, everyone don't pursue this, actually I don't really pursue this either, and I don't really like to talk about this. This time I'll just tell everyone, this matter is very interesting, there was a mountainous area, it was a very real picture, and then I saw a group of demons, the demons were in the form of black monkeys, their eyes were very fierce. There were seven or eight in a pile in the front, and a dark mass in the back. I heard them say in a language I could understand: It's really unlucky to encounter this person! They were saying my name, I don't know how they knew me, but finally as they were speaking, they suddenly retreated. Then the person I was ministering to was healed and delivered. Later I thought about this matter, these demons know me, that's pretty good, they encountered the one demons fear when they encountered me.

Why? Because I am not playing personal cultivation, not playing lone wolf, nor am I hiding in a secret room, nor am I doing this or that. I am building the army of Jehovah God, letting the church become the army of Jehovah God, in order to trample on the authority of hell in the spiritual world, so that God's glory can continue to be manifested. So whoever overcomes will be what, and those who do not overcome will not be able to enter into God's blessing. I have been thinking, being a disciple of Jesus Christ, laying down everything for Jesus Christ, what a wonderful choice that is! Some people say, I can't do it. Then if you can't do it, then don't do it!

Some people are also very interesting, they can't do it, and they still have to hang around among us. He said to me: I really can't do what you guys do, but I won't leave you. At least if I hang around here with you, I still have your covering, and I can be a little more secure. But the problem is, a victorious army is composed of victorious soldiers. Of course, in the church, in the army, the weakest soldiers also share in the victory of the church, that's for sure. But the problem is to obey and follow God's word!

Carefully obeying and following and not carefully obeying and following immediately separates people, so I encourage everyone to begin to know that the source of all our problems is not carefully obeying and following. Not carefully obeying and following is not because of anything else, but because it feels like carefully obeying and following God's word is not worth it. If you feel that carefully obeying and following God's word is not worth it, then you find something that is worth it, this is a problem of values and value systems. My values and value system are that carefully obeying and following is very worth it, I think carefully obeying and following God's word is the most wonderful choice in the world, and also the most worthwhile choice, because you can be victorious in the spiritual world.

## Fight Victoriously, Claim God's Promises

In the spiritual world there is something called an old horse, I am not explaining this to everyone, but don't let the word old horse confuse you. In Revelation there are four horses, why four horses, not four cows or four monkeys? These horses have special spiritual significance, these were also things that the demons themselves told me when I was leading people in deliverance. When ministering, I asked the names of the evil spirits, and the demons told me through the mouth of the person being ministered to, its name is old horse!

After the old horse is defeated, I tell it to pay back the money. It's very interesting when the old horse pays back the money, when the old horse pays back the money the church will not be poor. So if you fight a losing battle in the spiritual world, or even have never fought a battle at all, just a bunch of rabble who are completely vulnerable, these people will be under the oppression of the devil. This immediately explains all the confusion we face, if you have ever heard the stories of tragic preachers, that is all because of not being victorious in the spiritual world.

The things I am saying are all in the Bible, if you want to be victorious you must fight, even if it is soldier against soldier, general against general. If you are not victorious you must pay the price of not being victorious, if you are victorious you must pay the price of being victorious. Victorious Christians will definitely live better than non-victorious Christians, victorious Christians can definitely claim God's promises. We must know that the Israelites entered the land of Canaan, and if they were not victorious they would not obtain that land! In the time of the Book of Judges, the tribe of Dan still did not have their own land, because they did not like to fight, they just liked comfort, wandering around and playing every day. Who can they blame? The twelve tribes of Israel, Joshua and Caleb all had their own places, but the tribe of Dan did not, so they lived very miserably.

Victory is the key! Healing and deliverance is spiritual warfare, healing the sick and casting out demons is spiritual warfare! So we rely on the Spirit of God to cast out demons, and the kingdom of God has come upon us.

**But if it is by the Spirit of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. (Matthew 12:28)**

The kingdom of God has come because the army of God is stationed there! The most critical thing about healing the sick and casting out demons is a victorious church. Some people say that our church also has some examples of minor illnesses being healed, and some illnesses that I prayed for myself and were healed, but does your thing have a theoretical system? If there is no theoretical system, what does that mean? It means that some can be healed and some cannot, is that right? So next I will still repeat that everyone is healed.

