【Bible Study】2 Corinthians 12 - It is you we want, not your possessions!

2024-08-28 17,497 2 Corinthians

Alright, let us turn to 2 Corinthians, Chapter 12. This chapter, similarly, is part of the Corinthian letters, and it is reasonable to assume as such. As for how 2 Corinthians was received, it is possible that the two letters were mixed up during the整理 (zhengli, arrangement) process.

What is the theme of this chapter? The theme is: It is you I want, not your possessions. Some say that God's power is made perfect in weakness. What is the point of saying this? It is to illustrate one thing: it is you I want, not your possessions.

I. I Am Not in the Least Inferior to the Most Eminent Apostles

Paul, this man, is truly authentic. He does not package himself, nor has he fashioned himself into a celebrity pastor. According to today's thinking, such a person would have to cultivate an image as a celebrity pastor, right? And why cultivate an image as a celebrity pastor? Because there are many benefits to doing so. As far as I know, some pastors have their schedules fully booked for the entire year.

Today, churches are very fond of inviting guest speakers from elsewhere, especially those celebrity pastors. If you can bring in a celebrity pastor, wow, that is something. I have a concern, because I never invite others to speak, and I wonder if everyone gets tired of hearing me speak all the time. If you do not tire of me, I am already very grateful.

Through what Paul said, I am not in the least inferior to the most eminent apostles. What is the purpose of this? To gain you, not your possessions. If the goal is to gain your possessions, then it is very simple, isn't it? Cultivate an image as a celebrity pastor, build it up, package it, wow, that is something. Adopt the most advanced marketing techniques. If I was caught up to the third heaven, I would immediately proclaim everywhere: I was caught up to the third heaven! I saw secret things there, and I received great revelations. Why are you still not listening to me? Why can't I become a celebrity pastor?

What is the point of inviting celebrity pastors? I, for one, do not invite them. Then again, I do not think much of that business, and we really cannot afford it. If you invite an American celebrity pastor, and you make a series of phone calls, the person answering the phone is not the pastor himself. They are too important. They are surrounded by black-suited bodyguards. You cannot get close to these people. They fly in on private jets. Can you afford that? Such a private jet trip costs a lot of money. People are very fond of fame these days. If you can become a celebrity pastor, that is remarkable, and there is a great deal of money involved.
The church has a strong ability to monetize. Do you know how much a celebrity pastor charges for one hour of preaching? At least US$5,000. That is just the preaching fee. You still have to arrange accommodation for him. If it is in Singapore, you would have to put him up at Marina Bay Sands, right? Then you have to take him to high-end restaurants, and take him shopping. If he likes sports cars, you have to take him to drive sports cars. If he likes fishing, you have to take him fishing. Oh my! That is something.

One prophet spoke very well, saying that the church has become a business in America. If you ask me today, I really look down on that practice. American pastors have become social entrepreneurs. I have noticed that pastors in Singapore love to imitate this. Why imitate that? He must have a Sabbath. Thank God! We do not have a Sabbath. We work seven days a week, fifty-two weeks a year. So many years, from our twenties until now, we have not taken a break, because there is really a lot to do.

Today, seeing the circumstances of some brothers and sisters, I get anxious even watching from a screen. At the time of buying a home, they did not think it through. They did not know that the value of the home would be halved. As a result, they bought a lot of property, with leverage. That leverage, once activated, traps them inside, and now they are struggling.

When a pastor sees people not being able to make ends meet, does he get worried? Yes, sometimes I get worried. What can I do? I long for my brothers and sisters to be blessed soon. There are also those who have been scammed, or have had investment failures, because they only thought about earning money and forgot about losing money, right? They learned to be American entrepreneurs but they did not learn it well. Now the ministries of the church are all kinds of things.

