Today, I want to share with you about insight.

I will expand on the foundation laid by the pastor in his previous sharing. My focus is on how to identify shortcomings through insight.

I believe I possess a reasonably good level of insight: my reading speed is quite fast, approximately 3-5 times that of the average person. This is largely due to my insight. When I read, I don't process word by word or line by line; instead, I perceive information in chunks. A quick glance allows me to identify many keywords, significantly increasing my reading speed and bringing considerable convenience to my work. This is particularly beneficial when searching for resources to solve problems, enabling me to quickly scan through a large volume of material. This is inseparable from my extensive reading.

In my pastoral work, my discernment is particularly accurate, and my gift of prophecy is especially strong. I deeply enjoy pastoral work. Initially, when starting out, I would see a person's problem and feel a strong desire to help, but I often relied on my own strength to assist them directly. I found myself doing the work while the person being helped remained idle. Later, I realised that this approach was ineffective; it was a carnal way of pastoring. The key is to identify the essence of the person's problem. Often, I was initially unclear. However, through persistent reflection while interacting with the person, one day, a revelation about the essence would suddenly appear in my mind, with remarkable accuracy.

Therefore, I want to share with you how to identify a person's shortcomings. This is crucial in the church, as the key to a person's transformation lies in identifying their weaknesses. This view is shared by many. For example, the Law of the Barrel: the amount of water a barrel can hold is not determined by the length of its longest plank but by the length of its shortest plank.

In the scientific community, there is also Liebig's Law of the Minimum. This law has been prevalent in agriculture for over 180 years and has played a significant role in its development. It also has significant implications for how people can actively and positively create. The law states that every plant requires a certain amount and type of nutrients. If a nutrient is deficient, the plant will not grow well; if it is completely absent, the plant will certainly die. In practical applications, such as applying fertiliser, the fertiliser often only supplements a few types of nutrients, but many people still operate under a crude notion that the more fertiliser, the better. However, this is not the case. If those critical nutrients are missing, the more fertiliser you apply, the faster the plant will die. Therefore, a person's shortcomings can have a decisive impact on their survival.

When a person's life reaches an extreme state of decline, you must pursue your shortcomings. Often, when faced with difficult problems, you must identify the shortcomings. The key issue is how to discover these shortcomings. Recently, a brother wanted to purchase property. Today, news broke that house prices had risen again. It is now a complete seller's market because the area is confirmed to increase in value. The house the brother wanted to buy increased by eight hundred out of thin air. A house can probably increase by more than eighty thousand.

However, an incident occurred. This brother had obtained a card from his school when he was a student. A few days ago, we went to apply for a credit report. He had made no purchases, yet there was a charge of ten yuan out of thin air. This card was a credit card with an annual fee, and due to compounding interest, the amount grew to forty-six yuan. This record of overdue payments accumulated over twenty times. Such a record deprives this brother of reasonable loan opportunities for the next five years. Such a small shortcoming has such a big impact. It is terrifying. Such a ten-yuan problem has caused us a lot of trouble. A small shortcoming has created many problems.

Spiritual Insight and Revelation of Shortcomings

Let me share another personal incident about shortcomings in my hometown, so that everyone can see the reality of this spiritual world. I live in an area with the best middle school and elementary school in the area. This is a sure-win situation. You are next to elementary and middle schools, but it is very evil. A person will die after it is built for a period of time. The developer is from Hong Kong and has a strong strength, but this is very evil. Later, a feng shui master was invited to come, and the master came and said, is there a cemetery here before, the master said: Building a lotus pond in this place will suppress the evil spirit of the cemetery and no one has died since then. This is also an example of supplementing shortcomings.

Shortcomings are related to survival. Therefore, we must have a very vigilant attitude towards shortcomings, and we must exercise our eyesight to discover shortcomings. This is very important. The eyesight to discover shortcomings is a spiritual ability. For example, there are two restaurants under this building, one of which is small and narrow, with few seats, and customers are often choked by the smell of oily smoke. The other restaurant does not have a strong smell of oily smoke, is spacious, and has upper and lower private rooms. The prices of the two are actually not that much different, and the taste of the dishes is similar, but we observed a very strange thing, that is, there are more people going to the small, narrow restaurant with oily smoke than to the spacious restaurant. Why is this? Why do people like to go to that small, narrow restaurant with oily smoke? Why is a better store so deserted?