**If we fight in the spiritual world in our church, constantly overcome, constantly climb the peak of spiritual truth, let our knowledge of Jehovah God fill the ocean like the sea, when we climb the mountain of Jehovah, enter the temple of the God of Jacob, and behold the beauty of God, this army of God will instantly kill all the enemies**.

In earlier years, I couldn't wait to be like Jesus, healing with a touch, solving problems with a word, all instant kills. At that time I longed for it every day, and as a result, the things I instantly kill are increasing. Later I discovered that **the force of our battle is closely related to our spiritual height**.

Someone asked me, what spiritual height have you climbed to? I know there is still a long way to go, but today our understanding of God's truth, especially the truth that the church is the army of God, we have a very clear vision, we also have an increasingly clear vision of the truth of victory, and we also understand spiritual warfare more and more, sometimes we even begin to have a clearer vision of the organizational structure of demons in the spirit realm, and of course we also have a greater understanding of God's word.

Our battle this year is more forceful than last year, last year was more forceful than the year before, but we still hope that next year will be higher than this year, the year after that will be higher than next year, higher year by year, until we enter the temple of our eternal God, and then we will be like Jesus, instantly killing the demonic enemies! Today what we are talking about is not gifts and anointing, those are very outdated scientific technologies and scientific systems, it is not like that at all. If it were like that, we could have done many things a long time ago, and we would have been like Jesus a long time ago.

Jesus Christ is most concerned about a victorious church, if we enter into God's heart, I believe some amazing things will continue to happen. Why is faithfulness needed? Because in the army of God, you must be a faithful person, a wavering person cannot fight a battle! Fighting a battle is indeed a cruel thing, if you are afraid and become a traitor, then how can you fight a battle? I dare not say about other churches, but in the churches I know, we do healing and deliverance the best, and we heal the sick and cast out demons the most. I have a dream, in the days to come, we look forward to God doing greater things in our midst! Everyone must become an elite soldier of Jesus Christ, and must constantly fight and be victorious in the spiritual world.

## Be Strong and Courageous, God Has Promised Us Victory!

When Joshua led the Israelites across the Jordan River, he was very afraid, and then God appeared to him. What was God's command to him?

**“No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life. Just as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you or forsake you. Be strong and courageous, for you shall cause this people to inherit the land that I swore to their fathers to give them. Only be strong and very courageous, being careful to do according to all the law that Moses my servant commanded you. Do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may have good success wherever you go. (Joshua 1:5-7)**

Let us be strong and courageous, whether you are sick, need healing, or are eager to do healing and deliverance among us, now begin to be eager to be strong, what a wonderful promise! If you are not strong and courageous, you will not be able to fight with a timid heart, nor will you be able to overcome, so the timid will also be thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur.

**But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8)**

Recently someone asked, after casting out demons, will the demons come back for revenge? Actually, whether they come back for revenge or not, we do it the same way. What are you afraid of? What is there to fear? There's nothing great about it. Because today we have already made the smartest choice, which is to be elite soldiers in the army of Jehovah God, to begin to trample on the authority of hell, to release the captive souls, to let the power of God, the glory of God be manifested through us, in order to build a victorious church.

The church must become more and more like Jesus, because one day in the future, our ministry will also be like Jesus, instantly killing demons, either solving problems with a command, or being healed by laying on hands, or rebuking demons and the demons will retreat. Because these are all our defeated enemies. If Satan is also trampled under our feet, then what else can stand before us? Until today I still run forward with this hope, with this dream, because knowing God is endless!

Some time ago I clicked on a video, a video of a non-Christian. He said: Many people talk about humility, but actually they are not qualified to be humble. This person is very rotten, often loses battles, what is he being humble about? There is no use in being humble! Only when the glory of God is manifested all over your body do you need to be humble, only then are you qualified to talk about humility! We are on this road to victory, running forward all the time, this is God's promise. Today, everyone repack your faith, run forward on the road to victory all the time, because God has long predestined us to be victorious, this is God's promise.