Even though Paul received revelations, he did not speak about them. Why did he not speak about them? Because he had a lot to talk about. Why did he not speak about them? Because Paul did not want to create a brand, establish a celebrity pastor, or accumulate wealth. Paul wanted to gain people. How do you gain people? In many people's sermons, 200 people come to his house to gather, and then he says: I will not come to gatherings with few people attending. If you want to invite me, it must be an outdoor stadium with at least 10,000 people, at least 30,000 or 50,000. If it is small, I will not come. Those 30,000 to 50,000 people on stage are just putting on a show, do you understand?
I tell you, what I do goes against the grain. I have tried this before. If 20 people come, I cannot manage it. Then you say: Then you should share with these 20 people. Actually, what happens after I share? You can just listen to my sermon online. What for?

Those 20 people cannot establish a relationship. So, have you noticed that I do not really like doing this? I like two or three people, one or two people, and then we talk about practical things. What problems do you have? What do you need to improve recently? So you rarely hear me say: Oh, I received this revelation! I rarely do that, because I know deeply, and Paul also knows deeply, that God's will is pastoral care. God's will is pastoral care, gaining people like catching fish. Do you think that if you give a sermon on the stage, the fish below will follow you? No such thing, that thing is called a show, the relationship is very虚 (xu, superficial).

That is, the person in the audience has a hip pain. The celebrity pastor continues to preach on stage, and the hip continues to hurt. It has nothing to do with him. If you come to me, your hip becomes my hip, isn't it? If you are in pain, I will feel the pain with you, because today we are not gaining possessions, we are gaining people.

If a person lives according to God's will, he will be successful in this life, very powerful! So our church does not have this stuff; there is no packaging. Everything is authentic. Are there many miracles? Yes! God uses miracles and God uses His presence to testify to us.

Our brothers and sisters must know that there is nothing we are inferior to the most eminent apostles. We are not much inferior to the celebrity pastors. It's just that we don't really like to do the celebrity pastor thing. Today's pastors really like to do this, but they don't care about people's problems, which is really weird.

Sometimes, don't think that I speak a little fiercely and demand a little too much of you. I am very worried in my heart, afraid that you cannot accept it, and afraid that you will feel pressured by this. Oh my! It is not okay not to demand of you, because I must tell you what God requires. But if I tell you, I am worried that you will be too stressed. It is really difficult!

So, do you know today that those who do pastoral care cannot take advantage of others? I can boast to you about one thing. Have I ever taken advantage of you? No. Once, I went to visit a brother, and he brought a box of wine to me, and I asked him to take it back and put it in the car, because what do we hope for? We hope that you are healthy in body and prosperous in wealth, just as your soul prospers. This is what we desire.
As parents, we should accumulate wealth for our children, not collect wealth from our children. So pastoral care should establish such a relationship. Paul said:

I must go on boasting. Although there is nothing to be gained, I will go on to visions and revelations from the Lord. I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven. Whether it was in the body or out of the body, I do not know—God knows. And I know that this man—whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, but God knows—was caught up to paradise and heard inexpressible things, things that no one is permitted to tell. I will boast about a man like that, but I will not boast about myself, except about my weaknesses. Even if I should choose to boast, I would not be a fool, because I would be speaking the truth. But I refrain, so no one will think more of me than is warranted by what I do or say. (2 Corinthians 12:1-6)

Why did Paul not say more? Because what would be the point of saying these things? Brothers and sisters, you must be careful. Some people are talking about these things, and some people like to listen. For example, how did he get electrocuted? How did he receive God's revelation? What is the point of saying these things? It only lets you know how amazing he is. But if he lets you know how amazing he is, what about your own problems? He is not interested in them.

