Introduction

Time truly flies. A month has passed in 2020, and before you know it, another year has gone by. I had a phone call with a friend the other day, and it struck me that the last time we met was in 2018. Just like that, 2019 is over. It feels like our last meeting was just yesterday. Life is not that long, and then we encounter things like SARS, non-SARS, and this recent thing in Wuhan. Life is truly full of events.

Today, I want to talk about the theological system of healing and deliverance. This system is largely a blank slate. In past years, many churches have engaged in healing and deliverance, dividing into charismatic and evangelical factions. However, after carefully reading the Bible, I believe we should establish a complete theological system for healing and deliverance.

Today, I want to share a topic called Taking Authority in Jesus Christ. In this age of disaster and rampant plague, isn't this a treasure? It truly is a treasure! Over the past period, I myself have witnessed the healing of those with fevers, chest tightness, headaches, and neck and back stiffness. Some ask, Really? Is it a permanent cure? It's not a matter of permanent or not, because to find the root of diseases in this world, it's the evil spirits. These spirits are always lurking at your doorstep, and they will harass you if they can. So, the true cure lies in carefully observing and obeying God's Word. Today, we must understand that once this theological system of healing and deliverance is established, you will find it very biblical. Because that's what the Bible says, I am just summarizing it step by step.

All Are Healed in Jesus Christ

Last time, we talked about All Are Healed. Many people said, Isn't that too absolute? But it's not my words; it's what the Bible says. If you are the Bible, I will listen to you; if you are not, we will listen to the Bible. It's a simple principle. Read carefully and see if that's what it says. If the Bible says so, and we say, Not all are healed, some are not, God will say, That's you! Wouldn't that be unfortunate? Believing that all are healed is believing that God has healed us. How difficult is that? Actually, not difficult at all! Why argue with me about something beneficial? It's not just for my benefit; you benefit too. If you don't believe that all are healed, how can you receive the benefit?

If you don't believe that all are healed, then God says, Those who are not healed, that's you! Then you can slowly go find a doctor. Fortunately, we have God today. Whether it's SARS or whatever thing, no matter how it develops, it doesn't matter. Doctors can't cure what God can cure, and doctors can't always cure what God can. God can cure what doctors can and cannot cure, how wonderful!

It turns out that disease is very spiritual. If we deeply explore the root of disease, it is closely related to the spiritual realm. Why is it that not all are healed in real life? Looking at real life, it's true that not all are healed. But the Bible says, All are healed. Where is the problem? The problem is what we will discuss today: Taking Authority in Jesus Christ. I will discuss it with you one by one.

First, to be in Jesus Christ, to be in the church, to take authority means to take the authority God has given us. Some are not in Jesus Christ; not all churches have the presence of Jesus Christ. Therefore, building a church requires building a victorious church. A victorious church is built on the rock of Jesus Christ. It is a victorious church, so the gates of hell cannot prevail against it. It's that simple. Building a victorious church is very important. There is a huge difference between being in a victorious church and in a non-victorious church.

For example, if you are a Japanese soldier, serving in the Japanese army. In World War II, Japan was defeated, bombed by two atomic bombs. You are a defeated soldier. If you are in a victorious army, you are a victorious soldier. It's a simple principle. No matter how high or low your rank in a defeated army, it doesn't matter. The difference between victorious and non-victorious is huge.

So today, we must know, why are some not healed? Because the church is not victorious. I am very clear about this, very clear, because we were not a victorious church before. I was puzzled. Why does the Bible say all are healed, but in real life, not all are healed? I desperately searched for the root cause. As a scholarly Christian, I carefully examined the Bible and found that we hadn't built the church according to God's Word. Can that be a church? So, the sermon I gave some time ago was called Trembling at God's Word. It was not a joke; it was a very serious matter.

Building God's church is a very serious matter. So today, I want to say again, if we, in Chinese Mingding Destiny, find that the phenomena we encounter do not match the results we speak of, we must solve the problem. After solving the problem, we discovered that the problem was with the church. So today, in Jesus Christ, in the church, take authority.

Looking closely today, haven't all been healed in the past period? All have been healed, and these were life-threatening cases, people almost dying, but after prayer, they got better. Yesterday, someone felt unwell all over, like they had a serious illness, but after a few minutes of prayer, they were better. Usually, I lead prayers at night during this period. There are many who have been healed, I can't count them, and I don't want to count them.