You need to use your eyesight at this time, which is a spiritual ability. Just like the lotus pond I just mentioned, no business can be done, only video game rooms can, which is probably still related to the cemetery there.

The place where we live now is rented. As long as a child comes in, there will be inexplicable crying. This house also has a characteristic: there are constant small problems, and various problems often occur. Living in the house also feels obviously sleepy. This shows that the house more or less carries a force that causes decline. In this case, we cannot solve it with human logic. At this time, we need spiritual revelation and the ability to perceive in the spirit.

Genesis 18:1-2 tells that Abraham knew at a glance that the angel of God had come at the oak of Mamre. Sometimes we perceive things, which is our spiritual feeling. For example, when many people call Jia Ru’s child Tian Ai, she ignores them, but when her mother calls, she smiles and wants a hug. How does the child perceive her parents? In fact, this is a feeling. There is also prayer. When you listen to someone praying for a long time, you can tell who is praying as soon as you hear it, and you feel very close when you meet.

Many people think this is a hoax, but this is really a feeling and revelation. Eyesight is an idea that pops into your head. This can be trained and is a spiritual wealth that God has given us.

The key to training your eyesight is to try with faith. The pastor also said that many times there is a problem with the school network, and the pastor stares at the picture there. In fact, the pastor has entered the management level, and is not as good as these managers from a technology point of view, but the pastor pointed and said, go and see here, and sure enough there is a problem here. These people think it's amazing, how do you know? The pastor said that he felt that his eyesight was better than theirs. Many people think you have a trick, but it is actually a feeling, a revelation.

Faith Experimentation and Spiritual Eyesight Training

Your eyesight comes from your brain, an idea, a thought. This idea can help you discover many problems and fatal shortcomings. When you are walking on the road, you feel a car next to you, but you don't hear any sound, but you stop and see that there is a car. This spiritual eyesight helps us avoid many life-and-death dangers. But many times we have not deliberately trained or properly kept the spiritual wealth that God has given us. We have a thousand taels of silver and we bury them in the ground and do not use them well. We are an unqualified steward.

Eyesight is our spiritual ability that can help us discover shortcomings. How to train your eyesight? Two words trust, lies in the attempt of faith, you must try more. The attempt can give people two exercises. The first is the familiarity of spiritual use which cannot be taught in many cases, that is, familiarity. For example, how do you teach someone to ride a bicycle? You will learn it by riding it. Spiritual perception must be used, forcing yourself to use it, forcing yourself to discover where the problem is, and putting yourself in this environment and daring to try.

For example, we have tried many methods to solve the problem of credit investigation recently, and asked different people in different banks. Today, we asked. Contacted a real estate agent to contact an expert who understands the bank’s operating model. He said this is simple. First of all, this is a credit card and was not notified when it was applied for. The responsible party is the bank. Secondly, the ten yuan is an annual fee, and there was no notification, and there was no notification even if the payment was overdue. Finally, the card was cancelled without my permission. This is completely the bank’s responsibility. When I called customer service and explained the situation, I could report it and cancel the adverse record, and all the problems were solved.

Discovering this problem is the result of our many attempts. We continue to try, and finally we suddenly discover this solution. Very magical. The second point can help us accumulate experience. In the phone call, the expert spoke to the customer service in a very strong tone about this matter. Which is more effective than speaking to you calmly? It must be this expert. Some people with better eyesight than yours are doing demonstrations, so you can imitate these people and try and do it, and you will train the muscles in your spirit to be very strong. This is very related to the topic of Revelation of the Holy Spirit that I shared with you some time ago. Everyone moves, uses it, and dares to face problems.

Dare to take responsibility and be willing to solve problems. There are definitely risks. It is the risks that give us the power to use these perceptions. Our spiritual perceptions are very accurate when we often lead people to pray!

This is what I want to share with you. This world is a spiritual world. When we use it, we must return to the spiritual level. The key to turning a problem around lies in discovering the shortcomings. The eyesight to discover the shortcomings is spiritual perception. To exercise our perception lies in trying with faith.