I have encountered too many of these things, more than you can imagine. Once, a pastor and I lived in the same house, and we attended a special conference together. Who cared about his problems? He had a 20-year back problem and also insomnia due to depression. His pastors were all celebrity pastors. I was wondering, why did the celebrity pastors not care about his problems? He had been tormented by these diseases and bad habits for so many years.
If I were to do it, I would fix him, no matter what, I would fix him and let him be blessed. That person was so miserable, and no one cared. His pastor came and said, May God have mercy! I was wondering, what kind of pastoral care is this? This celebrity pastor's disciple told me who his pastor was and whose disciple he was, all famous people. As a result, what happened? I said, What kind of celebrity pastor is this? I was very emotional. There are many such things. There was another very famous person who led a group of people in learning worship and praise, but ran away when it came to casting out demons or something.

He has time to go hunting, but no time for pastoral care; he has time to play with sports cars, but no time for pastoral care. He has turned the church into a business. Can you gain people? What kind of people can you gain? All the people you gain are lost people. What did Paul say? Paul wanted to gain people like catching fish. Although there was nothing he was inferior to the greatest apostles in, he would never promote his own name. If he was to boast, he would boast about his weaknesses, so that Christ's power could sustain him.

So, brothers and sisters, you must know that this is God's will. God's will does not like people promoting their own names. Our brothers and sisters must know this. In the future, do not go digging into people's personal information. It is not important to know my name. What is important is the name of Jesus Christ.

II. Rather, I Will Boast Most Gladly About My Weaknesses, So That Christ’s Power May Rest on Me

So, what was Paul like? Paul had a thorn in his flesh. People began to say: Look at Paul, he has an eye disease! I tell you, what was Paul's thorn? It is said that his eye disease was never healed through prayer. Paul asked the Lord three times to remove this thorn, which was the servant of Satan who constantly attacked him. Some people said: Look at Paul, why are his eyes like that? Paul was forced to tell them: I have a weakness. Many people were stabbed by this thorn, because Paul received too great a revelation.

Some Christians get sick, and they say, I also have a thorn. Actually, you have not received such a great revelation. What do you need that thorn for? Is your whole body covered in thorns? So, the reason why Paul got this thorn was because God wanted him to understand that he had to rely on God's grace. God said: My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. I have a very deep understanding of this sentence. Why? Because I have discovered that to be a person who serves God, you must rejoice in weakness, insults, hardships, persecutions, and distresses. Why? Every time I encounter these things, I tell you, God's grace will definitely be revealed. When we like to boast about ourselves, and when we think we are very strong, God's power will leave us; when we think we are very weak, and when we think we are not good, surprisingly, we are good. I can personally testify to God about this.

I tell you, do not despise weaknesses like Paul's. Why? Because it is precisely because of his weakness that he seems inadequate, so God makes him capable. So I think, when our brothers and sisters think you are capable, you will find that you are not capable. Sometimes you think you are great, and something happens the next day. For example, you receive a great revelation, and the next day you fall, sprain your foot, and your leg swells up. People like this, they like to brag, they feel that if they brag, they will feel great.

You must know that when you really see Paul, you may stumble. Why? Because in your mind, there is a logic of strong people. So the Christian, or the apostle of Jesus Christ, who builds the church of God, must have a logic of weak people. What is strong? Jesus Christ is strong. Man is weak, and Jesus is strong. That must be the logic inside a person.

If we think we are great, God will let you prove yourself to be a stupid person. The next day, you will not know what is going on, your head will be full of foolishness, and you will do embarrassing things, because you think you are great.

So I tell you, if you want to serve people, if you want to gain people like catching fish, you must be a weak person. Until today, the doctrines received in the church are all saying that Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob were not good, and they had many problems. Then they also say that David was not good, because David's ancestors had roots of fornication, with Rahab and Ruth. Why does it sound so awful to me? Rahab and fornication again. But let me tell you, it is lucky that they were not perfect people; it is lucky that they had many problems, so we have an opportunity today, don't we?