Today, I want to tell you, building a victorious church is a great grace, and being a victorious Christian in a victorious church is a great grace. So today, I want to share the last recording with you because the principles are the same. Next, I will play the last recording for you. I think listening to it ten or eight times wouldn't be too much because I think it's very good.

We Do As the Bible Says

I often encounter some people. Once, when I was playing a recording, someone jumped out and said, Don't listen to him, quickly leave the group, he is a heretic. I was very strange. Was there anything I said that was wrong? But I tell you not to be afraid. I won't morally blackmail you, and I won't do anything to you. But I really want you to know what the Bible says because what the Bible says is very important.

At that time, many brothers and sisters in the group said, Why should I believe you? Today, I tell you, you don't have to believe me, and you don't have to believe those people, but you must believe the Bible. One of the most obvious people who built a victorious church is the Apostle Paul. I encourage you to read the letters of the Apostle Paul carefully. Paul's letters are systematic, so the power of God is released from Paul. Another is the Four Gospels. The Four Gospels are the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, so the result must be like Jesus. If the result is not like Jesus, then it's just talk, useless. I encourage you not to be afraid or worried. We are all reading the Bible. Let's see what the Bible says together. You don't have to believe me, but you can refer to the Bible to see if what I say is true or not.

The second phase of our seminar was very popular. I found that many people created several groups and shared our website in the groups. Then I found that our click-through rate far exceeded the number of people who attended the special meeting. I was thinking, where did they come from? It turned out that it was the reason why our brothers and sisters forwarded it in their circles of friends and various groups. This is really very good. But I think we must promote one thing today: carefully examine the Bible to see if what I say is true or not.

My past experiences don't count, and what I say doesn't count, but what the Bible says must count. Many people in the Bible built churches very poorly, and they all failed in the end. The Bible doesn't record this matter anymore. It's not that our church today has failed, but that people in that generation built churches very badly. So, you don't need to listen too much to what people say. You need to listen to the teachings of the Apostle Paul. Everyone go back and examine the Bible to see if what I say is in the Bible.

When I come into contact with some people on the Internet, I will always tell them, Don't believe me, why should you believe me! But you can believe the Bible. You and I both have a Bible, both are Union Versions. Even if the versions are different, the theme, story, and meaning are similar. If we don't quibble over words and grasp the theme and key points, we can't see too many differences. I encourage everyone, we must be people who read the Bible. I really don't like people treating me as a master and coming to me because I feel very uncomfortable when they treat me as a master because this is very foolish. We must return to the Bible. We do as the Bible says. You carefully examine, summarize, organize, and sublimate. If what you summarize is not much different from me, I really thank God!

Once, I was listening to a sermon at a local church, and a pastor said: What is said on this platform is all from God. I was thinking, is that the case? I haven't heard this before? I carefully examined the Bible and later found that I don't need to believe what he said so absolutely. The Bible is very important, especially the Four Gospels. Matthew followed Jesus, John followed Jesus, Luke followed Paul, and Mark followed Peter. Can what people say two thousand years later be better than what people who followed Jesus at that time said? I can't even imitate them in time! I won't mess around!

The Concept of Authority Is Very Important

Taking authority in Jesus Christ is the concept the Bible gives us, and the concept of authority is very important. When I was in the local church, I listened carefully to what the pastor said, but I also carefully examined the Bible. It is very difficult for someone to fool me because I examine the Bible. Once a pastor said, Don't lay hands to pray, ghosts will run into you. I examined the Bible and found that there was no such thing. This sentence was said by Derek Prince, who wrote a book called Expelling Demons and Deliverance. I read many books, and the brothers and sisters in the local church asked me what was going on. I told them that the Bible did not write this, and don't believe these things, they will not solve the problem.

If I am not a person who does what the Bible says, don't believe me. I implement, think, research, pray, seek, and practice according to the word of the Bible. I found that God's word is really good! God's authority is easy to use! Everyone think about it, we are all crowding on the bus, your ghost runs into me, and my ghost runs into you. Everyone shares a ghost? Can that work? I believe that in Jesus Christ, we are all people with authority who can drive out ghosts. As the Bible says:

Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness. (Matthew 10:1)

Jesus called twelve disciples and gave them authority to drive out demons and heal diseases. Why not give them gifts, but authority? Because driving out demons and healing diseases depends on authority. Authority is very powerful! Is driving out demons a gift? No! Driving out demons is authority! People who can say this basically have not read the Bible carefully. We must be determined to read the Bible carefully. If we figure out how to heal and drive out demons! You can save a lifetime of medical expenses, isn't that great? Some people pick on me, not all medical expenses, but 80% and 90% of medical expenses are saved, isn't that great too!