If they were all perfect people, you simply could not find any flaws in this world, not even a single stray hair, purebreds, without a single stray hair, then we, who are full of stray hairs, would have no chance, would we? I tell you, why do people walk the path of faith? Because we are not perfect people, so we must rely on God's grace. God thinks we are perfect people, that is, He thinks so, and He treats us as perfect people, so we have a chance, don't we?
I tell you, I am willing to boast about my weaknesses. Do not stumble because of my weaknesses; that would be terrible. I am particularly moved, I have too many faults, I am very clear about them. Actually, sometimes I am really like Zhuge Liang, comparing myself to people like Yue Yi and Su Qin.

In fact, I also like to compare myself to Paul, but comparing myself to Paul is bad, because I also have the weaknesses that Paul has, because Paul is a very smart person, dexterous, knowledgeable, and capable. If Paul was to do business, he would definitely be successful. He has the skills and the knowledge. But God called him to gain people like catching fish, so He gave him a thorn. Why? It is easy to be prideful. Showing off how great he is in front of people. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? It is hard to say.

So, do not trust me too much; trust God more. We are not perfect people; we all have to rely on God's power. If you want to boast, boast about the many problems I have, and yet I still have God's grace, so that Christ's power can cover us, because boasting about your weaknesses is the only way to gain people like catching fish, and the only way to gain you.

I really do not want everyone to think: Wow! Teacher is so amazing, look at what he did. It's really not because of the person's ability. I knew many years ago that even though I am very powerful, and I also think I am very powerful, I cannot control my own destiny. For example, I wanted to find a job but I could not find one; I liked that job, but that job did not like me. Later, I learned to trust God, and I found that it was really a wonderful thing! When people trust God, they receive grace; when they think they are strong, they become weak; when they think they are weak, they see God's strength in us. Building a church is the same!

So, do not promote your own name, but promote your weaknesses, so that everyone has a chance. Some people may think: Teacher, you are simply a perfect person, you are really amazing. That would be terrible! The reason why Chinese Mingding Destiny can go to this day is because I often recognize that I also have times when I do things wrong. This is a fact, and it is also the reason why, in sheer obstinacy, I can absolutely not compare to some people who know so little, and know so little about the doctrine of God, and then strut around with their arms crossed, both stubborn and inflexible, not listening to reason. These people definitely believe that they will go to heaven after they die, but you can see that these people do not resemble Jesus at all, and they still think they will go to heaven after they die.

Sometimes I pour cold water on people. One day, if suddenly the Ox-Head is on the left and the Horse-Face is on the right, when the Ox-Head and Horse-Face appear, you will know where you should go. Many Christians are too confident, and they think they are already saved, but if you read the Bible carefully, Paul said that he himself is only nearly saved.

III. Serving Not for Monetary Gain

I can confidently boast about this, but if you doubt me, examine it slowly; I will give you ample time. The greatest tragedy in a person's life is to be a servant of Jesus Christ and then serve Mammon! The things hidden in people's hearts are impossible to eradicate. So, I tell you, if it's for money, people will promote themselves, build brands, become famous pastors, and then turn their spiritual energy into capital to adorn themselves. If you're not serving for money, why bother building these things? If people don't want to pursue money but only want to bless others, I want everyone to supervise us well, and may God continue to spur us on.

Have we ever taken advantage of anyone? We only want to give; our minds are made of iron! Because the logic we want to propagate is to be a blessing to many people. We want to emulate Jesus Christ; the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve. We have come into this world today to emulate the Lord Jesus. This is good. Many people don't know what is called clever; this is called clever, because God provides for us. One of our pastors said something, not taught by me, but realized by himself: If we please God, that's good. Everyone, don't forget to please God. If a person doesn't know how to please God in their life to solve problems, that's a tragedy!

So, brothers and sisters, whether it's a junior pastor, a district leader, or myself, if we come to you and borrow money or ask you for favors, that's wrong. You must understand in your hearts: It's over; this person is possessed by a demon! God, have mercy on them! They must be possessed by a demon, right? Because serving is not to take advantage, but to give. Some people say, If you don't take advantage of others, what will you give? If you're not doing it for money, how will you bless others? The opposite is true; pleasing God is how you can bless others!

So, today I am particularly emotional, and I hope that brothers and sisters can emulate us, emulate the Apostle Paul, emulate Titus, who ran this road with the Apostle Paul. Not taking advantage of anyone, just following the same footsteps, to shepherd the flock of God, for the benefit of God's flock. You will surely hear me say a sentence often, but there are many times of disappointment. I say: How I serve you today, you also serve others in the same way. Of course, there are still many people among us that I don't have the opportunity to serve directly. If I have the opportunity to serve you directly, then I thank God! But I hope that our junior pastors can all walk this path, asking themselves: Are we taking advantage of people?

I tell you, if you want to take advantage of people, you can't take this advantage. Why can't you take it? After taking it, you will incur God's wrath. If you incur God's wrath, you won't be able to live in this life. So, we serve with the love of Jesus Christ.

Our brothers and sisters must know that when you are poor and destitute, we serve you the same as we serve those who are rich. Actually, they don't have any financial problems; what are we serving them for? They don't have financial problems, no health problems, no family problems, and they rarely pay attention to me. In fact, they are too lazy to pay attention to me, and I am too lazy to pay attention to them, right?

If someone comes to me and says, Teacher, I want to share some joy with you today. Oh, then I am so happy. Can you share this joy with me? I really haven't encountered it to this day. Those who call say, I can't do it anymore; I'm dizzy, my eyes hurt, my stomach hurts, I have a fever. Anyway, it's either a headache or a buttock pain, or they feel uncomfortable in their hearts.

So, our service is really to shepherd with the heart of a father and mother. You know that as a father and mother, they are not too worried about their strong children. Parents always worry about the weakest child, is that right? If you have five children at home and one is weak, do you worry about them? You worry. Those who are doing well outside, parents don't care much about and don't care much about them. Just like my mom, she rarely worries about me, she always worries about my younger brother; that’s how people are.

But what if we serve for money? Some pastors among us have experienced it. He said to the pastor of his former church, Pastor, can you serve all the brothers and sisters like you serve me? As a result, that pastor said, If I serve everyone like you, won't I be exhausted? Does everyone understand? Because he is wealthy.

I ask you, if you are this sheep, would you still follow such a pastor? It's difficult. You need to know that when you encounter problems and come to him, that's bad. Why? He sees that you have no money, so how will he serve you? The people of the Corinthian church were very confused. They said, Oh, Paul is just a devil, trying to win your hearts. Why does he want to cage you? He wants to scrape oil from you and take advantage of you. The Corinthians had this logic. I tell you, what people think in their hearts, they think everyone else thinks the same way. They think the same way they think, and they think others think that way too. For example, those who followed Peter had developed habits. They saw: Oh, our boss does it this way, so the Apostle Paul is no exception. The greatest apostle is just like this, so Paul is the same. They felt it was all for money. But is that the truth?

I tell you, I am not stupid. I know how wonderful it is to please God. I will never tire you out. These co-workers around me can testify for me. I don't use them as horses or cows; I use myself as a cow or a horse. Why? I treat you as people. What do I hope for? I hope to set an example for you, so that you know that service should be like this. They are also among us, listening to what I say. If I am speaking lies, they will immediately let out bubbles and set off cannons underneath.

Parents should accumulate wealth for their children and labor for their children. It is really so; some old people in their nineties still save their pensions for their children. Old people in their nineties are still like this. They are unwilling to spend it on themselves; parents do this because they love their children.

IV. All For Your Edification

This is Paul's heartfelt word: He said, dear brothers, all is for your edification. Why say these words? Why do these words sound unpleasant? All are for your edification, to let you know how deep the love in my heart is for you.