What Jesus gave to the twelve disciples was authority, was it life? The scripture says:

And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well. (Mark 16:17-18)

Where is life here? In this generation today, what I heard in the local church is really unbelievable. For example, if your life is not good enough, how can you drive out demons? After reading the Bible, I found that the lives of these twelve disciples were not very good. Jesus was about to be crucified, and they were still arguing about who was the greatest. This is very absurd. Peter also denied the Lord three times. Before that, I had driven out many demons.

Today, we must learn one thing and clarify the Bible. I once calculated that the Bible has about one thousand pages. If you read one page carefully in about two or three minutes, then one thousand pages is two or three thousand minutes. How many hours is three thousand minutes divided by sixty minutes? Fifty hours. You calculate, if you don't sleep, you can read it in two days. If you sleep, read three hours a day. If we read desperately, read eight hours a day, then eighty hours in ten days, then you can finish reading it in one week.

We must read the Bible, this is the key to Mingding Destiny! The general evangelicals criticize the spiritual faction, saying that they do not read the Bible. But we read the Bible. I want to say that I am from the Bible party, the Jesus party. Not only do we read the Bible, but we also want our brothers and sisters to carefully examine the Bible to see if what we say is true or not.

If Jesus said give him life and let him drive out demons, then give him life. But what Jesus Christ gave them was authority. Their lives today are not very good. Today your life is not very good, but I have good news for you: Jesus Christ gave you authority so that you can subdue all kinds of demons and heal all kinds of diseases. Then if someone says, my life is not good, what should I do if the ghost runs into me? You have authority, are you still afraid of the ghost running into you? Once I prayed for someone and my back hurt and my arm couldn't lift. His arm lifted up, but my arm couldn't lift up. I said this thing is quite powerful. But I have a confidence in my heart, I believe that God has given me authority!

I have authority, and at that time, no one served me, there were not many disciples and members, and I had plenty of time to pray. I grabbed one thing, praying and stretching, and it was completely healed in two months. So today I tell you a good news, the demon of shoulder pain shivers when he sees me. The ghost really said, This guy is too powerful, I have to run away quickly. My arm is healed, and I really like to pray for people with back pain, stomach pain, and arm pain, and they are healed super quickly. What is the reason? The authority is used again and again. By the authority that Jesus Christ has given us, we can trample on snakes and scorpions! Trample the enemy of the devil! You can release the captive people! We'll kill them if ghosts run into us.

After the sharing of the previous two talks, many people went to practice, and they were really powerful after they practiced. Someone said that they prayed for eleven hours. Praying for eleven hours means praying in tongues plus rational prayer. In fact, the words are not difficult: In the name of Jesus Christ, I declare that we are forgiven because of Jesus' stripes, and we are healed because of Jesus' stripes. Get out of me. Back pain is the spirit of back pain, and waist pain is the spirit of waist pain.

Yesterday night, an old sister, she is the mother of a pastor, she has been suffering from insomnia for twenty years and came to me to pray. As a result, I found her and led her to pray. The previous day, another sister led her to pray, and as a result, she felt uncomfortable all over when she got up. I asked if she felt better, but in fact, she felt much better. After the prayer of I led, she began to listen to my sermons and Bible studies. That night, she slept very well. In the morning, the sister sent a message saying that listening to my sermon at night is a sleeping pill, and during the day it is a stimulant. I gave her an small problem. Because her son often took her to pray, and had prayed for seven years. But why doesn't it work? It's an issue of authority.

The Enigma of Authority

Today, many Christians think they have no authority. In fact, we have authority. Many Christians think that authority is a gift. The issue of authority addresses an issue of legitimization. If you have authority in your hand, then it is legitimate for you to do this. If you do not have authority in your hand, then it is illegal to do this. It is legitimate for Christians to drive out demons and heal and set free today. Some people think that healing the sick and casting out demons was done in Jesus' day. It was legal in Jesus' day, but it is not legal for us now. That is an enigma.

Building God's glorious church and healing the sick and casting out demons are closely related! So, examine the Bible carefully. Where I rely on the Spirit of God to cast out demons, the Kingdom of God descends there.