Paul must have been a very clever man. He established the church in Corinth for a year and a half, eighteen months. After establishing the church in Corinth for eighteen months, he left Corinth, and later Peter and these people came. When Paul was in Corinth for eighteen months, he never tired out these Corinthians. Why? The relationship was not strong enough. Paul was very clear about what words to say in what kind of relationship. In these eighteen months, it was all for their edification, without taking a single advantage of them. But precisely because of this, he was unwilling to receive anything from them, because the relationship had not been built up, so the Corinthian church turned against him.

Not tiring out the Corinthians in these eighteen months, this is not nice to hear. Everyone needs to know that Paul was not like this in Macedonia, because his relationship with Macedonia was very close. He did not need to write First Macedonia or Second Macedonia. In these eighteen months, the relationship between Paul and the Corinthians could only amount to everything for their edification. Then the Corinthians did not know that the difference in the closeness of this relationship was too great. So you will find that if I don't take even a shoelace from you, then our relationship is just a shoelace relationship.

You cannot take advantage of people, but the Corinthians are also unwilling to give to Paul. Do you think Paul is not accepting? If the relationship was strong, the Corinthians would give to Paul; Paul would definitely accept it in order to build the relationship. For example, the relationship between me and my mother. My mother said, How much money do you have to spend on me? I said, You are my mother; if I don't spend my money on you, who will I spend it on? Understand this relationship?

So our brothers and sisters need to know that if the Corinthians were really willing to give to Paul, would Paul need to say so much? Don't they think Peter is great? They contribute to the Jerusalem church, and Paul has to use those words that stimulate them between the lines to say it.

Paul's relationship in Corinth in eighteen months amounted to just that situation. The Corinthians were very carnal. Their worldly logic system was not completely destroyed after eighteen months of shepherding. So everyone needs to know that sometimes when our relationship is not strong enough, I don't dare to destroy your worldly logic system. That's just the kind of relationship it is.

I haven't even started yet, and you are still saying, Teacher looks down on me. Actually, what's the point of looking up to you? Our brothers and sisters, if our relationship is strong, everything is for your edification. Even taking a shoelace from you, is that not appropriate? The relationship is strong. So everything is for your edification, hoping that you are spiritually prosperous, physically healthy, and financially prosperous. Building the church is not for money; this is a Mingding Destiny. But I tell you, the Apostle Paul may not have done everything so well in the Corinthian church; we are not picking on him, but he didn't push the Corinthians into destiny. So I think edifying people is divided into different levels. Some are edified to the level of Corinth, some are edified to the level of Macedonia, and some are edified to be like close family. I thank God! I have one thing I can boast about for these co-workers of mine: they are willing to dedicate everything they have.

So, when the church reaches this level of unity, what's mine is theirs, and what's theirs is mine; isn't that amazing? There is very little separation. I thank God! The church today is full of God's presence, with the same Mingding Destiny, running the same road, working hard for the same thing, and serving for the kingdom of God.

I have to boast in Jesus Christ about these co-workers of mine. They are also all for everyone's edification. I say these words not to give everyone an opportunity to be picky about them. If you haven't reached this level yet, I hope you continue to run forward. So those who shepherd must build relationships. They must learn to build relationships. How should those who shepherd build relationships? They must build them through edification, not for money, but to edify people.

So you can gain people. As Paul said: What I want to gain is you, not your possessions. So brothers and sisters, it's true that your pastors are anxious for you. Although we may have never met, and when we meet, we may be unimpressive, although we have never met, we are connected in the spirit. When we meet, it's like good friends.

Sometimes, when you encounter some particularly difficult situations, the pastors come to me and say, We have such a brother or sister; what should we do? I give them ideas from behind. When we meet, I tell you, it's really closer than close. Not at all fake.

V. This Is the Pastoral Relationship

I thank God that through such a statement, the words Paul wrote are very heavy, but they established a pastoral relationship. This time, the Corinthian church really began to know Paul's heart as a father and mother. I tell you, there is often a situation where the more you love the lambs, the less you get back, and the less love you get. This is also very interesting. It is the same at home. The more a mom and dad love a child, the less the child loves their parents. That is a very strange thing.