If you want to learn healing and deliverance, the most important thing to solve is to start changing from the point of authority. Someone said, What if my life is not very good? In fact, it doesn't matter if your life is not very good, because you are in the name of Jesus Christ. Actually, my life is not very good either. I often say some words that don't sound very good, but there is an effect in ministry. I say this because it is in accordance with the Bible. I speak like a person with authority. Wherever I go, I say I can do it! God has given us all the authority in heaven and on earth, and this authority is in Jesus Christ.

Some people say that I am bragging and that I am stealing God's glory. In fact, the Bible does not say anything about stealing God's glory. Later, I began to examine the Bible and found that Jesus' glory is mine and my glory is Jesus', and I am one with Jesus. Jesus said, He is in me, and I am in him. In other words, Jesus' authority is ours, and we are in a unified relationship with Jesus. Authority is in Jesus Christ, and there can be no authority without being in Jesus Christ.

Today, there are many lies that the devil releases, and there are many enigmas related to authority and glory. Some people criticize me for stealing God's glory and say that I am bragging, but that is okay. But look at what I have done. Is it not good to heal people, to be healed and for God's name to be glorified? Isn't healing a good news?

Therefore, all our brothers and sisters today must begin to reorganize the faith in their hearts and firmly believe that Jesus Christ has given us His authority. Without authority, nothing can be done. Having authority is called legal, and not having authority is called illegal. Politics is a matter of authority, and authority cannot be negotiated.

Our brothers and sisters should begin to know that the chief priests and elders asked Jesus a very key question: By what authority are you doing these things?

Jesus entered the temple courts, and, while he was teaching, the chief priests and the elders of the people came to him. “By what authority are you doing these things?” they asked. “And who gave you this authority?” Jesus replied, “I will also ask you one question. If you answer me, I will tell you by what authority I am doing these things. John’s baptism—where did it come from? Was it from heaven, or of human origin?” They discussed it among themselves and said, “If we say, ‘From heaven,’ he will ask, ‘Then why didn’t you believe him?’ But if we say, ‘Of human origin’—we are afraid of the people, for they all hold that John was a prophet.” So they answered Jesus, “We don’t know.” Then he said, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I am doing these things. (Matthew 21:23-27)

They wanted to see whether the authority that Jesus relied on was legitimate or not. Later, before Jesus ascended to heaven, he said to his disciples, All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me! If this authority has been given to Jesus, and we are in Jesus Christ, then we directly inherit the authority of Jesus Christ, and we must do what Jesus did.

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. (Matthew)

First, Faith is Paramount

Faith is of utmost importance. But what exactly is the object of this faith? It is believing that all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to my Lord Jesus Christ. I believe that I am in Jesus Christ, and I am the body of Jesus Christ, which is the church. Therefore, building God's glorious church is the most important Mingding Destiny of my life. To build God's glorious church, one must build according to God's Word, so that the church directly obtains authority.

Last night, I ministered to an elderly woman who wondered why her own prayers were ineffective, yet when I prayed for her, she felt relieved. She regarded me as a master. But I am no master, though I often do what masters do. The key lies in authority. Authority comes from a victorious church, and a victorious church is built on the truth of Jesus Christ. Such a church possesses authority. A church without authority is trampled by the devil, while a church with authority can trample the devil. I encourage the pastors among us to build victorious churches at all costs, for that is what Jesus Christ desires. A victorious church is built on the rock of Jesus Christ.

I have in me a Pauline conviction, a commitment to pay the price to build a victorious church where healing and deliverance are effective.

Second, Believe in Authority

I encourage the pastors among us to have a determination to build a victorious and glorious church at all costs, for that is what Jesus Christ desires. A victorious church is built on the rock of Jesus Christ. In June, I will share with you The Revelation of the Victorious Church, and I believe I am qualified to speak on Revelation.

I have written a Bible study book on Revelation called The Revelation of the Victorious Church. Secondly, I have in me a Pauline conviction, a commitment to pay the price. Like Paul, I have shed many tears for the sake of the Gospel, and I would not mind even shedding blood. The heart must be willing to pay the price.

With such a commitment to pay the price, begin to build a victorious church, and healing and deliverance will be absolutely effective. Let us set our priorities right. The most important theme in the New Testament is building a victorious church. If you grasp this point, many problems will be solved. If today we believe that there is authority in Jesus Christ, then being able to handle snakes is authority.

And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well. (Mark 16:17-18)

This scripture says that they will pick up snakes with their hands. I have seen videos of Christians in some countries handling snakes, only to be bitten by them. What does it mean to handle snakes? We must return to the Old Testament.

Then the Lord said to him, “What is that in your hand?” “A staff,” he replied. The Lord said, “Throw it on the ground.” Moses threw it on the ground, and it became a snake, and he ran from it. Then the Lord said to him, “Reach out your hand and take it by the tail.” So Moses reached out and took hold of the snake and it turned back into a staff in his hand. “This,” said the Lord, “is so that they may believe that the Lord, the God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob, has appeared to you.” (Exodus 4:2-5)

The first person in the Old Testament to handle a snake was Moses. God said, Throw the staff on the ground. I think Moses was remarkable. If it were me, I would wonder, What kind of staff is this? I must put it in the refrigerator at night, or it might turn into a snake and bite me. The staffs of Pharaoh's magicians could turn into snakes, but Moses' staff swallowed them. What can be done with a snake?

When Moses led the congregation of Israel to the edge of the Red Sea, God said:

“Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground. (Exodus 14:16)

As a result, the sea parted. It turns out that the staff is authority. The authority God gave Moses was the staff that could turn into a snake. Handling snakes represents taking up the authority God has given you. These signs will accompany those who believe, including taking up authority. Do you believe you have authority in your hand? If you believe, you can do what Jesus did.

We have received freely, so we give freely. I hope that in our time, millions of Jesuses will arise, because there are so many people in need of service in this era that we cannot minister to them all.

Today, may every brother and sister rekindle the faith within them, take up the snake in their hand, take up the staff that turned from a snake, and not be afraid. We believe that the keys to the kingdom of heaven are in our hands, and we can draw upon the resources God has given us at any time.

Only children of God can access this resource. Servants cannot, but children of God have the authority of children of God. We have the authority to be children of God. We are children of God, not maids. Our Heavenly Father has given us His authority, so that we may go into all the world to preach the Gospel and make disciples of all nations.

The keys to the kingdom are also authority. The steward of a wealthy household has great authority, carrying a large bunch of keys that can open every room. If you have the key to a room, it means that the room is your territory, and you have the say. Keys are authority, and there are many things related to authority; keys are just one of them.

Third, Use Authority

Isn't it a pity if God gives you authority and you don't use it? In fact, Christians have authority, but many don't know how to use it. I have done research and found that intellectuals and the less educated have different habits when they believe in the Lord. Peter was a fisherman, while Paul had professional training. But you will find that once intellectuals become serious, they are exceptionally capable.

Regarding the use of authority, I studied how to pray. The first time, I tried praying on my knees: Lord, please heal him. Lord, it is painful to see him with such a sorrowful face. Later, I realized that it was ineffective. I knew it wasn't working, kneeling there nodding my head with my hands clasped on my chest, looking very devout, but it didn't have much effect.

That's what I tried. If you have good results, let me know and I will see how you tried it. Since it didn't work, many people continued to do it. Knowing it was ineffective, shouldn't we change it? So, I kept changing it until it was effective. Many Christians pray like this until they die, suffering without ever using authority.

Let's think about this from the perspective of the Lord Jesus. Lord, please heal so-and-so. What does that mean? It means that the person is not healed because Jesus is not willing to heal. This is absolutely a disgrace to God. In the last sermon, I spoke about All were Healed. Healing is God's will, so what are you asking for? It's as if the Lord Jesus is unwilling to heal you. If Jesus has not healed you, it is God's sovereignty, do you understand? God's sovereignty is in your hands, but you don't use it, who are you going to ask?

One day, when we all come before the Lord Jesus, who will have respected God's sovereignty more, you or me? I tell you, I have respected God's sovereignty, because God wants those who have faith to use His authority.

Later, I did another experiment. In the name of Jesus Christ, I commanded the demons to leave. If it didn't work, I would keep at it, all the way to the end. So, in the spiritual realm, I seemed to have a reputation: A demon's nemesis. We all have authority in our hands. How would you know if you don't use it?

From now on, change completely. The kind of prayer that implies Jesus is unwilling to heal is what I avoid doing. Basically, I command demons to leave and change people's thoughts and intentions. It is easy to command demons to leave, but I cannot command you! I can use authority to drive out demons, but I cannot use authority to bind you. If I could bind you to diligently follow God's Word, I might try, but that is not in accordance with the Bible. You must choose to diligently follow God's Word yourself.