But I tell you, to build a healthy pastoral relationship, not only must you have the heart of a father and mother, but you must also break down people's carnal evil deeds. If people only see the money in other people's pockets, you cannot serve. I tell you, the profession of pastor, if you don't want to please God, but only want to please people, that is a human tragedy.

Someone once did a study that the rate of pastors getting cancer is twice the rate of ordinary people getting cancer. I don't know if this statistic is true or false, but I have heard of many pastors dying of cancer. Anyway, there are many such things. What is the reason? Not shepherding the flock of God, not wanting to gain people as fish, only looking at the money in people's pockets.

Everyone can ponder this: can that relationship be healthy? Why is that? Because of the height issue. If we had not climbed to such a spiritual height today and had such an understanding, it would be difficult for us to have such determination. So I hope that brothers and sisters will continue to climb spiritual peaks, so that you will have a deeper understanding of God's word and God's kingdom.

You will understand: It is no longer I who live, but Jesus Christ who lives in us. Because we are not serving for money, we speak with strength. If you have been a pastor, you will know that it makes you soft to eat other people's food and soft to take other people's things. When our spiritual height is high enough, we know what we are doing, we gain people as fish, we speak with strength, and we can break people's carnal evil deeds.

To this day, some of our brothers and sisters have really been broken down with quite a bit of fruit, because it is uncomfortable not to be broken. Are you uncomfortable? Uncomfortable. It's normal to be uncomfortable. Why? Too carnal. Were the Corinthians uncomfortable? Uncomfortable. Because their spiritual height was very low, they felt that Paul was trying to get money. In fact, they themselves were trying to get money, and they used petty people's minds to think that everyone was like that.

So everyone starts to climb spiritual peaks. Is it difficult? Difficult. Is it tiring to climb spiritual peaks? Tiring. But the reward is extremely high. The closer you get to God, the closer you get to God's throne, the closer you get to God's temple. I tell you, you are worth more than money.

Brothers and sisters, do you know how much I thirst for our brothers and sisters to prosper in spiritual things? How much I thirst for everyone to be able to get out of the predicament of lack in financial matters. Many of our brothers and sisters are in lack, and it's not fake anxiety; it's real anxiety. Oh, they only earn so little money, and their work is so hard.

But I will give you an idea: raise your spiritual height, climb your spiritual peaks, and let you start to have a deeper understanding of God. I tell you, what is impossible with man is possible with God! You can definitely live a prosperous life, because that is God's will. You are worth more than money; you are treasures in my eyes.

I think one day when I come before God, the Lord will say: The one talent I gave you, how many talents have you made? You've made ten talents! How did you make ten talents? When this brother came, he was as poor as a church mouse. Now, because of raising spiritual height, climbing spiritual peaks, and breaking carnal evil habits. Thank God! You have truly bestowed many graces.

I want brothers and sisters to continue to climb to spiritual peaks. The difficult days will pass, the poor days will pass, and the sick days will pass. Because the spirit has prospered. This is pastoring.

Sometimes I say heartfelt words. If you can know the pastor's heart, that is, wanting you to prosper and the requirements for you, you will understand. It's too hard to come to Chinese Mingding Destiny. When you were in school before, you were too lazy to do your homework. When you come here, you still have to write homework. But how is it possible to improve without writing homework? How is it possible to come out of it?

May the love of Jesus Christ be among us, and may God continue to do wonderful works among us. Let us do what we do to please God. Amen! In the future, you will also become those who gain people as fish; how we serve, you will also be raised to serve others in the same way. This is God's will. May God's will be satisfied, and may our God sit on His throne and see us love Him so much, so that God's will may be satisfied! May God manifest His works more among us. Amen!

May God bless everyone!