Since both types of prayer are good, I use them often. This is not a concept of eradicating roots until one day your bad habits are completely dealt with by the Holy Spirit. Start practicing faith today. I wrote a book, Healing and Deliverance Like Jesus, which has sold very well. If you are willing, buy a copy; it will be very helpful to you. Regarding how to use authority, the Bible says, Lift up your staff. God said to Moses:

Then the Lord said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on. Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground. (Exodus 14:15-16)

There is no need to cry out; lift up your staff over the sea, and the sea will part. The sea parted because of that staff, allowing the Israelites to cross the Red Sea on dry ground. Our God controls the universe, so what is a small earth? What is the Red Sea on a small earth? What are the three million Israelites crossing the Red Sea? The Egyptian army is nothing compared to the authority God has given us.

Therefore, lift up the authority in your hand and declare: In the name of Jesus Christ, I command the demons to leave, command the spirit of shoulder pain to leave, command the spirit of stomach pain to leave, command the spirit of headache to leave. Try it and I guarantee it will work for you.

Once, in an emergency, when someone had a special need but could not be ministered to, I had a sudden inspiration. Could authority be transmitted through a recording over the Internet? It worked! Authority transcends time and space, so I recorded a message and sent it. Later, I did this often.

In my day, taking the train was very difficult. If I knew a classmate or relative working at the train station, they would write me a note. Although it was just a slip of paper, it worked! Is our time comparable to the time of Jesus? So, ministering to brothers and sisters online is absolutely effective!

I have recently been developing a prayer robot, which will soon be successful. I wonder if demons can compete with robots? They shouldn't be able to! If I send a voice message that plays continuously, people can be healed! Using authority in this way is also effective! This is the use of authority. We must not ask Jesus to heal; we must ask the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a noble Spirit, and we must be urgent and persistent, not giving up until we receive the Holy Spirit!

Then Jesus said to them, “Suppose you have a friend, and you go to him at midnight and say, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves of bread; a friend of mine on a journey has come to me, and I have no food to offer him.’ And suppose the one inside answers, ‘Don’t bother me. The door is already locked, and my children and I are in bed. I can’t get up and give you anything.’ I tell you, even though he will not get up and give you the bread because of friendship, yet because of your shameless audacity he will surely get up and give you as much as you need. “So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. “Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!” (Luke 11:5-13)

We knock, we ask fervently, we keep asking for the Holy Spirit! Some people don't understand and ask the Lord to heal them. That's already better than some who ask the Lord to heal them, and if they are not healed, that's okay.

I heard such a story: a member's pig got sick, and he asked the pastor to pray. The pastor said, Lord, if you are willing to heal it, heal it; if not, then so be it. Afterwards, the member's pig got better, and he was very grateful to the pastor. One day, the pastor got sick, and the member went to see him and prayed, Lord, if you are willing to heal him, heal him; if not, then let him die. This is not a solution, and it is not called using authority.

Authority can be used not only at close range but also at a distance. But it must be a way of using authority! The way of using authority is important. All were healed because it was the result of using authority. There must be healing every time.

Authority is Closely Related to the Church

We are sharing that authority is in Jesus Christ. The first point is about the concept of authority, the second is about believing that God has given us authority, the third is about how to use authority, and the fourth is about how authority is all in Jesus Christ. There are many words in the Bible that must be read carefully: the house of God, the body of Jesus Christ, the church—these words all speak of the church. Authority is closely related to the church. It is very clear in Matthew.

And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. (Matthew 16:18-19)

Therefore, we must not use authority outside of Jesus Christ. The Book of Acts records such a story:

God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured, and the evil spirits left them. Some Jews who went around driving out evil spirits tried to invoke the name of the Lord Jesus over those who were demon-possessed. They would say, “In the name of the Jesus whom Paul preaches, I command you to come out.” Seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, were doing this. One day the evil spirit answered them, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know, but who are you?” Then the man who had the evil spirit jumped on them and overpowered them all. He gave them such a beating that they ran out of the house naked and bleeding. When this became known to the Jews and Greeks living in Ephesus, they were all seized with fear, and the name of the Lord Jesus was held in high honor. Many of those who believed now came and openly confessed what they had done. A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. When they calculated the value of the scrolls, the total came to fifty thousand drachmas. In this way the word of the Lord spread widely and grew in power. (Acts 19:11-20)

The sons of the chief priest saw that Paul was effectively casting out demons, so they also cast out demons in the name of Jesus Christ. As a result, the demons began to speak and beat them severely. This is very interesting. It doesn't work outside the victorious church; it must be within the victorious church. I encourage everyone to have a victorious heart, build a victorious church, overcome all obstacles, and be famous in the spiritual world so that demons tremble at the sight of you.

Why do some prayers work and others don't? Because being in Jesus Christ means building the church according to God's Word, building the body of Jesus Christ. Ephesians speaks very clearly. Ephesians says that the church is the body of Jesus Christ, and God will put all things under His feet.

What is the church? We must return to what Matthew says:

And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. (Matthew 16:18-19)

This is the view of the church. Some of our brothers and sisters have a very weak view of the church. Those I have trained have a very clear view of the church. We must clarify the most critical things. Although I have emphasized it so much, some people still have a very weak view of the church. Some say that all churches are the same. Can they be the same? Is it a church just because it has a sign? There is the Laodicean church and the Philadelphian church. Can they be the same?

Some churches trample on the devil and the enemy, and the gates of Hades cannot overcome them. If the church is built on the rock, it must be a victorious church. Therefore, the church must be built according to God's Word. We must carefully consider this. Along the way, I have shed many tears because the path to victory is very difficult. The arrows shot by the devil often turn us into hedgehogs. Today, the church must continue to be victorious. The concept of our Chinese Mingding Destiny is to constantly be victorious! Only the victorious can draw on promises and receive the keys to the kingdom!

The View of the Church

I want to tell you the most critical things. Despite so much emphasis, there are still many people with a very weak view of the church. All churches are the same. Is it a church just because it has a church sign? Are the Laodicean church and the Philadelphian church the same? Some churches trample on the devil, and the powers of Hades cannot overcome them! If the church is built on the rock, it must be a victorious church. Therefore, it must be built according to God's Word. Today, we must carefully consider this matter.

I have shed so many tears along the way because the path to victory is difficult. The arrows shot by the devil have turned me into a hedgehog. Today, the church must continue to be victorious. Therefore, the basic concept of Chinese Mingding Destiny is constant victory!

Only a Victorious Church Counts

Only the victorious count, and only the victorious can draw on promises. Only the victorious can receive the keys to the kingdom of heaven. The church must be built according to God's Word! In the early days, the church I built was interesting. I wondered if Jesus could attract people. Would they come if I preached about Jesus? So I prepared ham sausages and roast chicken. Later, I received a deep curse. I know I have a curse of intelligence. I did not consider myself a modern-day Job. I was very clear in my heart that I thought he came, and then I would slowly preach the gospel of Jesus to him.

But the Bible says that Jesus, when lifted up on the cross, can draw all people to Himself. Today, through the power of Jesus Christ, the needs of so many people have been met in Jesus Christ.

For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God. (2 Corinthians 1:20 NIV)

In the body of Jesus Christ, a holy, unified, victorious, and glorious church must be built no matter what! Why is it that when another pastor prayed for his mother who had insomnia, it got worse, but when I prayed, she got better? We need to know what we are building the church with.

A Victorious and Unified Church

The church view is of utmost importance, so we emphasize the unity and victory of the church. Many churches are not unified. I know someone who has a thousand different interpretations of God's Word. He has three pastors under him, and the three pastors fight all day long. On both sides of the hallway are those who agree and disagree with speaking in tongues. If you are preaching on the stage, you will offend both sides, so what should you do?

Therefore, the Chinese Mingding Destiny emphasizes a holy, unified, and victorious church. This is the key! Why are so many miracles happening among us? A woman who could not conceive later came among us and became pregnant. Recently, the child was born, and she picked up a book called Healing and Deliverance Like Jesus. This book mentions building a victorious and glorious church. Authority is connected with the church. If you want to draw on the authority of the kingdom of heaven and take up the keys of the kingdom, it must be the church.

Today, I want to give you a grace. Now, put your hand on the area of pain and say with me: In the name of Jesus Christ, I want to take up the authority of the kingdom of heaven. In the name of Jesus Christ, I command the spirit of pain to leave and depart from me. In the name of Jesus Christ, I command the spirit of pain to leave and depart from me! In the name of Jesus Christ, I command the pain to completely disappear. Because by Jesus’ wounds I am healed. In the name of Jesus Christ, the pain must completely disappear! I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. Try it today, and it is guaranteed to work.
